Enlightened Leadership – The Psychology of Leading

Higher_GroundThe idea of leadership tends to be viewed by different people in different ways, most of which invest in the idea of a “program” of some sort, a form of organizational structure as a hierarchy of power and control, or as a position responsible for overseeing a whole group of people in different departments and roles, and while all of these are true to a certain extent, the most primary skill inherent in, and what determines a person’s ability to lead is the psychology being utilized in a deliberate and strategic manner. Psychology is a persons ability to work through an understanding of how the mind, as the field of energy that informs and animates the body works, and their ability to operate within it, by not only employing it, but by demonstrating it. Demonstrating it through their whole performance, both natural and intentionally developed, to work with the mind of others by using their own mind as the controlling mechanism. We can only control, guide, or influence others to the exact same degree we can control, guide and influence ourselves. We influence people and direct the course things take by how we’re being in the situation, and how we enter into relationship with it.


In order to understand the basic rules of psychology, we have to gain a fundamental understanding of the laws that govern subtle energy as consciousness itself. The mind, which is an energy system, is what motivates and animates the behaviors of the body. The body as a set of behaviors is a direct and equal reflection of the mind that’s expressing through it. To change or determine the behaviors a system or group dynamic takes on, you have to work by creating and setting into motion the proper mind-set. Not by adopting a regiment or business model as a plan that’s laid out, but by “becoming” the demonstration of the qualities and characteristics that form a dynamic relationship necessary to act out or perform the business plan as a group personality and identity with a distinct style or “quality of experience”. To understand how to do this, what the creative process is that’s always operating in a situation; we have to look at how energy itself operates.

Energy can be thought of as “qualities of consciousness” that has a distinct personality to it, as a feel, that motivates corresponding behaviors by “animating matter”. Energy forms a natural relationship with matter through resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. This is where a vibration as a feeling or quality of consciousness acts to vibrate that same quality in another. Whatever quality as a “state” that an individual is vibrating to, stimulates, awakens, and brings into activity that same state in another. It literally enters into the body of another and vibrates that same quality in them, bringing it out in them as an active state, which then establishes the nature of the interaction as a relationship formed through the expression of the same quality as a “shared” state of mind.

The expression as an interaction based on the relationship formed by the same feeling in another in response to us, adapts the state to a new form as a new combination based on what idea, thought process, or memory is associated to the feeling in both people, that forms a new pattern-idea through the interaction itself as a relationship that forms a new vibration as equilibrium that forms coherence. We modify the state of another through our state, and how we’re openly and outwardly expressing it through our attitude, perspective, and behaviors. Whatever mood we’re in and how we’re behaving stimulates a like-response in everyone and everything around us. How we’re being determines how others are being because of us. This is the most fundamental way we’re always leading without actually realizing it. Most employ the ironic adage of “do what I say, not what I do”, then act bewildered when it doesn’t work and place the blame on others who were simply too stupid to do what they were told.

It’s pretty easy to recognize how our mood affects our behavior, and how emotional states, not only produce predictable behaviors, but how those behaviors employed and motivated by the emotional state act to tell a certain type of story as a metaphor, creating an experience that amplifies and acts to give us more of the same feeling. This is because, while we tend to look at things as disconnected, separate, and independent systems, they are in fact different aspects of a greater idea that’s being expressed outwardly, creating a congruent experience. How a person feels determines what they focus on and think about, what story they tell themselves about things that give them meaning, and how they act as the outer expression of their inner reality. What we do and how we do it, are always based on how we feel and what emotions we’re experiencing. This is always true. The one is the expression of the other, and the system is holistic in nature. It’s impossible to feel one way and think or behave another way.

Once we understand this and realize that in order to create in a deliberate and precise way, we need to work by way of these laws, and not in contradiction of them. We need to first develop a business paradigm that’s congruent with the individual’s paradigm or group of individuals responsible for actually producing it as a cohesive reality, or match the paradigm of the individual to the business as our method of acquisition, ensuring that they’re compatible and complementary to that of the business. Then we need to envision a reality as a working idea illustrated by the business model, while asking ourselves (realizing), what state of mind, mood, or attitude, would have to employed in order to naturally and spontaneously produce the behaviors necessary for “acting it out” as a relationship or group interaction? Just as an individual has a personality that forms all their natural behaviors and the identity created out of those behaviors, a business operates in exactly the same way. Same laws and principles are at work on a different scale and magnitude.

The leader in any situation has to embody the paradigm as a reality that they use to express out of. They use the business paradigm like a memory that they superimpose over the current situation, whatever that may be, and use it as a filtering mechanism to think and imagine out of, act and speak out of, and use to make all the decisions as a representative of the business as a “general perception”. The leader is always the producer of the company paradigm as an offspring of their personal paradigm, or is complementary to the company paradigm, and can readily embody it and become the active demonstration of it. By using the paradigm as a perceptual lens, we communicate and teach it through our most ordinary behaviors. Everything we do and say is the expression of it and acts to stimulate that same vision in others, giving them the means for understanding it and participating in cooperatively acting it out as a group dynamic.

Whatever reality as a personal identity the business represents as an “entity” has to be embodied and fully employed by the leader. In doing this, the state of mind that the reality exists as an outward expression is naturally employed, that produces natural behaviors of the leader. By “being” of the same paradigm as the business, and always acting out of it in a congruent manner, we act to stimulate the same state of mind imbued within it in others, then shape the idea inherent in the feelings by communicating through the relationship we form with them, that gives them the instruction as a demonstration for acting it out by first initiating, then modeling it. We literally become the role model for how each person playing a part has to become. Not in their specific roles, but in “how” they perform their specific roles as a personality being employed by everyone in the group. We are demonstrating a “way of being” that stimulates that same way of being in them. We express through an attitude that causes them to take on the same attitude. We openly display and express emotions that stimulate and bring out the same emotions in them.

We then employ this way of being by training them individually to an overall pattern as the daily operations of their role and job description, as their role in a greater idea being performed in a “like-mind” by all other team members. Through communicating and giving guidance and instruction as the vision of the business performed by daily duties that are in relationship not only to the greater whole, but to the client/patient they’re designed to serve. We teach the art of relationship that allows for constant modifications as adjustments necessary to meet specialized needs of the client or situation, while still maintaining the overall objective of the business as an outcome of delivery.

Any “state of mind” as a “quality of consciousness” lends itself to specialized behaviors and ideas pertinent to that state. By acting and ensuring to intentionally produce that state in others, we know that regardless of the modifications made to the procedures as a way of customizing them by how things are handled, that it’ll remain consistent to the state of the person performing it. Any reality as an experience is an idea as a vibratory frequency or biological pattern of consciousness that’s holistic and complete, and has everything inherent within it to produce it as a material reality as the idea, feeling, emotions, thoughts, and actions. We’re always producing more of whatever we’re demonstrating. Our mood determines our disposition and temperament, and how we express to create realities as personal experiences. Embody the idea, employ the state as feelings and emotions, imagine the idea as an internal conceptualization, then express out of that state and you’ll act to naturally produce it in others.

Energy Medicine: An Easy way to Understand how Energy Creates and Manifests in the Body

One of the problems we have in understanding energy medicine is that we attempt to look at it through a purely materialistic model, and from an inappropriate orientation. Energy, in terms of how it’s used here, is more accurately called “subtle energy”, which operates according to opposite laws of the material plane, and is complementary in nature, which means they exist in direct relationship to each other, and play different roles in the same overall creative processes that result in a physical manifestation. In this complementary relationship, while we tend to look for the cause of a physical manifestation within the same physical plane, in reality, the physical is ultimately the effect of, or end product of what originates at the mental and emotional level of consciousness. This can be difficult to understand because their relationship is an analogous one, rather than a direct one, and so it’s often not recognized or worked with as the means of actually healing its physical counterpart.

We have to begin here by first creating the correct model to look at this idea through, in order to see and recognize what we can’t otherwise see. While we have been taught to think that the “mind” and “consciousness” are a product of the body, or more specifically of the brain, in reality, the mind is an electromagnetic field that’s bonded to the body through sympathetic resonance and is a field of energy as information structured into patterns as a paradigm that’s independent of the body and is what actually activates and operates the body as a fundamental form of expression. The body is operated through various levels of energetic stimulus that initiate a chain reaction that produce and regulate biological and psychological processes of the body.

Every chemical process within the body is prompted by an electrical impulse of some sort. These electrical impulses are caused by the consciousness of the body, which has three basic components in its make-up, a mental, emotional, and physical component. These three basic components work in-sync with each other through a natural relationship of passive, active, and equilibrated or unified movement. This correlates to the idea of resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. The active force (mental) vibrates the equivalent passive force (emotion), by entering into it and producing an effect that organizes it into a new pattern by forming coherence , harmonizing the two and expressing as a physical behavior. All behavior is emotionally driven, and all emotions have an equivalent psychological component as the patterning (mental concept or memory) that’s activated and set into motion through the emotion. Thought either awakens an emotion in response to it, or the emotions we experience determine what we think about, and the combination forms a new whole as the basis for a physical reality as a story-line that becomes the template (perceptual lens) for our personal experiences.

The medium that connects thoughts with the body as a physical equivalent is emotion, or what’s otherwise referred to as the astral plane of the soul. The subconscious mind, which is the passive aspect of the mind that regulates the body, works off of emotional signals it receives from the environment, or that it produces in response to our own imagined thoughts, that it mistaken for an actual event. Emotion is experienced as a direct sensation in the body. Different emotions form different types of sensations in specific areas of the body. These sensations as “activity” that’s located at different parts of the body exist in near proximity to the different endocrine glands, which all work as a dynamic regulatory system that keeps the body and mind in equilibrium by making constant adjustments in response to information being received from others and our environment as feeling-emotions. Our emotional state is produced by hormones secreted by the endocrine glands and deposited directly into our blood stream which adjusts the state of the body to match the state of the mind as the inner and outer equalization.

Our biological state and our mental state are always the equivalent of one another as a dynamic relationship that determines and directly influences all biological processes conducted by our neurological system that directly affects the major systems and organs of the body. The hormones produced by the endocrine system are both regulatory, regulating the basic processes of the body, and emotional in nature, designed to produce automatic behaviors in response to our outer environment. Hormones determine how we feel, what we focus on and think about, what mood we’re in, what emotions we experience, and how our body functions as a direct correspondence to our own emotional thoughts and beliefs, and the realities they naturally produce in our imagination, which the subconscious mind interprets in the same manner as an actual experience and regulates the body and behaviors accordingly.

Emotions are “held in the body” as sensations that form an energetic tension. Emotions that are experienced a lot, keep the body stimulated and tense in the same locations repetitively and consistently. Our emotional states tend to control our thoughts, produce our behaviors, which are unconscious and automatic, as well as conscious and deliberate. Whatever emotional state we tend to live out of as a general rule, and what behaviors we engage in as our daily lifestyle, produce a physical “affect” as the end result. Most, if not all physical maladies are a direct result of our lifestyle, which are routine behaviors that we unconsciously engage in as our everyday experience of life. Once a behavior becomes a habit, a part of a natural routine that we do without having to “think about it”, just as we lose awareness of what we’re doing, we fail to recognize the physical results of eating poorly, thinking in ways that keep us stressed out, living in constant emotional dramas that are upsetting and often traumatizing keeping us bathed in negative emotions, fail to exercise, exposing ourselves to chemical toxins, maintaining relationships that produce negative emotions and bad experiences, and so on, all without realizing that these tendencies are producing health problems, both physically and mentally. When physical ailments manifest, we don’t associate them to the behaviors that cause them, and the emotional and psychological pattern that motivated the behavior.

Energy as consciousness is whole and complete, and contains in it all the components and properties that make-up and are necessary to produce a physical reality. Consciousness as the electromagnetic energy field that surrounds, permeates, and informs our body, is always extending into the environment around us, interacting with it, and exchanging energy-consciousness with it. Our consciousness is taking in and metabolizing all the energy around us that’s of the same nature or vibratory frequency as we are through a metabolic process of absorption, digestion and assimilation, and elimination. We take in (receive) whatever is of the same vibratory frequency as a “range of expression” as we are, and can therefore be absorbed into our system through sympathetic resonance, that adjusts our energy system by integrating it, and altering our vibratory frequency by way of it. Frequencies contain whole patterns that modify our mental paradigm and alter our behaviors that are deemed appropriate and necessary in response to our environment.

This natural process of energy exchange is how our internal state is always being adjusted to match our outer environment, as a means of functioning within it in order to survive and thrive. We not only exchange energy as chemistry with our environment, but we also exchange emotions, thoughts, feelings, mental impressions, ideas, and so on, through a form of transmission. We are always undergoing an exchange of consciousness with everything around us all the time. Not only through the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, but also the emotions being displayed and projected, and the mental impressions of the thoughts everyone around us is thinking. We are always responding to our environment and our environment is always responding to us through emotional signals that are both being transmitted and received. We simply have to build an intuitive awareness around what exists as invisible forces that while they can’t be seen or heard, they can be felt and realized.

Energy Medicine is an approach that addresses the whole person and takes all components of the mind, soul and body into account when attempting to determine the cause of a physical malady by looking at the entire conscious make-up of the individual and the lifestyle they live consistently, and the relationships they maintain on an ongoing basis. It combines both biological and psychological treatments. It looks at the person’s whole life as a means of understanding how they’ve created what results in a physical illness, disease, or cancer. It seeks to recognize the dynamic relationship that exists between the spirit, the soul, and the body and a unified expression, and work from the level of cause by resolving the psychological and emotional aspects that are producing the behaviors and lifestyle that are ultimately resulting in dis-ease of some sort.
By transforming the mental and emotional aspects, releasing the tension in the body and the behaviors causing the malady, the person is able to heal themselves by changing themselves. All healing comes from some form of personal transformation by changing the cause to one that produces health and a deepened sense of well-being by balancing what was previously out of balance, restoring the whole system to harmony. With harmony comes a sense of happiness, inner peace and contentment that produces its equivalent as our physical condition and outer reality.

Quantum Physics and Spiritual Sciences – “Understanding the Significance of the Particle and the Wave – the Universal and the Individual, the Micro and the Macro”

In order to understand the reality implied by any level of science, we have to understand the entire paradigm as a dynamic series of interconnected ideas necessary to support any singular idea within that paradigm. So in order to develop a practical understanding of science necessary to conceptualize it in a way that gives us the means for actually using the knowledge within our everyday life to create in some manner, we have to understand the basis that underlies and acts as a natural foundation out of which more advanced ideas naturally emerge.

In Spiritual Sciences (Quantum Physics is the modern day version), mind and matter are actually different aspects of the same thing and are represented by the Quintessence and the four elements. Mind is viewed as a vibrating energy-field (torus) that’s infused with, or encoded with intelligence as a certain type of information (frequency) that naturally forms certain types patterns, that have dynamic behaviors inherent within them as a mode of operation indicated by the self-organizing mechanism of the pattern itself as a form of universal theme or archetype. This archetypal pattern, programmed into the individual mind, is reformulated by the dynamic network of relationships that are an inherent part of the individual as accumulated memory acquired from their life experiences, which modifies the universal theme into a personalized variation of itself in direct relationship to an aspect of itself. Vibration structures matter into distinct patterns as form that is imbued with attributes and qualities that form distinct characteristics, which not only have natural behaviors inherent in them, but also determine “how” the behaviors are performed as a form of “person style” or personality. So the behavior as a dynamic pattern is performed in a unique way that acts to individualize it as one potential out of billions of possibilities.

All Realities Exist in a State of Pure Potential as Possibilities
Quantum physics refers to this as observation (focused attention) that selects (focuses on) one potential reality within a wave-length of billions of potential realities, collapsing the wave (all potential for realities) into the particle as a single possibility, which it then creates a whole reality out of as a specialization of that possibility. Energetically (spiritually) speaking, we could also look at this same process as the mind which forms as a kind of paradigm, or dynamic structure that vibrates at a certain frequency, that’s always looking through itself, at the outer world of mass consciousness (infinite possibilities), and only sees (resonates with) what is of the same vibratory frequency as it is, and enters into relationship with itself (forms energetic sympathy) in the outer world, as a form of unconscious (natural) selection, then restructures the universal archetype (by reinterpreting it) into a personalized one as the expression of it’s own frequency. It enters into relationship in the outer world only with what lends itself to telling the same type of story as a thematic pattern through a form of adaptation that modifies both aspects, the inner-self with the outer-other, into an alternate (interference) pattern that’s a configuration designed out of the shared properties of both, which eventually forms coherence, and begin vibrating in harmony with each other.

In the ultimate sense, matter isn’t inert stuff; it’s an active agent that’s constantly making choices within random processes. Matter is conscious, and possesses an objective or neutral form of intelligence, meaning one that’s not self-conscious or self-aware (nonlocal). Whatever paradigm we create as a personalized version of knowledge, one that’s actually a product of other people’s opinions as their personal interpretations that were taught or given to us, forms a filter that determines what we can and can’t see (perceive). We can only see what matches our paradigm and can be explained using it. All matter as vibrating light that contains some degree of conscious is always responding as an interaction with our consciousness and creating co-realities out of which billions exist as possibilities. Every reality created as a personal experience is a variation produced from interpreting data as filtered through our personal paradigm, then restructured conceptually accordingly. In this sense, all perception is ultimately self-perception. We only see in others and the outer world what is of the same nature as we are. How we experience the outer world is a natural expression of our paradigm which makes it mean something. The meaning we give things shapes how we experience them.

Physics is the magical window that shows us the illusions that lie behind material reality, and the reality that lies behind illusions. Matter, as the basic substance of the universal mind, transforms as a compliance to our will, as our personal perception based on our paradigm. We take an archetype as a neutral idea (intelligent self-organizing pattern), and reshape it into a variable by how we interpret it through the very act of perceiving it, that determines our experience of it. Because we are limited to only being able to see knowledge that governs our reality from our basic models and conceptualizations, we act to transform any potential or “new information” into the same type of idea represented by our model, reshaping it into a congruent reality that matches our model, and the truth inherent within the situation that can’t be shaped into our model completely escapes us. We literally can’t comprehend it because the idea or model we’re using doesn’t allow or support it, and can’t be used to explain it, which means we actually can’t recognize or comprehend it.

The Model that we use to View Things, Determines what we see
All models used to form a structured network of dynamic ideas, is not the knowledge itself, but merely one way of looking at ideas that serve as a congruent interpretation, just as our mind which is a model (paradigm), instantly interprets everything to be like it by recomposing it, which is necessary for cognition and in order to understand it. But the model being used as a structured concept is not the knowledge itself, but merely the means for interpreting a universal idea as a set of laws, in order to form an imagined concept necessary to understand how they operate in the practical sense of actual application within our lives. All true knowledge, both spiritual and scientific (which are actually different aspects of the same thing), is a working understanding of universal laws being consistently played out on different levels, using different elements and situations, at different scales and magnitude, as fundamental processes and operations, that adapt to any system they’re being applied to, while holding true to the same basic behavior or operation. A Natural law isn’t an actual object or the thing itself, but rather the structuring mechanism that determines how it behaves or functions. It’s the invisible motivating force that animates all organic processes through a systematic synchronized growth process of becoming.

So no theory or fixed model can claim to be “true” in and of itself, but simply attempts to structure ideas using methods and models that make them easy to understand, and therefore applicable. There’s no common metaphor for reality. No single conceptual framework that holds true in all cases, or makes sense to each individual. Most structured frameworks for investigating the nature of reality, simply impose the limitation inherent within that frame, while excluding anything that may act to contradict it or alter what it implies, revealing aspects or ideas that were previously not conceived. The only real value of a system designed to interpret information for you, is that it works to demonstrate how laws are interrelated and play out in consistent and predictable ways in order to form an intuitive perception that provides the cognitive model for personal realization.

The system, as a model or construct, that connects and structures ideas into cognitive patterns, is simply one way of looking at a universal theme as an interactive relationship of fundamental laws. The model as an organized system using certain elements to illustrate it is merely one possible application of the law, and is not the knowledge itself, which is the law operating within it, that simply gives us one way of possibly perceiving it. The same group of laws can be illustrated using the language and elements of physics, biology, psychology, or a recipe for cooking. When we fall in love with one system and way of thinking, and use it to transform all similar ideas to fit it, rather than intuitively recognizing the same laws that are being played out in multiple models used to understand them, we not only create limitations that the system presupposes, but we limit our growth and expanded awareness of whatever the system won’t support, and therefore we fail to recognize the laws governing it. Because of this tendency, no matter what we’re observing, we tend to see the same things over-and-over.

The only truth is universal laws that permeate all levels of life and produce consistent realities. There is no such thing as a spiritual idea that can’t be demonstrated and experienced in the physical realm. The key that’s the most basic form of intuitive development understands the law of analogy and correspondences, which is how you recognize laws as a series of step-down correspondences as a gradient effect that are all of the same nature (vibratory frequency). In this way we can realize that the same ideas are simply being rediscovered using different models and the language of that model to describe what is basically the same phenomenon. Because of this basic idea, a formal education that’s based on models as theories or processes, structures us and our paradigm accordingly, preventing any new or radically different discoveries, while limiting us instead to simply expounding on or growing more of the same ideas, while completely failing to recognize other ideas or realities that coexist and are intermingled with ours. Once we set up a structure of knowledge as a dynamic paradigm, we are limited by that paradigm. What we are taught and form beliefs around as a result, shape our perceptual lens as our fundamental filters that only see and take into consideration ideas that are compliant within that system. This is why this level of science progresses at such a slow rate, and any truly new discoveries are attributed to genius, who are able to step outside of conventional thought, and view the same reality from an entirely different perspective, through a different conceptual model.

Spiritual Guidance – “Why we ask but don’t Receive”

Our life is the way it is right now based on how we have created it. We create our life based on our models that we use as a perceptual lens to interpret neutral events giving them meaning that determines how we experience them as a result. The meaning that things have is our most basic form of self-creation. We make meaning up based on the theme we use to interpret things. Our model as our self-concept determines what’s possible, and what’s not. Anything that exists outside of our perceptual lens, we either can’t perceive in it’s actual state as neutral and void of meaning, or we simply translate it to mean what we think it means or what we need it to mean in order to continue telling our story as an expression of our self-concept. We make it about what we believe it’s about, and then perceive it as factual, true and therefore real. We don’t realize it’s actually a belief.

Our beliefs are not singular, stand-alone ideas, but rather a dynamic system that forms an overall theme that creates continuity as a congruent and ongoing storyline. The theme of our model determines the type of story we naturally tell with our life not through a purely conscious effort, but rather through our unconscious conditioning that served to form our core beliefs that became the basis for our primary model as our self-image, or what we believe to be true about us. It’s largely born out of trained behavior as our personality that formed our identity as an extension of our basic nature. Our identity is our character that is ideally suited to tell a certain type of story. Our mental paradigm, which forms our character and determines how we perceive, interpret our experiences to give them meaning, and what we’re always in the process of telling ourselves about things, is what’s called our vibratory frequency. We are only capable of receiving or “perceiving” what matches our vibration and fits into our paradigm in a cohesive manner, which is the creative factor in our current life conditions and circumstances, not in the objective sense, but rather in the subjective sense. Our life is a product of our perceptions of life. We can only “see” and therefore be able to “receive” more of the same type of things.  vibration
We then ask for guidance to change our life, without directly realizing that we are the ones creating our life. Even when we are given clues, signs, opportunities, or clear messages, we often can’t see or understand them for what they are trying to show us because they don’t match our beliefs and so we feel frustrated and let-down. We then imagine that we’re not being helped or guided. Yet the real problem lies in the fact that the guidance we are given exists outside of our model-of-the-world which means we can’t readily perceive it in a meaningful or useful way. We don’t know how to perceive it properly in order to get the value out of it that it’s offering us. Or, we perceive the basic idea, but don’t know how to actually use it, do it, or utilize it. So we fail to act on it, and simply go back to asking again. We can then fall into the tendency to forever ask while not being willing to do what it takes to actually use the information we are given to produce a different result. We imagine we’re not doing it because we tell ourselves we don’t know how, or it will require us to give up something that we’re not willing to give up. So we choose not to use the guidance, without ever realizing that it’s our lack of willingness to change fundamental tendencies that’s holding us to the current story we’re telling with our lives that we’re asking for the guidance to change. We want change, without being willing to actually change anything. It’s not about a select area changing, it’s about all areas that have to do with the belief that’s being changed changing systematically because the belief itself has changed and will no longer produce or support the old behavior. When we change a core belief, it modifies our whole personal/perceptual model as a result. That modification automatically transforms all areas that were built off of it that served to express that same basic belief.

In order to change our life, we have to change our beliefs about our self. Our belief about ourselves is what creates the story of our life by how we live our everyday life. Our self-belief is what determines what’s possible for us, and what we deem impossible or not desirable. We then have to dismantle current beliefs and structure new ones that support the type of story we want to tell instead. We then need to rewire our system to the new belief and commit to acting it out as a means of creating new behavior, that gives us a new sense of ourselves, while we simultaneously identify with our own experience. Any new behavior feels funny and somewhat awkward at first because it’s new and unfamiliar. This is because we’re not used to sensing ourselves this way. New behavior needs to be acted out consistently allowing it to transform our identity accordingly. Once our identity is transformed, the new behavior becomes natural and we do it without having to think about it. In this, we truly transform and evolve ourselves into continuous growth as new ways of being in the world that allow greater and more profound forms of self-expression that expand our range of possibilities.

Life Lessons that Form the Opportunity for Healing – “Fragmented and Integrated Aspects form the basis of Karma”


The idea of Karma can be difficult for many to understand in its most basic sense, because they try to imagine and make sense of it through their conscious mind, when its actually a natural part of their subconscious mind, which is comprised of and operates out various levels of memory. Karma is formed out of experiences of life as an interpretation that only sees the significance of things from a limited perspective that interprets events to give them meaning, which turns it into a personalization as a perception, that becomes the nature of the memory. The memory that’s formed by how we interpret life events, forms the programming of the subconscious mind as an accumulative process that forms a dynamic structure of interrelated patterns that produce a coordinated movement (frequency) as a mental paradigm or “model of the world”. This model is the structure of our mind as a pattern that forms our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that structures our experiences.

Our subconscious mind is the aspect of our mind-being that forms all of our natural assumptions, expectations, and perceptual lens that’s also directly connected to and a fundamental part of our environment – the greater mind of the collective unconscious – and produces all of our natural and automatic behaviors, while producing the emotions that drive and govern our thoughts. Our subconscious mind exists in the realm just outside of time, and is always “present” and in the process of transmitting and receiving information from everything around us. This information is transmitted as vibration that produces sensations as feelings that stimulate our body, producing chemistry as emotions that alter our body’s state (frequency) to match our environment, which also alters our state of mind, as the unification between our conscious thinking mind, and our subconscious feeling-emotional mind. It’s also how we’re always blending into and becoming an essential part of our outer environment through an equilibrating process that’s a fundamental law of evolution. The inner and the outer exist in an intimate relationship with each other, and are always exchanging information both energetically and physically. The exchange of information as a relationship adjusts the outer to match the inner, and the inner to match the outer to form congruence and continuity. We only “receive” and are able to integrate the information from the environment that’s of the same frequency as an essential part of the same paradigm or that can be adjusted to fit into our model and can be perceived through our normal way of interpreting things to give them meaning that allows us to tell a story about them as a way of understanding them.

vesicaThis “style” of interpretation becomes what you could call our “signature” as a universal theme with a personalized twist, developed in a unique fashion by how we integrate “known” properties in our experiences, while failing to integrate “unknown” properties in our own make-up, which, even though we’re not aware of them, and don’t recognize the quality in ourselves (because we’re interpreting it negatively and don’t own it as a result) because they’re a part of us at the unconscious level, we continue to think the thoughts that promote them, while acting them out in a natural and unconscious way, and connect to those same behaviors and tendencies all around us. We are connected to, act as a magnet for, and are an inherent part of our unconscious aspects as we are our conscious ones, the ones we have an actual awareness of. This produces behavioral patterns as life-dynamics that we’re always involved in, that are actually acting to show us the unconscious aspects at play in creating our everyday reality.

As long as we continue to remain unaware of them, while still attracting and actively participating in them while projecting them onto others and our life circumstances, “seeing” them in others while forming a strong reaction to them, then we continue to live out of these same patterns as a life-theme, often without ever realizing our part in it. This is karma as “whole patterns” that contain both our conscious-aware aspects and our unconscious-unaware aspects. Our karma brings life-lessons as repeated themes played out in different ways, within different scenarios, and with a variety of people as a way of “revealing to us” what we’re unaware of in ourselves. By recognizing the patterns we consistently play out as dramas of some sort that are created by how we enter into relationship with those of the same tendencies that will actively participate in acting out the same dynamic allowing us to recognize ourselves being reflected back to us in them in terms of how they’re playing the opposite role in a complementary dynamic, provides us with the means to recognize our own tendencies that come more as impulses and emotional charges of some form.

Our life-dynamics as the storyline we’re always in the process of living out come as lessons in the sense that they provide us with the means to begin recognizing our own thematic patterns, what our part is that pattern, and what unconscious aspects we are responding to and interacting with in others by acting out the same type of reality. We can begin seeing what behaviors and false beliefs we hold about ourselves and others that are based on false assumptions as a form of denying aspects in ourselves that we don’t like or deem bad, and therefore build illusions around that make them “seem” different, while still outwardly displaying them through our behaviors, the mental scripts we run through our mind, and the nature of our interactions.

As long as we remain unaware of our own tendencies that are actively producing our life experiences, we keep acting them out, while imagining that we have nothing to do with them, and they’re actually being done to us by others or through the situation taking place of which we have no control. The lesson being offered as more of an opportunity for growth is to become aware of ourselves as the creator of our own life experiences. This is often because we don’t realize that there’s a difference between the outer, objective events of our life, and how we use those to create our experience of them. Many imagine that their “experiences” are actually a neutral and objective interpretation where everyone is having the same type of experience as they are by way of the same outer events. Yet in reality, nothing is further from the truth. The fact is we are all creating our unique experiences of everything around us that’s entirely different from the next person. Everybody experiences the same outer reality as a unique form of self-expression as “how” they form their experience of it that interprets it to give it meaning through their personal paradigm. Everyone notices different things, and abstracts different aspect of any given situation as a form of resonance that acts as a filtering mechanism. Our mind filters through all the information available, only selecting what aspects match it in terms of the interpretation it forms as it’s perception that tell a story of some sort.

When we can see and realize what we’re doing in any situation that’s actively participating in creating it, and “own” all aspects of ourselves by realizing them, without judging them, needing to explain them, or justify them somehow, then we can start becoming self-aware. When we begin recognizing our role in things, what part in our own story we’re playing, and what we’re doing to cooperatively engage and act them out as a part of a storyline, and what it is that draws us into them emotionally, we can begin seeing the dynamics we’re conditioned to. It’s always easier to recognize and accurately describe tendencies in other people than it is to recognize our own tendencies. The only reason we continue to participate in creating experiences that cause us pain and lead to suffering somehow, is because we’re unaware of what we’re doing. Just the recognition and awareness alone, begins dissolving the pattern by breaking the hold it has over us. Once we’re able to “see” what we’re doing and the reason for doing it, it loses its grip over us because we’re now awake in moments we used to be asleep in, and we no longer need to project it in order to see it. In this, the lesson offered is learned and we no longer create it without awareness of what we’re doing. All lessons in life are setting the stage that allows what is unconscious to become conscious. Shining a light into the dark areas of our inner being so we can see what’s normally hidden from us.

How we experience the events of our life by how we perceive it, and how we interpret it in order to make sense out of it, is entirely a personal creation as a projection of our inner reality onto our outer reality as “looking through our perceptual lens” which reorganizes the outer to match the inner by the story we tell ourselves about it that makes it mean something that births a unique reality as the unification between the inner and the outer, the universal and the individual, the conscious and the subconscious. Our mental paradigm connects us to that same paradigm in everyone and everything around us, attracting and entering into relationship only with what’s complementary to us.


Through the relationship we form, we stimulate in each other our shared qualities and establish a behavioral dynamic as the story lived out through the nature of our interaction. While we tend to identify consciously with one role in an interactive dynamic, the fact of the matter is, we’re developed by that dynamic, and can naturally play any role in it, and often do by moving in and out of multiple roles by how we interact. The role in that dynamic we don’t like, we deny in ourselves, and though we continue to faithfully act them out, we tell ourselves a different story about what we’re doing and the reason for doing it that makes it seem different, yet it’s producing the same response in the other, and they in return “do unto us as we have done unto them”. Then, because the illusion we’ve created around it prevents us from seeing what we’re doing that’s “causing” the same type of behaviors in others to take place all over again, we imagine it’s being done to us unfairly and without us warranting or deserving it, and so we justify our right to respond by giving them back their own medicine, without realizing that that’s what they’re doing to us, or by using it to move directly into the role we’re familiar and comfortable playing in a dynamic we are actually programmed to and acted to initiate through natural behaviors that are produced in a predictable manner by our subconscious mind.


For example: Those programmed with a pattern of “being rejected” (which is a universal theme), formulate this theme with twists as a particular way of being rejected, why or what it is about that causes them to be rejected, what behaviors mean rejection, what tone of voice is used and what words are specifically spoken that tell them they’re being rejected, and what behavioral dynamic is being acted out by their parents and peers that caused them to feel rejected by what story they started telling themselves as a way of making sense of it. They develop behaviors that are defensive, adaptive, and a form of self-fulfilling prophecy by what they come to believe about themselves that shapes who they become and how they create their relationships that act out the same type of dynamic over and over.
They defend themselves against whatever is the reason for being rejected, projecting and returning to others the same judgment by how they perceive them, behave and treat them that give the other person the same feeling of as the trait they were rejected for, or they over-compensate somehow and take on dramatic behaviors, or reject others before they have a chance to reject them. Some form behaviors that retaliate and fight back with anger and hostility, which of course not only rejects the person it’s being projected towards, but makes them feel uncomfortable around them and avoid them as a result, which again creates the experience of not being liked or wanted. Sometimes they continue acting out whatever behavior as the reason for being rejected in an attempt to make people accept and love them in spite of these behaviors. Or, they’ve failed to identify the behaviors that cause them to be rejected and so keep acting them out without realizing that they’re promoting their own rejection.

Other times, we continue to act out in ways that other people perceive as being rejected by us, causing them to feel rejected, and they act in response to us by rejecting us back. All without us realizing that we were the one that rejected them first. All patterns are self-organizing and self-perpetuating become self-fulfilling. What this means is that we actually play an active role in initiating the pattern that then becomes played out that ultimately results in our being rejected or not wanted. We either do things that initiate behaviors that start the ball rolling, or we interpret their behaviors to mean we’re being rejected when that’s not at all what they mean for them. We can interpret any behavior to mean “rejection”, create the illusion of it happening (all over again) then act as if our illusions are real and a factual and objective reality that we’re accurately evaluating.

Other times, we interpret positive behaviors that actually are loving and affectionate in a negative way, and shun them as a result. Behaviors that might be an expression of love from another, such as touching, cuddling, openly displaying affection, telling us how much they love and care about us, becomes interpreted by us as being clingy, needy, smothering, controlling, rushing into things, or pressuring us in some way. Or we don’t trust it, and feel as if we’re being manipulated, coerced, or used somehow. Because we don’t have a model for what it feels like to be loved, desired, wanted, valued, or appreciated, we don’t know how to act in response to these, and we don’t know how to perceive then for what they are, and so we begin by perceiving them incorrectly then responding inappropriately and sabotage a situation that would have given us the experience that would have contradicted our belief about ourselves and others. In this way, we get stuck in our own patterns and just keep acting them out because they form our very perception, how we interpret things to give them meaning and form appropriate responses, and what behaviors we know how to do and do automatically.

Because we tend to act out the same behaviors born out of the same perceptions as a defensive mechanism, while telling ourselves that when we do the same behaviors we imagine are being done to us, we have a different reason for doing them, or because we expect to be rejected and act as if we’re being rejected even when we’re not by how we interpret their behaviors. We remain unaware of what we’re doing that’s causing us to be or feel rejected. So we keep acting out the same tendencies because we don’t realize what we’re doing, and continue to create the same experiences over and over, often throughout our entire life, without ever realizing that we’re “at cause” within our own lives, and act as a magnet for attracting those who will cooperatively act out the same dynamic with us, each time giving us the opportunity to see what “we’re” doing and what story as a theme we’re always in the process of creating through our natural way of perceiving the world and others, and how we behave as an interaction based on those perceptions.

Alchemy of Consciousness – Light is the Essence of All Creation

What has historically been referred to as Alchemy, isn’t the transmutation of ordinary metals to gold in the most obvious sense, but this process forms the analogy that represents the same fundamental laws that are at work in all forms of “transformation and evolution”. The process being communicated through this analogy represents the process of personal transformation as spiritual enlightenment. It’s referring to the transmutation of the body using the higher-mind of pure light. This is not “light” as many have come to know it, but light as consciousness itself that forms and organizes matter into patterns while simultaneously animating them with a kind of personality.

The very essence of all matter in the most fundamental sense is photons, which is light. Everything exists as an “interference pattern” (Dyad) created between “observer” and what’s being “observed”. The observing mind perceives matter as its own interpretation of it by “mingling” with it, and re-organizing it to be of the same basic nature (programming as patterning) as the mind itself. It doesn’t change matter as a neutral and objective fact that’s “a part from” the observer, but rather changes how it appears (or reappears) in the mind of the person perceiving it, which conforms it to the same basic patterning as the “meaning” it gives it through the nature of its interpretation as a means of experiencing it. For this reason, the transformation is referred to as changing how ordinary minerals appear, making them appear to be gold. When the mind of the individual changes, how the world outside of them changes correspondingly.

The meaning we give things, which we use as the means of interpreting it, determines how we “see it”. How it appears to us. Attention is an active self-organizing field, and whatever we place our attention on, we act “on it” to reorganize it to fit or match our organization as a pattern or composition of meaning and significance. This is done through a “filtering mechanism” that activates and deactivates, pulls some things out into the foreground, while pushing others aspects into the background where they’re not noticed or used to form an interpretation as a personal perception. This reorganizing mechanism as a reformulation of matter as light, happens automatically in a systematic fashion through resonance. Our field of attention is a projection and extension of our own mind that “turns on” (vibrates) certain aspects that correlate (resonate) with it, while “turning off” what doesn’t. Then, out of a fragmented, new selection of inherent information organized into a new pattern that conveys meaning (same as the mind is programmed with), it experiences it as a natural part of it’s “story about things” in a way that makes sense and acts to support and validate its story. All interpretations are a fundamental form of self-expression that reshapes everything into our “image and with our likeness”.


All energy as consciousness is comprised of active and passive forces. Our mind is an active force that enters into the passive aspect of everyone and everything around us (matter) and activates in it the same qualities that are in us, impregnating it, giving rise to an offspring of our model as a fractal pattern or holographic image. This is done not in literal terms of changing the object itself, but as a perception that forms a new image as a reflection of itself in another. Resonance is the basic law governing consciousness as “perception”. All perception of the outer world is a form of self-perception as projection of the inner onto the outer. We project our image (paradigm) onto them, and reshape them to be “like us”, and we experience them through the same qualities that we ourselves naturally possess. We change how things appear (to us) by the model and perceptual lens we use to look at it through. We can only see what can be explained, described, given values and attributes, or validated and justified using our model. Everything in the outer world that exists “outside of our model”, is unperceivable to us. We literally can’t see it, even though we’re looking right at it.

Alchemy, works by changing the “inner substance” as the mind-body system of the individual, rather than changing outer substances. It doesn’t change the actual substance of someone or the outer world of matter, but how it “appears” to the individual changes. It works by changing the mind as the “model of meaning” which is being used to perceive things that changes their appearance to match the model. By changing our vibratory frequency as the self-organizing system based on meaning, we change the structure of our mind as our paradigm or “model of the world”, which modifies our perceptual lens – that we look through and perceive everything with – and as a result, things appear different to us. We can see in things what we didn’t notice before. We see ordinary things in a brand new light. We see everything from a brand new perspective, and through a brand new attitude. Not because it has actually changed, but because we’ve changed. We have changed our form and structure as the patterning of our mind, which is the “invisible” aspect of ourselves that has the ability to shape and reshape matter based on how it observes it and energetically interacts with it.


Our attention is a field of energy that’s an active force as a self-organizing mechanism that enters into and directly affects matter by changing how it appears to us – to the mind interacting with it. In this way, the observer and the object being observed are not separate from each other, but are an interactive whole. Whatever we look at and consider, we enter into relationship with, blending with it energetically and restructuring it to appear to us the way we need it to in order to match our story about things. Everything around us is perceived as an image that’s reflected on a glass-like screen in the mind’s eye of the imagination, and becomes a transparent image that’s superimposed over the outer reality, where the outer is transformed to correspond with the vibratory patterning of the mind. An active force (directed attention) enters into the same passive force in everything around it, bringing it to life, and their integration forms a new version of both as a perception of reality as the “self” being perceived in another.

Once we understand this, we can use it as a tool of self-discovery that reveals to us aspects of ourselves that normally lie outside of our awareness. We can realize that how we judge others in terms of what we tell ourselves about them as an interpretation of their behaviors or what they’re saying, has nothing to do with the person themselves in terms of honestly seeing who they are as a person, but rather shows us what our criteria for judgment is and our “story about things” where we evaluate everyone to fit into and play a role in our story. We look at others in their behavior and how they’re being, and we say to ourselves . . . when they do this, it means that. When they say this, it means this about them. When they act this way, it means this. And so on. Usually without ever realizing that the reason for their behaviors may not have anything to do with what we think they mean, but rather are being expressed out of a completely different model than ours, one that we don’t have an accurate interpretation for. Yet, by recognizing this, we can begin to observe ourselves from a neutral and objective perspective where we can see what our own tendencies are. We can see what story it is as a theme that conveys meaning of some sort that we’re always in the process of telling ourselves and as the means for creating a consistent interpretation of everything around in order to understand it and know how to interact with it.

By recognizing our perceptions as a window to ourselves, we can bring into light what normally remains outside of our awareness. We can see what our own paradigm is that contains hidden aspects of ourselves that we’re not aware of because we’ve repressed them or are in denial about them, because when we expressed are true nature, we were harshly judged by others, and so we disowned them by denying them, even to ourselves, and began judging those same traits in other people in the same way we were judged. Because of this, we can recognize our own judgments of others as being about the same things we were judged for, which produced hidden aspects of ourselves that we pretend we don’t have. Once we realize that whatever we’re seeing in another is the same traits we ourselves possess, we can become aware of parts of ourselves that we’re not normally aware of. In becoming aware of them, and allowing ourselves to “own them” without judging, explaining why we have them, or attempting to justify them and our right to keep them, we integrate them into our mind, bringing them into balance within the rest of our personality, and quit “seeing it” in others. In this way, people appear different to us, because we ourselves are different, not so much in how we appear, but in how we think, feel, perceive, emote, and behave. The “being” inside the body changes how the mind and body functions, and through resonance, our outer perception of the world changes to match our inner perceptions.

The Nature of Personal Power – “How to Become Empowered in your own Life while Empowering others in Theirs”

The quest for personal power takes on many faces, and can present a real dilemma for many people, most of which induce an endless compromise as a negotiation between unconscious-feeling aspects of themselves, and conscious-aware aspects. Whether or not we “own” our power and employ it as part of our personality and normal ways of doing things is not based on our conditioning in the typical sense, but rather how we respond to the events and activities of our life that establish and develop our identity. Even our conditioning and how we’re trained to certain dynamics being acted out and what role in that dynamic we take on as a part of our natural personality, develops the story we begin living out of that gives us a sense of ourselves by way of that story. We begin taking on a position early in life of either defiance, or stubbornly standing our ground when others act to intimidate or exercise power over us, or we back down, submit, become meek and emotionally weak, and allow them to control us, and thereby determine us.

Whatever role we take on in the dynamic we’re raised with develops us according to that role, and the story we begin developing in our minds as a way of understanding the way people are, and the way life is, also comes to define us in relation to it all. The story we begin telling ourselves as a way of making sense of it all, becomes the role we take on in general, and how we come to identify with our own story about things. We develop “interactive dynamics” out of our story about things where we are either in a position of self-control and initiation, or where we’re reacting to being controlled and manipulated by others through a reactive state.

When we feel powerless, there are typically a couple of ways we approach it, either succumbing to it and being a victim, helpless to change while suffering because of it, or we begin the quest of “getting” power by taking it from others. Some engage in a constant process of trying to exercise control over others or a situation by being manipulative, coercive or antagonistic. They’re always trying to figure out what they need to do to get others to do what they want them to do. They design their behavior strictly according to manipulative strategies that rely on a victim mentality that will give into them. In this dynamic, the person seeking power has to hook-up with the person whose willing to give up their power, and the victim who lacks power or looks to readily give theirs away, hooks up with the villain who gladly takes it. We always form relationships with our complementary opposite and continue acting out dynamics as a form of negotiation and soul-bartering.

You can always tell the difference between who has power and who doesn’t by their behaviors and what attitude they’re expressing and demonstrating. These same type of dynamics are being played out in all areas of our life, through various relationships, whether they be friendships, romantic, siblings, parent-child, social, or in the workplace. Whatever idea a person is imprinted with is integrated into their psychology and becomes a dynamic part of even their most basic behaviors. It becomes a natural part of who they are and how they’re being as a fundamental part of their personality and identity that they carry with them into all of their life-situations.

All relationships involve an interaction of consciousness as energetic dynamics formed by complementary opposites, that act on each other, stimulating in each other the opposite expression of the same trait that they share in common, that together form the interactive roles necessary to act out a dynamic as a joint reality that reinforces and strengthens each persons role in that dynamic. In every relationship you have the attraction and interaction of opposites as active and passive, masculine and feminine, outer and inner, and dominant and recessive. When relationships first form, one person or element establishes dominance over the other, which sets into motion a larger dynamic that the relationship serves to act out. In a healthy relationship, the roles of dominance are shared and move back and forth depending on what they’re doing or dealing with, where each individual’s strengths and powers are utilized to serve the greater good of both as a unit or interactive whole. This “dynamic-duo” action utilizes the strength of both as a dance with life. Here power is shared and equally moves between them as a coordinated effort or psychological strategy. In unhealthy relationships that exist with a lack of balance, one person consistently dominates and intimidates the other into submission, even when they clearly lack knowledge and abilities in the area of life they’re dealing with. This is where one person wants to exercise exclusive control over the other through a form of dictatorship, that ultimately becomes abusive. In this type of situation, one is always in the process of trying to get power by taking it from the other, and a power struggle ensues. The other usually responds by retaliating and contesting, purposely deceiving them behind their back, or by becoming passive and weak while building resentment that turns into hatred.

In any situation or behavioral dynamic being acted out as a relationship, you can immediately establish who has power, who’s looking to get power by taking it, and who readily surrenders and gives up their power while succumbing to the will of another in order to be accepted, loved, or to be apart of things. A person who has power, and therefore doesn’t need to get it from others or establish it outwardly through station or status, is not only comfortable in themselves, but act to stimulate others through the demonstration of their own power, employing them in a sense through a form of shared power. When we outwardly demonstrate power, we inspire others to access their own power in relation to us. We don’t necessarily give our power to those who don’t have power of their own, but rather when we demonstrate power as confidence and clarity of mind and purpose, we give them an example of what power is, what it feels like, and how to recognize it in others and themselves. Just through the nature of our interaction we connect them with that same internal resource, activate it in response to us, and call it forth in them, while giving them an example as a possible means for expressing it by stepping into it and becoming it.

Because true personal power is the most valued human commodity, and so few people actually possess it, and even fewer people know how to openly and comfortably express it by demonstrating it, many have no role-model that gives them a clear idea of what power looks and feels like when you’re in the presence of it. This is largely because power is a self-contained quality that’s connected to and drawn on completely from an internal source and not sought outwardly through an interaction of some sort. When we’re in the “presence” of those who are powerful we form an immediate sense of admiration for them, that causes us to feel a certain way, where we naturally access those same qualities in ourselves by resonating with them and entering into a natural state of rapport with them. Because of this, we feel more powerful when we’re around them. By watching their behavior and attitude, we can model (imitate) it, and in doing so bring out in us the same feeling. We can acquire a behavior as a form of template or instruction for learning “how” to be in our power. We can then “practice” being in such a way that we connect to the inner resources of “being that way” becoming a channel for expressing that quality which reshapes our character according to it.

geneIn order to access and develop a quality, we have to have a behavior or means for “being it”, that through the practice, we become like it. If we don’t have a pathway or way of doing something, we often stop at the realization of not knowing what to do or how to do it. This is what many people experience as being “stuck” when they’re attempting to change and transform their ability to manifest new realities by expressing in new ways. When it’s demonstrated for us, it acts to stimulate those same feelings in us, while giving us a model to imitate. By embracing that feeling while employing the same type of behaviors, we become the same in mind and body, and cultivate the same feeling state as a way of being in ourselves.

Whatever “state-of-being” is around us, we feel it’s presence through resonance, which activates those same feelings and qualities in us, calling them forth in response to it. As we “observe” the outward behaviors that express and inward feeling, and we “enter into them” through a state of rapport as inspiration (admiration), we naturally take on the same type of behaviors, becoming the outward expression of the same feeling-quality, and in being “one with it”, become the same as it. We not only access the same feeling-state within us that’s comparable to the outer state stimulating it, but we become the vehicle for expressing that state, and cultivate ourselves by way of that state to “be” like it.

This is the phenomenon of the most basic laws that govern our mind-body system as resonance (like begets like), sympathetic induction (vibration enters into the same vibration in another and produces an effect), and coherence that reorganizes the similar patterns of both to form a new pattern as a new whole. Whatever quality as a state of mind being outwardly demonstrated, stimulates, awakens, and brings into active expression that same feeling-state in everything around it. As it activates it and calls it forth, it becomes the basis of their interaction, which is the interactive expression of that same shared quality in both people. As it’s expressed through the dynamic (behavioral pattern) being acted out as the means for expression, it’s developed and strengthened in both people, and develops our character and tendencies through the shared enactment. We become one with the quality itself as a power, and it acts on us to reshape us into a new form and gives us a new way of being as the channel for expressing that characteristic.

energySo the quest for power that’s always going on, even when we don’t realize it or recognize it as such, is always acting on us to shape us in response to it. We only grow by what we resist. By recognizing this, we move into a position of not being affected by it by reacting to it in an automatic fashion, and we realize in that moment of control that we can “choose” our response. Once we begin realizing what’s going on energetically, while actively choosing how or if we’re going to respond, we begin exercising the first stages of taking back possession of our power to self-create and become self-determined through masterful use of our will. We can begin taking an objective view of any situation, seeing the underlying dynamic going on, and interact with it accordingly, with full awareness of what we’re doing and why. In this way we can truly exercise our power over the emotions of others and the material world, not by beating it into submission, but by entering into it while still maintaining full awareness of what we’re doing, become one in mind and body with it, then introduce an influence that will naturally bring out different qualities in others, and in doing so, lead it in a whole new direction through a state of complete cooperation.

This ability to work with the energy and consciousness of a situation is the exercise of true power and psychological dominion over the material plane as the ultimate form of leadership, where people don’t even realize they’re being led, and where you act to naturally bring out the best in people that creates an activity that serves the greater good in the most beneficial way possible for everyone involved. In a business sense, the greater good is the vision and mission of the business, and in an intimate relationship, the greater whole is the best possible response that brings out the best in each other and develops it through a loving and intimate interaction.

When we are in full possession of our own mind and body and able to operate it with strategic intelligence, we simultaneously realize that our power over others comes as a direct result of our power over ourselves, and the most natural way we control others is by how we influence them through our own behaviors. Not by attempting to exercise power over them or by reducing them to an inferior status, but by becoming an example for them to follow. We lead them by inspiring them in such a way that it brings out the best in them through an elevated state of being, that we then enter into a concert with becoming an example for them to imitate. We first act to bring out the necessary qualities and traits in others by embodying them ourselves, then give them a pathway for expressing them through the example we set, that elevates their station, and develops them through higher character traits to be fully empowered in their own lives by using their will as it’s intended to self-create and become a productive part of a greater idea to which they resonate and aspire towards. This not only creates a state of cooperation and uninhibited participation, but a sense of enthusiasm and passion that forms a deep sense of complete and utter devotion to the greater whole of which they are now an active and important part. The best way we lead as a demonstration of our power is by eliciting “love” in others through the beauty of our expressive abilities to inspire and enlighten and calls them to rise to new heights as an equal response to us.

Relationships: Looking for Patterns in the Chaos – “Recognizing Dynamic Themes as Interactions with Ourselves in Others”

When we realize the true nature of the individual mind as the electromagnetic field that is grounded in, permeates and envelops the body, that is comprised of a dynamic network of interwoven patterns as memory of some sort acquired through various levels of experience which become our “psychology” as our perceptual lens that works through interpretation to restructure all external and objective reality to be of the same nature (patterning) as we are, we can realize we’re always seeing in others the same qualities that make up our constitution, and how we “act on them” is actually acting on ourselves “in” them. The confusion seems to come around two ideas, one as what do we mean by “aspects of ourselves” as qualities, and a lack of actual awareness of qualities we possess that we are in denial of, have repressed and suppressed that we don’t “own” or actually know we have as a result.

Aspect of the self, are qualities that form characteristics with behaviors in them as dynamic patterns that are thematic in nature, and contain opposite roles (or variety of roles) that are necessary to act out the theme as a drama of some sort to create an experience as a joint-reality of that characteristic expressed through a story. Everything in life exists as patterns (form as function) as whole ideas that have natural behaviors in them that create specific “types” of realities. We attract to, and draw to us, those who are ideal for acting out the same story as a joint experience that expresses the shared qualities of their character. So we naturally enter into relationships of various sorts where they possess the opposite and complementary qualities played out through “roles” to tell the same type of story as a co-creation that validates and supports both people’s belief-systems as a shared illusion (imaginary reality). For example; a person who continually perceives themselves as being a victim of some sort, naturally attracts to and enters into relationship with those who will “victimize them”. A “victim” needs a “victimizer” in order to act out a dynamic together that result in them feeling like a victim. All qualities are natural forces that exist in polarity as opposites that are complementary in acting out the pattern they both share a complementary role in.

vesicaLikewise, whatever qualities and character traits we deny in ourselves, and therefore repress by not owning (recognizing) or acknowledging them, we simultaneously project onto others, by assigning those same traits to them by how we interpret their behaviors, then we form a strong reaction to them based on our own interpretation. By this means we see our repressed qualities that we’re not directly aware of because we formed an illusion around them as a story we tell ourselves that serves to deny it, or make it out to be something entirely different than it really is. When we realize the laws governing the mind and the fact that all perception is a form of projection created by looking through the “lens” of our mind we can realize what our own hidden qualities are, often referred to as our shadow aspects, because they live in the dark within us without any clear recognition, and are projected onto others as what we see in them that’s of the same nature (vibratory frequency) as us. Perception operates according to the principle of resonance. We literally can’t see in others what doesn’t first exist in us. What’s “of” us, we react to (resonate with), and what’s not, we don’t even notice (have no reaction).

Intuitively, we’re always tuning into the feelings (vibrations) of the heart, which senses and understands everything around it as an inner knowing, and sees (perceive) only that which we also “feel” by the spiritual (energetic) intelligence (patterning) of the mind through the imagination, which reforms them through an adaptation process as an interpretation that forms an illusion around them as a personification of what is in reality, a neutral and separate person, place, or thing. We then begin to speculate within the realm of our own illusion (imagining according to us) distorting the truth and behold instead our own hallucinations that we mistaken for being “real” or factual”, when in fact, they’re pure fiction.

This is why we say that “what a person thinks of you, has nothing to do with you, but simply reveals who they are”. Because we’re never really seeing others as they truly are in the objective sense, but through our own interpretations that make them fit into our story about things in a way that makes sense to us as a means of creating our experience of them. And likewise, the same holds true in reverse. Our opinions of others seldom have anything to do with them, but rather express our judgments of them in terms of the same judgments assigned to behaviors that we also possess, and often repress because we judge ourselves just as harshly for the same tendencies, which is why we come to deny them in ourselves. So for the purpose of self-preservation, we distort it with a story that makes the same behavior out to be something entirely different. While the actual behavior is the same, our “reason” for doing it is different than we imagine another persons reason for doing the same behavior is. We create a reason for it that justifies it while simultaneously validating our right to judge others for what are in reality the same behaviors that we demonstrate.

All perception is in fact . . . self-perception. How we experience someone or something, is completely an inner creation that’s expressing our model of the world, while simultaneously revealing it. This is the minds way of showing us parts of ourselves that we can’t ordinarily see, because the primary basis for all healing . . . is awareness! Once we realize this fact, we can use it to identify hidden aspects within ourselves that we have repressed, and by becoming aware of and acknowledging them we can begin working with them in an aware and intentional manner.


The most basic process for bringing this idea into practice within your daily life is to allow your mind to think about others as you normally do and simply take on an altered, second-person perspective of observing your own thoughts. Don’t judge yourself for having those thoughts, or begin justifying them in some way, but simply notice what they are, and notice what the central theme of them are. As you get a clear idea of what or how you’re evaluating the person or behavior as a “value judgment” (bad, wrong, stupid, mean, asshole, jerk, slut, etc.), abstract the behavior being demonstrated that warrants the judgment, separating it out from the meaning you’re giving it, and ask yourself . . . how am doing the same thing in my own life? Where and when do I display the same tendencies, while perceiving them in a different way? And what am I telling myself when I do these same behaviors that justify my right to do them? What story do I tell myself that makes the same type of behaviors seem different?

Self-reflection through an understanding of resonance and projection allows us to identify tendencies within ourselves that we are in denial of, fail to recognize or own, or that we have build defense mechanisms around. What we defend ourselves against, we readily “see in others” and tell ourselves a story about it that exonerates us by persecuting them in the same manner that we have been persecuted. A person who has always been made to feel as if they’re not “good enough”, for example, will have a tendency to make other people feel the same way in relationship with them, by acting to “lower” them somehow, or make them feel inferior to them. They’ll do it in the same way (attitude and behavior) that it was done to them. If they we’re constantly criticized, then they’ll do it by having the same tendency to criticize others. If they we’re constantly corrected with an attitude of frustration or intolerance, then they’ll do it to others in the same way.

Our conditioning programs us with whole patterns as interactive dynamics where we are conditioned to the behavioral dynamics we’re raised with, and continue to act out those same dynamics as we go through life in numerous ways. What was done unto us by others, we in return, perform those same behaviors in how we perceive and treat others, giving them the same feeling that we were programmed with. Because these “programs” are apart of our unconscious make-up, and we’ve built illusions around them that prevent us from seeing them as they really are, we can use our knowledge of projection to recognize hidden tendencies in ourselves as our unconscious programming, and in becoming aware of it, we can begin to work with it in a conscious manner, to change our own mind-set about things and begin developing new patterns of perception and behaviors by actively choosing instead unconsciously reacting. We can begin realizing that the only way the “world changes” for us, is by changing ourselves, because our perception is what creates the world around us. The outer world is transformed inwardly. Our outer world is produced by and equivalent to our inner world.

Personal Transformation from your Lower-Self to your Higher-Self: “Striving for Self-Perfection”

The idea of perfection has been greatly misconstrued, and has even in some cases been turned into a “bad” idea by some who use it in more of the sense of standards being placed “on us” by others, trying to live up to their ideas about us or please them in some way by changing our behaviors in order to win their favor and affections, or in an attempt to remedy the idea of “worthiness” by telling you you’re perfect just the way you are, and you need not do anything to be worthy of “God’s love”. All these concepts are built out of the idea that perfection has something to do with “someone out there” (others or God) that’s placing standards on you that have to be met in order to be considered perfect, and therefore worthy of their love and generosity, or to be included in their private circle. Yet, none of these have anything to do with the real idea behind “self-perfection”.

To be perfect is to be utilizing all off your talents, latent potential, inner qualities, knowledge, special abilities, and untapped inner resources to willfully modify and adjust, or rearrange your mental paradigm as your perceptual lens that identifies errors in your perception and dynamics you’re programmed with that are destructive, harmful, unproductive, sabotaging, and cause you misery and suffering somehow by way of your own tendencies. Perfection can also be thought of as creating an “ideal” for yourself that’s what you deem to be “the best you can be”, that create a life experience of being empowered in your ability to actively create it through mastering your will, and where you are fulfilled in the most ordinary sense, and able to productively create in your life in a way that creates health, happiness, and prosperity. Not by obsessively trying to change others so you’ll be alright to stay just as you are, but by working exclusively on yourself to recognize and address your own character flaws, false perceptions, and unconscious tendencies. All of which are acting together to cause you to express in a negative way producing your own suffering.

venturi manSelf-perfection is to look within, and through introspection (examining yourself), see what type of story you’re always in the process of living out, and what role you’re playing in that story that shapes you by way of it. We always start with a paradigm structured out of our accumulated experiences that are all interpreted through the same type of story-line, forming a consistent experience of our outer reality and the events of our life that are “produced by” our perception, then used to create our experience, which shapes and defines us by way of them. We are at once the author of the story being told by how we interpret everything, the main character in our story that everything revolves around having the experience of it as an actual reality, while watching it being played out as a reflection in others. We are the central point out of which our world evolves and is held into place forming a consistent pattern as a theme that forms the basis for all our experiences. We’re always the one causing our own suffering, emotional pain and unhappiness, by how we process information and what dynamics we naturally engage in and cooperatively participate in acting it out as a group scenario.

We are always the ones creating our own experiences. We have only to begin recognizing this while cultivating the ability to look at ourselves from an objective perspective so we can see our own tendencies and patterns without an emotional investment or need to justify it by how we explain it. When we can remove our attachments to our perceptions, and step outside of the emotional element that the story acts to express and create more of, and look at the story we’re living out from a dissociated position, we can begin “seeing” ourselves as we really are. It’s the emotional component that causes us to become unconscious of our own behaviors. It’s the emotion controlling our thoughts that “forms” the story we begin living out of. Emotions become the motivation for all our behaviors. Emotions are “energy in motion” that produces activity that controls our thoughts to form the story that expresses the emotion as a reality that amplifies and increases the emotion, giving us more of the same feeling through the telling. We are conditioned to certain emotions through our family dynamics that form the initial patterns for all our relationships that we continue to create out of throughout our life. Our conditioning is what establishes (or reestablishes) our mental paradigm as a mental structure of a whole series of congruent patterns, all of which act together to form a larger pattern as the “theme” that shapes all our events by conforming them to tell the same type of story. All our behaviors are unconsciously being produced in a natural, spontaneous, and automatic way by our mind as our soul.


The transformative idea around self-perfection, is to become self-aware of what we’re normally not aware of that’s being acted out unconsciously, and in recognizing and forming awareness around it, we have the ability to begin working with it consciously in an intentional and deliberate way to “reform” ourselves by embodying new qualities that naturally lend themselves to new ways of being. In recognizing the dynamics we’re programmed to as life-patterns, we can also recognize the emotions that produce them and keep us actively engaging in them. Emotions are the common denominator that connects the inner to the outer through the same thematic patterning as a behavioral dynamic. By understanding the emotions we’re prone to, we can also realize how we’re being internally stimulated emotionally by other people and situations that render us unconscious (literally) and keep us involved in acting out the same dynamics. Again, just the awareness of what’s happening inside of us at any given moment, nullifies it, and brings it under control, providing us with the neutralized basis to begin actively working on ourselves to change our own internal dynamics, which produce a chain reaction that also begins transforming our outer experiences.

The ancient art of Alchemy as Personal Transformation is the secret to all healing that allows us to move from a personalized, unconscious status, to an elevated conscious and universal status. Through self-awareness that brings realization around unconscious and hidden aspects of ourselves, we can deliberately work on ourselves to “perfect” ourselves healing unconscious tendencies by integrating them. Awareness alone begins the process of integration which transforms it by what we “choose to employ” in its place. All healing, in the spiritual sense, is becoming aware of aspects of ourselves that operate below the level of consciousness, without our direct awareness, that keeps us living out of false realities as an emotional delusion. It’s being fully self-aware and therefore self-directed and self-created with full awareness and comprehension of what we’re creating.

To perfect, is to reconstruct in order to operate in a highly proficient and harmonious manner. It’s to create in a benevolent and productive manner as a true vessel for self-expression as love that brings a deep sense of contentment, inner peace, and emotional beauty. We have to first learn how to bring emotions under control, neutralizing their effect “on us”, disengaging negative ones, while strategically employing positive ones to use as the basis for our expression as our perceptions and behaviors, and the dynamics our behaviors create and participate in within the outer world. All of our life-dynamics and thematic stories emerge naturally from whatever emotions we’re experiencing and allowing to come “through” us. Thought exists in direct relationship with its emotional equivalent. What we’re thinking about and imagining as a preview for reality is formed by our emotional state. Our emotions control our thoughts keeping us “thinking out of” a predominately unconscious (repetitious) state. And likewise, our thoughts also have the ability to produce emotions in response to them that are their equivalent as the expressive component of the thoughts that produce behaviors that brings the inward reality of the thoughts outward as a congruent experience. On the material plane, thoughts are passive and emotions are active. On the higher, spiritual (invisible) planes, the opposite is true and thoughts as ideas are active, and emotions are a passive response to thoughts as their equivalent that form the physical channel for actualizing the thoughts as an experience of reality. The dynamic relationship between thought, emotion, and actions exists on all planes simultaneously through different orientations.

humanenergy-spiritual-beings-consciousnessTo self-perfect and therefore consciously create, is to work this formula from a higher perspective where you neutralize emotion and bring them under control, while activating original thought as the template for creating new experiences that match the emotion to the idea by stimulating it, becoming a vehicle for it’s expression by employing the behaviors that act it out. It’s only by letting go of our habitual emotional states that we can gain control over them and over our thoughts which are otherwise controlled by them. Once we neutralize the intensity and stimulating qualities of emotions, we can experience a kind of “freeing sensation” that creates a strangely objective feeling as a dissociated awareness. In this awareness that’s no longer controlled by our emotional states and the emotions of others, we become aware from a calm place that we have the ability to choose, not only what we think and why we’re thinking it, but also how we want to respond to any situation, not as an unconscious and automatic reaction being projected, but as a means of creating in the situation by redirecting it. We gain a position of being “at cause” rather than the “effect that then acts as the cause”, causing more of the same thing. In this strange new awareness of choice without any influences (making the choice for us) directing our choice, comes a sense of responsibility for what we want to create by how we interact and consciously move it in a new direction by not only deflecting the emotions of others, but intentionally introducing new ones that change their emotional state and serve to move it in a whole new direction, creating a new experience.

With knowledge and the creative ability to apply it directly on others to create in an intentional and precise way, comes a heightened sense of responsibility for our creation and the consequences we draw on ourselves as a result. This is why the prerequisite for gaining higher knowledge is moral purity that cleanses our character of undesirable traits that not only would cause us to use our power in a selfish and harmful way, but would also condemn the soul of the individual to the consequences of their own actions. Any act that hurts another person, hurts ourselves in exact measure. What we do unto others we also do unto ourselves by drawing to us direct consequences of our own actions. Those who look to control and manipulate others, are in fact controlled and manipulated by others in direct response to them. As we seek to manipulate, we’re being manipulated just through the seeking itself. Any action creates an equal or greater reaction of the same nature. The effect is always the equivalent or of the same nature as the cause.

So self-perfection comes as a heightened form of self-awareness that allows us to reverse the orientation of the lower-emotional mind controlling the higher-idea mind, by bringing emotions into a neutral state where we’re no longer reactive to them, and we intentionally choose what ideas we’re going to employ, that moves us from a unconscious personalized illusion of reality, into a more universal and creatively objective reality where our will and ability to choose are reinstated and we begin creating ourselves and our lives through a different relationship with our own mind and body. We become conscious creators in our own life by mastering our ability to control and direct the elements of thought and emotion. We step outside of our self, and see ourselves in an objective manner from the perspective of our higher-self, always witnessing the experience from a neutral state by remaining outside of them, unattached and without desire. From this higher and more objective perspective, we are unaffected by the elements of the material – Astral plane, and are therefore able to control and direct it by creating and utilizing it as our medium and tools for self-creating.


To self-perfect is to honestly self-create with full awareness of what you’re doing and what reality you’re initiating that move you from being the effect of your conditioning to the one determining it. The soul is no longer control by the emotional states and behaviors of the body, and is free to use the body as a neutral conduit for creating within the material plane. By gaining control of the Elements, and stepping fully into our higher consciousness, we lose all personal desires born out of our identification with our body, and take on a position of serving the greater whole of humanity by acting always to facilitate their growth by moving them out of the darkness and into the light where they can see all aspects of themselves as they really are for the first time. In our perfection we ascend in consciousness to a higher plane that’s not personally invested in this plane, where we realize and can fully utilize our ability to deliberately express and create within this plane by first controlling and directing our own emotional thoughts, then being able to act as a mirror for others to become aware of their true nature and the delusions they create by letting their emotions control their mind and produce their experience of reality (and themselves) by way of them.

Self-perfection is gaining full control of your self within the material plane by stepping into yourself on the higher plane and being able to see everything in the light with eyes wide open. It’s to become self-aware, self-realized, and self-created. It’s to actualize latent potential, not necessarily as attributes and qualities that transform your character, though this may be how it starts, but by being able to take on a whole new perspective that sees your self “in this world, but not of it”, literally. Where you begin identifying more with your spiritual aspect than your bodily aspect. Where you return your body to a neutral vehicle for spirit to move through and create in the world masterfully using the very elements that shape it.

Emotions are Drugs – “The Chemistry of Experience”

We have to always keep in mind that the body is one of the most sophisticated chemistry labs known. This is largely due to the fact that as humans, we experience complex emotions that are not only due to instinctual responses to our environment, but are also largely self-induced through our thinking and how we perceive things to give them meaning.

Because chemicals alter the state of the organism, which greatly influences our thinking, we form habitual thinking patterns that are naturally associated with our emotions. Because of this, we not only become addicted to certain emotions, but then attached the same type of thoughts as a way of interpreting and forming fundamental perceptions that become habitual also. Our dominant emotional state forms our basic attitude. Our attitude shapes our approach. Our approach determines the perspective we take and from what position we look at things. Our predisposition shapes the type of experiences we have into a consistent theme that forms a predominant meaning . . . that says ‘this is the way life is”.

What shapes the experiences we have is not the emotion itself, but the type of thoughts we attach to it that creates a concept of a possible reality that gives it meaning. The meaning becomes the moral of the story that spontaneously emerges as a natural expression. The meaning shapes and produces the experience that expresses it through a story that we first tell ourselves, then we literally call forth by telling others. We first run it through our imagination, composing it as a potential reality which serves to program the subconscious with a live experience, which it then automatically produces as a form of correspondence (like begets like). The experience may not be exactly as we had imagined it, but it will ultimately result in the same idea that will induce the same emotional state.

The reason that we can say that everything that has ever been “created or invented” began in the imagination, is because the imagination is where common elements of an inspired idea are brought together and composed in such a way that they form a believable experience. It is how we first structure then preview potential realities. Once we form a belief around an emotional concept, we have a blueprint, or kind of template for producing it. We create experiences of it, that serves to express it. We move it from the inside as our personal creation, to the outside as a perceivable experience of our self.


Because emotions cause motion, are motivating, they tend to run the system randomly until we learn how to not only create them, but direct them with our thoughts and how we use our body. When we learn how to begin cultivating them intentionally and calling them forth at will, we can begin using them as the powerful expressive tool that they really are. The emotion that we use to communicate not only to our self (internal dialogue), but also in communicating with others, is what determines the reaction we produce which is of a similar nature. Our emotional expression triggers the same emotions in other. Once we understand this, we can learn to use them as powerful creative tools with a sense of intention and purpose.
To learn how to first cultivate then direct our emotions using them intentionally is one of the most valuable skills we can learn. Nothing else will produce as drastic a shift in your own life, as well as your skill in communicating with others, than this alone.
