Moral Fiber and the Nature of Corruption

entity
In order for a system to self determine by setting standards of operation based on ethics, morals and values, they must be followed and upheld at all times in order to maintain the integrity of the system. If we allow or tolerate less, then the system’s integrity is compromised and it becomes corrupted to the extent of the allowance. While this is very easy to see in business where we set standards for things like appearances or attire and we give full descriptions of those requirements, then an employee shows up in violation of our standards, and we allow them to go ahead and work anyway, we have just lowered our standard due to a lack of compliance that are now reflected by the new standard set by the violation. What we allow and tolerate is a reflection of the company’s moral integrity whether they realize it or not.

This same type of dynamic is going on all the time at the personal level. While many fail to even recognize and define what their moral values are, and then consciously act to create the ethical standards they use to live their lives by as a moral code that simultaneously provides a guideline for making decisions of what they will and won’t allow (of themselves and others), all of which ultimately form the basis for their integrity as a person. Instead, most create an image of themselves that they would like to portray, that is more about complying in order to fit in, be like others, gain friends and associates, overcome insecurity and low self-esteem, or attract clients of some sort. We begin the process of constantly prostituting ourselves by readily negotiating our ethics and morality. Some never form a clear idea around their ethics and standards and so have no real direction or compass in life. They blow in the wind and become subject to whatever influences they surround themselves with.

While we have a sense of what we are doing at a deeper level, we cloud it over with all the evidence we bring into any decision making process that diverts the attention away from the ethical reality in a dark debate of endless compromise. We are able to fool ourselves to a certain extent at the conscious level, but at the subconscious and soul level where the ego doesn’t exist and we experience everything in terms of feelings, emotions, morality and the corresponding images they contain, we are clear on what this type of compromise means about who and what we are. This facilitates feelings of self disappointment, loathing, feelings of betrayal, regret, despise and resentment. The reason more people don’t explore to determine what ethics they hold as standards for modeling their behavior is because they realize that if they state them clearly, and articulate them with reason, they’ll have to uphold them. What we communicate creates a form of accountability. In upholding them they will have to make conscious decisions as to who to remain in relationship with, and who to dissociate with. They fear they will lose friends and clients and so they never state them or actually uphold them so that when they compromise themselves, no one else will know . . . . however, the problem is, they know. We don’t ever really fool ourselves. We just begin the long process of selling our soul to the highest bidder. We corrupt ourselves because we don’t believe in ourselves and don’t have a sense of clarity around the type of person we choose to be, and so we become the effect of others. We allow associates, friends and society to determine and shape us, because we fail to willfully determine ourselves. No decision is a decision. Compromise violates integrity.

Integrity isn’t about you being able to consistently pull off a public image or master a persona. It’s about walking your talk. Lead through example. Be the change you desire. Practice what you preach. Teach only what you can demonstrate. Decide who you are, what you’re about, develop your values, morality and ethics for practice, and demonstrate integrity in upholding them. In this, you may not have as many friends or colleagues, but the ones you do have will serve to evolve you to even higher standards of being. And most importantly, when you lay down to rest alone in the dark, left only to yourself, you will be at peace with yourself and experience an inner calm born out of a sense of contentment.

Our State of Mind or Mood, Determines our Behavior as our Performance

Man with conceptual spiritual body art

One of the most fundamental errors people make in life is that they don’t understand the most basic precepts for how to get people to behave a certain way, or directly affect their performance. We think that the way to do it is by directly “addressing” it by talking about it, pointing it out, making suggestions as to what we’d like, etc., then wonder why it not only doesn’t work, but usually tends to make it worse.

This is because what naturally produces our behaviors is our mood or the state of mind we’re in. Whatever mood we’re in, or how we’re feeling determines what we focus on, why we’re focused on it, what we tell ourselves about it and the perspective we take on as a result, and how we form a natural response to it.

The best and most immediate way to act to produce the desired behavior in someone else is to first ask yourself what state of mind would someone be in who was naturally acting / performing that way? Then, once we realize what state that is, we can ask ourselves, how can we act to intentionally influence their state of mind to produce the desired state? The most basic way we influence people is through our own state. The state we’re in when we’re around them and use to interact or communicate with them, stimulates in them the same emotional qualities, bringing them out and developing and strengthening them through continued interaction. The whole basis of communication is how we are making the person feel by the way we treat them.

mental impressions
When we communicate with people through a demeaning or condescending attitude that makes them “feel” a certain way, which is altering their state of mind, they not only form associations “to us” through that feeling state, but will maintain it by dwelling in it long after we’re gone. It’ll determine their attitude, what thoughts they have and the perceptions they form by creating numerous realities as imagined scenarios that will produce analogous behaviors. They will treat other people (clients) the same way out of the same attitude as we have treated them. Whatever emotional state we embody and project into the world and onto others through our presence, our perceptions and “how” we say whatever we’re saying, we act to increase and systematically produce more of it by stimulating it, calling it forth, and then co-creating out of it.

A person who’s upset or frustrated, then behaves and communicates out of that state, acts to create more of that same experience in others. Someone who’s angry and talks to someone out of anger, stimulates that same emotion in them, making them feel angry also. They not only continue to think angry thoughts, and communicate with others out of anger, but they project that anger back onto you and think angry thoughts about you. Someone who is happy or enthusiastic about something, and communicates through that state, creates the same feeling in others towards or about whatever it is they’re communicating.

This same idea is commonly referred to as creating the “culture” of a business. I call it creating the atmosphere as a general mood that’s openly displayed and created out of as a general rule of thumb. This doesn’t mean that you’re not going to have times when you feel negative emotions, we all do. It’s only natural. It simply means that you don’t go out and interact through that state and infect your entire staff with that same feeling, knowing, that they’ll probably stay in that mood for the better part of the day . . . and of course, perform and run your business out of it. Instead, you work through negative emotions in private until you can get them under control, resolve them somehow, and then readjust your attitude before coming back into a group situation. Not saying anything while still maintaining the mood is not going to work, because people can sense your energy and pick up on your emotional state just through the quality of your presence alone. By how it feels to be around you.

While we think that we can fool people by simply repressing our emotions and pretend to be in a different mood, this only creates a false front that’s confusing, because you’re acting one way, while the feeling you’re putting off is entirely different. Whatever attitude and communicative behaviors key people in an organization frequently display and create out of as a result, acts to tune all the other staff members to the same mental attitude, which can be readily felt and picked up by clients / customers. The mood they’re in determines how they act, and the experience they give the client as a result. Our state of mind and how we behave are always unified. The outer behavior is produced by the inner state as an expression of it.

So keep this in mind and learn how to use it as a tool for creating by directly influencing others in an intentional manner. Likewise, if an employee comes in to work in a bad mood, and begins influencing others through their mood, have them take a break to a private location and shake the mood before they come back to work. If they can’t, then either put them in a position that will have the least effect on others (no client contact), or consider giving them the day off! Otherwise, the effects they create as an expression of their mood could take weeks to correct, or possibly cause the loss of clients without you even knowing about it. A required standard of performance is also a required state of mind when coming to work, because they’re the same thing. It’s also a good idea to discuss this in your employee orientation or at staff meetings where you also provide them with tools for learning to manage their mood as a professional resource.

The Importance of a business model – “Essence, Personality and Identity”

wired brain

Just as our personality and identity form the basis out of which all our personal expression comes as a natural and automatic by-product, the model for a business serves the same function. It establishes the basis for what forms our vision, mission, values, ethics, standards and philosophy – out of which we can easily form rules, policy, protocol and procedures. All of these can be summarized as the businesses personality and identity which are key factors for developing image and style. All people working within the business share a similar “personal model” to the business model, and all company training is designed as an expression of the business model which then establishes it as a culture.

The business model also establishes firm guidelines by which everything can be measured and evaluated for compliance and effectiveness, as well as to ensure consistency. It creates structure and order through well-defined rules and methods that ensure a smooth running operation. So a sound and well thought out business model should be one of the first steps to business development. If you are having constant problems with a lack of consistency, poor training, or the inability to make decisions that support the primary values and ethics of the business, one of the first places to look when trouble-shooting, should not only be the business model, but whether or not it is understood and being effectively demonstrated by key people and strategically implemented in all areas of the operation.

A business model should also clearly convey the overall identity and personality or “style” of the business. Not just through the primary vision, mission, and values, but also in describing the emotional atmosphere and moral conduct of everyone involved. Job descriptions should also include the personality traits and characteristics of the person as the ideal basis for how they perform their position, what image they convey to clients, and what type of experience they create through their common interactions. Emotional intelligence should be built in to the fundamental training programs, and all leaders within the organization should consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and well-managed emotional control. The managers, staff leads, and professional staff should be trained in psychological skills that they teach by demonstrating, as well as use intelligently to interact and handle any problematic situations should they arise in a creative and peaceful manner.

glass earth
As an Entrepreneur or developer of a business, we have to provide ourselves as well as our people with the necessary resources to build the practice from the ground up instilling intelligent practices into the very foundation. If transforming an existing practice to take it to a higher level of excellence and proficiency, strategic intervention that introduces change at the most effective and influential level of the organization is crucial. All persons responsible for producing the change must be educated in the psychological skills necessary for producing change through emotional engagement and by not only eliciting a state of cooperation, but a state of enthusiastic and invigorated participation. People need to be invested in the change as an actual outcome or community experience that will give them a powerful sense of themselves by being a productive and important part of it.

The attitude we use in how we treat our staff, is the same attitude they employ in assisting our clients. Whatever emotions we employ when interacting with our staff, we stimulate and call forth in them, and they perform out of that emotional state. The biggest factor for improving performance of the very people running our business is to understand the importance of the emotional atmosphere of the business as set by “key people” within the organization and how they’re “being” on a regular basis. All behavior is ultimately emotionally driven. Whatever mood someone is in is directly reflected in how they’re behaving and what energy they’re putting off. Negative emotions produce behavior that expresses those emotions, activating them in everyone else that they come into contact with. Likewise, positive emotions produce an elevated energy that infects others with the same feeling.

All business models should include a strong emphasis on the “psychology of the business” by defining rules of engagement that involve attitudes, emotional expression and etiquette. These are behavioral standards of the business, which means they must be upheld at all times by everyone involved, no exceptions. One person with a bad attitude and frequent emotional outbursts and destructive behaviors, tolerated and allowed to continue as part of a team, will act to undermine that team by infecting them with the same toxic energy. One bad apple, indeed . . . ruins the whole bunch! Strong emotions of any kind are powerful influences that serve to stimulate everyone around them with the same emotions. Be very clear on the emotional atmosphere necessary to create and operate your business in a way that determines what kind of an experience someone is going to have who’s doing business with you.

The Significance of a “Model” (System of Beliefs) in Creating Reality

energy patterns
Time and time again I see Coaches and Consultants who offer their services almost like an elaborate goal setting session – or ongoing session – who walk-in and give people ready made advice or a pre-designed program that offers the solution to their current problem. Yet as many of you have experienced even if you get off to a good start in an attempt to implement the program – it usually doesn’t take long for you to relapse, or for the program to fizzle. This is because you are in the situation you’re in – your life is the way it is – because of the models you are working out of. You have to have a paradigm that supports and represents the desired change- the type of situation, circumstances or conditions you’re are striving for – or you will never be able to create or maintain it.
In order to create something different than what you have currently created – you have start with the model called your identity – then move out into your model of the world. You must redesign your beliefs and your habitual emotions – repetitive attitude and behavioral patterns – how you “see” things in order to create a new vision. Referencing failure in an attempt to produce success does not work. You will simply turn that “goal” which on the surface represents success – into a perfect reflection of the model you reference and associate it with – which creates the state of mind – gives meaning (feeling quality) to your goal – out of which you will perform. An impoverished model will consistently produce poverty.
Goal-setting, as it is commonly called, is more like taking a dream and breaking it down into the step-by-step process necessary to create it – it involves an elaborate, interactive system of supportive beliefs to pull it off. In order to create a model we can use the method of modeling. The true essence of “modeling” is if you don’t currently have a successful model to reference, to imitate or use as a template – if you currently do not know how to do what you want to do – find someone who has, study them, elicit their strategy and create a model out of their strategy – use that model as a reference to associate with your current situation, modifying it accordingly and use it for measuring, comparing and give your desired creation a similar meaning – which will create the pathways necessary for success.
Pay attention to your own thoughts and what you say about your situation to others. We have to realize and appreciate the power of the spoken word – realize the importance of the language you use which calls forth that same idea in the mind of others. How you talk about yourself, your feelings, your situation, your outlook, how you talk to others – the attitude out of which you communicate – not only perfectly expresses your “true models” but it literally calls forth that model into a living, observable, breathing reality. “It became flesh, and walked amongst us,” is referring to the imaginary thoughts created out of a belief as a self-created illusion that is mistaken for true reality. In order to create in a conscious and intentional manner, think only about the desired outcome and what feelings, emotions, and behaviors would be being employed while having the experience of it.

circuitry
As human Beings we are gifted with the natural ability through the use of our mind to “create reality.” We create out of our beliefs “about” things. These beliefs exist in relationship to each other and form belief systems. These systems perfectly support, justify and validate each other – producing a reality that can not only exist like it’s own eco-system, but also attracts to it people of a like mind, who will interact appropriately to co-create that same reality. It then appears so real to us, we use it as evidence to convince ourselves and others that it is real, true and factual. We then feel as though we are subject to our own creations and we don’t perceive our selves as having any real control or power over our situation, when in fact, we are the ones that created it.
Models are templates that act as blueprints for creating corresponding realities. These realities consistently and repetitively form patterns which become our “life story”. We were not born into sin, technically speaking, and God did not make a mistake, we are in fact masters of creation, and perfectly create realities out of our beliefs. These realities form illusions that we superimpose over our current situation using them to create a personal version by the story we tell about them that make them mean something. The meaning we give things forms how we experience them and how we influence them through our behaviors and the nature of our relationship and interaction with them. This is the incredible power of your mind.
In order to produce change in your life, in your relationships, in your circumstances, you MUST do the work it takes to re-design the person whose model is creating it – YOU! You cannot re-design the organization without first redesigning the people creating it. Any attempts to produce change that does not involve transforming identity, beliefs and paradigms will not result in success. If you are able to briefly encounter a form of success – perhaps because someone else, such as a consultant has enough control or frequency to create out of their model – you will not be able to maintain it.
The power of Leadership within an organization is someone who has a superior model to operate out of (one that references success as a means of representing the goals and identity of the organization) and can communicate that model in such a way that it literally “teaches” that model to the people who will be in charge of actually producing it. They do so by creating a compelling future and inspire people towards it. In order to actually do this they must have their model so intact that they consistently act out of it at all times and use it as a filter for decision making and monitoring the progress or direction of the organizational flow. This is the only way that their influence, repetitive suggestion and emotional expression consistently move people in a common direction without creating contradiction.

Training the Trainer – “Maximizing Human Resources”

business training

“People do the best they can with what they have to work with, they always make the best choices available to them at the time”

A Managers most basic responsibility is to manage, develop and maximize the company’s resources. In order to do this they must learn how to embrace the company’s business model and perform all processes as a means of representing the company’s values, standards, philosophy and actualizing their overall vision. But in order to do this they must know how. Acting as a representative for the company and incorporating the business model into their fundamental means of training requires a high level of skill and professionalism. As a business owner or Leader it is our responsibility to provide our people with the skills and training necessary to perform at the desired level of excellence.

One of the greatest mistakes a company often makes is in the inaccurate evaluation of what appears to be potential problems. When a company is experiencing poor or inconsistent levels of performance amongst its employees, it’s nearly always due to two main factors, poor acquisition methods and an insufficient training method or style. In order to accurately evaluate poor performance we must look at our methods for selecting and developing our staff.

Effective training programs that offer practical skill development are some of your greatest strategic tools that will ensure the overall success of your daily operations as an ongoing process. No other area of your business offers such immediate and controllable means of saving you what could be thousands of dollars while simultaneously improving your potential to increase revenue. In all business operations, we not only look to improve the efficiency of operations in order to save money, but also as a means of providing a fulfilling work environment and improving service or instilling higher quality into products that serve to increase the potential for sales and generate new revenue.

Often companies fail to realize that training is a skill and an art form in and of itself. We often assign training to anyone with little regards as to whether or not they know how to communicate or teach effectively. Yet a skilled trainer can produce a multitude of skilled employees within a fraction of the time and with much greater proficiency than someone who doesn’t know how to properly train people. We must learn to take an attitude of training the trainer. The amount of money a company spends on training will show immediate returns as well as phenomenal savings over the course of 1 to 2 years, not to mention drastically improve average performance levels and the possibility of long-term employee retention.

business comp skills

Some of the most common training mistakes are:

• We fail to orientate new employees and ensure that they understand basic rules, policies, and expectations.

• We don’t understand or use the 3-T method, or fail to explain the training process itself and the time-frames allotted to each step.

• We don’t communicate the expectations for performance.

• We figure if someone is good at something, they will be good at training others. We assign new employees to what we consider our most proficient employees. Yet just because someone is good at doing something, does not mean that they are good at training someone else on how to do it.

• We lack a fundamental understanding of how people learn and different learning styles or strategies. We make the basic assumption that others are like us, and instead of understanding the different ways people learn, we simply try to teach them through our own preferred method.

• We teach “processes” or protocol and don’t explain the desired outcome, or train to create an understanding of what the process is designed to produce.

• We fail to design and execute a well planned and thought out training program. We take a hit and miss approach, start off good and then flounder, or tend to be sporadic and unorganized.

• We fail to recognize the role of “relationships” or the importance of personality types in creating effective teams.

• We fail to review their daily training with them, give them an opportunity to clarify gray areas, or give them consistent and meaningful feedback throughout their training process.

• We employ generic training programs that are not especially designed for our profession or within our business model or unique circumstances. These usually sit neatly on the shelf in someone’s office somewhere unknown and obscured.

The greatest investment you can make to streamline your business, enhance performance, hone efficiency, while ensuring a quality experience for your clients that will build trust and loyalty, is to invest in sound training programs and methods designed to give your people the knowledge and skills they need to perform at their highest potential. Knowledge is power, wisdom is magic. Give your people the resources they need, and watch the dream for your business . . . come to life.

We offer Professional Training to develop your greatest resource . . . Your People.
Give your managers and leaders the resources they need to operate your business and take it to a higher level of excellence in your field.

Decoding Sacred Geometry: The Tetragrammaton – “How the Mind Manifests Personal Reality”

Sacred geometry communicates the universal language of Universal Law, vibration and potential that impregnates matter with an animated form. God speaks to us in the language of mathematics, not as a “bean-counting” process that most have been taught, but as a philosophical system that communicates knowledge as universal laws through the relationship between spirit and matter as structure, order, and function. Shapes represent ideas as forms that have distinct attributes that undergo a natural growth process of “expression” that actualizes the idea as a corresponding reality.  Geometric forms put together as a composite image provide us with formulas that have an infinite number of interpretations that span multiple dimensions as the “same thing” manifesting on multiple planes at the same time. The key to decoding these formulas lies in the Law of Analogies and Correspondences that allows us to identify the same “nature” (vibratory frequency as a structuring mechanism) within different forms much like a system of classification based on attributes and qualities that form physical characteristics as a personality with distinct behaviors inherent in them that can take on numerous “outer forms”.

Sacred geometry speaks the language of laws as the energetic nature of the universe (the stuff of life) which is consciousness itself. Anytime we’re speaking of “energy” and “vibration”, we’re speaking of laws as the information necessary to “in-form” matter, shaping it while simultaneously animating it through a personality that has natural behaviors inherent in it that determine the reality it exists within as its mode for self-expression. The “quality of consciousness” that inhabits form is demonstrated through its natural behavior or how it functions in an automatic fashion. Consciousness itself operates according to law, and in human form is comprised of 3-aspects of a 4-fold nature. We commonly refer to these three aspects as the purely spiritual (energetic) aspect of higher or super consciousness, that forms the two lower (material) minds as the subconscious and self-conscious aspects that are predominate within the physical realm. The unification of these three modes of consciousness forms the physical reality of the 3 and 4-dimensional world. The subconscious mind is the aspect of the mind that we share with the animal kingdom and all of life commonly referred to as the instinctual field or greater mind, and the self-conscious aspect is a purely human feature that endows us with our creative abilities. Our most notable creative ability is the ability to self-create and be self-determined.

71138-sacred-geometry
So to understand the Tetragrammaton, we have to look at the four primary laws that it represents that are the primary laws governing subtle energy as a dynamic living matrix of interwoven vibratory frequencies that underlies and ultimately forms the material realm as its culminated expression. The Tetragrammaton, or Tetrad, is represented by the number 4 which is symbolized by a square or diamond (sideways square), which is symbolic of material reality as the earth (material) plane. Naturally, it also represents the four elements which are the primary laws as natural processes that underlie all of material reality and nature. These four primary laws, which form the basis for material reality, are also the primary laws governing the astral, mental, and etheric or Akashic planes, which underlie, permeate and organize the material realm. While symbolic ideas as laws lend themselves to an infinite number of interpretations within multiple planes of existence, here I’ll simply give one interpretation as the basic laws of energy itself, which of course are the same primary laws that govern our own mind. In order to use something as a tool for creating within our own lives, we have to understand it. We only understand what we can conceptualize as a working model of some sort. The only purpose of my descriptions here are to provide you with a concept that makes it understandable and therefore utilizable in the practical sense.

The Tetragrammaton symbolizes the full expression of all the laws that precede and comprise it, while still containing the potential for all laws proceeding out of it as a continued growth process. The 4 laws it represents is simply where a vibration as an archetypal pattern first forms in the material plane as an actual manifestation. The laws proceeding out of it are the process necessary for growing and evolving the initial form into a series of higher or more complex forms as variations of itself. The Monad (1), Dyad (2), and Triad (3), represent the laws of resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. A vibration that exists in polarity as dual aspects of itself that form a range between them that allows movement between two poles that forms a frequency as a “range of expression”.

A frequency can be thought of as a “wave-form” that contains a basic pattern as an archetypal idea or theme, which exists in its purely potential form as an infinite number of possibilities for creating the same basic idea. This frequency as a “state of being” (internal) resonates with the same frequency (state) in everything else (external). The frequency as a vibratory patterning or cluster of complementary vibrations only forms resonance with other vibrations within the same range or wave-length. Anything outside of its range, it fails to resonate with (affect) or acts to repel or cast off. When it comes into near proximity with the same vibration as its complementary opposite, it forms resonance with it, which stimulates that same “state” in another, calling it forth in them as the basis for their interaction. Resonance, as sympathetic induction is where a vibration enters into the same vibration in an outside form and activates it through a form of synchronized movement as mind entrainment where they begin moving and acting as one. This frequency as our mind-field is also our perceptual lens which determines what we see in others and our environment. We only “see” (readily recognize and stands out) what is of the same vibration or state of being as we are, and can therefore be used to tell the same story as a joint reality. Whatever is of a different frequency, we don’t notice in the real sense, or it becomes apart of the backdrop in a situation.

The spirit as a unified field (Monad), separates from itself forming polar opposites (Dyad) that are complementary aspects (serve to stimulate each other) of the same nature (frequency), then acts “on itself” in another (through their shared qualities) or the outer world, blending with the qualities they share in common (forming an interference pattern) to create an experience of itself as a variation (new pattern) or new possibility. The spirit as an electrical charge programs particles turning them into a wave-form as plasma (astral light) which forms the essence of matter as a unified body. This electrical charge, programs all particles with the same frequency that unites a multitude of particles into a wave-form as being of the same “nature”. This nature as properties that form a pattern (vibration), unite the multitude of particles to move in a wave-form as a unified field of intelligence (information). They operate as if they’re one, because they become one through the information they share as their energetic state. This astral substance as electrified particles forms the astral body as the soul, which then enters into a material body as a fetus, and develops the fetus according to the same nature as the soul which impregnates and forms it through a form of spiritual (energetic) DNA. This bonds together the spirit as the mind, with the soul as the material mind (essence) and the body as the physical formation or expression of the spirit and soul. They’re bonded together through resonance because they share the same programming as a frequency. In this way, the soul enters into the physical body, becoming one with it and experiencing itself “as” the body. The soul’s vibration is modified to some degree by forming coherence with the body or physical DNA.

The mind-spirit and soul essence, which is a field of electromagnetic energy that permeates, energizes and envelops the body, resonates with the body, entering into it and forming coherence with it. The body acts as an antenna and conduit for the spirit-soul. The spirit which lacks form, yet contains all the information necessary to “in-form” matter is formed into a local energy field of the individual mind through sympathetic induction, that forms coherence (becomes of the same nature) while circulating in a circular motion around the body, mingling with the energy in its immediate environment, taking in and absorbing what’s of the same frequency, digesting and integrating it, then discharging or putting off the emanation of that frequency as a form of broadcasting while simultaneously recycling energy that has become obsolete or is no longer within the frequency range necessary to bond it to the overall system.

The mind as the energy field of the body is undergoing a constant form of evolution as an accumulative process that “builds up” information through a metabolic process of intake, assimilation and discharge, following the same principles that govern the regenerative processes of digesting food, drinking liquids, and breathing air. Just as we breathe the air around us, exchanging particles, some of which we assimilate and others we eliminate, that become the building blocks of the physical body through cellular regeneration that is always forming itself out of the same material substances as its environment, maintaining equilibrium within the atmosphere it exists within. Through this same metabolic process we absorb and integrate the energy around us as qualities of consciousness that modify our frequency to adapt to our environment as a form of “mind-building”. In order to determine (intentionally create) the frequency of our own mind, we have to either place ourselves in the proper environment with the type of people and activities we want to be influenced by (literally) by becoming “like them”, or we have to be able to self-generate the quality of consciousness we desire to posses through inner means, and thereby nourish ourselves with a particular mind-set that deflects all contradictory forms of perceiving and thinking. We are always developing ourselves to either be “like” others (relate), or to be the “opposite” of others (contrast).

The Tetragrammaton, or Tetrad, represented by the square or the number 4, which is symbolic of the four dimensions of the earth plane or material reality, which is the full expression of the principles preceding it that emerged out of the Monad as a form of growth process, gives us a formula for how to “self-create” as a relationship and energetic exchange with everything outside of and around us. It’s the culmination of 1, 2, and 3, as the Monad (mind), Dyad (polarity as division or regeneration of the Monad), and Triad (offspring as reality), unified through a metabolic process of absorption, assimilation, and elimination. The Monad which exists in polarity as opposites that stimulate each other, divides and separates from itself as a form of mental projection, then perceives only what’s of the same nature (patterning) as itself in everything else, and acts to stimulate that same nature in others, activating it and calling it forth through it’s perception, which enters into relationship with itself in the other (outside world), connected by the same quality of consciousness, and then creates a joint reality out of the shared qualities that form the basis for their interaction. They interact and “act out” a dynamic that develops the shared state of mind into an experience, which they then acquire as a form of memory that adjusts their vibration accordingly, strengthening that same quality and the dynamic used to express it, in both people.

Our vibration (mind-set) resonates with the same vibration in others, and enters into the field of another affecting them by vibrating them, causing them to feel an internal reaction to us. This interaction of the same vibration as an inward aspect resonating with the same outer aspect forms what quantum physics refers to as an interference pattern, which takes the common elements of both vibrations and forms them into a new pattern as a unique variation of the same elements (nature) that have been reformulated (form coherence). This “shared reality” is first created inwardly by how the interaction stimulates an inner, imagined reality as a personal experience, that’s then reflected or projected outward as the reality created through their behavioral interaction as the expression of their relationship. This frequency as shared qualities developed into a behavioral dynamic forms the basis for how they behave in relationship with one another as a constant an ongoing form of stimulus-response as cause and effect, where the effect then becomes the cause that stimulates the other in a like manner by reflecting back to them their own consciousness (through an equal reaction) that stimulates them with their own energy, which forms a chain-reaction of cause and effect.

Vibration is consciousness as information that structures matter into living patterns. These mental patterns as our paradigm or “model of the world” form our perceptual lens through which we view the world and we only “see” in others and our external world what matches our pattern, or the elements that we can reshape into the pattern necessary to continue telling our story about things. This allows us to create a consistent experience of reality shaped by the meaning we give things. The meaning we give things forms the story we tell about them, which creates on three levels simultaneously; it means something about us (Monad), about others (Dyad), and about the way the world is (Triad)).

4 element

A vibratory frequency as a conscious pattern in-forms matter through attributes and qualities that give it characteristics as a form of personality that has behaviors inherent in it that you naturally act out as a story-line that you “live” as a “life-theme”, or greater pattern. Whatever vibration we exist as, determines the story we live out as our basic mode of perception, that’s produced naturally and automatically through our personality and how we act. Our perception alone, as an interpretation, stimulates that same vibration as a corresponding pattern to our interpretation as a primary means of re-organizing it into a new pattern. What we “see” in others, which is always a direct reflection of “whom” and “how” we are in terms of sharing the same nature, we simultaneously act to bring out in others. Our perception re-interprets them to be “like us”. Through our perception of them, we remake them in our “own image” and with our likeness. We assign them the same qualities that we ourselves possess. We tell a story about them as an interpretation that fits them into our story about others and the way things are, that simultaneously means the same thing about us in relationship with our own creation. Because of this, what someone says about another, says very little about the other person, but merely acts to reveals themselves.

Many find this idea somewhat confusing because they fail to recognize that a “pattern” as a nature or personality that “tells a story” as the means for creating a reality as an experience, has multiple “roles” in that pattern necessary to live it out as a behavioral dynamic. Because we favor one role, position, or perspective in an overall theme, and we act to naturally perceive and attract to those who ideally play the other roles in the same story-line, we don’t see it as “seeing ourselves” in another through the story we tell “about” them, because we think being the “same” means playing the same role. In the reality seeing ourselves in another means they are of the same pattern or nature as us and act naturally to play out the same story with us. We can build them into our story-line as a natural interpretation of their behaviors and how they interact with us to act out the same dynamic. As an example, someone who’s always a “victim” in their own stories, doesn’t attract other victims, they attract someone who will “victimize” them, and in doing so, work together to create a joint-reality that tells the same type of story. We’re always noticing, reacting to and using as the means for telling our story the elements and qualities in others that play the different roles necessary. Our perceptual lens is a filtering mechanism that brings to our attention only what is of the same story-telling capabilities as we are.

In terms of evolution of our mind and soul, as achieving a higher vibration as a higher level of consciousness, we have to first begin by recognizing ourselves in terms of our own paradigm or “model of the world” that forms our basic perceptions and interpretations for how we “see” the world and the story we’re always in the process of telling by living it, and gain realization through self-awareness of our own character and tendencies. Through self-realization and “owning” our own stuff, or accepting it without justifying it or projecting it onto others as blame that denies it, we can become aware of how we act to create our life experiences through a form of “default” or automated tendencies, and decide instead who and how we want to be, and what type of story we choose to tell by acting it out. We can then realize the qualities we need to possess as part of our character in order to naturally tell a new kind of story that creates a new experience of ourselves that change how “we sense ourselves”, which reshapes our identity.

We can consciously set rules for ourselves as a moral code of conduct that we hold ourselves to that serves to set guidelines that transform tendencies that are ultimately destructive and harmful, into ones that are constructive and beneficial in nature. We can begin the creative process of choosing our character and disciplining ourselves by utilizing our will to produce those choices as our actual reality. By changing our attitude and behavior, we change our life as a correspondence. By taking a different perspective and acting different, we become different. By thinking and imagining in new ways, we begin perceiving new realities that were always present as latent potential in the old realities that we simply didn’t have the “eyes to see”.

ethereal body
Our perception is an interpretation as a composing mechanism that shapes our reality. By simply setting the intention to see something different in the same situation, and looking at it differently as a result, and begin realizing that we can see whatever we choose to see and set and expectation for as a result. Though it may take practice in the beginning, as we discipline ourselves to consistently see in new ways, the more we do it the easier it becomes, until it becomes natural and automatic. Once we do something until its built into the muscle and becomes automatic, and we do it without having to think about it or make a special point of it, we begin using the power of our will to reshape our reality and ourselves in relationship to our own creation. We begin mastering our ability to act “on ourselves” to intentionally “create ourselves”. We move out of default mode and begin fashioning ourselves by way of our own hand.

The basic process of self-creation, formulated through the laws of the Tetragrammaton, is always going on; it’s simply a question of whether or not we’re aware of it. It’s happening automatically (according to law) in our lives, and we can either choose to remain shrouded in ignorance of it, or we can awaken in our own lives by becoming aware of how law is operating through the very nature of our own mind. We are always the ones creating our own internal experiences in response to outer stimulus. No one else feels our feelings for us, thinks our thoughts, chooses what we focus on, or relives our memories for us. Only we do that “to” ourselves as a primary means of “programming” ourselves to that frequency.

The story we are always in the process of telling about things as our life theme, is our own creation. It’s the story we began telling about things as a way of making sense out of them as a child. We then continued telling that same story while evolving it to the perspective of an adult. By the time we become adults our story forms our basic perception as self-imposed limitations that confine us to the theme inherent in the story. Whatever idea (vibratory pattern) we embody, forms our thoughts and feelings, and connect us emotionally with everything around us that forms a analogous reality as a thematic story that we’re always in the process of perpetuating. To change our “vibration”, we need to change the nature of our life story.

A New Perspective on Sexuality: Love and Sexual Union as Energetic Fusion

Power_Grace

While we tend to look at our sexuality in terms of what we’ve been taught about our own morality, in the ultimate sense, anytime we’re talking about Spiritual ideas, we’re talking in terms of conscious energy that operates according to Universal Laws and Principles. Our ability to self-create by developing our moral character comes by way of how we understand these Laws, what they reveal to us, and how we utilize them as a result. They’re not based on man-made concepts of right and wrong, good or bad, but rather on how energy as qualities of consciousness form and evolve. Marriage, from a spiritual perspective, is only consummated through sexual union, regardless of whether or not a ceremony has been performed and a legal contract drawn up as a result. This is because sexual union is the act of energetic fusion where two people become “as” one.

Love as an energetic principle, is the most fundamental form of resonance and sympathy, where two people of the same “nature” (vibratory frequency), form resonance as an inner stimulus, where their energy enters into and effects each other. It enters into the lower chakras as sexual arousal bathed in feelings of love, adoration and admiration that have a distinct intimate and sensuous quality to them. This forms a chemical reaction which bathes the mind and imagination in a euphoric emotion that’s equivalent to the nature of the stimulation. This is the original “experience” of energetic mingling that acts to initiate an entire process. The sexual act itself, which is deepened when ensued with deep feelings of love and desire, induces a state of surrender as the release of resistance and inhibitions, which build in intensity and peak as an orgasm, is the literal spiritual fusion of two people. This means that we ‘take on’ the same consciousness as emotional qualities that form our perception and influence our behavior as a result. We become “like” each other in character.

Sex is the most basic form of energetic fusion that is not only represented in an analogous manner by the intimacy of the act itself, but by the further recognition that sex ‘changes’ the basic nature of the relationship, as well as both people involved. The same ‘qualities’ as an inner effect follows-through producing the same modifications on multiple levels and in accordance to the laws and principles that govern each level. It acts to not only ‘bond” the people energetically, but also morally – emotionally, psychologically, and thematically in terms of the relationship it establishes as an interactive dynamic and the vibratory make-up of both people as individuals functioning in roles within that dynamic. It’s very easy to see how people change, sometimes drastically, as a result of certain relationships. In some cases this can be so drastic that the individual as their original selves, no longer exist, but are transformed into a variation of some kind based on the combination. They are absorbed by another and become an extension of that person.

lovers grey

Though energetically (soul essence as quality of consciousness) speaking, you always have a dominate and recessive vibration of the same frequency which allows for natural entrainment that operates according to the same principle as hypnosis, in some cases, the dominant person completely absorbs the will of the weaker, and readily commands it through the psychological undertones of the relationship that works through weaknesses, shortcomings, and vices of the individual. Relationships are always based on shared tendencies as behaviors that become the basis for the underlying interaction, which stimulates and brings forth the same qualities in both people, that are developed and strengthened through the interaction which creates a joint-reality out of them as an expression of the shared characteristics of both people. Whatever gets stimulated, called forth, and used to create, becomes strengthened as a fundamental character trait. When the dominant force absorbs the weaker force through the qualities they share – the stronger one is further strengthened by literally feeding off of the weaker through submission, depleting the weaker even further, deepening their weakness and increasing their ability to be controlled.

What this tells us, if we care to look at it from an objective perspective, is that anytime we have sex with someone, regardless of whether or not love is involved, we are ‘taking on’ the morality (energetic vibration) of that person, which will bear a direct influence of a similar manner on our quality of consciousness, and alter it accordingly. We acquire the same feelings, emotional states, perspective and perceptions, as well as behavioral tendencies of whomever we ‘merge’ with. This is why a Harlot is used to represent moral corruption brought on by ignorance of law and the inability to resist (weak willed) sexual temptation.

Love

From this perspective, everyone we have sex with, we form a union with, acquire some degree of their consciousness, and it modifies our soul as our energetic essence as a result, which changes how we express. We take-on the same qualities and become more like them, and they become more like us. And for this reason, sex represents a sacred union of Souls, who afterwards are considered – viewed as – one person (take the same name), of the same energetic nature. Furthermore, not only do we acquire the energetic essence of anyone we have sex with, but we acquire the residue of everyone they’ve had sex with, which is infused in their energy also. Like all things in life which operate according to law, it’s a building – accumulative process of growth as evolving through constant modifications that we create and bring on ourselves through our choices and actions.

When entering into a relationship of any kind, but especially a romantic one that could lead to sex, pay close attention to how you feel, what’s being stimulated in you and brought out through the nature of the interaction itself, and ask yourself, what is this going to develop in you, and how is it going to grow you accordingly? If it brings out fears and negative feelings that express as negative character traits, then that’s showing you the morality inherent in the relationship that you will not only acquire more of and will strengthened in you through interaction, but also the true character of the person themselves. Energy is known through feelings as states. States have whole realities inherent in them as thematic dramas that play out specific types of stories. Whenever two people come together and begin establishing a relationship, a pattern begins forming as the thematic dynamic that the relationship will naturally serve to act out. Therefore, it’s a good idea to withhold from having sex until you both know each other and have a real sense of the nature of the relationship and whether or not it will serve to grow you in desirable ways, or regress you by bringing out undesirable traits.

Emotional Thoughts Transform us to the Same Vibratory Frequency

Transcendence

A basic Principle of the mind is that it doesn’t know how to process a negative command. What this means is that it doesn’t work by way of being told what “not” to do, but rather by suggesting what “to” do. It simply holds an idea as a suggestion within the mind’s eye, and begins developing it by thinking about it. We then have an emotional response to the thoughts, which becomes the determining factor of how the thought is developed to create meaning through a story. The emotional component is one of the most important features because it forms the meaning the idea takes on which becomes the nature of the experience we have, which subliminally drives our behavior as an expression of the idea, as well as spawning other ideas of a similar nature with the connecting point being the emotional quality itself.

The mind as energetic essence is exquisitely sophisticated. The greater aspect of the mind, the subconscious and Higher-Conscious, as two-thirds of the mind, is slippery, elusive and impressionistic making it hard to fully realize. This is because not only is it primarily unconscious (functions outside our awareness), but it also perceives and communicates by different means and by using a different language than the conscious mind. It works out of feelings, ideas, emotions, images and symbolic metaphors that intuitively invoke a whole chain of associations. It exists in a state of unity and synthesis as a fully synchronized relationship with our environment. It doesn’t perceive itself as separate and apart from everything like the conscious mind does, but rather senses itself as the same thing. The true meaning of the Quintessence isn’t mind over matter necessarily, but rather matter as existing within the mind, of the same essence as the mind.

fibanaci man

The conscious mind, which is what most of us are aware of, is the perceptual, conceptualizing mind that creates separation as the necessary means of self-perception. The conscious mind is the aspect of the mind that thinks in terms of words as internal dialogue. The word as a conceptual form calls forth life by breathing and vibrating it, by speaking it. All of life was brought forth by the word which moved across the living waters. Emotions give rise to thoughts by motivating them through animation. The spark as an inspired idea, heats the water creating a vapor as a cloud-like formation, creating thought-forms as ghost-like images. The more we think about them with strong emotions, the more defined they become. The more passionately we speak them as a means of expression, the quicker they manifest as a living reality.

When an idea as a thought-process is introduced into the mind as a form of suggestion by willingly allowing it in through a passive state, or magnetizing it through curiosity that draws it in through an active state, our mind begins developing it by thinking about it. Our emotional response to our own thoughts infuses the idea with meaning that fashions it as a personal reality. We personalize the idea making it our own, by how we develop it. Because all personal development is from the inside out, what we lend our thoughts to serve to develop us accordingly. We first choose them by allowing them in, and then use our will by imagining them, which floods our system with corresponding chemistry called hormones, that we experience as emotion that aligns and unifies our whole-being to the vibratory quality of the feeling idea. The idea that we imagine literally affects us at the molecular level because it forms a systematized process of correspondences that changes our chemical composition.

ethereal body

Just as our conscious mind serves to program our subconscious mind by how it chooses to use the imagination to create a virtual memory as a surrogate reality, which translates conscious thought into the language of the subconscious as experience, it simultaneously alters the memory of our cells, or our DNA by altering its memory through its indigenous language of chemistry. The body functions at the molecular level as energetic intelligence that formulates corresponding chemistry.

Alchemy, the Sacred Art of personal transformation from lower states to higher states of moral perfection that is self-induced and maintained, is the mastery of the mind to direct its own thoughts married to positive emotions that completely reprogram the entire system as an organic correspondence. The key faculty of the mind that codes, decodes and forms a unified interpretation in a variety of languages as analogies and correspondences, is the imagination. How we use our imagination to think about things is intimately creating us at the same time. The imagination as the primary function of the mind that spans the full range of consciousness “is” our personal power of choice and free will. We choose what we think about and it restructures us as a modified state-of-mind that aligns our whole being with the vibratory quality of the idea itself as transformed into personal experience. The internal experience birthed in the imagination becomes the memory that serves as a re-patterning that gives the subconscious a new program to operate out of.

Developing a Moral Code – “Practical Application of Universal Laws”

peace yin yang

Many people hold the belief that moral values or a moral code of conduct is a form of standards as a man-made concept born out of various types of judgment of right and wrong, or good and bad. In much the same way we think of the idea of a ‘sin’, and while this may be true for many, the idea of a moral code used to monitor your own behavior originated in a more objective and intelligent form as guidelines that were created from the recognition, understanding and conscious application of Universal Laws within our daily lives in order to consciously self-create at the spiritual or energetic realm of pure consciousness. It’s a tool used for developing ourselves to a higher level of consciousness as the use of absolute truth inherent in Laws and Principles themselves.

How we choose to live our life, and how we conduct ourselves and behave as a result, is constantly reforming us as a direct correspondence, it determines “who” and “how” we become by way of our own actions. A moral code that’s used to direct our behavior and remain fully conscious of our actions and what dynamics we are engaged in and become apart of, is Law used as creative instructions for how to create ourselves at both the conscious and subconscious levels, in terms of our character and the type of person we are as a basic form of self-expression.

Morals, as universal law applied in a conscious and creative manner, are a form of strategy as the intelligent and deliberate application of law, which is absolute and not subject to beliefs and mental distortions, within our life to use them as the powerful tools they are for developing ourselves to a higher level of consciousness that’s not subject to habitual patterns, illusions, addictions, emotional dramas and the temptations they pose, which can be very powerful and misleading in the most detrimental sense. A moral code, once established in a conscious and deliberate manner, must be applied without exception, knowing that in doing so, will without exception help us to recognize and gain realization around our own tendencies to violate law and render the consequences as a result, and also to be able to resist and transcend those tendencies born out of error, through conscious choice and use of our will to discipline ourselves. This turns weaknesses as creative errors into strengths as creative intelligence.

Understanding Laws of the Mind and how we Create Reality “The Mind doesn’t know how to process a Negative”

lost in space
Whatever we focus on and think about, good or bad, we act to create as an internal, personal reality, which strengthens and adds to that reality in the objective sense. Thought is what directs life-force energy, and uses it to give life to the thoughts, growing them into a living reality as an imagined conceptualization. Random thought, given to us as a form of suggestion, plants a seed-idea in our mind, which are readily taken in without resistance, allowed to take hold and grow within us as a full imaginary scenario. We picture ideas as a reality in order to grasp them or get a working understanding of how they function and what they imply as a result. Once we conceptualize them as a living reality, we put them into context of some sort, usually within our own lives, and begin developing them by giving them details, which personalize them by conforming them to us as a form of adaptation that has the potential to modify it into numerous variations as possible applications.

Once we form an inner picture of an idea as a virtual reality, we experience an emotional reaction to our own thoughts, which marries that emotion to the thought, and working together we continue to develop it as a modified reality that expresses the emotion within the context of the thought that shapes it through meaning as a story-line that gives it significance. Meaning (emotional thought) is the composer (forms a story) and the significance it has determines how it plays out as a story within the context we imagine it in that produces a meaningful and therefore significant outcome.

The reason why the approach to “fighting” or the “war against” any idea never works, and in fact only acts to create more of the idea itself by making it even more prevalent, is because it fails to operate within the natural laws of the mind, which is the builder of realities based on what we focus on, give our attention too, the emotional charge connected to it, and the thought-process they elicit that pictures and develops the very idea you’re trying to vanquish by opposing it. The only purpose identifying a problem has is to determine what the solution would be, or what would serve to counteract or resolve it. Once this is determined, in order to get people to create the idea that resolves the problem, you have to talk about the solution while infusing it with a positive emotional charge that inspires people towards it. By talking about what you “do want” to create, you likewise plant that seeded thought into their minds and they will naturally act to develop it by thinking about it into a believable reality that can be implemented in a practical manner within their everyday life.

molecules of brain
This is a classic example of how we error (sin) when not working within the laws of nature because we fail to understand them and don’t know how to use our own mind, which operates perfectly according to law, to consciously create the desired reality instead of creating more of the very thing we fear and were ultimately traumatized by. By realizing this fully will help you to quit talking and posting endlessly about the problems and what you don’t want more of, and begin instead talking and posting only about the reality you will act as a seed to plant in the minds of others who will serve to develop them based on the attitude and emotion you use as the nature out of which the idea is expressed, to begin increasing it until it becomes a form of mass consciousness that eventually takes on a life of it’s own, and begins transforming the global mindset ushering in a new way of thinking. We have to become the change we’re seeking to create by demonstrating it, not acting to amplify the problem itself by complaining about or criticizing it while offering no solution.

Often, the reason people don’t talk about positive solutions to worldly problems is because they don’t know what they are. Some don’t even talk about the problems because they’re not sure what they are, and have to wait for someone else to tell or show them what they are, and why they should be concerned about them. Thinking of solutions or alternatives takes a great deal more intelligence and creativity than simply pointing out the problems, which often doesn’t really require much. Many spout out lofty sayings as what they imagine the answer is, yet give no directives or defined methods for actually “doing them”. There is a real tendency amongst people to talk endlessly about the content of an idea, while never discussing the methods for actually doing or applying it. When it comes to “how to do it”, they go silent, sit and stare, or change the subject. Yet the only way an idea can produce an effect is if action is taken based the idea to bring it into the practical realm of everyday life. Ideas that simply remain thoughts or imagined ideas, while they may elevate the mood of a situation, or give someone else an idea that they will develop into a method, seldom ever come into fruition in the material realm, which always requires “doing”.

So just allow yourself to quietly contemplate the true power of the spoken word, which is spoken both internally as thought (internal dialogue), as well as externally as the expression of the thought, and train your mind to only think and speak what you want to manifest as a personal reality . . . because it will. The story you tell about anything demonstrates your belief about that idea as a conceptualization that becomes the symbolic template for acting it out in some fashion within the context of your life to turn it into an actual experience. Usually without ever realizing, it’s your own creation. The one that you bought into and acted to willingly create by developing it as a living reality in your own mind, which then became the basis for projecting it onto others and your environment by living the story as if were true . . . making it real (for you anyway). You then tell others your story which gives them the information they need to cooperate in playing a role within your story to co-create it through the nature of how they interact with you, and treat you as a result.

life spiral
Train your mind to only think the thoughts you want to manifest as a personal reality. Only speak the thoughts that you’ve developed into the reality you want by the story they tell, because they will literally act to call forth that reality in the mind of everyone you speak it too. Just the act of speaking elicits mental images as a form of internal computation of what you’re describing as your talking. Once they imagine it based on what you say and how you say it, transforming your words into mental images, they begin participating in co-creating your reality by supporting and validating it, making it appear even more real and true through their cooperation!

Words call forth realities by how they are pictured in the imagination. Be aware and creative in your thoughts, and discipline yourself to only think about what you want to make real, and by all means only speak to others the reality you want and are unconsciously choosing to call forth in their minds, making it real for them also. Learn to tell stories that enliven and empower yourself within your own life, and make you out to be the person you want to be. We are always the ones fully responsible for creating who we are by the stories we tell about things that make them mean something. Whatever they mean also means something about us, about others, and the way things are in general. All of which we created within the context of our own mind without fully realizing that that’s what we were doing, and are always in the process of doing! Once you realize that you’re making it all up . . . you might as well make up cool stuff! Don’t you think?
