Spiritual Guidance, the Higher Capacity of Intuition, and Moral Sovereignty

As a student and teacher of Spiritual Sciences I have encountered numerous attitudes and methods around the idea of intuition and what it means to receive “guidance” from higher, spiritual beings of some kind. I’ve seen many confuse intuition with psychic abilities, which they often boast about with a fair amount of pride, or present as being a “gift” that’s designed to lure people in with a sense of mystery and intrigue, and still others who appear to be working with what they present as being a “team” of spiritual guides as “spiritual masters” who are available to assist them in making decisions for their life and walking their spiritual path in the best way possible. I won’t attempt to speak about these type of ideas and approach to interacting with the “spiritual world”, due to the fact that I’ve never been prone to this way of thinking nor have I found it meaningful or useful in the personal sense, and in all my experiences I have never found this to be true. In this article I’m only going to speak about what I know from experience and working intuitively with the higher spiritual faculties of our mind and soul in relation with a “higher state of being” that we’re always in a form of intimate conversation with inwardly, and which resides “above” this one in a fundamental state of polarity with the material world, which it ultimately serves to project and govern from within.

One of the primary laws that form the very foundation for all thought and perception, is that we are sovereign beings fully responsible for creating our own life experiences through active use of the higher capacities of realization, choice, and will. The number one rule that operates faithfully throughout every single aspect of the cosmos, is that no being of a higher nature will ever violate choice and will of the individual, and never guides by “telling you what to do” and making decisions for you. While the lower plane of animal consciousness encourages and often works out of pure instinct and the herd mentality of the group mind, higher states of being work to foster individuality and require us to exercise our ability to think for ourselves.

As higher, intelligent beings, we’re never, ever expected to “obey” commands of any kind, but rather develop our “selfhood” from an independent state and develop our ability to govern and regulate ourselves. If we’re connecting with some power or “entity” that seems to exist “outside of us”, and we act as the vehicle for their will to utilize in creating, then we become regulated and governed by them. We remain slaves who are instructed and led along by a master. We become the “creation” of someone else rather than the “creator” of our self. We become dependent on someone or something else to tell us what to do, and we cultivate a dependency on it. We exist as a lower intelligence on a plane where we detach from our own ability to self-create.

True spiritual guidance only comes when we connect intimately with our “self” on a higher plane. It doesn’t come as a board meeting to discuss and come to a conclusion about something, or as a means of receiving instructions on what decisions to make as to what to “believe” and therefore do, it comes by “becoming one” in mind and spirit with God as your higher self. As we become one in mind with our guardian spirit, we form a unified mental circuit as a stream of consciousness where we literally begin “looking through the same eyes”. When we connect intimately with our higher source “it” flows into us “as” our awareness around things. It never tells us what to do in the direct sense or attempts to make our decisions for us; it merely heightens our awareness around the “deeper nature” of things that bring new realizations which serve to equip us in being able to make better decisions for ourselves.

Higher powers never require us to form a subservient relationship with them; they teach us instead how to exercise our divine powers in creating our own life. This is one of the main deceptions people have to overcome in being able to step into and fully embrace as the means of learning how to exercise their higher capacities of cognition. If something appears in your mind as “instructing you on what to do” or talking to you in a way that scares you into making a particular decision or plays to embellish and strengthen your insecurities and psychological issues, then it’s a form of self-delusion as a fantasy that intimately plants the seed for fanaticism. Due to the fact that we all share the same unconscious group mind, thoughts and feelings are also being transmitted telepathically through the atmosphere and can enter into the “inner conversation” you’re always in the process of having with yourself that sways it to one direction or another.

Your true higher self never works on your frailties to persuade, convince, or somehow entice you with a decision or specific possibility, but works instead to only increase your awareness around whatever it is you’re wondering or asking about in the silence of your moment-by-moment thoughts. As you pray and ask for guidance around something pay close attention to what proceeds out of it as a synchronized series of events that serve to increase your awareness around related ideas allowing you to form “new realizations” that provide you with the basis for making more calculated decisions. It always acts by removing the veil of illusion that’s obscuring the truth and hindering your ability to see clearly. Your higher source gives you thoughts and notions around things that require you to follow-up and investigate them. As you follow your intuition around something, which usually comes as a form of notion, a greater idea begins unfolding through a series of interrelated correspondences and analogies. We’re given clues about something that forms a kind of “treasure hunt” where one clue fully investigated unveils several other clues which require further investigation, and we’re led along a path of self-realization.

Just as the higher powers never violate your ability to choose your destiny and decide which path you take, you’re never allowed to violate other people’s ability to do the same thing. This means you shouldn’t ever try and control someone else or make their decisions for them, releasing them from responsibility for their own life, because you won’t be assisted from a higher level and will struggle in your own delusion around things that will come as a result. In order to create in a meaningful way you have to always work by ways of universal laws of the Soul and Will. If you attempt to influence another person’s destiny by trying to make their decisions for them or convince them on what they should do, you remain locked into a delusion of your own making, and you only act to hinder and weaken the other person spiritually, while incurring karma around your actions.

On the higher planes of being we are a “creator” and not the one being “created” by another. In order to advance our soul we have to exercise sovereignty as our natural way of being and thinking. We have to master our own mind and learn how to create in an intelligent and harmonious manner. We have to cultivate selfhood as a permanent union with our higher mind (Self) and never look outside ourselves or to another to give us the answers we seek. The master / slave relationship or need to depend on someone else is the tendency of a lower being that hasn’t realized their true identity and, as a result, lacks any true individuality and the ability to be self-sustaining. All guidance comes “through you” as increased awareness that expands your consciousness through being in direct contact with a higher source and provides you with the realizations you need in order to make new decisions about things. It nearly always involves a teacher / pupil or parent / child relationship where you’re being shown things you didn’t realize before, and it serves to expand your awareness as a result.

Intuition

While many people associate intuition with psychic abilities, the most basic form of intuition, which we all have, comes in our ability to correlate all aspects of life and reality as being interconnected and a part of a greater whole. Intuition is the complementary aspect that counterbalances analysis. As our rational mind abstracts a part out of a whole in order to discover its secrets, usually by making it into a whole itself as somehow independent of the whole it played an active part in, intuition connects all seemingly independent parts back into a cohesive whole. Rather than breaking things apart and viewing them as separate, it forms a natural chain-of-association that connects all correlated ideas as correspondences of each other. It’s a holistic way of perceiving all of life as a unified whole or holo-movement. Change any aspect of a whole, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, and the whole is adjusted accordingly through a ripple effect. Calculated decisions come as the result of carefully inspecting a whole system as it operates in unison, and determining what change will work to readjust the whole system so that it functions in a new and more beneficial way.

Intuition is the faculty of the mind that’s always tuned into the invisible energy that permeates, holds together, and animates material objects with specific personality traits as qualities. It “sees into” material forms and connects directly with the soul inhabiting and expressing through and “as” that form. It recognizes the character as qualities of consciousness being housed and hidden within the outer appearance of the form. Instead of perception being based on the outer appearance of things, it’s based on the inner feeling of things. When we tune into the energy and essence of an object or being we come into direct contact with the consciousness animating it as its soul (personal consciousness). We see it “as it is” rather than as it appears outwardly.

Intuition is the highest form of intelligence not only due to its power to bring us into direct contact with the source and root cause of things, but also due to the fact that it operates according to the Law of Correspondences and Analogy. This process comes anytime we’re looking at an idea and we naturally form an immediate chain-of-association to that “same idea” being orchestrated through other material systems of the same “nature”. What we call laws are not about the material objects themselves that make up a system, they’re the energy expressing through numerous material forms as the same frequency, pattern and process, and quality of consciousness that expresses as an infinite number of variations.

Material objects themselves have no consciousness and life of their own and only possess what they act to “draw in” and serve as a vehicle for through resonance. Vibration has a pattern (set of instructions) and self-assembling mechanism (life-force) inherent in it that shapes light into the biological form that corresponds with the overall frequency being expressed as the environment it becomes a part of. The form something takes on always determines how it functions through a natural set of behaviors. Consciousness is the “organizing principle” that produces material form as movement between complementary poles of the same thing. It forms a ghost-like image as the bio-luminescence produced as an emanation, and magnetizes it with life-force as a personality that plays a harmonious part in the greater whole it’s born into.

We can always discern the unknown aspect of any system by how it exists in relationship with the larger whole (parent pattern) that’s it plays a direct role in as a co-creation. We can know if something is “true or not” by how it relates harmoniously to all other aspects of the same system. Truth and harmony are synonyms. When we use intuition as a primary means of perceiving things, we see everything in its spiritual form as it plays out and is connected to every other aspect of the same overall idea. It doesn’t come through how we think about things, but as a direct experience that forms ideas in our imagination as an internal vision that rises and plays out spontaneously through its own volition.

We actively reshape things to be “like us” by how we interpret them to give them meaning and what it is we compare and relate it to as a means of reshaping it. To develop intuition to a high level we have to cultivate a neutral and passive mind while tuning into the inner nature of things and allow a movie to rise and play out within us in a free-flowing manner without needing to control it in some way. As we interpret something to give it meaning, we reshape it to resemble us. All meaning is personal in nature and doesn’t exist separate from us. Reality in itself has no meaning. The most fundamental way we create as a personification that result in a basic form of illusion, comes through our natural tendency to make things “mean something” by how we interpret them.

When contemplating an idea this is one of the best ways we have for knowing what’s true and what’s not, and what’s normally referred to as “common sense”. If an idea goes against everything else that we know to be true, or violates fundamental universal laws, then we know it to be false or a misconception. When we have to work to intentionally shape something into an idea instead of letting it rise naturally then unfold in our mind as a dynamic chain-of-association, we know that we’re the one who actually creating it to match our beliefs and preconceived notions about it. We have to teach ourselves to perceive everything in an objective and rational manner in order to see things as they actually exist without making them mean something.

Sovereignty

The material and spiritual plane exists in polarity with each other as a mirror (reverse) image of each other. On the lower plane, where the soul experiences itself within an animal body driven by primal passions and instinct while in an unconscious and automated state, we create our self and our experiences of life through a form of chronic and habitual emotional reactions, and by replaying (constantly thinking about) memories that were painful or traumatic in some way. As a child we’re shaped initially by outside forces as our formative conditioning and remain in that primarily unconscious state throughout our adult life. As we’re trained to create ourselves unconsciously through a constant reaction and anxiety driven negotiation with others, we become a product of our environment and fail to recognize who we really are in terms of our higher soul. On the higher plane of the human soul and spirit, we are the “creator” and the “only one” doing the creating. We have to cultivate our higher powers in truly becoming a sovereign, responsible, and self-determined being that thinks for ourselves and make all decisions for our life in a conscious and well-thought out manner.

The material world of Nature is operated through instinct that comes as automatic behaviors conducted without thought or the need to make a decision, and functions as a cohesive part of a group of some kind. We exist in a lower form of consciousness that operates without awareness through a herd mentality. We’re always looking for ideas on what to think or do from others who we imagine know better than we do. We attain what we imagine to be higher knowledge from the opinion of others that we adopt as our own. We accept and believe whatever it is that we’re taught, usually without ever questioning it because we don’t doubt or question what we perceive as real. While operating from an unconscious state we can easily fall prey to those claiming to “know for us” or who act as “psychic channels” for higher knowledge by lending their will to some unknown source, and forfeit our rational mind in favor of engaging in fantasy and sensationalism instead that simply plays on our vulnerabilities and exploits our lack of true “self-awareness”.

While locked into a lower mentality of our animal body we’re always looking for someone or something else to tell us what to feel, think, believe, and do, instead of engaging in a form of personal study of “true higher knowledge” as laws and principles that provide us with instruction on how to use our own mental faculties. All spiritual or higher knowledge only comes to us through an understanding of universal principles and the realizations that come through our ability to apply them in real-life situations as the means of creating. We can only become conscious creators when we learn how to operate our own mind and connect intuitively with our higher self and source. When we remain in constant union with our higher intelligence, we connect with our true power as our Will, and what it is that not only oversees but also organizes, orchestrates, and coordinates all events within the lower, material world. It’s only through our own internal realizations that we connect directly to the truth of things and provide ourselves with the opportunity to intentionally exercise our higher capacities for self-creation.

The lower plane fosters and works out of the group mind, the higher plane promotes and works exclusively out of individuality as a sovereign and self-contained being. It requires us to educate ourselves with higher ideals and skillfully employ universal laws in operating our own mind as the means of creating ourselves and our experience of reality (which are the same thing). The lower plane of manifestation is being created and maintained by our Self on a higher parallel plane. They’re an extension, projection, and continuation of the same idea on different scales and levels.

As we look to others to tell us what to see, think, and do, we reside fully in an unconscious state of being created by others. As long as we maintain this mentality, we’ll never be able to ascend to the higher planes of being the creator of our reality. As long as we render ourselves subject to the opinions and ideas of the group mind we remain a servant to them. As long as we engage in educating ourselves with what is in fact the opinion of others or a personal interpretation of the laws themselves, we keep ourselves in a position of not knowing who we really are in the higher sense of the idea, and never act to develop our higher capacities as an individual.

Knowledge doesn’t come by trying to decide who has the best or most realistic ideas about something, but by studying universal laws and learning how to apply them in the practical sense until they become natural and intuitive. It comes by connecting and “becoming one with” our true spiritual power as our higher self and allowing it to “become” our consciousness. As we allow a higher intelligence to come through us we begin experiencing our self in a much more aware and expanded state. We have to practice pacifying our lower, habitual mind in order to actively draw down and embody the consciousness we’re apart of on the higher plane of individuality. All true knowledge is knowledge of the “self” which is only attained “through” the self.

All guidance and intelligence only comes to us through direct experience that birth realizations and promote our ability to make more calculated and precise decisions. As we think and develop ideas in our imagination by defining them with sensory details, we simultaneously communicate those ideas to our higher Will as a form of request for that type of experience. All thought and feelings, whether conscious and deliberate or unconscious and habitual, are a form of “prayer” where we’re literally using one aspect of our mind to direct and program another aspect in what to create. Anytime we’re feeling confused around an idea and uncertain of what’s true or not, and we ask for guidance around it, we begin forming notions around things that are designed to lead us on a path of self-discovery. When we penetrate and explore different ideas that stand out for some reason or we feel compelled towards, a whole new idea begins unfolding that reveals hidden secrets. We’re provided with a glimpse into our true nature and the power of our mind that brings us into contact with our ability to exercise our higher capacities as a sovereign being.

“17” – The Star, Hope, and Rebuilding after the Destruction of Illusion

In the Hermetic Arcane of the Tarot, the archetypal idea of the “star”, which is Key 17, follows the “the Lightning Struck Tower” (Key 16) which represents the destruction of illusion (Key 15) and is what prompts the “the dark night of the soul” as an identity crisis that comes as the “dissolution of the false ego”. The tower represents the material illusion that’s destroyed by the Light of Truth in a shocking revelation that frees the soul that was imprisoned by its own delusions, providing a clean slate on which a new reality can be built that’s based on higher Truth. Key 17 is represented by the Hebrew letter “TZADDI”, and has a value of 90, and like all spelling and numeric values of archetypal ideas, provides those initiated in the Mysteries with a form of secret code that acts as a set of instructions for how to undergo the process involved in a fully conscious manner.

Each letter in the spelling of the word indicates the Key associated with that letter, and also forms a numeric equation out of the value of the individual letters. This code is designed to help us gain deeper insights into its true meaning. All archetypes and symbols of the Tarot provide us with Keys for interpreting all other systems of Spiritual Sciences through a dynamic series of correspondences. It’s through the intuitive interpretation of the symbolic language that all of the Mysteries are written in that we discover “hidden operations” that provide us with a form of “instruction” for undergoing the process of personal transformation as rising out of the darkness of illusion and into the light of Truth.

The word Tzaddi means “fish hook”, signifying that which draws the fish (Nun) out of the water (Mem). Fish is the symbol of Nun (Key 13) which represents “death” as the process of spiritual transformation, and Mem (Key 12), symbol of the Initiate, represents a complete change in perspective and attitude. Water represents personal existence of the higher Soul as the reflection cast within the subconscious mind. It’s the ocean of subconscious mentality (instinctual plane) that projects the whole of reality as a reflection of the etheric body fashioned on higher planes by the Human Soul. The symbol of a fish represents death as the transformative and regenerative powers of the spirit. This idea symbolizes the “activity” which lifts us up out of the material relations of personal existence by utilizing the reproductive forces of the soul’s regenerative agency.

The fish hook is a symbol of “angling”, which is related to the idea of experimentation, research into new ideas, and the quest undertaken as the means of growing into something more. It’s the quest after that which hasn’t been realized yet, and a form of searching that’s often called “fishing for ideas”. This represents the journey into your own subconscious mind (water) where you investigate what can’t be seen in order to solve enigmas, realize what lies hidden within you, and begin forming new realizations that lead you along a new path for solving a mystery. The value of “90” indicates a 90 degree turn in perspective and how you go about things, where you draw on a higher plane (vertical line) for original ideas instead of the material (horizontal) plane of human activity. 9 is the number of completion as a perfected state (Key 9), which comes by learning how to program your own subconscious mind using your higher mind, represented by Key 18, which proceeds out of Key 17.

The image used to represent this idea shows a beautiful naked woman with golden hair (solar energy), knelled down with one foot on land and the other in a pool of water, holding a vessel in each hand, one gold and one silver, with water pouring out of one into the pool and being drawn back up into the other, in a natural landscape with a tree in the background that has an ibis perched on a branch, and a snowy mountain peak in the background. Overhead is a central 8-pointed star (higher octave) with seven 8-pointed stars surrounding it in a circular pattern (Monad). The ibis in the tree is a scarlet ibis, which is the symbol of Hermes representing higher wisdom. As with all glyphs that serve to communicate higher wisdom, every aspect and detail represents an idea or aspect of the greater whole. Every number, color, symbol, geometric shape, and definition articulated within the arrangement is pertinent in understanding the whole idea as a “process” based on the “relationships” necessary for undergoing the operation indicated by its entire composition. The part is always a direct correspondence to the whole.

Function and Mode of Consciousness

The Function associated with this idea is “meditation” as the unbroken flow of higher knowledge into an “appropriate object”. We tune into and receive higher knowledge from within through the agency of the subconscious mind. All manifestation as perception is produced by the programming of our subconscious, which is the “passive and receptive aspect” of our mind that’s operated by our higher will. This represents the “conception” of ideas into the subconscious that are reflected in our mind and serve as a form of guidance for manifestation as our personal existence. The germinal process of both plants and animals takes place in darkness. This represents the mental unfoldment of ideas that are not already fully developed as the “genesis of ideas”. This is the process of all new inventions and creative manifestations that are unique and novel in nature and don’t come through the reformation of personal memory. This comes as ideas that are mentally “tuned into” and “drawn down” from the higher regions of the “astral plane” (starlight) of cosmic memory.

The Mode of Consciousness represented by 17 is “Natural Intelligence”, which comes as intuition. Natural intelligence comes as the awareness of the “hidden qualities” in all things and is arrived at through an ongoing state of meditation. This is not the type of meditation popularized in Western society, but is referring to a state that’s cultivated on an ongoing basis as a constant connection to our Higher Self as our natural way of being. It comes by quieting the random thoughts that are constantly playing out in your mind based on personal memory, rendering your “thinking” mind passive while connecting to your direct source of higher consciousness, and acting as a circuit for “streaming” higher consciousness to form all of your perceptions. This is the true secret to occult power. All powers can only be developed by intense concentration as a prolonged state of meditation.

Numeric Code of Principles

Like all numeric combinations, the numbers used represent principles that provide us with a code for gaining deeper insights into their meaning. 17 > 1 + 7 = 8. Some only look at the sum as being the meaning, but this is a mistake, because numbers represent relationships. The sum of an equation shows us what principle is represented through the full manifestation of all numbers that comprise it. There’s no such thing as an independent idea, and everything exists as a part of a greater whole and serves to show us its hidden aspects. 8 for example, is the full manifestation of the numbers 1 through 7. Key 8 represents using the higher agency of the human will (Key 7) to tame the lower animal-nature (etheric body) used for casting the shadow of personal existence.

The number 8 represents the principle of “strength” as the soul’s ability to tame and direct its own animal nature through concentration of will. This represents the secret to transformation comes by using our higher mind to introduce new ideas into our etheric-body, which serves as the energetic matrix for manifestation. We only change our outer world by making the necessary changes to our inner world. All manifestation as personal existence comes “through us” and “by way of us” as our perception. In order to change our experiences we have to reprogram our own subconscious and upgrade our mental paradigm.

Number 1 (Magus) symbolizes directed attention as an undivided form of prolonged concentration. As we concentrate on an idea we connect with it internally and “enter into it” as a stream of consciousness, and lose all awareness of ourselves as being separate from it. As we become an idea in mind and spirit through the faculty of our imagination, it moves us deeper and deeper into its essential nature and we experience it from within it, as it. As we look at it from the inside out, we experience our self in new ways that bring a flow of new insights and realizations that transform our way of being and perceiving. All powers are only developed by “becoming them” in mind and body as a unified whole or singularity. 8 is the number of the octave that forms a greater whole that’s comprised of 7 aspects, which when harmonized form a progression as “steps to a higher level of consciousness” on a higher plane of existence.

The number 7 represents the human will exercised as speech and the spoken word that works to organize light-essence into the form indicated by the meaning of the words. We all call forth our reality by how we think and speak. Sound is comprised of 7 primary notes that make up a whole scale, and directly corresponds to the 7 colors of the spectrum, which together form our sensory reality. Sound is vibration that has both a pattern and an organizing agency in it that serves to shape light into the pattern as a reality. It operates first through the power of the imagination, forming a kind of “metaphorical lens” that we look through in order to reorder the outer reality to be of the same nature and idea as the inner one. As we think, we imagine the reality of our thoughts, and the imaginary reality serves as a form of instruction and command for the subconscious to produce as a corresponding outer experience of the same type and kind. We exercise our will to create our personal existence through our thoughts, which form the basis for our outer speech and all of our activities.

The 8-pointed star overhead is yellow, like the hair of the woman, and signifies cosmic energy, and forms the geometric shape that’s similar to the 8-spoked “wheel of fortune”, symbolic of personal destiny. All of our material creations come by mentally using an actual force which has a definite physical form of expression. 4 + 4 = 8, represents the fact that the same physical form (4) exists on both the upper planes of spirit and the lower plane of material manifestation as correspondences and mirror images of each other that are mediated through the mind. Meditation transmutes and modifies this cosmic energy into a personal expression (7) through “nerve-force”. 8 represents an octave as a whole unit comprised of 7 levels of sound and color as a progression that builds upon itself in order to culminate into a higher vibration. The summation of one octave forms the base note for the next higher octave. This represents the process necessary to raise our vibration to a higher level by reprogramming our subconscious through meditation and concentration on a higher ideal.

The 7 smaller stars that orbit the central one, are white, and refer to the “7 inner stars” of our subtle body (Key 8), which also correspond to the 7 notes of the musical scale, the 7 colors of the spectrum, the 7 planets of the zodiac, and 7 metals of alchemy. Each one represents a level and quality of consciousness. By focusing our attention upon the centers themselves, we stimulate them into an active state. Attention (1) is both a stimulating and organizing force of the will. By meditating on these centers we enter fully into them and gain realization around their hidden nature as aspects of our own subconscious mind. The higher will works through the etheric-double of the subtle organs of the subconscious to instruct, direct, and express through them.

This idea doesn’t represent meditating on things that are already created and fully manifest, but rather meditating on “modes of operation” as qualities of consciousness that also recognizes natural laws as interconnected to the larger whole. 8 symbolize the 7 aspects of God (mental states) that make up a greater whole which can be used as the means for evolving the greater whole to new levels of self-realization. In all Spiritual Sciences, such as the Kabbalah, each sphere represents a “type of experience” as a mental state that’s necessary in order to “enter into” and understand the knowledge it contains. We have to cultivate the proper state of mind in order to be able to vibrate at the frequency necessary to be able to conceive its inner knowledge. All knowledge of the higher planes of the mind is attained through sympathetic resonance. We have to work using our own mind to “become like” whatever it is that we desire to merge into and attain for ourselves.

We can also access higher knowledge as a form of intuitive conception by meditating on symbols and glyphs that arouse activity in corresponding spiritual centers without any danger of energetic congestion. We can concentrate on the archetypes symbolized in the Tarot, the Zodiac, or in Sacred Geometry, which will also act to arouse the energies associated with them in our imagination where they’ll unfold to reveal their hidden secrets to us. This method of accessing hidden knowledge is called “mental angling”, synonymous with “fishing”, where whatever we bait our hook with determines what we intend to attract and ultimately attain. This is the intended use of the Tarot and other universal sciences where symbolic ideas come to life by meditating on them as an operation performed naturally through a “quality of consciousness” as a mental state.

When we remove all attention from what’s already manifest in our life and instead embody the proper state, relinquishing all need to try and control it using preconceived ideas and needs, we’re able to conceive of brand new ideas and truly begin creating our experience of reality from a whole new level of awareness. The Tarot provides the Keys to the liberation of spiritual powers by the same method as the Patanjali Yoga Aphorisms. Beyond their symbolism are practical secrets of occultism which can’t be put into words and can only be known through direct experience (Gnosis).

The snowy mountain peak in the background is the symbol of the “Great Work” of Alchemy which comes through concentration on an ideal, constant striving as a means of self-development, and by cultivating virtues in a devoted manner. The scarlet ibis, symbol of Hermes, and its long bill is a fish hook used for fishing. The tree it’s perched on represents the human brain and nervous system, and symbolizes bringing intellectual activity as thought processes to rest by concentration. We have to stop thinking in order to meditate, and in the silence of our mind, Truth unveils herself to us as a stream of consciousness.

The woman symbolizes Hathor as Mother Nature and is the same woman symbolized in Key 8 (Strength) who tames the lion, symbol of our lower, animal-like nature, by opening its mouth. Meditation is largely the utilization and direction of the powers of deduction and imagination peculiar to the subconscious. Knowledge gained in meditation is gleaned through the imperishable record of the memory of Nature known as the Akashic Records. We render our body and mind as passive and inactive in order to act as a receiver of knowledge that’s currently unknown to us. We create the proper state of mind as the means of “tuning into” the sympathetic quality in the astral field of cosmic memory. We have to let go of our personal memory, which is what generates all of our experiences as the shaping mechanism for reality in order to tap into and absorb new memory that’s universal in nature and provides us with the basis for genesis. Genesis means the “genes of Isis”, which corresponds with Binah of the Kabbalah and the High Priestess of cosmic memory drawn down as the means of seeding the subconscious to produce personal experiences of the same type and kind. Meditation (Key 1) is how we work with our own mind to develop specific powers by directing the animal forces in human personality, symbolized by Key 8.

The pool of water symbolizes universal consciousness as the reservoir of cosmic mind-stuff stirred into vibration by the soul through concentrated attention, represented by the stream flowing from the pitcher in the right hand (projection) that feeds and sustains the pool. The stream blends into the pool of the subconscious where it’s turned into sensory experience and is then drawn back up into the pitcher in the left hand (magnetic) through 5 smaller streams (physical senses) that unite into one as they ascend, representing projection and contraction as a full cycle that flows infinitely, represented by the number 8. This represents the direct modification of the cosmic mindstuff (etheric substance) apart from sensory experience, which also modifies sensation and unfolds higher types of sensory experience.

The right knee is bent at the 90 degree angle of a square, positioned over the pool, and her foot rests on the surface of the water. While her left leg supports her on the ground, her right leg balances her by water. The sensations derived from physical forms are the main support for meditation (grounding) these are balanced by experiences gained directly from the subconscious. All sensory experience is formed out of the ideas that populate the subconscious as memory. The key to all material transmutation lies in utilizing the powers of the subconscious in conceiving new ideas and translating them into sensory realities through the imagination.

The Third Stage of Spiritual Unfoldment

This idea represents the 3rd stage of spiritual unfoldment as the “calm that follows the storm”, depicted by Key 16 as the destruction of ignorance that bind the soul to a prison of its own making, represented by Key 15 of the Devil. It’s the process of rebuilding on a foundation of Truth after the slate has been wiped clean. It sends us on a spiritual quest and search for a higher existence. While stars appear as dim lights when seen from the Earth, they’re actually distant suns whose light illuminates the cosmic soul. Stars are what “guide us” on our search to know ourselves through higher Truth. The angle of the stars in their constellations at the time of our birth charts our soul’s destiny through time.

The 5 rivulets as separate streams of consciousness that form into One represent the microcosm of the human soul and universal consciousness as it flows into and through the path of least resistance. Higher consciousness only flows through us when we vibrate at the same frequency and there’s no longer any resistance. This idea is expressed in the saying, “When we have found the beginning of the way, the star of our soul will shine its light to guide us”, and the Hermetic axiom, “as above so below, and as below so above, in the wondrous workings of the One Thing”.

When the veil of illusion falls away, what will provide the seed for a new reality built of Truth? What source do we draw on when we realize that the world we built out of society and what we were taught by others proves to be false? This symbolizes the idea of no longer taking in ideas from the will of others in the manifest world, and instead aligning your mind with your higher self and acting to draw down the Will of higher consciousness, using it to seed your subconscious in order to give birth to nobility as your souls chosen expression, and transform your outer experiences of life accordingly.

The Secret behind Understanding how Spiritual Guidance Works

The premise required for truly understanding how life works and how we successfully communicate with what we call the spiritual realm (which is really our self on a higher plane), is to start from the idea of unity rather than separation or dividing ideas up into separate parts that appear independent of each other. All of life is unified and exists as a functional part of the same coherent reality as the mind. The mind is the unifying factor not only within the material world, but also what connects multiple planes that act together simultaneously to form what we experience as reality. The mind has what we can think of as three different aspects that perform different functions in creating the same coherent reality. The mind is masculine, feminine, and androgynous, which defines the principles of each aspect and how it operates utilizing active aspects to seed and impregnate the passive aspect in order to create on multiple levels all at once. The mind, like light itself, exists as both a material being (particle) and a reality or full Eco-system (field) simultaneously, in which the material being lives and experiences itself.

While many believe that what we call the self-conscious mind, which is the aspect of the mind that forms an awareness of itself by observing the outer world of our material existence, “is” the aspect of higher consciousness, it’s actually the masculine aspect of the subconscious mind, which is normally perceived as the feminine aspect. The subconscious mind of an individual is born into the body pregnant with the self-conscious (son) aspect which it then acts to birth systematically through a natural growth process. As our self-conscious mind begins coming into being as an awareness of ourselves that’s independent of our parents (adolescence), we begins forming our “identity” as the basis for creating ourselves as an individual instead of as an aspect of a group mind (family unit). This is the active component of the subconscious and is basically unconscious itself in terms of knowing its true identity as a higher, creative being. The self-conscious aspect is what fashions itself “as” its identity based on the relationship it forms with others and its material environment.

Spiritual Guidance from our Higher Self

All spiritual guidance is actually self-guidance that takes place between multiple planes by utilizing the active component of the higher mind to seed the passive component which then produces it as a part of the outer environment, allowing the self-conscious mind to recognize it intuitively as the answer to a prayer or the means that will lead to the resolution of a wish. Our self, soul, or mind that exists on a higher parallel plane or dimension, acts “on itself” within the lower plane by giving the subconscious a suggestion as a metaphorical idea that it acts to give birth to as a material reality through its inherent connection with the subconscious mind (collective unconscious) of the entire human race and Nature. The self-conscious mind then acts to witness and become aware of it as a part of its normal experience. It not only shows up as signs, messages, coincidences, or beneficial connections of some kind, but also as feelings, mental impressions, notions, hunches, and intuition of various kinds designed to influence the decision making capacities of the self-aware mind. When we recognize the signs, messages, and feelings and choose to act on them in some way, a synchronistic chain of events takes place that serves to “lead us” into the reality of our wish or inquiry.

Within the material plane of Nature, all living beings “receive” their intelligence and knowledge as a species through the subconscious, unified plane of the collective unconscious in a spontaneous and automatic way. Even though most humans have been seriously disconnected from their natural instincts, we experience this same idea as knowledge that comes to us out of thin air (pops into our mind) as what we refer to as inspiration and intuition. When we pray and tune into our higher nature with a desire for creating, and we turn all of our attention inward, and converse with deep sincerity and reason, we’re actually using our subconscious as the means to communicate with our higher consciousness. We’re connecting the two active components with the passive feminine component that acts as a link between them (planes) and transmit a message to the aspect of ourselves (notice this is always plural) that exists “above and outside of” the lower plane (time and space). The active will of our Higher Mind not only acts to command and direct the subconscious by seeding it with an idea to be created, but also organizes the entire material plane as the unified field of instinct and intuition to cooperatively produce the reality of our request.

Our lower, self-conscious mind, which most mistakes for being our true self, not only is unaware of its true identity as a divine being, but is also run and controlled by the subconscious as its creative counterpart. This is self-evident by the fact that most, if not all of our normal thoughts are habitual in nature and run through our mind in a repetitive and redundant manner based solely on memory of some kind. Most people’s conscious thoughts and imagining is driven by and the product of their emotions, impulses, and passions. This idea is further exemplified by the realization that many, if not all of our thoughts came by way of what we’ve been taught, conditioned to believe, and by whatever we give our attention to through reading, watching, listening, and take in as entertainment of some kind.

In other words they come as the result of whatever we passively absorb and allowed to take hold in our mind and develop into a detailed reality by continuing to think about them. When we self-reflect and turn inward to observe our thoughts we usually find that they come as the dynamic replay of past memories, scenes from a movie, lyrics to songs, concepts imagined while reading, news reports, and conversations of some kind. We can notice that what we thought today is the same type of things we thought about yesterday, a week ago, last month, and so on. Most of what we think of as “our own thoughts” is actually slightly modified interpretations of thoughts and ideas that were given to us (unconsciously absorbed) by an outside source. As we think about them by imagining them as a reality and experience of some kind, we integrate them into our memory bank where they become a natural part of our mind and reality.

What we call “true guidance”, while it comes to us in a similar way via our subconscious in what seems like an automatic way, doesn’t come from an outside source as “another”, but from an inside source as an extension of ourselves. While guidance may come “through” something we read, see in a movie, end up in a conversation about, through a new connection, a sign or intuitive realization of some kind, it always comes as an intimate response to a specific inquiry or wondering. This is one of the ways we identify it as a direct response to a recent request. Whatever form the intuitive guidance comes in, only has meaning for us and not anyone else. There’s always an intimate feeling that allows us to realize it’s an actual response to an intention we’ve chosen and firmly set in our mind. Our Higher Self operates on the entire lower plane of the subconscious to organize it into specialized patterns based on the choices we make for creating as our very thoughts and feelings. What we think about is the most basic use of choice and free will that we employ without realizing that that’s what we’re doing.

The other problem we can have without realizing it because we don’t really understand how intuition works when engaging in a deliberate manner, is that the subconscious is “programmed” or “seeded with an idea” for creating as a reality through a “metaphor” or “symbolic idea”, rather than a specific one. If we give it a specific one it treats it like a metaphor and uses it to create as a correspondence. This allows the basic idea of the wish to be created by whatever complementary elements are available within the immediate environment. All realities as guidance come about in a perfectly natural way. All ideas are universal in nature which allows for a dynamic adaptation to whatever conditions and circumstances exist to be utilized for creating the “same type of idea” as a modification.

The subconscious works out of specialized patterns that it uses energetically to organize material elements in near proximity of it into the same type of pattern through a “cooperative effort”. All of Nature is cooperative and congruent in nature and readily forms whatever pattern as a reality it’s given without argument or resisting. It works by way of law and only uses what will participate naturally due to being of the same nature (frequency). We often don’t recognize guidance as a response to a prayer when it comes because it doesn’t come in the same form we imagined it would, and so we discount it, write it off, or ignore it altogether. This is further exacerbated by the fact that guidance nearly always comes as steps to a greater process. We’re required to take action on every step in order to actively (cooperatively) participate in its co-creation which comes as a synchronized flow of events that form a kind of pathway. Often the reality of our request can’t naturally come through our current conditions, and so we have to change positions and create the right conditions in order for it to come naturally.

Because all things only come to us by way of our own choices and actions and our ability to recognize the significance of things and then “choose to take action” on them in order to produce them in a cooperative manner, many ask for things that they’re not truly willing to participate in creating, and instead expect it to be given to them through a single event or as if by magic or “divine intervention”. This fact is revealed by the saying that “God only helps them who help themselves”. All creation on the material plane only comes through our active participation in the guidance received from our self on a higher plane. All true guidance is a natural form of self-guidance being administered through multiple planes of existence simultaneously and comes as our own voice and intuitive awareness.

Acquiring Higher Knowledge: Condition, State, and Quality of Consciousness – Drawing Down Energy into our Mental Sphere

We now know that the consciousness associated with the brain that serves to operate it isn’t produced by the physical organ itself, but the brain (all material bodies) merely act as a “receiver” and transducer for consciousness which exists in its potential form in the atmosphere around us, also known as the ether, Astral Plane, Akashic Field, Quantum Plenum, and the Unified Field of intelligence. We actually act to “absorb” thoughts and ideas from the universal mind of the collective unconscious, rather than actually being the one “producing them”, as many believe. We also act to absorb the thought-forms of others in a parallel manner, which also populate the astral plane around us as the instinctual field of the subconscious mind that are of the same nature as we are through a subliminal form of telepathy.

The brain, heart, and body itself only contains and possesses the consciousness it serves as a vehicle for by first absorbing it through various forms of suggestion and intuition that it then develops into a unique version of reality by continuing to think about it while picturing it in the mind’s eye, forming it into an imaginary reality as the basis for a personal creation. What we refer to as the “body’ consciousness” operates out of memory and it’s only creative capacity is by way of using memory as a thematic blueprint or template for creating material forms of the same nature. It lacks originality and individuality and is developed through conditioning as a form of training that establishes the personality as a mental paradigm or mental sphere of consciousness as a vibratory frequency, that it continues creating out of in a natural and repetitive manner.

State of Mind

In order to acquire, absorb, or “call” energetic entities as ideas into our sphere of consciousness, we have to create the conditions in which that consciousness naturally exists. We have to create the conditions as a vibratory state that’s equivalent to it, which is what allows it to be drawn into our mental sphere through resonance and sympathetic induction. If we don’t exist as the same state of mind and level or quality of consciousness, we don’t resonate with it and we can’t become a vehicle or medium for it to manifest within us as our very own thoughts and feelings. This is true not only for the energies as qualities of consciousness (memories) that naturally inhabit the material plane that we experience as emotional states that appeal to us and bring out in us complementary traits and characteristics, but also in regards to higher planes which are predominately archetypal in nature and provide us with distinct patterns for embodying as a way of “becoming” like them.

In the spiritual, invisible, energetic realm of subtle energy, the primary principles that are always operating is the Law of Mentalism, Law of Correspondences, and the Law of Vibration, all of which go hand in hand as extensions of each other and provide the means of manifesting within the material plane through the proper energy and moving energies necessary to manifest as qualities between parallel planes that together form a cohesive and coherent reality. As a soul within a material body, we can only act to acquire or draw in and absorb energy that’s of the same or similar vibration as we are. In order to draw in a select and desired energy as a quality that we don’t already possess in its active state, we have to align ourselves with and create the mental, emotional, and physical conditions that it naturally exists in or that are of the conditions of that dimension, and thereby “resonate with it”.

The energies of the upper and lower planes, commonly referred to as nature spirits, angels, demons, jeni, and so on, which can also be thought of as the Elements and natural forces that have creative potential and are “singular in nature” and perform distinct operations inherent in that quality faithfully without distortion. Humans are composite beings that are multidimensional in nature and possess and actively employ multiple qualities and characteristics of all planes in which it’s a part. We all have the ability to intentionally develop ourselves by choosing what qualities we align ourselves with and actively employ as the means of being able to perform the operations and behaviors that naturally ensue from that quality. Whatever and however we’re “being” as a quality of consciousness or state of mind, determines what we’re doing and how we’re acting. All actions as an expression of consciousness create realities on the material plane.

Archetypes and the Gods of Creation

The energies of a still higher plane, the Akashic field of universal memory, entities exist that are of a complex nature just as we are. These entities are archetypes, which have historically been referred to as the “gods”. An archetype exists as a “whole idea” that involves multiple qualities as a formula or dynamic that has a certain type of personality and character traits, an identity as a specific type of person prone to play a certain type of role and be ideal for acting out a certain type of story as a form of theme. Archetypes from these higher planes form the basis for all human development, and we are not only born into this world as a dynamic formula of multiple archetypes (zodiac birth chart), but we “are” an archetype ourselves. We embody and live out of a dominant archetype as a unique variation formulated by our souls ability to access, select, and draw in (embody) the archetypes of its choice and actively expressing those qualities as the means of creating ourselves by developing those same qualities to various degrees as a natural part of our personality and identity.

The gods of antiquity was a mythology that provided us with a kind of menu as to what was possible and available for practical use based on our nature and desire for “how we want to be”. We all resonate and feel an affinity for certain types of characters and heavily relate to certain types of stories that naturally result from the expression of certain ways of being. The gods of mythology represent archetypes as a way of being that provide us with a model that we can choose with precision and actively employ as a means of intentionally developing ourselves to be of a similar nature. We can only really embody and know how to bring a way of being into expression by imitating what’s being modeled and demonstrated for us. Archetypes are characters that are whole in nature as complex dynamic beings that provide us with a template to practice out of. They possess a certain combination of qualities in varying degrees that make up their character. By stepping into and practicing “being like” an archetype, we activate and bring out those same qualities in ourselves. Naturally by imitating we don’t become just like them, but we create a unique version of the same idea, or incorporate new qualities into our existing character that expand our range of expression.

If we have a desire to be more courageous and less prone to fear, for example, we choose and embody an archetype or god that is the full expression of fearless courage. We can study them, get a feel for their personality, and how they feel, think, and perceive things, what perspective they take, how they hold and conduct themselves, and just through imitating and being like them in body, posture, and behavior, we tap into and access the same consciousness and way of perceiving ourselves. Physiology forms a direct correspondence with state of mind, which corresponds with a distinct way of feeling and thinking. Thought, feeling, emotion, and action or behavior is “always” aligned with each other. So just be employing the same behaviors we adjust our state of mind to match it, creating a new experience of ourselves, and we begin perceiving in new ways. We gain a new sense of ourselves through our behaviors and ways of conducting ourselves that we then become associated and identified with, and through repetitive practice, it becomes a natural way of being. We’re not meant to “worship” the gods of mythology (or religion) as many have been led to believe, but rather use them as tools for self-development.

Becoming One with our Higher Self

In a similar manner we can also connect to our Higher Self, which is what most are actually referring to when they think of God (as a person or entity), which exists on a higher plane and acts to guide and direct us through an internal voice while also orchestrating the events of our life based on karma and what we “ask for” through our thoughts and intention, and is also a constant companion to us. Our Higher Self is also commonly referred to as our Holy Guardian Angel, and is the part of us that remains fully within a higher plane and never manifests (blends with material substance) in the lower plane, and remains unaffected by magnetic forces (emotions) of the lower regions of the Astral Plane. It exists in a natural and unbiased state and doesn’t respond or even necessarily seem to acknowledge our emotional states, passions, and instinctual urges, and guides us instead through pure reasoning and absolute clarity that’s always taking into account the big picture of which we are commonly unaware of.

By forming a connection with our Higher Self, through deep feelings of reverence, trust, and devotion, and committing whole-heartedly and sincerely to our souls development (which is its only concern), and we invite (ask) our Higher Self to come into us and be the consciousness we “look through” as the means of acquiring a more accurate and objective perspective and perception, we act to “pull down” the energy by consciously embodying it. We blend with it and become one in awareness. We can only do this consistently by creating ourselves (body and mind) to be of an equivalent nature to our Higher Self. This means we have to purify ourselves of toxic emotions and the illusions born out of them, and not be subject to emotional states and the emotional projections of others. We have to cleanse ourselves of our emotions, passions for material pleasure, and be able to willfully resist compulsive urges (instinctual behaviors). As long as we exist as the equivalent of the lower, unconscious plane of animal instinct, driven by emotions, reactive behaviors, and passions, we can’t act as the vessel for higher energies, because these things don’t exist on higher planes (only lower planes of an unconscious nature), and so the conditions don’t correspond and aren’t appropriate. The higher mind is willful in nature and isn’t affected or “controlled” by the emotions intended to produce automatic behaviors.

So anytime we’re looking to acquire new qualities and ways of being, we have to recognize the natural conditions as the atmosphere that quality, entity, or archetype naturally exists in, and create the same conditions in our mental sphere through gaining rapport with it. By becoming like it as a state of mind. We have to “become” through an act of awareness, choice, and will, of the same nature. We have to vibrate at a similar rate in order to be able to draw it in or absorb it by resonating with it. Once we absorb it, embody and become one with it, it activates those same qualities within us and we’re able to express through them. Once forces become active within us and we’re able to express ourselves through them by becoming them, we create experiences as them, sense our self through those experiences, associate and identify with our own experiences, absorb them as memory, and through an accumulative process of consistent practice, they become a natural part of us. They become fully integrated into our mental sphere and built into our muscle. We begin employing them automatically as a natural part of our being. Once this is accomplished, we no longer need the entity or archetype, and we can release it back into the sphere from which it came.

This is an important step many fail to recognize and do intentionally. The only purpose of an entity or quality that performs a certain function in a specific way is to stimulate, awaken, make active, and bring out in us that same quality, characteristic, and behavior or activity. It’s not meant to take up permanent residence within us where it can begin taking on a life of its own as a form of alter-ego. Once the desired result is achieved and obtained as a permanent part of our character, just as we consciously invoked and embody it, we have to thank it sincerely for the service it provided, then instruct it to leave by ushering it out of our body and back into the atmosphere and universe where it can continue to be of service to others.

This rule applies to every aspect except our Higher Self of course, which always exists as a fundamental part of us and our connection with it is eternal and nourishing in nature. It doesn’t offer qualities and archetypal personalities for us to embody and acquire, but rather exists as a neutral state of being that always acts to inform, advise through awareness, and instruct us without ever making decisions for us or imposing its will on us in a way that overrides our own ability to make decisions for ourselves.  All self-creation is our full responsibility and comes by way of what we choose and ask for and what we willfully bring about through our actions.

The easiest and most basic way to tell the difference between true “guiding forces” of a higher nature (some call spirit guides, angels, teachers, etc.) and those of a lower nature (emotions, passions, urges, impulses, etc.) is that Divine forces NEVER violate choice and free will, tell you what to do, or make decisions for you. They only act to educate, inform through increased awareness, and bring insights and realizations that reveal new choices and possibilities, increasing and expanding your ability to choose. Lower forces can only express by taking control of or commanding your will through emotional states and passions of various sorts that when allowed to take hold, can easily run your thoughts and make decisions for you as impulses, desires, passions, emotional reactions, and physical urges.

All forces, whether celestial or terrestrial, only have the ability to “influence you” and can’t actually make decisions for you. They have no will of their own, which is what’s required in order to step outside of instinct or a singular nature that’s a part of a collective unconscious, and make new decisions that require original thought that produces new behaviors and ways of being. Only humans have this ability within the creative realms. This is our “God given ability to create” that makes us capable of governing all of the natural forces that partake in the material world as a means of being fully responsible for our own creation. We have the ability to utilize these natural forces as the means of creating and creating ourselves by way of our own creations, but we have to not only realize that we do, but also know “how to do it”. Otherwise the creative forces of the material plane use us to create through and we become a product of unconscious instinct that’s determined by our animal nature instead of our higher Divine nature.

The Relationship of the Three Aspects of the Mind and how to Work with them to Self-Create

The primary law of the “3 in 1”, represented by the triad in Sacred Geometry, the Supernal in the Kabbalah, the Trinity in Christianity, and the 3 upper chakra’s of the subtle energy system of the body, is considered the primary law, because it’s inherent in every single aspect of the material world, and is the law that gives birth to all other laws which naturally emerge from it. The Dyad (2 interlacing spheres) as the masculine and feminine aspects of the same thing that together birth the triad (3) as a unique combination of selected aspects of both that form an internal entity (fetus) that becomes the template (archetype) for the external, physical reality as its manifestation, which is represented by the Tetrad (4). All physical manifestation is represented by the number 4, which is really the number 2, representing that all of life is dual in nature. While we traditionally say that there are 4 Elements that make up the material world (fire, water, air, and earth), in fact there are really only 2, fire and water, because both air and earth are reproduced as combinations of fire and water in varying degrees and densities.

Air, which is the traditional symbol of spirit is produced by, or contains within it, both fire (heat) and water (moisture). From the material plane of form we say that air is the product of the sun’s heat on water, producing a vapor that rises above it as air. From the spiritual plane of unity that contains within it the potential for creating the material, air can be seen as the unification of fire and water in it’s potential state, which divides into dual aspects of itself as it descends from the plane of pure potential (unformed) in order to manifest in the material realm as informed.

Form is produced by both a passive and active component, as matter that’s charged with a frequency, giving it consciousness as a formula of information (DNA) where it’s organized into a holographic astral-etheric form as an “imagined image” (phantom) that becomes the blueprint for producing its material equivalent or twin double. All material form is accompanied by a soul as a mind-field that provides the energetic means for formulating it, holding it together as a unified being, animating it with biological processes necessary for giving it life, and a personality or propensities that produce natural behaviors.

All physical form is a product of the mind at different stages of formation, often referred to as the spirit, soul, mind, and body, and in science as the 4 states of matter as charged (electrified) plasma, gas, liquid, and solid. In Esoteric Sciences these are referred to as the causal, mental, astral, and etheric/physical planes of existence. All physical form is 3-fold in nature as a unification of invisible forces in varying stages of solidification. The mind, or energy field of the body, synonymous with the soul, which surrounds and permeates the body while extending quite some distance into the outer environment, is 3-fold in nature as a Higher Mind-Self, and the 2 lower aspects of the subconscious and self-conscious minds.

Again, this dynamic is represented by the triangle or pyramid (3 angles, 4 sides that form a square base), where the single point on the top exists on a higher plane, and the 2 lower points are parallel to each other on the same plane. Horizontal lines as a relationship always represent existing on the same material plane or level, and vertical or right-angle lines represent the movement between planes or the path that connects 2 or more planes. The 2 right angles moving down as the division of the One, existing in polarity to each other form a “range” as the distance between them, which can be measured in degrees, symbolizes the dual nature of the higher mind which contains both feminine and masculine aspects as the subconscious (feminine) and conscious (masculine) mind of the material body and outer plane, all of which vibrate at the same frequency as a range of vibration that structures both inner and outer material form to be of the same dynamic pattern on different scales, magnitude, and levels of complexity.

As human beings we are multidimensional in nature, just like all of the material world, except we also possess higher capacities of the mind to self-create by way of choice and will. We are creative beings always in the process of becoming by way of how we use our own mind to create ourselves. This process is always going on with or without our awareness. Our subconscious mind is the same mind we share with all of the natural world and the animal kingdom of which we are natural part of as a physical, mammalian body. We are born into the world with our subconscious mind fully active and developed, and are initially conditioned through a purely passive and receptive manner that’s much like a form of training produced through repetition of the same ideas and dynamics being played out in distinct emotional states.

Our formative conditioning, conducted in a purely unconscious and spontaneous manner, which becomes our “automated” mind-set and attitude, forms our mental paradigm and habituated emotional states that’s programmed to consistently play out the same dynamics as life dramas that tell a certain type of story. Whatever dynamics we’ve been trained to, we automatically see in others and all situations, have an immediate react to, engage in magnetically, and act to both initiate and cooperatively participate in by naturally playing a role in it. These programs, much like instinct in animals, run automatically without our direct awareness, and play out consistently shaping our reality and how we experience ourselves within that reality, which shapes our character and identity (self-image), both of which are naturally produced from unconscious habitual states.

The subconscious mind operates strictly out of memory, and speaks the “language” of emotions and direct experience. It gives birth to the self-conscious mind, which is what we call the “thinking mind”, or brain-oriented, frontal cortex aspect of the mind that begins fully developing at puberty when we begin “thinking for ourselves” (separate from our parents) and begin forming “internal dialogue” as self-talk that we identify with. The self-conscious aspect of the mind that’s capable of problem-solving and reasoning for itself, being born of the subconscious and body, forms its identity with or from the body and material world, which forms into what we call the “ego”.

The ego, being an identification of the spirit with the body and the material world, forgets its true identity as the soul that both produced and maintains it. This aspect of the mind, the “thinking by talking” aspect, has the ability to step outside of its own emotional, habitual tendencies, and become self-directed through its ability to decide between different options, and willfully act out those decisions, breaking habitual patterns and producing new experiences that become new memories for the subconscious mind to act out in an automatic fashion, producing new ways of being that alter the vibratory structure of its mental paradigm.

The subconscious mind is passive and receptive in nature, like animals, and doesn’t have the ability to think for itself as perceiving in new ways that are outside of its memory-oriented perception and habitual emotional states. The self-conscious mind is active, and not only acts as the “gatekeeper” for the subconscious, determining what’s passively accepted and allowed in to take hold, and what’s rejected or resisted and kept out. The self-conscious mind has the ability to reason and logically evaluate and judge ideas as being right and true, or wrong and an error. This is the “willful” aspect of the mind that has the ability to choose what it becomes a part of and what it doesn’t, and can override unconscious, automatic, habitual tendencies with new ideas that it intentionally acts out instead. Breaking old patterns and forming new ones, which when practiced repetitively over a period of time, become new habits as the programming for the subconscious mind to run in an automatic fashion.

The primary motive of the subconscious mind is self-preservation, achieved by maintaining habitual and familiar patterns. The primary motive of the self-conscious mind is to create itself as something new and better in an intentional and deliberate way. It seeks to become through its own willful actions that bring the habitual aspect of the subconscious mind under its control, by intentionally reprogramming it, training it to new behaviors. Because these two aspects of the mind are a part of the same mind as polar and complementary opposites, they interact in a completely natural fashion as being of the same nature. The subconscious mind, being driven by emotions and “thinking” in terms of direct experience as imaginary realities being played out in the mind as memory of various sorts, is what produces what we call our “ordinary thinking” that runs constantly like a broken record that plays the same memories, ideas, and dialogue over, and over, and over in a repetitive, somewhat sporadic, and habitual manner. This is what most people refer to when they use the term “thinking”.

Brain waves

Many people, or should I say most (few exceptions), live their entire life consumed with automatic thoughts that play out in a compulsive manner that keep them locked into the emotional states of those thoughts and memories. Most people are shaped and determined by their conditioning and the outer world of subjective experience that’s produced by their conditioned mindset. We become whatever dynamics and mindset we’re trained to and form habits out of. The subconscious mind naturally runs the conscious mind, forming habitual thinking that’s always playing memories of the past in the present, creating more experiences of the same nature, regenerating and multiplying more of the same type of memories. Through habitual psychological patterns we’re self-created, self-perpetuating, and self-sustaining. We only evolve according to our life conditions and how we’re programmed by others to be of the same nature and character, and produce more of the same type of dynamic patterns as emotional dramas that form our life’s story.

By realizing the natural tendencies of our mind, we have the ability to take control of ourselves and our life and discipline our thinking into concentrated ideas that we employ deliberately as a natural way of becoming self-determined. The self-conscious, active aspect of the mind has the ability to detach from its own habitual tendencies, view life from a detached perspective, and thereby realize it has the ability to bring the body under its control in order to serve it by accepting the ideas that it chooses to willfully acted out “through the body” in order to produce new types of experiences. While simultaneously creating new types of self-dialogue as the story we form out of the “meaning” of those experiences that serve as new memories associated to positive emotions, which when repeated, the subconscious mind will eventually habituate into automatic perceptions, emotional states, and behaviors.

We all have the ability through our higher capacity of choice and will to take hold of and begin determining our own self-development. We are not a product of our conditioning and genetic inheritance as we have been led to believe, but these merely form the basis of our primary personality and mental paradigm out of which we continue to grow and develop it. Our soul is in a constant state of evolving through its own ability to employ one aspect of itself to act on the other aspect, and together create itself in new ways by employing new qualities that form new characteristics.

Our subconscious mind, which can be equated to the DNA of our body, which also works out of memory and is strongly influenced by emotions, is completely programmable and trainable by the self-conscious mind through intentional use of the will to feed it new types of experiences that are of a certain emotional quality that re-inform it to be able to utilize new patterns in an automatic and natural way to regenerate the molecular structure of the body as a correspondence. In the mental plane, the active, willful, self-conscious mind, which is birthed by the subconscious mind as its active component, has the ability to “act on itself” to create and transform itself to whatever quality and character it wants and chooses to be.

Likewise, the higher mind, which exists on a higher, parallel plane, is also active as the “Higher Will”, and therefore acts on and through the subconscious mind in the material realm, in much the same way the self-conscious mind can. But the Higher Mind can’t directly communicate with the self-conscious mind, which is active also and exists fully within the material world, and so it communicates through the subconscious mind which reflects it onto the self-conscious mind as what we call intuition, which comes as “feelings” and our own internal voice being led by a different authority. We can know the difference between subconscious impulses and higher communication, because the subconscious doesn’t use “talking” to communicate, it uses emotional urges, desire, and internal images to control our own thinking. The messages communicated by the Higher Mind to the subconscious mind, are projected by the subconscious into the outer environment, which is the “sphere of awareness” of the self-conscious mind, where it then directs our attention onto it and we experience it intuitively as a form of coincidence, synchronicity, and self-realization.

Higher guidance comes through an inner voice that’s not “of us” in terms of our bodily self, and directs, guides, and informs us of things that can’t normally emerge out of our paradigm and normal way of thinking. It’s not emotionally driven or ego oriented, and it has no needs so there’s no effort to control, it comes as a parental mature voice that calmly and intelligently informs of us of other options and ways of looking at things that allow us to see things in a new way and make new decisions based on the information gleaned from it. It never acts to make decisions for us, as it never violates our choice and free will, but acts to give us new perspectives and realizations that we then willingly choose of our own volition.

Communication as information about things in our life that are playing out without our awareness also come through dreams, because dreams are a reality produced by the subconscious mind as the positive receptor of information that it absorbs from all around it and uses to produce a reality that’s highly symbolic and irrational in nature. So much of our guidance comes through dreams, yet like all subliminal communication, we have to be able to know the difference between energy absorbed and informed from our environment and others, and energy as information and guidance from our Higher Self. We can tell the difference through intuition, because dreams produced by random energies around us don’t affect us because we realize they’re not of us and don’t pertain to us. They seem somewhat foreign to us. Dreams as unconscious aspects of ourselves given life as a means of expressing and making us aware of them, only remind us of what we already know through deeper, more subtle feelings, whereas guidance that’s intuitive in nature, is intimate and felt as an inherent part of us that doesn’t stem from our current constitution or memory oriented past, but provides us with a new idea or direction that couldn’t be “self-produced” with our current make-up and life circumstances.

In order to begin working with our own mind to self-create, we have to bring our habitual, random thinking under control and learn how to intentionally focus our mind only on what we want to create. Concentrate on it without disruption from habitual thinking, and bring the concentrated idea into action of some sort. Our power lies in our ability to concentrate on chosen ideas and forming them in into realities in our imagination as the “experience” of them, while consistently associating positive emotions to them. This takes an idea and turns it into a reality as an emotional experience of it that replicates and imitates a memory. The subconscious mind of the body works out of memory to produce all of our behaviors and connect us with the same dynamic in everything around us.

By turning a desired idea into a full sensory (emotional) reality, we give the subconscious mind a pattern to act out producing an equivalent material effect or manifestation as an “actual” outer experience of the inner reality. In this way all manifestations are of the will as a combination of an idea as thoughts and feelings (sensations) that provide the template for outer manifestation as direct experiences of its own making.  As we think, feel, and imagine, we create, first inwardly as an imagined scenario that becomes our perceptual lens, then outwardly as our perception and natural activities. Any thought as an imagined reality that we dwell in with intensity, gives rise to an electromagnetic field that acts as an “attraction factor” that’s a form of gravitational field between us and the components in our environment that are a part of the same reality and can play a part in co-creating it as a shared experience.

In this way, the Higher Will, which manifests through us as thoughts and feelings produces and organizes all of our life experiences. What we call our will and our Higher Will, are actually the same thing, because one births and sustains the other, and all come out of the same nature. All contents of the subconscious and conscious minds are contained within the higher self, which is what births them in the lower, material realm. First by producing the subconscious personality as the accumulated memory of the soul that exists as “mental and emotional states” that have natural tendencies, temperament, and a disposition inherent in them, that births the conscious mind as its active component that has the ability to act on itself in a willful manner to create and transform itself through self-produced experiences that becomes a part of its soul memory.

All self-creation comes through masterful use of choice and will as our ability to think and decide for ourselves, then embody that idea, becoming one with it, and acting it out to produce an experience that we then get a sense of ourselves through, associate and identify with. As we shape our identity through self-produced experiences that extend beyond and outside of our conditioning, we transform ourselves at the soul level, which is the accumulation of all our life experiences as memory produced through both conscious and unconscious forms of self-expression and self-creation. We create ourselves by how we create our experiences. How we experience the events of our life, whether self-produced or other produced, comes through how we use our own mind to tell ourselves a story about it. We create both the character of the story, and the story as being told by the character through living it.

Energetic Entanglement – Relationships that Span Multiple Dimensions

Defining the Relationship between our Higher Self and Lower Self

Entanglement represents a law that’s prevalent at the primary level of reality, and like all laws, describes the behavior and relationship going on in every area of life. Matter as particles are composed of even smaller units known as photons which are “units of light”. So what we call the material world is actually a realm of pure light that creates the appearance of solid objects. Light exists as both a particle (substance) and a wave (field), and exists as both simultaneously. A wave is an invisible field as a frequency that contains all patterns associated with that frequency in a purely potential form. Through a form of energetic interaction with another mind which “resonates” with only one of the “potential” for creating material form, it collapses the wave into “one possibility” through a form of choice as natural selection. Light as matter “shape-shifts” based on the individual consciousness interacting and entering into relationship with it. All material form comes through a relationship formed by two fields of the same vibratory frequency that act to stimulate each other into an active state. All material form is created through the relationship it forms with itself (same frequency) in another So this basic idea, observed through behaviors a system naturally takes on, is always operating not only within the material world, as we call it, but also through multiple dimensions that are all interlaced and interdependent, most of which are invisible yet ultimately result in the visible world of matter. So anytime we’re talking about the material world that can be sensed and perceived with our physical senses, we’re actually referring to the “effect” or unified result of what originates in a predominately invisible realm of interlaced dimensions and energetic activity as a sea of information out of which all of life systematically emerges as a variety of possibilities that populate a single, unified reality as a biological system. A photon, which is essentially the stuff of light, exists simultaneously in a dual state (on different dimensions) as both a wave and a particle. As a wave it exists in a purely potential state that’s not yet formed into a specific object or idea, yet contains all the information necessary to “collapse the wave” into one possibility through a form of choice that comes naturally as conforming to the mind that’s observing and interacting with it. When the wave of pure potential becomes something specific, all the information contained in the wave is organized and structured in a way that produces the form it takes on. The form light takes on is how it “appears” to the mind (individual) perceiving it. This material form changes and fluctuates in appearance with every single mind that interacts with it. In terms of being a particle, though it appears in singular form ‘as’ something specific, and therefore real, it’s actually only one possibility inherent in the wave as a “potential” for material expression as a material form with measurable properties. rainbow conical Probably one of the easiest ways to understand this idea is to break it down into conceptual terms. Light exists in multiple states as a range of vibration that forms a scale as a hierarchy that moves from a low frequency to a high frequency, all within a given range as a kind of larger, unified frequency that their composition forms. We have singular frequencies within greater frequencies, and smaller fields nested within larger fields. A frequency can be thought of as a thematic idea that no matter how it’s composed and expressed within a given set of circumstances, still holds true to the theme itself as an overall idea expressed through a story-line as a certain “type of reality”. The frequency also contains the full consciousness of that idea as the attributes and qualities that imbue matter with the characteristics as a form of personality and identity that naturally produce the idea through a natural mental paradigm, predisposition, temperament, and behaviors. This scale as a range of vibration that contains numerous variations as gradients or unique formulas within the same frequency (using the same information in different combinations), form what we call “potential expressions” as possibilities or variations of the same overall idea. So a wave as a frequency indicates a “state” out of which natural ideas as potential realities spontaneously propagate, all based on what relationship forms between the interconnected multiple dimensions, which acts as a form of “natural selection” (resonance), that collapses the wave of pure infinite potential (inherent information) around a singular possibility as a particle or material form. This field of information that provides the building blocks of a thematic idea as an archetype or basic formula, comprised of attributes, qualities, and characteristics enters into relationship with other mind-fields (entities) of the same frequency (archetype), and based on what’s selected as comprehensible by the material mind interacting with it, whatever ‘shared’ potential they have in common that matches the same idea as a possible variation in the corresponding mind is activated and determines how it organizes and structures itself into an astral form (transparent image) which is superimposed over (looked through) the neutral, objective outer reality, changing how it appears, and (re)forming it into a subjective reality. This process of “natural selection” comes through resonance which is a purely energetic process.  Each mind or individual of the same frequency that naturally interacts with it (wave-form), will choose (resonate with) a unique variation as one possibility out of literally an infinite number, and act to manifest (reform) the same idea in a somewhat different manner as a unique variation. All minds (paradigm) interact with other minds of the same frequency, and together they form or reform a new combination as a formula or configuration that reshapes it into a unique variation of a shared and common idea. It does this by forming an interference pattern, where the same field of information (frequency) separates from itself (mitosis), and acts on itself (in a perceived “other”) to transform itself by remixing the information being used to create a new experience of a common reality. This new formula as new combinations of basic information is the same process involved in the DNA of two individuals forming an offspring that is a combination of their compatible attributes and characteristics, and yet at the same time is an entirely unique person. Interference patterns. Computer artwork showing two sets of circular waves interacting with each other. At the point where a wave peak from one hits a wave peak from another, or a trough hits a trough, they reinforce each other; their magnitudes are summed. This is known as constructive interference. Where a trough hits a peak or vice versa and they cancel each other out. This is known as destructive interference. An interference pattern, represented by the Dyad, brings into existence (in the material sense) only that which is formed through shared qualities that are combined to form new patterns as an independent entity that contains the complementary properties of both, creating a unique version of the same frequency as a basic thematic pattern. A “state”, which represents a specific kind of vibration that exists as a part of a larger range of vibration as one of its possibilities for expressing, exists in both wave-form (higher dimension) and material form (lower dimension). The material form as an inherent state of a far greater, all-encompassing frequency, is essentially connected to and of the same nature as that state within the wave. While a wave pervades time and space, it exists “outside” of the time-space continuum (which are only relevant to the created world) as non-local (not located in a form), while the particle exists within time and space as a living entity with a life-span. This living entity as a material body and non-material mind (field of information) remains intimately connected to “itself” (state) in everything else and is of the same nature as a state of vibration (consciousness) with all living entities that share the same state, regardless of where they’re located within the space-time continuum. Two particles that are “born together” (separation as regeneration) or that “merge into each other” and energetically and blend, forming coherence as the same state, remain connected throughout time and space through timelines. Whatever effects one (alters its state), also effects the other one. Not through a form of communication, which is required in the material sense of distance as traveling through space, but as an instantaneous response of an opposite and complementary nature. This not only occurs in the material dimension through what we call “twin flames” or “soul mates” or “soul groups”, but also between multiple dimensions as our oversoul, higher self, or guardian angel, who always accompany us as an internal (invisible) aspect of ourselves, that we’re always in communion with. These multidimensional aspects of ourselves exist as both our material mind located in a body within time and space (particle) and also as a waveform that transcends the entire material realm, which is fully contained within it and is what “communicates with us” through states of mind that serve to orchestrate different phases of our life as an unfolding process of growth and development. This inner guidance is from our “self” on a higher plane who already knows the entire activities of the lower plane in which we are emerged, and guides us through the motions necessary to act out a defined idea as our destiny. This supposed inner guidance doesn’t come through our normal perceptions of voices, an inner hearing, or mental impressions as premonitions of sorts, but through altering states which naturally produce these in us as a sensory interpretation of an energetic matrix out of which they naturally arise as an effect or expression. All ideas seemingly formed out of words, that come to us as internal dialogue or thoughts that form realities as their formation, originate from a “state” as a feeling. Different states which are archetypal patterns of vibration, spontaneously produce thematic ideas as realities in our imagination or mind’s eye. These feeling vibrations enter into our mind through resonance and acts to alter our state accordingly, giving rise to the indigenous ideas inherent in them. Pineal_gland-600x330 Vibrations are received through the Pineal gland, located in the center of the brain, and are translated into material realities as sensory images and sounds. The eyes and ears are on the same plane as the Pineal, which translate vibration as a state into a virtual reality that gives a “program” to the subconscious mind, which connects with that idea in the outer world through the heart center. We’re always being led through transmissions sent to and picked up by the subconscious mind through feelings and the imagined scenarios they lend themselves to, as natural and automatic thoughts (a form of instinct) that tune us to and connect us with those same ideas in everything and everyone around us. The true question becomes are we conscious and aware of this inter-dimensional interaction going on through altered states, or do we remain unaware of them and believe we’re somehow fending for ourselves, and therefore fail to cooperate? This “entanglement” is based on complementary opposites that exist in a polarized state. What this means in terms of mechanics, is that whichever one (spirit, soul or body) is in an active state, the other is automatically rendered passive. While we’re actively using our mind to figure stuff out and problem solve, we close ourselves down to receiving information from our higher mind. The only way to open up the communication is by becoming mentally passive (void of motive and thought), thereby activating our spiritual self, allowing the conception of ideas to take place as information received from our higher mind. The interaction between the higher and lower is always based on polarity of opposite and complementary “states”. This guidance as “state modifications” that turn on and off certain attributes, changing how we feel and perceive the outer world as a correspondence, is sometimes called the “Will of God”. When we not only become aware of it but enter into union with it, allowing it to “come through us”, we become the means through which the higher, all-knowing mind expresses in the material world and a form of “quickening” results. We greatly speed up and facilitate our own evolution by resonating with our higher self as our true and divine nature. All resistance comes from a lack of awareness and the inability to think in terms of the bigger, overall picture, where different states are required to interact appropriately with them, and an identification with our material body as the “only real us” there is. We fail to realize that our material existence is but an aspect of ourselves that’s temporary in nature, and not our true identity or destiny as a soul, which resides predominately on the higher, invisible planes of pure energy and consciousness that’s non-local in nature, and knows the entire history of the timeline being played out on the lower, material plane as an “effect” or expression of higher powers. Miraculous Healing – “The Power of Love”

The Healing Power of Divine Intervention

Mom and baby

My first experience of performing what would be deemed a miracle, came as a desperate response to a moment of incredible devastation that pushed me past all limitation, not by endlessly engaging in the limitations themselves in an attempt to process them and overcome them, but by transcending them by losing all awareness of the perception in which the limitations existed. Like shifting into another space, nested within the same situation, in which fear didn’t exist and wasn’t even a consideration. This experience was an amazing lesson not only in helping me to see my own capabilities and learn to build confidence by believing in myself, but also revealing to me the shocking reality of how people tend to show up in times when it matters the most.

What happens in those moments when we find ourselves in situations that the eye could not foresee often astounds us. I was abandoned by the people who should have been there, and helped by other that I barely knew. A true testament of giving up perceived control by simply recognizing and allowing my inner guidance as intuition that provided divine intervention, not through another but as an act of my own will surrender to a higher intelligence. I engaged in activity that I performed from a place of sheer knowing in absolute trust that almost felt peculiar to me as I was doing it. As if I was inhabited by a companion form of consciousness. One that didn’t make a big deal out of stuff, but just silently stepped in and went about its business from a removed state that seemed intimately connected.

This is just one part of amazing experiences that spanned 15 months, but open my eyes to the real potential of the human spirit when acting from a place of love, devotion, and surrender. It also served to teach me the true nature of people in moments of great necessity that went painfully unanswered.

My son was born 4lbs. 10oz., fully matured but with what I would discover through relentless pursuit, as having Hirschsprung’s disease. He was hospitalized on Thanksgiving Day and underwent emergency surgery that set into motion an amazing process of self-discovery as a demonstration of human fortitude. After six surgeries, two colostomies, and surgically implanted mainlines due to vascular breakdown of all available IV sites, he peeked out at 5 lbs. 7 oz. at a little over two months old, then began a process of deteriorating. After losing weight and dropping back down to 4lbs. 8oz. at a little over three months old, he became lethargic hard to wake up, began dehydrating due to his major organs systematically starting to shut down. They diagnosed him with failure to thrive and removed all life-support and estimating approximately 48 hours before he would die. They gave me an option of leaving him in the hospital and allowing it to happen there or to take them home in when it happened to call them and they would take care of the arrangements.

kisses

I cannot even convey the level of grief I was experiencing that had began building a few weeks prior to his diagnosis. I felt detached from reality and had trouble comprehending what was going on and struggled to perform normal tasks. The next morning as I gathered him and all his things and walked out to the car, where I had to drive us home. My husband announced to me a month into it, that he couldn’t handle it and refused to come down to the hospital. I was left on my own to figure out how to deal with it. As I got to the car my legs were trembling and started buckling. I had to sit on the asphalt and try to compose myself. My heart was pounding out of my chest, and I couldn’t catch my breath, the ground was moving and I felt disoriented as those everything was closing in on me. After a brief time of trying to create a relaxed state so that I could drive the car I finally got to my feet, and secured my son in his car seat next to me in the front seat and began driving.

I stopped at a red light and it was as if something snapped inside of me and the whole world collapsed around me. I lost all awareness of everything outside of the car and I suddenly became overwhelmed with grief and started screaming as I was crying saying, “I refuse to accept this! I refuse. I will not allow my baby to die! He wants to live. He’s going to live. I will not accept this”. I repeated this hysterically while hitting on the steering wheel and the dashboard. Then after mumbling for a bit non-sensibly, I looked down at my son in the sunlight coming through the window made his face and peer like an angel, softly undistinguished and innocently sweet. I leaned down pressing my face against his and rocking back and forth while mumbling and sobbing, and suddenly I became extremely aware of his heartbeat. As I listened to it beating it seemed to get louder and louder. Strong and pronounced. Then a kind of silence fell around me, and I felt a calm come over me and my thoughts became collected and my heart relaxed into sync with his, and I suddenly knew what I needed to do. It was a kind of knowing that felt like a trance. Something I couldn’t articulate with words but simply knew it as a feeling inside. It was a presence in me that removed all fear and possessed me with the kind of certainty that was removed from doubt.

I then sat up and began driving home calmly. When I got home I gathered my son went into the house and place to quilt over the rocking chair. I closed all the curtains, lit a couple of candles, got a glass of water, removed my shirt and bra took all the clothes off my son except his diaper and colostomy bag, and sat down. I laid him across my bare breasts so he could hear my heart beat, smell my skin, and be warmed by my body. I then started stroking his body with loving affection, kissing his head and the side of his face, and softly sang a lullaby as a kind of humming. Then as I began rocking I ran pictures through my mind of him at six months old, smiling and laughing, then at a year old learning to walk having his first birthday while eating his cake with his fingers, then at two years, playing in the park with the other kids on the polka-dotted pony. I saw him at his second Christmas where he was fascinated with the lights and was more intrigued with the bows and the wrapping paper than he was with the presents. I imagined him at two and three years old, healthy, and strong as I became filled with overwhelming love for him as I continued caressing him, kissing him and rocking him with sweet lullabies.

Mother and child

At first he was lethargic and unresponsive his body was cool and limp. After a few hours he started moving his hands and feet as if getting comfortable. After about six hours he sneezed and rubbed his nose. Then he started moving as if waking up from a nap. After about eight hours, he opened his eyes and gaze straight into mine, then smiled and started acting irritable. As he began squirming slightly trying to breast-feed I thought . . . he’s actually hungry! When I put them down to get his bottle he cried until I picked him back up. He then drank 4 ounces of a special formula, and later ate some mashed bananas. By the next day he was fully active, eating, cooing, in playing in his crib.
The hospital called me two days later because they couldn’t figure out why they hadn’t heard from me. When I told his doctor that he had made what seemed like a full recovery and was eating, drinking, and playing, he was in disbelief and wanted me to bring him in for a checkup. Upon examining him he said, “this doesn’t make any sense, this shouldn’t be possible”. He was then struck by the fact that he recovered without any side effects from what appeared as deterioration of his major organs. He then began questioning me on what I had done, how I had done it, and what on earth possessed me to do it, and when I told him, he just got a blank look on his face stared for a moment, and said “I guess a mother’s love is the ultimate healing force after all”, and shook his head.

This would instill confidence for what would come four months later on the second go around to remove part of his intestines, which after healing, they would close his colostomy, which they had originally planned it for 14 to 16 months old as he needed to be around 17 pounds to perform the operation. By the time he was seven months old he weighed 16 1/2 pounds. In four months he had gained 12 pounds. The doctor was just struck with amazement. He laughed and said, “I don’t know what you’re feeding him, but it’s certainly working!”
After a series of surgeries the second time, they remove part of his intestines, let that heal for a couple weeks and then closed his colostomy, after which time he began falling into the same pattern. They then came to me saying that he wasn’t responding to treatment and they needed to put him back on life support and implant IV lines into his chest. But this time I elected to take him out of the hospital without permission and bring him home to heal instead in the same way I had done before. Again, it worked beautifully and within hours he was awake, alert and eating. He had his first bowel movement at 8 1/2 months old.

Through this experience I learned what it means to love someone so much I was willing to die for him. My life crumbled before my eyes, and I lost everything I owned. In that moment I became very clear on what really matters and what doesn’t. I learned that we can access super-human strength when we actually need to. And I touched on the strength of my moral fiber that served to catapult me into greater and greater levels intuition, self-knowledge and confidence that comes from believing in myself and forming absolute faith based on that. I acquired the confidence to stand up against all odds, and walk fully awake into the flame without flinching or shrinking back with intimidation.

So with that experience, when I came into contact with the healing practice of Reiki and Energy Medicine several years later, I immediately saw the connection and chose to study it as a primary healing modality that actually had a name.

Spiritual Guidance – “Why we ask but don’t Receive”

twin self
Our life is the way it is right now based on how we have created it. We create our life based on our models that we use as a perceptual lens to interpret neutral events giving them meaning that determines how we experience them as a result. The meaning that things have is our most basic form of self-creation. We make meaning up based on the theme we use to interpret things. Our model as our self-concept determines what’s possible, and what’s not. Anything that exists outside of our perceptual lens, we either can’t perceive in it’s actual state as neutral and void of meaning, or we simply translate it to mean what we think it means or what we need it to mean in order to continue telling our story as an expression of our self-concept. We make it about what we believe it’s about, and then perceive it as factual, true and therefore real. We don’t realize it’s actually a belief.

Our beliefs are not singular, stand-alone ideas, but rather a dynamic system that forms an overall theme that creates continuity as a congruent and ongoing storyline. The theme of our model determines the type of story we naturally tell with our life not through a purely conscious effort, but rather through our unconscious conditioning that served to form our core beliefs that became the basis for our primary model as our self-image, or what we believe to be true about us. It’s largely born out of trained behavior as our personality that formed our identity as an extension of our basic nature. Our identity is our character that is ideally suited to tell a certain type of story. Our mental paradigm, which forms our character and determines how we perceive, interpret our experiences to give them meaning, and what we’re always in the process of telling ourselves about things, is what’s called our vibratory frequency. We are only capable of receiving or “perceiving” what matches our vibration and fits into our paradigm in a cohesive manner, which is the creative factor in our current life conditions and circumstances, not in the objective sense, but rather in the subjective sense. Our life is a product of our perceptions of life. We can only “see” and therefore be able to “receive” more of the same type of things.  vibration
We then ask for guidance to change our life, without directly realizing that we are the ones creating our life. Even when we are given clues, signs, opportunities, or clear messages, we often can’t see or understand them for what they are trying to show us because they don’t match our beliefs and so we feel frustrated and let-down. We then imagine that we’re not being helped or guided. Yet the real problem lies in the fact that the guidance we are given exists outside of our model-of-the-world which means we can’t readily perceive it in a meaningful or useful way. We don’t know how to perceive it properly in order to get the value out of it that it’s offering us. Or, we perceive the basic idea, but don’t know how to actually use it, do it, or utilize it. So we fail to act on it, and simply go back to asking again. We can then fall into the tendency to forever ask while not being willing to do what it takes to actually use the information we are given to produce a different result. We imagine we’re not doing it because we tell ourselves we don’t know how, or it will require us to give up something that we’re not willing to give up. So we choose not to use the guidance, without ever realizing that it’s our lack of willingness to change fundamental tendencies that’s holding us to the current story we’re telling with our lives that we’re asking for the guidance to change. We want change, without being willing to actually change anything. It’s not about a select area changing, it’s about all areas that have to do with the belief that’s being changed changing systematically because the belief itself has changed and will no longer produce or support the old behavior. When we change a core belief, it modifies our whole personal/perceptual model as a result. That modification automatically transforms all areas that were built off of it that served to express that same basic belief.

In order to change our life, we have to change our beliefs about our self. Our belief about ourselves is what creates the story of our life by how we live our everyday life. Our self-belief is what determines what’s possible for us, and what we deem impossible or not desirable. We then have to dismantle current beliefs and structure new ones that support the type of story we want to tell instead. We then need to rewire our system to the new belief and commit to acting it out as a means of creating new behavior, that gives us a new sense of ourselves, while we simultaneously identify with our own experience. Any new behavior feels funny and somewhat awkward at first because it’s new and unfamiliar. This is because we’re not used to sensing ourselves this way. New behavior needs to be acted out consistently allowing it to transform our identity accordingly. Once our identity is transformed, the new behavior becomes natural and we do it without having to think about it. In this, we truly transform and evolve ourselves into continuous growth as new ways of being in the world that allow greater and more profound forms of self-expression that expand our range of possibilities.

Spiritual Guidance – Birthing Our Higher Self within Our Lower Mind

connecting
The idea of spiritual guidance is a little bit different for everybody because it’s based on what we’ve been taught and accepted as true, what we’ve come to believe about ourselves and the nature of reality, and our own personal style which simply emerges naturally through practice. When we bring an idea into practice, we not only develop our own personal technique for doing things, but we engage in the principles governing it, and naturally move through steps or stages of development that naturally ensue as a form of growth process. These stages of development come as an active and progressive process where we tune into the invisible realm of consciousness that underlies and operates through the physical realm, that develops an intuitive awareness around things that are normally hidden or not recognized, that tend to come more as signs, symbols, messages, coincidences, and synchronicities as a chain-of-association where we begin seeing the interconnectedness that underlies surface appearances.

This stage, usually brought on by tuning into a higher form such as God, our Higher-Self, Angels, Spirit guides, Masters, and so on, operates out of a basis of perceived separation (us and them), and usually involves “asking” of some form. This starts the ball rolling, and begins developing our intuition by recognizing and sensing invisible forces of consciousness, that bleed through surface appearances and comes as a “feeling” about things that connects it to other ideas through the “nature” of the feeling, or reveals to us hidden aspects being disguised in material objects, and more significantly, in people. This stage is very inspiring and motivates us through the sense of magic that it contains. It engages us in a mystery with a sense of curiosity that brings new realizations that forms a fascination around things. This is the stage where we begin connecting to the inner nature of things as a form of soul-to-soul communication that comes as direct experience that brings a realization as recognizing and perceiving its spiritual nature.

Through this initial stage of praying and asking that brings answers through realizations that begin exercising and developing our ability to perceive things intuitively, introduces us to a whole new realm of reality. It also begins introducing us experimentally to the idea of interlaced parallel dimensions and a hierarchy as kingdoms, which define “whole” realities that are inherent within even greater realities. It initiates the realization that at a higher level of consciousness that sees the reality that we’re within as a “whole” rather than a segmented part, can also “orchestrate” the events of our life based on the principle of choice and will, which is really a form of vibration and resonance. We begin realizing that while we may view praying as an intentional act that we take a moment, stop what we’re doing, and concentrate on an idea that we’re dealing with or want, and consciously ask for it, in reality, we’re in a constant form of prayer through our very thinking, what we talk about and tell others, and most importantly through our emotional states and the behaviors they produce that not only form our interactive quality, but are also a form of cause and effect that draw to us direct, and often immediate consequences. The Higher Powers cannot act on our life by bringing us what is not equivalent to our quality and level of consciousness, but rather acts through us, as us. This usually comes as a notion about something, an idea that pops into our head that we start thinking about, a mental impression that starts coming to us on a regular basis, or we simply start getting a feeling about something, but either way, it’s up to us to allow it to come through us, and to act on it, rather than dismissing it or blowing it off, ignoring it, or changing it by adapting it to our story about things, or we doubt it as being a fantasy or “self-generated” thought born out of wishful thinking.

This stage, like all stages of growth, plateau’s, and seems to loose its punch. This usually comes as a feeling like we go through “dry spells” where we’re no longer receiving guidance, are no longer experiencing intuitive awareness, and life seems to return to it’s mundane and ordinary status as unremarkable. Sometimes people become dependent on what they experience as “spirit guides” of some sort that are separate from them and tell them what to do, or give them guidance as a communication of some sort. When this happens, and we become fully invested in a reality of “separateness”, where we continue to perceive ourselves and “another”, we either stay in this experience and become a form of surrogate or channel for another spirit to use in order to act and create in the physical realm, or we move into a stage where though the intuitive awareness remains and has become apart of our normal experience, we feel as if we’re no longer being “guided”. This is because we’ve developed our inner abilities as our higher capacities to realize what we need to guide ourselves through more of a willingness to act on our intuition with complete faith even though we often don’t know why or what it will result in, or where it will act to ultimately lead us.

We are given the challenge of fully accepting the spiritual realm as the true reality that’s always transparent and never lies. It can also come as a void because what it shows us requires us to move beyond our comfort zone, act in contradiction to a belief we hold, or the fact that it only comes through being present and never shows us the outcome or holds the promise of a wish fulfilled, but comes as more of a momentary realization that requires us to act on it in the moment that it comes as an automatic response, by becoming one with it in motive and action, and in doing so, the next prompt or impression comes out of the experience of moving into ideas as the systematic unfolding of a larger idea given to us one step at a time. If we realize intuitive impressions but don’t act on them or willingly penetrate them by stepping into them, they don’t continue to unfold, because of course they can’t. We don’t use them as the guidance they’re intended for, because we’re not sure of where they’re leading us or why. Sometimes we can’t tell the difference between an actual “sign” and something that we’re simply making up in our mind as a form of fantasy because we don’t know how to discern the difference. Other times we don’t like where they seem to be leading us, and so we don’t go, and then continue to ask for more guidance.

At other times the reason guidance appears to stop is because it’s evolved beyond the idea of separation from ourselves, and into the idea of birthing our Higher-Self by becoming one with it in body and mind. Just as the subconscious mind emerges out of the higher conscious, and the self-conscious mind emerges out of the subconscious mind through a birth and growth process, our higher mind (re)emerges out of our individual mind as our “self”. It emerges as an aspect of ourselves that we allow to rise in us (by inviting it in), as us, and become us in consciousness and through an altered perspective. We fully allow our spirit to be “in us”, and acting as one with us. We create our “sense of self” as our Higher Self. In order to do this we have to become aware of the different aspects of our mind and how they feel as a mode of functioning.

The experience of our Higher Self has a very mature quality to it, that’s strangely non-personal, and has a distinctly objective holistic awareness that sees us as playing a part in a larger dynamic, and directs our awareness and behavior to serve the greater good of everyone involved, rather than our own personal needs. It takes on more of a parental perspective where we see our life as a movie or story being played out where we’re NOT the main character, but simply one of the characters playing a role in a greater idea. Because of this non-personal quality that’s not working out of a personal belief-system or agenda, it moves us into a role that we don’t normally know how to play. It has a feeling of absolute knowing as intuitive awareness of whole patterns where our actions are geared towards becoming a neutral and universal force that influences the greater drama being played out by how we interact with it and the quality of consciousness as a state of mind that we employ while doing so. It has a benevolent quality, not as emotional sentiment or piety, but in terms of recognizing the karma being played out and honoring people as they are within our own life, without imposing our will on them, but rather by acting on them in a way that encourages insight as self-awareness of the consciousness they’re living out as patterns. It’s suggestive and demonstrative rather than opposing or challenging. It works through a masterful knowledge of the subconscious mind and how to introduce ideas like seeds that are willingly taken in, allowed to take hold, spawning whole thought processes as the formation of inner realities that shift their awareness, allowing them to see new things that alter and expand the patterns they’re currently acting out at the subconscious level.

The-Knowledge-of-the-Planets-Cameron-Gray

We are brought to a point in our own development where we’re shown that the next step is to actively merge into and become with our Higher-Self, which is the source of our true spiritual guidance. This unity that no longer perceives it as “out there”, and therefore requiring communication as prayer and asking as a means of receiving, becomes instead about self-awareness, employing this higher level of consciousness, and experiencing it through a direct, heightened awareness of things that’s emerged in the present and never distracted or preoccupied with time as a constant engagement in imagined realities as thoughts of the past or future. In the spiritual realm time doesn’t exist as a property and our only awareness is in the present moment as a form of singularity that’s intimately connected to everything else. It doesn’t act by re-imagining the past over and over, detached from the present like our lower self which resides “in time” and lost in illusions of its own making. Our Higher Self doesn’t even necessarily “think” in terms of internal dialogue, but rather is involved in the experience of the present and our immediate environment. Its language is feeling oriented and emotional, rather than words and redundant dialoguing that consumes the imagination with fantasies rather than intuitive perceptions of the present.

Once we make this transition, and begin actively birthing and giving precedence to our Higher-Self, we no longer ask for guidance, but simply tune into it through our inner feelings about things, and we no longer allow other people’s emotions to enter into us and control us by altering our state to match them, but instead sense their emotions objectively as a form of realizing their quality of consciousness as their mental paradigm, where we can see them as they actually are, instead of blending with them by taking on their emotional charges and cooperating in acting out the drams that ensue from them. When we become immune to other people’s emotions, opinions, and projections, a whole new awareness and reality begins forming that creates a quickening as a transformation that changes forever how we perceive life and how we sense our self by way of our perceptions. We begin creating ourselves out of this higher, mature awareness, and as we identify with our own experiences, it transforms us from the inside out. Our identity is transformed through our experience of the outer world which gives us a new sense about things and our role in playing out a larger idea from a detached perspective, and we become a different person as a result. We become one with God, and become god-like. We lose our personal sense of the world and our endless struggle to find our place in things, and take on more of a non-personal, universal, and neutral position where we no longer identify with our body or personality, but form our identity as our Higher Self which resides predominately in the higher, spiritual realm. Through this process, we spiritualize our lower nature transforming it to a higher level of consciousness.

Becoming Self-Aware: Spiritual Guidance is a Form of Hypnotic Suggestion

universal
By learning the principles of the mind involved in programming ourselves for certain types of experiences or as a form of ongoing storytelling that follows distinct themes, we can simultaneously realize that we exist in a primary state of hypnotic trance that connects us to multiple dimensions as inner and outer (parallel) and upper and lower (hierarchy). Through our self-conscious “thinking” mind, our subconscious “emotional-experiential” mind, and our higher “idea oriented” mind, when unified form holistic patterns that contain the full content of a living reality as a spontaneous unfolding that comes as a chain-of-association, where the subconscious exists as the passive and receptive medium between the other two aspects of the mind, where thoughts and ideas are readily taken in without editing or resistance and constructed into full imaginary realities.

What ties the upper plane to the lower is the subconscious which accepts patterns as programming from the upper plane and develops them into a form of memory as an actual (imagined) reality. Likewise, the conscious mind which is the offspring of the subconscious mind and exists (lives and dies) fully within the physical plane, also has the ability to program the subconscious mind through “thoughts” that become the basis for imagined realities that create virtual memories as templates for producing outer experiences of the same nature. The problem is it often doesn’t realize that it has this power, and so its thoughts are usually controlled instead by the subconscious mind through emotional states, and replaces what has the potential to be “original thoughts” with thoughts that are based on a series of associated memories. So while the conscious mind has the ability to create by forming original thoughts that it gives to the subconscious to create new experiences out of, instead, it tends to spend its creative ability thinking about the past and creating variations of the same type of experiences.

The self-conscious mind, which is the “local” mind identified with the body, birthed within this life and the conditions and circumstances of the body, is primarily held to the laws of the physical realm, and so tends to be logical, rational, and analytical, while lacking intuition. The conscious mind is also time bound (located) and spends most of its time distracted “in time” as thinking about the past, reliving memories over and over by bringing them into the present, or using the past to try and anticipate the future. The conscious mind is hardly ever present and therefore dwells in the imaginary realities of its own making that it uses in place of actual reality as a form of illusion or dreamlike state that forms a veil that conceals the true nature inherent in the “present” reality as objective, neutral, and non-personal. The conscious mind is the story-teller that reshapes objective reality into subjective experiences out of conceptualized representations that it then mistake’s for objective reality. It’s so caught up in the illusions build out of of its own memories, that it lives most of its life in a primarily unconscious, unaware, and delusional state. A true paradox, resolved only through awareness that brings self-realization of what we’re actually doing.

Even though the subconscious mind works out of memory, it exists outside of time, is always present, and perceives objective outer reality through actual emotions and sensations as a basic form of sympathetic resonance. It’s always interacting with other conscious energy in its environment, and though its programmed by memory to produce automatic behavior and regulate bodily processes in response to the information its constantly receiving from its environment, it doesn’t make up stories or think verbal, language oriented thoughts that serve to mask reality, and is always experiencing things as they actually are, instead of by way of a personalized perception (judgment) that distorts fact by telling a story about it that makes it mean something that transform it into a personal creation.

The subconscious is therefore never the “creator” of memory that distorts outer reality, but is “one with” the outer reality and sensing it as it really is. The subconscious forms memory out of “actual” experiences that are then utilized for practical use by recalling them in the imagination giving it a response pattern as an instant perception that produces automatic behaviors as the most appropriate response (instinct). The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between a memory created from an actual experience, and one created by imagining an experience that elicits a strong sensory-emotional response. This is because actual memory is recalled in the imagination as a means of “playing or reading” it, just as an imagined experience is played in the imagination as an actual scenario or living reality.

traveler
Likewise, just as the conscious mind can give the subconscious a thought that it will turn into a reality as an imagined experience that converts it from a series of words into the native tongue of the subconscious as an archetype or holistic pattern that’s a universal memory, which can be introduced into the subconscious as a way of giving it a prime directive that it’ll convert into a memory which is recalled in the imagination and becomes the basis for producing a corresponding outer reality as a personal experience of that idea. The subconscious, which doesn’t think in terms of “stories” as reliving memory, and doesn’t “make up” the memory out of it’s own conditioning that it then uses to produce physical realities and regulate biological processes designed to maintain equilibrium between the inner and the outer, and the upper and the lower, is the “medium” which “receives information” as ideas and patterns, from either the conscious-thinking mind, or the higher-feeling mind as vibration that shapes light into realities by imagining them, is being programmed from outside its present state and readily produces the physical equivalent of the thoughts and ideas its given.

When directives come from the conscious mind as thoughts attached to intense emotions, born out of recycled memories from the past, they are often fragmented, sporadic, and incoherent. They lack consistency because they’re not based on the actual conditions and circumstances of the present, but an illusion that’s replacing them that are no longer real or alive except in the imagination. When ideas come from the higher plane of our spiritual parent, they are holistic, have all the components for producing a harmonious reality and are directly connected to larger patterns currently being played out on a greater scale as a cohesive orchestration that brings about synchronistic connections and opportunities necessary to fulfill them, creating a new pattern as a natural form of evolution. By creating experiences that grow and expand us into new experiences, we create new memories of those experiences that program and upgrade our existing mental paradigm to produce more of the same type of experiences as an outgrowth.

earthmother
Spiritual guidance, working by way of natural laws that govern the mind, work through the induction of ideas as feelings that produce strong emotional imagery as dream-like, virtual realities that act as “memory” for the subconscious, which connects to that same idea in the external environment through resonance, and directs (influences) the conscious mind which forms thoughts of the same idea, creating a unified affect. When the three minds are resonating to the same vibratory pattern for creating reality in a harmonious and coherent manner, a quickening takes place, and things can come by what feels like magical means. Things come as a spontaneous series of synchronistic coincidences that systematically unfold into a whole new experience, which comes easily because there’s no resistance counteracting it.

But what usually happens instead, because most people don’t understand the different aspects of their own mind or maintain an awareness of how they operate to produce their own life experiences, is spirit communicates thru feelings and mental impressions, that the conscious mind either ignores completely because it’s too caught up in its own illusion, or it resists by doubting it, arguing with it, or attempting to change it so it can keep telling the same story. If it doesn’t “fit into” our story, we change it so it does, distorting it. The subconscious mind is then caught in the conflict, one canceling out or contradicting the other, and so whatever one is more persistent or intense, wins out. Because the higher mind is not “of” the material plane and is “subtle” in nature and comes as intuitive notions or impressions around things, the conscious mind as the voice in our head usually wins out because its active on the material plane and is bound by the identity of its own creation, that determines what it can naturally align with and what it can’t. In order to tell a new story to create a new experience of ourselves requires surrender and self-sacrifice by the self-conscious mind of the identity and ego, which usually chooses to argue instead, and passionately defends its story while justifying its right to keep it. This self-made identity becomes the ego as the “false self” which creates itself purely by way of the physical realm and the story it tells itself about who it is and why.

The self-conscious mind, through self-realization and awareness, also has the ability to forfeit its illusion in favor of a new story that will evolve and grow it into new realities that offer brand new experiences that will transform and evolve the identity to a higher and new form of expression. But in order to accept the guidance of the Higher-self, we have to realize our story is a mere fabrication as a story we began telling ourselves in an attempt to make sense of things by making them “mean something”, that we then ultimately used as the basis for conditioning ourselves to that story. By giving up our story, we come face-to-face with our identity, and we realize that we don’t know how to tell another story. In opening ourselves to tell a new type of story we have to expose ourselves to being vulnerable and trusting that we’ll know what to do in a brand new situation, and embrace our creativity with a kind of enthusiastic anticipation of the possibilities.

heaven

By embracing and standing in our creativity, while fully sensing the insecurity it brings as a lack of “knowing” and reassurance that everything’s going to be alright, and stepping wide-eyed into the unknown filled with a sense of anticipation, and a deep seated fear we struggle frantically to manage by containing it, we can return ourselves from a stationary redundant position of habitual routines, to one of fresh newness and intense stimulation, that courageously encounters and resolve our fears, and as a result evolving us into more and more expansive forms of growth that force us from our prison of fear by willfully transforming our limited beliefs. It’s our beliefs about ourselves that confine us to a mundane existence of struggling and suffering to desperately maintain boredom out of fear of change. Change brings growth and stimulates new qualities in us that transform us from the outside-in, and from the inside-out. The Spirit, which is pure potential as consciousness that shapes reality (astral light) out of ideas (vibratory patterns), exists in a fundamental state of creativity as an evolutionary flow that moves spontaneously from one idea into another. No resistance or containing, simply a joyful expansion into new parts of itself that it comes to know for the first time in a fleeting moment of unfolding and enfolding.

Spirit is always urging us to continue growing and expanding by returning our story to an evolving state of continuous growth and development. When we get stuck in redundant patterns and refuse to willingly move out of them through fear of not knowing who we are or if we’ll be okay, spirit is always gently prompting us to resolve patterns and reform into new ones. We often receive (are aware of) guidance at certain points, but are unwilling to utilize it or cling to the need to know how it will turn out before we’re willing to try, encountering first hand the very fears that limit us to those patterns that we consistently back-down to, each time, dying a little more, securing our prison wall formed of imaginary fears that only exist because of the power we give them in determining us. After denouncing creative ideas and refusing to act on them as the pathway to our destiny, we shut down communication, and resort to praying only in moments of desperation or mental anguish, and because we have become indifferent to the messages we receive as the answers that will require us to act powerfully in our own lives, we feel “no messages” are coming through, experience a form of disconnect, then imagine we’ve been abandoned by God. Usually, without ever realizing that it was us that first abandoned God and ourselves, all in the same act of choosing to ignore all the answers we don’t like, or that seem to difficult, and then resort to asking the same questions over and over, until we get an answer we want.

vibration
Guidance, both from above and self-directed, serve to program the subconscious by giving it a pattern as a potential reality to create out of that produces our life story and how we experience the events of our life. When our Higher Consciousness introduces a suggestion as a seeded reality into the subconscious, that’s realized by the self-conscious mind, which chooses to align itself to the idea of the Higher Will, forming a cohesive harmony by using it to tell new stories about things, wrapping our identity around it, dreams come true, life appears magical, and things naturally come about of their own volition. When we receive an idea that we feel is “in us”, engrained in us as a kind of imprint, the only thing that prevents it from coming to be, or makes it seem impossible or a struggle to do, is our own resistance to it. Our resistance comes by what we tell ourselves “about” it, about what it’ll mean, or about why we can’t do it, or because it conflicts with other areas of our life that we’d have to give up in order to move forward into it, and so on. By simply examining your own thoughts around an idea, you can see how or in what way you lack congruence and act in a roundabout way to counteract or sabotage the idea, and miss the opportunity to use it as a life-creation tool that its designed for.

All guidance is a form of self-guidance (Higher self), and all problems with utilizing our own guidance for ourselves is the struggle that takes place internally in response to our own thoughts being delivered from different perspectives. The Higher Self sees and is always working with the “big picture” and overall patterns that involve long-term outcomes produced by strategic intervention that benefit everyone involved; the subconscious mind is in the present moment and seeks only self-preservation; and the self-conscious mind is looking at the future from the perspective of the past and can only see what matches it, and is unwilling to consider anything that’s outside of its present scope and identity, and fears the idea of growth as having to encounter the unknown, requiring trust, faith, and believing that where you’re being led is where you really need to go and is what will provide you with the lessons you need to systematically overcome your perceived limitations as fear, insecurity, and uncertainty, and instead embrace your true potential as internal qualities still waiting to be born and actualized by way of the proper stimulation that only comes through real life events. The conscious mind sees itself “as” the body (ego), and changing its identity is perceived as a form a death. Spirit is always acting to facilitate our growth by overcoming our imagined limitations and habituated patterns of perception. It’s always urging us to break free from our own illusions that act to imprison us in a mundane reality of overwhelming self-imposed limitations born out of forgetting “who” we actually are. It urges us to step into a fearless state of self-propelled evolution, and create ourselves anew in every moment by tuning into the intuitive impressions constantly whispering to us, and merging with them becoming the means through which they express and using them to recreate ourselves by way of them.
