How we set Our Vibratory Frequency – State of Mind, Thought, and Imagination

There are many ideas around how to create and determine our vibratory frequency, which forms the primary basis as a thematic pattern for all of our perceptions and life experiences, but probably the easiest way to do it is by gaining a firm understanding of the principles involved and how to work with them in a self-aware and intentional manner. When we try to work at the level of effect or consequence, rather than from the level of cause, it can produce an experience of constant work that can seem hopeless and at some point we become discouraged and give up trying. Many people find themselves in a position of not being able to concentrate and stay on task long enough to produce real results that are lasting or permanent. They can’t seem to direct and regulate their own thoughts, or feel they can’t meditate and create extended periods of concentration where their mind is calm, focused, and void of random and sporadic thoughts. This is often due to the fact that they’re trying to work at the level of effect rather than the level of cause.

The true reality of this is easy to see if we simply step back, take on a detached and objective perspective and observe how our own mind works to create our experiences through our thoughts. If we observe our own tendencies we’ll notice that what we focus on and think about flows naturally as the expression of our “state of mind” or souls mood. Whatever mood we’re in at any given moment determines what memories we reference to form our automatic thoughts, and what stories about the past we replay in our imagination as a way of perceiving the present, and what type of things we notice and connect with mentally and emotionally all around us. Our mood and state of mind creates the basis out of which our perceptions flow as a natural stream of consciousness. No effort is required to produce, or try and change or control them somehow.

Vibration is produced by a mental state that contains within it what we think about as a thematic pattern. This larger, predominate pattern as a theme produces smaller patterns of the same theme as its natural offspring. It produces reality as a reflection and perception of itself in the outer world through a process of self-regeneration. Our dominate frequency as our normal or most common mood is the greater idea always playing out in the different areas of our life as the parent pattern that produces fractal patterns as consistent experiences of the same nature and mood. Our frequency, as the energetic state of our mind, exists as an invisible field of organized information that surrounds, inhabits, and gives life to our body and forms our perception of reality out of a “filtering system”. This filtering system as a “thematic story” determines what we notice and abstract from any given situation and use for producing the “theme of our frequency” by how we interpret it, and what we don’t see or recognize, and therefore leave out or omit from our story.

Our mind is always interacting with material reality, which is already structured with archetypal forms, producing a mass reality that’s basically neutral in nature, and through a process of natural selection, reorganizes it into a different pattern as a personalized version that matches the theme of the mind organizing it. All vibration contains a pattern and a self-organizing mechanism. It works by the same principle as DNA, which is genetic or universal information of a species that produces a unique formula by switching some information off while switching other information on, creating a new configuration. This is the same way the mind of the individual re-configures material reality, changing how it appears to match their ideas and beliefs about it. Consciousness enters into matter, which is really a body of light as essence, and forms a relationship with it, transforming how it “appears” to conform to the perceptual model of the individual viewing it.

Resonance, Sympathetic Induction, and Coherence

Every system as a living form vibrates to a unique mode and rate. All species of animals and plants vibrate in harmony with a greater frequency that produces their individual frequency as a member of that species as a form of “fractal pattern” or slightly altered formula of information inherent in their DNA. Whatever frequency we vibrate at energetically determines what frequencies we form resonance with in everything else. Whatever we resonate with we share the same nature with as both a smaller and greater pattern that forms a theme for producing reality that we readily perceive in the outer world and act to influence through our perception of it.

As we resonate with similar frequencies, our energy as a field of consciousness literally “enters into” it, blending and fusing with it, and acts to influence it into a new variation that matches our mental paradigm, changing how it appears to us. As we alter its vibration to match and be in-sync with ours, we shape-shift it into a new form as our perception of it, and begin vibrating in harmony with it. It becomes a natural and coherent part of our experience of reality. Whatever is not of a similar nature to us, but still exists as a part of the collective unconscious of a greater shared reality, we fail to resonate with, and don’t readily perceive or notice. It remains latent and just becomes a part of the background as a setting and stage for other experiences to take place.

All of life on the planet shares the same basic frequency of the Earth itself (7 to 8 Hz), which produces what we experience as Nature and mass reality of the collective unconscious. This produces what we can think of as the greater frequency or parent pattern that births an infinite number of smaller patterns playing out at the individual level. We’re always taking a universal idea and using it to create a personal version as a unique perception based on our paradigm and perceptual filters. In this way, all perception of the outer world is a form of self-perception where we only see in everyone and everything else what exists in us as a fundamental part of our constitution, which is made up of both known and unknown aspects that exist in polarity to each other as complementary opposites.

The Law of the Tetrad

Sacred Geometry is a scientific system that uses geometric shapes that are inherent in the fundamental structure of all organic and non-organic forms that demonstrate laws ad principles as vibratory structures that have natural behaviors and operations inherent in them. This scientific system is not only comprised of geometric shapes, but also forms correspondences as “relationships” with numbers, letters, colors, sounds, qualities and traits, functions, etc., demonstrated by others systems of the Qabalah, Tarot, Hebrew Alphabet, Sanskrit, Yoga, and other major systems of Ancient Wisdom, which all dynamically correspond to each other and act as the keys for interpreting the symbolism of each correlated system.

All laws form an interdependent energetic and ecological system, where one systematically emerges out of the preceding one as a growth process or form of emanation as an internal unfolding. The Tetrad, for example, represented by the number 4 as the diamond (reflection and projection of 3 as a triangle) that also forms a square, is the full expression of 0 -3, while still containing the potential for 5-9 in its latent state. The full expression of 4 as the Tetrad produces the foundation and basis necessary for 5 as the Pentad to spontaneously emerge and unfold as a natural process of “becoming”. So there’s no such thing as 5 existing apart from or independent of 0-4. The universal laws that produce the mind and reality as a construct of the mind, exist as a “unified whole” that produces and is the inherent nature of our biological system and mass consciousness.

The Monad (0+1) is represented as a sphere with a dot in the center (same as the sun), as the mind or toroidal electromagnetic field that bonds with the body (matter) to form a living entity. The Monad (1) regenerates to produce its double, forming the Dyad (2), not as separate from it, but as overlapping, connected at the center, where the peripheral of one is the center or core of the other. They are connected by their shared nature, and the one, creating an illusion of itself as another, sees only itself in everything else. Our perception of the outer world and others is formed out of the same model as a vibratory structure and thematic pattern (frequency) used for perceiving ourselves as both an internal and external reality of the same nature or overall theme.

What appears as our outer reality is formed by our perception of ourselves (same mind and idea) as our polar opposite played out on a greater scale. Together, the overlapping section, which is shaped like a woman’s womb, forms an interference pattern that re-configures the shared pattern by amplifying and increasing the vibration of some of the shared aspects while canceling out and contradicting other aspects, forming a new pattern as a unique variation. The straight line that connects their inner nature forms the base or foundation for the triangle to emerge as the new form produced as the offspring of their union. The triangle as the triad, formed on the upper level of the same plane (peaks in a unified state at the top), represents the inner pattern as an imagined idea that’s reflected downward and outward, forming the basis for outer (material) reality as its equivalent, forming a diamond shape. A reflection is the same image viewed backwards or reversed, that forms the “polar opposite” of the same thing. The outer reality of the material plane is produced by the inner reality of the creative imagination.

This idea, like all symbolic ideas has multiple interpretations, the most fundamental one being that our inner nature is what connects us to the inner nature of all other beings through resonance, and reforms them to be of the same image and nature as we are by amplifying and bringing out some qualities while suppressing or ignoring other ones. We only interact with what’s of the same nature as we are, and we reform it according to our paradigm and beliefs about it as the means of being able to comprehend it. Whatever internal image or representation we form as an imaginary thought becomes the lens we look through to form a similar perception of the outer world. We’re always only seeing in everything else what’s like us. For this reason the Dyad as the regeneration of the Monad isn’t considered an actual number (combination of 0, 1, and 2), but is called the “parent number”, and the first true number is its offspring as 3, which forms the true basis for all material reality.

In this sense we have the trinity as 3 principles combined to form 1, that then serve to birth and give rise to the 7 primary principles of 3 – 9 that are the natural “offspring” of the trinity. All of what we call reality, which is formed as our perception of it, results from the relationship we form with ourselves (same vibratory frequency and pattern) in everything else. The Monad and Dyad are the Masculine and Feminine aspects of the same thing as a polar, inner and outer reality. The outer reality is formed (in-formed) by whatever internal representation we form in our imagination that produces an electromagnetic field as an etheric blueprint for organizing and configuring the information of the outer world to be of the same type of idea as a universal theme.

Thought and the Holographic Principle

A hologram is produced mechanically by taking a single beam of light, splitting it in two, then using mirrors, shining one through an image, imprinting it with that image, then reflecting the other beam of light from a different angle forming two 45 degrees angles, then intersecting them, shining the reflected light through the imprinted image, forming a 3-D image as a hologram. It’s basically an image formed out of light, or light shaped into an image, that’s then illuminated with another light that’s unformed, creating a projection of the image. All light comes from stars, and is referred to as Astral Light in Esoteric Sciences. This light is both invisible and a form of essence as a clouded, ghost-like substance when concentrated into a form by the mind. All visible form is produced by light reflecting off of dust as concentrated and coalescent light. The mind has the natural ability to create forms out of Astral Light through the faculty of the imagination.

As we think about something we form it in our mind as an object or possible reality as the means of perceiving and experiencing it. As we shape it into a transparent image that resembles a “reflection on glass”, we simultaneously “look through it” as the means of perceiving the outer world by way of it. This is called our “perceptual lens” as the internal reality formed out of our state of mind and the accumulated memories we formed out of that state, that become the basis for the “nature of our experiences” of the outer world. The outer world, which we only know through our experience of it, comes as the image we first form in our mind, usually out of a memory, belief, or words of some kind, that we give life to by concentrating our attention onto it, and using it as the means for producing more of the same type of experiences. All reality in this sense is produced as a memory of some kind that’s constantly being relived in the imagination as the means of producing our experiences.

Astral Light, the Etheric Body, and Electromagnetic Fields

Astral Light (mental essence) that’s concentrated into organized forms in the imagination, then defined in sensory terms producing an emotional response to it, work together to produce a “thought-form” as an etheric body that we magnetize with our personal magnetism (will), causing it to take on and emanate an electromagnetic field. It’s not until an idea is shaped into a pattern as an “empty form” that it then becomes a vehicle for consciousness as a vibratory frequency to inhabit, animate, and express through. Vibration as an electromagnetic field has a self-organizing mechanism in it that organizes matter and information into distinct patterns that are stabilized through tension and stress produced by the electromagnetic field that both expands and contracts at the same time. The only thing that vibrates or has “life” is organized and magnetized information.

The mind, which exists as an invisible field of organized information, has the ability to shape light into forms that produce frequencies as a life-form that not only holds it together as electrified essence or plasma, but also gives it life by animating it. All form as organized information has qualities, behaviors, and certain type of functions naturally inherent in it as its consciousness. Different forms thereby contain or act as the vehicle for different types and levels of consciousness that perceive and function in very different ways while still being a part of the same overall biological system as a larger pattern or cohesive frequency being played out on different scales simultaneously.

In this way, our thoughts, when concentrated to form a strong emotional reaction to them, literally become “things”. They take on a life of their own and become a natural part of us, and as a result, a natural part of our reality as our outer environment. This is the exact same way memories are formed that we live out of by replaying them over and over in our mind in different ways that continue to create our experiences to all be of the same nature. Though many believe that memories are accurate and objective recollections of past events, the fact is they’re produced entirely by how we interpreted the events of our life out of our emotional reaction to give them meaning, which served to form a kind of illusion in place of the actual events.

A memory becomes a concentrated thought because we continue to think about it long after the event has passed. The memory forms the basis for all our perceptions and the dynamics we readily engage in and act to attract as well as be attracted to. Because all memories are accompanied by an emotional charge, they take on a life of their own and begin shaping all of our thoughts to be of the same nature through the thematic story we begin telling and living out of because of them. An emotional response to our own thoughts is the chemistry of our body being adjusted to match the same “state” as our thoughts. In the same way actual memories are created in an unconscious manner, we can also create “virtual memories” as concentrated thought played out as a reality with a strong emotional content that likewise becomes a means of perceiving and creating more experiences of a like nature because it provides the subconscious with a living (metaphorical) pattern to use as the means for producing the same idea as an outer experience.

The way to work with reality or what has already manifest as an actual condition, set of circumstances, or situation, isn’t by trying to alter the physical reality itself, but rather through changing the “state of mind” as our vibratory frequency that naturally gives rise to all our thoughts as the internal reality that’s acting to produce and maintain the outer reality in a consistent and cohesive fashion. We change the outer reality by changing the “etheric body” that acts as the blueprint or mental construct for shaping reality. All “experience” is produced by imagining ideas as an inner reality with sensory intensity that reforms matter as our perception of it. We alter and shape the appearance life takes on by how we perceive and enter into relationship with it through the story we tell about it.

All vibratory frequency is produced by a mental construct as a thematic pattern for producing the appearance of an outer reality as the means of self-expressing and creating experiences. We alter and shape our outer experiences by altering and shaping them internally first through adjusting our state of mind as our mood. When we act on ourselves to direct and alter our own thoughts by what we focus on and “tune into” by forming them in our mind as imaginary realities, we act to resonate with and enter into a natural stream of consciousness that flows in a synchronized fashion forming our perception of reality. Our perception as our vibratory frequency is what forms and determines how we experience reality and shapes the story we tell through our own thoughts about it that form our memories of our “self” and act to shape the inner constitution of our soul. In this way our soul is always creating the Vibratory frequency that it uses to shape and determine itself through how it expresses to create experiences of itself as a “reality”.

The Nature of Emotions and how to Consciously Work with Them

Illusions are Born out of the Realities we Create While in Emotional States

In order to work with something consciously and intentionally, we have to be able to conceptualize it in a way that allows us to gain a working understanding of it. It’s only when we understand how something operates that we can then begin working with it in a cooperative and deliberate manner. Nowhere is this truer than when working with emotions. Emotions are very powerful forces that when left unchecked, can completely run our mind and ultimately our entire life. Many people spend their entire life run almost exclusively by the emotional states that they entertain and engage in on a regular basis, and the emotional charges they absorb from those they live in relationship with and interact with on a daily basis. We become trained to certain types of emotions through our formative conditioning, tuning us to those emotional states in a habitual fashion, and we continue to act out the dynamics that evolve from those emotional states as their outward expression. These outward emotional expressions form our experiences of life.

Emotional charges are the natural forces within the astral plane, which is the material plane of light. The term astral means “starlight” which is the essence and substance of the material plane, which is ultimately comprised of “photons”. All of what we call matter, is in reality particles of light held together in energetic structures through invisible forces that produce a form of tension or stress as a vibratory field of energy. Emotions are the electrical charges as natural forces or Elements of the material plane that directly affect the composition and behavior of all living entities. The astral plane, which is equivalent to the Earth’s atmosphere, is formed out of “air” as illuminated water and dust formed by the combination of heat-light (fire) and water, the two primary Elements of the material plane that form air as a dynamic combination. The astral plane can be thought of as the invisible atmosphere of the earth, which permeates and envelops it, much like the auric mind field of the body. All invisible forces or planes of light go “through” matter, because of course matter is light that’s comprised of mostly empty space (subtle energy), and serves to “animate it” with automatic and natural behaviors. The astral plane serves as a medium through which emotions are readily transmitted, entering into living forms and producing automatic behaviors as a form of instinct, or behavior that’s unconscious in nature and comes without intention or a thought process.

Invisible forces as vibratory frequencies are what holds matter together in dynamic patterns as “form”. This form is then operated and animated by the same invisible forces that form it. Matter exists in what we call four primary states as charged-electrified plasma (the substance of stars as the fire Element), gas (air), liquid (water), and solid (earth). The entire physical plane is comprised of what we call the four primary Elements of Fire, Air, Water, and Earth, which form a dynamic series of correspondences to all aspects of both the mind and body, all of which operate according to and by way of the same set of laws. By understanding these laws, we can gain the knowledge necessary to work with all aspects of our material being.

All mastery and creation comes by working through law, rather than in contradiction to it. The mind as the invisible field of consciousness that vibrates at a certain frequency (is charged), is an invisible force that has the ability to organize, influence, and manipulate material reality through “emotional states” that it acts to produce. The mind, which is of the parallel mental plane, exists outside of or precedes the astral plane of light, and is what produces and determines it. The mind as “states of consciousness” operate as whole ideas that form thoughts as the reality of that idea, that then acts to stimulate an emotional response to the thought by producing the chemistry that’s of the same nature as the thought, which then produces the behaviors (animates matter) as the reality (organized movement) of the thought (idea). The emotion that’s married to a thought is what shapes it into a living reality as the experience of the thought.

The atmosphere of the astral plane acts as a medium for the propagation and transmission of both thoughts and emotions, where one always produces or is associated to the other as “thought-forms”. There are two basic ways we form emotions, the most primary method is in response to our own thoughts, and the other is as a projection from others that travels through the atmosphere entering directly into our body and stimulating a chemical reaction which alters our “state of mind” to match it. Emotions alter the physical state of the body to match the thought, and also alter the thoughts to match the emotional state. Emotions, which are the language and transformer of the material plane of light, act directly in and on the body through the chakra system, which then stimulates the endocrine glands to produce hormones as chemistry that transforms the vibratory state of the body while simultaneously regulating all of its biological functions. Emotions as conscious forces “pass through matter”, because they’re both comprised of the same thing. Light, in both visible and invisible forms (plasma and gas), acts as an electrified medium, which holds light substance (liquid and solid) together in vibratory patterns as living, animated entities.

Emotion is the main component of memory – we only remember events that had a strong emotional content – and the emotion associated with a memory serves as a “trigger” that activates the memory, which is what provides the “automatic behavior” as a pattern that’s acted out in a completely unconscious fashion. Emotions, as an electrical charge that activates and sets a memory into motion as outward behaviors that produces the physical reality of the memory through a form of cause and effect, is the same principle that governs and operates the entire animal kingdom as “instinct”. Humans are the only species that’s endowed with a conscious mind capable of “thinking” and therefore generating its own emotional state based on its own, self-induced thoughts. Yet most, forfeit this ability early in life through training of various sorts, and act instead to simply absorb and think the thoughts of others while living out of and being prone to the emotional states of those thoughts. Because emotions produce such a strong physical response when they’re allowed to “infect you” by entering into your body and stimulating a chemical reaction, they tend to completely control how you feel and think, and can keep you living out of a predominately “unconscious state” of automatic behaviors as a normal way of being.

Emotions are the language of the subconscious mind, which is also the aspect of the mind we share with the entire animal and plant kingdom, which operates as a motivating force devoid of thought. When we’re triggered with an emotion, we’re literally rendered unconscious and go into a whole dynamic set of automatic thoughts and behaviors, often without seeming to realize what’s actually happening and having no real control over them. The reality we create in our minds in response to emotions of various sorts are the reality of those emotions (emotions form realities as their expression) as illusions that are very convincing because they’re intense, and therefore mistaken as being real.

Emotions are the natural drugs of the body that produce “altered states”. As we allow an emotional charge to enter our body, it literally transforms us into the state (inner reality) that produces the (outer) reality of that emotion, and acts to control us in the most literal sense. The way to control anybody is to work through emotions to alter their state and cause a “reaction”. Anytime we’re “reacting” we’re being controlled by what we’re reacting to. All behavior is ultimately emotionally driven. How we think and behave, when residing in a predominately unaware state, is completely driven and determined by the emotional states we exist in on a regular basis. Emotions, like all drugs that are stimulating, are addictive, and we habitually maintain emotional states as a way of giving ourselves a “fix” of our favorite drug, which keeps us in an altered state and the illusion of that state as our experience of reality.

In order to begin intentionally working with emotions as energetic forces, we have to first realize that all energy as Elemental s, are influenced and directed by the mind as will, which is thought that imagined as an operation. Awareness is always the key to being able to consciously and deliberately work with something. We can only work with what we’re aware of. By becoming conscious of what was previously working at the unconscious level as automatic, we can “see” what’s happening and the effect it produces in us, and we can begin working with that process to redirect the energy involved through mental abilities. When we become aware of how we’re being emotionally stimulated by everyone and everything around us by how they feel, what they’re saying, and how they’re being, we can realize that we don’t have to allow ourselves to be blindly affected by it, but can instead keep their energy from “entering into us” and affecting us with the emotional charge it’s designed to create. Naturally, the stronger the emotion being outwardly expressed, projected, and transmitted, the more difficult this is, but only in the beginning when we’re still learning and practicing. The more we practice this, the easier it gets and the more natural it becomes.

All mastery comes through constantly practicing using your will to control your own reactions and perceptions. You have to first decide that you’re going to intentionally prevent energetic charges from entering your mind (electromagnetic energy field around and outside of your body), and therefore your body, and refrain from any form of “reaction” when being triggered, while simultaneously self-reflecting to gain an awareness of what’s actually taking place. The more aware we become of what’s actually happening when we “take on other people’s emotions”, the easier it becomes to prevent it. Emotions are infectious, and like an illness act to alter our entire state of being to become the vessel for expressing the emotion, while of course, creating the consequences that come from our behavior while in an emotional / unconscious reaction.

Likewise, when we realize that we produce emotions with our own thoughts, we can learn how to regulate our thoughts and redirect our attention to only think about things in a way that will produce the type of emotions we want to experience, or to neutralize them altogether. Because emotion and thought are always connected, the emotional state you’ve been habituated to through your formative conditioning also determine the type of things you tend to focus on and how you think about them to form internal realities as a “story” you start telling yourself about things that gives them meaning.

Changing your story about things may be a bit difficult to overcome in the beginning, because you’ve built your identity out of your story about things and the emotional states you’re addicted to. Like all addictions as habits, you don’t ever “stop them” or quit doing them, instead, you replace them with a different type of story and way of being. All habits are broken by being transformed into new and more productive habits. When you’re no longer “infected” and live out emotions being transmitted around you and as a response to your own thinking and perceiving, you’ll literally feel like and become a different person. So you have to be conscious of this, and embrace this new feeling of control and empowerment that emotional control brings. You’ll have to be prepared to begin telling a different type of story, and become a different type of person by way of your own story about things.

When we’re no longer controlled by the will and emotions of others, we can find ourselves in a strangely calm and peaceful place, unless of course we’re still caught up in thinking the type of thoughts that keep us in a constant reactive state to our own thoughts and imagining. Whatever memories we continue to live out of by dwelling in them, we keep ourselves in the same emotional state of those memories. We literally “tune ourselves” to the vibration of our thoughts and what we focus on in a continuous fashion. If a memory was sad or painful, as we think about it and relive it in our imagination, we produce a sad and painful state. We literally generate and experience the same emotions of those thoughts, and keep ourselves in a sad and painful state. This is because we have lived our life out of our memories of the past which we identified with while creating them (memories are interpretations that make events meaningful), and continue to build our identity out of and around by maintaining the same emotional states and thinking more of the same type of thoughts, while producing more of the same type of outer experiences. Through this process of living out of the past by dwelling in memories, we literally keep ourselves tune to and repeating those same type of experiences over and over, identifying with them deeper and deeper, until it’s the only state and story we know how to tell.

So in order to transform your own mental and emotional state and become a different type of person, you need to decide that you’re going to give up your story about things and step into a true sense of empowerment. A state where you’re not only no longer controlled by others and the whims of society, but you’re able to become self-directed and therefore self-determined. Only from this position are your truly embracing your true power of choice and free will to create yourself in an intentional and deliberate manner. However, empowerment brings a tremendous amount of responsibility and accountability. This new sense of responsibility can be a bit terrifying in terms of the insecurity it often brings, and the fact that you’re probably not going to be supported doing this in any way, shape, or manner by others or your life situations and circumstances. So you have to be prepared for this and employ a sense of mental fortitude and diligence. We only truly accomplish what we form devotion, commitment, and dedication to.

When stepping into your true power, you’ll have to learn how to cultivate other aspects of yourself you haven’t developed. You’re going to have to become very clear on who you actually are, and in moments that you normally spent reacting or being controlled by the will of others, you’re going to have to make new decisions as to how you’re going to be and what you’re going to say or do. Automatic reactions and unconscious behaviors are going to be replaced with thoughtful and deliberate actions. As we act in a deliberate manner and become truly creative in our life, we simultaneously become aware of the consequences it produces, and we can “adjust our response” in order to produce the proper influence that will lead to the desired outcome. When we’re no longer “being controlled by our emotions”, we suddenly find ourselves in a position of being able to directly and intentional influence others and situations to a difference means. By being in full control of ourselves, we’re able to remain aware and intentionally influence situations in a way that neutralize the emotion being expressed, and initiate a new emotion that leads it in a different direction. We can learn how to how not only not be affected by other people’s emotions, but how to use emotions deliberately to affect others and produce the type of thoughts that will be more productive and serve the greater good of everyone involved, instead of creating illusions as emotional dramas of some sort.

The key to all forms of mastery is awareness of others and the operations inherent in the outer world through self-awareness. We can come to understand everything around us by how we’re being stimulated, influenced, and affected by it. Through this awareness we can gain control over our own internal processes and reactive states. Once we are fully aware and have control over ourselves, we become a neutral force, and can act on ourselves in an intentional manner to regulate and maintain our own state of mind. We can detach from anything happening around us, and no longer being controlled by others and the events of life.

By mastering self-control we can become independent and self-reliant, and therefore able to truly create and alter the state of everything else by intentionally embodying different types of emotions that will influence and alter their state. It’s always a question of who has the stronger will and who’s the one acting to influence and direct who? In every situation you’re either being affected by the influence of others, or you’re the one who’s influencing and affecting them. By employing a completely neutral state, which is the desired state in personal terms, you act to neutralize whatever emotion is being expressed by not “taking it on” and responding in a like manner, which amplifies it, and you change the state of the other person, calming them down and relaxing them. Whenever we don’t react to someone by taking on the same emotions and reality as them, we act as a mirror that’s reflects back to them the illusion of the reality they’ve created out of their emotional state.

We only truly have the power to self-create and become self-determined when we can gain full control of both our mental and emotional states. By learning how to keep emotional charges from entering into and affecting us, while also learning how to direct our attention onto things that produce a positive and relaxed state, we step into a form of liberation as the true ability to create ourselves by cultivating different states in ourselves that develop our character and identity in an intentional and deliberate manner. When we can exercise control over our own mind and body, we exist in a calm state of inner peace, undisturbed and unaltered by whatever is going on around us. We come into a new sense of empowerment as our ability to truly be creative not only in our own life, but in the world at large. We embrace our true identity as superior beings with the ability to create within the material world by working with the natural laws that govern the Elemental world of feelings, thoughts, and emotions, that produce all actions as a unification.

By mastering self-control we gain the ability to achieve higher states of consciousness by existing in a passive and receptive state to the higher worlds by not being “active” (reactive) in the lower, material plane. Whenever we’re forming our identity out of our emotional delusions as the stories we tell out of them by living in them, we are bonding ourselves to the lower plane of our delusions. Out of our identification with emotional states of various sorts, we form attachments to those states as a need and desire for them, because without them, we don’t know who we are. By identifying with our higher nature, which exists outside of and above the material plane of astral light (emotions), and mastering our mental powers, we let go of material attachments and no longer form our identity out of material means, and we become a neutral force, which without personal motive or need, becomes a force for good in the world because it’s only desire and motivation is to serve humanity in whatever way is beneficial for everyone involved. We only truly have power in any situation when we’re free of it and not dependent on it to fulfill any need or desire of any kind. Detachment from material identification is the key to transcending the material plane to higher and more empowering states of mind. To become “godlike” is to become neutral to all delusions born out of emotional states, and cultivate instead virtues that allow us to govern and oversee the material plane.

Thought, Self-Creation, and the Nature of Karma

Karma is the Habituated State of Mind that forms all of Our Perceptions

howtoraise_compressed Many people believe that karma is something that’s incurred only through actions of some kind, or that it’s okay to think about something as long as you don’t actually “do” anything. Pure thought is subtle (invisible) and seemingly inactive on the material plane, while feelings, sensation, and emotion are active forces that serve to stimulate us physically. We imagine that we can think without actually creating any consequences to our thoughts as long as we don’t act on our thoughts in the material sense. Thought is always individual in nature, each person having their own unique thoughts in response to any form of stimulation, whereas emotions are more universal in nature in the sense that we all experience the same basic type of emotions. Yet, in reality, thought, as a subtle force, underlies and forms the basis for all of our emotions and actions. Thought is “action” on the spiritual plane, and forms the pattern as an idea that becomes enacted on the material plane. To think is to literally create in the most basic sense of the idea. It’s not enough to control our behavior and what outward activities we engage in, we have to also control our thoughts which forms the basis for our activities. Thoughts form the images and patterns of material form and processes, and become the template for producing an analogous outer reality through corresponding behaviors.. Thought that we  dwell in and repeat consistently becomes habitual (normal), and forms the basis for our karma. As we think, we become our thoughts in form, and we view our life “through” our thoughts and mental impressions as our “perceptual lens” that reformulates neutral elements in the outer world to match the thoughts (thematic patterns) of our inner world. As we think we perceive, and through our perceptions we reshape (recompose) the outer reality through our interpretation of it. Thought is a natural force as a vibration that has a structuring mechanism inherent in it, that reformulates light (material substance) through sympathies and antipathies, reshaping it (changing how it appears) to be of the same nature as the thoughts. Our thoughts form an idea as a mental impression or internal reality out of our paradigm (vibratory structure as a model) that becomes the perceptual lens that we “look through” to see the same thing outside of us that’s inside of us. This mental impression as certain type of thoughts form internal representations of the outer world that are superimposed over it as our personal perception of it, and become a form of “organizational template” that’s used to form a subjective experience in place of objective facts. In this way, we ultimately make everything “about” us by building it into our story about things. Our internal reality of thought, organizes and forms how we experience the outer material plane, and serves to shape us because we are always “one with our thoughts” (the one having our thoughts), and “identifying” with our own self-created experiences,  As we think and create, we’re always spawning, integrating and assimilating our own thoughts to form a greater overall matrix and becoming the summation of our thoughts as an evolutionary process of becoming, which forms our individuality “as” our thoughts. Thoughts are being propagated and transmitted through the astral plane or mind-field of the Earth, as universal thoughts that are adapted and modified into the individual thoughts of humanity or mass consciousness, and are “picked up on” by other minds of the same nature that can accommodate and utilize the same “type of thoughts” into their mental model in a congruent manner, in a subliminal fashion as thoughts that just “come to us out of the blue”. Whatever is of the same vibratory frequency as we are, or within near proximity, we resonate with and naturally absorb and perceive them as being our own, because they’re the same type of thoughts we normally think. DMT vision Thought also exists in universal form, as archetypes that are metaphorical in nature, and act as a prototype or model for using to create our own personal version of the same idea through an imaginary process. As we draw in and are able to conceive of an idea that’s of a universal nature, it’s steadily modified through a series of adaptation to various factors – the paradigm and mental structure of the individual, their level of development and maturity, how the idea is applied to specific conditions, circumstances, and situations pertinent to the individual, how they’re conformed to per-existing beliefs and assumptions, etc. – to produce a unique version of the same idea as a personalized version. Our karma is not only produced by our actions, but by way of our own thinking, which elicits complementary emotions and is what ultimately forms the basis for all of our actions. Our karma is the natural vibratory structure of our mind and how it naturally expresses to create our reality Thought coming into the material mind in a pure, unadulterated form, has no emotional content or feeling (sensation) active in it, though it does contain feeling and emotion in its latent state, and acts to produce feeling as complementary sensations and emotions as its equivalent or that are of the same nature. The emotion elicited by thought, amplifies that intensifies the thought, producing the actions of the thoughts as our behaviors. All behavior is emotionally driven, and all emotions are produced by our thoughts. What we feel and think, we ultimately do, and what we do is the outer expression and activity of what we think. The mind is the soul, which in its spiritual aspect is the summation of our personal thoughts which form the basis for our perceptions and actions. These thoughts as mental impressions imprinted on our mind, that also produce the activities, experiences, and memories of the thoughts, is our karma as the patterns that determine the nature and course of our life events and what it is that we remain attached and connected to. As we think we become our thoughts and perceive the outer world through our thoughts about it, and we systematically produce the reality of our thoughts by changing how things “appear to us” through the story we tell ourselves about them. We can work to develop ourselves as a soul-mind by learning how to willfully control our thoughts, and intentionally employ thoughts that will reshape our character, replace other thoughts of an undesirable and destructive nature, and align ourselves with new ideas that will serve to transform us making us able to connect with and produce a new kind of experience of reality. But we have to be able to do this while we’re still experiencing old karma, disciplining ourselves to correct our own tendencies, until the old karma runs its course, creates the experience it was designed to create, and energetically burns out. Then, the karma created by the new way of thinking can begin to take hold and transform our life experiences by way of them. So we’re always required to “pay forward” in terms of creating new forms of karma, knowing that they will only take effect in terms of our outer circumstances and situations once the effects of the old have passed. In some cases, as in relationships, changing our karma may only come through leaving the relationship, because we entered those relationships through “shared karma” as behavioral dynamics that the relationship will continue to hold us to, not allowing a new way of being. This is especially true when only one person in the relationship is changing and growing into new ways of being, while the other is still perceiving and acting out of the old karma.. universal consciousness The temptation to relapse involved in changing comes from the fact that just as our thinking and perceiving produced the outer events of our life, once the effect is produced outside of us, it then acts as the “cause” that stimulate in us more of the same type of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in response to it. So a self-perpetuating cycle formed as the cause that produces an effect that becomes the cause for producing another effect that becomes the cause . . . . and so on, has to be neutralized. We have to break the cycle by recognizing how we’re being effected by our own life circumstances and situations, and resist the tendency to think the way they naturally cause us to think, while consciously choosing instead to employ other thoughts and not react to the emotional charge they habitually produce. This forms the basis for what we think of as having to “believe” in something even though it’s not happening and therefore self-evident, while knowing that it will come, because it operates by law, and is therefore always true as a kind of guarantee. The only real question becomes, how long it will take for our old way of thinking and emoting to dissolve and exhaust itself, no longer held together through a cooperative effort, and start manifesting as the changing conditions of our life circumstances. Many of us have been taught to use our creative power by trying to change or manipulate other people and the outer conditions of our life, which is working on the “effect” and not with what’s causing the effect. This is operating “against law”, which is why it never works. In order to change the outer world, we have to change the inner world of the mind and individual character that’s producing it as a natural expression. As long as we remain the same in terms of our thinking, perceiving, and the emotional states we live out of, we continue producing and experiencing the same type of ideas as thematic life patterns over and over. Our thoughts form the patterns of our life as a theme that weaves together all the areas of our life in a congruent and consistent manner. Because of this, no matter how drastic the changing conditions and circumstances of our life, we simply recreate the same type of ideas using new elements. This is because the mind “organizes” any of the outer elements into the same pattern as a reality that produces the same type of experiences in a faithful and automatic fashion. The Golden Rule – what we sow, we also reap, what we put out comes back to us ten-fold (self-perpetuating as a cause and effect relationship). As we act “on the world” and others through our thoughts, we also act “on ourselves” by living out of the reality produced by our thoughts and gaining a sense of ourselves through our own self-created experiences. Our projections (reality created through our perceptual lens) are reflected back to us, and what we send out as our imagined thoughts (inner reality), produce a corresponding effect, that then becomes the cause of our thoughts, and we live out of the reality produced by our way of thinking as a rhythmic cycle. This self-perpetuating cycle as a cause and effect relationships forms our karma, determines our life experiences, and how they serve to continue shaping us as a product of our own creation. This cyclical effect can go on indefinitely, and is only changed through self-awareness, realization, and the disciplined use of will to change the very nature of our thoughts and our character, while still being stimulated by the return of previous thoughts tempting us to relapse into our old way of thinking. This takes commitment and devotion to a process with no immediate return, while disciplining ourselves to develop mental fortitude and moral stamina to persevere against the odds of our own making. The Vibratory Structure of the Mind – Transforming your Mind through Self-Realization

Our Mind is always Absorbing and Digesting the Consciousness around us

toriodal

In order to understand how to grow and develop our mind, we have to get a thorough understanding of the structure of the mind and how it operates according to this structure. The most fundamental Law that governs all of life as we know it, is the law of vibration. Everything in life is made up of energy, not energy as a form of electricity, but subtle energy as the primal essence of consciousness and intelligence itself. Vibration isn’t just shimmering photons whose movement between two parameters creates an illuminated astral, or ghost-like phenomena, but also has a self-organizing mechanism inherent in it, that shapes light into distinct patterns based on its vibratory frequency. Whatever frequency (rate and mode) something vibrates at moves it up and down a vibratory scale as levels and qualities of consciousness, much like a musical scale of octaves which build, expand, and increase as they move up the scale.

The pattern inherent within a vibration forms the “structure of the mind”, which is a multi-dimensional sphere-like flowing field that exists within the level of its vibratory frequency, and “breathes” (rotates by expanding and contracting) in a toroidal sphere-like motion, that merges into and absorbs, and integrates all the subtle energy within near proximity of it that’s of the same vibratory frequency. This absorption, digesting, assimilating, and elimination is the law of energy itself as resonance, sympathetic induction, modification, and coherence. We’re always in the process of exchanging energy as consciousness with everything and everyone around us, modifying and evolving our mental structure to be equivalent to our environment. This process of constant emanation, acquisition, integration, and discharge is the fundamental law of evolution that always keeps us in-sync with the outer environment within which we have to live, function, and survive. This constant energy exchange is occurring simultaneously at conscious, semi-conscious, and unconscious levels all the time.

rainbow torus

This oscillating field of energy, known as the mind, is a single entity that’s dual in nature and exists on several corresponding planes simultaneously. It’s an electromagnetic field that flows in a rotational expanding and contracting movement, which expands outward from its center, then folds back on itself and is absorbed back into its core. This field is dual in nature (masculine and feminine), and moves as two fields spiraling in opposite directions simultaneously, creating a stabilized, self-perpetuating system that’s much like a whirlpool. It has a center that’s bonded to a material body, and a peripheral range extending quite some distance from the body. This field has a dual nature as gross and subtle, with the strongest, concentrated part three to four feet from the body, where energy exchange is immediate and intense and felt in a direct (conscious) manner, and as it moves further out, it gradually becomes more subtle in nature, and is no longer experienced in a sharp, pronounced manner, but rather as a notion, feeling, or distant thought (semi-conscious) that has a fleeting quality to it. Our mind, as an electromagnetic field that extends quite some distance from our body in a tiered gradation, still possesses the self-organizing mechanism inherent in vibration itself, and not only influences and modifies the formation and organization of all other mind fields in near proximity to it, but also has a larger organizing quality, that not only attracts or magnetizes whatever is of the same quality as itself, but organizes the greater events of our life, by forming them into indigenous patterns.

While the gross energy in our immediate environment comes quickly and felt strongly, then subsides and dissipates almost as quickly as it came, producing short term effects of a heightened intensity, the subtle aspects that extend great distances from the body, organize larger events into the same thematic pattern, that involve numerous objects, people, and a dynamic series of correlated events, that come into fruition over an extended period of time through synchronicity. Whatever our vibration (state-of-mind) is, not only creates our life experiences in the moment, and how we influence and are influenced by everything around us, but is also producing our destiny as the same patterns happening over greater and greater amounts of time. Whatever our vibration determines the patterns of our life as habits, rituals, and tendencies that we simply repeat over and over, sometimes throughout the entire life of our body. Through energy that we absorb and integrate that’s of a similar nature to us, we’re always in the process of undergoing a constant form of transformation, but it’s usually within the same frequency or range of vibration because that’s all we can naturally comprehend, relate to, and exist in relationship with.

human torus

Our entire experience, whether past, present, or future, is produced by our mental paradigm as a dynamic living model that we not only “look through” to perceive and experience the world around us by way of it, but also literally interacts with the entire energetic world, forming it into similar patterns through a stimulating (electric) mechanism, that activates certain qualities, while deactivating others, modifying the form and appearance it takes on. All energy as the subtle energy of pure consciousness, is in a constant state of a shimmering luster, dynamically changing form according to its interactions, absorption, digestion, and repulsion on a moment by moment basis. Yet most of these changes are so subtle and automatic in nature, always being within the same range of vibration that we are, that we don’t even notice them, and maintain a consistent experience of reality while undergoing a constant, yet gradual form of transformation as an evolutionary process.

While many people think that a paradigm shift takes place through a moment of inspiration and sudden realization, or what they call a “ah-ha” moment, where you suddenly get something you couldn’t see before, it usually happens in much more of a gradual fashion of learning and obtaining knowledge that’s applied at the practical level in order to gain realization around it that serves to consistently expand your ability to conceive of greater and greater aspects of reality that are subtle in nature, and require you to move beyond previously set boundaries in incremental steps, until a form of threshold is crossed. We have to absorb and assimilate information that’s at the very outer edge of our current perception in order to be able to absorb and digest it. If it’s too far out or foreign to our current paradigm (frequency), we literally can’t absorb or comprehend it by resonating with it, and therefore act to reject it or fail to be able to see it, and it doesn’t produce a realization as the means of stretching our paradigm to include it.

Once an idea is fully realized, whether through a gradual process of study, learning and acquiring new information, or through a sudden moment of realization that simply comes to us out of nowhere or through an association, and through the realization of it as an inner experience we absorb and incorporate it, and it acts to upgrade and modify every aspect of our paradigm that it’s involved in or a part of, automatically. This is what the term “shift” means, every aspect of the internal form of the mind is modified by the new information, and has a systematic adjustment that changes the entire structure. Once this modification of the mind takes place, what was realized becomes a normal part of everyday perceptions. We readily perceive the idea as a part of our everyday reality, and therefore, the reality naturally produced or organized by our mind changes accordingly. We literally see new versions of reality. We actually experience a shift in our vibratory frequency and vibrate at a new expanded level and quality.

interference pattern

The vibratory frequency of our mind forms a natural structure as a “model of the world” that projects and tunes us into a certain type of reality as our perception and experience of what we otherwise call an objective, universal, or shared reality. While the greater shared reality consists of the same basic elements for everybody who’s a part of it, what we “see” in those elements and what aspects we notice or don’t notice, how we arrange information as patterns that tell stories about things, is unique to everyone, and is the creative nature of the individual mind operating below the level of awareness in what seems like an automatic fashion.  As we incorporate new information into our mind through studying, applying knowledge, and life experiences, our reality shifts and is “in-formed” by way of it. But learning doesn’t come through memorizing what’s presented as factual or through mental speculation, but rather through applying the information through practice of some sort to create an experience of it. L-earn, by living it we earn it. Through the experience it provides we gain realization of it as a reality (we become one with it and give it expression through us) and it’s integrated into our mind as a memory. Our mind is structured by memory as actual experience. To have “knowledge of” something, only comes through an intimacy with it.

Once a paradigm shift takes place, we live out of a different experience of reality, and no longer relate to our previous state. As we grow through constant study, application and acquisition of knowledge, we can no longer recall the reality of our previous states. We lose touch with them, and though we can recall the events of our life in an objective manner, we can’t remember the reality we were in when they occurred in terms of how we experienced them at the personal level, and we can no longer relate to who we were when we were going through them. As our mind grows and expands to greater and greater levels of reality, and we vibrate at a significantly different level over an extended period of time (30 – 40 years), our personality and identity changes along with it, and we no longer identify with previous levels. We literally lose our ability to remember them from the same mentality we were in when we created them. We literally become “different people”, live in a different level of reality, and serve to create and engage in different types of activities. This is because once our vibration shifts to a high enough level (out of the previous range), we no longer resonate with lower levels.

The act of “remembering” (re-member), is viewing reality from within it, by being of the same consciousness that produced it. When we’re no longer a member of the quality of consciousness producing and conceiving of that level of reality, we can’t recall it as an experience. While we can recall the factual event itself, we relate to it in a whole new way, and experience it through a different level of consciousness, which evolves the event of the memory to the current level of consciousness. We literally transform our memories by growing and expanding our consciousness which acts to “reinterpret them”. All memory is “state based”, and can only be relived from the same state that it was created in. This is the true secret to healing, which only comes through conscious growth and moving to a higher (more expanded) vibration that no longer perceives or acts to produce the previous reality. The saying “a problem can’t be solved by the same mind that created it”, is identifying this phenomenon, and provides us with the key to transforming all “problems” in our life, not by “working with them” within the level they occur, but by transcending them.

Vibration, Mental Projection, and Creating New Versions of Reality

The Vibratory Frequency of the Mind exists as a Paradigm that Shapes our Experience of Reality

2-people-with-energy-in-between

The state of mind that we exist in as a form of mood, determines our attitude, perspective, and the emotional theme we use as a filtering system in forming our fundamental perceptions, experiences, and behaviors. Our mood as a quality of consciousness, which we act the channel for, is our vibratory frequency, and is what “organizes” everything outside of us to match the theme being played out internally through our imagined thoughts. Whatever state we’re in determines what we focus on and give our attention to, what memories we access and run through our mind as a means of interpreting the present to mean the same thing as the past, conforming it to our theme, and how we act and behave as a result. Our state-of-mind as our vibratory frequency has a self-organizing mechanism inherent in it that aligns the entire mind-body system to express in a consistent and congruent fashion. How we’re feeling produces how we’re being and what we’re doing.

Our mood “is” our vibratory frequency or quality of consciousness that’s constantly being projected and transmitted out into the space around us, and interacting with that same quality of consciousness in everything else by resonating with it. Our mood or emotional state emanates from within, influencing others around us with the same type of feeling. At the same time, we’re drawing more of the same vibration or feeling energy back to us, absorbing it, being nourished and strengthened by it, multiplying and increasing it, while acquiring and accumulating it. Our vibratory frequency as our state-of-mind is the entire energy field that surrounds, envelops, and operates through our body. We literally “look through” our mind as a mental lens or filtering system, and notice in others and the environment only what’s of the same nature (quality), and can be readily used to create the reality of that mood, which makes it “provable” by appearing to be factual and objective. Because we only see and experience the reality of our mood, which validates, strengthens, and supports it as being “real”, we don’t realize that we’re actually creating it with our mind, and that we can change our experience of reality by simply changing our mind.

Afterlife - alien planet - DMT - stargate

Our mind is an electromagnetic field which surrounds and expands several feet from our body, while transmitting its frequency and acting to stimulate the same frequency in everyone and everything around us, bringing out and making active the equivalent qualities in them through our influence, and they begin cooperatively participating in playing out the same “type” of reality as a behavioral dynamic that expresses the same feeling state. As we perceive through our mental filters, we project or superimpose our mind as a pattern of qualities or “thematic model” onto others (look through it), and see in them the same thing that’s in us. Not necessarily in the same position or role in a “joint theme”, but as the complementary role necessary to play out the shared theme as a relationship (dynamic interaction). Projection, as what we “see in others” that causes a reaction of some sort in us in relation to them, is identifying the complementary opposite of the same dynamic which can be acted out together to create a joint experience of the same nature. What we think about somebody else, and react to, is the same quality we ourselves possess, which is why we’re having a reaction or feel a strong emotional response to them. Our behavior towards others is the perfect stimulus for bringing out in them what we believe is there to bring out.

Our mental and emotional projections are stimulating at the invisible, subtle level, and are being received and felt by everyone around us all the time. Matter, as the organic substance of life that acts as a receptor for consciousness and is structured into a material bodies that represent the qualities of consciousness inhabiting it, at the molecular level, interacts with the mind (our own and others) and reformulates the appearance matter takes on accordingly. This is readily demonstrated in the “placebo effect” which works solely off the power of belief and our ability to direct and manipulate the biological world to produce the reality or effect of our belief. This is further demonstrated in what’s called “double blind tests” in which both people involved (doctor and patient) believe the same thing (that the placebo works), which increases its effectiveness. This is because the disbelief of one person (say, the administering doctor) is demonstrated and communicated through their subtle behaviors in stating what the placebo will do (is not convincing), and produces a subtle effect on the unconscious mind of the other person, introducing doubt, and thereby alters the overall outcome. Whenever an experience is being conducted involving the mind, it’s important that all people involved in the process are of an open mind or share the same belief, because at the invisible, energetic level of the mind, they will have a direct effect on the overall outcome.

howtoraise_compressed

What we believe, and therefore perceive about others reveals to us what dynamic we’re programmed with as a vibratory frequency. It shows us what type of relationships we are prone to, and always acting at the subconscious level to attract and co-create. As children we’re imprinted with a dynamic as a behavioral theme. This imprinting is produced and seated through intense emotional interactions and events of some sort that have a strong impact on us. Because it’s a dynamic we “live within”, we’re trained to naturally perceive and play a role in the same dynamic. We form numerous responses to the behaviors being demonstrated by others, and because we form the same perceptions through the mental paradigm that forms because of the interaction, we naturally produce the behaviors that stimulate the pattern itself through the memory we acquire because of our experiences, and live within (act out) that same thematic pattern in all areas and relationships of our life in one way or another.

The family dynamic we’re trained to, even though as children we play only one distinct role (from the perspective of the child) in that dynamic, as we become the adult, we naturally take on begin relating to the adult position in that same pattern and continue acting it out by being able to play any role in it. What role we play depends on what role our co-star takes on in the same pattern. We can readily move back and forth between the passive role and the dominating role of the same idea. We’re always initiating it and reacting to it at the same time. We only enter into relationships with those who have similar imprinting and can participate in co-creating the same feeling experience as an ongoing relationship, expressed through a variety of situations and life circumstances. So even though the elements and people may change as circumstances, the “same idea” is being acted out in a new environment with new players as a slight modification.

merk

When we say that the mind “creates reality”, we don’t mean literally by producing something out of thin air, but rather that the mind can take any situation or circumstances, and through a sorting process of only abstracting and reorganizing certain aspects of it, makes it “appear” different. Our mind through our perceptual lens reinterprets a neutral reality of vast potential, into a possible variation as a personal creation. Everybody who’s apart of the same event as an objective reality, will view and experience it in a different and unique fashion from everybody else. No two people will experience it in the same way. Some people’s experience will be considerably different (of a completely different frequency), some will be kind of similar (in close range), and others will be along the same lines (of a similar vibration).

We rearrange the elements and qualities in any situation, by noticing some, and not noticing others, changing the active components, then interpreting the selected elements through a story we tell ourselves about it that creates how we experience it. So even though we all share the same neutral and objective outer reality, how we experience it by creating our own personalized version of that reality, is our minds natural creative ability. As we change our mind, how things appear to us changes accordingly. As we learn and incorporate new knowledge through an experience of some form, we alter our minds structure as a mental paradigm, and it changes how we see and experience everything else based on how the integration restructures our mind’s “patterning” as a shift in vibration. We only change our vibration by changing our mind, which changes how we see the world around us and how we experience it as a result.

Consciousness – “Mood, Memory, and Vibration”

The Akasha Field and the Vibratory Nature of the Mind

light pentagram

The Akasha, which is called by many names – the Book of Life, Hall of Records, Quintessence, Akashic field, the Unified Field, Quantum Plenum, the Ether, and so on – is similar to the idea of a vast library of knowledge as ideas in archetypal form that exists as the basis for mass consciousness. This universal knowledge is available to all who have a “higher mind” and the creative intellectual and intuitive capacity to conceive of ideas, develop them by thinking about them, and creating by way of them by how we apply or utilize them in our own life. In this way we take a universal idea and personalize it by transforming it into a unique variation as one potential out of an infinite number of possibilities.

The Akasha field is where pure knowledge as vibratory patterns exist in wave form in a potential (uncreated) state, as the mind of God, or the Universal Mind. These ideas are like a great library that’s accessible only through resonance as a vibratory match or equivalent. Vibratory frequencies are “patterns of information” much like a seed or quantum packets of information that form the basis for constructing material realities. These archetypal seeds are comprised of all the elements of life – the attributes and qualities that naturally grow characteristics and personality with natural behaviors in them that operate as themes that “tell distinct stories”. An archetype (form, function, and order) of pure potential is “accessed” by the individual mind through resonance (similar vibration), and drawn into the individual mind as the energetic matrix that adapts it to their paradigm, their personality, needs, conditions, circumstances, level of maturity, and so on, modifying it into a new variation of the same basic idea.

Brain waves

The idea is self-perpetuating as a form of growth process and sets into motion a chain of association. The idea as an impression, sparks a creative thought process that develops it into a mental concept as an internal image that stimulates a sensory feeling in response to our own thoughts. We imagine the idea as an actual life-like experience that elicits an emotional response, which then continues to develop the idea by way of the emotion married to it. The emotion, once stimulated, has a reference to memories of the same type of idea that were created through a story we told about an experience that made it mean something. We pull up those memories in our imagination and superimpose it over the already modified idea, and shape it further by giving it the same meaning and shaping it into the same type of idea as a way of experiencing it.

Emotions are always connected to memory, and act as a reference and activation for creating an instant reality by using the past to create more of the same feeling and idea in the present. All memory is state-mood based. We can only access memory that was created out of the same state-of-mind that we’re in currently. If we’re in a happy mood, we have trouble accessing sad memories (remember), we only access the memories that were created while feeling happy (same state). This is because our state or mood is our vibratory frequency which only resonates with thoughts and feelings of the same nature. What thoughts and ideas we think about and replay in our mind as memories are the ones that are of the same quality of consciousness that we’re “tuned into”. They’re of the same frequency, and we draw them into our mind by resonating with them. We are literally magnetized to that frequency. Our imagination, which turns ideas into sensory realities with emotional content that give them meaning through the story we tell about them, is a form of magnet. By imagining ideas or replaying memories over and over, varying them slightly each time by adapting them to our current situation, is how we set our frequency as a theme, and program ourselves by way of those “inner realities” to automatically produce “outer realities” of the same basic idea as a theme that gives us more of the same feeling.

Forward-Escape-620x378

Likewise, we can only access and draw into our mind ideas from the Akashic field of universal intelligence that are a vibratory match. We access what’s of a “like mind” as a state that forms the foundation for producing distinct types of reality. Our state of mind generates personal realities that match it as a feeling experience. We only conceive of, or are able to perceive and therefore experience, what matches us. We reform everything by how we act to naturally reinterpret it to tell the story we need to tell about it. Our story as our frequency or parent pattern, is our interpretive mechanism for structuring reality. How we select the elements in any given situation and make them mean what we need them to mean in order to continue telling our story is how we transform life through the fundamental act or perceiving it. Our attention and the quality of our presence, is a stimulant that influences everything around us through its emotional content.

Our emotions, which are universal in nature, are what connect us to others and everything in our environment. Our emotional state is our vibratory frequency which attracts and develops into realities ideas and thoughts as the same nature as the emotion. Thought and emotion are always a vibratory match, and one serves to stimulate or produce the other in response to it. We’re always either having an emotional reaction to our own internal imagining, or we’re thinking thoughts that express our emotions. This is how the inner and the outer are always in an intimate interaction as complementary opposites of the same overall pattern (frequency) as an experience of reality.

By this same law of duality of thought and emotion directly corresponding with each other, through resonance, we can know the formula for accessing knowledge of a higher level of consciousness that comes “into us” directly through experience. Certain emotional states must be cultivated in order to resonate with a higher frequency. In order to draw into us thoughts and ideas that create a reality of love and beauty, we have to create a sense of love and devotion as a frame-of-mind. An internal feeling of adoration, respect, and awe. Only by achieving these feeling states can we access and resonate with thoughts of the same nature. The ideas and experiences that give us more of those same feelings. Only by creating the corresponding state can we resonate (attract and draw into us) with those same ideas in the Akasha field of the universal mind and become the channel through which they express as an inner experience of an equivalent outer reality..

Understanding the True Nature of Loving Yourself as the Prerequisite for Loving Another

The idea of self-love, like all truly profound ideas, exist in a basic state of paradox, and can be a bit difficult to understand in terms of how to actually apply them by “doing” or “becoming” them. The mind, like everything, exists in a basic state of polar opposites that perform different functions of a unified experience of reality. This polarity that’s inherent in everything is the masculine and feminine energies, which in this case corresponds to the idea of the left and right hemispheres of our brain, the conscious and subconscious minds, the brain and heart, the inner and outer, doing and being, thinking and feeling, embodying and outwardly expressing, and so on. This is the primary law of the triad or trinity, which embodies the most fundamental principle of all as the three-in-One concept. Every singular being or life form exists in a dual state of symmetry and harmonious balance. This demonstrates the in-flowing and out-flowing electromagnetic aspect of subtle energy that animates the material body it inhabits and operates through as a unified being.

All “doing” comes from “being”. How we are in terms of our inner feelings, thoughts, beliefs, memories, and imagining, forms all of our outward expression as “how we’re being” at any given moment, and how we behave and act as a result. Our inner state is always being projected outwards and forms the very basis of our “perceptual lens” and what we not only “see” and react to in our environment, but what we also act to stimulate, awaken, and produce biological chemistry as the equivalent of our inner state or feelings. How we’re feeling inwardly determines how we’re being and what we’re doing outwardly. We can only see, activate, interact with, and produce more of what we first cultivate in ourselves. In order to love another, we have to first love ourselves, because the experience of both are created out of the same mind.

colored torus

Most of us somewhat get the masculine aspect of loving ourselves as making yourself a priority in your own life, honoring how you feel, demanding respect and appreciation, or providing for yourself and taking good care of yourself in the material sense. But the feminine aspect can have a tendency to elude most because it’s not about an outward idea of “doing something”, but rather an inward state of being. The feminine is our inner self that pure feeling as a “state”, and is what creates and gives life to all outer experiences. To love yourself in this aspect means to “become love” as a quality of consciousness. It means to cultivate and build up feelings of love that form the “eyes we look through”, that sees and awakens only that which warrants love in everyone and everything around us.

By seeing only what warrants love in others, what it is about them that makes us feel more love, we stimulate and awaken those same feelings “in” them. We act to initiate and bring out in them the same loving state, we bring out in them more of the “qualities” produced by that state, which forms the basis for the nature of the interaction. By interacting “through” love as our mental and emotional state shared between us, we amplify, increase, and draw back into us more feelings of love. We create experiences that become memory of love as an outer reality. This is the significance behind the statement “you get back more of what you give off”. What we emanate as our state of being, we bring to life all around us through the relationship we form with it, and develop and strengthen it through the energetic interaction itself.

communication brain heart

So counterbalancing or forming the foundation out of which we outwardly act to love ourselves by taking good care of ourselves, is to become love itself by embodying it, and becoming the vessel through which love expresses in the world. To become impregnated with love, grow and nurture it from within you as your being, then express through that state, giving birth to it in every interaction, and reproducing it in others. By being love itself, we inspire love in others just through our presence and attention. A loving gaze awakens those same energies inwardly, calling them forth, and using them to create experiences of love for both people. While the masculine energy separates and contrasts something as the means of experiencing it from without, the feminine energy enters into and unites with it, experiencing itself from within it as it. This is literal not symbolic. Our inner state as our vibratory frequency is forming resonance with everything around us, attracting and absorbing some, while repelling and reflecting others. Whatever quality of consciousness we embody and become, forms our mental paradigm as a lens, that only sees, interacts with, and forms all activity out of that state.

To love ourselves is the same thing as loving another, because they’re both produced by the same state of mind. In this sense, all perception is self perception. We can only see in others and the outer world what exists in us as a quality of consciousness that only recognizes and produces outer realities of the same quality or nature. How we experience others is the same way we experience ourselves, either by being just like them, or by contrasting and opposing them. It comes about through both measures of entering into relationship with another, uniting in mind and relating to them, or separating from them and contrasting and comparing to define ourselves through our differences. We’re always measuring similarities and differences as a way of experiencing ourselves and others.

balanceee

All doing comes from being, you can’t love yourself unless you first have love in your heart, and possess it by being it. To become love itself as an internal state, is to express as love in all your perceptions, interpretations, and behaviors. You become the outward expression of love. Love flows into you, fills you, and overflows into the outer world. The masculine is the outward expression and activities produced out of the feminine. In order to truly love another we have to first love ourselves, because it’s the same mind perceiving both. When we exist as love, we can only enter into relationship with love in everything else. Love isn’t something we find in another, it’s something cultivate in ourselves and use to attract and see others. It’s what forms the foundation necessary to build loving relationships with another!

Understanding your Sexual, Life-Force Energy and how to use it Creatively

Dreaming
Unfortunately, the most magical part of our mind-body system has been ruthlessly slaughtered with unclean and raunchy ideas that impose a form of moral conflict and endless confusion around how to use them to significantly enhance our creativity and improve the quality of our existence, while stirring a deep fire within us required to ignite the internal combustion necessary to clean our system out and keep it running in a constant state of equilibrium and emotional harmony. Like so many things, the ideas and activities we associate to “states of being”, determine how we present them to ourselves, and how we create our experience of them when we engage in them in a completely spontaneous and natural way. In no other idea is this truer than when freely exploring our sexual nature. Not that this energy is actually “sexual” in nature, but in the sense that we can engage in it without having sex or masturbating, even though it’s the main ingredient for those activities also.

What we refer to as our Life-Force Energy that animates our body in the most ordinary sense, is also our sexual energy in the fact that it arises out of the sexual and grounding organs of the body, and has a distinct arousing, pleasurable feeling that alters our state of mind, releases tension and inhibitions, and taps into our wild, free, and expressive nature. It has an expanding, inflating, and quickening feeling fueled by beautiful and erotic sensations that drive us to a state of ecstasy and bliss. This is the energy of the spirit that moves in the body, activating it, stimulating and awakening it, that’s used to work directly with all the other energy centers of the body to bring them into balance by “blowing out” blocks, dissolving tension and energetic congestion. In order to work with the energy of the body, you have to use energy in it’s polarized state.

dna transformation

This is the same energy that’s referred to as the kundalini or serpent energy, which can be intentionally used by drawing it up to activate the other energy centers of the body through the nervous system of the spine in order to unite it with the higher energy centers of the third-eye, or imagination, to produce an incredibly enhanced and heightened form of creativity. When this arousing sensation that expands, quickens, and forms intense pleasure is united with thought and inner vision, we connect to our higher self through an altered state that’s very dynamic and expressive. We turn the body into a creative vessel for the spirit, which is ultimately mental and creative in nature.

Like all energies and natural forces, the Life-Force energy exist in a dual state of masculine and feminine, passive and active, and work together in a complementary fashion by rendering the body (feminine) passive, so the active energy (masculine) can move into and through it with no resistance, as a unified, graceful, and excited gesture. And of course, the reverse can also be true, where the body can become the active force that renders the mental force passive, and acts to control the soul’s will for the pursuit of purely physical pleasures. Our physical passions of lust can control our will as thoughts and desire, and the spirit can become the servant of the body’s primal instincts and be used instead to engage in promiscuous sexual behaviors and erotic fantasizing. The very energetic system that creates the artistic genius and god, can also create the twisted pervert and evil, regulated and determined by the soul employing it, and whether or not it’s being used intentionally and with purpose, or unconsciously through compulsive tendencies.

This same energy, which ignites matter and the Astral Light of the imagination, if not directed and used properly, can cause overwhelming anxiety and drive people mad (literally). This is largely due to the fact that it’s experienced as an intense emotion that rapidly expands giving us a feeling of being overwhelm while trying to hold it in our body, and the feeling that we’re going to explode, which is the arousing, growth nature of this energy that expands matter to create active life forms. This active, animated, expanding quality is what grows cells by regenerating and multiplying them, and animates the dormant information contained in a seed, stimulating it to grow and develop into a living form.

kundalini

When activated in our body it has a rushing, building up, and exploding with intense pleasure sensation that’s also experienced as an orgasm. It’s the same principle of love that operates as the sexual union of the masculine with the feminine, force with form, which fuses them together through a state of erotic intensity and insurmountable ecstasy that drives them out of their mind with intense pleasure, achieved only through their union. At the moment of an orgasm, we lose all sense of ourselves as being separate from our lover and what’s “lighting us up”, and go temporarily insane with sheer pleasure that we can’t contain within us, and so we have to let it go, and allow it to move through us by surrendering control and letting it have its way with us. We give ourselves to it. By freeing it to move through us, we free ourselves from all the trapped energy we’ve held in our bodies. It literally blows our mind, clearing our head, while relaxing our heart. We remove all blocked energy as psychological tension that acted as an inhibition to our own freedom. The more we move and release, the better we feel. We become completely present and intimate with it inside of us, and we enter into it with complete abandon, and relish in its erotic movement that delight and enliven every cell in our body.

In much the same way, this energy can be used to heal the body by producing the pressure necessary to remove blocks and congestion caused by tension and emotional suppression. Whatever emotion (energy) we hold in and don’t allow to freely move through us by expressing it, creates tension in our body as the means of holding it back, and creates blocked energy that forms psychological problems as the internalization of the suppressed emotion. From a purely psychological perspective, all our “issues” stem from denial or suppression of strong emotions, that we form imaginary realities around that are a form of delusion. In this way, negative emotions that are experienced as pain are married to our thoughts, and we develop complexes where our thoughts deliver more of the same pain. We act on ourselves to produce our own suffering. Whatever emotion becomes associated to a thought as a way of trying to hold it inside by trying to express it internally instead of externally, creates a energetic block in our body which inhibits our ability to express freely, robs us of vitality by depleting our energy supply, reduces our ability to experience pleasure, and eventually manifests as a physical malady.

By igniting our Life-Force energy, and drawing it up, into, and through us, uniting it with our thoughts and imaginings, acts to grow those thoughts through the pleasurable quality that demands expression as a sense of enthusiasm and excitement. It produces passionate thinking that inspires a sense of wonder and awe. It creates a feeling of fascination and magic around what was previously ordinary things. Our thinking becomes the vehicle for expressing the feeling which increases and reproduces it. The thoughts that come from a feeling of bliss and ecstasy, render ordinary things beautiful, and give us more of the same feeling when we think about them. When we allow positive and euphoric energy to exist in us and animate our thoughts with the same quality, we become a channel for the outward expression of that feeling, and we stimulate the same feeling through how we express it in others. This energy creates a feeling of inner joy, happiness, and exuberance. Notice that when you feel really good, you want to sing and dance, yell and play. It makes you active and expressive. You want to move the feeling that’s swelling inside of you outside of you.

soul energy

This creative Life-Force that’s sexually arousing is the foundation of all creative genius. This quality of consciousness brings ideas to life within the imagination. It’s through this life giving excitable energy that ideas come alive in us, and begin growing and evolving into numerous variations and possibilities through a kind of dynamic unfolding process. We can hold an idea in our mind, concentrate our attention on it, and it’ll become animated, and begin growing, expanding, and joyously “becoming” on its own. This is the way we “receive” ideas from out of the ether as knowledge that didn’t come from memory, but rather unfolds, revealing itself to us, while we act as the passive receptor for it to show itself to us. When we are actively thinking on our own, we render the spiritual force passive, and we only “see” in an idea more of what we already know through the memory we’ve built around it. We can’t grow or “invent” knowledge, but simply run through a repetition of what’s already been done. By becoming passive, stilling our thoughts and releasing our attachments and beliefs around an idea, and simply choosing the idea to focus on while allowing the active force to come alive in us and begin animating the idea itself, we “receive” knowledge by witnessing it as it unfolds before us in our imagination, and we have the experience of being “given” knowledge or ideas instead of producing them. This is the very foundation and secret of all creativity and invention. They’re ideas that “come to us” out of nowhere, initiated by an intense focus and a desire to know about them. This desire to know is a form of curiosity and innocence, where we draw ideas into us with a sense of anticipation and discovery, and we simply observe them as they come alive in us.

Self expression as emotion (energy), thought (form), and activity are the key to health, happiness, and creativity. By intentionally stirring this energy in us through a desire for it, and mentally drawing it up into us, allowing it to fill, animate, and “run us”, we remove all energetic blocks, emotional tension, and psychological complexes by flushing them out while in an excited state. We surrender to it, give ourselves fully to it without any resistance and through a joyful cooperation allow it to dance us, move us, think us, and “be” us. In doing this, we enter into proper relationship with spirit through our body as the Divine marriage, consecrated only through love and sexual ecstasy as the energy that fuses them together in a state of eternal joy where they move as one. We use our body in a passive state to become the channel for spirit to express in a state of pure joy and uncontained excitement that’s innocent and spontaneous. Movement that’s natural, immediate, and fluent. An expression that’s graceful, passionate, and eloquently alive, whose touch makes our heart skip a beat and leaves us reaching for more!

Changing Your Vibration through the Law of Polarity and Cultivating the Art of Attention

The-Knowledge-of-the-Planets-Cameron-Gray
Our vibration is our mood or mental state that’s determined by or comes as the expression of feelings, moods, emotions, and behaviors. Whatever we focus on, give our attention to, and think about, modifies our state accordingly. Our will naturally directs our attention, and whatever we place our attention on and think about, changes our vibration as our state of mind. By cultivating the “Art of Attention” by means of exercising your will, you can learn how to control and determine your mood and mental state. It’s pretty easy to notice that what we give attention to and think about creates how we feel as a correspondence. How we feel sets our mood as a kind of tempo and determines what type of things we continue focusing on that are of the same feeling-mood that multiply and amplify it. Whatever mood we’re in determines how we experience the events of our day and what aspects of it we notice, pull out, and use to create our overall experience of any given event or situation.

All vibration is movement of conscious energy between poles of opposites. These poles exist as opposite qualities: hot – cold; happy – sad; love – hate; fear – courage; health – illness, and so on. Any mental state and its opposites are merely two poles or extremes of the same thing, separated only by degrees of variation that moves us from one to the other. We can transmute one state into another through a practical understanding of the Law of Polarity. We change our state by first deciding to, then willfully directing our attention to its opposite quality. Don’t waste your time trying to fight, kill, or stamp out a mental state, but instead learn to cultivate its opposite mental state. If you’re possessed by fear, don’t take an attitude of trying to fight the fear, but instead cultivate it’s opposing quality of courage, and in doing so, fear will disappear.

transmission
Attention is singular in nature. We can only focus on and give our attention to one thing at a time. Thought we can move from one thing to another, but at any given moment we’re only capable of focusing on and being fully aware of one thing at a time. Whatever we place our attention on and begin thinking about, we develop into whole realities just through thinking itself. Thought is creative and constructive in nature, and by placing our attention on something and beginning to think about it, we build whole realities around it by how we think about it. The mind is the builder and creator of reality. If we’re giving our attention to negative feelings, we grow only the realities that match and express the negativity, propagating and growing it into multiple experiences over and extended period of time. Likewise, by focusing only on the positive in terms of what we want to create and use as the means of creating our experiences out of, we form realities that are positive in nature, while growing and multiplying them.

To kill a negative quality, concentrate on the positive of the same quality, and the vibration as a mental state will gradually change from negative to positive, from undesirable to desirable, from destructive to constructive. Whatever aspect of a quality or mental state we focus and concentrate our energy on, we polarize ourselves to. If we focus on the negative, we become polarized to it, and vibrate at that frequency, creating our life experiences out of that state, and ourselves by way of our own self-created experiences. If you have an illness or disease, don’t concentrate on fighting the disease, but rather creating health in its place, and once health is established, the illness disappears. Whatever we give attention to and concentrate on, we give life to, and we energize and vitalize it and participate in actively creating it by thinking about it.

energy design
Whatever we focus on, think about, and imagine as realities or experiences, we align ourselves with, and become a co-creator of that reality. Whatever ideas or memories we choose to nourish and feed with our attention, we use to consciously create our experiences by way of the quality as a state-of-mind that idea produces. Our state of mind has very distinct realities inherent in it, and when we employ that state we act to faithfully create that type of reality as a personal experience. When we’re feeling scared, we focus on what’s causing us to feel scared, think about it in scary terms, run scenarios through our mind of possible realities that will result from it, amplifying and increasing the fear, and tuning ourselves to the vibratory frequency of the fear. This frequency as our mental state, becomes our “perceptual lens” that we “look through” and perceive (see) only what’s of the same vibratory frequency (nature) and can be imagined (remade) in such a way that it systematically produces more of the same fear. Like begets more of that which is like itself. Whatever vibratory frequency we tune ourselves to as our mental state, we become the channel for producing more of the same type of experiences. That quality of consciousness enters into us, becomes us in mind and body, and forms the means through which we perceive and create ourselves by way of it.

By changing our focus to one of courage, bravery, and confidence, and cultivating that feeling within us, imagining ourselves acting courageous, we begin feeling different, thinking different, and seeing in a different way. We imagine ourselves being courageous and confident in whatever situation we’re facing, and in doing so, fear no longer exists in us. It’s no longer a part of our reality. It disappears. We become tuned to the vibration of courage as a mental state, and not only experience all of life from this perspective, but also sensing ourselves “as” courageous and begin identifying with that experience of ourselves.

By understanding the Law of Vibration and Polarization – we have the formula for learning to use our will to regulate our attention and what we choose to concentrate on. By working consciously with the Law of Polarity we can change our mental state at will, and change our vibratory frequency as a result. By changing your polarity you master your mood, change your mental state, set your disposition, and build up your character from that perspective and through that quality. All pairs of opposites exist in degrees as a variation or gradient range that moves from one to another like a sliding scale. Our mind may be transmuted from state to state; degree to degree; condition to condition; pole to pole; vibration to vibration, through active and deliberate use of our will.

light flames

By changing our polarity, it not only changes what we see in our others and our environment and how we are influenced by our own perceptions, but also determines our ability to influence others and our environment. We directly affect our environment through our mental state. What we attract and feel attracted to is based on our mental state. How we influence others by our interaction with them, whether silent and energetic or actual, is produced by our mental state, which activates that same mental state in them, which is why we tend to only interact with those who share the same mental state. Our mental state not only determines our reality and what we naturally connect with and interact with all around us, but also determines what we bring out in others, and what reality we serve to co-create by the very attitude through which our behaviors come.

Our mental state as our vibratory frequency has a distinct patterning to it as qualities that form characteristics and our disposition as a perspective and tendencies, which sees only what matches the inner state doing the viewing, and determines how we form a basic interpretation of what we’re seeing that reforms it to be like us. To be a product of our vibratory frequency as a mental state that produces an equivalent outer reality. Not in objective and actual terms, but in subjective and experiential terms. Our vibratory frequency determines what stands out in our environment, what we notice and what elements we abstract and use as the basis for telling a story about that matches our mood and serves to express it, giving us a channel for bringing the inner feelings into the outer world as it’s equivalent in form and personality.

The most fundamental use of choice and free will comes through what we ‘choose” (whether consciously or unconsciously) to place our attention on and bring to life by thinking about it. As we think about something, whether an idea, memory, wish, or as a means of anticipating something, we merge into and become one with it in mind and body, and serve as the vehicle through which it comes into the world as our reality. Our focus and attention is what directs the spiritual forces as a projection that awakens and draws into us whatever we’re stimulating with our awareness and thought. We merge into and become united with whatever we think about and serve to give it life through us, as us. We become the channel for whatever mood we embody, and the thoughts themselves form the pathway between the inner and the outer that brings the imaginary inner world out into the outer world as a correspondence, by first vibrating to the mood and the form we give it through our thoughts, that stimulate that same vibration in everything around us and allows us to only perceive in everyone and everything else only what matches our vibration and thought-forms.

pentad
By understanding the power of our own mind in creating our experience of reality while creating us through the same mental state, we can learn to take control of our own mind by simply learning to be selective in what we give our attention to, think about, or actively engage in. We can begin by becoming aware of what we tend to focus on and give life to by nurturing it with our attention and allowing it to grow in us like a seed unfolding into a full-fledged reality that we mistaken for real, and whenever we’re thinking about something we don’t want to become, willfully redirect our attention onto what we do want to give life to instead and have as a part of our personal reality.

Allow yourself to notice that what you focus on and think about determines how you feel and what mood it puts you in. Along with this realization, notice that you can change your mood by simply changing what you’re focused on, giving your attention to, and thinking about. Change your focus, and you change your mood. Change your mood and you change your experience of reality. Change your experience of reality and you change your sense of self, and how you perceive yourself by way of your own self-created experiences. By learning to consciously direct your attention, you can create your state, regulate your vibratory frequency, and become self-determined. By removing your attention from people and ideas, they no longer exist as a part of your world or experience. By placing your attention on what you do want to become one with and create in your life, you take the most fundamental step in the art of self-creation and begin facilitating your own transformative process by mastering your own mind.

The Power of Focus and Attention – Learning how to Operate your Own Mind

Whatever we give Attention to, we bring to Life Inside of Us

wormholes

One of the primary principles of the mind is that “energy follows and flows into thought”. Whatever we focus our attention on and think about, we form an image of by imagining it.  As we think and imagine, we form an inner reality around an idea that brings it to life inside of us. This inner reality as a conceptualization forms an internal representation of an idea that’s created by the subconscious mind as a possible reality and creative template. The idea as an internal representation acts as a mental directive and set of instructions for the subconscious mind to use as a template for creating a correspondence as an actual outer reality or material manifestation. An idea is given to the subconscious mind much like a seed that it then grows and develops into a possible reality as an actual experience of the idea. The subconscious mind imagines the idea “as if” experiencing it, and creates a personalized version of the idea as it would occur naturally to it. This translation of a neutral idea into a personal experience creates the inward conditions necessary for the outward manifestation. In order to manifest something, we have to first create the “inner conditions” in which it would occur as a natural outer event. The inner conditions as a state produced by the imagined reality forms a vibrational frequency that the subconscious uses to connect with the elements in the outer environment that are of that same nature and organize them into an actual event that’s analogous to the internal representation.

Our imagination is what creates all of our experiences as an interpretation of sensory information that reforms it into an idea that correlates to the inner condition or state of mind perceiving it. We never see an idea as it exists a part from us, but rather as we remake it to be of the same nature as we are as a means of experiencing it. While we can safely say that the outer event itself is objective and neutral in nature, how we form an “experience” of the event is a personalized version. The conditions of the mind as its “state”, forms its vibratory frequency as a structuring (organizing) mechanism that reshapes (in the mind) all outer realities to match or be of the same “nature” (like) as the internal reality. The structure of our mind forms a model or paradigm, which is comprised of our memories, beliefs, values, preferences, temperament, disposition, attitude, and so on, all of which work together to interpret events through the very act of perceiving them, which personalizes (reshapes) them to fit into our story about things, giving us a consistent experience of reality that all falls into a generalized “theme” as a form of story-line.

Whatever we focus on, good or bad, want or not want, we picture in our mind as an experience of it, which sets the pattern as a frequency, which, when dwelled upon and thought about frequently, becomes a thought-form that eventually takes on a life of its own, and not only begins influencing our molecular structure, but begins forming an electromagnetic field of it’s own and begins attracting the means of its fulfillment in whatever corresponding elements are available in the immediate environment. We program our subconscious mind through imagined realities that have strong feelings and emotions attached to them as sensory stimulation that forms an emotional atmosphere around them. The imagined thought stimulates the nervous system and endocrine system, producing the equivalent chemistry of the idea as a simulation, which produces our emotional state that aligns our physical state with our mental state.

neurons

Our emotions always come as a natural response and by-product of our imagined thoughts, because our thoughts stimulate and produce the chemistry of our body, and alter our physical state to match our mental state. Once the physical state is produced as a thought and emotion, that emotional state is transmitted in and through the field governing the physical plane, stimulating everything within near proximity of it with the same emotions and attracting elements of that same shared state. Anything of the same “emotional state” can be used to create the idea associated with the state. The state and the idea that produced it are coherent and correlated and exist in a natural relationship with each other.

Our state, as a combination of a feeling, mental idea, and emotional chemistry, are magnetic (attractive) and become our “perceptual lens” that we look through that naturally sees all around us whatever matches or is complementary to our internal mental state. We don’t do this by changing or producing the elements themselves, but rather by how we experience them. We attract what’s of the same nature or idea by resonating with it. We stimulate and awaken that state in whatever person or object that shares the same qualities and a magnetic field is created as the shared vibration and we’re drawn to it, and it to us, or it stands out from everything else in our environment and we place our attention on it and begin consciously interacting with it. Through the conscious interaction itself we begin reorganizing it into the pattern of our thought by how we stimulate it, and we begin co-creating whatever idea served to form the union by what we share in common.

Whatever intention we have while focusing on an idea becomes the motivating factor behind that idea. If we attach a negative feeling to the idea, it becomes repulsive, yet still maintains its attractive factor. Likewise, if we associate a positive feeling to it, it becomes compelling, and we form a desire around it, also making it attractive. The idea itself, which exists independent of us as a neutral or universal idea, is attractive to both negative and positive associations, with the negative and positive simply representing our relationship with the idea that we’re attracting to us simply by focusing on it. While the positive (proton) charge, or negative (electron) charge may be used to polarize the idea, distinctly separating the positive from the negative, the neutron, or the neutral component as the idea itself which contains all potential of both the positive and negative aspects or feelings, remains attractive to both. So it’s not the positive or negative feeling associated to an idea that makes it attractive or repulsive, but simply paying attention to and thinking about the idea itself. Whatever we focus our attention on, good or bad, we magnetize and draw into our experience, whether it’s a positive experience or negative one. The feeling associated to the idea simply determines how we shape it in our mind and how we experience it, but we attract whatever we give our attention to and think about, regardless.

So, for example, the idea of “eating to prevent cancer” (the title of an article I recently read) forming our practice of eating around the idea of “cancer”, whether preventative or not, focuses our attention on the very thing we don’t want as the motive for organizing our eating habits, meaning that we’re acting to bring about the experience of cancer. The mind works by giving life to whatever we hold in our mind and think about. The mind doesn’t register “preventing cancer”, but has to picture or form the idea of cancer in order to know what to “not do”, while simultaneously associating diet with cancer. It doesn’t work by introducing a negative command, that says picture this, but don’t create it. As the mind pictures it and begins thinking about it, it begins creating it in the most basic sense as a form of command to the subconscious mind that also begins attracting it as well.

The pictures we form in our imagination by thinking about ideas, forms the creative template that sets our vibratory frequency. Instead of building our diet around the idea of preventing cancer, we should build it around the idea of creating health. We should focus on the idea of creating a healthy and active body by eating healthy food, knowing that in creating health, cancer won’t manifest! As we eat, focusing on the idea of taking care of ourselves and picturing vibrant health in our mind, while sensing and experiencing ourselves as being healthy, we instruct our subconscious to create a healthy body.

So always keep in mind, that the mind doesn’t work through negative commands or by associating positive or negative feelings and emotions to ideas, but rather creates whatever idea we hold in our mind and think about. Thoughts are shaped into thought-forms as an inner representation of the idea as an experience of it that provides the subconscious mind with the template necessary for creating it as a corresponding outer experience. Whatever we think about and the intention behind our thoughts that shape and motivate them, set the frequency we vibrate at that magnetizes and connects us to that same idea all around us. The mood or feeling we have, which nearly always determines what we’re thinking about and why we’re thinking about it, becomes our perceptual lens determining what we see in our ordinary situations and what stands out to us that matches our mood and is used to create more of the same type of feeling through how we experience things. By focusing on what we want to create and forming a positive intention around it, we work naturally by way of the laws that govern our mind to bring into our experience what we have a desire for that we then shape into a positive experience through the relationship we form with it as an outer equivalent of our inner feelings and thoughts.
