How to Release and Erase Memories of People and Events

Memories are something that only exist in our mind as a mental construct and replay over and over due to the intense emotion associated with them. All of what becomes actual memory that we can vividly recollect in emotional detail years later comes from significant emotional events (SEE) that had a powerful impact on us in some way. These events and the memories we formed of them served to change us in the most fundamental sense, and as we continued to live out of them, they served to shape our identity and “who” we became because of them.

Memory and emotion are always connected due to the fact that the event caused a strong emotional reaction in us, and those emotions served to shape the nature of the experience we formed as an interpretation of some kind. Our “experience” doesn’t come as an objective recollection of the event itself, but how we processed and internalized it as a means of creating our experience of it. As we internalize an intense event, we make it “mean” something by the story we tell ourselves about it in an attempt to put it in perspective as a means of trying to make sense out of it. We take an existing reality as a strong emotional event and reprocess it to form a new version of it as our interpretation that gives it personal  meaning.

The meaning we give something as the means of experiencing it forms the basis for the storyline we begin telling ourselves that serve to shape us as a person. We create our identity out of the memories we constantly play out in one way or another as the means of producing more of the same type of experiences. They become thematic templates for producing instant interpretations as our perceptual lens and filtering system. They give us a form of referencing system to instantly interpret all new and similar type of events to mean the same thing. As we walk through life we’re always assessing and summing up situations by looking through the thematic filters of our past memories by saying “this means the same things as that”. We consistently shape the present to be a continuation of the past and a means of predicting the future.

We walk into any situation with preconceived notions and expectations of what’s going to happen, and we use a dynamic series of mental and emotional filters to only notice, abstract, and rearrange the information in a way that creates the experience of our expectations. We’re always saying to ourselves . . . this means I’m not wanted; that means I’m not loved; I’m not good enough; people can’t be trusted; life’s unfair; I can’t ever get ahead, and so on. We interpret any number of behaviors or actions to mean the same thing as those same types of actions meant to us in the past. Our memories provide us with a template for producing a congruent and consistent experience of reality that follows a major theme.

Because emotion is the key factor in forming all significant memories, it also acts as the “hook” that keeps us compulsively attached to them and that serves as a “trigger” for activating them. As we’re triggered emotionally we produce an immediate reaction that doesn’t require us to think about it in order to form a new appraisal. All reactions are instant and produce unconscious actions in us. We instantly access and replay the emotion, mindset, and behaviors of the memory being activated. As we’re triggered emotionally we literally go unconscious and act out of a delirious state.

Anytime we’re overly emotional or “sensitive” to the emotions being projected by others, we live our life out of memories of the past as automated patterns and create while unconscious and not utilizing our higher capacities to create in a self-aware, well thought out and intentional manner. Emotionally reactive people are unconscious in the most basic sense and are constantly being controlled and determined by whatever it is they’re reacting to. Their whole life is determined by and becomes a replay of their formative conditioning.

Subconscious and Self-Conscious Mind

What we refer to as our subconscious is the creative aspect of our mind that forms our experiences of reality. It’s the “passive” aspect of our mind that’s “receptive” in nature; while the self-conscious aspect is “active” and self-aware, and has the ability to “give direction” to the subconscious as a way of forming new patterns of interpretation and behaviors. The subconscious is “experiential” in nature, which means its “programmed” with pictures, images, and scenarios that it uses as a metaphorical template for perceiving reality and producing all of our natural behaviors that come in an automatic way without us having to think about them.

The subconscious is emotionally driven and prompted to take action based on impulses and strong emotional charges. It works to create our entire experience of reality and ourselves out of memories of experiences that are emotionally intense. We literally “act on ourselves” to program ourselves for creating reality based on memories we form and continue to live out of, and the emotional states they naturally act to produce and maintain. Anyone who lives out of memories of their past is literally delusional. They’re living a life of illusions that they themselves are creating without direct awareness of what they’re doing.

The Power of Identity

The truly elusive and compelling thing about our memories is that we’ve actually “used them” as the means of shaping ourselves by way of them. As we had impacting experiences and tried to make sense of them by explaining them to give them meaning, we simultaneously identified with our own imaginary experiences. As we form an internal experience in our mind as the “meaning” of events, we “sense ourselves” within our own self-created experiences, and we make it mean the same thing about us. Whatever we tell ourselves about why something happened and what it means about another person or the way life is, it also means about us in relationship with it, and we begin identifying with our own story about things.

As we shape our identity out of our self-created memories and story about things, we need to keep telling them in order to know who we are. We replay the same scripts over and over in our mind. For this reason giving up our story can be quite difficult. This is especially true when we’re not clear on what story we want to tell in its place. Often when we give up our story or lose what we’ve shaped ourselves around, we don’t know how to “be” different. In order to tell a new story, we have to give up our memories of the past and develop new ways of being. Without a distinct sense of purpose and direction this can seem a bit daunting and overwhelming.

We become so used to living out of an automated state over time that having to actually make conscious decisions, select new ideas, and develop ourselves in new ways can seem dry causing us to struggle with motivation in maintaining them, especially when compared to the intensity of our emotional past. It’s the emotions attached to an idea that makes it compelling and infuses it with a sense of passion and drama. Emotions act like drugs in our body, altering our state of mind, and when their maintained in a habitual manner, become addictive, causing us to literally crave them.

In order to take over the process of conscious self-creation we have to exercise the higher capacities of our mind to create in an original fashion. This requires not only truly deciding to let go of your past conditioning, but also deciding how you’re going to be instead. What kind of person are you going to create yourself to be and what kind of story are you going to tell by how you live your life? And then, once you make those decisions you have to learn how to intentionally utilize your imagination in order to both instruct your subconscious to release and let go of memories while simultaneously replacing them with new ones. You have to learn how to use your conscious, self-aware mind to direct and guide your subconscious on what to create as a new idea.

Because your subconscious operates out of memory as imaginary experiences, you have to develop new ideas as actual experiences that are vivid in sensory terms. You have to create what you want as a form a “virtual memory” that provides your subconscious with a pattern to produce natural characteristics and behaviors out of. You have to practice embodying new ways of being as a means of training your body to new behaviors. You have to give your subconscious new emotional memories and form new habits through consistent and repetitive practice.

As you let go of past memories you have to replace the void it creates with new ones, or you have to “re-imagine” existing ones to form a new experience of them. If you leave a void, your subconscious will automatically draw something in as a means of knowing what to do. The subconscious can’t make decisions as to what to use as a means of creating and relies solely on memories as habitual patterns and tendencies. It’s “seeded” with suggestions from the conscious mind that it then converts into a reality in the imagination and uses for creating an outer reality of the same nature. The subconscious is symbolic in nature, which means that all imaginary experiences intentionally produced as a desire for creating as an outer reality, are utilized as thematic ideas. So it won’t produce the exact same reality the way you imagined it, but rather adapt the idea to the current situation and environment to produce a corresponding version of the same idea.

Power of the Imagination

While many people believe imaginary processes are an illusion and not “real”, they’re actually the means for not only giving the subconscious direction for creating as an actual experience, but also the means by which we direct the forces of the natural world. As we think, we imagine and direct energy into the “forms” of our thoughts, giving them life inside of us. All “actual memories” are in fact created by “re-imagining” an event, and are established as a modified version based on how they’re interpreted, and consistently replayed in the imagination. All imaginary processes are how we use our conscious mind to communicate with and direct our subconscious, which uses them as “symbolic ideas” for creating as an experience of a similar nature.

Another common mistake people make is in thinking that memories aren’t created “in” or by the imagination, but are an actual recollection of objective events, that they equally interpreted in a neutral and objective fashion. Yet memories are based on how we “formed our experience” of events based on the emotional state we were in at the time and as an “interpretation”. We reform the elements of an event in our mind as the means of telling a story out of the emotion we were feeling. Then the memory is recalled and replayed in the faculty of the imagination, forming our perceptual lens as an instant interpretation, and as the means of producing more experiences of the same kind, while altering the memory to some degree every time it’s recalled based on how it’s adapted to the current situation to produce a variable. Memories are actually “living creations” of the soul itself and they consistently undergo an evolutionary process through adaptation and modification.

Due to the fact that the subconscious is emotionally motivated to perform certain actions, if we have a fear or apprehension around letting go of or erasing memories, it’ll either hang onto them out of a fear of letting go, or it’ll create an experience that’s scary, stressful, and fear based. The emotion itself “is” the directive for the subconscious to create “as” an experience. The image used is just the pattern as a process, and the emotion is how that pattern is shaped into an experience. The pattern is simply what’s used to express the emotion attached to it as the reality that invokes more of the same emotion. The subconscious naturally moves into anything that’s presented as being pleasurable, and away from anything that’s painful. So if change is presented as a hard or painful struggle of some kind, the subconscious will avoid it at all costs, and work to sabotage any willful effort to accomplish it.

The scope of this article is the process of letting go of memories and not the instruction on how to create new ones, which I have written several other articles on, and can be accessed by using the search feature on my website. If you’re feeling the least bit apprehensive or unsure of yourself in choosing to let go of your past in order to create a new you, then you should spend some time exploring the nature of your attachment to your story of the past and wait until it becomes an exciting and liberating idea. Letting go of the “known” in favor of the “unknown” can be terrifying to those who are new to the idea of conscious self-creation. There’s a great sense of security in familiarity and staying in your comfort zone, even when it’s been traumatizing and painful.

Letting go of the Past – the Process

Once you’ve decided to honestly let go of your past story and feel excited about creating yourself anew, you can start by selecting the memories you want to erase. These can either be ones that were incurred with a specific person or a certain type memories usually represented by a phase or period in your life. You want to become clear on which ones they are because it requires a hypnotic state and an imaginary process where you have to use your conscious mind to direct your subconscious on what to do. If you’re uncertain or vague in anyway, you’ll lose your thought process as soon as you become totally relaxed.

Once you’ve decided, you want to make sure you fully abstract the “life lesson” the memories held for you in terms of what they helped you to realize so you can retain that knowledge and not repeat past mistakes.

Meditative  Process:

  • Get into a comfortable position, either sitting upright in a chair with both feet flat on the ground, preferably touching, relaxing your hands on your lap or thighs, palms down; or by lying down flat on your back with your neck well supported, legs straight and feet touching and hands relaxed palms down on either your chest, abdomen, or thighs. It’s important that your spine is straight and you create a “closed system” energetically.
  • Get comfortable, then close your eyes and turn your full attention inward and start by focusing on your breathing. Take a couple of long, slow, deep breaths to relax, and mentally scan your body for any discomfort, making any adjustments necessary to produce a comfortable feeling. Then relax your breathing to a normal, rhythmic motion.
  • You want to “talk to yourself” as a means of walking yourself (subconscious) through an intentional process, telling yourself why you’re doing what you’re doing as a form of verbal instructions (directing the process involved).
  • Breathe in relaxation, exhale all tension and stress, and with each breath you feel your body relaxing.
  • Place your attention on your feet – picture your feet or center your attention on the sensations in your feet, and tell them to relax . . . then feel them relax. Once relaxed, move your attention up to your calves, tell them to relax, and feel them relaxing . . . do this all the way up your body to the top of your head, until you’re fully relaxed and somewhat unaware of your body.
  • Have a sincere and brief conversation with your body about how good it feels to relax . . . the more you relax the better it feels, and tell it that this is a “safe space” that’s created by you, and it’s okay to just relax and let go. . .  . speak to yourself with a firm yet comforting and soothing voice.
  • Connect with your higher source of power . . . imagine a sphere of beautiful white light directly above your head. Feel it’s love and warmth as a very pleasurable sensation, then mentally ask the light to enter you, or draw it down intentionally, and feel it as it completely fills your head, saturating your brain with a beautiful white light, soothing and comforting you . . . as you continue to pull it down into your throat, filling your throat area, then down into your chest . . . abdomen, and legs, and down to your feet. As you feel your body filled with the beautiful, warm sensation of the light, feel it’s protection and comfort, and reaffirm that this is a safe place and it’s ok to just let go and go deeper and deeper down . . . down into a peaceful feeling of calm relaxation . . .
  • Then picture the person (or event) the memories are associated with, and tell yourself that you’re going to abstract from your body all the energy and etheric substance or aka from the various organs and parts of your body they’re located – the body holds memory as emotion – tell your subconscious to become aware of all the sensations within your body associated with this person.
  • Place your attention on the sensations, and imagine them as a form of liquid light and visualize yourself using your hands to enter into and pull out the fluid-like energy of the emotion and memory from your organs and muscles . . . .
  • Do this every place you feel the sensations of the memory, while accumulating it and rolling it into a ball.
  • Once it’s been surgically abstracted and formed into a ball of liquid light, tell yourself to find the aka (etheric) cords attached at the heart center, and cut them using  a dagger or knife. Imagine doing it and see it as disconnected completely from all parts of your body and as a ball of light in your hands, then mentally thank this person in a sincere manner for the lessons they served to teach you, and let go of the ball sending it back out into the universe to be recycled so it can benefit someone else.
  • Watch it floating in front of you and being projected away until it completely disappears into the dark. Tell yourself it’s gone forever and bid it farewell.
  • After it’s completely gone imagine a hand whisking your energy field briskly, clearing out all residue, then seal your aura and body with a bubble-like shield of light, telling your subconscious that it can’t ever come back in and will be deflected back out into the universe. That you’re protected and safe . . .
  • Sense your body free of the emotional sensations while telling yourself how good it feels. Create an anchor for this state as a picture or word that you use that will instantly produce the state and can be fired at will.
  • Introduce the new memory you want to replace it with, associating the emotional trigger of the old memory to the new one. Wait until you get the new memory just the way you want it, and then replay it over and over in your mind until it comes automatically in complete form.  Then produce the emotional feeling of the old memory while instantly playing the new memory in its place. Do this repeatedly until it becomes natural.
  • In order to conclude the session, say to yourself . . . “and so it is, and so must it be”. And slowly bring yourself back into conscious awareness while telling yourself that you’ll wake alert and feeling better than ever . . . .

Most hypnotic processes only require one session, depending on how deep you go and how proficient you are at processes of deep meditation that utilize guided imagery, and your confidence in guiding yourself. If it doesn’t work with one session, simply repeat until it becomes permanent. Change produced by subconscious programming can often be a bit tricky to realize because it comes by simply “forgetting”. You lose awareness of the memories because you no longer think about them, and can go weeks or even months before it dawns on you that you haven’t thought about it in a long time. When you do think about the memories, you do it in a very detached and matter of fact way, with absolutely no emotion. As you realize that you haven’t thought about it for a while, you forget about it again, and never think about it unless there’s a direct association. It’s no longer compulsive or emotionally painful, and you no longer dwell in it uncontrollably.

The Holographic Principle – Our Etheric Blueprint and the Nature of Memory

All of what we call “universal principles” operate as a coherent creative process that creates on multiple scales and planes simultaneously to form what we perceive as a unified reality. One principle lays the foundation for another principle to spontaneously arise out of it as a natural growth process. A hologram is formed by taking a single beam of concentrated light and splitting it in two, and using mirrors to reflect one beam through an image where it makes an energetic impression of the image, while the other beam remains a pure light source and is reflected back into the impression of the image, forming an interference pattern out of which a three dimensional form arises. A hologram as a etheric (light essence) form is birthed through what’s called the “Vesica Piscis” or Dyad (womb of the universe) in Sacred Geometry, which is what’s called an interference pattern in quantum physics.

The One (unformed) divides and projects itself to become two (aspects of the same mind) in order to create an image (memory) of itself as a physical being. The image of itself is created in the imagination of the subconscious (inwardly) and is then “witnessed” by the complementary aspect of the conscious mind of outer awareness, and together form what appears as a single reality. The inner image acts as a kind of metaphor for producing the outer reality as a thematic pattern of a similar, yet more inclusive and complex nature. What we imagine as an “internal representation” (self-created memory) becomes the symbolic, archetypal template we use for perceiving the same idea outside of us as our personalized experience of reality. Reality itself is produced as a vibratory frequency (range of vibration) that organizes light-essence into dynamic variations of the same basic pattern.

Energetically the inner and outer are a part of a continuous “field of organized information” viewed from two perspectives simultaneously, and modified into new variations through a dynamic process of adaptation. The part (individual) contains and is constructed out of the same information as the whole. All universal ideas originate as archetypes that are symbolic metaphors that form general themes, and lend themselves to be drawn into the mind of the individual, where they’re adapted to their paradigm and modified to intuitively fit into their personal reality in a logical and meaningful way. As a higher soul, we’re always taking universal ideas as archetypes and using them to produce a personalized version that holds true to the same basic idea as a theme for creating both our inner and outer experience of reality.

We tend to mistakenly interpret universal ideas as being literal and specific in terms of the personal version created, when in fact the universal idea exists in a “potential state” as a symbolic idea out of which an infinite number of variations can be created through a continuous process of adaptation and modification by the individual mind. We’re always borrowing universal ideas as dynamic themes in order to create at the individual level. Whatever ideas we adopt, we mold in our mind to be of the same nature and likeness as we are (metaphorical pattern), and use them as the means of experiencing our self through the perception of reality we create out of them.  We become one with the idea in mind and spirit and shape ourselves energetically by way of the reality as a subjective experience it provides us with. Whatever becomes a natural part of our outer perception has been successfully integrated into our mental paradigm as an essential part of us.

What we think of as a holographic image or reality is naturally formed in our imagination through our minds ability to take an archetypal idea as a generalized pattern and shape astral light as energetic essence into the form of the idea by how we interpret it. Just as an artist takes a generalized idea and creates a new interpretation that changes how it appears through the process of self-expression, we’re always taking universal ideas and using them in new ways by adapting them to our personal model and everyday life, utilizing them as the means for creating our self and our life.

Once an idea is formed into an internal representation as a form of working concept necessary to understand it, and it’s developed further by defining it with sensory detail, it becomes a form of transparent template (perceptual lens) we “look through” in order to perceive that same idea outside of us as an inherent part of our reality. We experience it both as an inner thought form and an outer reality of the same nature, and as a result, it becomes a form of “memory”. A memory acts as a kind of metaphorical idea and thematic pattern that becomes an essential part of our energetic makeup that serves to form our perceptual lens.

Memories aren’t factual or objective in nature as a literal account of something, as many believe, but are formed in the same manner described above. Memories are formed by how we “interpret” an actual event to give it meaning that shapes the story we tell ourselves about it as our means of “experiencing it”, which we then form into a memory of it. We “reorganize” the elements of the event itself through our interpretation of it that turns it into a personal creation as a form of theme. Once formed, we continue to use memories as the means of creating our experiences by continuing to replay them over and over in our mind’s eye and using them as the means for interpreting current ideas to mean the same thing as past ideas. In this way our life takes on a general theme as our life story where we create all of our experiences out of the same handful of memories.

Our soul’s constitution is comprised of memory that forms our character and the basis for the etheric infrastructure (frequency) that organizes the inner and outer to be of the same nature as a metaphor that’s played out on a larger scale as a life-theme. Our character determines the type of story we act to naturally tell by how we live our life. Reality is formed as a material manifestation of our soul’s essence (organized information) as the reconstitution of our soul’s basic character, which undergoes a constant form of evolution by how it adapts to new conditions and circumstances forming new variations of itself as analogies. The same idea is played out in a multitude of ways based on how it’s applied and systematically adapted to what it’s being applied to, and thereby modified to produce a new variation of the same fundamental idea.

Memory can be thought of as an energetic blueprint that’s comprised of a dynamic mesh held together by etheric stresses that serve to form a etheric-double as the means for structuring our outer reality to correspond symbolically to our inner reality. The inner sets the vibratory frequency for ordering the outer to be of the same nature. We use internal representations as the means for navigating our outer reality. In order to change the outer, we have to work on ourselves to change our inner representation that’s being used to organize and form it. All reality only exists as our perception of it. All perception is born out of our mental paradigm, which is formed out of accumulated and fully integrated experiences as memory. Because all experiences are produced out of the same basic group of memories as variations, and are integrated to form a single and coherent model, our soul’s memory is formed as a singularity.

In order to change our reality we have to change our “self”, because both arise out of the same memory. In order to reform material reality we have to reform the energetic blueprint being used to shape and animate it. All physical transformation comes by modifying the memory being used as the means for creating it. We modify our etheric double (lower soul) by working on our self to alter and upgrade our memories. Just as we created all of our initial memories by how we imagined them, we can transform them by reimagining them to create new ways of experiencing the same idea. Naturally, we do this by utilizing the same faculties of the mind we used to create the memories in the first place. We reprogram our subconscious with new memories fashioned in our imagination and replayed numerous times until they become established and can be recalled instantly in place of the old ones.

The True Nature of the Soul’s DNA and Bloodline as Evolutionary Self-Design

Unfortunately so many of us have been virtually detached from our true origins as spiritual beings and taught to think of life from a purely material and very limited perspective, and so we don’t realize the true nature of our own genetic makeup. Many believe our genes only determine our physical characteristics and what type of predisposition for illness and disease we’re prone to, and that our genetic sequencing is set in stone, and immutable as a result. But of course we now know scientifically that this isn’t the case at all, and that the 90 – 98% of our genetic code that we used to think was “junk”, which simply means we had no idea of what it was being used for, is actually a form of bio-quantum-computer that stores “all” memory of our perceptions created by our soul as self-produced experiences.

If we look closely at things while keeping in mind the most basic universal law of all, the “parental law of the Triad”, we know that all of life as we know it exists as “combinations” of complementary opposites that together produce a unique version as their offspring. Our DNA, like the soul itself, acts as a “medium” between the energetic and material realm of consciousness that orders and constructs the body, and is comprised of both etheric and material components as the soul entering into relationship with the bloodline of its own creation. Our DNA contains the genetic memory of our ancestors as not only physical attributes, but also their “experiences” and the dynamics their consciousness acts naturally to produce that becomes an inherent part of our psychological makeup and forms the “mental model” out of which we perceive and create more life experiences of a similar nature.

Our soul is attracted to (resonates with) the bloodline as the genetic predisposition of the same type of ancestral memory that’s “complementary” to it in nature. The memories and behavioral dynamics inherent in the family unit (genes) set the foundation as the formative conditioning necessary for the soul to create more experiences of itself that are of the same nature as the basis for continuing its conscious evolution through time. DNA is programmed with memory that’s produced as unique combinations of qualities and traits from both parents to form a new variation of both. By way of the same principle, the soul, which is comprised of memory, forms union with DNA through sympathetic resonance (induction) as containing memory of the same nature and type, and together form a new variation of similar, yet unique perceptions that it uses to diversify and evolve itself.

The soul is formed originally through a genetic bloodline (birthed into physical existence) that it becomes one with energetically and uses as the basis for creating itself through the perceptions and emotional states it forms, which become the means for interpreting life events in order to experience itself through and as them. It participates in creating and initiating the memory that’s infused in the genes themselves, and is not only an essential part of the bloodline, but makes up what we refer to at a future point as the “ancestral memory” inherent in the genes themselves. This is part of the reason people feel confused as to the difference between ancestral memory and the souls personal memory, because they’re the same thing produced by the soul at different points in time as an evolutionary process of growth and development through different times, personalities, cultures, conditions, and life circumstances.

 Memory – Universal and Personal

Confusion tends to be further compounded by the fact that we often don’t really understand what memory is, how it’s produced, and how it’s integrated and stored. The entire physical world and everything in it doesn’t exists as a fixed idea that’s common to everyone, as we have a tendency to think, but comes as a rich and dynamic form of metaphor. Ideas exist as a form of “universal theme” that’s drawn into the mind of the individual and transformed in the imagination to produce a unique and personalized version of the idea as the means of creating with it. Once the idea is modified to create as a specific object, being, or situation, it forms what becomes our soul’s memory as a “person” located within a specific point in time, with a specific personality and identity. Once a personalized version of a universal idea is created as an “experience”, it’s then transformed back into its universal status as a metaphor by the soul (which is universal in nature). In this way all memory produced by the soul of itself while in physical form can easily be applied to create in any number of personalities, locations, and circumstances to create endless variations of the same kind of idea.

For example, the love of a dog, while expressed and experienced with that specific one while in a specific point in time, is absorbed by the soul as a memory that becomes applied to a love for dogs in general, producing an intimate connection with dogs in general. The memory isn’t retained in its personalized form, but in its universal form, which is metaphorical in nature as a feeling we have towards dogs that creates what we call a “predisposition and tendency”. As the soul evolves through new bodies and personalities, it continues to feel a connection with dogs, and maybe even have favorite breeds that it feels a more pronounced connection to as a vague sense of previous relationships.

The soul is not specific to the personality of a particular body, but is developed in a way where it expresses in a similar way through a whole series of bodies and personalities through “shared memory”. Memory is not produced and stored as a whole bunch of single memories that seem somehow independent of each other, but as a unified structure that forms our “mental paradigm”. As we create our experiences, they’re naturally integrated into our mental model. All experiences are produced by our paradigm as our perceptual lens and filtering system used as the means of interpreting all the events of our life to give them a similar meaning. The meaning we give things is the unifying factor as a universal theme that shapes our experience of reality. As we produce and then integrate new types of experience as a means of diversifying, we modify and upgrade our paradigm to form a singularity.

Every aspect of our mental paradigm is congruent with all other aspects and act together to naturally support and validate each other to form a larger whole as a consistent version of reality. Through this same principle the DNA of our body is constantly being upgraded and evolved through our soul’s consciousness. Our soul’s memory is constantly being produced by our paradigm as a fully integrated series of dynamic experiences that are all self-produced and vary to some degree as the means of incorporating new information necessary to evolve our paradigm in different ways by forming new combinations as a new relationship with our “self” in everything else.

The Relationship between the Etheric and Material

DNA, which helps makeup the very cells of our body, is a combination of etheric and physical, crystalline-like substance that acts as a tuner, receiver, and transducer for intelligence of various sorts. Its etheric nature is what absorbs, integrates, and mutates to produce new forms of physical expression and manifestations. The etheric body is what forms the energetic matrix used to order, organize, and hold together the body as a “grid of energetic stresses”. This is demonstrated in DNA as what they now call the “phantom effect”, which is an electromagnetic, morphogenetic field of energy that emanates from the DNA and acts to “inform and organize” the energy around it into the same pattern. The etheric body as the invisible field of organized information that accompanies and determines physical form is what we refer to as the mind or soul, and not only acts to structure the body out of memory, but also the entire space surrounding the body. Our mind forms our perception of everything around us as well as our internal perception of our “self”, to form a singularity of complementary opposites.

Our DNA, which acts as the medium between the energetic and material, is constantly being programmed and transformed by everything around it that’s of the same frequency or pattern through the faculty of the subconscious. While we tend to view the visible and invisible as separate things, the fact is the invisible field of organized intelligence is what acts to magnetize, organize, hold together, and animate the visible, material component. The soul as the etheric body provides the energetic blueprint for constructing the body, and is simply of a different “density” than the body. The soul orders and organizes the body through “natural selection” (resonance) of DNA sequencing to produce a unique combination of a shared genetic makeup that’s a form of “conscious design” that makes the body an ideal vessel for the soul to inhabit and use to express through.

In the ultimate sense, all of life exists as vibrations that organize “essence” as astral (star) light into biological life-forms that act as a vehicle for an infinite number of different levels, classes, and types of consciousness to use in order to create through and use as the means for evolving itself to greater levels of complexity. The light essence itself has no consciousness or life of its own outside of the soul that it’s an extension of. Our DNA and genetic makeup is infused with a certain type of memory as consciousness that acts to tune it to a certain frequency where it resonates with that same type of consciousness all around it, attracting, absorbing, and integrating it, and modifying its frequency (consciousness) as a result.

The Etheric body is an invisible, fluid-like crystalline substance that evolves the consciousness of the body to be of the same nature as the soul. As the soul evolves itself by creating its own experiences, it simultaneously acts to evolve the memory programmed in the DNA itself as a family bloodline to be of the same consciousness. All of our offspring comes as a soul-group based on shared memory that forms the physical constitution to be an ideal vehicle for the soul to use in order to continue its evolutionary process of self-creation. Whatever energy we act to absorb and integrate through our perceptions influences our DNA into new relationships that alter it through constant regeneration of the body.

Our soul, like energy itself, doesn’t use material pathways as starting from one point and ending at another one, but absorbs the same “signal” in every single cell of the body simultaneously. The cells of our body, while they may seem separate from one another, are actually produced from a single cell and genetic code that undergoes a constant process of specialization and regeneration. Our body’s initial formation, which is orchestrated by the soul as its regeneration into physical form, simply sets the basis for the soul to continue evolving it through the same act of evolving itself through new types of experiences. The same genetic information is constantly undergoing a form of evolution through the integration of new and diverse forms of experience produced by the soul as a means of “creating itself”. Memory doesn’t exist as a fixed form that never changes, but evolves through different levels of diverse complexity by how the soul expresses itself while in a physical form.

This process of differentiation and specialization comes by turning off some parts of the same information as “pairs”, while turning other ones on to form new sequences that construct and operate as different parts of a singular whole. This is the same principle that the soul operates through as the means of creating itself through its own unique perceptions of what appears to be a greater whole of society and humanity. We have perceptual filters that only “see and use” certain parts of information that are inherent in the greater whole (outer reality) as a means of producing personalized patterns that function within the whole in a congruent and natural way. We’re all formed by the same “universal genetic code” that exists in all of Nature as the means of creating what we experience as a joint reality. We take a universal concept as the Earth’s soul and adapt and modify it to our individual soul in order to produce a unique version of the same overall idea.

So while we perceive ourselves as being different from everyone else, we’re actually all a part of the same universal nature or archetypes, formed into unique combinations through our soul’s will. While we all formed initially through the collective memory of the subconscious and genetic code of the earth plane, we grow and evolve ourselves in unique ways by what we resonate with and act to naturally absorb, integrate, and use to evolve ourselves to more complex forms of self-expression. The soul has the ability to self-create through self-realization, making new choices based on realizations, and willfully acting to create by breaking habitual patterns. As we employ new ways of being through active use of our will, we tune into new types of consciousness and cultivate ourselves by absorbing and integrating them. As we embody and express new ways of being, our perception of ourselves and everything else changes as a correlation.

We only change the world by first acting on ourselves intentionally to change our inner world. As we change our inner self or mind, we not only produce new experiences and memories within our soul, but also act to evolve our own DNA, which is ultimately the same thing. As we evolve our DNA through new perceptions and the experiences they produce that become memory, we influence the genes of our entire bloodline as well as that of humanity as a whole. In this way the individual consciousness that undergoes transformation through self-awareness and utilizing its will to create, serves to evolve entire strains of genes and effects humanity as a whole. As we consciously evolve ourselves to higher and more diverse forms of consciousness, we simultaneously evolve our entire species through the memory created.

Memory, which is purely a product of the relationship between the subconscious and self-conscious mind as the etheric body, is imprinted on the astral plane of the earth’s soul (outer atmosphere) where it’s available to be tuned into and absorbed by other minds of a similar nature. The group mind of the material plane usually doesn’t realize or intentionally utilize its ability to “draw down” consciousness from higher planes, and only acts to receive thought-forms of the material plane that have been formed by others. Because of this natural tendency it’s only a small handful of the most conscious souls that act to propagate the astral plane of the collective unconscious with new ideas that can be employed by those capable of acting as a receiver for them to use as the means of evolving themselves in the same manner.

Whatever level and degree of consciousness we cultivate ourselves to, which in turn acts to alter our perception of the world, is constantly being transmitted throughout the earth’s plane where it’s picked up and received by others unconsciously as feelings and thoughts that come to them out of the blue (sky as atmosphere). As these thoughts pop into their mind out of thin air, they’re perceived as being their own thoughts, and they’re developed in a unique way by the individual when they continue to think about them. As an idea comes to us (we conceive it) and we concentrate on it by continuing to think about it (gestation), we adapt it to our paradigm, modifying it, and form it as a unique variation of the same idea. It becomes our offspring as a new combination formed by blending the idea with our existing ideas of the same nature.

Our soul incarnates into a physical body whose genes and ancestral memory is comparable to ours (maybe even produced by us), and can readily be organized to produce specific traits and tendencies. This forms the basis for what we call karma as the continuation of past life experiences in a new body. Our mental paradigm as our soul’s essence that forms our inner nature as our personality sets the basis for a continued process of self-creation by expressing the same “issues and tendencies” to produce more of the same type of drama as our life experiences. As we wake-up and realize our true nature as a soul and our ability to create ourselves by how we use our mind to create our experiences, we begin acting on ourselves through awareness to grow and evolve ourselves to new and more diverse forms of expression.

Our subconscious mind, which is equivalent to our DNA, both of which operate out of memory and by absorbing and integrating whatever consciousness it exists in relationship with, is the “means” through which we grow and evolve not only our own soul, but the group soul of humanity. All our experiences are formed naturally and automatically out of memory of some form, and our mental paradigm as our mind’s structure is also formed out of memory that’s integrated into a singular memory as a metaphorical theme. When we don’t realize our true ability to create ourselves in whatever manner we choose by how we create our internal experiences of ourselves, we often create in a haphazard manner by dwelling in the past as the means of creating in the present. When this happens we simply live out of karma and continue to create more of the same type of experiences over and over, without ever becoming aware of it.

We can decide to be present, detach from the past and intentionally choose how we’re going to be in order to experience ourselves in new and more progressive ways. When we use our creative abilities to simply repeat the same experiences of the past, we fail to evolve in the most basic sense of the idea. Those who awaken and utilize their creative abilities, act to not only evolve their own soul, subconscious, and gene pool, but also act to propagate the astral field of the Earth’s plane with new memories as possibilities for creating that evolve whole sectors of humanity through the same activity. The soul and what we call reality are merely extensions of each other as a singularity.

Once we fully grasp the significance and importance of this idea, we can begin appreciating the fact that the entire human race was created by combining different forms of DNA to produce a hybrid of a multiple and diverse nature. It sheds light on the true nature of our subconscious, self-conscious, and higher consciousness as being different aspects of our nature that contain different types of memory, all of which are complementary in nature. We can realize that in order to “wake-up” and become fully conscious is to “remember who we are”. It’s to actively choose to remember our higher nature and the true creative power we have in detaching from the group mind of the collective unconscious and begin deciding for ourselves who we’re going to be, and acting “on ourselves” to embody new qualities that serve to transform us to new and higher ways of being as a unique individual of our own making.

Through self-realization we can resist the tendency to absorb and become a vessel for expressing the consciousness all around us as the group soul of humanity that ties us into its destiny as an unconscious being created by the will of others and as a replay of ancestral memory and family dynamics. We can choose to consciously tune ourselves instead to the memory of our higher nature as divine beings of a sovereign soul capable of leading the unconscious souls of the world by propagating the astral field with new memories as diverse ways of being that they draw on as a means of creating themselves to be like others and as a continued product of their past.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul and the Illusion of Time and Space

In order to truly comprehend any idea, we have to start by defining the meaning of the terms being used to describe them. While we tend to think that words mean the same thing to everyone, this is never the case, so in order to form the model necessary to comprehend an idea in a new way, we have to first define the model. Whatever conceptual model we use to perceive something determines what we’re capable of seeing. While we have a tendency to think that “eternity” means living within time and space forever without dying, it actually indicates a higher plane that not only exists outside of the time-space dimension, but as what acts to compose and orchestrate the entire lower plane of time and space as the material world of natural phenomena. What we refer to as the “soul”, which is the aspect of the “self” that’s both of the spiritual and material plane as a combination, doesn’t exist in the most fundamental sense “as” an actual entity that’s located at a specific point within time, but rather as the “memory” that couples with the body that’s a part of the time-space plane, that it then “inhabits” as a means of creating experiences of itself. What we refer to as “soul essence” is memory as an organized field of information that forms the material world as the reconstitution of accumulated memory (karma). The soul uses the body as the means of experiencing itself “as someone specific” within the outer world of its own making that sets the stage for a certain type of drama to be played out. As it plays out a drama as a reality that provides it with a certain type of experience, it then absorbs the self-created experience as a summation when the body dies as memory of itself.

The Singularity The Soul exists in its natural domain on a higher plane that’s unified in nature as a singularity, and as it moves down into the lower plane of material reality, it divides and separates from itself to form the illusion of a self and other, an inner and outer, and a personal  and universal. The same accumulated and fully integrated memory as a singularity forms the basis for the entire material reality or both the body and it’s lifetime as a specific type of experience based on meaning. This follows the same principle as cellular mitosis where a single cell divides and regenerates itself multiple times in order to produce the cellular structure of a much larger entity as a unified whole. The same group of information reconfigured to produce all working aspects forms the same idea on multiple scales and magnitudes simultaneously. Though the body is comprised of what seems like trillions of independent cells, every cell is actually a reproduction of the “same cell”. The physical body and the environment of the body are all a part of the same idea as a smaller field within a greater field of the same nature (holographic principle). The Soul, which is of a universal nature (non-personal) on the higher plane of its natural domain, exists in multiple places and points in time simultaneously (superposition) on the lower plane of material existence which is fully created as a unified state. What we perceive as a past, present, and future, is actually all happening at the same time. While located “within” the dimension of time and space as a material being, we can’t see time as a whole event, and so we experience it instead as an unfolding that has a beginning, middle, and an end (the illusion of time). If we were viewing it from a higher dimension (that included the entire lower dimension as a singularity), we’d be able to see it in its entirety as a “single event” played out in a variety of ways from a multitude of perspectives. This idea is expressed through the saying “you can’t see the forest for the trees”. When you’re “in it” you can’t see the whole picture, but if you were on a mountain top you’d be able to see the entire forest as a single form and living entity.

The Nature of Reality, Energetic Entanglement, and Coherence The Soul exists as a single idea comprised of memory that’s organized (integrated and assimilated) into a pattern as a generalized theme. This is what forms the basis for karma which is a mindset as a certain type of character that when placed in a variety of personalities, conditions, and circumstances, still forms the same temperament, tendencies, and reconstructs their perception of reality out of the same thematic drama that tells a specific type of story. Our reality and experience of life is the way it is because of our mental paradigm that’s acting to create it. The same idea is played in the same way through multiple positions in time all taking place simultaneously. While we perceive different lives as being before and after, as a logical sequence of systematic development, they’re actually all happening at once, and any action as a change in one life, automatically produces the same change in all others because they’re “energetically entangled” (of the same nature as a single entity). The principle of Energetic Entanglement basically states that any two (or more) particles that are “born together” (cellular division and self-regeneration), then “separated” (an illusion of time and space), no matter how great the distance between them, continue to act as if they’re “one”. If you change the “state” (mental structure) of one, the other, which exists in polarity (complementary opposite) to it, changes in the same way at “exactly” the same time. They exist as both a particle and a wave (unified field) at the same time. They appear as being both located in space and as having no location in space, but existing instead as the “space itself”. The seemingly different personalities of the Soul exist in a coherent state as the same “internal nature”, type of person, and vibratory frequency. The “idea” of time and space as a perception of reality is an illusion in the most basic sense. The entire physical plane is created by the same idea (the collective unconscious) as a pattern (vibratory frequency) for reality. The Soul not only exists as the individual and the entire outer environment of the individual, but as multiple individuals within multiple outer environments that are all simultaneously located within the same space-time continuum that’s perceived as being “past, present, and future lives” of the same eternal soul. The same character and type of drama are played out simultaneously in multiple personalities and places, and are all connected at the subconscious level where they continue to act as one entity through a coherent state.

Soul Modification and the Nature of Choice and Free Will Our Higher Soul exists in what we can think of as a purified state on the Higher Plane of its own domain, where it hasn’t merged with a material body yet. As it moves into the lower material plane, where it has to divide from itself to produce the illusion of another, it “chooses a body” that’s comprised of compatible and corresponding “genetic memory” that will act to cooperatively produce the same type of experiences as the memory of the Soul. The genetic memory of the body has been programmed with the qualities, characteristics and experiences of its ancestors, which have expressed as “family dynamics” by all who share the same type of memory (subconscious programming) as a predisposition that forms natural tendencies. We don’t necessarily “choose our family and life conditions” as a conscious and deliberate process, but rather through a form of “natural selection” as being of the same “nature” as coherent memory and “life programming” as behavioral dynamics. As our Soul merges into and energetically blends with the personality of the body, where it “takes on” (inherits and acquires) the genetic memory of the family bloodline, and merges it’s accumulated memory with that of the body’s ancestors. The DNA of the body not only contains the memory for producing the physical characteristics that give the body it’s appearance, general makeup, and physical abilities, but also all the “high impacting experiences and trauma’s” of the parents, who inherited them from their parents, who inherited them from their parents, and so on down the line for many generations. These unconscious memories as our genetic predisposition forms the basis for what we call our “lower soul”, which is of an “animal nature” and forms the basis for our personality and formative conditioning, all of which are created out of what is primarily an unconscious state. This idea is expressed in the saying “the sins of the Father are passed down to the sons for seven generations”.

This genetic memory that we acquire from our body is what gives us our emotional tendencies, animalistic passions and desires, unconscious compulsions, and forms our instinctual nature. Because we share the same memory and predisposition with our immediate family who expresses them through family dynamics, we’re “conditioned” with the same dynamics as behavioral patterns that are the basic model set into place for our karma. The Higher Soul resonates with the memory of the body because it’s ideal for producing and acting out the same type of experiences as the means of “creating itself”. As the Soul mixes with the emotions and instinctual nature of the body, its “contaminated” and altered from its original state, and requires the use of its creative power of choice and will in order to overcome and mentally direct the passions of the body. As the Soul enters into the dense (unconscious) matter of the body, and acquires an emotional nature that’s designed to produce activity without a thought process or conscious decision made out of a sense of “self-awareness” and objective thinking, it gets caught up in the “illusions” created out of the emotions which take control of all thinking and imagining, and it can get lost, forgetting almost entirely who and what it actually is. The illusions created out of the unconscious state of the personality set into play the challenges and obstacles the Soul must overcome in regaining its authority over itself by remembering who it really is and the power it possesses to be self-determined. The Soul forgets its origins and true identity and engages fully in the illusion of its own creation as a way of self-creating within the drama of its own making.

Observing the Nature of the Soul outside of Time I became aware of the true nature of the soul and time not through study and developing a hypothesis based on a new combination of ideas, or by evolving currently held ideas, but through direct experience that came by engaging in a dynamic series of hypnotic past life regression (PLR), and conducting past life regression sessions with others (I’m a hypnotherapist). What I found was a bit mind-boggling at first, as it defied everything I had been taught up to that point and made no sense to me at the time, and so it took me a while to understand what they were showing me. The experiments I formed out of them as a way of exploring the implications produced even more startling evidence that everything I had been taught about the nature of our soul and reality was based on a false premise, and therefore was false also. These ideas will probably never be fully accepted by conventional science because it requires merging natural phenomena with invisible forces and fields that are acting not only to organize and form them, but animate them as a dynamic drama taking place in multiple positions within a continuum at the same time. Yet Quantum Physics, which is based on observation of phenomenon rather than mathematical theory, beliefs, and preexisting opinions, is already making the same discoveries and drawing very similar conclusions. The biggest difference between my findings and theirs is that they’re using a scientific model of particles and wave-forms, and I’m using a spiritual model of the soul and the nature of reality as eternity.

All true knowledge only comes as awareness attained through the “experience” of something. Theory as a hypothesis or belief of some kind only provides the basis for applying in an experimental manner to produce the results the theory predicts and thereby “proving it” as being true and real. But often when we openly experiment with an idea without a firm set of beliefs about it, which will only act to shape and limit our experience, often what we encounter instead contradicts everything we’ve been taught up to that point and reveals instead a magical alternative that moves us instantly to a whole new level of understanding. While this new understanding can seem surreal at first, it also brings many conflicting ideas together in a way that suddenly makes perfect sense and seems to answer every question we ever wondered about that seemed like a loop-hole in truly grasping the overall truth. When this happens, a kind of “quickening” takes place as a synchronization of multiple ideas and how they’re interrelated to form a coherent and cohesive whole on a higher plane of understanding. We move from being in the forest and unable to see because of the trees, to the mountain top where we can see the entire forest as a dynamic ecological system. So everything I’m going to talk about here came as a direct experience that brought new and deeper realizations into the true nature of the soul, reality, and what we experience as the space-time continuum.

Exploring Multiple Lives The whole basis of PLR is the realization that our soul exists in many different bodies and personalities, located in many different places and points in time as the history of the collective unconscious of humanity. Through the actual experience of being someone else in a different place and time, I began developing an awareness of what “part of me as my conscious awareness” was what we call our “higher soul” that’s “eternal” in nature. I realized that this term means “non-personal”, and while it’s “in the body as the body”, it’s not “of the body”. It permeates, inhabits, and transcends the body all at the same time. It’s the objective witness that’s watching the life experiences from a removed position, involved in the meaning of the drama being played out as a series of realizations about its own nature in relation to that of humanity, yet somewhat disconnected from the emotions and personality, and the thoughts taking place in a moment-by-moment manner. The Higher Soul is always involved in the “bigger picture playing out” as the “meaning” of the moment-by-moment experiences. It’s always aware of and involved in the summation of meaning as a story-line that’s being viewed from outside and at a distance. We view it as if we’re in the audience watching it like a movie, and simultaneously within the body forming a realization about the “self” as it’s playing a role within an unfolding drama. It’s detached from the personality of the body and only inside the body looking out, using the body as the means of telling a story and experiencing itself by way of that story. It feels a lot like an actor playing a convincing role in a story by embodying the qualities and characteristics that are ideal for telling that type of story, while at the same time, realizing their only acting.

I then realized that the theme as a pattern or kind of drama being played out was the same as the one being played out in my current life in a different way. And that the person or people I was acting it out with were the same souls that were simply in a different body just as I was. We formed a similar relationship and played various roles in the same dynamic as a life theme. We were playing out the same idea as a life pattern within different bodies in a different set of conditions and circumstances, and at different points in time as what we could call shared karma or soul memory. It revealed to me in very objective terms the pattern I was acting out in my current life. Because I was viewing the same idea from a detached state, I was able to see it in a different light and immediately recognized it as the same pattern that was governing this life. Naturally the implications for healing became immediately obvious, and everything in my life that I was unsure of and always wondering about and asking for guidance on became crystal clear. I not only knew why I was doing what I was doing and what the lesson was, but what I needed to do in order to remedy it. I gained extreme clarity around what it means to redeem myself from the errors committed in the past that were born out of unknowingly participating in an illusion as a deception that replaced what I knew to be true and right. At the same time I recognized several things that I (we) was doing in what seemed like a joking or casual manner in my relationships that were actually symbolic ideas buried deep in my (our) subconscious mind as a form of soul awareness and recognition of past events. For example, I used to give my partner a hand full of herbs at night before bed to help him sleep, and he would make jokes about me “poisoning him”, and I would joke in return about it not working very well and that maybe I should up the dose. It turned out that he had ruthlessly poisoned me in a past life where we were best friends. In a past life you can recognize the soul of the other people by looking in their eyes, regardless of what their body looks like. This is why we often feel an instant connection with someone the minute we make eye contact with them. It’s the primary means of soul recognition. All attraction in the most basic sense of the idea comes from connecting with other souls that we share karma with as a dynamic that we’re ideal for acting out together.

Rewriting our own History But the truly amazing discovery came when I used the information obtained from a past life to make the changes in perception and behaviors in my current life that transformed the nature of the pattern being acted out, and set a new one into play as a different series of choices that produced a different kind of reality and experience. Once I made the corrections in the present, and then revisited that same past life where that pattern was acted out in full, the drama as my life story in that life had changed in the same way. I literally rewrote my own past history in the present, by acting to change the idea that was being played out in both lives. I naturally continued to experiment with this idea myself through other life patterns, and drew consistent conclusions each time. So I decided to experiment in the same fashion with others, where it proved to be true for them also. What seemed like a past and present was actually being conducted at the same time from different points and perspectives “in time”. I actually existed as both people at the same time. The only difference was my awareness of each personality that I was “alive in”. I was able to see what seemed like a previous life and the same pattern being acted out in its wholeness or completion and the outcome that would result. I was able to comprehend the same type of life as a beginning and end, and it allowed me to make new choices within my current life as a result. This shows us that there’s truly no “time but the present”, and it’s never too late to make changes. That our soul isn’t doomed by mistakes, but only our failure to actively correct our mistakes. We can acquire the means for correcting our own mistakes as faulty judgment by being able to see the consequences of our decisions played out to a natural conclusion. By being able to “witness the consequences of our own actions” as a life experience, we can make new decisions in our current life that will act to redeem our soul from past errors. As we correct the same pattern and tendency being played out in our current life, it’s as if those errors are erased from our history altogether.

Super positioning of the Multidimensional Nature of the Soul I then started noticing that the soul appeared to be living multiple existences simultaneously, and some “lifetimes” were taking place within the same time periods, and often even overlapped each other. The Higher Soul not only exists within a unified reality of past and present, but also in multiple bodies and personalities simultaneously. While our “conscious awareness” is based on our outer awareness of a specific location within time, when we delve into our subconscious mind and Soul memory, which is our inner awareness and the part of our mind we share with all of Nature as our “collective unconscious”, we can tap into the reality of multiple existences simultaneously, and some that often overlap each other by several years. The Soul isn’t the consciousness of a single entity, but that which animates and gives life to multiple entities at the same time that are all playing out the same type of memory as a life theme. Any changes that we make in the “shared pattern” that acts as a metaphor, influences and produces a shift in consciousness across all lifetimes and personalities simultaneously. When this happens, new ideas as realizations come to us seemingly “out of nowhere” as a form of realization, inspiration, and guidance. As we do the work to heal ourselves within our present awareness, we simultaneously heal all of ourselves throughout the space-time continuum. In this way the soul can redeem itself at any point in time where it created in error out of an illusion born out of an emotional state, and return itself to a purified state where all “memory” is transformed simultaneously throughout the unified field or greater mind of the Soul. It’s never too late to do our healing work of personal transformation. Time only exists as the present moment. All else is an illusion created in the mind.

The Future already Exists in the Present Moment Another transforming realization came when I was exploring the idea of the fact that we can transform ourselves by developing new qualities and traits in ourselves through modeling someone else who possesses the traits we want to develop. This plays off of the idea that we can only “do and become” what we can first imagine. Our creative ability to become something more or different from the character established through our formative conditioning only comes through our ability to “decide to change”, and in what way we’re going to change, then model that quality and way of being as a state of mind and behavior until it becomes natural. This is the method used for tapping into our latent potential and using it to create ourselves in new ways. Our subconscious, which is what forms our personality and all of our natural behaviors as well as our outer reality as a perception, works to construct reality out of memory. Our Soul is comprised of memory that forms a cohesive model (mental paradigm) used for constructing and perceiving reality and our “self within that reality”. In order to create something new that’s outside of our habitual memory pattern as a way of being, we have to embody it and form it in our imagination as an actual experience of ourselves that mimics an actual memory. This “virtual memory” produced in the “creative imagination” serves as a creative directive or command for the subconscious to use as a pattern for creating both an inner and outer reality of the same nature. I kept “seeing myself” as a teacher and public speaker that was very confident and knowledgeable, and I had developed a very distinct “style” that seemed to come naturally. As an artist I know that when we mentor another artist whose work we really like, and try to paint in the same way they do, it allows a form of pathway for our own style to emerge and become apparent. We always have to create a pathway as practice for manifesting a reality as a thematic idea. Yet I had never mentored another teacher, and couldn’t figure out where I was getting or producing this distinct vision I had of myself. Then one day while meditating on the idea, I realized I was mentoring myself in the “future”. That the image I constantly saw of myself that acted as a form of guidance and the purpose and dream from my life was actually a snapshot produced by a future memory.

I then realized that just as we have subconscious memories of our past life that come as mental impressions and a deep feeling of connection to an idea, one that we naturally see ourselves in and doing, we also have “memories” of the future that play out in our mind as a form of guidance. What we perceive as our future self has already been created and established before we were born and comes as a dream for our life that guides us through a pathway of constant obstacles and challenges, that serve to shape and transform us along the way. Who we “become” exists in us as our natural dream for our life that’s always acting to compel and drive us at the subconscious level to create it. This subconscious memory that we’re programmed with from birth gives us the illusion of having choice and free will within the body and personality, which actually comes as a preset memory that’s programmed into us. This memory of ourselves as a creative design for our life forms all of our predispositions, temperament, tendencies, talents, gifts, and special abilities, as well as the “karmic events” of our life and how we respond to them as the means of growing and evolving ourselves. Our Higher Self as our true Soul is the creator and choreographer of the entire lower material plane, where it simultaneously exists apart from it, while entering into it as the mind (spirit) that expresses through the body. It uses the body as the means of experiencing itself through its own creation as a certain type of story. We are the author of our own story, the producer and director and the main star of our own movie, and the co-star of an even greater story of the same nature all being played out simultaneously within the same outer reality as a group theme.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul within the Space-Time Continuum The Soul doesn’t necessarily live forever within the dimension of space and time, where it moves systematically in a linear fashion from one body to the next, absorbing and integrating the life memory attained from that body and point in time, but exists outside of time as the one creating reality as a form of simulation. It exists on a higher plane and uses multiple bodies simultaneously as “empty shells” (it’s the soul that gives life to the body) that it enters into through sympathetic induction while in its universal and unified state as multiple selves all living out the same metaphorical story as a life theme and type of drama. It exists at multiple points in time (unified field as a continuum) and history as a form of dynamic simulation that are all taking place at the “same time”. Each life lived from different perspectives has the ability to form new realizations and make changes based on those realizations that effect all lives in the same way simultaneously. What we perceive as the past is really a part of the present moment happening on a parallel plane, and only has the “appearance” of being the past and future, when in essence, it’s the “same consciousness” that exists everywhere within the lower plane at the same time. Time travel as we know it is a unilateral movement within the same plane as multiple dimensions based on the soul’s “timeline” as its memory of itself. While memory appears to be an accumulation of separate events, it’s actually a unified idea as a singularity that acts as a theme that can be played out in a similar fashion within an infinite number of conditions and circumstances to produce the same “type of experience and outcome“. The same pattern as a metaphorical theme is being played out at different locations simultaneously within a unified field that’s comprised of the same information. The soul “divides from itself” and separates into the illusion of a “self and another” in order to enter a physical body that’s located within a greater field of time and space as the means of experiencing and creating itself by way of working on its own memory to produce new memories that serve to tell a different type of story. Each one of these “lives” and “selves” are of the same entity as consciousness that’s comprised of organized information as “Soul memory” that forms a vibratory frequency as its “nature”, and appears to exist in several places at once, while still acting as a single entity. Change the state of one, and all the others change in the exact same manner instantaneously, rewriting time as the Soul’s history within the space-time continuum.

The Nature of Light All light exists simultaneously as a wave (unified field of information) and particle. A particle doesn’t form out of the wave as a seemingly solid and fixed form unless it’s being “observed” by the mind. It exists in a potential state of infinite possibilities (neutral and passive) until it enters into relationship with the paradigm of the individual mind, which acts on it to shape and determine it as a match to the beliefs, expectations, preferences, and memories of the person observing it. The Soul as the mind exists as both the field and the particles within the field simultaneously. All particles that are born together out of a single particle or unified system, or that become entangled through intimate contact (think of mitosis as cellular regeneration of a single cell to form trillions that produce a greater whole as a single entity), when separated, no matter how great the distance (distance is a property of time and space), continue to exist and act as if they’re one. A particle has both a solid and virtual existence at the same time, and can exist in two or more locations at the same time. What we perceive with our senses to be a solid, material object is actually comprised of light (photons) as coagulated essence in empty (invisible) space. An atom exists in its fundamental state as a “cloud-like formation of essence”, and doesn’t form into an organized system as a fixed pattern until it’s observed. It only forms into an organized and somewhat stable system when interacted with and influenced by consciousness that’s of a certain nature. It then forms an “appearance” that matches the belief and expectation of the mind that’s acting to influence it by directing how it organizes.

The mind of the Soul exists as an organized field of information as memory. This field of accumulated memory exists as a mental paradigm that’s a single entity and acts to shape matter into the same pattern as an organized structure that “matches” it as a theme. What we experience as both the inner and outer reality is a mental construct produced by the mind as a thematic pattern played out on different scales at the same point in time simultaneously. What appear to be different lives that exist at different points in time are all produced by the same organized field of information as the souls consciousness played out using different personalities as unique combinations of qualities and abilities that utilize different cultural settings as the stage for producing the same type of experiences in new and unique ways. By playing out the same story in different ways forming unique perspectives each time, allows new realizations as deeper forms of self-awareness. If you change the “shared memory” by making new decisions in one life that produces a new “type of experience” as an alteration to the story being lived, that same change takes place in all lives as a “paradigm shift”. Time itself is comprised of a dynamic series of fractal patterns as the organizing mechanism and theme for what seems like multiple lives all being lived at the same time. By changing our “inner nature” through the integration of new information as a different kind of experience in one life, we change all lives as the Soul’s timeline and history. All “time travel” is based on a “timeline” as a unified field of memory, which is what’s used to “construct reality”. When we regress backward or forward to what seem like a different point in time within the “field of the mind”, it’s all based on moving to different locations within the same unified field as a certain type of memory. Developing Clairvoyance – “Seeing the Spiritual World”

I often get asked if clairvoyance or intuition is something we can learn and develop in ourselves, or are we just born with the ability as a gift? And I usually reply . . . it’s both, it’s a natural faculty we’re all born with, that is usually chalked up to a “vivid imagination” and eventually “taught out of us”, or we suppress it because we’re being ridiculed in some way, or because it can often seem a bit “spooky”. What we refer to as the “spiritual world” or “plane of existence” is primarily invisible to the material senses, and is filled with the mental activity of invisible forces as living forms of some kind. While these forms can seem different in many ways, but the two main ones are whether or not they’re caused by an object or a being. Our “world of thought and imagination” is the part of us that lives in and is a coherent part of the spiritual world. All thought is invisible in nature and can’t be seen or felt by anyone outside of us; yet exists as real for us internally and is what acts to ultimately make up our experience of reality.

Astral Plane and the World of Formation

Our mind as our feelings and thoughts are a natural part of the spiritual plane of natural forces that acts naturally to organize “light essence” into living forms in the faculty of the imagination. Our thoughts are also the way we naturally enter into relationship with these animated light forms and act, usually without knowing it, to influence them to different degrees, causing them to morph and fluctuate into unique variations of themselves. Our own thoughts that are heavily concentrated on for prolonged periods of time with strong feelings and emotions connected to them produce “thought-forms” within this plane that can linger for quite some time before eventually dissolving. The etheric body of the human spirit is also created within this plane, and is what’s used to create the lower soul of the material body as its blueprint for formation and regeneration, also called its double or twin, and though its mortal and dies with the body, also lingers for a period of time as the soul’s apparition before disintegrating.

This plane of “light form” is traditionally called the Astral Plane in Esoteric Sciences, the World of Formation in Kabbalistic Philosophy, and has a broad range as higher (barely formed and still fluctuating) and lower (well-formed and stationary) regions within it as a “range of expression” that moves an idea from pure essence (unformed) as a universal archetype (thematic idea) to a well-formed idea as a personalization of that idea. The traditional “four elements” of the material world are what provides the primordial substance of the Astral Plane which is shaped by the mind into living forms that underlie and provide the basis for the material world as a dynamic living matrix of evolving forms.  All forms within this plane that characteristically change with our every thought or feeling, are all formed by the mineral elements and are made by humans as a “thought-form”. Those formed by the plant element change less readily in response to our thoughts and feelings, and those of animals, which have a personality of their own, change even less so.

Though the astral-etheric world is invisible, it acts to impress the mind (which is of the same plane) with distinct mental impressions that form subtle realities in the imagination. The imagination is the faculty of the mind that receives knowledge of the spirit through the astral plane of imaginary form. These mental impressions, while never solid or opaque like the forms of the physical plane, can still be quite distinct as a “feeling about something” that forms a series of mental impressions as a chain of association that connect a series of ideas through their “inner nature” and the qualities they share in common. While many of us believe the spiritual world exists as a symbolic representation of the physical, it’s actually the opposite way around.  The material plane is actually comprised of symbolic representations of concentrated energy that are formed out of the universal archetypes of the spiritual plane.

These astral forms remain in a constant state of evolutionary flow as transformation taking place based on energetic influences from all levels of consciousness surrounding and interacting with it, most of which exists on the same plane as human thoughts, feelings, and emotions. These forms have a luster and iridescent quality that’s consistently shifting and fluctuating through sympathetic resonance and the acquisition and assimilation of similar frequencies in near proximity of it. They shift and reform slightly based on how they’re being influenced or directly interacted with, which is mostly being done unconsciously through our own thoughts and feelings in direct or indirect response to them.

These energetic forms are the active primal intelligence’s of the subconscious mind that forms the Collective Unconscious of the instinctual field of Nature and are full of life and movement. Their mobility is largely due to the influence of our own thoughts and feelings, and to other causes that are beyond our control. Some of these forms are independent of the human mind and exist outside of our ability to influence them, and as a result, they act to influence us instead. Others are always interacting with us energetically as feelings and thoughts that form “in us” as a natural response to the feeling sensations we’re always acting as a receiver for that produce most of our subconscious activity. Because they operate in us at an unconscious level, we often have no direct awareness of the influence our thoughts and feelings are having on others and the world around us.

Archetypes and Thought-Forms

While all natural living and non-living objects have energy fields which are impressed with the shapes of the qualities it possesses that forms its characteristics as a form of organic patterning that are produced as a natural emanation, there are many “thought-forms” that have been created and maintained for extended periods of time by people’s emotions, instincts, passions, and so on. These man-made thought-forms are similar to archetypes as universal memory that fluently populates the astral plane and can be “tuned into” and absorbed by the individual mind where they appear in the mind’s eye much like a normal memory or inspired idea does. Through meditative observation we can realize that while our thoughts and feelings bear an influence on these man-made thought-forms, it’s only slight, unless we’re directly interacting with them. We only have a negligible effect at best on most other forms, depending on what it is that causing them.

Sensing Energy

When we learn how to reverse our normal thinking in terms of the spiritual world being symbolic of the material, and instead realize that all material form exists as the symbolic forms of the spiritual-energetic realm, we can realize that many behavioral characteristics of people are seen as an animalistic quality in the spiritual essence of their presence. So when energy is “sensed” it takes on or is perceived as the natural qualities themselves as they would exist in the natural world. They appear as animal-like, or as bearing the sensations of evil, grotesque, demonic, scheming, envious, lashing out, bitter, sulking, scared, dominating and aggressive, or as angelic like, soft, patient, calm, centered, reserved, protective, flowing, loving, and so on. The quality of the energy takes on whatever physical characteristics correspond to it. While animals always bear the energy of their species as a form of instinct, and remain somewhat consistent, humans possess many different qualities that make up their persona, and their energy is sensed as analogous forms to the natural world, and because of this, may completely contradict their physical appearance.

Emotions can be thought of as natural forces or actual entities (demons) that have a singular nature and express by creating realities that are of the same emotional nature. As we act to “receive an emotion” from outside of us through a form of transmission, it initiates a chain of association that determines what we focus on, remember and access as a past memory of the same emotion, what we think about and form into an internal representation, and how we behave and act as an automated pattern. This imagined reality creates a “thought-form” on the astral-etheric plane made up of light essence, which is what we shape in our imagination as a self-produced expression of that energy as an actual reality. The energy itself as an emotion exists in its universal form as containing endless potential for expression, that when drawn into a specific person, undergoes a whole series of modification that adapt it to the individual, and based on how it enters into relationship with the personal reality, forms into one potential and expresses “through us” by forming a corresponding reality of the same nature. The reality created through our reaction as an expression of it, amplifies and multiplies it, and we then draw more of the same emotion back into us as a memory of it.

Example – anger, while being universal in nature within the lower astral plane, is expressed in a somewhat different manner by every individual who experiences it, yet is still interpreted as anger. It comes across as anger and acts to systematically activate or trigger anger in everyone around them, all of which will express it in a somewhat unique way while maintaining the basic characteristics assigned to anger, such as violent outbursts, yelling, criticizing, belittling, intimidating, attacking, aggression, hostility, or in other cases as intense feelings of frustration, overwhelm, severe anxiety, crying, or a temper tantrum of sorts. It’s an intense energy that’s expansive and has an explosive quality to it.

While everyone expresses anger in a way that’s unique to them, the basic feeling of anger as producing distinct characteristics and behaviors remains constant as a kind of theme. When energy is being “sensed” around a person, regardless of how they appear, it’s experienced internally by activating these same qualities within us. A perfectly calm and sullen person can be raging inside with anger, which is not only “felt” by the clairvoyant, but “seen” as distinct mental impressions that are surrounding them in their mental sphere or aura. This is a form of tuning into the inner (spiritually outer) thought-life of the individual and “reading their thoughts” as impressions that are not necessarily unique to the individual as a personal creation, but rather the universal and neutral expression of the quality itself as a possible variation.

Attributes, Qualities, and Characteristics

The spiritual world is not an ethereal, hazy or an illusory replication of the physical world, but reveals itself instead as forms that are quite different. Qualities that permeate and surround a physical form are seen as the images that are associated to the qualities that form possesses and actively expresses. The attributes of the forms “match” the quality of consciousness as shapes, behaviors or processes that are being expressed through or by a physical body or entity. This is the basis for why the spiritual realm is “seen” or portrayed as “animal powers” and plants, is because certain qualities that produce specific behaviors in what we could think of as the instinctual field of the collective unconscious, which governs all of life on the planet earth, expresses through different species of animals as the form that’s associated with those behaviors as a “classification of the consciousness” that governs and produces them.

So, for example, another human who embodies and demonstrates certain behaviors are “sensed” as their animal quality. An aggressive or deceptive  person might be seen as having lion or panther-like qualities; someone who constantly complains might be seen as a dog barking or whining; a docile and meek person like a lamb or sheep. In a similar way, negative emotions being embodied and expressed are seen as attributes of that emotion; anger is perceived as jagged, sharp, chaotic, loud and aggressive energy that expands and clashes or shocks; whereas sadness is sensed as dull, vague, dark, tired energy that pulls within and almost disappears; loving emotions are very warm, buzzy and sensuous, gratifying and intoxicating, relaxing, and are attractive. When these feelings are experienced, mental impressions often rise up as thoughts of a corresponding nature, and we have a kind of translucent vision as transparent imagery, or energetic composite that forms in our imagination that’s very different in the normal sense from the actual outer “appearance” of the person expressing the energy as emotional states. Their energetic form can be a combination of animal, plant, and mineral features that are also imbued with geometric designs that hold them together, and can be either comprised of neutral colors of mostly greys, or of vivid prismatic colors that are pure and intense.

Time, Eternity, and Evolution

The “forms” of the spiritual realm, which are really personal translations of feelings in their corresponding forms, reflects the “qualities of consciousness” being projected and acted out through the physical form, and often doesn’t resemble the flesh body at all. Though the flesh body does begin to take on characteristics similar to the emotions habitually expressed, this takes time and is subject to evolution on the physical plane, which is a slow and gradual process, whereas on the spiritual plane evolution is a constant movement that transforms instantly, and moves in and out of energy that stimulates a variety of images as a flux and flow that reforms based on the qualities it absorbs from the environment, which when assimilated through a form of equilibrium as coherence, reshapes instantly as the immediate expression of the new vibration.

Time doesn’t exist as a linear process within the spiritual realm, which has no sense of past or future, but remains eternally in the present, and like a growth process of latent energies coming from the inner, invisible realm to the outer (somewhat) visible realm, is an unfolding process of becoming, rather than a linear process of modifications to an original form, which only takes place through habitual tendencies developed over extended periods of time. Change in the physical world is gradual and process oriented, whereas in the spiritual it’s instantaneous and synchronistic.

In the physical realm, even the images produced by the individual mind are based on memory of some form, which while that memory may play out as vivid in our mind, usually differs significantly from the actual event that produced it. We form our own interpretation of the event as a re-presentation, where each time its recalled, it’s modified by how we use it to form a similar interpretation of our current situation to make it “mean” the same thing. Through constant recall and new applications we evolve and transform the memory throughout our life, retelling it slightly different each time, until eventually, it doesn’t even resemble the actual event or original memory.

Spiritual experience is much like a personal memory, except it doesn’t refer to the past in any way, but rather to the present and the spiritual aspects of our environment and the events taking place in the moment. These “soul-like” memories, similar to what are commonly called archetypes as a form of universal memory or holograms, don’t have anything to do with the personal conditioned memories of the body, but of the memory as a classification of standardized forms and qualities that animate them that are of the larger, universal soul-mind, which we’re always tuning into and sensing within our present situation, that serve to stimulate and call forth our personal memories as a correlation.

The Cosmic Mirror of the Imagination

When we refrain from the need to interpret our experiences, and we simply observe them with a neutral and unbiased mind, they form the same type of mental impressions as a personal memory does as scenarios or moving images that form mental impressions in our imagination. The primary difference is these mental impressions lack “meaning” (in the personal sense), and exist purely by reasons that are independent of us. The spiritual realm is perceived in much the same way as a form of invisible reality viewed in the mind, though not actually seen with the physical senses, that’s alive “within” the present situation, rather than being a form of personal memory resurrected from the past and reused to create the present as an illusion.

The mental impressions formed intuitively in the mind in response to feelings and the sensations they give rise to, is how we “perceive” (see) the spiritual within the physical. Not as a mirror image that duplicates it, but as an image that resembles the reflection seen on glass or a dark shiny surface. Yet the images themselves seldom ever resemble the physical body they inhabit and act to animate, but rather the nature of the consciousness and behaviors being demonstrated as their “inner nature”. The images are symbolic in nature as a form of metaphor, rather than literal. The idea of a mirror image is referring more to the nature and quality of the mental impressions themselves, rather than the actual image, which in spiritual terms is quite different.

Feelings, State, and the Nature of Vibration

In the reverse sense, as we are stimulated by a feeling (vibration) it naturally forms a very distinct mental image as a “reality” (pattern) that expresses the feeling as a physical form. Vibration organizes astral light as “essence” into material forms through a self-organizing mechanism in the faculty of the imagination as our higher, spiritual senses. While many of us have been taught that the spiritual exists as symbolic of the material, in reality, the exact opposite is true. The spiritual, which is pure energy in its potential state, is what precedes and “organizes” the material form as being of the same “nature” (internal consciousness that emanates a pattern).  We have to reverse our way of thinking about things.

The spiritual is the “feeling state” (vibration) that acts to produce and give rise to a correlating physical reality as animated imagery that forms composite images, scenarios, or live-events that are the processes inherent in the feeling as spiritual law. The living patterns of vibration create processes as structure and function. They shape astral light (starlight) into forms with distinct behaviors that express the principles governing them. These astral shapes are formed as variations of the same idea (archetype) based on the adaptation they undergo through the relationship they form with all other factors involved in the situation or circumstances that act to modify it to some degree as a kind of reformulation of the same fundamental properties, changing what’s emphasized and enhanced, yet, forming out of the same fundamental properties as a formulae or dynamic patterning.

Thematic Patterns and Symbolic Correspondences

When we move from thinking that the physical world is the basis that gives rise to the spiritual, which seems symbolic in comparison, and fully realize instead that it’s the spiritual as vibration that exists in its potential state as a “thematic pattern” that gives rise to the physical as a symbolic correspondence, then we can begin to understand the spiritual world through feelings that when held in a calm and open mind form into natural imagery that’s in a constant state of movement as fluctuating qualities that transform through a state of “becoming” while maintaining the same thematic form as an archetypal idea. For example, if we hold the archetypal idea of a lamp in our mind, and we’re simply present with that idea, we may form impressions of all sorts of different types of lamps, yet they’re all still a “lamp” and they all represent the same type of idea.  As we hold an idea in our mind, a form of free-association as a chain of associated ideas naturally unfolds in our imagination as correlating and corresponding ideas of the same nature.

An archetype can be thought of as a kind of universal (non-personal) idea as a pattern, living template or prototype that forms a mental impression as a specific “type of form” in the imagination of the individual, which uses it just like a personal memory to create experiences in their life that are of the same idea, modified by how its embodied and applied, not only through the consciousness of the individual, but to their exact set of circumstances and conditions. We “conceive of” an idea whole and intact as a form of insight, that we then personalize by how we think about it, what emotions we associate to it, what scenarios we apply it to in order to create it, and we reform it into a personalize version.

The idea conceived as an insight or inspiration is “pictured in the mind” in much the same way as a memory is. It appears like a reflection on glass as a see-through or translucent image. The imagery is the translation as an interpretation from pure feeling to a full-fledged physical reality as a mental construct or internal representation. We modify the original idea by how we apply it to our current life situation that presents it to us in a new way as a modified format or configuration. The basic idea being used as a theme for creating is modified through the process of adaptation that serves to reform it.

The feeling that we get that are present in any moment as an emanation of the energies involved, when we create an open space in our mind for the feeling to take hold within us and rise up in our mind as a living scenario or animated form within our imagination, reveals to us the nature of the energies as the forms their vibration naturally creates. These symbolic forms are the expression of the “qualities of consciousness” acting to birth them as realities on the astral plane of mental formation. All vibration has a pattern inherent in it as a theme along with a self-organizing mechanism that shapes essence into forms in the faculty of the imagination in a spontaneous and involuntary manner.

The imagination is the faculty of the mind that shapes astral light (plasma) as infused essence (electrified) into forms as the expression of the vibratory frequency it’s programmed with. The vibration as movement (life-force) organizes and structures light – the astral remnant of movement between two poles that form dimension – and a matrix of tension (electromagnetic field) that hold everything into fluctuating, shimmering, lustrous patterns. These patterns as shapes translate into living realities of the physical plane. The physical plane is produced, maintained, and governed by spiritual laws, which are the energetic intelligence’s as information that form and express as properties that naturally undergo certain types of processes and form natural behaviors based on the chemical properties of their form and the level of consciousness equated to it.

The Field of Potential and the Particle of Existence

The spiritual world and the physical world are extreme aspects of the same plane comprised of multiple dimensions where pure consciousness as a wave-form containing billions of potential is drawn down through the planes and into physical reality as the expression of the information inherent in the wave-form. As it’s drawn down into an individual mind, the wave-form collapses around “one” potential as a possibility that’s used to form a single personalized reality. That reality then forms into a personal memory through the unique expression of it, and is then drawn back up the astral planes where it’s returned to its universal state as an archetype or pattern or generalized idea. This general idea as a kind of theme and basic form can then be used to create more experiences through using the memory as a general idea or template for creating more experiences of the same nature. All reality as an “experience” is shaped by the meaning it has for the individual receiving and interpreting it that evolves it through a series of modifications by how it’s adapted to fit a new set of conditions or a unique set of circumstances.

This memory (whether universal or personal – because one is used to create the other) when used repeatedly to perceive reality, creates a field of energy (consciousness) as an electromagnetic field that habituates it into a fixed pattern. Once it becomes a habitual thought process it acts as a theme for creating our life story by solidifying it as a thought-form (memory that’s used to create more memories of the same nature). This idea, once concentrated on by replaying it over and over in the imagination as a way of interpreting other ideas to mean the same thing, is cast into the astral light of mass consciousness as a fixed form, where it becomes a form of substitute for an original thematic idea as an universal archetype, and can be tuned into, accessed, and received by other minds who are of the same nature (frequency), who then also use it to create in a similar fashion as a basic life theme. In this way, archetypes are not only evolved constantly by how they’re applied and modified, but birth new archetypes through the same method as a form of genetic (information) modification (re-configuration).

The world of thought-forms as a form of collection or accumulation of archetypes evolved by humans through various applications and personalization, is also what we refer to a mass consciousness or the “instinctual field” of the collective unconscious that produce natural behaviors that are conceived of unconsciously. This unified field of imprinted information is also referred to as the “Book of Life” or “Hall of Records” where every action (as a new vibration) is “recorded” (impressed) in the Akashic Field. These terms are all referring to the same idea, and is also the basis for the modern scientific discovery of morphogenic and torsion fields that act to populate the field of human instinct with subtle energy as the ghost-like, invisible energy that’s constantly being transmitted and received by like-minds, and serves to produce distinct physical properties as qualities and characteristics that produce behaviors as the expression of those characteristics.

Unconscious ideas are natural thought processes that form basic behaviors that are thematic in nature and natural to us. These are ideas that we didn’t acquire through awareness or intentionally as a deliberate act, but that “came to us” without our direct awareness (naturally). These thought-forms are imprinted within the soul-field or astral plane that we tune into and draw into us as natural and automatic thoughts that we begin expressing by creating experiences as internal representations that form the basis for creating our personal memories out of. These universal ideas that populate our internal awareness become themes that govern our whole life because we continue to use memories of the past to create more of the same type of experiences in the present, usually without ever realizing that that’s what we’re doing.

Accurate and Objective Perception

One of the most basic mistakes we make in forming intuitive perceptions comes when we feel the need to interpret what we’re sensing by making it “mean something”. As soon as we start telling ourselves a story about what things mean, we move it from a neutral and universal status into a “personal creation”. The active component of our mind as the “story-teller” is always interacting with energy to reform it and change how it appears. As we think about something we change how it appears to us. We start making it about us instead of about the person, object, or situation that it’s a part of as their (its) internal nature. This is how we are always acting to “shape others to be like us”. Things only mean what we say they mean. What something means to us may be very different than what it means to the person demonstrating or emanating it. So in order to accurately perceive intuitively we have to resist the natural tendency to want to interpret it to make it mean something.

The most natural way to form a truly neutral observation of something is to form a detached perspective, where you dissociate from it and take on a passive form of observation called “witnessing”. The mind has the natural ability to influence and shape energy, and when in an active state of interpretation, it changes how things appear, distorting and corrupting it to fit its own needs and beliefs about it. In order to “receive information in its original and true form” we have to subdue the active component of our “thinking and storytelling mind”, and enter into a passive state where we observe it without any need to change it. We have to relinquish any needs, desires, or judgments we have regarding it.

As we create and maintain a calm sense of inner peace and detach from everything around us while taking on a perspective of simply observing it from a neutral state, we can begin seeing things as they truly are apart from us. As we take a position of simply witnessing something without needing to make it mean something, we begin seeing others and the world around us with new eyes. The witnessing faculty of the mind that simply observes things from a neutral state is the same faculty we use in order to act as a “receiver” for higher knowledge that comes to us only through meditative states where we simply act to absorb an idea and allow it to unfold within us without the need to “act on it” (interact with it) to change it in any way. This is the basis for the idea of being a “purified vessel” that’s necessary in order to conceive of higher knowledge without corrupting it to personal means.

The Nature of the Soul – The Kabbalah Tree of Life and the Process of Self-Creation

The Kabbalah Tree of Life provides us with a symbolic diagram for understanding the true nature of our soul and how we can consciously create ourselves through the understanding and utilization of universal laws. It’s created as a hierarchical structure of “spheres of consciousness” as “states of mind” (Monads) that move an idea in a purely potential state into an actual expression of reality by steady imposing limitations of various sorts on it as it descends from higher to lower planes that are all a dynamic and cohesive part of the same coherent reality. The human soul is represented by the central sphere (Tiphareth) that’s located on the central pillar of the Tree, and acts as the “medium” between the higher world of Archetypes as an idea in its potential (unformed) state, and the lower world of active expression where the archetype manifests as a specific entity within a reality of the same nature and with the same likeness.

Like all metaphorical ideas that are symbolic in nature and require interpretation in order to be understood, there are as many ways to interpret the Tree of Life as there are people interpreting it. And while general ideas apply as a form of overall theme that governs the nature of the interpretation itself as an intuitive form of reasoning based on the organized structure itself, the process of interpretation comes by way of a constant form of limitation that’s placed on a universal idea as adaptation to the individuals model of the world, level of esoteric knowledge, personality and identity, maturity level, and the conditions and circumstances of their life that they conform it to as a way of forming an internal representation of it as a working reality. As an idea in its potential state is brought down the planes from a universal state to a personalized expression, it’s modified by the individual mind into a new form.

All spiritual development as a higher form of consciousness (which means it’s “creative” in nature), comes through direct experience of an idea as first formed in the mind’s eye as a working concept by the individual as a form of “embodying it”, which provides the subconscious mind of the body with the means for using it to express and create as an outer reality. Higher consciousness always comes through a form of self-creating as an “individual”, whereas lower consciousness comes as a lack of individuality where spiritual doctrine is interpreted for us by another, and we simply “accept it” as gospel, so to speak, and live our life out of dogma that strips us of our true ability to create ourselves in a unique way. Our higher capacity of the mind and soul is our “creative ability” to form ourselves out of our thoughts in a unique fashion through a process of adaptation and modification. The interpretation I’m about to give is just one of many possibilities, and is not meant to take literally, but rather as the means of initiating a natural process of intuitive unfolding in your own mind. Words can never truly describe or express the nature of the divine, which can only be known through the direct (inner) experience of them, and are only approximations of an idea.

The overall Structure as a Creative Process

The first thing we want to notice is the basic structure of the Tree and how it’s laid out in terms of representing different aspects of the same principles at different “levels of creation”. The Spheres of the Tree are positioned on three pillars where the central pillar is longer and ascends to a higher level and to the lowest level as a singular or equilibrated form. The central pillar is the pillar of equilibrium, and the two side pillars represent the masculine and feminine aspect, which when brought into harmony form a functional third. All spheres, whether single or double, are positioned at different levels in a descending and ascending orientation, and represent different planes as the creative process for forming a cohesive reality as the individual expression of a universal idea. The overall Tree is formed by a series of Triads as the “One” that divides itself into complementary opposites as it descends, then brings those opposites into balance as a functional third that expresses as a combination within the lower plane as a process of solidification of an idea through various levels of transformation that alter and modify it into a new and unique form.

Universal Laws for Creating Material Reality

The most basic element in understanding universal laws and how they work to create reality comes in realizing that structure, as how information is organized into an idea as a pattern, always determines how something functions and behaves, and is what provides the means for creating a material manifestation of some kind. How a system is organized into an animated pattern gives us a kind of “formula” as a creative process that we can use for bringing an idea into expression as the physical reality of the idea. All ideas can only come into physical manifestation “through us”. They require a “mental channel” (sphere of consciousness) as a vehicle in order to express as a physical reality. The soul acts as the “medium” for calling down an idea (resonating and acting to absorb it) into the mind as a thought and imaginary idea that it then uses as a form of memory for expressing to create an experience of itself as a reality.

The hierarchical structure of the Tree not only moves through what we can think of as seven planes of existence (which correspond to the 7 chakras of the subtle body), but also Four Worlds, which correspond to the Sacred Name of God, represented by the 4 letters of God’s name as IHVH. Each World represents a different operation in the formation and manifestation of an archetypal idea. The 4 Worlds start at the top of the Tree as the single sphere that represents the Archetypal World of ideas in their unformed (potential) state, which then undergoes a synchronistic process of unfolding that ultimately acts to birth all the other spheres as its formation. It divides into polar aspects of Itself on the lower plane of Creation, as attributes and qualities necessary to form distinct characteristics, forming what’s called the “Supernal” or primary Triad that gives birth to the rest of the Triads on the Tree as a reflection and projection of itself.

Spheres 4 through 9, which form the four lower planes, is the Formative World, also known in Esoteric Sciences as the Astral-Etheric plane, where an archetypal idea is shaped by the mind of the individual soul into an actual physical reality as a unique variation of a universal idea. As it descends through various stages of formation, it forms the etheric body as the “energetic double” that provides the blueprint for producing as a physical entity and reality. The lowest sphere that’s singular in nature forms the World of Action or Manifestation as not only the physical body, but the entire outer reality of the physical body which is formed out of the same type of idea on a larger scale within the same plane.

The Tree of Life forms a hierarchical structure that moves a universal idea down into the personal realm of the soul (Astral Plane), which acts as a “medium” between the higher (pure spirit) and lower (material) planes, where it’s then used as the means for the individual soul to create itself by creating an experience of reality. The human soul, which is multidimensional in nature, uses various universal archetypes as the means of producing a “new and unique archetype” as a novel combination of universal qualities and characteristics. It takes (acts to absorb) a universal archetype as an idea of itself, and through a dynamic process of adaptation through various planes and degrees of existence, consistently modifies it into a new form of the same idea that’s bestowed with a new combination of qualities that produce unique characteristics, producing an “imaginary (inner) reality” of itself that becomes the basis for experiencing as an actual material reality. The soul “pulls an idea down” (resonates with) from the upper planes to use as the means for self-expression within the lower planes in order to create an experience of itself that it then transforms into a memory as the basis for creating itself. The soul forms itself out of various forms of integrated and assimilated memory from a unique variety of experiences that are all self-produced.

Mirroring and Reflecting

If you study the nature and structure of the Tree, you realize that as it moves in a descending manner from the upper most regions to the lower regions, it does so through a dynamic series of reflecting itself as a mirror image onto the lower plane, forming a series of Triads as energetic imprints. A mirror image is a direct reflection that’s of an opposite or polar nature to the original one that’s casting it. As we look in the mirror, we’re always seeing a reverse image of ourselves, where what appears as our right side is in reality our left side, and vice versa. We’re always seeing ourselves backwards from how everyone else sees us, and so we’re never able to “see ourselves” as we truly exist in the purely material sense.

This reveals the fact that the micro and macro are of the same nature as complementary opposites of each other on both the upper and lower planes. This same principle holds true in a linear fashion on the same plane as the inner and outer reality of the material world being of a complementary nature to each other. The same pattern forms both the upper and lower world of the soul and its material manifestation on the lower planes as the inner reality and outer experience of the same nature or idea. All are produced as a reflection and projection of the “self” on different levels and planes of existence simultaneously. This idea is represented in Sacred Geometry by the Monad (sphere of consciousness), symbolized as a dot within a sphere, where the outer reality is formed as an extension or projection of the central (inner) consciousness producing it as a perception of it. This is also symbolically represented by the “compass and square” as a 90 degree angle (L shape) that’s used by the mind in constructing the material world.

In quantum physics this is observed as the nature of light (the essence of matter as photons), which exists simultaneously as both a particle and a wave, and where two particles that are “born together” (of the same nature as a replication), that form the “appearance” of a single particle in two locations (Dyad), when separated at what seems like great distances, still continue to operate as if they’re “one”. They exist as polar opposites of each other located within the same wave-form of the material dimension as both an individual and the greater reality of that individual (Monad). Where “time and space” of the material plane exists as a “memory” created and maintained within the mind of the soul. Where an idea is absorbed and brought to life internally that forms the perceptual lens for perceiving as an outer reality of the same idea as a life theme.

Paradox and the Nature of Polarity

At the top of the Tree, a single sphere exists that acts to divide and separate from Itself as it descends into the next lower plane, forming itself as polar opposites that are complementary in nature (they act to stimulate each other into existence as an active memory).  This forms both the masculine and feminine aspects of the same idea or archetype as the spirit within a physical form. This same principle forms the basis for all of life as cellular regeneration, where the same cell forms a replication of itself as the means for self-regeneration by “dividing”, then systematically “doubling”. A single cell acts to produce all of the cells that eventually form a much greater “unified whole” as a material body that’s of a single nature. This whole material body, which appears as trillions of individual cells that have all differentiated and specialized to form all the unique and diverse working parts needed to produce a greater whole as a functioning organism, are actually the offspring of a single cell and pattern of organized- information, that together operate as a single entity, represented by the mental sphere on the central pillar of equilibrium.

Once the Supernal (Trinity) is formed in the upper plane of the Creative World as an Archetypal idea imbued with specific attributes and qualities as a “state of mind”, it “reflects itself” down into the next lower plane of Formation in a unified state on the masculine pillar of activity. As it moves from a higher plane to the next lower, it forms a zigzag movement similar to a lightning bolt that moves it from a combined state of equilibrium into an active state that reshapes, transforms, and evolves it into a new form that then reproduces on the next plane in an equalized state of harmony. As memory (archetype) is activated by directed attention as the stimulating force of consciousness, it’s drawn down into the personalized plane of the individual soul (plane of Astral Light) where it’s shaped in the mind’s eye into an actual possibility for creating as a reality. This is the sphere of Chesed, as the fourth sphere on the masculine pillar, that’s a combination of the previous three that act to birth it, that forms the first mental operation on the lower plane of Formation, as a memory formed into a possible reality in the “imagination” of the individual soul.

It’s then shaped in the imagination as a form of universal memory that’s been specialized into a new and diverse form where it forms the inner constitution (inner nature) and all activity (outer expression) of the individual soul as a natural process of self-creation. The memory turned into an inner reality of a specialized nature, is then projected within the same plane (horizontally) as the masculine, outer aspect of the same reality. This is the mental operation as a projection of the “self” on the same plane (Sephirah (sphere) of Geburah) as the soul’s inner constitution also forming the basis for the outer reality constructed out of the same memory. The feminine of the higher plane, which is a combination as a unification of the masculine aspects, forms the masculine aspect of the lower plane as an “active state”. The imagination, which is generally considered a feminine aspect as an operation of the subconscious mind, is the active component in the lower planes of manifestation, and the masculine aspect as the perception of the outer world, normally attributed to the self-conscious mind of activity, is the passive component within the lower planes. The masculine and feminine aspects exist in polarity between the upper and lower planes, and form a fundamental paradox that’s always at play within the material world of formation.

Together, as a unique formation of archetypal memory, it returns to a unified state as it moves down into the next level (center of the Formative World of the Astral plane), and forms the basis for the “human soul” (Tiphareth) as a functional whole, which then divides from itself to form the subconscious mind of the subtle body on the lower plane (Netzach), which then separates from itself again to form the self-conscious mind (Hod) of the same plane. The Soul creates the entire lower astral realm through the faculty of the subconscious, which creates out of memory to produce both the inner and outer world of manifestation as a mental construct of itself on different scales. The subconscious then acts to birth the self-conscious aspect of the same mind as the ability to witness and experience itself through the observation of the external world produced by the projection of the internal world. Together, the subconscious and self-conscious produce a “unified whole” as the etheric body of Yesod, which acts as a blueprint for producing as a physical manifestation of both the body and its entire outer reality, all of which are all formed out of the same memory being played out on different scales simultaneously as a unified whole.

Structure and Function as the Nature of Karma

The Tree is structured out of three vertical pillars (threefold nature of the mind, soul, and reality) that sit side-by-side that forms movement as a division and unification that form a self-perpetuating and self-sustaining system of self-regeneration. The pillars form the basis for polarity as both the feminine and masculine aspects of the same plane, formed out of or returned to an equilibrated state as the basis for the next plane that issues forth from them in a synchronistic and automatic fashion as a process of spirit “becoming” material form. The masculine aspect forms the “seed” as the archetypal idea that impregnates the feminine aspect as the memory used to organize light-essence into an equivalent material form as universal memory that acts as the basis for producing the “self” as the soul and the outer reality of the soul as the experience of itself in-form. The masculine pole represents the active, outer or greater reality as a pattern that is drawn into and acts to impregnate the feminine aspect that creates it as a material form that serves as the basis for producing a virtual or universal memory.

The single sphere of consciousness at the top that initiates the process is a universal archetype (comprised of a combination of 12 aspects to form a single idea) that’s imbued with all the attributes, qualities, characteristics, and functional tendencies that form the basis of reality as the natural “story” it tells as a form of personal mythology of the soul inhabiting it. The archetype contains in its latent and potential state all the information and self-organizing forces necessary to produce a coherent and cohesive reality as the enactment of soul memory that forms “karma” as the basis for reality as the soul’s life experience through the story it naturally acts to tell through its personality played out within the conditions and circumstances of its current life situation.

The upper Triad is reflected downward into the lower plane of Astral-Light in its dual nature, which then serves to form an even lower region within the same plane as the unification of its polar aspects. This unified field as a sphere of consciousness within the lower regions of the astral field forms what we commonly think of as our “Higher Self” that’s active as intuition within the material plane, and is what serves to organize and orchestrate the entire lower plane of material reality as the basis for the souls karma (creating reality out of memory). This configuration forms what looks like an upside down triangle or Triad oriented in a downward motion. Out of this sphere emerge dual aspects into an even lower region of the same plane as the subconscious mind that will form and inhabit the material body, and give birth to the self-conscious mind as the masculine aspect of the same nature. Together, these two aspects of the mind and soul produce a unified whole as the “etheric body” that acts as the holographic template for structuring and animating the physical body of the material realm, and is reflected downward into the lower plane as a reflection of its unified state as a single sphere of consciousness.

The Fall of the Archangels to form Humanity

On the central pillar of equilibrium there are five spheres as levels of consciousness, four of which are visible as actual laws, and one invisible as the “void” or quantum leap from a higher realm of existence to a much lower realm of material manifestation. The three visible spheres (Kether, Tiphareth, and Yesod) that exist within the unmanifest, purely mental realms of organized energy as equilibrated states, are commonly referred to as the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost of the Trinity, and the manifestation of the Supernal represented by the Tetrad as the Holy name of God, comprised of four letters that are really three letters where one is repeated (IHVH).

The invisible sphere (forming the 11th sphere), which exists in-between the highest Triad and it’s reflection into the Lower regions of the Astral plane, called “Daath” (death), is symbolic of the “fall of the angels” (Archetypes as gods) to form mankind. It’s the movement of the higher principles into the lower vibration of the astral plane of form, where an idea that’s “pure in nature” combines with an element of a lower plane, being contaminated and corrupted from its original form in order to produce a personalized version of the same idea as a unique variation.

What we think of as the Human Soul, represented by the central sphere of Tiphareth, or the “Son” of the Trinity, acts as a medium that vibrates at a frequency that’s in-between the higher and lower planes, and therefore acts as a “medium” necessary to access and “draw down” the higher consciousness of the upper plane while serving as the means for forming a personalized version by becoming the vehicle for expressing it within the lower plane of manifestation as the means of “self-creating”. The higher plane of the Supernal (upper most triad), and the lower plane of material manifestation vibrate at such different frequencies that they can’t resonate with each other, and so require a medium as a middle ground that vibrates at the lower region of the higher plane and the higher region of the lower plane so it can act as the channel or vehicle for archetypal principles to manifest as material forms of varying degrees and natures. And likewise act as the means for the memory obtained from personal manifestations to be returned to a universal state as the archetypal make-up of the soul. In the name of God represented by the Tetrad (different names of God indicate different operations), the H (which bridges together two I’s), is the second (Son as the human Soul) and the last (actual manifestation) letter of the name as the manifestation of the soul’s consciousness. All physical manifestation is of the human soul as “God made manifest”. The “I Am” as an actual entity and experience of the “Self” as an aspect of God.

Soul Memory and the Journey of Self-Creation through the Space-Time Continuum

The true nature of what we call time and space as “material reality” is elusive in the ultimate sense, yet quite obvious when we really look at how we form an experience of it. The problem tends to come when we imagine that both time and reality is something that exists apart from us and not dependent on our perception of it. Yet, if we really look at what it is that creates the “experience” of time and space, we can realize in the most direct sense, that it’s formed exclusively out of “memory”. The entire material world is consistently constructed and reconstructed moment by moment out of memory of some kind relived in the imagination. Things only “exist” as they’re “perceived” in the imagination by remembering them. Without the memory of something, it can’t be thought about and relived in the mind’s eye as existing outside of the present moment.

DNA, which is what’s used to form the entire material world, carries memory as information that it uses for organizing matter into a specific formula for constructing and animating a physical form. The “organizing force” comes as an active life-force that enters into DNA as a single cell and activates a process of regeneration and specialization that systematically constructs a whole living being. This life-force energy organizes memory in such a way that it creates a specialized being of a certain species, while giving it a somewhat unique personality, that has its place in the natural order of a larger Eco-system, all of which is constructed out of the same primary group of information that’s organized into different formulas as variations of the same overall pattern. It creates the body with certain attributes, qualities, and characteristics that produce natural abilities, behaviors, and tendencies.

DNA, like the mind itself, is what forms the physical body and personality as an “ideal vehicle” for the soul to inhabit out of “shared memory” that’s of the same nature. The mind re-informs the memory of the DNA of the body by acquiring and integrating new types of information that it integrates as experiences as a reality that form new memory. How the body manifests and consistently regenerates itself throughout a lifespan, is based on its memory and how that memory is transformed and evolved by the mind and soul that inhabits it and uses it to express through by creating experiences. Memory is used as the means for creating all of our experiences as a regenerative process that produces more experiences and memory of the same nature and kind.

The higher soul of the human being, which has the ability to self-create, is formed as an “identity” that’s also formed out of accumulated memory as self-produced experiences of itself, and “matches” the memory of the personality and body, making it an ideal instrument for the identity of the soul to incarnate and create itself. An “artist” as a kind of person, is of the soul, whereas the dexterity, desire, and natural abilities are of the body and personality, and together they create a “coherent experience” of the “self” as being an artist of some kind. The soul can either choose a body (memory) that facilitates its identity in a harmonious way, or that produces challenges to creating that identity that must be overcome in order to achieve that identity as an experience of itself. The soul creates itself by telling a certain “type of story” that has a twist to it that alters the nature of the telling.

Our “story”, which is how we create ourselves, is completely based on and constructed out of memory. The “past” only exists in the present through our memory of it. We restructure the present out of memory of the past, producing a consistent experience of reality. If we lose our memory of the past we don’t “know who we are” because we can’t reconstruct it in our mind’s eye as the story about our self. The “self” is a creation of the soul as an “idea” that it plays out within our current life conditions. Who we “become” is based on how we create our experiences of the events of our life that form our memories of our self. Memory as a certain identity (archetype) couples with the memory of the body (ancestral) and personality to produce more memories of the “same nature” as a unique variation that’s formed by adapting and modifying it to a new set of circumstances, altering it to tell a somewhat different type of story about the same “kind of person”.

Universal and Personal

What we refer to as the human soul, which is bestowed with higher capacities of the mind to self-create, acts as the “medium” between the spiritual plane of universal memory (archetypes) and the material plane of personal (modified archetypes) memory. All personal memory is produced by using archetypal ideas of a universal theme and applying it to a specific set of circumstances and conditions to produce a new memory of the same “type of idea” as a personal creation. The creative (human) soul has the ability to choose what ideas it uses to create itself, and forms a “soul-matrix” as a dynamic structure formulated by a cluster of qualities used to create experiences that then form the memory of itself “as” something specific. A universal idea is drawn down from the higher plane of pure potential (as an unformed idea) into the mind of the soul, where it then undergoes a constant evolutionary process of transformation to be reformed as a personalized version of the same idea. It’s modified through the person’s mental paradigm and as it’s being applied to a specific set of circumstances to produce experiences of a unique and personal nature.

This is the same principle as a creative process that operates instinct as the universal memory and knowledge that drives and produces all activity of the natural world from an unconscious state that’s “intuitive and automatic” in nature. Humans possess higher capacities of self-creation as self-awareness, the ability to evaluate, choose and decide, and the will to act out our decisions. We can choose what ideas we focus on, give life to inside of us by imagining them as internal realities, using to shape our character by how we form them into a story that produces how we experience of our self. The human soul has the ability to create itself from a fully conscious state through the same type of process as natural selection that governs the natural world through an unconscious state. We act to produce our own experiences out of a larger shared reality, by actively deciding what memories of ourselves we use to first produce as an experience, and then absorb and integrate back into us in order to upgrade and evolve our “model of the world” to produce a consistent and congruent story about ourselves.

Universal memory is drawn down from a higher plane through resonance and used to create personal memory of the same nature. The higher soul, which is primarily of a universal nature, then acts to transform the experience back into a universal, non-personal memory as more of a “theme” upon the death of the body. The memory of a specific “type of experience” attained while in a body and located within time and space as a “specific entity”, is retained by the higher soul as a universal idea that can then be applied equally to any set of conditions and circumstances to produce the same type of experiences. Our memory of a specific cat, for example, isn’t retained by the soul as that specific cat, but returned to a somewhat universal status as our experience of “cats in general”. It becomes a generalized memory that forms our impression of all cats as a general idea, and whether or not we like, dislike, or feel a connection with them. As the soul incarnates into a new body and life conditions, it brings a general predisposition towards cats with it, and uses it to form similar relationships and experiences of cats within its new expression of itself.

The Nature of Time and Space

What we experience as “time and space” doesn’t exist outside of our memory of it. What we call “space” is formed out of “information” organized into a 3-D, holographic form as an energetic matrix that’s constructed out of memory. All reality is based on our perception of it and only exists in our mind as a mental construct. What we experience as the objective and neutral reality that appears to exist apart from us as Nature and mass consciousness is formed in exactly the same way out of universal memory constructed within the greater universal mind on a larger scale (commonly called a “plane of existence”). This greater reality of the “collective unconscious” is produced out of the same “thematic ideas” as Archetypes that we then use to create within the same overall mental construct to produce specialized versions as personal creations of the same nature. The entire natural world is holographic in nature and is formed out of the same group of information organized at the individual level into specialized (personal) versions (patterns as formulas) that perform different operations and functions of a larger overall idea in a unique way.

Quantum Physics, Time Travel and Timelines

Quantum physics, which is the area of modern day science that’s rediscovering Ancient Knowledge of Spiritual Sciences, has demonstrated the nature of the relationship that exists between consciousness and matter, and the (individual) minds ability to “influence” matter into different versions of an overall shared idea. Through this realization as an observation (not based on belief), we also know that “time doesn’t exist” in the ultimate sense of the idea, and is actually produced out of the mind itself as a mental construct of memory. Time travel therefore is based on “timelines” of the person or object being moved back and forth in time as the reconstruction of shared memory. Where we’re able to “go” in time and what location we can go to, is based on the memory of the individual or object being transported.

The soul, which is comprised solely of memory, can only go back or forward in time based on its memory of itself, and the places it formed those memories out of. It “can’t” access realities and experiences it has no memory of. This is the entire basis for “past life regression”, and why there is confusion around whether or not the soul of the individual is really accessing universal memory, the ancestral memory of its current genetic make-up, or actual memory created by the soul itself in what appears to be “previous” lifetimes. This is because they’re all ultimately the same thing, all formed out of the same thematic idea that lends themselves to endless applications to produce an infinite number of variations. The human soul creates itself as a “unique archetype” by borrowing universal memory to transform into a unique variation as personal memory. We are all “multidimensional” in nature, and are comprised of the same primary archetypes (gods of the zodiac) formulated in different ways to produce a unique variation as the means of creating ourselves to be “god-like”.

A key discovery that Nikola Tesla made years ago regarding time travel as teleportation from one location to another within the same dimension, and demonstrated through the “Philadelphia Experiment”, was the importance of “timelines as memory”, not only of the individuals involved, but of the object or ship itself. All material objects, whether organic or inorganic, “contains” the memory used to fabricate them, as well as the memory of all events and activities it went through and that were being played out around or in them. Memory isn’t just contained in a material object itself, but is also recorded as a mental imprint in the “space” as the invisible field around the object. Every material object, whether living or not, is accompanied by an electromagnetic field of organized information as memory that’s used to structure and generate it, hold it together in a unified manner, and animate it through a specific set of behaviors and functions. As Tesla proved, if people and an object are being moved back or forth in time together, they have to be of the same timeline as shared memory.

This energetic field that exists in the empty space around us that contains an infinite amount of both personal and universal memory is also commonly referred to as the Ether, Astral Plane of (star) Light, and the Akashic Field as the Book of Life or Hall of Records. The memory of every individual, being, or thing, is contained in the electromagnetic field (auric field) that surrounds, permeates, and inhabits it, and is what acts to “inform it” as its “life memory”. These accumulated memories act to form the “timeline” of the being or object and always accompanies it as long as it “exists” as a material form of some kind. This is because memory is what acts to produce the material form. When the soul leaves the body, it absorbs all memory of itself attained while in the body, while transforming it back into a somewhat universal state, and exists within the astral plane “as” memory in its potential state.

The Spiritual Nature of Material Form

The entire material world is created through a step-down process of soul memory forming the subconscious memory of both the soul and body, and the memory of the DNA used to construct the body, all of which form a unified being of the same nature and likeness. DNA contains information as a combination of memory that’s activated and organized by an animating energy (life-force) that ultimately produces something out of nothing. Matter itself is comprised of empty space as light (photons) that’s “neutral and dead” (passive) in nature and only organized into a living form by the soul as specialized memory that inhabits it. Matter as Astral (star) Light (essence) is formed into an “empty shell” that the soul can then inhabit as the means of creating itself. The soul, which is universal in nature, locates itself within the space-time continuum by constructing a light-body as the means of self-expressing and creating itself by way of its own self-produced experiences of reality. The soul is what first produces then gives life to the body. When the soul leaves the body, it’s no longer alive and dies and eventually disintegrates.

The “spirit” provides the memory as complete patterns of information used by the soul to produce a unique and individual physical equivalent or prototype out of. The memory of the DNA in a single cell is activated and used to produce a greater physical form by reproducing itself in a continuous process of division, specialization, and differentiation. As the single cell divides and doubles, it produces numerous “aspects of itself” that all function in different ways to create a whole organism comprised of trillions of reproductions that act together in perfect unison to create what appears as a single reality. As the soul and body combine to form a unique variation of the same type of memory, they continue to regenerate forming new memory by how it’s applied to new circumstances, expressing the same idea in new ways to form new types of memory that are of the same basic nature. It “re-informs itself” through the integration and assimilation of memory that it first produces, then absorbs and uptakes to shape itself in new ways as an evolutionary process of growth and development.

Individuality of the Soul

The soul creates itself as an “individual” by how it associates and identifies with its own self-created experiences. The lower soul of the animal body, lives out of the memory of its formative conditioning and genetic constitution as a part of the group mind, and lacks any form of individuality that sets it apart from the group. When the higher, human soul lives out of its conditioning of the current body and personality that’s created from a primarily unconscious state, it simply creates a constant form of the same type of experiences over and over, while rejecting and arguing against the acceptance and incorporation of any new kinds of information that would serve to upgrade its “model of the world” to produce new perceptions that would bring new types of experiences and memories that would serve to “evolve itself” accordingly.

Anytime the soul exists as someone or something specific, it’s formed out of its own individual memory that it acted to create of itself while inhabiting a physical body of some form. When the soul leaves a body, all memory attained through that body as its “personal memory” is transformed back into its universal, archetypal state as a thematic or generalized idea. Then when the soul inhabits a new body and personality, that same memory as a form of theme, can be readily applied in a brand new way to create in a similar manner as a new variation of itself. At the death of the body, all memory is absorbed by the soul in a way that’s no longer based on how it identified with the body, but rather as it used the body to create itself by what story it served to tell by how it lived its life. The body, like the entire material realm, which is located in space and time, is produced by the mind of the soul as the reenactment of accumulated memory. Our soul memory and the reality it acts to produce is what forms the basis for what is commonly called “karma”.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul

The idea of immortality and mortality is all based on what aspect of ourselves we identify with and how we perceive ourselves as a result. The body is firmly located within “space and time” as a “created being” in a specific location as a specific personality, and is therefore mortal in nature. The soul, which inhabits and gives life to the body, exists as an “idea” that provides the “potential” as the basis for creating itself as a “physical form” that’s of a certain nature. The soul is comprised of pure memory that acts as the means for producing material form on different scales and magnitudes simultaneously. It doesn’t act to just create the body that it then inhabits as a means of expressing to create itself, but the entire physical world of the body as its reality or the “stage that sets the basis for creating as a life-drama”.

The soul doesn’t just exist outside of time and space, but is actually what “creates the illusion” of time and space. When it’s not “inform” as a body and personality, it doesn’t exist within the material dimension of time and space as a located being, but exists within the astral plane of formation as the memory (vibratory frequency) that provides the means for producing the entire physical world as we know it. It doesn’t just create the body that it then inhabits, but creates the entire outer reality that the body exists in as the landscape and setting of the same type of memory. Experiences all come as both an “internal formation of an idea” that then acts as the “perceptual lens and filtering system” for perceiving that same idea outside of ourselves on a larger scale, providing the means for acting it out as a drama of some kind in order to produce an “experience of it”.

The soul is of both a personal and universal nature, which means it’s both the smaller individual mind and the larger universal mind simultaneously. The inner (personal) and outer (universal) world are reflections and projections of each other, and just as universal memory is used to produce personal memory, the outer reality that the soul “lives in” is also produced by it through its universal nature. The entire material world as we perceive it is a product of our soul’s memory as the means of self-expression and self-creation. As we express outwardly creating an experience, we form a realization of ourselves through and as the experience. The human soul and mind exists within the astral plane of Formation and is what constructs the entire 4-dimensional world out of memory as the means of perceiving and experiencing itself in order to create and transform itself through a self-perpetuating process of growth and development.

Programming our DNA – A Practical Interpretation of Scientific Observation and Data

The recent discovery made by science through the “Genome Project” was that the 90% of our DNA that was labeled “junk DNA” (which simply means they have no idea what it’s for) is actually a form of cosmic computer that acts as a receiver and transducer for energetic information, and as an incredible means of storing and metabolizing memory of various sorts. It contains the memory of not only the entire family history of the genome in terms of physical characteristics, but also the memory that forms personality traits, natural tendencies, and as an accurate recording of ancestral experiences that were emotionally intense in nature. Along with this it also contains the memory of the higher (human) soul that’s bonded to the body, which is of a similar nature to the memory of the body itself. Through a dynamic combination of genetic memory and soul memory a constant transformation of consciousness is taking place by how they act together to create current experiences out of a dynamic matrix of mental filters of the past.

What we call our mental paradigm is formed from the dynamic interaction that takes place between multiple levels of memory that are integrated into a cohesive whole that forms the information structure of the current mind as a model and perceptual lens that’s used to process information and create how we experience the events of our life to produce new memory that’s of a similar yet varied nature. Just as we use the memory of our (current) past as the perceptual filter and means of interpreting the present to mean the same thing, we use the accumulated and integrated memory of our genetic bloodline and higher soul to produce our initial personality which forms the foundation for creating ourselves through an evolutionary process that acts in much the same way instinct does. Our DNA operates according to the same principles as the mind and soul, and though we are created in the physical sense according to a generic template of active information that gives us our characteristics, predisposition, and tendencies as a form of foundation, we are constantly re-informing our DNA through how we create our life experiences, producing memories.

Grammar Rules and Syntax

We know that DNA works by way of the same principles that govern both linguistics and Meaning. DNA is programmed (informed) by the same principles as the conscious, self-conscious, and subconscious mind. The spoken word forms an image in the imagination of what the word means. All reality is called forth in the imagination through words as language that has meaning. Hypnosis and suggestion, which are the natural means for programming the subconscious, works by whatever words we hear, we imagine as a material reality or form. We create the reality of the suggestion as an internal representation that becomes the means for perceiving the same idea outwardly and for producing the physical equivalent as our biological nature.

DNA is of the same nature as the subconscious and is programmed or given direction and instruction by the conscious (higher) and self-conscious mind as words that are spoken, both inwardly as thought and outwardly as speech. Whatever we think acts as a suggestion to our subconscious, and is actualized first as an imagined reality, that then provides the perceptual filter and lens for perceiving the same idea outwardly. The subconscious is what we call “experiential” in nature, meaning it’s programmed with ideas that are imagined as an internal experience of them, and is emotionally driven, where the emotional reaction as the equivalent of the imagined idea becomes the motivational force for producing action based on the idea. All behavior, in the ultimate sense, is emotionally driven as an impulse of some kind.

The subconscious is the aspect of the mind we share with the plant and animal kingdom (living beings), and is primarily instinctual in nature. It experiences an emotion or feeling intuitively, and it produces an impulse, desire, or emotional reaction of some sort that sets into motion automatic behaviors as dynamics of some sort based on its relationship to the whole or environment it lives in. Our subconscious mind, being a part of the subconscious of all of Nature and the outer reality of which we are a part, is always engaged in a form of energetic exchange as intuition with everything around it. There’s always a natural form of telepathy going on as realizations that come as feelings, notions, hunches, and mental impressions as a way of “knowing” about something without knowing “why” or “how” you know about it. This feeling of knowing always comes as awareness of the inner nature of something and the bigger picture of which it’s a part as a form of “sub-reality”.

We’re always exchanging information with everything around us, and morphing and transforming through the integration and assimilation of information to be of the “same nature” as the environment and conditions in which we live and survive as a natural form of evolution. In every moment we’re acting as a transmitter and receiver for information and ideas embedded in and being transmitted through the atmosphere in which we’re submerged in and depend on for life. As we breathe in the invisible air around us, we’re simultaneously absorbing and integrating billions of pieces of information that’s inherent in the field as the collective unconscious. Every living entity is comprised of DNA as a formulation of specific types of information as memory relative to their species, and is constantly exchanging information and interacting with that same type of information in everything around it.

DNA and the Subconscious Mind

As DNA and the subconscious exchange information with whatever is of a similar nature, it’s reprogrammed and modified through the incorporation of new information as ideas. As we receive and think about ideas, we are literally becoming “one with them” energetically. As we form them into internal representations we adapt and integrate the information into our mental paradigm, modifying it as a result. We’re always resonating with what’s of a similar nature to us and acting to attract, absorb into us and become one with that information, evolving us to be “like it”. Whatever or whomever we live in close proximity of and direct relationship with, we become like in nature. We’re always energetically engaged and being formed through a form of group consciousness of our species, and form a herd mentality as instinctual and trained behaviors driven by emotional reactions.

The Power of Belief

Whatever we’ve been conditioned with, we tend to live out of and repeat throughout our life. Whatever beliefs we form through what we’ve been told (heard and imagined as real) and taught, programs us mentally, emotionally, and physically to perceive, form relationship with, and produce the reality of our belief. Our beliefs, as thoughts that are imagined as an experience of reality, literally program our DNA and we become the physical expression of our beliefs as an actual reality. This fact has been firmly demonstrated in what’s called the “placebo effect”, where we literally modify our biological chemistry and physical condition using only our mind to “inform and direct” our DNA. Not only has this been demonstrated in fake medications of various sorts, but also in meaningless treatments, and placebo surgeries, where the person produced the physical condition they were told it would produce.

As we think, emote, and form a belief about something as an outcome, we literally produce the physical reality of that belief. This is the power our mind has in directing the chemical processes of our body, creating our self, and our experience of reality. As we feel, think, and form emotional reactions to our thoughts by imagining them as a reality, similar to replaying a memory, we’re literally giving our subconscious and DNA instructions on what outer reality to perceive and form a relationship with. Our perceptions, formed by our subconscious mind in response to our conscious mind as internal dialogue turned into a material reality, informs our DNA, which forms a further translation based on the meaning of our perceptions, and uses the upgraded information to regenerate the body. If we believe we’re going to get a disease, for example, and form a strong emotional reaction due to imagining the reality of it in vivid terms repetitively, and we anticipate or expect it, we’re literally instructing our biological system to produce it as a reality and give us the experience it offers.

Frequency

It’s been stated that thoughts have to be coupled with or delivered with the right “frequency” in order to take hold. What this means in practical terms that don’t require an electronic device or laser light, is with the proper state of mind. Whatever state we’re in determines what frequency we’re vibrating at and whether or not our mind and DNA is in a passive and receptive mode, or an active and transmitting mode. When we’re in a relaxed calm state we become receptive in nature, and our subconscious readily takes in any suggestion as an idea that it’s given, and acts to give us new information and ideas to create out of. Our DNA is programmed in exactly the same way, when we enter into a state of trance, meditation, or hypnosis, then feed our subconscious ideas and affirmations, it readily takes them in without resistance, allowing them to rise up in the imagination and develops them into a well-defined sensory reality by thinking about them. When we form ideas in our mind as possible realities, we form an emotional response to them that imbues them with meaning and turns them into a form of internal experience as a virtual memory. All ideas and instructions for creating are given to the subconscious and DNA as an experience that mimics an actual memory.

Living chromosomes function like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA laser radiation as frequencies that modify structured and stable formulas of information, transforming them through the integration of new information, producing analogous material forms. DNA is informed and transformed through frequencies as states of mind, language patterns, and the meaning the language patterns have for the individual, and what they picture in their mind as a result. Language as vibration contains both sound and visual properties. As a word or sentence is spoken, it simultaneously produces a mental impression of the form or reality inherent in it. All reality in this sense is “called forth and shaped” through the spoken word. Only when in a relaxed state do we readily “take in” and think about ideas as they’re given to us without using discretion.

When we’re in an active state, we have constant thoughts running through our mind in a compulsive and sporadic fashion, and usually can’t concentrate on any single idea for any real length of time. The self-conscious mind acts as the “gatekeeper” to the subconscious, and decides what to “let in” and what to “keep out”. If it rejects an idea, or has resistance to it in some fashion, the idea is never allowed to take hold, and merely acts to reinforce the opposing idea that caused it to be rejected. Only the ideas that have a strong emotion married to them tend to be accepted, concentrated on, and thought about in a repetitive and continuous manner. These ideas, like memories, become a part of our normal thoughts and become the patterns and programming for our essential nature and constitution and form the perceptual lens we look through to experience those same types of ideas outside of us. We’re constantly transforming ideas through a process of adaptation that modifies them to be congruent with our current model, forming and maintaining a state of equilibrium between us and everything in our immediate surroundings at the subconscious level.

Magnetized Wormholes (Einstein-Rosenberg Bridges)

The idea of DNA being able to create wormholes in space, where information “located” in different parts of space can be accessed instantly, like the idea of “transmitting and communicating”, may be an incorrect way of viewing the phenomena of entanglement and the wave properties of matter, because it still involves “space-time”, and indicates a transmission is taking place as movement from one place to another. Yet we know that when two particles are energetically of the same nature as a frequency, that they literally function “as one” no matter how great the distance between them. If you change the “state” of one particle (DNA) through conscious intention to “measure its properties”, the other one changes at exactly the same instant. There is no time lapse or momentary hesitation, which would be the case if time and travel were involved.

The particle, which is ultimately composed of light as photons, which are invisible and have no mass, exists simultaneously as a wave and a particle, as local and nonlocal, and can appear to exist in two places at once. The cellular structure of our body, which contains DNA as its “brain” and appears to be composed of trillions of cells, is actually “one cell” that replicates and regenerates itself trillions of times to produce the illusion of separate cells. So the cellular structure of the body, like the DNA that informs and instructs its production, is actually “singular in nature” and functions systematically as a whole conscious unit. Information is received not by one cell or area of the body, but by every cell of the body simultaneously. Likewise, information is being subliminally transmitted to all other forms of DNA in the immediate environment that’s of a congruent nature, informing and modifying it in the same manner.

Hyper-communication, Intuition, and Telepathy

What’s referred to as hyper-communication, intuition, telepathy, and instinct, comes about naturally based on what frequency we’re “tuned into” as a state of mind. Whatever state we maintain in a consistent manner determines what aspect of a joint-reality we perceive and participate in co-creating. We act best as a receiver when we’re in a relaxed, calm, and unemotional state. Our subconscious and DNA are always in a passive and receptive state and receive the information produced by willful activity of any sort. It doesn’t have a will of its own, and simply creates by repeating thoughts as memories, adapting them to new situations producing variations of the same idea. When information is received by DNA, it’s received by all the DNA of the entire body at once. The DNA, though it exists as the nucleus of every cell in our body, all of which are specialized in some manner, operates as a single entity or as a wave-function.

A common mistake we make in forming a model of the mind, self, and soul (which are the same thing), is that we imagine it’s a formed, fixed, and stable idea, much like the body itself and the material reality it’s a part of, when in fact it’s in a constant state of transformation and evolution and is never comprised of exactly the same information from one moment to the next based on what it’s connecting with, absorbing and assimilating, and how it’s modified accordingly. What type of information we’re capable of absorbing is based on resonance and sympathetic induction, and is of the same (type and species) or congruent (complementary) nature and vibratory state as we are. We can only attract, merge into and become one with what’s easily integrated into our existing model in a way that makes sense and still produces a consistent version of reality. All normal growth and development comes in small gradual steps that produce constant modifications to our mental paradigm by moving us through a range of different vibratory frequencies as our state of mind and the perception that results from it.

As our state and mental model changes, what we naturally tune into and act as a “vehicle for expression” changes also. All information as consciousness serves to inform and program our DNA and subconscious mind, providing it with instructions for producing a corresponding physical form on multiple scales and levels of reality at once. All matter displays both particle and wave properties, just as light does, because it’s essential nature is composed of light as photons. All information that’s a part of a being located in space and time, is also contained in the unified field that permeates all of Nature and the Universe as a whole. Our mind operates according to the holographic principle and produces fractal patterns as its offspring. This principle is demonstrated in Sacred Geometry by the Monad, which is represented as a dot within a greater outer sphere as the same shape on a greater scale and level. The mind of the individual (the dot) produces its outer perception of reality (sphere) as a correspondence, to be of the same nature. We are only capable of perceiving and creating more of what’s like us.

We literally have within our control at all times the ability to transform ourselves to any means by learning how to regulate our mental and emotional state. Whatever state we exist in as a form of soul-mood, determines what we focus on, what meaning we give what we’re focused on by what we tell ourselves about it, and how we form an emotional reaction to our own thoughts. As we feel, think, emote, and act, we’re programming our subconscious with the reality of our imagined thoughts, altering our blood chemistry through our endocrine system, and producing the physical state and condition that matches and is equivalent to our thoughts. The mind and the soul operate as a wave that produces the material equivalent as an analogy, both in the body itself and the environment that’s a projection and reflection of .

Wave-Patterns and the Phantom Effect

DNA emanates or produces a wave-form that’s a holographic, phantom-like structure of the potential inherent in the information as it’s currently formulated in the DNA. This phantom-like form as a spatial, 3-D model of the form inherent in it, is what has traditionally been referred to as the etheric double or astral body, which means “body of light” as a field or wave (ether). This not only becomes the blueprint for producing the physical form, but also the medium that acts as both a wave and particle, that can and is constantly adjusted and modified by the mind and whatever information it absorbs and integrates from the world around it. The etheric body is both a combination of mind and matter, energy and organized information as essence, and is the aspect of the self that we work intuitively with to produce natural and spontaneous transformations. All physical changes first occur in the etheric body as the form inherent in DNA programming which is what regenerates the body and manifests new conditions.

Any words that we hear around us by others or media of some form that has an emotional charge to them, which we take in, begin thinking about and form into a reality in our imagination, becomes a natural part of our thoughts. As we form it into a concept as an internal representation of the idea, we adapt it to our mental model, and it becomes a natural part of our memories. Whatever we form an internal representation of, we use to create a form of virtual memory as a hologram that acts to program both our subconscious and DNA.

This is the most basic form of how we’re constantly being programmed by others, the media, society, and anything that we expose ourselves to, associate with, and participate in somehow. Whatever words we hear spoken, the emotion they’re spoken with, and the meaning they have, determine how we think about them. Anything we expose ourselves to while in a relaxed state, where we relinquish all resistance and need to discriminate, and take in willingly as fact or entertainment of some kind, and continue to feel and think about, literally becomes a part of us. Not only in thought and perception, but in “state” and the physical condition that’s the equivalent of that state.

Subliminal Programming

The most prevalent way we’re always being programmed and subliminally influenced, is through music, TV programs and commercials, news, reading, relationships, conversations, and so on, where we readily take on ideas that are emotionally compelling somehow, and not only think about them at the time, but continue to think about them afterwards. As we think about something and imagine it as an experience of reality, it becomes a natural part of our perception of reality. We integrate it into our perceptual model and filters, and can readily see that same idea in our day-to-day life. At the same time it affects us emotionally, changing our chemistry and physical state to match the state of our thoughts and we form ourselves to be of the same idea as a congruent reality.

All ideas turned into an internal reality as a concept or representation, produce holographic (3-D) memory that acts as a creative template for our subconscious and DNA. We provide the life producing part of us with the information we want it to use to create our inner state, physical condition, and outer reality. As we program ourselves we’re simultaneously transmitting that same information telepathically to the subconscious mind in everything else, and influencing the DNA of everything around us. We’re always acting energetically (mind and spirit) to become one with others and our environment. This is natural and automatic and always taking place at the subliminal level. Once we know this we can realize the importance of who we associate with, what we expose ourselves to, and what type of situations and environments we place ourselves in and live in. We can use it as a tool for creating in a more conscious and intentional manner.

Blood and Ancestral Memory

Whatever bloodline we’re a part of, we share the same physical genetics and memories associated with it from our ancestors. The DNA in blood acts as a storage for memory of any kind of emotionally intense and impactful experience. Just as our personal memories are created from experience of intense emotions that serve as a program for our subconscious and DNA, and can be readily recalled in any situation that’s of the same emotional nature, the memories of our ancestors programmed their DNA through the same principles, and are carried forward in their genetic line as intuition. We’re all programmed with the same memories as feelings and mental impressions that influence us subliminally and produce what become our natural tendencies.

There’s a natural form of subconscious communication that takes place between us and immediate family members. Not as actual memories that come as thoughts, but as feelings and consciousness that makes us prone to the same type of decisions, relationships, and dynamics through a form of connection and familiarity. These shared feelings and the mental impressions they bring come as a form of instinct that keeps us functioning out of the same model, dynamics, and impulses as the group mind or herd mentality, much like animals. This is because we have an animal, mammalian body that’s primarily operated through instinct.

Tribal memory, where breeding is always within the same group, acts as a form of telepathy or hyper-communication as group consciousness that causes the whole tribe to function as a single unit. We can receive the wisdom of our ancestors through intuition as telepathic communication of tribal memory. This is why tribal members were not allowed to marry outside of the tribe, because mixing with other bloodlines meant the offspring would lose access to the wisdom of their ancestors and no longer function naturally as a cohesive part of the group mind. This same idea pertains to racial and religious memory, and interracial and interfaith marriages, which were considered taboo and strictly forbidden at one time. They were not due to prejudice, as we tend to imagine, but as a means of maintaining tribal memories as ancestral memory inherent in the bloodline of their shared DNA.

When intuitive communication is received from a higher source, that’s outside of the instinctual group mind of the material plane and humanity, it can also be observed as producing changes in the DNA, and comes as a form of supernatural phenomena. The integrated memory changes the etheric body emanated by the DNA as its electromagnetic field, now being referred to as the “phantom effect” or holographic image inherent in the DNA, and traditionally was called the “Holy Ghost”. This holographic image as a spatial model provides the instructions for organizing matter into a new form with new behaviors. These electromagnetic fields of organized information exist and operate outside of space and time, which means they don’t travel through space from one point to another as particles or local information interacting, but operate through wave-properties as being of the same nature or vibratory frequency. They operate through what’s now called “entanglement” where energy is exchanged instantly without a measurement of time as a slight hesitation. The same state as a frequency that organizes information into a biological form is contained within the exact same space as a parallel dimension.

In earlier times humans were largely instinctual and operated as a group or single unit that lacked any real individuality. Communication in the most basic sense took place through a form of telepathy and shared DNA. Just as the DNA of our body works out of waves, where every strand of DNA in the nucleus of every cell receives information at exactly the same time, the DNA shared by tribal members who always breed with the same group and genetic pool, act in the same way (become entangled) and receive telepathic information all at the same time from a higher source as instinct. It wasn’t until tribal members began co-mingling with other tribes that instinct and hyper-communication between members and ancestral lines were lost, and true individuality was born.

DNA and the subconscious mind form a dynamic, intrinsically interwoven network, where we can feed information as thought forms and memory into it, retrieve data from it, and connect with other participants within the same network. It’s through this dynamic network that telepathy, long distance healing, and remote sensing about the state of another takes place. This phenomena works off the same principles as entanglement, shared DNA, and resonance as an interaction between the same frequency and consciousness. As we tune into the idea of another and begin resonating at the same frequency, we form sympathy with them, and our subconscious mind as a field of information and medium for transmission, downloads information into their mind and DNA, modifying it to some degree through coherence. Information as consciousness has a self-organizing mechanism that restructures the etheric hologram as a spatial model being used to organize the regenerative processes of the molecular structure of the body. As we re-inform the subtle body, we simultaneously influence how the physical body regenerates at the cellular level. This is how spontaneous remission and miraculous healing takes place.

Group Consciousness

The most basic form of group mind that we’re all a part of as beings on Earth, is formed through the Earth’s resonant frequencies. The Earth’s frequency, also known as the Schumann frequencies, vibrates consistently at around 7.83 Hz., and this same frequency is produced in our brain and neurological system, and acts as a tuning device and receiver for information on that frequency, which is shared by all of humanity. We’re all tuned to the same primary frequency which is why we also share a cohesive joint-reality that’s universal in nature and basically the same for everyone involved. When we exist in a primarily natural and unconscious state, unaware that we have the ability to regulate the frequency of our own brain and body, we spend our entire life comprised only of the organized information inherent in that frequency. If we take an attitude of expressing our individuality and growing our own consciousness through constant learning that expands our possibilities for creating reality, we move into higher frequencies.

When we share information with others, we can begin forming a new group mind, which, as it grows gains momentum and can begin influencing the masses. When many people synchronize their thoughts, as a group meditation or collaborative efforts, concentrating ideas in a laser-like fashion, we upload new information into the unified field of the Earth making it available to others and influence the mind of others through a form of energetic rapport. We alter mass consciousness through telepathic communication within the collective unconscious. All society as we know it develops as group consciousness. When a great number of people become unified in intention and thought, they produce a coherent and congruent outcome.

Simulations and Virtual Reality

While scientists still continue to develop theories for transmission of information outside of space and time through wormholes, which are a form of tunnel that connects parts of a unified field with other distant parts, the fact may be that there is no travel from one point to another, or actual communication taking place, but rather tuning into a unique frequency within the field that’s encoded and imprinted with different memory that produces a different experience of what appears to be reality. What we think of as a reality exists independent of us, may actually be produced by us as a mental construct or simulation. The mind itself, which exists as a field of information organized into a holographic construct or internal representation, operates to produce whatever “version” of reality as an outer perception of the frequency we tune ourselves to by what we focus on, think about, and form into a mental construct that acts to inform our subconscious and DNA, which is what acts to organize the same information as a correlating outer reality. The outer reality takes on the same symbolic appearance as our inner reality. Whatever frequency we tune our mind to, determines what pattern of information we experience as our personal reality, and how we produce our subtle body as a coherent aspect of that reality that produces the energetic model for cellular regeneration by encoding our DNA with the memory of that reality. Time, in the most basic sense only exists as memory.

The Mind at Different Scales and Levels

Part of the reason we often have trouble understanding how our mind acts to construct reality, is we tend to only think in terms of our individual, local mind, and we imagine reality to be fixed, solid, and a crystalized idea that appears the same for everyone. Yet, the fact is, the mind itself, which is a unified field of information that vibrates at a certain frequency, exists as a hologram and operates according to the holographic principle, where the same mind exists at multiple levels and different scales, across multiple dimensions. We have a personal, individual mind, a group mind, a cultural and racial mind, a world and global mind, and a universal mind, all of which play different functions and parts in creating what we experience as a unified reality. It’s only man who possesses higher consciousness and has the ability to create within the material world by using the higher capacities of his mind.

The mind is threefold in nature, and exists on three primary correlated dimensions simultaneously as being comprised of a higher or super conscious, a lower subconscious, and an individual self-conscious aspect. All of which are parts of the same overall mind and perform different functions in creating a unified whole as what appears to us as a cohesive reality. Our superconscious exists primarily on a higher plane, and is what acts to organize and orchestrate the entire lower plane as an overall life-story that plays out for the individual within a larger coherent group or more universal reality. The subconscious is the aspect that we share with all of Nature, and specifically with the animal kingdom.

Our subconscious is the fundamental aspect of our physical, animal body, and exchanges information telepathically (intuitively) with the subconscious mind of everything around us, informing and influencing it to form an “appearance” that’s congruent with our nature and perception of reality. The self-conscious is the aspect most think of when we use the term “mind”, and is birthed by the subconscious in the body as brain consciousness that’s completely identified with the body and the personality of the body. Through our self-conscious mind we form self-awareness and experience ourselves in relationship with the outer world to produce an experience of ourselves as a specific, located and relative being, that plays a fundamental part in a larger group story, that plays a part in an even larger social, racial, or cultural story, that plays a part in the story of humanity. A major overall theme as planetary consciousness sets the stage for and gives rise to numerous smaller stories of the same theme played out in an infinite variety of unique ways.

The mind and all of reality operate according to the holographic principle where smaller fields of the same primary information are nested within greater fields of the same overall idea. The parental pattern of humanity as a whole provides the basis and gives rise to an infinite number of fractal patterns as its offspring. Like DNA, it’s all comprised of the same basic information and its uniqueness as an individual is determined by what aspects of the same information is turned on or off, to what degree certain aspects are active and expressing, and what aspects remain dormant and unused as latent potential. The formula for this idea is laid out in the zodiac, which is the shared archetypes as qualities of consciousness that produce distinct characteristics, personalities and identities, that act naturally to tell certain types of stories, and forms the basis for our individuality. We can actively modify and reformulate our basic nature by actively embodying different archetypes of the universal self in order to create new and varied experiences of ourselves.

All transformation comes by way of integrating new information that evolves our basic consciousness. The outer world acts to stimulate aspects of our inner world, bringing them into an active and expressive state. As we’re stimulated with a feeling, it activates a force inside of us that forms a synchronized series of imagined realities as thoughts born out of modified memories. As we think about and imagine ideas, we give the subconscious the template and pathway for producing the behavior as an interaction between the inner and outer that produces an analogous outer reality as an experience of the inner reality. All of what we perceive as “reality” is produced by thought as feelings and internal dialogue that’s imagined as a physical reality or symbolic form, that provides a form of instructions for both the subconscious and DNA of the body and material world of which it actively forms. These mental instructions as a form of virtual memory serve as a metaphorical theme that literally in-forms and transform our material existence as our body and outer reality that our body exists as a part of.

Acquiring Higher Knowledge: Condition, State, and Quality of Consciousness – Drawing Down Energy into our Mental Sphere

We now know that the consciousness associated with the brain that serves to operate it isn’t produced by the physical organ itself, but the brain (all material bodies) merely act as a “receiver” and transducer for consciousness which exists in its potential form in the atmosphere around us, also known as the ether, Astral Plane, Akashic Field, Quantum Plenum, and the Unified Field of intelligence. We actually act to “absorb” thoughts and ideas from the universal mind of the collective unconscious, rather than actually being the one “producing them”, as many believe. We also act to absorb the thought-forms of others in a parallel manner, which also populate the astral plane around us as the instinctual field of the subconscious mind that are of the same nature as we are through a subliminal form of telepathy.

The brain, heart, and body itself only contains and possesses the consciousness it serves as a vehicle for by first absorbing it through various forms of suggestion and intuition that it then develops into a unique version of reality by continuing to think about it while picturing it in the mind’s eye, forming it into an imaginary reality as the basis for a personal creation. What we refer to as the “body’ consciousness” operates out of memory and it’s only creative capacity is by way of using memory as a thematic blueprint or template for creating material forms of the same nature. It lacks originality and individuality and is developed through conditioning as a form of training that establishes the personality as a mental paradigm or mental sphere of consciousness as a vibratory frequency, that it continues creating out of in a natural and repetitive manner.

State of Mind

In order to acquire, absorb, or “call” energetic entities as ideas into our sphere of consciousness, we have to create the conditions in which that consciousness naturally exists. We have to create the conditions as a vibratory state that’s equivalent to it, which is what allows it to be drawn into our mental sphere through resonance and sympathetic induction. If we don’t exist as the same state of mind and level or quality of consciousness, we don’t resonate with it and we can’t become a vehicle or medium for it to manifest within us as our very own thoughts and feelings. This is true not only for the energies as qualities of consciousness (memories) that naturally inhabit the material plane that we experience as emotional states that appeal to us and bring out in us complementary traits and characteristics, but also in regards to higher planes which are predominately archetypal in nature and provide us with distinct patterns for embodying as a way of “becoming” like them.

In the spiritual, invisible, energetic realm of subtle energy, the primary principles that are always operating is the Law of Mentalism, Law of Correspondences, and the Law of Vibration, all of which go hand in hand as extensions of each other and provide the means of manifesting within the material plane through the proper energy and moving energies necessary to manifest as qualities between parallel planes that together form a cohesive and coherent reality. As a soul within a material body, we can only act to acquire or draw in and absorb energy that’s of the same or similar vibration as we are. In order to draw in a select and desired energy as a quality that we don’t already possess in its active state, we have to align ourselves with and create the mental, emotional, and physical conditions that it naturally exists in or that are of the conditions of that dimension, and thereby “resonate with it”.

The energies of the upper and lower planes, commonly referred to as nature spirits, angels, demons, jeni, and so on, which can also be thought of as the Elements and natural forces that have creative potential and are “singular in nature” and perform distinct operations inherent in that quality faithfully without distortion. Humans are composite beings that are multidimensional in nature and possess and actively employ multiple qualities and characteristics of all planes in which it’s a part. We all have the ability to intentionally develop ourselves by choosing what qualities we align ourselves with and actively employ as the means of being able to perform the operations and behaviors that naturally ensue from that quality. Whatever and however we’re “being” as a quality of consciousness or state of mind, determines what we’re doing and how we’re acting. All actions as an expression of consciousness create realities on the material plane.

Archetypes and the Gods of Creation

The energies of a still higher plane, the Akashic field of universal memory, entities exist that are of a complex nature just as we are. These entities are archetypes, which have historically been referred to as the “gods”. An archetype exists as a “whole idea” that involves multiple qualities as a formula or dynamic that has a certain type of personality and character traits, an identity as a specific type of person prone to play a certain type of role and be ideal for acting out a certain type of story as a form of theme. Archetypes from these higher planes form the basis for all human development, and we are not only born into this world as a dynamic formula of multiple archetypes (zodiac birth chart), but we “are” an archetype ourselves. We embody and live out of a dominant archetype as a unique variation formulated by our souls ability to access, select, and draw in (embody) the archetypes of its choice and actively expressing those qualities as the means of creating ourselves by developing those same qualities to various degrees as a natural part of our personality and identity.

The gods of antiquity was a mythology that provided us with a kind of menu as to what was possible and available for practical use based on our nature and desire for “how we want to be”. We all resonate and feel an affinity for certain types of characters and heavily relate to certain types of stories that naturally result from the expression of certain ways of being. The gods of mythology represent archetypes as a way of being that provide us with a model that we can choose with precision and actively employ as a means of intentionally developing ourselves to be of a similar nature. We can only really embody and know how to bring a way of being into expression by imitating what’s being modeled and demonstrated for us. Archetypes are characters that are whole in nature as complex dynamic beings that provide us with a template to practice out of. They possess a certain combination of qualities in varying degrees that make up their character. By stepping into and practicing “being like” an archetype, we activate and bring out those same qualities in ourselves. Naturally by imitating we don’t become just like them, but we create a unique version of the same idea, or incorporate new qualities into our existing character that expand our range of expression.

If we have a desire to be more courageous and less prone to fear, for example, we choose and embody an archetype or god that is the full expression of fearless courage. We can study them, get a feel for their personality, and how they feel, think, and perceive things, what perspective they take, how they hold and conduct themselves, and just through imitating and being like them in body, posture, and behavior, we tap into and access the same consciousness and way of perceiving ourselves. Physiology forms a direct correspondence with state of mind, which corresponds with a distinct way of feeling and thinking. Thought, feeling, emotion, and action or behavior is “always” aligned with each other. So just be employing the same behaviors we adjust our state of mind to match it, creating a new experience of ourselves, and we begin perceiving in new ways. We gain a new sense of ourselves through our behaviors and ways of conducting ourselves that we then become associated and identified with, and through repetitive practice, it becomes a natural way of being. We’re not meant to “worship” the gods of mythology (or religion) as many have been led to believe, but rather use them as tools for self-development.

Becoming One with our Higher Self

In a similar manner we can also connect to our Higher Self, which is what most are actually referring to when they think of God (as a person or entity), which exists on a higher plane and acts to guide and direct us through an internal voice while also orchestrating the events of our life based on karma and what we “ask for” through our thoughts and intention, and is also a constant companion to us. Our Higher Self is also commonly referred to as our Holy Guardian Angel, and is the part of us that remains fully within a higher plane and never manifests (blends with material substance) in the lower plane, and remains unaffected by magnetic forces (emotions) of the lower regions of the Astral Plane. It exists in a natural and unbiased state and doesn’t respond or even necessarily seem to acknowledge our emotional states, passions, and instinctual urges, and guides us instead through pure reasoning and absolute clarity that’s always taking into account the big picture of which we are commonly unaware of.

By forming a connection with our Higher Self, through deep feelings of reverence, trust, and devotion, and committing whole-heartedly and sincerely to our souls development (which is its only concern), and we invite (ask) our Higher Self to come into us and be the consciousness we “look through” as the means of acquiring a more accurate and objective perspective and perception, we act to “pull down” the energy by consciously embodying it. We blend with it and become one in awareness. We can only do this consistently by creating ourselves (body and mind) to be of an equivalent nature to our Higher Self. This means we have to purify ourselves of toxic emotions and the illusions born out of them, and not be subject to emotional states and the emotional projections of others. We have to cleanse ourselves of our emotions, passions for material pleasure, and be able to willfully resist compulsive urges (instinctual behaviors). As long as we exist as the equivalent of the lower, unconscious plane of animal instinct, driven by emotions, reactive behaviors, and passions, we can’t act as the vessel for higher energies, because these things don’t exist on higher planes (only lower planes of an unconscious nature), and so the conditions don’t correspond and aren’t appropriate. The higher mind is willful in nature and isn’t affected or “controlled” by the emotions intended to produce automatic behaviors.

So anytime we’re looking to acquire new qualities and ways of being, we have to recognize the natural conditions as the atmosphere that quality, entity, or archetype naturally exists in, and create the same conditions in our mental sphere through gaining rapport with it. By becoming like it as a state of mind. We have to “become” through an act of awareness, choice, and will, of the same nature. We have to vibrate at a similar rate in order to be able to draw it in or absorb it by resonating with it. Once we absorb it, embody and become one with it, it activates those same qualities within us and we’re able to express through them. Once forces become active within us and we’re able to express ourselves through them by becoming them, we create experiences as them, sense our self through those experiences, associate and identify with our own experiences, absorb them as memory, and through an accumulative process of consistent practice, they become a natural part of us. They become fully integrated into our mental sphere and built into our muscle. We begin employing them automatically as a natural part of our being. Once this is accomplished, we no longer need the entity or archetype, and we can release it back into the sphere from which it came.

This is an important step many fail to recognize and do intentionally. The only purpose of an entity or quality that performs a certain function in a specific way is to stimulate, awaken, make active, and bring out in us that same quality, characteristic, and behavior or activity. It’s not meant to take up permanent residence within us where it can begin taking on a life of its own as a form of alter-ego. Once the desired result is achieved and obtained as a permanent part of our character, just as we consciously invoked and embody it, we have to thank it sincerely for the service it provided, then instruct it to leave by ushering it out of our body and back into the atmosphere and universe where it can continue to be of service to others.

This rule applies to every aspect except our Higher Self of course, which always exists as a fundamental part of us and our connection with it is eternal and nourishing in nature. It doesn’t offer qualities and archetypal personalities for us to embody and acquire, but rather exists as a neutral state of being that always acts to inform, advise through awareness, and instruct us without ever making decisions for us or imposing its will on us in a way that overrides our own ability to make decisions for ourselves.  All self-creation is our full responsibility and comes by way of what we choose and ask for and what we willfully bring about through our actions.

The easiest and most basic way to tell the difference between true “guiding forces” of a higher nature (some call spirit guides, angels, teachers, etc.) and those of a lower nature (emotions, passions, urges, impulses, etc.) is that Divine forces NEVER violate choice and free will, tell you what to do, or make decisions for you. They only act to educate, inform through increased awareness, and bring insights and realizations that reveal new choices and possibilities, increasing and expanding your ability to choose. Lower forces can only express by taking control of or commanding your will through emotional states and passions of various sorts that when allowed to take hold, can easily run your thoughts and make decisions for you as impulses, desires, passions, emotional reactions, and physical urges.

All forces, whether celestial or terrestrial, only have the ability to “influence you” and can’t actually make decisions for you. They have no will of their own, which is what’s required in order to step outside of instinct or a singular nature that’s a part of a collective unconscious, and make new decisions that require original thought that produces new behaviors and ways of being. Only humans have this ability within the creative realms. This is our “God given ability to create” that makes us capable of governing all of the natural forces that partake in the material world as a means of being fully responsible for our own creation. We have the ability to utilize these natural forces as the means of creating and creating ourselves by way of our own creations, but we have to not only realize that we do, but also know “how to do it”. Otherwise the creative forces of the material plane use us to create through and we become a product of unconscious instinct that’s determined by our animal nature instead of our higher Divine nature.

Emotions, Dynamics, and Reactive Behaviors – How we become Who and How we are

One of the easiest ways to understand how we become the way we are is to look at the natural relationship that exists between the inner and the outer, and between ourselves and another. We are all born into this world as a seeded inner core of qualities and characteristics that are “brought out in us” through interactions, relationships, and dynamics of some form as our formative conditioning (birth till around puberty) that form and establish our personality and natural tendencies that we continue creating out of throughout the remainder of our life in a purely unconscious and natural manner. As children, we don’t begin developing the ability to think and consciously make decisions for ourselves until around 10 to 14 years of age. We’re born into a fully active subconscious mind, which is passive (absorbs and processes outside information) and instinctual (automatic) in nature, emotionally driven, present in time, and “experiential” in nature. It doesn’t think in rational and logical terms (required to make decisions), but through pictures and scenarios as an experience. It’s fully present in the moment (no awareness of time), and isn’t distracted or consumed with thoughts of the past or future, like the conscious “talking mind”. It governs all of what we could call involuntary and some voluntary behaviors of the body through emotions and impulses of some sort, and based on suggestions given to it by other people.

In the most natural sense, we’re constantly being stimulated internally by everyone and everything around us. As we’re stimulated, it activates in us corresponding and complementary qualities that are of the same nature, bringing them out in us through an active state, where we “match” the state of the being or event we’re interacting with, and we express those qualities as a joint-reality through the dynamic that’s being played out. Whatever qualities are stimulated and brought into an active and creative state consistently and in an on-going manner, are developed as strengths while simultaneously acquiring the “dynamic” as a tendency. As we create experiences out of those qualities and dynamics, we “sense ourselves” through them, associate and identify with them, and “become them” as a natural part of our perspective, attitude, and behaviors.

The outside world can only act to call forth in us what already exists in us as a natural part of our constitution and predisposition. It doesn’t act to “give us qualities” that we don’t already possess, but simply develop the qualities that are of a similar and complementary nature that we share in common. Naturally, whatever qualities are consistently stimulated and used to express as a way of creating our experiences, become exercised, well-developed, and a dominate part of our character. Other qualities that aren’t stimulated very often are more subtle in nature, unfamiliar to us, and less developed. Still other qualities that are seldom ever or have never been stimulated in us, remain dormant in us as a form of latent potential.

As we go through life, because we’re naturally prone to repeating and living out of our conditioning and well-developed aspects of our character, we usually simply walk through life repeating patterns, naturally forming the same type of relationships that play out the same type of dynamics, unconsciously place ourselves in the same type of situations and environments, and act, for the most part, in a purely unconscious and habitual manner, without ever really realizing that that’s what we’re doing or that we have the ability to change it. Most live out of whatever comes natural to them and fail almost completely to recognize the patterns operating in their life.

Anytime we find ourselves in new and untried situations or relationships, we can feel awkward, unsure of ourselves, and overwhelmed with deep seated feelings of insecurity. We encounter a part of ourselves we’re not familiar with, and we don’t know what to do or how to be. We can fail to relate in the most basic sense, and not feel capable of playing the role we’ve been cast into. There’s usually two basic ways to interpret this, one is that the qualities necessary to participate in the dynamic or activity exist within us as potential that hasn’t been exercised, embodied, or developed, so it feels new to us, or, that we don’t possess the qualities and characteristics necessary, and so the situation isn’t stimulating at all and is not serving to bring anything out in us, and we don’t relate or identify with it in any way, nor do we want to.

For the most part we are all walking through life in a predominately unconscious state where we lack a fundamental awareness of the natural processes going on within us and around us as a natural part of our feelings, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Because all behavior is produced in a natural and automatic fashion by our unconscious mind as our personality, we often have no real awareness of what we’re actually doing or why. Emotions, which are freely being transmitted throughout the astral plane (atmosphere) act as a powerful stimulus that renders us unconscious, produce illusions as memories in place of objective neutral reality, and cause us to act and play out whole behavioral dynamics in an automatic fashion as a “reaction”.

Anytime we’re reacting to someone or something, we’re literally being controlled by it by becoming just like it. We instantly receive the emotional charge, have a strong internal reaction that instantly references and pulls up a memory formed out of the same emotion that becomes our perceptual lens as a template for producing an automatic reality that says “this is the same as that” (of the same emotion and meaning), and we act the same way as an automatic process. The subconscious is the aspect of the mind that produces, stores, and utilizes memory to produce instant interpretations of reality and automated behaviors. The emotion we were experiencing when we formed the memory is what gives the event the meaning it has, and is what connects the present to the past as being of the same meaning and idea. This memory, as a whole dynamic and reality, provides the subconscious with a pattern that it repeats and uses to create more of the same type of experiences. All reactive behavior is automated and we create out of a primarily unconscious state to create more of the past in the present.

Anytime we’re living out of our emotions, or are strongly affected by the emotions of others being projected at us or openly expressed around us, and dwell in emotional states inwardly by thinking and replaying memories associated with them over and over in a variety of ways, we’re literally being controlled and determined by others and our conditioning, and creating our life in a delusional manner. We’re tossed about and jerked around by the emotions we internalize as realities, and the will of others. The most predominate way we’re manipulated, seduced, and influenced by others is through emotions. As we’re stimulated and allow the emotions into our mind and body, allowing them to take hold and start running our thoughts, we form illusions out of them that we then relate and identify with, sensing our self as them, and they shape and determine us as a result. The patterns of our conditioning as dynamics, which are emotionally driven, have a very magnetic quality to them, and we can feel as if we get drawn into them even when intellectually we know we don’t want to. It’s as if we can’t seem to help it.

When we’re in a situation where we’re being stimulated by someone who’s outwardly being angry and hostel and is upset or attacking us, and we have that momentary realization of how they’re making us feel and what kind of person they are, and we’re on the verge of reacting by becoming just like them, and letting them “have it”, or “giving them back their own medicine”, we can also realize that in doing so we “become” just like them. We become the same type of person and behave (and self-create) in the same way. We bring the same qualities and characteristics into expression, invest in the same illusion, and create in the same manner. When this happens we’re being fully controlled and shaped to be just like this person. We give our will over to this person and give them free reigns in creating us to be the way we are. We “willingly create an experience of ourselves” as being the same way and the same type of person.

The more we willingly participate in reactive behavior brought on by emotional charges, the more we strengthen those traits and cooperate in co-creating the illusions that ensue from them, and we accumulate memories of ourselves being that way, and they become a natural part of our normal behavior where we begin playing them out more and more. The more we cooperatively participate in emotions and behaviors, the more readily and easily we’re stimulated by them and engage in a natural and unconscious way. We develop them into strengths and employ them as our normal emotional state. Our resistance to them lowers and we begin building their reality into our story about things in a way that makes sense and validates and justifies them as appropriate and rightfully warranted. Once this happens, they become a natural part of us.

Through the recognition and awareness of what’s actually happening and why, we can not only prevent the emotion being projected at us from ever entering and taking hold within us, and resist it by refraining from acting on it until it fades, and in the moment of calm that immediately precedes it, we can realize that we have a choice. We can either become just like this person in kind, allowing their mentality to infect us, or, through the awareness itself, keep it outside of us and not let it affect us. Anytime we don’t merge into the same emotional state as another, we act energetically to neutralize it. We don’t feed and amplify it by giving it our life-force energy. If we react and take it on, we amplify and multiply it. No matter what our choice is, and what actions we take based on our decisions, we create ourselves accordingly.

If you tend to be very sensitive and vulnerable to emotions (as most of us are) and have trouble resisting them, try a few practices that will allow you to become more aware of them in the sense of what’s actually happening when you’re experiencing them. There are two primary ways we experience emotions, one is because they’re being expressed, projected, and transmitted through the atmosphere and act to “enter into” and stimulate us internally, and the other is they come as a reaction to our own thoughts. In both instances, simply be present with what’s happening, and self-reflect or observe the process from a detached perspective of what’s happening within you and why.

When reflecting on emotions being projected at you, it’s best to start with ones that are mild to moderate (they’re not as gripping), and remove your attention completely from the other person or what’s being said or done, and simply turn your full awareness inward and become aware of how you’re being stimulated. Notice where the stimulus is located in your body (heart, stomach, sexual organs, etc.) and how its making you feel. Describe the feeling in sensory terms (buzzy, tingly, sinking, warm, stabbing, queasy, arousing, etc.) As you realize how you’re feeling because of it, become aware of how you want to react. Allow the initial impulse to momentarily play out in your mind. What behavior is it acting to produce in you in an automatic fashion? As you become aware of the behavior it’s acting to prompt in an impulsive manner based on how you’re feeling, notice what memory comes to mind or what past event you’re relating it to that was of a similar nature and caused you to feel the same way. Then allow yourself to play out the meaning of the memory in terms of what you told yourself about it, and what it meant about you and other people as a result. Your only goal is to gain a full awareness around the nature of what’s actually happening in you due to the stimulus. Awareness and self-realization is all it takes to bring it under control and refrain from reacting while maintaining a clear mind out of which you can calmly decide how you want to respond.

In terms of becoming aware of your own self-induced emotional states, realize that thought and emotion are always connected and of a complementary nature. We’re always either producing our emotions based on what we’re focused on or thinking about, or our thoughts emerge naturally as an expression of how we feel. Anytime a mood prevails or emotions swell up inside of you and starts consuming you, notice what it is you’re focused on and playing out in your mind as a memory or idea, and what you’re telling yourself about it. Then realize that if you simply change what you’re focused on and thinking about, the emotion associated with it fades and changes accordingly. Learn how to see the natural relationship that exists between feelings, emotions, thoughts, memory, and behaviors or activities. Notice that our state-of-mind is created by three complementary factors, what we’re focused on, what we’re telling ourselves about what we’re focused on that gives it meaning, and our physiology. Change any one of these, and the other two automatically change accordingly. If you feel you can’t control your focus or thoughts, change what you’re doing with your body. If sitting, get up and move around. If slumped over or feeling tired, sit up straight or get up and engage in vigorous activity of some sort. As you change what you’re doing, your mood, outlook, and thoughts change accordingly.

By becoming more aware of the relationships and operations of our mind and body, we can begin learning how to manage our own mental and emotional states. All abilities to utilize our own creative faculties comes through self-awareness and our ability to actively choose where we were once unaware, and willfully act out our choices to create new experiences of ourselves. In order to operate our own mind, we have to gain knowledge of our own subconscious mind and our ability to direct and guide it using our conscious mind. All unconscious and automatic processes can only be brought under control and utilized in an intentional manner by becoming aware of them. We can only work with what we’re aware of. Self-awareness is the key to life and the pathway to self-mastery.

In situations where we’re being stimulated by others or events, we have to notice what quality and “way of being” it’s acting to bring out in us, and who we become by expressing through it. Notice that people are always acting on us to influence us to become “like” them as a way of being and acting. All relationships we form at all levels of our life serve to naturally transform us by way of this process. It’s a fundamental process of cause and effect, stimulus that produces a like response, and action that produces and equal or greater reaction. At the energetic level of attributes, qualities, and characteristics, everything is produced, modified, and evolved through resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence between two complementary systems. Once you realize it and form a fundamental understanding of it, learn how to use it consciously in a deliberate and intentional manner to develop yourself by way of it. Always work within the natural laws involved to create within the material plane.
