The Power of the Spoken Word – Vibration, Harmonic Resonance, and the Holographic Principle

All “sound” as vibration has a pattern inherent in it as well as a creative or formative power commonly referred to as a “self-organizing mechanism”. As we speak a word, the meaning of the word becomes a living form within our imagination. As we produce a vibration through thought and speech, we act to awaken that same vibration in everything around us that’s of the same nature as a compatible frequency by resonating with it. As we energetically stimulate everything within near proximity of us we awaken and call forth the same qualities in everything around us that we’re actively expressing, and together, produce a joint reality of the same nature (pattern). As we speak, both internally as thought and externally as speech, we create the material reality as the meaning of our words. All words have shapes, images, and scenario’s associated with them that naturally form in the imagination as we hear them. Thoughts as internal dialogue forms the reality of our thoughts in our imagination as a kind of metaphorical pattern, that then becomes the perceptual lens we look through in order to create a  corresponding outer reality. Vibration has a self-organizing mechanism inherent within it that shapes matter as light-essence (astral light) into patterns that are then animated with a life-force energy.

Every object is associated with an element of Nature and has a particular rate of vibration. The Element of Air, which is the unification of Fire (life-force as Will) and Water (Substance and sensation), represents “thought” as invisible forms that exist throughout the atmosphere (ether) as archetypes, deities, elementals, nature spirits, daemons, and so on. These thought-forms as a vibratory frequency that’s first created within us, are then projected and fluently propagate throughout the atmosphere around us, connecting us to the corresponding powers of the words we’re vibrating. A “power” or “force” can be thought of as an invisible entity that has distinct attributes and qualities that serve to shape physical characteristics that have a natural mindset and behaviors in them as “operations” of a specialized nature. We experience them as psychological and emotional states that we absorb and assimilate that change how we feel and think. They change how we’re being and sensing ourselves and give us “specialized powers” as a result. All behavior as a function and operation of some sort results from a particular state of mind. What we feel, perceive, focus on, think about, form emotions out of, and ultimately “do”, results from our state-of-mind or mood as a natural byproduct. Vibration that’s produced internally or absorbed from an external source is what forms, regulates, and maintains our state of mind.

Whatever we think and speak, we are literally shaping as a reality both internally and externally. As we shape it internally we then project and transmit it externally calling forth the same reality as a metaphorical pattern in everything around us. As we vibrate a certain pattern as our state of mind, we alter everything around us to be of that same state and type of reality. As we communicate with others we form the same type of reality in their mind based on the words we use to express an idea, and as they call forth a similar reality in their mind, we begin vibrating in harmony as a joint-reality of the same nature. Thought as words “taken into the mind” undergo a process of adaptation and modification that turns them into a detailed and believable reality in a matter of seconds and act to instantly alter the vibratory state of the mind through its induction and integration. Once an idea is concentrated on and imagined as an “actual reality” it becomes a natural part of our thoughts. The seed has been “planted” so to speak, and is growing, and continues to grow each time we revisit it and continue thinking about it. Thought imagined as a reality is the natural faculty of the mind that serves to shape our material world as our perception of it.

The Nature of Vibration

All objects exist as a definite plane and possess a different and unique rate of vibration. The more complex a being is (multidimensional) the greater its “range” of vibration as a frequency, the simpler its consciousness, the smaller the range. All mass is composed of infinity smaller forms of mass that are held together as a single unit that moves and operates in unison, by vibrating together. Resonance forms adherence as coherence. What vibrates together stays together. All form is created by the frequency vibrating it. Vibration also contains “mental and emotional states” that give the form its characteristics and properties, which determines how it behaves and functions. What “type of operations” as a creative process it acts to naturally produce through its vibratory state.

It’s not the speaking of the words themselves that are formative, but rather “how” they’re spoken. Reality is shaped in the imagination by the “quality of consciousness” (passion, excitement, fear, etc.) as an emotional state that forms the tone, rhythm, and emphasis. The emotional component associated with an idea is the motivating force that shapes it into the reality of the emotion. All reality is both an expression of the emotion and one that acts to produce or give us more of the same emotion through the experience of it. The same reality or set of circumstances can be thought of in a way that makes it either humorous, sincere, sad, exciting, or melancholy, all based on perspective we take and “how” we think about it. In communication for example, we know that the words spoken only make up around 7% of what being communicated, while the tone and quality of voice makes up 38%, and body language or physiology makes up 55%. The same “type of reality” can be imagined that creates entirely different “experiences”. It’s not the reality itself as an imagined idea formed from words, but how that idea sets the stage for creating a particular type of experience, which is determined by the emotion married to it.

Harmonic Resonance

Words are not merely spoken, they’re “intoned” or “vibrated”, and in doing so form harmonic resonance with everything around us. Any object vibrating strong enough, with intensity or a strong emotional quality, and an object nearby that share the same vibratory rate will begin vibrating in harmony with each other. This occurs in both the “unseen world” of pure thought as “speaking words internally” producing imaginary realities, and outwardly in the “seen” world by speaking those same words, producing an obvious reaction in others. We’re always influencing others all around us by any form of “intense thinking”. This is easy to realize by the fact that as we approach someone or come into near proximity of someone who just had an intense experience and is continuing to think about it and relive it in their mind, we can “sense it” and feel the emotion of it just by being in their presence. We’re always communicating subliminally through emotional influence as a state of mind, just by what we’re feeling and thinking at any given moment.

Our mind is a field of information organized energetically into mental structures that emanate quite some distance from our body. As our mind (oscillating field of energy) comes into contact with another mind, sympathetic resonance takes place and we act to stimulate each other by “vibrating” each other, awakening in us the same feelings and associated ideas. When we stay in the presence of someone for an extended period of time, we begin vibrating in harmony as a coherent system. We become “alike” based on how we act “on” each other to stimulate and vibrate each other. Our thoughts and feelings serve to seed the mind and imagination, and likewise, they seed ours, just through the nature of the interaction, which is ultimately energetic in nature.

Vibration has dual properties as sound an image, audio and visual. As we vibrate a word which has an image as a pattern inherent in it, we simultaneously form in our imagination the reality or physical form of the words. As we communicate with others, they listen, take in what we’re saying, and imagine the reality of it in their own associated ideas and memories. If they have similar ideas, interests, perspective, and memories, they relate to us, forming harmony with us, and if they don’t, they fail to relate to us and are repelled by us (not attracted or interested). Through this basic process of resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence, as the spoken word that we absorb and use to create an internal reality that alters our vibration through the imagining an incorporation of it, we develop our mental paradigm as the structure of our overall vibration that serves to produce all of our perceptions, thoughts and feelings, as what we call a basic form of learning.

Sympathetic Induction and Coherence

As we absorb ideas as words, think about them forming them into an internal concept, metaphor, or reality, we turn them into a form of memory as an association to that idea, or as a possible way to create it as an experience of reality. As we accept ideas into our mind, and form them into internal realities as our own personalized version of the idea, we integrate them, upgrading and modifying our model, and program ourselves with them as a result. We turn a natural and objective idea as a form of archetype or metaphor into a form of virtual memory that the subconscious uses as a template or thematic pattern for producing as an outer reality. It does this by first forming it as a part of our perceptual lens and filtering system that allows us to readily see that idea in a variety of ways in the elements of our environment through the same energetic principle used to produce the imagined thought, as a vibratory pattern that “organizes” the appearance of the outer to match the idea created in the inner world. A shift in vibration as a state that acts to “organize” astral light (starlight) into patterns as physical forms, also organize light (photons) as matter so it takes on a “different appearance” to the person (mental state) viewing it and energetically interacting with it.

The mind is a living and dynamic field of highly structured information that’s always fluctuating and morphing according to changes in state or mood, or through the incorporation and assimilation of new ideas. The mind is the interactive formative force that influences the shape and appearance matter takes on. How a material object “appears” is based on and always changing according to the mind observing it. All form exists as different levels of vibration unique to that form. All reality is multidimensional in nature and exists as an infinite number of varying frequencies in their “potential state” as possibilities that are metaphorical or thematic in nature. These smaller frequencies as fields of information make up a greater field of vibration within an even larger frequency that instantly shifts or moves to the same level as the mind perceiving it. As we perceive something we resonate with it, enter into it energetically, altering its state to form coherence as vibratory harmony.

Attention, Perception, and State of Mind

The mind is constantly influencing everything around it through its vibratory frequency, and likewise, is being influenced by everything around it. We are not in fact separate from our environment, but rather the one that’s acting to create it. Attention is an antagonistic force that directs consciousness as the projection of life-force energy “into” whatever it’s focused on. Our mood as our state of mind determines what we focus on, think about, what emotions we create and experience, and how we see and experience the outer world. The material world changes how it appears based on our mood. The observer, and the object being observed, are “a part of” the same event or reality. The mind determines how astral light of the material plane organizes itself into patterns with distinct attributes, qualities, and characteristics. This doesn’t mean that the material object itself changes (though it may), but rather what’s emphasized and brought out in an active state, and what recedes and returns to a latent state are altered as a means of forming coherence with the mind, shifting in how it appears and is seen by the mind.

So our thoughts as words spoken internally while imagined as a reality of some kind, literally not only produce our perception and experience of reality, but acts to constantly influence everything around it of the same nature through a form of subliminal transmission and transference that’s constantly being absorbed by our environment and acting to reorganize it to match our inward perception of it. By introducing new thoughts as internally spoken words that form new versions of reality, we alter and modify the vibration of our paradigm, changing accordingly how we see the outer world. Just as in a paradigm shift, where all of the sudden we instantly get something we couldn’t see before, and by suddenly seeing it in a perspective we can understand, it becomes a natural part of our everyday perception from that point on. Change the mind as conceptualized thoughts and you simultaneously change the reality that it acts to naturally produce. Once we can see an idea clearly, we see it as an inherent part of our everyday reality. Our perception is formed by a filtering system that’s used to filter out whatever doesn’t match our paradigm (frequency) so we only “see” (conceive of) what does match.

The Power of Thought – Archetypes and the Holographic Principle

All reality, in the most basic sense of the idea, is a product of the “spoken word”, both silently and outwardly as actual sound. We literally “call forth” and act to shape and produce our reality by how we think and speak. Thoughts form the basis for all speech. What we speak outwardly is the summation of what we think inwardly. Most people believe that their thoughts are produced by their reality as their life conditions, and what they speak is just recognizing the nature of their reality and what happened to them as a form of neutral commentary or accurate reporting. Yet, in fact, the opposite is true. Their reality is the way it is because of how they think about it and perceive it, and what they talk about is the story they’ve formed out of it that not only calls it forth in their sphere of consciousness, keeping it active and expressing, but also creates and shares that same experience with others by forming the reality of what we talk about with them in their imagination also. The story we tell about our life, first to ourselves, then to others, is how we interpreted the events of our life to give them meaning as a way of understanding them. Out of the meaning we give events we form our story as how we created our experience of them.

All outer events are in fact neutral and objective in nature and form the basis for our personal creation in a way that makes them subjective. This follows the same principle of creation on a larger scale where we take an archetype of some kind as a universal theme and idea, and we use it to create a personalized version that’s of a unique and variable nature. Just as an idea exists as a “field of information” in its potential state, containing the information necessary to produce an infinite number of variations of the same idea by selecting only certain aspects (that are congruent with us) then reorganizing them into a new pattern as the expression of one possibility. All of reality is comprised of universal archetypes that can be arranged in an infinite number of ways to produce an infinite number of possibilities for the same overall theme or idea. Each person viewing the same objective event or situation, will create a unique experience of it based on their past conditioning and culmination of memories. Each one will select different aspects of it that they notice and abstract (pull out) that they then embellish and use to create a whole idea (holographic principle) out of.

This is very easy to understand when you get together with friends and family, and together recall a memory of an event you were all a part of, and realize that everyone experienced it differently and took away a whole different story and memory of it than you did. Likewise, the same person will often tell a different story about the same memory based on what mood they’re in and what they’re associating it with as the reason for recalling it. Our mood determines what aspect of any situation we focus on, abstract or pull out and organize in a way that forms a new and varied experience of it. Each time we recall a memory we alter it slightly through a form of adaptation to our current stage of life and maturity, the mood we’re in when recalling it, and what we’re associating it with as a means of giving it the same meaning, which modifies it to some extent. Often, by the time we become adults our memories of our childhood don’t even resemble the actual event because of how we’ve changed them by thinking about them while in different states and by applying or associating them with different situations that were of a similar although different nature.

       Probably the most basic way to begin working directly on and with ourselves to change our reality is by learning how to step into a “witnessing perspective” and “watch our own thoughts” while detaching from them and not trying to change them or justify them somehow. Observe your own thought processes and the story you’re always telling yourself about things as a way of describing, explaining, and making sense of them, and simply become aware of them. All natural transformation occurs when we simply become aware of what we were previously unaware of. By making conscious what’s operating in our life unconsciously, we can begin “catching ourselves” (becoming aware) when we’re naturally “doing it”, and in that moment of awareness, we realize we have a choice.

In the same manner, begin listening to yourself as you speak. You do this by simply talking to someone normally about something in your natural state, then, again, stepping outside of yourself momentarily, taking on a second person perspective where you’re listening to yourself as another person would, detached emotionally from what you’re saying, and just allow yourself to realize what you have a tendency to say. Listen to the reality of what you’re saying, realize “who you become” because of what you’re saying, the story you’re always in the process of telling as a theme, and what it “means” about you. Don’t judge yourself, try to correct or deny anything, just become aware of what it is. I won’t say any more about this process because the results come from the experience of it, you have to actually do it, and then you’ll know the effect it produces.

 Summary

Words as vibration contain patterns as the ideas that shape reality as thoughts in the imagination. This imagined sensory reality stimulates (vibrates) an emotional response to the initial idea that serves to intensify it and shapes how we “experience” our thoughts. Words spoken as a formula (sentences, paragraphs, stories, etc.) internally as thought or internal dialogue, alter the vibratory frequency (model) of our mind which acts as our “perceptual lens” as a filtering system we “look through” to see that same idea (as a theme or metaphor) in the external world. Our perceptual lens, which is formed by the idea as a vibration which has an inherent “self-organizing mechanism”, reorganizes the elemental phenomena of our material reality, changing how it “appears” to us. We literally “form and call forth” (awaken, activate, and bring out) the reality of our thoughts. We project our thoughts onto others and our environment, seeing in them only what exists first in us, vibrating it and bringing it out in an active and expressive state, and then form our experiences out of it.

Whatever we talk about, which is the outward expression of composed inner thoughts, we plant as seeds in the imagination of others, where they form the same imagined ideas that provide them with the necessary template or formula for working cooperatively with us to participate in co-creating that same reality. We give people the realities we want them to see by how we talk to them and what kind of stories we tell through the persona we employ. Change how you think and feel and your entire world will change accordingly. Learn how to tell a new kind of story, and you’ll stimulate in everything else and act to call forth the reality of that story. Listen to yourself think and talk, and ask yourself . . . is this what I want to continue creating?

Mastering your Will to Create and Transform

Many people don’t fully understand what we mean when we use the term “will”, and as a result they don’t know how to use it in a deliberate and powerful way to create. Will is always associated to choice, because anytime we’re actually using our will , it’s to move out of conditioning and automatic, habitual tendencies that we do naturally, and create in a new and more individual way instead. When we’re trained to belief systems and certain mind-sets as “group consciousness” of some form, we’re actually lending our will to others and allowing them to shape and determine us as a result. Our will isn’t our ability to “resist” things or not give in to passions, pleasure, desires, or cravings of some kind through an act of sheer strength and willpower, but rather our ability to decide on what we want to be and do, and use our imagination to form the correct “internal representation” (IR) of ideas that either make them repulsive and disgusting, or desirable and attractive.

While we tend to think that things have power over us in the same sense that they’re dictating our experience and how we respond as a result, the fact is that we shape the outer world into an internal representation (IR) that we then use in place of the actual thing or activity as a way of experiencing it. As we think about something we’re associating other ideas with it, and using our “sensory system” to embellish it with sensory qualities that invoke emotional states. An idea that’s turned into an internal reality that serves to elicit strong emotions in response to it are how we’re using our will all the time to direct our own behavior and what we participate in by desiring and becoming one with it; as well as what we don’t because we find it unappealing for some reason. If we’ve made a decision to stop doing something, and we constantly struggle to resist it and create an experience of suffering because we’re abstaining from it, it’s because we haven’t learned how to use our higher mind to direct ourselves, and we’re using it incorrectly as a result.

The body, which is what we also refer to as the subconscious mind, because it inhabits and operates it, is operated by memory, and forms all of our natural behaviors as repetitive patterns and daily rituals and tendencies. The subconscious “thinks” in pictures and is experiential in nature. This means we communicate with it and act to program it with a form of virtual memory by imagining ideas as an experience of them. Its primary motive is “self-preservation”, so all of its impulses as feeling emotional states are geared towards maintaining the status quo and habits engaged in on a routine basis. It’s primarily instinctual in nature and motivated by pleasure or pain. It moves deeper into and seeks out whatever it deems pleasurable, and moves away from or avoids whatever it deems painful. It forms, firmly establishes and faithfully maintains habits and addictions, and is nearly always craving and wanting something. All of its needs are physical and material in nature and it works and is driven by emotions, making it impulsive and urge oriented. When it doesn’t get what it “needs and desires” it causes pain and suffering through emotions and physical withdrawals, which is experienced as a form of death (no longer able to sustain itself through that activity).

The subconscious mind is the creative aspect of the mind that’s capable of shaping and producing material realities, both inwardly and outwardly. It does this by turning a feeling or idea into a reality in the faculty of the imagination. Being memory oriented, it acts to create our memories from actual experiences, replaying them as a means of continuing to create by way of them, and as the means of being fed an idea as a form of “seeded thought” that it then fashions into a reality as a form of virtual memory. The imagined idea as an original creation is formed and appears in the imagination in exactly the same way as an actual memory does. This virtual memory as an internal representation of an idea operates in exactly the same way as an actual memory creating a kind of blueprint or template as an internal experience that forms the basis for the correlating external experiences of the same kind.

This “virtual memory” is an image, scenario, or movie-like idea that’s translucent (like a reflection on glass) in nature (can be seen fully while looking at something else), and becomes our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that reorganizes the elements of our outer reality to match the theme and emotions of the inner one. The IR becomes a kind of template or map for structuring and navigating the outer experience. Because of this tendency to “perceive out of memory and IR’s”, we never directly see or experience things as they actually are (a part from us), but rather as we “remake them” through our perception of them. This perception based on or produced by an IR or memory, works through the same principles as value judgments and either makes something appear desirable, likeable, and pleasurable, or undesirable, despicable and unappealing, or disgusting somehow.

When we decide and say we’re no longer going to do something, but we continue to form it in our mind as pleasurable and desirable, we struggle to resist it and continue to want it. We make giving it up a painful experience and the longing for it never goes away, so we’re always “tempted” by it. If instead, realizing how the mind works, we change the IR we’re forming into something that’s disgusting, repulsive, and painful, then we have no trouble resisting it, and thoughts of it eventually go away altogether. When we no longer think about it, it’s no longer a part of us and it exercises no control over us. This is the accurate use of the will – to make a decision to take control of what’s normally and unconscious process, and inject instead the idea we want to create in its place – then change the IR of what we’re stopping or looking to transform, while embellishing and enhancing the IR of the new idea we’re replacing it with.

Internal Representations, like reality itself are formed through sensory attributes, qualities, and characteristics that either makes it up-close, in vivid color and compelling, or far-away, black and white and neutral. If we make something up-close, immediate, full Technicolor, and create it as a full sensory experience of what you’re seeing, hearing, feeling, touching, smelling or tasting, and what you’re telling yourself about the experience that gives it meaning, and you create it with very positive emotions that make it pleasurable and beautiful, you create a strong desire for it. This gives your subconscious a very compelling “memory” that it steadily move towards and into, while seeking it out and connecting with that same idea in your immediate outer environment. If you then neutralize the current idea that you want to eliminate by turning it to black and white, pushing it out far into the distance so it seems far away, and assign negative sensory qualities and emotions to it, the subconscious, being given a more desirable alternative forgets about it, moves away from or avoids the old, eventually disconnecting from it all together outwardly, and moves instead into the fulfillment of the new and pleasurable idea.

The will is the active component of the conscious mind that can make new decisions that are not a part of its formative conditioning and habitual in nature, and can rule out one idea while replacing it with another. It impregnates the subconscious imagination with the seed as a unique idea that is then grown and formed into maturity in the imagination and manifests as an experience that bridges the inner with the outer, both of which are the creation of the subconscious mind as its offspring. The subconscious mind, when not being fed by its own personal will as an intentional idea for creating, absorbs instead the will of others as mental and emotional impressions or suggestions going on around it that it uses to generate thoughts in the imagination, and not only creates the individual (mind and body) according to those thoughts, but also creates the outer experience of those thoughts as its reality.

Anytime we passively take in an idea from outside of us (thoughts of another), and we form them into IR’s as a virtual reality, and make them our own by continuing to think about them, we’re choosing (unconsciously) to manifest and give life to the will of others through us. We’re literally lending our will to them, allowing them to determine us and the reality we experience as the perceptual lens we look through. The conscious, willful mind, is what’s traditionally called the “gate-keeper”, and is the aspect of the self that decides what’s allowed into the subconscious and what’s not. It analyzes, intuits, and evaluates the information to decide whether it’s true or not, valuable in some way, or would be beneficial as a means of upgrading the mental paradigm by incorporating it. It’s the “editor” that filters information through reasoning. It’s the part of our selves that’s always actively choosing even when we’re unaware (no choice is a choice) and decides what stays and what goes. It’s the aspect of the mind that has the ability to intentionally self-create through the active transformation of old ideas into new ones.

Thought, Self-Creation, and the Nature of Karma

Karma is the Habituated State of Mind that forms all of Our Perceptions

Many people believe that karma is something that’s incurred only through actions of some kind, or that it’s okay to think about something as long as you don’t actually “do” anything. Pure thought is subtle (invisible) and seemingly inactive on the material plane, while feelings, sensation, and emotion are active forces that serve to stimulate us physically. We imagine that we can think without actually creating any consequences to our thoughts as long as we don’t act on our thoughts in the material sense. Thought is always individual in nature, each person having their own unique thoughts in response to any form of stimulation, whereas emotions are more universal in nature in the sense that we all experience the same basic type of emotions. Yet, in reality, thought, as a subtle force, underlies and forms the basis for all of our emotions and actions. Thought is “action” on the spiritual plane, and forms the pattern as an idea that becomes enacted on the material plane. To think is to literally create in the most basic sense of the idea. It’s not enough to control our behavior and what outward activities we engage in, we have to also control our thoughts which forms the basis for our activities. Thoughts form the images and patterns of material form and processes, and become the template for producing an analogous outer reality through corresponding behaviors..

Thought that we  dwell in and repeat consistently becomes habitual (normal), and forms the basis for our karma. As we think, we become our thoughts in form, and we view our life “through” our thoughts and mental impressions as our “perceptual lens” that reformulates neutral elements in the outer world to match the thoughts (thematic patterns) of our inner world. As we think we perceive, and through our perceptions we reshape (recompose) the outer reality through our interpretation of it. Thought is a natural force as a vibration that has a structuring mechanism inherent in it, that reformulates light (material substance) through sympathies and antipathies, reshaping it (changing how it appears) to be of the same nature as the thoughts. Our thoughts form an idea as a mental impression or internal reality out of our paradigm (vibratory structure as a model) that becomes the perceptual lens that we “look through” to see the same thing outside of us that’s inside of us. This mental impression as certain type of thoughts form internal representations of the outer world that are superimposed over it as our personal perception of it, and become a form of “organizational template” that’s used to form a subjective experience in place of objective facts. In this way, we ultimately make everything “about” us by building it into our story about things.

Our internal reality of thought, organizes and forms how we experience the outer material plane, and serves to shape us because we are always “one with our thoughts” (the one having our thoughts), and “identifying” with our own self-created experiences,  As we think and create, we’re always spawning, integrating and assimilating our own thoughts to form a greater overall matrix and becoming the summation of our thoughts as an evolutionary process of becoming, which forms our individuality “as” our thoughts. Thoughts are being propagated and transmitted through the astral plane or mind-field of the Earth, as universal thoughts that are adapted and modified into the individual thoughts of humanity or mass consciousness, and are “picked up on” by other minds of the same nature that can accommodate and utilize the same “type of thoughts” into their mental model in a congruent manner, in a subliminal fashion as thoughts that just “come to us out of the blue”. Whatever is of the same vibratory frequency as we are, or within near proximity, we resonate with and naturally absorb and perceive them as being our own, because they’re the same type of thoughts we normally think.

Thought also exists in universal form, as archetypes that are metaphorical in nature, and act as a prototype or model for using to create our own personal version of the same idea through an imaginary process. As we draw in and are able to conceive of an idea that’s of a universal nature, it’s steadily modified through a series of adaptation to various factors – the paradigm and mental structure of the individual, their level of development and maturity, how the idea is applied to specific conditions, circumstances, and situations pertinent to the individual, how they’re conformed to per-existing beliefs and assumptions, etc. – to produce a unique version of the same idea as a personalized version. Our karma is not only produced by our actions, but by way of our own thinking, which elicits complementary emotions and is what ultimately forms the basis for all of our actions. Our karma is the natural vibratory structure of our mind and how it naturally expresses to create our reality

Thought coming into the material mind in a pure, unadulterated form, has no emotional content or feeling (sensation) active in it, though it does contain feeling and emotion in its latent state, and acts to produce feeling as complementary sensations and emotions as its equivalent or that are of the same nature. The emotion elicited by thought, amplifies that intensifies the thought, producing the actions of the thoughts as our behaviors. All behavior is emotionally driven, and all emotions are produced by our thoughts. What we feel and think, we ultimately do, and what we do is the outer expression and activity of what we think. The mind is the soul, which in its spiritual aspect is the summation of our personal thoughts which form the basis for our perceptions and actions. These thoughts as mental impressions imprinted on our mind, that also produce the activities, experiences, and memories of the thoughts, is our karma as the patterns that determine the nature and course of our life events and what it is that we remain attached and connected to. As we think we become our thoughts and perceive the outer world through our thoughts about it, and we systematically produce the reality of our thoughts by changing how things “appear to us” through the story we tell ourselves about them.

We can work to develop ourselves as a soul-mind by learning how to willfully control our thoughts, and intentionally employ thoughts that will reshape our character, replace other thoughts of an undesirable and destructive nature, and align ourselves with new ideas that will serve to transform us making us able to connect with and produce a new kind of experience of reality. But we have to be able to do this while we’re still experiencing old karma, disciplining ourselves to correct our own tendencies, until the old karma runs its course, creates the experience it was designed to create, and energetically burns out. Then, the karma created by the new way of thinking can begin to take hold and transform our life experiences by way of them. So we’re always required to “pay forward” in terms of creating new forms of karma, knowing that they will only take effect in terms of our outer circumstances and situations once the effects of the old have passed. In some cases, as in relationships, changing our karma may only come through leaving the relationship, because we entered those relationships through “shared karma” as behavioral dynamics that the relationship will continue to hold us to, not allowing a new way of being. This is especially true when only one person in the relationship is changing and growing into new ways of being, while the other is still perceiving and acting out of the old karma..

The temptation to relapse involved in changing comes from the fact that just as our thinking and perceiving produced the outer events of our life, once the effect is produced outside of us, it then acts as the “cause” that stimulate in us more of the same type of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in response to it. So a self-perpetuating cycle formed as the cause that produces an effect that becomes the cause for producing another effect that becomes the cause . . . . and so on, has to be neutralized. We have to break the cycle by recognizing how we’re being effected by our own life circumstances and situations, and resist the tendency to think the way they naturally cause us to think, while consciously choosing instead to employ other thoughts and not react to the emotional charge they habitually produce. This forms the basis for what we think of as having to “believe” in something even though it’s not happening and therefore self-evident, while knowing that it will come, because it operates by law, and is therefore always true as a kind of guarantee. The only real question becomes, how long it will take for our old way of thinking and emoting to dissolve and exhaust itself, no longer held together through a cooperative effort, and start manifesting as the changing conditions of our life circumstances.

Many of us have been taught to use our creative power by trying to change or manipulate other people and the outer conditions of our life, which is working on the “effect” and not with what’s causing the effect. This is operating “against law”, which is why it never works. In order to change the outer world, we have to change the inner world of the mind and individual character that’s producing it as a natural expression. As long as we remain the same in terms of our thinking, perceiving, and the emotional states we live out of, we continue producing and experiencing the same type of ideas as thematic life patterns over and over. Our thoughts form the patterns of our life as a theme that weaves together all the areas of our life in a congruent and consistent manner. Because of this, no matter how drastic the changing conditions and circumstances of our life, we simply recreate the same type of ideas using new elements. This is because the mind “organizes” any of the outer elements into the same pattern as a reality that produces the same type of experiences in a faithful and automatic fashion.

The Golden Rule – what we sow, we also reap, what we put out comes back to us ten-fold (self-perpetuating as a cause and effect relationship). As we act “on the world” and others through our thoughts, we also act “on ourselves” by living out of the reality produced by our thoughts and gaining a sense of ourselves through our own self-created experiences. Our projections (reality created through our perceptual lens) are reflected back to us, and what we send out as our imagined thoughts (inner reality), produce a corresponding effect, that then becomes the cause of our thoughts, and we live out of the reality produced by our way of thinking as a rhythmic cycle. This self-perpetuating cycle as a cause and effect relationships forms our karma, determines our life experiences, and how they serve to continue shaping us as a product of our own creation. This cyclical effect can go on indefinitely, and is only changed through self-awareness, realization, and the disciplined use of will to change the very nature of our thoughts and our character, while still being stimulated by the return of previous thoughts tempting us to relapse into our old way of thinking. This takes commitment and devotion to a process with no immediate return, while disciplining ourselves to develop mental fortitude and moral stamina to persevere against the odds of our own making.

Becoming Self-Aware – Mastering the Power of the Spoken Word

One of the most powerful things you can do to become self-aware is to begin taking conscious control of what you say. By becoming aware of what we say or what we tend to talk about, we can become aware of our own style of thinking. Words that make up the sentences that we speak have the power to shape visual imagery associated with them, which acts to program our subconscious mind to produce them as a physical manifestation or outer experience. What we talk about, and the attitude and stories we form by how we talk, reveal in very specific terms what our “model of the world” is, and how we use our model to fashion our realities and shape ourselves by way of those realities. Words that are spoken, bring the words as internal thoughts outward in a form of communication that elicits the same type of realities in whomever we’re speaking to. Words form the very basis of our thinking and act to shapes ideas as sound into realities internally, that are then used to express and call forth those realities externally by actively speaking them.

 
While many people believe that what they think and talk about is an accurate depiction and expression of a factual reality, and that because of this they’re communicating truthfully, the fact is, nothing could be further from the truth. Our perception of life and reality outside of us is an interpretation that remolds it to be “like us”. Our mind as a paradigm or thematic pattern, takes in information from the outside world and translates it into a story-line as a personalization of it. We’re always “within” our mind’s paradigm looking out, and only “see” in the external world what matches our internal world and can be explained, described, and understood using our paradigm. We literally abstract or pull out of any situation the parts and aspects that resonate with our model, then recompose those aspects to tell a story out of them as a way of experiencing them. Because of this unique feature of the human mind, every single person that’s apart of the same outer reality or event, will form a unique and different experience of it. If five people participate in the same thing, you’ll get five distinct interpretations, all of which “noticed” different things, and created a story out of it by how they put those abstract aspects together in a cohesive way to experience them in a consistent manner so they make sense with all of their experiences. We never experience things or other people as they are, but as we remake them.

The words we speak are formed into internal imagery that gives life to them as actual and real possibilities. Our thoughts, which come as an inner voice, utilizes our imagination which forms them into possible outer realities based on what memories or ideas we’ve associated to they words themselves. Thoughts are the seeds for producing whole realities, first internally as reliving and recombining memories, forming conceptualizations and internal representations as our creative style for expression. Not only do we think the same type of thoughts repeatedly, but we imagine the same type of scenarios over and over, different only as the modifications necessary to apply them to various outer circumstances. While they vary in application, they remain cohesive and consistent in the theme that’s used to shape them. As we think we create. Our thoughts as internal dialogue are the active use of our will. What we think about we’re simultaneously in the process of creating as our experiences. What you think and speak is not an accurate account of your life, but your life is a direct reflection of your thoughts. All reality as we know it is subject to the individual experiencing it. The inner exists in relationship to the outer, and turns universal and objective reality into a personal subjective reality as the experience of it.

 
As you speak you call forth the reality inherent in your words. As you talk to others, the words that you use and the attitude you speak them with, stimulate in them the same type of reality, and they become a co-creator in that reality. By telling them what life is like for us, we form an image of ourselves in their mind by how they think about what we’re saying. As they picture what we’re saying, they form a similar interpretation, and share in our beliefs about ourselves. This subjective reality as a personalization forms a belief system that’s projected and superimposed over our outer reality as a way of seeing, experiencing, and creating only what matches our belief about it. This is why beliefs are difficult to identify from truth, because they’re our own creation and form the very foundation for how we create our experiences as our basic outer perception.

 
One of the best ways to begin gaining an in-depth insight into your own mind, is to simply begin the practice of objectively listening or witnessing what you say to others. As you talk naturally, periodically hesitate, and move out of the associated position of being “in the experience” you’re talking about, and listen to what you just said, and notice what you see in it in terms of the belief system or paradigm you’re living out of. Listen to the reality it indicates. Notice how you’re presenting yourself to others. And simply reflect on it, allowing a chain of associated ideas to take place as a way of following them back to their roots. Notice that as you objectively listen to yourself as being outside of the experience you’re talking about, without emotional attachments, that a whole series of memories as associated ideas will flash through your mind. And again, just observe them, and allow yourself to realize where they come from and gain insight into them, as self-realization. Simultaneously you’ll begin recognizing how your outer expression as verbalizing thoughts reveals what and how you tend to think. What perspective you take to create your own experiences, what it says about you, and who you become by way of it. Don’t judge it or try to explain and justify it, simply witness it as if you were observing or listening to someone else.

Once you gain the incredible insight listening to yourself brings, you can extend the practice by learning how to think about what you say before you say it. You can move from an unconscious position of automatic and spontaneous communication, to one of thoughtful and deliberate communication. You can begin asking yourself in any situation, what do I want to create by what I’m about to say, and how will what I say and the attitude I say it with, influence the person or situation I’m saying it too? What will they form in their mind based on what I’m saying? What mental impression or mood am I creating by how and what I talk about? What image am I conveying that will form their impression of me, and what type of ideas they automatically associate to me.

 
By viewing words as cause that produces an equal and predictable effect, we can begin using our words to strategically produce a specific affect in others. We can realize that we have the ability to call forth and create whatever we speak as an internal image. We can begin realizing that it’s through communication that we naturally direct the mind of others. Whatever ideas we’re giving life to inside of us by thinking about them, become the thoughts of others by how we express them. We can begin directing other people’s mind’s by learning to direct our own mind. By becoming conscious of this dynamic process of creating through mental influence, we are provided with the means to begin taking control of our own thoughts, and becoming responsible for how we influence people in a direct and indirect manner. We can begin seeing things about ourselves that eluded us before and remained hidden from our direct awareness. We can begin realizing in very clear terms what our mental model is, what attitudes and beliefs govern our life and act to create our experiences, and through this realization we can begin working with them consciously and intentionally through the creative power of choice and will.

Sub-personalities – Internal Conflict and the Voices in your Head

One of the most natural aspects of our everyday experience is this constant inner dialogue going on within our mind as a form of discussion, negotiation, or argument between different aspects or parts of ourselves. This natural phenomenon is evident in how we describe it when we say that “one part of me wants to do this, while another part of me wants to do that”. This split decision causes us to feel torn between ideas, and often leaves us never really making a firm decision while constantly going back and forth between extremes of the same idea. This same reality is often depicted as a devil on one shoulder, and an angel on the other, both whispering in our ear. Carl Jung recognized this basic process of consciousness always going on, and developed the idea of the psyche being composed of multiple archetypes or personalities that are always engaged in discussion and persuasion as part of our normal thinking. Of course this idea wasn’t unique to Jung, but is a basic part of ancient wisdom and the archetypes of mythology as aspects of consciousness that represent different personalities, and astrology based on the individual make-up being based on the archetypes and their main focus within a persons basic personality. These are not to be mistaken for “multiple personalities”, which is an entirely different condition, but rather as different aspects of one personality.

 
These inner voices, all with personalities of their own, each exerting themselves in various situations, competing for control of our will, are actually what in psychology we call “sub-personalities”, “inner aspects”, or “different parts”, all of which make the greater overall personality. We’re born with a cluster of archetypal personalities as part of our soul’s make-up, and we acquire them as we go through life from our conditioning, events of strong emotional impact, extreme fear, or trauma’s of some sort. Our parent’s voice, for example, becomes a natural part of our inner dialogue that continues to play out and talk to us from the same attitude, perspective, intention, and demeanor. Our belief system, likewise, comes as an inner discussion that’s always telling us about something from the perspective of the belief it represents. When we encounter shocking, fearful, or intense situations, we can draw into us and take on new aspects that are ideally suited for negotiating that situation “for us”, or as a means of coping with it. Whenever we’re devastated in some way, and fall apart, we let down our resistance to outside forces and influences, and become vulnerable to them through a form of magnetism.

Whatever emotional state we indulge in, we polarize ourselves to, become a magnet for the consciousness of that emotion, and draw into us thoughts that create realities out of the emotions as a possible expression of it. We “take on” the quality of consciousness equivalent to the emotional state, and think thoughts that form inner realities that express and produce more of that emotion. These emotional thoughts, seemingly generated by our mind as the expression of the emotions, take on a life of their own, become an aspect of our personality, and continue to operate in us through a voice that becomes a natural part of our thinking. It’s an aspect of the emotional state that produces it that perceives everything from that perspective, and has its role and intention “as” that perspective. It stays alive in us by thinking through us, and always talking to us in a convincing manner, negotiating the terms of its existence.

 
The sub-personality is always describing things, explaining them, and pointing them out while telling us about them. While they’re active “in us”, we are rendered passive, and allow them to exert themselves by giving them the stage to speak freely. Even when we recognize them, and willfully subdue them, as soon as our guard is down, they reassert themselves and begin controlling our thoughts without our direct awareness. They’re so automatic that they become a natural part of us. After awhile, we can’t separate ourselves from them, come to depend on them, and let them run us and use our mind and will to create by way of us. As long as we fail to integrate the parts, they continue to exert themselves without our direct awareness, through our subconscious nature. Whatever exists in us at the subconscious level, meaning without our direct awareness of it, we continue to act out in an automatic fashion, usually producing what ultimately becomes an internal conflict. They form opposing unconscious aspects of ourselves that go against conscious aspects. We make a decision consciously to do something, and then our subconscious mind brings into play everything that contradicts it and is acting to prevent it, sabotaging our willful efforts. Because these aspects were formed out of intense emotional states, whenever we begin reliving them, or they rise in us and begin playing out by controlling our thoughts, they’re accompanied by strong emotions, which tend to overpower us, and negate rational and reasonable thinking that’s devoid of a strong emotional component.

When two ideas come into direct conflict, each represented by a different aspect of ourselves, the one which elicits the strongest emotion tends to win out. While our first approach may be to fight against the emotional aspect preventing us from consciously progressing in a more favorable direction through active choice and will, this can prove hopeless and at best a temporary gain through dominance and suppression, yet the real solution lies in negotiating terms with the sub-personality, by gaining realization around it, what its purpose and agenda is, what it’s meant to do, and thanking it for its service to you by helping you through the difficult situation in which you acquired it in, then telling it to leave, while mentally forming a pathway out of your body and sending it back out into the universe to be of service to someone else.

 
All energies and natural forces as qualities of consciousness only come into us through a vacancy or void that creates a vacuum as magnetism of some sort, which we could think of as a form of invitation that pulls or draws it into us through resonance, we can simultaneously realize that regardless of the role it takes on, the intention is beneficial because it was designed to help us through a situation we were in as a state of mind that attracted it, or awakened it in us. While we tend to think of the mind as a product of the brain or heart, and therefore “set” and comprised of fixed qualities, the fact of the matter is we are born with a constitution as a set of information and memories that form our initial personality, and we are engaged in a constant process of growth and development through a constant exchange of energy with everything around us. The mind is energetic and invisible in nature, and works through vibration, sympathetic induction, and synthesis, in much the same way we take in the molecules of the air around us by breathing it, which then become an essential part of our molecular structure, while discharging or exhaling molecules no longer needed as a form of recycling. Likewise, the food we eat becomes the building blocks that form our physical body, determining our health as a physical state or condition. Our mind is the electromagnetic energy system of our body that’s drawing into it energies as qualities the consciousness around it. Blending with and becoming the same as them, altering the vibration of the mind through the integration, while emanating or sending back out energies no longer magnetized to it.

The energies of the mind as the invisible forces in the invisible space around us, are “qualities of consciousness” with a singular nature that form an aspect of a larger matrix of energies and become a sub-personality with a specific perspective and perception, that forms a part of our overall personality, modifying it by incorporating the singular perspective, altering the overall perspective. We experience it as a “voice in our head” as “thought” that enter into and become a part of our normal perspective of everyday reality. Because they come as thoughts and feelings, we often don’t realize that they’re not our own, and are something we “acquired” instead, and we give our will to them by letting them rise in us as our perception, thoughts, and interpretation of the meaning events take on. They begin discussing everything as a form of argument that clashes with and negates other aspects, always seeking to win over and resume control of our perception and thought processes.

 
Like all things of the mind and the invisible plane of pure energy that we are submerged in and an integral part of, the only way to extract unwanted aspects, or aspects whose part and role is no longer needed or beneficial, is through recognition and awareness of them and how they operate to influence and control you. Because we acquire these automatically while in an unconscious state of delirium (emotion, trauma, shock, intense fear, etc.), and they’re absorbed into our unconscious mind and arise in us automatically without our direct awareness of them, they continue with us until we become conscious and aware of them. Once we become aware of different aspects of ourselves, and how they exist in conflict with other aspects of our nature, and we realize how they’re serving us through protection and service of some sort, we can appreciate them, feel gratitude for their help, and let them know they’re no longer needed. They no longer serve a desirable or necessary purpose. We can then locate them in our body through the emotion they are a part of and the bodily sensations it produces, and direct them to leave while mentally escorting them out of our body and back into the universal soul of mass consciousness where they’ll become available to be drawn in by someone else in need of their services.

 
The interesting thing about qualities or aspects of consciousness is that they exists on the plane of the mind as consciousness, and can only be worked with from that same plane. The mind controls the mind, and our own conscious awareness and imagination is used to acquire, exchange, utilize, and discharge the consciousness available all around us. We work with our mind by way of our mind. We can realize that our will commands aspects of the mind not only as energies around us, but through the mind of others. We are constantly taking on and exchanging consciousness with everyone and everything around us. By becoming aware of this we can simultaneously learn how to exercise control over it.

 
Once we realize that our soul as our consciousness actually “jumps out of” and exits our body during events of fear, shock, and trauma, causing what you could think of as a vacancy and a form of vacuum as a magnetic pull that draws in energy equivalent to or of the same vibration and quality of our state of mind, or that’s inherent in the situation, we can begin realizing the powerful role emotions and fear play in governing us through acquisition of consciousness that increase and amplifies the state itself. Fear draws into us consciousness of the reality inherent in the fear, and makes us think fearful thoughts, or react with anger and rage, through an inner voice that begins dialoguing with us about the fear and from the perspective and attitude that sees the same type of fear in everything around us just through its perception of it. Looking through the lens of fear, we only see more fear or what warrants fear.

MindfieldBy learning how to manage our state of mind, we can recognize aspects we’ve acquired that aren’t “us”. We can begin distinguishing between our real self and our acquired self. We can begin realizing that certain aspects of our thinking are associated to specific events of our life where we “acquired them” and they became a normal part of our thinking. We can begin realizing how they play a part in sabotaging other aspects of our life, or argue against and negotiate through seduction to prevent willfully bringing about desired changes through conscious decisions to do so. By becoming aware of their strong emotional component we can not only resist their control, but learn how to identify them further, while simultaneously using compelling emotions to fuel and empower our conscious decisions. By gaining realization around them and what they act to prevent, protect us from, deal with, or cause, we can see their purpose and how they were intended to protect us, and how through that same attitude and behavior now act to sabotage our intentional efforts, we can thank it for its help, and tell it it’s no longer needed, then consciously and willfully release it, freeing it from the body and mind, and no longer be subject to it. Anytime we are “removing” one aspect creating a void or opening, we have to consciously draw into that space what we want to fill it, or it’ll do it automatically with whatever is available without our direction. As we create an opening or vacuum we have call or pull our soul back in to fill it, recovering it and becoming whole again. This is traditionally referred to as “Soul Retrieval” in Shamanic Arts.
All energy as spirits, entities, qualities, or emotions is subject to and commanded by the will of the human mind. We willfully acquire them through needing or wanting, or by vacating our body creating an opening for them to enter, take hold, and remain apart of us. While they occupy a part of us, our own soul can’t fully enter back into and operate through us, and remains on the outer boundaries of the mind where an opening has to be created in order to draw our own soul aspects back into our body. Only through awareness, realization, and willful control over them can we release or discharge them. The problem is, once they become a part of us, we build our identity around them as an essential part of ourselves, and form a kind of love for them, and hold them to us as a result. We don’t want to let them go because we’ve become accustomed to the story we began living out of them due to the traumatic circumstances we acquired them through, and feel as if we would lose an important part of ourselves by letting them go that would change tour very psychological make-up by making us encounter and experience in us what they were designed to protect us from. We only draw into us and acquire consciousness that’s of service somehow and therefore useful.

Even when we perceive them as bad or destructive, they’re preventing us from coming face-to-face with other aspects of ourselves that we fear even more, even though they might be ultimately good and serve our growth. For example, anger and hostility may be acquired in response to something terrifying that was exactly what we needed to deal with that event, and so it helped us cope and be able to get through it, that once the terrifying event passed, we still maintain an aspect of us that approaches ordinary experiences with an attitude of anger and aggressiveness, or we see them in a way that makes us feel angry and aggressive that’s an inappropriate response. We can continue to look at ordinary things from a perspective that warrants anger and a hostel attitude. In this way, the very quality that protected us in one situation, now becomes our downfall because it becomes a primary part of our everyday life and we’re “angry a lot”, or it becomes an inappropriate response that we can’t seem to help, and we begin employing volatile reactive behavior in the ordinary sense.

 
While we may come to a conscious decision of no longer needing their diversion, and are willfully choosing to step into what we originally feared and resisted, they continue to play out preventing it by introducing contradicting thoughts and emotions that go against our active decisions and hold us to the same attitudes, identity, and behavioral tendencies they served to develop in the first place. Once they become apart of us, we mistake them for being us, and continue to let them control us by living out of them and never sticking with our decisions that would eradicate them by rendering them subjective to our will.

 
Like all things, the idea is never to fight against or resist something, but rather to remove it and its influences from the system altogether, modifying the mind, and removing all blocks to progressive growth through willful decision making. At the level of the mind and consciousness, awareness is the key! Anything we remain unaware of continues to play out in our life, without our consent. By becoming aware of unconscious or shadow aspects of ourselves, we can dissolve them through awareness itself. Not through hating them or judging them to be bad, weak, or wrong, but rather by recognizing how they were serving us at some level and were exactly what we needed to deal with the situation we were in when we attracted them. When they entered us they were helping us to cope with and negotiate some situation that was difficult for us, or that we didn’t feel equipped to deal with. It’s only through true recognition and love and gratitude, that we work with the very consciousness that makes up our own being and serves to create our life experiences and impose a distinct direction on our life’s path by playing a part in controlling our choice and will to bring about certain realities. Love, appreciation and gratitude elicit a natural state of cooperation necessary to direct energetic forces.

Imagination – “As Opposed to Creative Visualization”

The tendency to represent the idea of “imagining something” as “visualizing it”, can make the idea seem fairly confusing. Visualizing indicates forming inner images, pictures and scenes as movies that play out in the mind as a form of anticipated or wished for experience. Then, because its portrayed this way, many get confused as to “how to” visualize, what it means exactly, and believe that it means to see fully detailed, colored images and scenes that play out with precision and detail, and while it certainly can be this way, especially for a well developed imagination, for most people it’s usually much more impressionistic. Most visualization resembles the type of image we see as a reflection in glass or water, or a reflection in a dark, shiny surface where it’s more shadow-like and formed, yet not particularly detailed. This resembles what is referred to as “thought-forms” that exist in the astral field of the mind as shadowy images that we form through thinking about or dwelling on ideas, or recalling a memory of some kind.

 
The imagination however, is a faculty of the mind that forms a full sensory experience that while it’s main component is visual images and impressionistic shapes, it also focuses heavily on hearing and sounds, feelings as intuitive and as touching the surface of material reality, any forms of smells that would be inherent in the experience, and taste whenever appropriate, as well as the internal dialogue as thoughts that we naturally have while engaging in any type of experience and the emotions the experience elicits. Our inner dialogue is what we are telling ourselves ‘about’ the experience that makes it mean something. The imagination takes an inspired idea as unformed, and shapes it into a full 3-D sensory reality that is realistic and believable, and therefore possible. The true use of the imagination however, places the greatest emphasis on “feelings” that we have as a result of the inner experience we are having. The feeling is the full-body intuitive sensation that blends the visual into a holistic experience as a form of memory that is complete with emotions, thoughts and meaning that brings realization around an idea that can only be obtained through the experience of it. This reality formed in the imagination through thinking, creates a form of template that makes us a channel for the imagined idea to become a reality as an outer expression that’s a correspondence to the inner experience.

This is the creative power of the mind to create experience by first creating it internally while shaping it with sensory detail and definition that sets the vibratory patterning that attracts and organizes the outer experience as a correspondence. The outer experience is not exact to the imagined one, although it can be, but is rather analogous to the inner experience. It’s of the same nature and theme as the internal experience, yet modified according to the elements available in the immediate surroundings, and the will, personality and interactive quality of those participating in the orchestration of the outer experience. Because the outer requires other people, situations and events, the original vision is modified accordingly as a basic requirement to incorporate the ideas and desires of all who partake in the over-all experience that is co-created as a shared reality.

 
This is why the emphasis is always placed on the “feeling” of the experience rather than the visual aspect. Visually it may be entirely different than you imagined it, yet it will feel the same. It’ll be the same type of idea as a form of theme, which is being illustrated in a modified and varied manner. The feeling, as the vibratory frequency is what composes and structures the experience to be of a certain patterning that beautifully conforms to the influences that everyone participating contributes, while maintaining the same basic idea as the essence of the over-all experience. You will recognize the fulfillment of your wish, not by what it looks like, but by what it feels like as you realize you’re in the process of having it.

How we Form our Thoughts – The Role Suggestion Plays in our Daily Lives

I often get asked “can everyone be hypnotized”? Or are there some people who can’t? What this shows me is that most people don’t understand what hypnotism is or how our mind naturally operates by way of it. A better question would be, “is there anytime we’re NOT being hypnotized”? Many people spend the better part of their lives in a constant state of hypnosis, being basically unconscious of how they’re being influenced by everyone around them, and how they’re systematically “given” thoughts, that they then adopt as their own, personalize them by how they imagine them, which simultaneously modifies their paradigm by incorporating them. These thoughts then become our own, and we use them to program ourselves by way of them by simply thinking about them. Our thoughts, as our internal dialogue is the most basic form of self-hypnosis. We program ourselves by way of our own thinking. In order to understand how this works, all we have to do is look at what hypnosis is, and what laws of the mind it operates by, and then learn how to recognize those same processes as they operate in our daily lives.

 
All hypnosis can be thought of as the primary means through which a thought as a suggestion is introduced into the mind which is receptive to it, meaning, there’s no form of resistance to it. We have two aspects of the mind that are always operating in tandem to create our experience and turn ideas that are introduced into it into full fledged inner realities by imagining them. The subconscious, which is the powerhouse of the system, is programmed and operates out of memory and produces all our natural behaviors by regulating our emotional state which is attached to memories of various sorts. As emotions are stimulated in us, we reference memories associated to those emotional states and use them to perceive our outer situation. The subconscious is passive and receptive, which means as long as information is delivered in its language as an imagined reality with strong feelings or emotional content, it doesn’t resist, argue against, edit or analyze the information, but simply accepts it as an “actual reality” that it then utilizes like an actual memory producing a whole series of behaviors out of it that act to produce it as an outer experience, while simultaneously forming our perceptual lens to include the idea, connecting us to that idea in our outer environment.

The self-conscious aspect is the “thinking mind” that forms our internal dialogue as what most think of as our “thoughts”, that are a form of self-talk, and acts as the gatekeeper to the subconscious by examining and editing everything to decide what’s allowed in to take hold, and what’s resisted or declined, and therefore prevented from taking hold. Whenever we’re in a relaxed state and have no strong objections to the information being received, we are in a passive state, and readily allow ideas in. Likewise, whenever information is delivered with a strong emotional component, especially fear, the emotion overrides the logical aspect, and is instantly taken in and allowed to take hold. Emotion is like a hook that seats the idea in the psyche where its then “dwelled on” and thought about extensively. The emotion married to an idea is what determines how we develop that idea in our imagination through the meaning we give it. The meaning shapes the story we tell about it, and the emotion intensifies it. Through this process all memories are produced by emotional states of some sort, and the emotion activates the memory associated with it as our perceptual lens that restructures our outer objective reality into a personalized subjective reality by how we interpret it. Memories are an interpretation mechanisms that provide us with instant realities as a means of creating consistent types of experiences based on them.

 
The primary forms of hypnotic induction that most commonly take place in our daily lives is various forms of entertainment (especially ones that come as movies or virtual images with music and sound), researching information (with a sense of anticipation), shock or fright of some kind, experiences that have strong emotional impact, and mental entrainment that comes from a strong feeling of familiarity or resonating with someone or something, being seduced, and of course, the most powerful of all, falling in love or being mesmerized by someone or an idea about something. Naturally, fear causes us to close down, stop, avoid, move away from, or hide in some way, and love, being compelling, draws us towards things with a desire to become one with them. Both extremes, love and fear, control our thoughts and we form internal images that first produce and amplify those feelings, then act to intensify and increase them, giving us more of them. Our thoughts act as suggestions to our subconscious mind which converts them into imaginary realities that it perceives as being real or actual experiences. Because the subconscious operates out of memory and forms behavioral patterns based on memory, it turn imaginary realities into actual memories and creates automatic and natural behaviors out of them. When this happens we are living a great deal of our life out of an illusion of our own making.

The basis of hypnosis is the willing intake of an idea as a suggestion that has a strong sensory component that invokes a strong emotional response, intensifying it, that we take into our mind and begin developing it by imagining it as an actual reality or conceptualization that makes it believable, forming what the subconscious mind mistakes for an actual event or outer reality. An idea given to the subconscious as an actual life-like reality with strong emotions (making it seem actual), it interprets the same way it does an actual reality as an outer experience, and uses it as memory to form its programming. The imagined memory programs the subconscious mind with new patterns that become our perceptual lens and connects us to those same types of emotional patterns in our environment, magnetizing us to them. By imagining an idea with strong sensations, incorporates that idea as a modification to our overall mental programming as our paradigm, giving you a new way of perceiving things and new behaviors for creating and cooperatively participating in that reality as an actual experience or possibility. We naturally begin anticipating more of those same types of experiences, setting an expectation for them, and being able to create more experiences out of them by how we perceive and interpret things. We only pull out of any situation the elements that can be reshaped into our pattern as a storyline by how we interpret it to give it meaning and significance and use it as the basis for telling our story about it, while ignoring anything that doesn’t fit in.

 
If you simply sit and observe your own thoughts for awhile, you’ll notice that most of them came from some form of outer source. Even the ones that form your paradigm as the thematic storyline you’re always telling yourself about things, probably came to you through something that was said to you, some movie or video you watched, the lyrics of a song, an article you read, an idea you studied, or something you learned in school. Most of our thoughts come as suggestions from others that we continue developing by how we think about them and evolve them through various life situations or stages, and acquire them as our own, constructing our paradigm by way of them.

Stress is a Reactive Pattern – How we Interpret the Events of our Life to Create our Experience

While we know that stress is the underlying cause of most illness and disease, the term “stress” is typically used in a very vague manner that lacks any real definition. We can only work with something in a deliberate and intentional manner when we understand it and can relate to how it applies to not only our physical health, but also our mental and emotional well-being. We can start by first identifying objective forms of stress from subjective forms. We have to recognize stress that’s outwardly or environmentally produced and beyond our control, as opposed to stress that’s produced inwardly by our own thoughts, emotions, and how we imagine things.

 
Outward stress naturally caused by environmental conditions, while they elicit an inward response necessary to maneuver or survive them through the “fight or flight” response that’s more of an instinctual and automatic reaction, that’s not produced by our thoughts, but exists as a real threat or actual physical danger, subsides automatically as soon as the conditions change or the threat of danger has passed, and we naturally return to a relaxed state. Inward stress is what happens when that same physical response is produced by our own thoughts and ways of perceiving the world. This kind of stress is more of a conditioned response as a habitual way of interpreting our experience that perceives them as threatening, dangerous, painful, warranting possible loss, or as just plain overwhelming.

 
We literally stress ourselves out by how we physically react to our own thoughts. We interpret the events of our life in such a way that it produces fear of some kind, which evokes an emotional reaction to our thinking (or vice versa), and our emotional state is the experience of our endocrine system producing hormones that “prepare our body” to react to perceived danger through the “fight or flight” response, which is usually translated into an over-reaction as an exaggeration that either forms aggressive, and attacking behavior, or cause a person to turn inward and internalize things, ultimately shutting themselves off from the outside world and isolating themselves as a means of coping. It tends to produce extremes of one form or another.

By examining how we experience different emotions, we can realize that fear and the onslaught of negative emotions that stem from it are felt in the body as contractions that form tension that causes an anxious feeling that also forms our state-of-mind or how we feel. This state of mind then becomes the filtering mechanism for interpreting and transforming all our experiences through that state, making them stressful also, just by how we present them to ourselves and how we think about them. When we feel fear a lot, or our conditioned mind-set is constructed largely of negative memories born out of stressful experiences, we keep our body in a constant stimulated state based on our own perceptions that we’ve been conditioned to that form the basis for how we experience the events of our life.

 
It’s easy to see that people that are overly-emotional, meaning they’re always outwardly expressing strong emotions of some kind, are also very stressful to be around. This is because whatever emotion one person is experiencing and projecting, as behaviors that express that emotional state, stimulates those same emotions in everyone they come into contact with, causing them to take on the same emotional state and produce very similar behaviors by how they interact. Emotions are what connect us to others and our environment. A person that’s stressed out tends to stress everyone that’s around them out also. An angry person infects everyone around them with anger, and their interaction becomes one that intensifies and escalates the feeling of anger in both, propagating it, shaping their expression to the dynamic being acted out, and strengthening it in both people.

 
Negative emotions are so much more impacting than positive ones because they stimulate a whole series of biological processes in the body in response to them, which are then associated to the perception of those emotions, connecting them to ways of thinking and behaving that form tension in the body that can be hard to shake, even when what caused the fear initially subsides. Positive emotions have the opposite effect, and produce a relaxed and free feeling in the body, returning it to a positive and balanced state. The stress that’s held in the body from negative emotions, can become habitual ways of perceiving the world, and are lived out of as a normal disposition, form a vast array of health problems directly associated to the “fight or flight” response that produce distinct physical properties that alter the regulation of the body and how it functions. The number one disease that it produces as a direct and identifiable correlation is heart and vascular disease, as well as numerous digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, muscle and joint pain, chronic migraine headaches, chronic depression, fatigue, and various forms of mental dementia (deterioration).

The body is always responding to and being regulated by the mind in terms of how we tend to think, what we focus on, what we tell ourselves about what we focus on, and the emotional reaction to our own thoughts that release hormones in the body that alter our “state” to match the nature of the internal representations we’re producing in our imagination that produce and regulate biological processes that prepare the body for the reality of the thoughts as an ‘actual’ outer condition. By way of this mental and emotional process, we’re always using our mind to reformulate our body as the physical equivalent of our thoughts. Our thoughts and emotions are always connected, and our emotions are either produced as a natural reaction to our thoughts, or our thoughts are produced by our emotions, both of which combine to form a kind of memory. Whatever idea that corresponds to a memory we have that’s being acted out around us, stimulates that memory in us through association, and determines what we think and how we feel. We’re always either drawing ideas into us as universal memory (not personal in nature) that stimulate a natural chain reaction of thought, emotion, feeling sensation, and behaviors, or, we’re using memory stored in the body from our conditioning that produces an automatic emotional state. Our emotional state determines what we focus on and what meaning we give it that shapes it into an internal representation as our “inner reality” that shapes our outer reality as a correlation.

 
This basic formula which operates according to natural laws, is identifying the mind-body relationship by recognizing that stress, caused by the mind is the underlying cause of most health conditions. The only way to alter the conditions of the body is to alter the conditions of the mind, which is producing it subconsciously. Because the greater part of this process is operating all the time just below our level of awareness, meaning, we don’t really have an awareness of why we tend to think and feel the way we do because it’s so automatic and natural, we are creating our physical health by way of it without actually realizing it, and so we often don’t make the connection.

 
The easiest way to work with this natural process to change how it manifests is by working with the subconscious aspect of the mind which is also the aspect of the mind that operates and exists as the body itself. It’s through this aspect of the mind that we can access and work directly with memory and the emotional, imaginary or visual mental impressions that are actually the key component that contain all other aspects of the equation as the overall idea or pattern of the memory being expressed and therefore used to create. By transforming memories held in the subconscious mind, we can change how we feel, what ideas we run through our mind as a form of natural thinking, and how we create our experiences as a result.

 
Memories are what we use to propagate realities that become more memories of the same idea or theme that we used to create them. Whatever memories we use to create our present experiences, form a theme that’s used to form fractal patterns as offspring that are of the same nature and hold true to the same basic idea. All outward growth comes by way of the inward reformulation of the same basic group of components by how we apply and adapt them to the present to create a new variation as a modified version, tweaked only by how we apply it. Each time we recall a memory from the past, we modify it slightly as an adjustment to our current level of maturity, and by how we lay it over our current situation, and use it as the means of interpreting our current situation to “mean” the same thing as the past situation. This act alone upgrades and modifies the memory making it appropriate for creating in the present. As we integrate the present into the past, we grow and evolve the past by way of the present, which sets the basis for the future. We grow in our life based on how we act to transform the memories that we are comprised of through a constant form of adaptation that incorporates new elements or aspects of the present into the past, reformulating it into a variation of itself that’s applicable and meaningful in the present.

Memory, which also makes up the universal mind (archetypes), the soul, and the DNA of the physical body, combine through correspondences as being of the same frequency as a pattern (memory) for producing reality, and adapt and adjust to each other through resonance, forming a modified pattern that combine elements from both to form a new memory that evolves both at the same time. This new memory of the soul, and the heredity of the body, continue to evolve together through the experiences they create that become the memory of this lifetime as their natural offspring produced by how they interact and enter into relationship with everything around them, using the newly acquired elements to evolve and modify the primary memory into new versions of itself that exist in the present in a logical and appropriate manner.

 
This process of two beings comprised of a whole series of similar memories combining and intermixing their memories to form a new whole (patterning) then consistently absorb and mix with the elements around them that they restructure into the same basic patterns as the memory of the individual, upgrading and transforming their combined memory into new wholes (combinations) of the same frequency, is the basis of all life and how everything is in a dynamic form of growth by evolving its coagulated memory into new forms by how it absorbs, assimilates, and utilizes memory around it that’s similar to it and can be readily incorporated in a congruent and logical manner to tell the same type of story, creating the same type of experiences over and over. This is represented by the trinity, or the idea of parents that birth offspring that’s a combination of both parents to form a new whole as a unique individual.

 
Through this series of laws, the theme that first forms in our life through our conditioning, which is the formulation of combined memory from our soul and body to form new memory that’s used as our primary perceptual lens to interpret the events of our life, forming what we think of as our childhood experiences, become the memory of our formative conditioning that is used to interpret all our experiences of our life giving them the same basic meaning and recreating the same basic type of experiences throughout our life. The summation of the past up to this point forms the basis for how we interact with the present. We only perceive and take in around us what’s of the same nature as we are, which means, it’s of the same frequency as a theme, and can be readily interpreted by our theme as our perceptual lens (accumulated and synthesized memory) to form new experiences that are of the same type as the past. This is the law demonstrated by the Fibonacci sequence as the law governing reproduction as self-regeneration.

 
So all we’re ever really capable at any moment of perceiving is whatever exists around us that’s similar to, congruent with, or within the same vibratory range as we are. It’s of a similar idea, and can therefore be recognized and understood. Whatever is considerably different and can’t be explained, fit into our story, or understood using our paradigm, we fail to perceive in a cognitive fashion. This doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist in the broader sense, it simply means we don’t recognize or relate to it, and therefore don’t “see it”. We don’t use it to form a modification of a basic idea that we hold about things by fitting it into our story.

What we call stress (outside of actual danger) comes by how we interpret events of our life, situations and behaviors by telling ourselves a story about them that make them mean something by how we present them to ourselves. We form ideas into an internal representation as a way of making sense of them by way of our mental paradigm, that give them meaning through the emotion they elicit in us, and we live out of this emotional representation as if it’s real and therefore true. We don’t realize that it only has the meaning we give it. We don’t realize that other people behave the way they do not because they have the same mental paradigm as we do, but because they’ve got their own story going on in their head, that may or may not even resemble ours. So while we interpret their behavior to mean what we think it means, without ever seeking to understand them by understanding their perspective and reason for doing whatever it is they’re doing, and realizing it didn’t have anything to do with us, but was simply showing us something about them. By realizing this, we can examine how we present things to ourselves, what type of meaning we tend to give things and what story we tell about them that creates our inner experience, and we can begin learning how to tell a different story by consciously working with our own memory base. By transforming our memories in a deliberate fashion, we can change how we perceive and interpret things. By changing our way of perceiving, we simultaneously change our physical responses and what emotions we tend to embody and live out of as a correspondence to our thoughts.

 
By identifying how we produce our physical condition through our thoughts and emotions, we simultaneously find the key for transforming our physical condition by transforming our mental paradigm. When we change how we think and what emotions we experience in response to our thoughts, we change how our body also responds to our thoughts. By learning how to intentionally keep our body in a relaxed state we can regulate our emotional state. Emotions produce matching physiology, and negative emotions create tension in the body. By simply preventing tension from forming in our body, we can control our emotions in an objective manner. By controlling our emotions we can simultaneously control our thoughts. Thought and emotion are always paired and form a combination that produces a physical manifestation in the body. Change or work with any one aspect – thought, emotion, and physiology – and you automatically change the other two as a correspondence. Negative or excited emotions always form tension in the body. Regulate the tension through relaxation techniques, and you “prevent” negative emotions that cause stressful thoughts from ever taking hold.

 
Likewise, a relaxed body naturally produces positive emotions. Not only does it feel good to relax, but the experience of positive emotions (especially love, beauty and reverence) naturally acts to relax the body as its physical equivalent. So by engaging in practices that naturally produce positive emotions, things that we love doing that also feel good, we simultaneously produce positive thoughts, a relaxed and healthy body, and improve how we experience life. In this way, we begin accumulating positive memories that transform our mental paradigm to be able to consistently and naturally produce more health promoting experiences and increase our enjoyment of life and deep sense of inner peace.

The Mysteries of the Pineal Gland and the True Nature of the Imagination

The Pineal gland is a gland of the Endocrine system of the body which is a series of ductless glands that produce a variety of hormones that are directly released in the bloodstream that produce emotional states and govern the regulatory aspects of maintaining all major systems of the body involved in homeostasis. Hormones work in a unified manner to produce, regulate and maintain the “state” of the mind-body system. The mind produces the electrical charges that stimulate and operate the endocrine system through the energetic matrix within the body often referred to as the chakra and meridian system. A chakra is located in the same region as endocrine glands as well as the major organs of the body and the central nervous system, all of which act as a dynamic network for energy as consciousness to stimulate chemical and biological process that operate the body using the mind.

The Pineal gland, which is located in the center of the brain as a part of what we call the “limbic brain” (emotional), does not originate in the brain, but rather migrates there after first forming in the roof of the mouth of the fetus. Because of this, the Pineal is not made of brain cells, and is not protected by the blood-brain barrier, and is affected by various toxins carried in the blood. The Pineal is a pea-sized hollow organ shaped like a pinecone that’s filled with fluids that has piezoelectric crystals floating in the internal fluid. These piezoelectric crystals carry an accumulated electrical charge that’s activated when pressured (contained in fluid). These crystals are hexagonal (6 sided) and are similar to the crystals found in the inner ear, that expand and contract in the presence of electromagnetic fields. Piezoelectric crystals can be used to “tune into” radio stations without any electricity. The electromagnetic fields that surround us are constantly interacting with these crystals within our body, producing mental and emotional affects.

The Pineal, which regulates light and governs various “cycles and rhythms” of the body, also effects our mood, mental and emotional state, produces melatonin, the precursor to serotonin, which regulates sleep and dream cycles of the body. The pineal also produces a hormone called DMT, which releases light through piezoelectric luminescence that is thought to be a hallucinogenic and responsible for what they call the “death experience”. The Pineal is thought to be where the soul enters and leaves the body at birth and death. In the more practical sense, we can realize that it’s definitely the mechanism by which we dream, receive inner visions, daydream, imagine ideas as concepts, and experience hat we call phosphene flares as the “dancing lights” commonly associated with various forms of meditation and trance states. It’s what forms any type of “inner vision” as imagery or ideas as knowledge that come to us through our imagination. The Pineal is our connection to the ethereal world where images exist in etheric, holographic like images.

The Pineal has been referred to by many names throughout history and in every spiritual culture around the world as a significance feature of our physical anatomy necessary for spiritual transformation. It’s also referred to as the 3rd-eye (pyramid), the 6th chakra (hexagram structure), the Eye-of Horus, The Philosopher’s Stone, The Light Eye, The Seat of the Soul, the Challis of the Holy Grail, the Cosmic Egg, the Star of David, the Eye of Wisdom, and the “Lost Key” of Free Masons. This gland is an actual tuning device that allows us to “receive” information as knowledge from the spiritual realm of pure intelligence. This information comes to us fluently through the study of the science of numbers which start a systematic unfolding of visual imagery that “reveals” knowledge to us, and all we have to do is observe it. Light images are reflected on the surface of the Pineal as knowledge being transmitted through the frequency of the Pineal, represented by the color spectrum as indigo, or more accurately ultramarine blue. When we electrically charge the Pineal by drawing up the Life-Force of the body located in the lower regions of the spine known as the Kundalini or serpent energy that activates all the lower-emotional energy centers of the body, amplifying the intensity, and strong emotions are added to visual thoughts as conceptual ideas formed in the imagination (mind’s eye), we have the basis for spiritual knowledge to manifest as material reality.

The Pineal is thought to secret a form of resin (risen), similar to tree sap as the life-essence of the tree (of Knowledge) known as DMT, which has also been referred to as the “Golden Nectar” of immortality. DMT, is what allows us to “see” the imagery of the spiritual realm that comes into our mind as a form of holographic imagery of pure and radiant colors that form lucid and surreal internal realities as single-composite imagery. The internal realm, being of the opposite nature of the external, doesn’t form “landscape like” imagery of multiple images put together to form a logical scene of some sort, but rather come as singular imagery that have a multitude of features that are very unlike what we see in the normal sense.

A single image for example can have human-facial features combined with crystalline structures, plant and mineral features, and animal features all combined to form a single image that portrays an idea. These images are in vibrant prismatic and pure colors as the frequencies that create the structured pattern of the image. These images can move through an evolutionary process of starting out pulsating-spiraling light-forms, which then start forming actual prismatic structures, and recognizable forms, that then burst into an intense release of light or a form of vivid lucid dreaming. This is why DMT is referred to as a hallucinogen, and is what actually formed the basis for LSD.

These internal images, which can be also thought of as the original universal language of symbolic imagery, are the result of the frequencies we “absorb” into our being, and are of the same frequency as we are. Because of this, internal images are of a very personal nature unlike external ones that are produced by deflected light. With these internal images, the color is very important as it gives direct knowledge of the frequency being transmitted. This same method of transmission and reception is how ideas come to us as inspired insights of various sorts, or creative ideas that “pop into” our mind out of nowhere. The imagination is the faculty of the mind used for transmission of information as ideas from the purely energetic and vibratory realm of spirit, into the astral realm of images formed out of light in the mind’s eye, that become the blueprint for creating a reality out of the idea. This is how all great inventions came about. They were “received” in their whole form as an idea, that intuitively “came to them” as a realization, or what some call a “direct experience”.

The Pineal shares many of the same properties as the retina of the eye, and both detect and regulate light. The retina of the eye works with external light, and the Pineal works with internal light that received as more of a transmission of vibratory information. The image received by the Pineal is reflected on the outer membrane of the Pineal, which is “looked through” and forms a kind of translucent image, similar to reflection on glass, which is often superimposed over the outer reality as imagining an idea, or replaying a memory, as in daydreaming. This same affect of looking through a translucent lens forms an analogy to our ‘perceptual lens’, which is how we reshape the outer light (imagery) to be of the same structure as the ‘inner image’, not as an exact replica, but more as an analogous theme that recomposes outer ideas through a selection process that only uses certain elements of a whole to form a new idea out of them. When we close our eyes, as in meditating or relaxing, and shut out the outer light, then only the internal image exists, and often becomes much more vivid and clear.

The Pineal, as the imagination, is stimulated and developed through extended periods of concentration and contemplation. This is most naturally engaged in through creative activities or studying. When we get involved in creativity of some sort, we submerge ourselves into the experience of creating as a deep form of concentration where we blend into and become one with whatever we’re creating. In this way, we loose all sense of ourselves as separate and independent of our creation and it activates a kind of “flow of information” that we enter into and participate in. We start the process by engaging in the activity itself by contemplating an idea, that then begins taking on a life of its own and begins evolving inside of us and we enter into a stream of associated thoughts where one spontaneously leads to another and we receive knowledge through the internal experience of it unfolding inside of us as a kind of download. All we have to do is watch and observe the images as they unfold. When our concentration is broke, we lose our train of thought, and disconnect from the flow of ideas, often, not able to get it back.

universal_connectionThe idea that “God speaks to us in numbers” (mathematics) comes from the very interesting feature that when we study numbers as sacred geometry or philosophical mathematics, where shapes represents laws as form that performs distinct operations that are represented by numbers that demonstrate relationships, comes through the natural fact that when meditating or deeply concentrating on numbers and the laws they represent, where we start off thinking in terms of what we know about the number and shape, it starts a flow of energy as a chain of association that continues unfolding in our mind “showing us” aspects of it that we didn’t know before. We actually “receive” information as knowledge through experiencing it, which is why they call it intuitive wisdom. This is learning from experience which integrates it into our paradigm as the structure of our mind, which systematically upgrades it by incorporating the new information. Spiritual knowledge (as the sciences) doesn’t have to be sought out and obtained from outside means, but can be “tuned into” and received through internal means.

This mysterious and beautiful feature of the Pineal gland as the faculty of the imagination used as a tuning and receiving device for obtaining spiritual knowledge through meditative contemplation is what makes it the prime objective or key element of all the Mysteries and world-wide spiritual traditions. By learning how to activate and use this feature of our own mind-body system we have a direct connection to God as the Universal Mind of pure consciousness that exists within the material realm as vibratory frequencies that can be tuned into like a radio station and plug ourselves in to a direct source of primordial intelligence responsible for constructing all of life in the cosmos as we know it. This is our link to our true immortality as our true identity. Through meditative practices intended to penetrate and absorb knowledge through a practical understanding of it, we can utilize that knowledge in our everyday life in order to self-create. By obtaining it through the experience of it, it becomes infused in our mind as a form of virtual memory that we can readily access and recall at will.

There is however, one fairly large problem that we’re facing today in regards to the Pineal gland, and that is, that because it’s not protected by the blood-brain barrier, it’s subject to whatever chemicals are in our blood stream. This is one of the reasons why purifying your body as the means of purifying your blood, is so important in all spiritual traditions. The main jest of blood chemistry normally addressed is those of various emotional states, which directly alter our blood chemistry through hormonal saturation, and alter our state of mind as a direct correspondence to our emotional state which sets our “frequency” to that emotion. It’s easy to see that whatever emotion we’re experiencing determines what we dwell on and what type of thoughts or memories we run almost obsessively through our imagination as the equivalent (reality) of our emotional state. Our emotions are the most natural way we tune ourselves to frequencies and use our concentration power to dwell intensely in those states by imagining.

Nowadays however, we have many chemicals we’re ingesting, usually without direct awareness that are affecting our endocrine system, and especially our Pineal gland. One of the biggest culprits is fluoride, intentionally put in our drinking water and toothpaste that is known to “calcify” the Pineal. Calcification means it coats outer membrane (that reflects images) and the internal crystals with a bony, enamel like structure that prevents it from being able to operate properly. This is also partially responsible for affecting our mood, which is the basis out of which our whole life is created and experienced. Our mood is our vibratory frequency, and determines what thoughts we tune into and what emotions we experience on a regular basis. Fluoride, along with numerous other “neurotoxins” (toxic to the brain and nervous system) are acting to literally alter our biological system causing it to malfunction. This is also notable in the substantial increase in problems with concentration like ADD, and ADHD. Because concentration is required to stimulate, open, and operate the Pineal in a proficient manner, we’re being cut off from directly connecting to our spiritual source. It’s advisable to educate yourself on the chemicals in your food and your environment that are directly affecting your health in numerous ways, and altering your lifestyle to exclude them. Our physical health, mind and emotions are all connected and function in a unified manner. By altering one, we simultaneously alter the others. They go hand-in-hand.

The Power of Words – “Shaping Realities”

The words we speak not only express the mental images running through our mind, but act to shape those same type of mental images in the mind of whomever we’re speaking to. We not only form mental pictures based on the words themselves being used, but also coordinate feelings and emotions associated with the mental pictures based on “how” they’re being spoken in terms of tone, voice quality, attitude, or the emotional state of the person speaking them. Words not only form our communication to others, but are also how we communicate with ourselves through thinking. Thoughts are a form of internal self-dialogue that as we think them, we form corresponding mental imagery as the reality inherent in the words.

Because words have images associated to them, they form the basis for creating reality, first by thinking, feeling, and forming them internally as imagined realities, then by expressing that same reality externally by speaking them or telling another about the same internal imagining. You can tell how a person thinks by listening to them talk. They talk about the same things in the same way that they think about them. While many people believe that what they perceive and therefore communicate out of is and objective reality that’s being experienced in much the same way by everyone else, the fact of the matter is, everyone is always creating a subjective experience of an outer reality that’s unique to them, which is structured by and expresses their mental paradigm, which we all use to create our experiences.

Every single individual who also has an individual mind, is constantly creating their own personal version of a shared reality. No two people experience the same conditions, circumstances, or event the same way. While we all do share universal qualities and characteristics that form a theme of sorts, and we all posses a mind that operates according to the same principles, each one of us is formulated in a slightly different way that forms an entirely unique personality. Each one of us is also comprised of a soul which is fashioned over time based on how we perceive reality, and creates our experiences of that reality forming memories, and who we become by way of our own creations.

Our thoughts, which come to us as ideas being expressed verbally as a conversation we’re always holding with ourselves, that can often involve several sub-personalities that appear to be discussing the same thing from different perspectives, or arguing their point in a form of debate, are how we form consistent realities that are all built around or out of a general meaning. Those thoughts as words spoken internally to ourselves form a consistent reality as a dynamic series of stories that all share or come out of the same basic theme, as what we could call fractal patterns (smaller patterns as the offspring of the parent pattern). These thematic stories evolve out of experiences that had significant emotional impact that formed memories that are used to form a basic story-line. These emotional memories become the basis for the thematic content of our most fundamental thoughts.

These “themes” are the “structuring mechanism” that forms our perceptual lens as an interpretation. As we perceive through these thematic patterns, we literally abstract and reorder into a new pattern the elements in an existing situation necessary to tell our story about it, while ignoring or not even noticing and including anything that contradicts or disproves our story. The mind is selective in what its able to perceive based on the mental filters as the model or energetic structure of the mind, which only tunes into and “sees” what is of the same nature or vibratory frequency as it is. The frequency is a thematic pattern or energetic structure that forms the basis for creating personal realities out of common elements and aspects in our outer surroundings.

Your thoughts as self-communication, or words spoken to yourself internally, are how you’re programming yourself through suggestions that become the basis for how and what you experience as your perception of reality. Your thoughts as words that form mental impressions as movie like scenarios that tell a specific type of story by how it frames everything, is what you could think of as your vibratory frequency, and how you’re tuned (self-programmed), which forms the basis for what type of thoughts you broadcast as well as receive, and what type of people and situations you naturally attract, notice, and interact with.

The power of the word is that it gives the mind a pattern as a form of template to shape astral light (the mental essence that shapes images) into living realities in the imagination. As we continue thinking the same type of thoughts, telling ourselves the same type of stories, and telling our stories to others, forming our reality in their minds also in reference to us, we act to systematically build-up that idea, strengthening it by controlling the imagination of others to form the same reality as a consensus, and use that reality to interpret all other realities, making it “real” as our experience. By recognizing our own power to create our own experiences and self-reflecting on how we think on a regular basis, and listen to ourselves talk to others, we can “see” that our life is actually our own creation as the corresponding outer reality that matches our inner reality. It’s not that we literally produce the outer, but rather filter out only the elements in the outer that can be reorganized to tell our story using them. We structure reality as an ordering-organizing system that takes any situation, and only “sees” (notices, pulls out, and reorganizes it) what can readily be used to tell the same type of story. We only see what we’re programmed to see. We reorganize situations by how we interpret them. Our interpretation comes through a dynamic series of interwoven mental filters that accentuate and embellish some things, while leaving out or eliminating other things altogether. Anything that can’t be used logically to tell our story, or that would contradict and therefore disprove our story, we ignore or fail to even notice.

Words form patterns as a means of structuring reality to give it meaning. We think that we say what we do as a means of describing or expressing what’s happening “to us”, or as an objective interpretation of an obvious reality that everyone else is seeing the same way, without ever realizing that our description is whats actually creating our reality, not the other way around. This is because we have this idea that experience and reality are the same thing. That perception is reality. That reality is an objective, neutral and finite idea that’s playing out the same way for everybody, and that everybody is seeing the same thing that we are. And while this is partially true, reality, like all of life, is infinite, and being created out of a universal theme as objective – shared reality, that’s being used as the basis for creating an infinite number of personalized versions by every person-mind that’s apart of the same outer events. We’re always taking a universal idea as a basic archetype or generic idea that contains an infinite variety of potential based on how its used by the individual mind to create a personalized version of the same idea. Our individual mind, like the universal mind, is bestowed with the ability to create its own reality, and self-create by way of that reality.

We are the only one creating our experiences based on how we’re being stimulated by the outer world. All outer stimulus only comes by way of a shared vibration as a pattern or characteristic through resonance. We are only affected by what is of the same nature as we are in our outer environment. Outer stimulus is only capable of awakening and bringing into activities what’s already inside of us. How we’re stimulated and therefore influenced is based on what’s brought out in us and developed through an interaction as a behavioral dynamic that forms the basis for the story we begin telling ourselves “about” things as a way of making sense out of them , that make them “mean” something. The meaning we give things, means something about us, about others, and about the world or the way things are. This forms the basic theme that fits multiple levels of reality into a congruent idea that’s consistent and therefore believable.
