Human Will as Speech directs the Forces of the Subconscious Mind

What we symbolically refer to as the “serpent power” in esoteric sciences is the Astral Light of the Formative planes that’s governed by the subconscious. It’s the universal principle as a subhuman force that builds everything from the inside out and is controlled and directed through mental means. Serpent power is the source of all “illusions” created from emotional reactions as instinctual behaviors that are unconscious and automatic in nature. When this primal force is tamed, overcome, and directed by mental means, it becomes a primary instrument of transformation, and ultimately provides us with the secret to immortality.

 The symbol of the snake eating its own tail reveals how it feeds on itself as its own emotional reactions by absorbing the experiences they create, and digesting and assimilating them into its being. The universal consciousness is eternal, unchanging, and remains forever the same, while entering into various forms of expression that all feed on one another as emotional interactions. The icon of the serpent represents emotion, which is the motivating force of the subconscious that activates complementary thoughts to produce the reality of the emotions as an unconscious creation.

 Habitual realities as a life-theme are created when we live out of the same fixed perceptions and emotional states and the memories we create from them. All creation comes as patterns produced by the vibratory frequency that acts on itself to assemble itself as both an inner and outer reality of the same nature and kind. We bring the formative power of the serpent energy under control by employing the disintegrative forces of Mercury as the conscious direction of mental states. While it operates systematically from an unconscious state, we can use it to consciously create ourselves by selecting and assimilating the right “mental food”.

The serpent energy of arousal and passion is represented by Leo, which governs the spine and nervous currents of the body that can be directed upward through the energy centers of the body (chakras), activating, and transforming their energetic frequency into coherent patterns. Leo is exalted in Neptune, sign of water, which represents the principle of emotion and memory (self-assimilating patterns as a frequency) that work together to form life. It’s the inner essence and life giving energy that animates form as its soul and spirit. Spirit as life-force activates the memory (constitution) of the soul to produce reality as an experience of itself. The soul not only produces and inhabits its material body, but also the entire outer reality that emanates from the body as a projection of memory (perceptual lens) that it uses to create specific types of experiences of itself.

Our subconscious works through the creative imagination to generate mental imagery that serves as a symbolic idea that it lays over the outer reality and uses to develop detailed realities of the same essence and nature. It takes whatever thoughts (ideas) we feed it, matches it with a complementary emotion, and produces an experience of the meaning of our emotional-thoughts as an outer reality. Our soul uses the experience as a means of simultaneously creating itself by identifying with its own self-produced realities. It forms an interpretation of the experience that gives it meaning, then forms a memory of itself out of the meaning as a kind of metaphorical (universal) idea that can be used to create more experiences of the same nature by how it’s adapted to different situations.

As we direct our mental focus and concentrate on an idea, we build up forms by organizing them to create an inner reality as a representation that serves as a memory. The self-conscious aspect of the mind (active awareness) selects an idea that it them impresses in the imagination as a metaphor and mental state that’s developed into a detailed reality by thinking about it in a concentrative manner. Whatever we choose to focus on, and digest and integrate depends on our conscious selection of ideas that we then “become one with” in mind and body. Our self-conscious is what we can think of as the “gatekeeper” that actively chooses what to let in and serve to “seed” the subconscious with what it “wants” to create, then acts to witness the offspring of its own mental creation as a projection.

The mind, which is dual in nature on every level of existence, works by way of the holographic principle, where an image is illuminated with the same light source that remains unadulterated as what witnesses and absorbs its own creation as a material form. One light source as a concentrated beam is split in two, and one is impressed and programmed with an image that’s then projected and realized as a three-dimensional form by the other aspect of the same light source. As we speak, we simultaneously form the internal image of the meaning of our words in our imagination, which acts to instruct our subconscious to produce as a corresponding outer reality as the means for experiencing our own creation.

What’s referred to as the Akasha Field of memory (the Astral Field of Light), or The Book of Life, acts as a permanent record of all our soul’s creation. We use our will to direct our subconscious through language and how we construct sentences to form an idea. As we think about an idea we define it with detail as both energetic and material attributes. As we speak or think, we call forth the reality of our words in our mind’s eye, where they’re projected and turned into a reality as a kind of movie or living scenario. When we combine our intellect with the forces of Nature in order to create, we impress those forces with human consciousness, and they become available as memory for others to receive and assimilate.

We intelligently utilize the natural forces of the material world by taming the lion (energies of the body). We tame it by feeding it words as metaphors that it then uses to articulate and create realities out of. Words organize Astral Light into forms in the imagination, and are the intelligent medium that connects all of humanity through the same emotions and mental imagery. The electrical forces of the world are tamed and modified by humans through speech and mental imagery. Speech is the universal reverberation that acts systematically to produce the reality of its meaning. If you change the pattern as a mental image, you change the reality that results. By infusing an image with a positive (magnetic) feeling that elicits adoration, courage, and gallantry, we engage the lion (beast) and it becomes our servant, instead of us being its servant.

The Great Secret of Manifestation

What’s referred to as the great secret of esoteric sciences is that the subconscious is always in control of every subhuman manifestation of cosmic energy. Every force in Nature that governs all kingdoms can be directed and utilized by intelligently using the subconscious. We create in the material world by directing these forces into ideas. All new elements and creation have their origin in the mind of man. Ideas become “things” in the external world as a result of ideas conceived of and developed in the creative imagination that acts as a seed that’s gestated into a physical form by the subconscious.

Creation always comes as the harmonious union and balanced action of the self-conscious (masculine) and subconscious (feminine) to produce the reality (first internal then external) as its offspring. Patterns are selected and set by self-conscious interpretation of experiences as meaning that’s expressed as a story we tell by living it as an experience of our self. The subconscious creates the reality of our thoughts and emotions, which “is” our will to create. When we speak internally as thoughts that are unconscious in nature, our will becomes the means through which we employ destructive patterns and we become as animals that are ignorant of the very laws by which we create. By understanding this law as the secret to moral strength and accurate use of our will, we become our own master and begin creating in a more conscious, precise, and responsible manner.

The Art of Creating Yourself as a Higher Level of Consciousness

       The most notable difference between humans and animals lies in our ability to create ourselves in an intentional and deliberate manner. We all suffer from a common dilemma due to the fact that we’re multidimensional beings and manifest into the world through an animal-like body, and as a result, have what we call both a higher and lower nature. We’re all born as children into our lower nature where only our subconscious is active and dominant, and is what forms our personality through how we’re conditioned by others in our formative years. All of our formative conditioning, which is what forms all of our core-beliefs that later spawn a whole series of correlated beliefs as our “belief-system” and mental paradigm, is accomplished while we’re in a primary form of hypnosis.

       We don’t develop our conscious, self-aware mind until we enter adolescence, where our primary nature is already established and we tend to continue the process of being shaped and determined by others and our social environment. The self-conscious aspect of our mind begins developing around seven or eight, and becomes fully developed as young adults. By the time we enter our mid to late twenties our self-conscious mind is fully developed and we’re capable of assuming the responsibility for creating ourselves, yet often don’t know how because we’ve never been taught. Very few of us are ever taught how to use our mind and imagination in order to choose how we want to be, and then act to willfully create ourselves in a deliberate and controlled manner.  

       We don’t need to undergo years of psychotherapy and numerous healing modalities as a means of finding ourselves or dissolving the psychological wounds that prevent us from living a fully conscious and self-aware life. We can’t begin accessing our true nature as our higher self while we’re submerged in and still identifying with the conditioned consciousness of our upbringing, which was formed out of an unconscious and unaware state. As long as we’re living the stories of our youth by replaying selected memories over and over, continuing to identify with them, we remain locked in a prison of our own making. We possess the key to our own freedom, but usually don’t realize it, or don’t know how to use it when we do realize it.

Forming an Image of Yourself

       Throughout our life from around 12 to 14 years on, we begin forming our higher faculties which involves creating our identity. Our identity, or what’s referred to as the “I” or “I am” of the higher Soul is the most natural way we self-create in an automatic fashion. As humans we form a personal identity that separates us from others while still fitting into the group mind. It’s by way of our ability to choose and actively create our own style and identity that we begin forging ourselves through the experiences we create of ourselves. As we associate ourselves with others, we act “on ourselves” to create ourselves to be like them in some way. As we both like and therefore relate to someone, or dislike and fail to relate to them, we shape an image of ourselves in relationship with them.

       Whatever traits and emotional states the people we maintain relationships with have and are actively and openly expressing, serves to develop those same emotions and traits in us. All true creation as the act of producing a “new element” through a unique combination of qualities comes naturally as part of our development through our relationships. By combining two qualities that are of a similar yet unique nature, we systematically produce a third as a new way of being and functioning. As we enter into relationship with different types of people they serve to stimulate us in new ways that bring out different qualities and ways of being in us and we develop those qualities by way of whatever dynamic we play out through the nature of the relationship itself. In this way, qualities and dynamics are always intimately related. As we embody a way of being we naturally assume acting out the same type of dynamic we used initially in actively expressing it.

Unconsciously Creating Ourselves

       Most people go through their entire life creating themselves through their relationships and who and what they associate with or live in near proximity of, without ever realizing it. This is what an “unconscious state” is, you don’t have an actual awareness or realization of what you’re doing to yourself or why, because you do it automatically without having to “think about it”. Thinking as its being used here, is when we step back for a moment, detach from the idea and emotions involved briefly, and view it from a purely non-personal perspective where we move out of our “story about” things and are able to intuitively perceive the laws that are operating instead. We form a momentary evaluation of ourselves in terms of how we’re “sensing ourselves” as that type of person, and we decide whether or not we’ll use it as the means of continuing to develop ourselves in that way.

       From an unconscious perspective we view everything from within our personal awareness acquired through our formative conditioning where we began forming a story about ourselves and life in general as a kind of theme. This story, formed as a way of trying to make sense out of what was happening to us while not possessing the ability to view it in a detached and logical manner, formed the basis for our “life theme” that we then continue to live out of as adults. The unconscious mind is instinctual and emotionally driven, which means it’s the state we were in during emotionally intense experiences that formed the meaning they had for us that we then began identifying with through the story we told ourselves about it. Because our identity is formed out of the meaningful story we’re always telling ourselves internally through our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we can have trouble changing because we find it too difficult to give up our story about ourselves. It’s through our identity that we know “how to be” in different situations. To give up our story is to not know “who we are”.

       In order to create something new and different you have to let go of the old and step into unknown ideas about yourself where you create yourself as a different “type” of person. The motivating force of the subconscious mind is “self-preservation” and maintaining the status quo. It creates by repeating whatever patterns as habitual tendencies it’s been programmed with. It does this by way of maintaining consistent emotional states, which tend to run our thoughts and imagination, making it very powerful and somewhat hard to manage. Our subconscious produces all of our natural perceptions and behaviors, and is the essential means for all forms of personal transformation as self-facilitated growth and development.

       What this tells us is that in order to truly change as a means of actively creating ourselves, we have to not only work with the subconscious, but we also have to “speak to it” in its own language. One of the problems people have is they don’t realize that not only do the two aspects of their material mind speak and communicate in different ways, but also play different roles and functions in creating the same thing. We only change and grow ourselves while in a particular body and personality by learning how to use our self-conscious mind to direct and influence our subconscious, which is what it’s actually designed to do. The means by which we do this is by realizing the natural laws that govern the mind and learning how to work intelligently with them in a cooperative and intentional manner.

Self-Creation and the Art of Transmutation

       While many approach this idea by imagining that they need a clean slate, this is never the answer. All intentional self-creation, which is only possible as a mature adult with a fully developed self-conscious (grey matter of the brain) mind, comes as transformation of an existing quality and character trait to another that’s of a complementary nature. Habits are never “broke” or simply stopped, but are instead replaced by better, more beneficial habits. The largest part of our being is conducted below the level of awareness and comes as a natural way of being in the world that we’re doing all the time, even when we’re not aware of it or making it a point to do it. You know when you’ve actually changed when it becomes a natural part of your subconscious mind and you no longer have to produce it in a thoughtful and deliberate way. It simply becomes a natural part of your awareness and perception of the outer world, and forms natural and automatic behaviors as a result.

       All transformation comes through the act of altering the “state” of something. We move something from an existing state and set of conditions to another, more desirable state. The basic principle for doing this is through a practical understanding of polarity. All things not only exist in polarity to everything else, but also in a polar state of complementary opposites that are an inherent part of the same pattern. We have to remove our attention from the outer appearance of things and direct it instead to the “inner nature” that’s acting to give it life and animate it with a certain type of character. We have to move from thinking in materialistic terms and perceive energetically (spiritually) instead. The outer appearance of a being is somewhat irrelevant outside of the fact that it’s produced in relationship with the spiritual being inhabiting and using it to express through. All personal transformation only comes by way of intentionally developing your character, which is what produces all of your perceptions, attitude and style of thinking, emotions, and correlating behaviors and activities.

Self-Reflection and Realizing Your True Potential

       In order to consciously begin this dynamic process of self-creation, we have to start by first becoming aware of what exists within us as latent potential. We all come into this world as a Soul that has a specific design. Our design is formed out of a dynamic matrix of qualities and characteristics, which are formed by the personalization of archetypal energies we share with all of mankind (zodiac), that are either active or dormant, and are developed to certain degrees and potencies through our formative conditioning as children. Through our childhood conditioning only some aspects and qualities are stimulated and brought out in us, and then developed into strengths through the dynamics being played out by our family and prominent relationships, and others remain latent and untapped. So wherever you are and whoever you’ve become at this point in your life is due to a certain formula of active and latent potential.

         Whatever exists in you as underutilized potential exists as a form of raw, untried qualities that were developed to different degrees in previous lives, and are available for expression and continued development in this life. Whatever hasn’t been brought out and developed in us through life events and circumstances can be actively “chosen”, and brought out through active use of your will, or you can consciously place yourself in relationships of various sorts that will act to naturally stimulate them and provide the dynamics through which you can develop them. In the same manner, qualities that we’ve been trained to express in negative and unproductive or destructive ways, can be transformed through self-awareness and consciously choosing to replace them with their opposing complementary aspect.

Creating an Ideal

       Like all acts of conscious creation you have to begin by creating a vision or symbolic idea of what it is you’re going to create. Your vision for creating as a form of self-expression has to be undertaken through a form of inspiration. All transformation comes as growth of some kind, and the idea you create has to require you to “grow into it”. We only grow through effort and striving, so it needs to be something you aspire towards that creates a kind of “labor of love”. All possibility for growth only comes by making latent potential and energies active and outwardly expressive. We can only grow what’s already within us as an inactive part of our nature.

       We don’t ever grow and transform ourselves by acquiring something that we don’t already possess. The only thing that can be awakened in us is what’s already there in a dormant and inactive state. So in creating an “ideal” of yourself as your best possibility, never look outside or for someone else to tell you how you should be. This is purely an “inside job” and everything you need to undertake a transformational journey to your higher self is within you simply waiting to be discovered and brought to life through realization, actively choosing it, and willfully embodying it as the means for expressing yourself in a different way. This is something that only you do to yourself. As an adult with a fully developed self-conscious mind, nobody else is ever doing anything “to you” without your consent and willing participation.

       Your “ideal” can be thought of as a higher, more authentic and true version of yourself. It comes through the decision to develop yourself to be the best you can be. It’s the art of bringing your full potential into an active and expressive state. It’s creating a model as a kind of blueprint or diagram for transforming all qualities that have been developed in a negative and self-destructive manner. It becomes the model of yourself that you use as the means of self-reflecting and realizing all the qualities and traits in you that need to be transformed in order to achieve your highest possibility for self-creating as your normal way of being.

       An ideal provides you with the means for recognizing parts of yourself you don’t like to acknowledge or own so that you can finally act on yourself to change them in whatever way you want to. Your ideal self shouldn’t pertain to purely physical goals in terms of enhancing your body or acquiring worldly success, but rather to your inner essence and the qualities you naturally possess that are “causal” in nature, and act to systematically produce the equivalent outer manifestation as your perception and interpretation of reality. Our inner nature (Soul) always produces the outer nature as a by-product or equivalent analogy.

       What we refer to as “qualities” are metaphorical and therefore universal in nature, and when embodied and used to express yourself, produce a certain “way of being” that naturally causes you to live a certain way by telling a certain type of story. Our current personality and identity are produced automatically through the combination and formula of active energies as qualities that work to produce our natural characteristics. By changing the formula being used to actively self-express, we change our inner nature and how we naturally are in the world, and we begin “sensing ourselves” in new and different ways. So the first step required to consciously create yourself is to develop an idea about yourself that brings a heightened sense of awareness to all of your inner qualities, gifts, talents, special abilities, interests, likes and dislikes, traits, values, and attitude and beliefs, in order to form an objective and unbiased image of yourself as you currently exist. Then form an image of how you’d like to be instead as the full expression of all your special talents and abilities.

       Our ideal should be something only we create and should serve to invoke a deep feeling of reverence in us as the means of achieving it. It should be comprised of qualities and ways of being that we respect, admire, adore, honor, and ultimately fall in love with. It should inspire us with feelings of beauty, love, and devotion in its creation. All Artists always create out of a love for their subject and the joy of creating as an “experience”. If we create it in a way that makes us feel hard-pressed to become it through a form of drudgery, where we struggle and suffer in some way, then we not only won’t accomplish it, but will come to resent and ultimately resist it. It’s the attitude we employ that determines our approach and method. Whatever feeling we embody as the means of creating determines the actual outcome that’s produced.

       The outcomes of all goals are determined by the feeling and experience we create in pursuing it. If your ideal doesn’t inspire you with a kind of unconditional love for its creation, then you either need to keep working with it or start over with a different attitude. You don’t want to make it unrealistic, but rather even more realistic because it’s something that lives inside of you as a possibility for your life. You should focus on qualities and character traits that you want or would need as a way of “becoming it”. It’s not the physical body as an “image” that you’re going for, but rather the “type of person” you become as a way of being.

       Once you have your ideal formulated in a specific way, you can use it as a rule or general guide for making decisions and creating in all areas of your life. It becomes the vision and focal point for your life that provides you with the means for directing all of your activities and making moment by moment decisions by asking yourself “who am I?” and how am I going to be right now in relationship with this? It provides you with the outline for producing a whole series of smaller goals as the process necessary for achieving it in a step-by-step manner. You don’t want to try and make too many changes at once because it can become overwhelming and may only act instead to scatter your energies and prevent you from concentrating. Most life changes come as a sequence of activities where one lays the foundation necessary for the next one to systematically emerge and take place. One of the most common ways we sabotage ourselves is by bringing to many things into the picture all at once that serves to create an experience of struggling, loss, and suffering as a result.

       You want to pick one quality, habit or tendency, or one area of your life that you want to transform, concentrate all of your attention and effort into creating that, and don’t move onto the next until it’s been thoroughly accomplished as a “natural part of you”. You know when you’ve succeeded in apprehending or transforming a quality when it becomes a natural part of your perception and natural way of being without having to think about it or put effort into it. This usually takes around 40 days or 6 weeks to accomplish by “building it into the muscle” as a spontaneous part of your nature and identity. Once it becomes natural and automatic it lays the foundation necessary for you to move on to the next goal.

       The secret to creation and transformation lies in self-awareness, making clear decisions from a fully conscious state, and concentrating your mind without distractions or going unconscious and losing track of what you’re doing. It comes by forming a “devoted practice” where you concentrate on a single idea for the period of time it takes to turn it into a habit as a natural way of being in the world. If you lose your focus and forget what you’re doing for several days because you get distracted and caught up in stuff, reverting back to a fundamentally unconscious state, simply realize and become aware of it, and redirect your attention back onto your goal and continue practicing. The more you do this the easier it gets and the longer you can remain fully conscious in your life. All life skills only come by way of consistent and devoted practice as a love for the work itself.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul and the Illusion of Time and Space

In order to truly comprehend any idea, we have to start by defining the meaning of the terms being used to describe them. While we tend to think that words mean the same thing to everyone, this is never the case, so in order to form the model necessary to comprehend an idea in a new way, we have to first define the model. Whatever conceptual model we use to perceive something determines what we’re capable of seeing. While we have a tendency to think that “eternity” means living within time and space forever without dying, it actually indicates a higher plane that not only exists outside of the time-space dimension, but as what acts to compose and orchestrate the entire lower plane of time and space as the material world of natural phenomena. What we refer to as the “soul”, which is the aspect of the “self” that’s both of the spiritual and material plane as a combination, doesn’t exist in the most fundamental sense “as” an actual entity that’s located at a specific point within time, but rather as the “memory” that couples with the body that’s a part of the time-space plane, that it then “inhabits” as a means of creating experiences of itself. What we refer to as “soul essence” is memory as an organized field of information that forms the material world as the reconstitution of accumulated memory (karma). The soul uses the body as the means of experiencing itself “as someone specific” within the outer world of its own making that sets the stage for a certain type of drama to be played out. As it plays out a drama as a reality that provides it with a certain type of experience, it then absorbs the self-created experience as a summation when the body dies as memory of itself.

The Singularity The Soul exists in its natural domain on a higher plane that’s unified in nature as a singularity, and as it moves down into the lower plane of material reality, it divides and separates from itself to form the illusion of a self and other, an inner and outer, and a personal  and universal. The same accumulated and fully integrated memory as a singularity forms the basis for the entire material reality or both the body and it’s lifetime as a specific type of experience based on meaning. This follows the same principle as cellular mitosis where a single cell divides and regenerates itself multiple times in order to produce the cellular structure of a much larger entity as a unified whole. The same group of information reconfigured to produce all working aspects forms the same idea on multiple scales and magnitudes simultaneously. Though the body is comprised of what seems like trillions of independent cells, every cell is actually a reproduction of the “same cell”. The physical body and the environment of the body are all a part of the same idea as a smaller field within a greater field of the same nature (holographic principle). The Soul, which is of a universal nature (non-personal) on the higher plane of its natural domain, exists in multiple places and points in time simultaneously (superposition) on the lower plane of material existence which is fully created as a unified state. What we perceive as a past, present, and future, is actually all happening at the same time. While located “within” the dimension of time and space as a material being, we can’t see time as a whole event, and so we experience it instead as an unfolding that has a beginning, middle, and an end (the illusion of time). If we were viewing it from a higher dimension (that included the entire lower dimension as a singularity), we’d be able to see it in its entirety as a “single event” played out in a variety of ways from a multitude of perspectives. This idea is expressed through the saying “you can’t see the forest for the trees”. When you’re “in it” you can’t see the whole picture, but if you were on a mountain top you’d be able to see the entire forest as a single form and living entity.

The Nature of Reality, Energetic Entanglement, and Coherence The Soul exists as a single idea comprised of memory that’s organized (integrated and assimilated) into a pattern as a generalized theme. This is what forms the basis for karma which is a mindset as a certain type of character that when placed in a variety of personalities, conditions, and circumstances, still forms the same temperament, tendencies, and reconstructs their perception of reality out of the same thematic drama that tells a specific type of story. Our reality and experience of life is the way it is because of our mental paradigm that’s acting to create it. The same idea is played in the same way through multiple positions in time all taking place simultaneously. While we perceive different lives as being before and after, as a logical sequence of systematic development, they’re actually all happening at once, and any action as a change in one life, automatically produces the same change in all others because they’re “energetically entangled” (of the same nature as a single entity). The principle of Energetic Entanglement basically states that any two (or more) particles that are “born together” (cellular division and self-regeneration), then “separated” (an illusion of time and space), no matter how great the distance between them, continue to act as if they’re “one”. If you change the “state” (mental structure) of one, the other, which exists in polarity (complementary opposite) to it, changes in the same way at “exactly” the same time. They exist as both a particle and a wave (unified field) at the same time. They appear as being both located in space and as having no location in space, but existing instead as the “space itself”. The seemingly different personalities of the Soul exist in a coherent state as the same “internal nature”, type of person, and vibratory frequency. The “idea” of time and space as a perception of reality is an illusion in the most basic sense. The entire physical plane is created by the same idea (the collective unconscious) as a pattern (vibratory frequency) for reality. The Soul not only exists as the individual and the entire outer environment of the individual, but as multiple individuals within multiple outer environments that are all simultaneously located within the same space-time continuum that’s perceived as being “past, present, and future lives” of the same eternal soul. The same character and type of drama are played out simultaneously in multiple personalities and places, and are all connected at the subconscious level where they continue to act as one entity through a coherent state.

Soul Modification and the Nature of Choice and Free Will Our Higher Soul exists in what we can think of as a purified state on the Higher Plane of its own domain, where it hasn’t merged with a material body yet. As it moves into the lower material plane, where it has to divide from itself to produce the illusion of another, it “chooses a body” that’s comprised of compatible and corresponding “genetic memory” that will act to cooperatively produce the same type of experiences as the memory of the Soul. The genetic memory of the body has been programmed with the qualities, characteristics and experiences of its ancestors, which have expressed as “family dynamics” by all who share the same type of memory (subconscious programming) as a predisposition that forms natural tendencies. We don’t necessarily “choose our family and life conditions” as a conscious and deliberate process, but rather through a form of “natural selection” as being of the same “nature” as coherent memory and “life programming” as behavioral dynamics. As our Soul merges into and energetically blends with the personality of the body, where it “takes on” (inherits and acquires) the genetic memory of the family bloodline, and merges it’s accumulated memory with that of the body’s ancestors. The DNA of the body not only contains the memory for producing the physical characteristics that give the body it’s appearance, general makeup, and physical abilities, but also all the “high impacting experiences and trauma’s” of the parents, who inherited them from their parents, who inherited them from their parents, and so on down the line for many generations. These unconscious memories as our genetic predisposition forms the basis for what we call our “lower soul”, which is of an “animal nature” and forms the basis for our personality and formative conditioning, all of which are created out of what is primarily an unconscious state. This idea is expressed in the saying “the sins of the Father are passed down to the sons for seven generations”.

       This genetic memory that we acquire from our body is what gives us our emotional tendencies, animalistic passions and desires, unconscious compulsions, and forms our instinctual nature. Because we share the same memory and predisposition with our immediate family who expresses them through family dynamics, we’re “conditioned” with the same dynamics as behavioral patterns that are the basic model set into place for our karma. The Higher Soul resonates with the memory of the body because it’s ideal for producing and acting out the same type of experiences as the means of “creating itself”. As the Soul mixes with the emotions and instinctual nature of the body, its “contaminated” and altered from its original state, and requires the use of its creative power of choice and will in order to overcome and mentally direct the passions of the body. As the Soul enters into the dense (unconscious) matter of the body, and acquires an emotional nature that’s designed to produce activity without a thought process or conscious decision made out of a sense of “self-awareness” and objective thinking, it gets caught up in the “illusions” created out of the emotions which take control of all thinking and imagining, and it can get lost, forgetting almost entirely who and what it actually is. The illusions created out of the unconscious state of the personality set into play the challenges and obstacles the Soul must overcome in regaining its authority over itself by remembering who it really is and the power it possesses to be self-determined. The Soul forgets its origins and true identity and engages fully in the illusion of its own creation as a way of self-creating within the drama of its own making.

Observing the Nature of the Soul outside of Time I became aware of the true nature of the soul and time not through study and developing a hypothesis based on a new combination of ideas, or by evolving currently held ideas, but through direct experience that came by engaging in a dynamic series of hypnotic past life regression (PLR), and conducting past life regression sessions with others (I’m a hypnotherapist). What I found was a bit mind-boggling at first, as it defied everything I had been taught up to that point and made no sense to me at the time, and so it took me a while to understand what they were showing me. The experiments I formed out of them as a way of exploring the implications produced even more startling evidence that everything I had been taught about the nature of our soul and reality was based on a false premise, and therefore was false also. These ideas will probably never be fully accepted by conventional science because it requires merging natural phenomena with invisible forces and fields that are acting not only to organize and form them, but animate them as a dynamic drama taking place in multiple positions within a continuum at the same time. Yet Quantum Physics, which is based on observation of phenomenon rather than mathematical theory, beliefs, and preexisting opinions, is already making the same discoveries and drawing very similar conclusions. The biggest difference between my findings and theirs is that they’re using a scientific model of particles and wave-forms, and I’m using a spiritual model of the soul and the nature of reality as eternity.

          All true knowledge only comes as awareness attained through the “experience” of something. Theory as a hypothesis or belief of some kind only provides the basis for applying in an experimental manner to produce the results the theory predicts and thereby “proving it” as being true and real. But often when we openly experiment with an idea without a firm set of beliefs about it, which will only act to shape and limit our experience, often what we encounter instead contradicts everything we’ve been taught up to that point and reveals instead a magical alternative that moves us instantly to a whole new level of understanding. While this new understanding can seem surreal at first, it also brings many conflicting ideas together in a way that suddenly makes perfect sense and seems to answer every question we ever wondered about that seemed like a loop-hole in truly grasping the overall truth. When this happens, a kind of “quickening” takes place as a synchronization of multiple ideas and how they’re interrelated to form a coherent and cohesive whole on a higher plane of understanding. We move from being in the forest and unable to see because of the trees, to the mountain top where we can see the entire forest as a dynamic ecological system. So everything I’m going to talk about here came as a direct experience that brought new and deeper realizations into the true nature of the soul, reality, and what we experience as the space-time continuum.

Exploring Multiple Lives The whole basis of PLR is the realization that our soul exists in many different bodies and personalities, located in many different places and points in time as the history of the collective unconscious of humanity. Through the actual experience of being someone else in a different place and time, I began developing an awareness of what “part of me as my conscious awareness” was what we call our “higher soul” that’s “eternal” in nature. I realized that this term means “non-personal”, and while it’s “in the body as the body”, it’s not “of the body”. It permeates, inhabits, and transcends the body all at the same time. It’s the objective witness that’s watching the life experiences from a removed position, involved in the meaning of the drama being played out as a series of realizations about its own nature in relation to that of humanity, yet somewhat disconnected from the emotions and personality, and the thoughts taking place in a moment-by-moment manner. The Higher Soul is always involved in the “bigger picture playing out” as the “meaning” of the moment-by-moment experiences. It’s always aware of and involved in the summation of meaning as a story-line that’s being viewed from outside and at a distance. We view it as if we’re in the audience watching it like a movie, and simultaneously within the body forming a realization about the “self” as it’s playing a role within an unfolding drama. It’s detached from the personality of the body and only inside the body looking out, using the body as the means of telling a story and experiencing itself by way of that story. It feels a lot like an actor playing a convincing role in a story by embodying the qualities and characteristics that are ideal for telling that type of story, while at the same time, realizing their only acting.

       I then realized that the theme as a pattern or kind of drama being played out was the same as the one being played out in my current life in a different way. And that the person or people I was acting it out with were the same souls that were simply in a different body just as I was. We formed a similar relationship and played various roles in the same dynamic as a life theme. We were playing out the same idea as a life pattern within different bodies in a different set of conditions and circumstances, and at different points in time as what we could call shared karma or soul memory. It revealed to me in very objective terms the pattern I was acting out in my current life. Because I was viewing the same idea from a detached state, I was able to see it in a different light and immediately recognized it as the same pattern that was governing this life. Naturally the implications for healing became immediately obvious, and everything in my life that I was unsure of and always wondering about and asking for guidance on became crystal clear. I not only knew why I was doing what I was doing and what the lesson was, but what I needed to do in order to remedy it. I gained extreme clarity around what it means to redeem myself from the errors committed in the past that were born out of unknowingly participating in an illusion as a deception that replaced what I knew to be true and right. At the same time I recognized several things that I (we) was doing in what seemed like a joking or casual manner in my relationships that were actually symbolic ideas buried deep in my (our) subconscious mind as a form of soul awareness and recognition of past events. For example, I used to give my partner a hand full of herbs at night before bed to help him sleep, and he would make jokes about me “poisoning him”, and I would joke in return about it not working very well and that maybe I should up the dose. It turned out that he had ruthlessly poisoned me in a past life where we were best friends. In a past life you can recognize the soul of the other people by looking in their eyes, regardless of what their body looks like. This is why we often feel an instant connection with someone the minute we make eye contact with them. It’s the primary means of soul recognition. All attraction in the most basic sense of the idea comes from connecting with other souls that we share karma with as a dynamic that we’re ideal for acting out together.

Rewriting our own History But the truly amazing discovery came when I used the information obtained from a past life to make the changes in perception and behaviors in my current life that transformed the nature of the pattern being acted out, and set a new one into play as a different series of choices that produced a different kind of reality and experience. Once I made the corrections in the present, and then revisited that same past life where that pattern was acted out in full, the drama as my life story in that life had changed in the same way. I literally rewrote my own past history in the present, by acting to change the idea that was being played out in both lives. I naturally continued to experiment with this idea myself through other life patterns, and drew consistent conclusions each time. So I decided to experiment in the same fashion with others, where it proved to be true for them also. What seemed like a past and present was actually being conducted at the same time from different points and perspectives “in time”. I actually existed as both people at the same time. The only difference was my awareness of each personality that I was “alive in”. I was able to see what seemed like a previous life and the same pattern being acted out in its wholeness or completion and the outcome that would result. I was able to comprehend the same type of life as a beginning and end, and it allowed me to make new choices within my current life as a result. This shows us that there’s truly no “time but the present”, and it’s never too late to make changes. That our soul isn’t doomed by mistakes, but only our failure to actively correct our mistakes. We can acquire the means for correcting our own mistakes as faulty judgment by being able to see the consequences of our decisions played out to a natural conclusion. By being able to “witness the consequences of our own actions” as a life experience, we can make new decisions in our current life that will act to redeem our soul from past errors. As we correct the same pattern and tendency being played out in our current life, it’s as if those errors are erased from our history altogether.

Super positioning of the Multidimensional Nature of the Soul I then started noticing that the soul appeared to be living multiple existences simultaneously, and some “lifetimes” were taking place within the same time periods, and often even overlapped each other. The Higher Soul not only exists within a unified reality of past and present, but also in multiple bodies and personalities simultaneously. While our “conscious awareness” is based on our outer awareness of a specific location within time, when we delve into our subconscious mind and Soul memory, which is our inner awareness and the part of our mind we share with all of Nature as our “collective unconscious”, we can tap into the reality of multiple existences simultaneously, and some that often overlap each other by several years. The Soul isn’t the consciousness of a single entity, but that which animates and gives life to multiple entities at the same time that are all playing out the same type of memory as a life theme. Any changes that we make in the “shared pattern” that acts as a metaphor, influences and produces a shift in consciousness across all lifetimes and personalities simultaneously. When this happens, new ideas as realizations come to us seemingly “out of nowhere” as a form of realization, inspiration, and guidance. As we do the work to heal ourselves within our present awareness, we simultaneously heal all of ourselves throughout the space-time continuum. In this way the soul can redeem itself at any point in time where it created in error out of an illusion born out of an emotional state, and return itself to a purified state where all “memory” is transformed simultaneously throughout the unified field or greater mind of the Soul. It’s never too late to do our healing work of personal transformation. Time only exists as the present moment. All else is an illusion created in the mind.

The Future already Exists in the Present Moment Another transforming realization came when I was exploring the idea of the fact that we can transform ourselves by developing new qualities and traits in ourselves through modeling someone else who possesses the traits we want to develop. This plays off of the idea that we can only “do and become” what we can first imagine. Our creative ability to become something more or different from the character established through our formative conditioning only comes through our ability to “decide to change”, and in what way we’re going to change, then model that quality and way of being as a state of mind and behavior until it becomes natural. This is the method used for tapping into our latent potential and using it to create ourselves in new ways. Our subconscious, which is what forms our personality and all of our natural behaviors as well as our outer reality as a perception, works to construct reality out of memory. Our Soul is comprised of memory that forms a cohesive model (mental paradigm) used for constructing and perceiving reality and our “self within that reality”. In order to create something new that’s outside of our habitual memory pattern as a way of being, we have to embody it and form it in our imagination as an actual experience of ourselves that mimics an actual memory. This “virtual memory” produced in the “creative imagination” serves as a creative directive or command for the subconscious to use as a pattern for creating both an inner and outer reality of the same nature. I kept “seeing myself” as a teacher and public speaker that was very confident and knowledgeable, and I had developed a very distinct “style” that seemed to come naturally. As an artist I know that when we mentor another artist whose work we really like, and try to paint in the same way they do, it allows a form of pathway for our own style to emerge and become apparent. We always have to create a pathway as practice for manifesting a reality as a thematic idea. Yet I had never mentored another teacher, and couldn’t figure out where I was getting or producing this distinct vision I had of myself. Then one day while meditating on the idea, I realized I was mentoring myself in the “future”. That the image I constantly saw of myself that acted as a form of guidance and the purpose and dream from my life was actually a snapshot produced by a future memory.

       I then realized that just as we have subconscious memories of our past life that come as mental impressions and a deep feeling of connection to an idea, one that we naturally see ourselves in and doing, we also have “memories” of the future that play out in our mind as a form of guidance. What we perceive as our future self has already been created and established before we were born and comes as a dream for our life that guides us through a pathway of constant obstacles and challenges, that serve to shape and transform us along the way. Who we “become” exists in us as our natural dream for our life that’s always acting to compel and drive us at the subconscious level to create it. This subconscious memory that we’re programmed with from birth gives us the illusion of having choice and free will within the body and personality, which actually comes as a preset memory that’s programmed into us. This memory of ourselves as a creative design for our life forms all of our predispositions, temperament, tendencies, talents, gifts, and special abilities, as well as the “karmic events” of our life and how we respond to them as the means of growing and evolving ourselves. Our Higher Self as our true Soul is the creator and choreographer of the entire lower material plane, where it simultaneously exists apart from it, while entering into it as the mind (spirit) that expresses through the body. It uses the body as the means of experiencing itself through its own creation as a certain type of story. We are the author of our own story, the producer and director and the main star of our own movie, and the co-star of an even greater story of the same nature all being played out simultaneously within the same outer reality as a group theme.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul within the Space-Time Continuum The Soul doesn’t necessarily live forever within the dimension of space and time, where it moves systematically in a linear fashion from one body to the next, absorbing and integrating the life memory attained from that body and point in time, but exists outside of time as the one creating reality as a form of simulation. It exists on a higher plane and uses multiple bodies simultaneously as “empty shells” (it’s the soul that gives life to the body) that it enters into through sympathetic induction while in its universal and unified state as multiple selves all living out the same metaphorical story as a life theme and type of drama. It exists at multiple points in time (unified field as a continuum) and history as a form of dynamic simulation that are all taking place at the “same time”. Each life lived from different perspectives has the ability to form new realizations and make changes based on those realizations that effect all lives in the same way simultaneously. What we perceive as the past is really a part of the present moment happening on a parallel plane, and only has the “appearance” of being the past and future, when in essence, it’s the “same consciousness” that exists everywhere within the lower plane at the same time. Time travel as we know it is a unilateral movement within the same plane as multiple dimensions based on the soul’s “timeline” as its memory of itself. While memory appears to be an accumulation of separate events, it’s actually a unified idea as a singularity that acts as a theme that can be played out in a similar fashion within an infinite number of conditions and circumstances to produce the same “type of experience and outcome“. The same pattern as a metaphorical theme is being played out at different locations simultaneously within a unified field that’s comprised of the same information. The soul “divides from itself” and separates into the illusion of a “self and another” in order to enter a physical body that’s located within a greater field of time and space as the means of experiencing and creating itself by way of working on its own memory to produce new memories that serve to tell a different type of story. Each one of these “lives” and “selves” are of the same entity as consciousness that’s comprised of organized information as “Soul memory” that forms a vibratory frequency as its “nature”, and appears to exist in several places at once, while still acting as a single entity. Change the state of one, and all the others change in the exact same manner instantaneously, rewriting time as the Soul’s history within the space-time continuum.

The Nature of Light All light exists simultaneously as a wave (unified field of information) and particle. A particle doesn’t form out of the wave as a seemingly solid and fixed form unless it’s being “observed” by the mind. It exists in a potential state of infinite possibilities (neutral and passive) until it enters into relationship with the paradigm of the individual mind, which acts on it to shape and determine it as a match to the beliefs, expectations, preferences, and memories of the person observing it. The Soul as the mind exists as both the field and the particles within the field simultaneously. All particles that are born together out of a single particle or unified system, or that become entangled through intimate contact (think of mitosis as cellular regeneration of a single cell to form trillions that produce a greater whole as a single entity), when separated, no matter how great the distance (distance is a property of time and space), continue to exist and act as if they’re one. A particle has both a solid and virtual existence at the same time, and can exist in two or more locations at the same time. What we perceive with our senses to be a solid, material object is actually comprised of light (photons) as coagulated essence in empty (invisible) space. An atom exists in its fundamental state as a “cloud-like formation of essence”, and doesn’t form into an organized system as a fixed pattern until it’s observed. It only forms into an organized and somewhat stable system when interacted with and influenced by consciousness that’s of a certain nature. It then forms an “appearance” that matches the belief and expectation of the mind that’s acting to influence it by directing how it organizes.

        The mind of the Soul exists as an organized field of information as memory. This field of accumulated memory exists as a mental paradigm that’s a single entity and acts to shape matter into the same pattern as an organized structure that “matches” it as a theme. What we experience as both the inner and outer reality is a mental construct produced by the mind as a thematic pattern played out on different scales at the same point in time simultaneously. What appear to be different lives that exist at different points in time are all produced by the same organized field of information as the souls consciousness played out using different personalities as unique combinations of qualities and abilities that utilize different cultural settings as the stage for producing the same type of experiences in new and unique ways. By playing out the same story in different ways forming unique perspectives each time, allows new realizations as deeper forms of self-awareness. If you change the “shared memory” by making new decisions in one life that produces a new “type of experience” as an alteration to the story being lived, that same change takes place in all lives as a “paradigm shift”. Time itself is comprised of a dynamic series of fractal patterns as the organizing mechanism and theme for what seems like multiple lives all being lived at the same time. By changing our “inner nature” through the integration of new information as a different kind of experience in one life, we change all lives as the Soul’s timeline and history. All “time travel” is based on a “timeline” as a unified field of memory, which is what’s used to “construct reality”. When we regress backward or forward to what seem like a different point in time within the “field of the mind”, it’s all based on moving to different locations within the same unified field as a certain type of memory. The Art of Self-Creation and the Power of an “Ideal”

In order to “create” something in a deliberate and intentional manner, we have to start by formulating an idea of what it is we’re creating and why. As with any creative process, we have to start with an idea as an “ideal” of what we’re aspiring towards that moves us from a current condition or character, to a more desired one, that requires us to “transform” it. We have to create a firm idea of what we’re “acting on ourselves” to create. So in recognizing an undesirable trait or tendency, one that we don’t like and want to change, we have to simultaneously formulate in our mind the trait we want to replace it with. We have to form a clear idea of where, how, and who we are now, in our present state, and also where, who, and how we’ll be in our desired state. In this way, we take a common idea of ourselves and we evolve it into a higher state as a perfected and fully developed idea.

Many people have been taught to take a negative attitude towards the idea of “perfection”, usually interpreting it to mean someone else’s idea for us, or some kind of standard set by others or society in an attempt to make us “feel as if we’re never enough” and keeping us always trying to become what others (people, organizations, society) want us to be in order to fit in and conform, while of course, never really “measuring up”. But perfection in its positive use is a standard we create for ourselves, and use to hold ourselves to as a means of developing ourselves in very direct ways. To become the person we aspire to be, which only comes by way of our own will and the inherent ability to be self-determined through various means of self-discipline and devotion to a higher level of consciousness, obtainable only by way of our own hand. In order to grow and develop ourselves into a higher and more mature state, we have to form an idea of what that state is, and what current beliefs, attitudes, traits, tendencies, habits, behaviors, etc., prevent it or act to contradict it and therefore prevent it.

We then have to form an idea of how those traits need to be transformed by employing complementary and opposite traits in their stay. All transformation, which is really a process of equilibrating forces that are active in our life, is undertaken through an understanding of sympathy and antipathy. By realizing and deciding which characteristics we’re currently employing that prevent us from becoming who we desire to be and know, because of this innate desire, we can employ the lawful process for changing it in a conscious and deliberate way. So knowing this, we have to learn how to undergo a creative process of any kind by first employing a detailed idea of what we’re actually creating, as well as what aspects we’ll transform as a means of creating it. Then we can use each end of the equation to evaluate our progress from one idea to another.

        An ideal is where we take a basic idea and we develop it to be the best it can be in all aspects that are involved in composing it, so that it requires activation and use of our highest potential in order to achieve. It can also come as a process of removing activity from a potential currently being expressed, and bringing latent, unused potential into being by embodying it, making it active in us, then using it in our life to create experiences of a new and different nature. But either way, what we’re talking about as a form of basic growth and development is a process of transformation from what is to what will be, as an evolutionary process that we initiate and undertake by way of will, imagination, and action. Anything that’s created in an intentional manner has to first be imagined. We’re only truly capable of doing what we can first imagine ourselves doing. By imagining it first as an experience of it, by way of the reality of it, we produce the means for actually acting it out and “becoming it” as a result.

So all self-creation is a form of transformation because we’re always starting with or working out of our “self” as already created, to continue the creative process of intentionally becoming. How we are created initially takes place as a natural, predominately unconscious process of formative conditioning, that’s sets the basis for what’s referred to as our “second birth” or “spiritual awakening”, where we pick up the unconscious process of self-creation, and produce it, undertake it with a sense of awareness where we deliberately shape ourselves through the conscious engagement of unconscious processes. This process of transformation from an unconscious state to one of self-awareness, where we realize how we’ve been shaped through various processes up to this point, we can work by way of the same processes while maintaining full awareness and exercising various forms of discipline to control what was previously operating as unconscious tendencies and employing conscious ones in their place.

Any idea that’s not turned into an “ideal”, requiring you to aspire towards it, kills the life-force within you as your creative will, while every idea that’s made into an ideal as the highest possibility for that idea, requires conscious use of your life-force and willpower in order to create it. In order to grow and develop ourselves in new ways, we have to awaken and make active what was up to this point latent within us as unused potential. If we choose not to, and simply keep living out of our “conditioned self”, created in a haphazard way by others through a form of default due to our upbringing, then these forces as latent potential remain dormant and eventually become inaccessible because our identity becomes so habituated and fixed, that we can’t imagine ourselves being any other way, or we become so identified with our stories as a way of being, that we can’t (don’t want to) let go of them, because we won’t “know who we are” without them. At this point in our life, usually mid-life, change at the most fundamental level becomes an identity crisis that can throw us into a tail-spin that we never fully recover from.

       To develop ourselves through our spiritual consciousness, is to return our “fixed mindset” to a fluid creative state where we’re always in the process of becoming by systematically employing new perspectives and new behaviors that cultivate new aspects within us, making us fluent, lean, and flexible, and able to readily adapt to new situations by employing the behaviors most appropriate for creating in that situation as a primary means of personal growth that increases our capacity for expression and maximizes our full potential.

So when becoming conscious and self-aware of your own life, and commanding your creative abilities to self-create, you must start by creating an ideal of yourself as perfected or as your “highest possibility” for utilizing your full potential. This ideal becomes a vision for your life as an image of yourself in terms of how you sense yourself and the identity you form by way of it. To create standards as a form of “moral code” that you hold yourself to without compromising, is the key to higher, intentional development that prevents you from cowering or changing your mind mid-stream when maintaining the new standard is inconvenient or hard to do.

Once this ideal of yourself is firmly formed in your mind it provides a template for designing a strategy for implementing and creating it. This strategy needs to be broken down into a step-by-step process of logical progression that’s implemented gradually and consistently in stages and by working with single aspects at a time that make up the whole, and setting a time-frame for accomplishing one before moving onto another. The accomplishment of one transformed trait lays the foundation necessary for the next as a synchronistic flow as growth that lays the foundation of an accumulative, building process.

       Change that takes place gradually, is readily integrated and synthesized into your mental paradigm, and can be attained without an arduous struggle or heavy sense of suffering, which always accompanies change of our fundamental habits or ways of being. Because of a new awareness of what we previously engaged in without awareness acts to amplify or increase the feelings involved, or the forces at work that served to motivate and maintain the behavior, giving us a heightened sense around them, that also gives us a stronger sense of struggling to exercise direct control over them by abstaining or refraining, while simultaneously replacing them with new behaviors that take a while to grow accustomed to and fail to satisfy the reasons we had for producing and maintaining the old behavior now being transformed.  A new behavior has to be implemented willfully for a period of time, roughly forty days or six weeks, before it becomes natural, build into the muscle, and we begin doing it in an automatic fashion.

Once it (the new behavior) becomes natural and easy to maintain, we’re ready to implement another step. We should not do more than one at a time, because concentrated thought is the key to manifesting physical realities as the expression of an idea, and we want to avoid creating a feeling of suffering, or missing and longing for what we’re giving up. One of the most notorious ways we sabotage ourselves right from the beginning, is by attempting to much change all at once, which makes it overwhelming and creates a feeling of constant struggle and suffering that makes the change seem ungratifying or somehow worse than the previous state.

Change undertaken gradually allows for constant modifications to our paradigm, which then acts to naturally produce and maintain the change as a part of our normal consciousness. Trying to change too much to fast doesn’t establish the paradigm necessary to naturally produce and maintain as a natural and automatic function the new way of being. Once a paradigm shift takes place through the integration of the small change, it’s modified to be able to support continued change as a growth process that actually becomes the same as the change. The change also describes, expresses and defines the paradigm as being of the same nature and thereby producing the same experience as a reality, actualization, and outer perception of the change.

       This transformative process operates according to law and is the case whether we’re talking about a person, relationship, situation, or business. Change that’s gradual is easily incorporated and goes unnoticed. It’s readily adapted and adjusted to as a form of equalization that reinstates harmony within the system, setting the foundation necessary for the next step of a larger process to be implemented, again, allowing for it to be incorporated and act to make a slight modification as a synchronized movement that acts naturally to adjust the whole system to support it. If change is introduced without allowing time for adjustment and modification as a new function requiring the whole system, then as soon as it hits a point where it’s not supported, the system “acts on it” (the change) to transform it according to the system, back into its original behavior.

All natural processes are produced by our paradigm and our capacity to create in a way that’s consistent and thoroughly maintained, which only comes by way of our paradigm. All “permanent change” requires modification and reformation of our mental paradigm. Without it, at some point, we relapse and fall back into the old behavior and way of doing things. All change should be designed by us, because it’s only us that have the true ability to act on ourselves to create ourselves. All change needs to work in harmony with natural tendencies already inherent in us or our system, in a harmonious manner of cooperation, by simply employing those same tendencies in a new manner and by way of new means. Change that goes against our nature and contradicts our values and beliefs, can’t actually be produced by us in a natural fashion, nor maintained for any extended period of time. So the “ideal” created as a “model” for self-creating, should always comply and be harmonious with our values and beliefs, or we should start by addressing our values and beliefs by examining them thoroughly, identifying where the contradiction takes place, then adjust all aspects until they are congruent with one another, and interact in a harmonious fashion to produce the same experience of reality.

        We also have to notice what emotions play out in any situation and act to control not only our thought process, but also our automatic behaviors. If we have strong emotions that contradict and undermine what we’re attempting to implement, then the emotions tend to win out by sabotaging all conscious efforts. We have to instead identify our own emotional reactions to certain ideas, gaining awareness around them, and then forming new associations to our desired change, removing triggers around them that activate negative emotions in response to them, while intentionally associating positive emotions to our desired change. Making the idea compelling by infusing it with positive emotions and associations is crucial for producing change out of a strong desire for it while associating very positive and gratifying ideas or experiences with it. This also acts to create how we experience the change, which is the same feeling we infuse the reality of the change with, which its accomplishment or attainment will simply act to give us more of that same feeling.

The change desired should always be undertaken with a sense of enthusiasm and form of excitement that forms a kind of joy and contentment around it. In this way, once the change is established as our reality, it gives us more of that same feeling. If we pursue something from an experience of stress, worry, or feeling overwhelmed, attaining it simply keeps the feeling going through the attempt to maintain it. We have to not only serve to “create it”, but also act naturally and without thought or effort to “maintain it”.

The feeling we form around an idea, shapes how we experience that idea as a personal reality. So it’s important to gain awareness around the reason for the change. What the change will give us, allow, how we’ll benefit from it, and what will it allow us to do that we currently can’t, and so on. So if we decide, for example, to transform fear of some kind into courage, we have to identify how we’ll benefit from that and what it will produce in our life as a result. We have to cultivate the idea of courage in a way that makes us fall in love with ourselves for being that way. We have to focus all of our attention away from what made us feel afraid and onto how we’ll benefit by creating the experience of courage and what it’ll bring into our life as a result. We have to actively and intentionally choose courage in place of fear, and act it out in order to change our experience of ourselves and reality as a result.

How the Mind Creates Reality – The Nature of Perception and Experience

There has been so much confusion with the explosion of quantum physics and Mind Sciences as to the true nature of what we call “reality”.  One of the most fundamental problems we have is people tend to think of the material world of matter and form as a fixed, objective, and stationary construct where every person (mind) is somehow perceiving and experiencing the “same thing”. Because of this, we don’t realize the true power of our mind to shape reality, or the true nature of the relationship between the mind and matter. Naturally, the entire material world is only “perceivable” through or because of the mind, and the mind as a field of information is what “operates” both the brain and the body, which is a mechanism for processing sensory information to produce what we experience as coherent and consistent version of reality.

When we say that the “mind creates its own reality”, we’re usually not referring to the idea that it literally manifests the physical world that appears to be outside of us as well as in us, although there’s certainly an argument for this idea also, but what it means in the general sense is that the mind “interacts” with matter energetically, and through resonance and sympathetic induction, alters it’s outward appearance and how it “organizes” in terms of attributes, qualities, and characteristics, producing a variation that still indigenous to the same overall theme as a new version or possibility. All vibration acts to form a pattern as the electromagnetic field that organizes matter into a distinct form that’s then animated with a form of personality where it outwardly displays distinct qualities and characteristics. The pattern inherent in a frequency is more of a “theme” or general “range of expression” rather than a distinct and fixed shape that exists more as a specific vibration within that frequency.

As we vibrate to a certain frequency, we act to connect with that same frequency in everything else through “sympathetic induction”. This is where the subtle energy that’s vibrating and shaping one form, literally “enters into” another form vibrating at the same frequency or within near proximity (where it can still be drawn in), and “affects it” by “altering its state”. The two aspects of the same frequency then begin vibrating in harmony, forming into the same “type of pattern” as a cohesive and coherent idea. All of what we call a frequency, which is a range of vibration as a kind of scale that moves between extremes of the same overall idea or theme, exists within other frequencies that together make up what we think of as the natural world as an ecosystem. All of what we call “material form” is actually composed of mostly empty space as “natural forces” that charge particles and organize them into patterns as a “living system”. Energy from all around readily move into and through the empty space holding matter together, influencing it in a way that alters how it organizes the system in terms of what’s made active and inactive, and how it changes in its “appearance” while still maintaining the same overall thematic or archetypal shape. So we don’t necessarily change the outer shape of things, but rather which attributes and qualities are active, called forth expressing, and which ones become latent and recede, and how it behaves and expresses in relationship to us as a result.

        In the Biblical story of the creation of the natural world, called the “original creation”, the material world was formed from the “spoken word”, but left unfinished. Humans, who are gifted with higher capacities of the mind for creating, were left with the task of “finishing it” by creating it in a unique and individual fashion. While the material world and the lower mind of our animal body appears to exist in what we could call an objective, stationary and neutral state, where everybody is seeing the same “basic thing”, it actually exists as a wave or “field of information” that has an infinite amount of potential that’s all thematic in nature as archetypes of various sorts, where every single mind that enters into relationship with it, filters out certain aspects, while selecting and enhancing others, forming it into a new and unique variation. While a tree exists as the same type of tree to everyone who views it, how they “experience” that tree, will be different every time. No two people experience the same thing in the same way. It’s always different based on how their mind forms it by resonating with it.

All energy as vibration contains an archetypal pattern as a field of information that forms an archetypal theme that has an infinite amount of possibilities for creating based on how the information is sorted, recomposed into new formula’s that produce new variations of the same thing. All material form exists as both a particle and a wave. Every object is accompanied by a subtle field of energy as the consciousness that organizes it through a “self-organizing mechanism” that “in-forms” it, holds it together as an operating system, and animates it with life. It’s the “empty space” that organizes the particles into a working system of some sort. These natural forces as electromagnetic fields have no real physical properties, and so the “mind” as individual consciousness moves freely into the mind and subtle energy of everything else, influencing it to a new vibration that alters how it appears to that mind. We are always creating (or recreating) everything to be in our image and of our likeness.

So we’re not necessarily literally creating our own reality, but rather transforming the existing reality that we all share as a part of this dimension, into a new and unique variation through our very perception of it. Our mind vibrates to a certain frequency that has a thematic pattern inherent in it that forms the energetic structure of our mind as a mental paradigm. This paradigm acts as a holographic model that resonates with everything around it, shape-shifting it to be of a congruent nature as a way of creating a consistent experience of reality in an ongoing fashion. We can only perceive, conceive of, or comprehend in our outer world what matches our inner world as the thematic structure of our mind. If it doesn’t match it or it exists outside of our paradigm (frequency), then we literally “can’t see it”. We can look straight at it and not comprehend it. We can only comprehend and therefore experience what we can blend with energetically, become one with in kind, and influence to be of the same idea as we are. All reality in this sense is a matter of perception.

       As we “perceive something”, meaning we form an experience of it, comes by way of our ability to influence it into a new variation of itself that’s a correspondence to our model of the world. So as we’re perceiving and thereby experiencing the outer world, we’re constantly in the process of reforming it to be like us, of the same thematic structure as we are. Perception operates according to the same principles that govern DNA and all physical manifestation. You have a field of information as the potential for producing a form, and based on what’s “turn on” and made active, and what’s “turned off” and made latent, determines the nature of the form. As we resonate with something, our field of information as our mind vibrating at a specific frequency with a thematic pattern, enters into the energy field of the form we’re interacting with, forming an “interference pattern” out of “shared components and qualities”, where what’s of a like nature is amplified and embellished, and what’s not is canceled out and diminished, and we “alter the pattern” that’s producing the form changing how it appears outwardly. It literally changes appearance or shape-shifts by conforming to our mental paradigm and ideas about it. While the overall thematic form remains the same, the active components as attributes and qualities are reformulated to where what’s actively expressing changes not only how it looks, but also how it behaves. As we reformulate the basic nature of something through our energetic interaction, we change how it’s being and what it’s doing.  This is very easy to see and understand by how we can “change” how people see themselves and behave through how we treat them and how they treat us.

All perception is formed through what we call a “filtering system”, usually comprised of values, beliefs, preferences, tendencies, memories, temperament, and so on, that together form a dynamic model that acts to reorganize any situation or reality by abstracting some parts while eliminating others. We’re not only always working on a limited amount of information gathered through a form of natural selection, but we then organize that small amount of information into the idea that we want it to be, believe it is, or expect it to be. What we believe to be true forms our experiences. What we value in a situation forms our process of selection. We reshape anything in whatever way we need to in order to form the interpretation we want it to have. How we interpret things to give them meaning, shapes how we experience them by the story we form in our mind about them. As we walk into any situation, we are programmed with a natural selection process for what we notice and abstract and we don’t and ignore.

This is very easy to see and understand when we simply realize that five people who are a part of the same event or reality will “experience” that event in a unique and different way from all the others, often telling such diverse stories about it that you can’t even tell it was the same event. Ask them about it and you’ll get five completely different accounts about what happened, what it meant, what resulted from it, what went on, what others were doing, what was important about it, what they took away from it, and so on. So even though we all share a common reality, how we experience that reality is very unique and diverse for each one of us. No two people experience the same thing in the same way. No two people look at the same idea the same way, we all have a unique take on it based on how we’re filtering it through our mental paradigm as our vibratory frequency to reorganize the general information involved and available to everyone into a unique pattern.

       Quantum physics has demonstrated that matter is influenced by the mind of the person interacting with it. That whatever the intention is for an experiment, whatever it’s meant to prove or disapprove, influences and determines how matter “shows up and behaves”. The consciousness of the individual enters into matter, influencing it with its thoughts about it, and stimulates it into new forms with new properties and behaviors. The individual viewing an event, and the event itself as it appears to the viewer, are a part of the “same thing”. The mind literally produces the results it wants to or has an intention and expectation for. This is why several different quantum physicists (or scientists of any kind) all conducting similar experiments will come to different conclusions. Where the only way to really know if something is real or not, is if two or more people “appear to be seeing” the same thing. And even when they do appear to be seeing the same thing, it’ll vary to some degree based on the paradigm of each individual which is what’s forming their perception, interpretation and experience of it.

Understanding the true relationship between mind and matter allows us to understand the true nature of Alchemy where we realize that the only way to change how the outer world appears to us, is by changing ourselves. If it still appears the same, it’s because nothing has actually changed in terms of our paradigm or mental and emotional state. Likewise, we can’t really change others in the direct sense of the idea, but by changing ourselves, we change how they appear to us and how they affect us. It’s only by changing our thoughts that we change our reality as a correspondence. The way to tell when you’re truly growing, developing new aspects of yourself, and transforming by altering your vibration, is due to the fact that you start looking at things differently, seeing something different in the same thing, and the way the outer world and others appear to you starts changing accordingly. As long as we hold the same frequency based on the same beliefs, values, preferences, memories, and thematic life story, the outer world appears stagnate and methodical. Nothing changes. By changing our mind, we change ourselves and how we perceive (create) others and our life. So in this way, we are definitely the one producing our perception and experience of reality. All of life as we are capable of knowing it is a personal creation of a common theme.

Energetic Imprinting, Conditioning, and Dynamics – Liberating your Soul from the Unconscious Tendencies that Bind You

Our soul is comprised of essence as memory that comes from the relationship it forms with the body, which resides in a predominately unconscious state, and how they work together to create experiences of reality. The subconscious mind of the body also runs off of memory which it uses to form repetitive and habitual patterns that produce a consistent and congruent version of reality. What we call “reality” is produced as both an inner imagining and the outer complementary correspondence of what’s imagined internally. The subconscious is passive and receptive in nature, meaning it has no will or ability to discriminate and make decisions of its own based on reasoning, and simply takes in ideas from the active, willful mind as suggestions that it forms into thoughts as a sensory reality in the faculty of the imagination, which is where all reality as an outer projection is born and fabricated out of essence (astral light or photons).

The soul bonds to the body through the memory inherent in its DNA, which is of a similar and compatible nature, capable of providing the soul with the corresponding reality of its memories so it can continue fashioning itself by way of the experiences the reality provides. The memory, as the essence of the soul resonates with the ancestral memory of the body, and enters into it as an active force that animates and structures it, giving it life as the ideal home or material vehicle for the soul. All levels of consciousness exist on a hierarchical plane, where the lower is always subordinate (passive) to the higher one (active), and provides the form or shell for the higher force to inhabit, bringing it into an active state of expression and creation within the material realm. This hierarchy of consciousness exists as spherical fields nested within greater and smaller fields, all of which vibrate within the same frequency as a range of vibration and lend themselves to the creation of the same type of nature and level of reality.

This level of consciousness that acts to naturally produce and actively play a role in a common (shared) reality forms a whole or singular dimension that’s structured by a dynamic interweaving of an infinite number of vibrations, all with a common core of information that act as their building blocks. All reality in this sense exists within an even greater reality as a unified dimension, where unique formulas of common elements are shaped by the individual mind to form an original version as a variation or possibility. The archetypal world of pure consciousness exists as archetypes in their potential state as what we might call generic templates. Archetypes manifest by undergoing a process of adaptation and reformulation that modify and reshape them into a new form that’s still indigenous to the greater, shared reality in which they’re birthed, maintained, and used to express at the individual level of self-creation.

        As the soul resonates and bonds with the body, forming coherence as a harmonious vibration that creates in a spontaneous manner, it acts first to reform and establish the psychological patterns of its memory as a predisposition, temperament, general attitude, and tendencies that make up its personality, then those same patterns as dynamics are played out through its conditioning, because the memories of the parents are of the same nature and dynamics of the soul, as a form of “group memory” (soul groups). As these dynamics continue to play out and we have a role in them, we’re further trained and conditioned to those dynamics as behavioral patterns that have a theme as a story-line inherent in them.

In an attempt to make sense of the events of our life and the dynamics that we’re actively a part of creating, we begin telling ourselves a story about them. This story makes them mean something, and it’s the meaning as a story-line that we become imprinted with as a dominate and habitual tendency. This means we readily perceive it and participate in it in an unconscious manner without any direct awareness or realization of what we’re doing and why. We don’t realize that all of our experiences are subjective in nature, meaning we’re the ones that are creating them by how we interpret events of our life to give them meaning, and so we imagine that life is happening “to us” in an objective manner and we have no control or say so about it. Yet, though we can’t control the events of our life (necessarily), we absolutely have full control over how we choose to experience them.

What we call reality comes as a cohesive series of events that take place outside of and around us, and how we “experience” those events, while they may seem like two separate ideas, are in fact correlated correspondences of each other. The outer, objective, abstract, and neutral reality that’s common to all of us as a form of shared or mass consciousness provides the stage and the means for organizing it in such a way that we experience it in a consistent manner through the story we’re always in the process of telling ourselves about it. This story as an interpretation makes it into a personalized version of reality as our own creation that we’re then subject to (it determines us).

        We reshape our outer reality based on personal feelings, tastes, and beliefs. We view it through the paradigm of our mind (soul memory) and we reformulate it through our emotional state to match it. We reshape it to be of the same nature as we are where it lends itself in a complementary manner to naturally tell our story about it. As we create our experiences of things, we simultaneously get a sense of ourselves through those experiences, identifying with our own creation, and shaping ourselves through the memory it provides that becomes a part of both the subconscious mind of the body and our soul’s essence. We’re constantly forming and in-forming ourselves through the experience of our own creation, by taking what exists as a “universal idea” and using it as a thematic template for creating a “personal version”.

Our formative conditioned patterns are established through the “theme” as a life dynamic that’s being played out all around us that we play a role in and are an inherent part of. While we play a certain role in a greater dynamic as a child, we are in fact “imprinted” (unconsciously programmed) with the “whole dynamic” and every role that’s required in order to act it out. Whatever role we’re not actively playing in the dynamic is being demonstrated for us by others, and we actively engage in it through our relationship with the greater whole and our constant interaction and participation in it. These dynamics are created in several areas of our life at the same time, based on the same general theme being played out in different ways through different types of relationships. How we’re treated as a child in a situation, is of the “same nature” (behavioral dynamic) as how our parents treated each other, our siblings, relatives, and all other relationships they maintained and participated in, where only the roles they actively played changed.

The relationship between our parents (or guardians) that’s being openly demonstrated and modeled for us in the normal sense, becomes the same “relationship dynamic” we play out in some form or another in our adult romantic relationships. As a general rule, we typically become one of our parents and marry the other one. Whichever parent we identify with most and align with in terms of playing the same role, we play most often, yet we unconsciously play all roles in the dynamic as a general theme. For example, if one parent is always criticizing the other one, putting them down and sarcastically belittling them somehow, and the one being criticized responds with a particular behavior (lashing out, retaliating, equally belittling, being hurt, crying, outraged, angry, or running away, etc.), that same parent will have a tendency to treat the children the same way as a general rule, and they’ll respond in a like manner to how the other parent responded (according to what’s being modeled for them to imitate). Whatever we witness going on around us is being modeled for us, and as children we tend to learn by imitating whatever’s being demonstrated for us as a relationship and means of “appropriately” responding. The same “pattern” as an overall theme is being played out in a variety of ways with every relationship within the family, based on the theme both parents share in common and the behavioral dynamic that naturally issues forth from it.

        If we’re used to being criticized as children, we’re attracted to (naturally respond) and seek out relationships of various kinds where that same dynamic is shared and can be played out faithfully in a natural and automatic fashion. We initiate and provoke the pattern, regardless of what role we play just through the nature of our interaction. For this reason, because it’s unconscious, we often have no idea we’re doing it, and so we imagine we’re innocent and once again it’s being done to us, instead of realizing that we’re the perpetrator. If we’re used to being criticized, we have a tendency to also criticize others (though we may view it different), and naturally produce the behavior that warrants criticism. We can do this intentionally through a reaction to being criticized ourselves, or as a way of retaliating and getting even by switching roles. Even when we respond by turning inward, crying and becoming meek, we’re lashing out in our thoughts and criticizing or despising them to the same degree or more that we feel criticized. Yet often, when we’re doing the criticizing, we don’t see it that way, but rather as just giving them back their own medicine or giving them “constructive feedback”. We feel justified to respond in a like manner, usually without gaining any recognition whatsoever of the overall pattern that’s being played out at the unconscious level.

When something exists in us at the unconscious level, which all of our automatic, habitual behaviors do, they serve to form the very basis of our perception, our emotional states, and what memories we use to interpret things to give them meaning through the story we tell ourselves about it that describes, explains, or justifies it, forming how we experience it. Because they’re a normal and cohesive part of our perception and way of experiencing reality, we believe they’re real in the objective sense and we have no ability to change them, because we don’t realize that we’re actively participating in creating them. We don’t know how to see something different because we’ve perceived things that way our whole life and it comes natural to us. The experience is spontaneous and comes in a natural and automatic fashion without any awareness of choice or will being involved.

So the first challenge is to be able to become aware of our own tendencies by recognizing the behavioral dynamics as a theme that we’re playing a natural part in that’s of the same dynamic that we grew up with. This can often come with us realizing we’re having a tendency to say the same thing and act in the same manner as our parents did. By developing our ability to self-reflect and focus on our own feelings and motivation, instead of always focusing on the other person, while recognizing what memories are being triggered through association that are of the same nature, we can begin realizing what exists in us as a tendency that we’re either unaware of, or only partially aware of. We have a natural tendency to always focus on the “other person” by thinking almost exclusively about how they’re being and what they’re doing “to us”, then our whole approach becomes how to “change them” so they’ll stop doing it. Yet even if they were to stop doing it, we would act out in an unconscious fashion to provoke it in them as a way of keeping the pattern going because we don’t know how to play a part in another type of relationship.

       This is because we’re not only conditioned with one role or position in a pattern or idea, but with the “whole pattern” and behavioral dynamic of which we can play every role, whether through an aware state or an unaware one, because every role in that dynamic was constantly being modeled for us, and we were either the one doing it or watching it be done. Whatever role we identified most strongly with we continue playing out with awareness, and whichever one we didn’t, we continue playing out unconsciously. Because we build our identity out of the experiences this dynamic provides, we not only keep it going in an automatic fashion, but when we get into situations where it’s not being cooperatively played out, we don’t know how to act or what to do, and so we unconsciously initiate it and provoke the proper reaction in others that sets it into motion. Once it’s set into motion and begins playing out, we’re in our element, and we have an automatic “script” where we know exactly how to be, what to say, and what to do.

When we live our life out of perceptions of our conditioning, we live from a primarily unconscious state that simply acts to repeat patterns as themes (karma) in every area of our life, over and over. This habitual state of mind forms the “life dynamic” that produces the experiences that become our soul’s memory as our essence, character, and constitution. Our soul is developed through accumulated memory attained through the body and how it identifies with it. The more of a certain type of memory we accumulate, the stronger and more stable the pattern becomes, trapping the soul at an unconscious level where it often fails to realize it has the ability to become consciously aware of unconscious tendencies, and through that awareness, dissolve the pattern, freeing itself to create in new ways by making new decisions that produce brand new experiences.

       The soul not only possesses the higher capacity of consciousness necessary for self-creating, but it also exists in polarity to higher planes of consciousness, where it acts as a medium between the upper and lower regions, and serves as the passive aspect of the active higher will, which is capable of impregnating it just as it’s capable of impregnating the imagination of the subconscious mind with an idea that it turns into a material reality. Habitual patterns only continue to play out when we’re unaware of them. By utilizing the witnessing capacity of the soul to realize the unconscious patterns being played out, they no longer take place in an automatic fashion, because our very perception changes through the awareness, and if we begin engaging in the same tendencies, we catch ourselves and realize what we’re doing and why. We can learn how to realize our own part in things by dissociating from our experiences (not “in them” having them from an internal perspective) and viewing them instead from a detached and objective state. When we view our life from a second or third person perspective, we view the events from a distance (as another person would) and see ourselves not as the main character in our movie, but simply as one character in a greater story, and we can see ourselves in a different light as simply playing a role in acting out a common story.

Once we become aware and fully conscious in our life, no longer reactive and bound to habitual mindsets, we’re free of them and have the ability to make conscious decisions instead. Through our ability to choose who and how we’re going to be, what qualities we’re going to take on and express through, we begin creating ourselves in a more novel and unique manner. In this way we break free of the karma as unconscious states that dominate and bind us to a mindless process of creation, and we become fully empowered in our own life. The minute we decide to stop doing one thing as a natural response and role, we have to decide how we’re going to be and what we’re going to do instead. All habits are dissolved and transformed through awareness, choice, and replacing them with new patterns that create in a more intentional manner through a fully awake state.

How to tell True Spiritual Guidance from your own Will and Habitual Memories

       One of the first things we have to establish in order to recognize the nature of how our own mind works, is to realize how ideas come to us. This can be a bit difficult at first, because many don’t have an understanding of the true nature of self-generated thoughts opposed to “inspired thought”, or ideas that come to us as mental impressions that are persistent, and often seem unrelated to what we’ve asked guidance around. Asking for guidance is much like setting an intention as a request for ideas to come to you from outside of your normal realm of thinking, which is usually redundant and just plays the same type of ideas over and over, which you already know aren’t the answers to what you want. We’d also have to look at what or who it is you’re asking and expecting guidance from, and how they or it communicates with you, and what qualifies them to give you guidance as a means of working with you to co-create a future reality of some sort.

In the scope of this idea as we’re exploring it here, I’m not going to address the idea of “spirit guides”, or the idea that we all have some form of “board or committee” as a community of spiritual entities that help us on our way and serve to somehow guide us by counseling, advising, or telling us what to do, but rather through the concept of the “self”, which exists simultaneously on multiple levels of the same coherent reality, and are interactive in nature when a sense of awareness and connection are established and maintained. The “self”, like the soul, mind, and the reality they produce and live within, is threefold in nature. This means that what we are currently experiencing as what we call “reality”, we exist simultaneously at three levels within that reality as a unified and whole reality that exists outside of time, and an individual is sub-divided into parts of that reality as a “self and other”, an inner and outer, upper and lower, that’s playing out a story by “being in it” as a part of it, yet unable to see it from a higher, all inclusive “whole perspective”.

The Soul and the Nature of the Mind

Each plane of existence has three sub-planes or “levels” within it and operates according to the same principle as “kingdoms” do within the material world, which are all interdependent in nature and one evolves naturally out of the other. The lower, dense level of instinctual (animal) consciousness has no creative capabilities, and as we progress upward to higher levels of consciousness we acquire the ability to self-express and create using the power of our mind. The mind, likewise, exists at three different levels within the material plane as the subconscious (the aspect we share with all of Nature), the self-conscious (a human attribute that makes us self-aware and creative), and the Super or Higher Consciousness. The Higher Consciousness is of the spiritual plane (invisible to the material senses) and serves to operate both the subconscious and self-conscious aspects of what we call the “material mind” of the body. The lower, material aspects of the mind are located within the dimension of time and space where it enters into and inhabits a body with a genetically oriented  personality and becomes fully identified with being the body confined within a material existence.

In this same manner, according to the same principles (all principles play out in every area of reality at different scales and through different systems), our “soul”, which is synonymous with the “self” and “mind”, exists on three separate planes, and is “dual or polar” in nature as both masculine and feminine aspects on each plane (again same principle different scales and levels). Each level is created by the dual nature of the one preceding and serving to create it. Each level therefore contains the “entire lower level” that it serves to birth and govern by co-operating the dual aspects of itself on a lower, denser plane of material manifestation. The material mind that serves to form the etheric body is what produces (seed and ovum) the physical body as what we call the lower soul or animal body. Both aspects of the lower, physical self of which only humans (here on Earth) have a “self-conscious” aspect that has the creative capacity of reason, choice, and will to self-create, exists as a part of our lower nature. What we call “heart consciousness” (subconscious) and “brain consciousness (self-aware) are interactive with both themselves and the Higher-Self that governs them.

The Lower Mind of the Animal Body

The subconscious exists as the “passive and receptive” (feminine) aspect, and the conscious mind (of both the higher and same plane), which is the reasoning and willful (masculine) mind is the active and creative aspect of the “same mind”. The conscious mind acts to impregnate the subconscious mind with an idea that the subconscious, which is the aspect of the mind we share with Nature, grows and turns into a material manifestation of the idea. The subconscious “conceives of the will” being projected by the active conscious aspect, and produces a reality out of it. First inwardly as an imagined reality, then outwardly (connects to that same idea in everything else through the shared mind of the subconscious) as a analogous version of the same idea, creating the basis necessary for experiencing it, and creating itself and its life through the experience.

What we think of as the conscious mind of the body (brain consciousness), is birthed fully within the physical body by the subconscious mind, and is a coherent part of the lower, material plane of the subconscious. It’s the aspect of awareness that we form our “identity” out of as our “false ego” that only sees and thinks of itself “as” a body, rather than as a soul that merely inhabits the body as a means of acquiring experiences of itself through the reality of its own mind and memories. All of what we call “thought” as imagined (conceptualized) realities that we experience as being a product of our conscious mind (brain), is actually produced out of memory (body) of some sort, that we simply replay over and over forming endless variables in a habitual and repetitive manner. This is very easy to see and realize when we simply “observe our thoughts”, and the fact that the thoughts (type and kind) we’re having today, are the same type we had yesterday, last week, a month ago, or even years ago. Most of what we think of as “self-generated thoughts” is produced by memory of some sort, which is produced and provided by the subconscious mind, which, having no will of its own, simply creates out of memory in a repetitive fashion. All behavior, which is creative, is produced by repetitive and habitual thoughts that keep the same emotional states active in us, which serve to create more of the same type of reality and experiences over and over, much like a theme.

Another way to recognize the true nature of what we call self-generated thought and our ability to problem-solve, is by realizing that anytime we’re trying to “figure something out”, all we’re really doing is rehashing the same ideas as memories (experienced or taught) over and over, in an attempt to somehow apply them in a new way that will somehow produce a new result or reality. This is where they get sayings like “the true definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result”, and “a problem can’t be solved by the same mind (type of thinking) that created it”. When left to our own devices, all we’re ever really doing is running through all memories of ideas associated with it, in an attempt to find a new solution. This is because the conscious aspect of the lower mind operates by way of the subconscious mind that births it, and is “memory oriented” and instinctually driven. It “thinks” by way of association and impulses that reference memory as a thought process. All thought, in this sense, is produced by emotional states associated to previous experiences as patterns of that memory that form tendencies.

The Higher-Self

In this same sense, we have the ability to connect to the conscious and willful aspect of our Higher Mind or Self, which oversees and governs the entire lower plane as a unified reality that’s already created (karma and divine providence as prophecy), which likewise, works through the passive aspect of the subconscious mind to “seed it” with an original idea that exists outside of and apart from our personal memories of the past. But it only becomes active when we subdue the same conscious aspect of the material mind, which is also willful and creative by constantly seeding its own subconscious aspect, by calming all thinking, and quieting our internal dialogue. The Higher Consciousness can’t communicate directly with the active aspect of the lower mind and plane, and works in a like manner with the passive aspect of the subconscious mind.

The subconscious, unlike the “talking aspect” of the conscious mind, “thinks” in pictures and images by forming ideas into imagined realities that it then “reflects in the mind’s eye” allowing the conscious mind to “witness it”. When the conscious (aware) mind witnesses it, it comes as an idea that pops into our mind out of nowhere (not self-produced) as a form of inspiration and intuition (which is the same thing). It comes as an idea represented by an image, symbol, or metaphor of some kind, much like a concept, that acts as a form of “universal memory”, in the sense that it provides us with a whole, ready-made idea as a possible reality. If we “act on this idea” without question, it produces a reality that affords us a brand new experience and manifests in a whole new way.

Original Thought as Inspired Ideas      

As ideas “come to us” intuitively from what we sense as a higher, invisible source, we still have to “willfully choose” to except and act on the idea. Nothing manifests as a reality or comes into our life without willful action that fulfills them, or as the means of a form of synchronistic, step-by-step process or chain of events that begin unfolding , which, each time we act on it, forms a pathway to a whole new experience of reality and of ourselves within that reality. Our true ability to “create in an original manner”, doesn’t lie exclusively in our lower mind of the body and identification with the body, but rather in our Higher Mind which isn’t a “product of” the lower material mind of the body.

All “original ideas” come through a form of inspiration as an inner vision or imagining that seems to come to us out of nowhere through an intention or desire we have to “know” and “create” based on that knowing. They come through an inquiry of some form, or by “asking for something” (prayer as a connection to our higher source), wondering about something or forming curiosity around it, or as an intention we set for it based on a desire for it. Our higher conscious “seeds our subconscious” with the idea that initiates a pathway of exploration and discovery. We receive mental impressions or a vision as an idea that is formed outside of our normal awareness and ability to produce it based on personal memory of some sort, that we then have to exercise our freedom of choice and will in order to take in as our own and act on it to create by way of it. Through action of some sort, a whole process is set in motion that ultimately leads gradually into a whole new idea, but only if we choose to act on every intuitive step we realize as it unfolds. It only “manifests” as our reality through constant and consistent action as the use of our ability to choose and willfully act out our choices, producing the reality inherent in them.

The Nature of True Guidance

Nothing is ever done for us by an outside source. we’re simply given guidance on how to bring about the idea as a reality and experience of what we inquired about or asked for. Guidance never comes as being told “what to do”, or as making decisions for us. It only comes as showing us new options, or bringing us new awareness and realization that expands on our ability to choose brand new ideas, which, if acted on will produce brand new experiences of reality, not born out of past memories that simply repeat the same idea in a varied way. If guidance appears to be coming to you as a form of telling you what to do or making decisions for you, it’s more than likely not actual guidance from a higher source but rather the ramblings of different aspects of your own, lower mind and personality. Higher sources of a Divine nature never act to violate choice and free will, which is a birthright and the means for self-creating in which we are always 100% responsible for our own creation.

Because guidance often comes as a completely new idea or way of responding to a familiar problem or well-established situation, and therefore results in a feeling of confusion and uncertainty that comes from the unknown, we can have a tendency to analyze it to death, rather than spontaneously acting on it, or coming face-to-face with our comfort zone and afraid that we won’t know what to do in an unfamiliar situation, and through fear or inhibition of some sort as being unwilling to act or to try something new in an experimental fashion, we doubt it away or convince ourselves it won’t work, and so we don’t even try. While usually going right back to asking for guidance around the same thing again, often, without ever realizing what we’re doing. It’s usually only when guidance comes in a familiar way or as something we’re comfortable with and have a memory around as a means of navigating it that we’re willing to try it or act on it.

In this same token, because guidance usually acts to lead us out of our mental paradigm as a way of conceiving of new possibilities and doesn’t come to us in “whole form” as a single idea or action, but rather as steps that require consistent action in a repetitive manner as an idea that “unfolds” through an unknown process, we choose not to act on it because we don’t know for sure where its leading, or we don’t realize it’s coming in response to our inquiry or intention, because we can’t see how it’s directly related looking through the lens of expectation, which again, is formed of memories of the past. Guidance hardly ever comes in the form of what we expect or imagine it will, and because of this, we often don’t recognize it for what it is.

       All expectation and imagined scenarios as possibilities that we hold as a means of being able to know guidance when it comes, is formed out of memory of the past or what we “think” the answer is going to be based on, or our ability to come up with a solution which is all based on memory of some form, and is what has acted to create our life the way it is currently. So we ask for guidance from a higher source as the aspect of our mind that exists “outside of” our material reality and consciousness as memory acquired through the body, while attempting to perceive it through the lower mind of habitual perceptions as possibilities.

We can know true guidance when it comes as a thought or impression as an image or scenario that represents an idea that “pops into our mind”, or that comes to us in what seems like an unrelated way that has no obvious or apparent connection to our inquiry. One that comes to us in a spontaneous way that’s not the result of our own thinking or attempt to solve our own problem from the same paradigm that created it, but rather as what seems like an objective idea that even when we notice it and think about it briefly as what it implies or means, then let go and move on, persists and becomes consistent. We keep noticing and going back to it and thinking about it, though we usually don’t know why. If a thought persists for a period of time and we fail to take action on it, which is what’s required for it to lead to something else, it eventually fades and subsides. We then either go back to asking while requesting it to “show up” the way we want it to, or we have the experience of “unanswered prayers”, and we form an opinion or belief that prayer doesn’t work.

So the most primary way to tell the difference between true guidance as problem solving from our Higher Self or just wishful thinking, is by whether or not it appears to be coming from a mental source outside of our paradigm and normal way of thinking that’s showing us to do something or a way to go that we couldn’t have come up with or produced on our own through memory or established learning of some sort. Realizing that it comes as an “original thought or ideas” that we didn’t or couldn’t (based on normal perception and way of thinking) have come up with on our own as an answer. Understanding that it never violates choice and free will by telling us what to do or making our decisions for us, or through producing strong emotional reactions that prompt automatic behavior, or as something that’s manipulative and trying to get us to do something we don’t want to, but rather as an objective idea or intuitive feeling that bring insight into things and expanding our options for choosing by showing us things we couldn’t see before. It often comes in what may seem like a completely unrelated manner as a single step, which when taken, forms into a greater process as a whole idea where you don’t know what to do to make it happen.

Often ideas come to us in “whole form” as an outcome or complete idea as a reality, that’s very different from our current reality, or that we don’t have established behaviors for creating, where we’re often left with a feeling of not knowing what to do to create it. The Higher Self understands that the lower mind is memory driven and needs guidance as a “process” anytime it’s acting to create something that’s not a part of its programming. Because of this, the idea we set as an intention for our inquiry that forms the basis for asking for guidance, serves as the “whole idea” as a form of “theme” or metaphor that’s responded to. Not as giving the reality of the idea in a kind of instant fashion, which is a product of the subconscious imagination, but rather as the process for creating it in a synchronistic, step-by-step process that leads you systematically to produce the necessary process to create a corresponding reality of your imagined idea.

       The reason you “don’t know how to do it” is because you’ve never produced that reality and don’t have the memory as the process necessary for creating it. Again, the Higher Self doesn’t act to give you the idea for creating necessarily (you form this as what you’re asking for), but rather gives you the process for doing it as mental impressions and ideas that require you to act on them in order for the next step to become apparent. One step fulfilled leads to the next. It requires consistent action on every idea that becomes apparent through the original action to create the reality necessary as the means of connecting to and being in the appropriate position to perceive the next step.

Ideas come about and manifest as reality through a dynamic pathway as a creative process of unfolding awareness, where we never know for sure what each step will bring. In this manner, we have to act out of faith knowing that though we’re not sure of how it’s going to come about, and that it’s probably going to come about in a completely unexpected way, that it’s revealing the creative process necessary to manifest the reality of our dream. It’s showing us how to create the reality that we asked and prayed for by setting an intention for it. The saying “seek and you shall find, ask and it shall be given unto you, knock and the door will be opened”, isn’t just a nice saying, it’s giving us the formula as principles necessary for manifesting reality using our mind. Not the lower mind of instinct and repetitive memory, but rather the higher mind that serves to seed the imagination of the lower mind with the ideas necessary to willfully create in an original manner.

The higher consciousness projects ideas into the imagination of the subconscious that provide it with a reality as a form of memory that it can use as a template to create with in the same manner it creates realities out of its own memories. Once the subconscious has been impregnated with an idea of the Higher Will as an imaginary reality, the conscious mind perceives it as a thought and idea, and uses its will to choose and act on it. As it acts on the idea to fulfill it or investigate and research it somehow, a reality is produced where other ideas become apparent, and when those are again acted on, a chain of association forms that connects us to the other related ideas, which together form the basis for creating the reality of our desired intention.

So if you “ask” by forming a vision for your life, sets intentions, and pray or ask for guidance in regards to them, or for them to spontaneously manifest somehow, and you sit back waiting for it to appear as if by magic, or come as a single connection that’s completely related to your current mindset or history of creating realities, you may be waiting for a long time for something that never happens. If instead, you stay aware of what intention you set and what reality you’ve asked for, and as ideas that are not self-generated by your logical and analytical mind, or out of repeated memory that begins occurring as intuitive insights or notions of some sort, and you commit to acting on them even though you have no idea what they’re going to produce or where they’ll lead, and as they lead to another idea and another, and you continue acting on each one, even when they lead you outside of your comfort zone, what you’ll find is that you’re led into a reality of your own intention as you being its creator. You’ll realize that you created it through consistent action taken on what may have seemed like unrelated ideas. By setting the intention as a means for willful and deliberate creation, then having faith and trust in where you’re being led even though you can’t see from the onset what it’s eventually going to result in, is the very means and method by which you create using your Higher Will as a true form of spiritual guidance.

Developing Clairvoyance – “Seeing the Spiritual World”

I often get asked if clairvoyance or intuition are something we can learn and develop in ourselves, or are we just born with the ability as a gift? And I usually reply, it’s both, it’s a natural faculty we’re all born with, that is usually chalked up to a “vivid imagination” and eventually “taught out of us”, or we suppress it through a form of ridicule of some kind. What we refer to as the “spiritual” world or plane of existence is primarily invisible to the material senses, and is filled with beings and forms as invisible natural forces of some kind. These forms differ in many ways, but the two main ones are whether they’re caused by an object or a being. Our “world of thought and imagination” is the part of us that lives in and is a coherent part of the spiritual world. All thought is invisible in nature and can’t be seen or felt by anyone outside of us; yet it exists as real for us internally and is what makes up our experience of reality. Astral Plane and the World of Formation Because our mind, which is an invisible field of information and natural forces also, is an inherent part of the spiritual realm, our own feelings and thoughts can influence these forms and cause them to morph and fluctuate. This plane of form is traditionally called the astral plane in esoteric sciences, the World of Formation in Kabbalistic Philosophy, and has a broad range as higher (barely formed and still fluctuating) and lower (well-formed and stationary) regions within it as a range of expression that moves an idea from pure essence (unformed) as a universal archetype to a well-formed idea as a personalization of that idea. Forms that characteristically change with our every thought or feeling are produced by the mineral elements and are human made objects. Those formed by the plant element change less easily in response to our thoughts and feelings, and animals, which have a personality of their own, even less so. Though the astral-etheric world is invisible, it acts to impress the mind (which is of the same plane) with distinct mental impressions that form subtle realities in the imagination. The imagination is the faculty of the mind that receives knowledge of the spirit through the astral plane of form. These mental impressions while never (hardly ever) solid or opaque, like the forms of the physical, are still quite distinct as a “feeling about something” that forms a chain of association as the qualities that permeate it and the forms that express those qualities in symbolic terms of the physical plane actually being the symbolic representation of concentrated energy from the spiritual plane. These astral forms remain in a constant state of evolutionary flow as transformation taking place based on energetic influences from all levels of consciousness surrounding and interacting with it, most of which exists on the same plane as human thoughts, feelings, and emotions. These forms have a luster and iridescent quality that’s consistently shifting and fluctuating through sympathetic resonance and assimilation of similar frequencies in near proximity of it. They shift and reform slightly based on how they’re being influenced or directly interacted with, which is mostly being done unconsciously through our own thoughts and feelings in response to them. These forms are full of life and movement and their mobility is largely due to the influence of our own thoughts and feelings, and to other causes beyond our control. Some of these forms are independent of the human mind and exist outside of our ability to influence them, and as a result, they act instead to influence us. Others are always interacting with us in feelings and thoughts that form “in us” as a natural response to the feeling sensations we’re always receiving and the activity they induce at the subconscious level, and so we often have no direct awareness of the influence our thoughts are having on others and the world around us.

Archetypes and Thought-Forms While all natural living and non-living objects have energy fields which are impressed with the shapes of the qualities it possesses that forms its characteristics as a form of organic patterning that are produced as a natural emanation, there are many “thought-forms” created by people’s emotions, instincts, passions, and so on. These man-made thought-forms are similar to archetypes as universal memory that fluently populates the astral plane and can be “tuned into” and absorbed by the individual mind where they appear in the mind’s eye much like a normal memory or inspired idea. Through meditative observation we can realize that while our thoughts and feelings bear an influence on these man-made thought-forms, it’s only slight, unless we’re directly interacting with them. Other forms have only a negligible effect, if any, depending on what causes them. Sensing Energy When we learn how to reverse our normal thinking in terms of the spiritual world being symbolic of the material, and instead realize that all material form exists as the symbolic forms of the spiritual-energetic realm, we can realize that many behavioral characteristics of people are seen as an animalistic quality in the spiritual essence of their presence. So when energy is “sensed” it takes on or is perceived as the natural qualities themselves as they would exist in the natural world. They appear as animal-like, or as bearing the sensations of evil, grotesque, demonic, scheming, envious, lashing out, bitter, sulking, scared, dominating and aggressive, or as angelic like, soft, patient, calm, centered, reserved, protective, flowing, loving, and so on. The quality of the energy takes on whatever physical characteristics correspond to it. While animals always bear the energy of their species as a form of instinct, and remain somewhat consistent, humans possess many different qualities that make up their persona, and their energy is sensed as analogous forms to the natural world, and because of this, may completely contradict their physical appearance. Emotions, which can be thought of as natural forces or entities that have a singular nature and express only as the quality of that emotion, which produces a whole living process as a chain of association that spawns whatever we focus on, what memory we access, what we think about, how we feel, and what type of experience we act to create by way of it that produces a reality for us on the inner planes. This imagined reality creates a “thought-form” on the astral-etheric plane made up of light essence, which is what we shape in our imagination as a self-produced expression of that energy as an actual reality. The energy itself exists in its universal form as containing endless potential for expression, that when drawn into a person, undergoes a whole series of modification that adapt it to the individual, and based on how it enters into relationship with the personal reality, forms into one potential and expresses through us by forming a corresponding reality. Example – anger, while expressed differently by each individual who experiences it, is still interpreted as anger. It comes across as anger and acts to systematically activate or trigger anger in everyone around them, all of which will express in a somewhat unique way while maintaining the basic characteristics assigned to anger, such as outbursts, yelling, criticizing, belittling, intimidating, attacking, aggression, hostility, or in other cases, frustration, overwhelm, severe anxiety, crying, or a temper tantrum of sorts. While everyone expresses anger in a way that’s unique to them, the basic feeling of anger as producing distinct characteristics and behaviors remains constant as a kind of theme. When energy is being sense around a person, regardless of what their physical appearance, is experienced as these same qualities. A perfectly calm and sullen person can be raging inside with anger, which is not only felt by the clairvoyant, but “seen” as distinct mental impressions that are surrounding them. This is a form of tuning into the inner (spiritually outer) thought-life of the individual and “reading their thoughts” as impressions that are not necessarily unique to the individual as a personal creation, but rather the universal and neutral expression of the quality itself as a possible variation.

Attributes, Qualities, and Characteristics The spiritual world is not an ethereal, hazy or illusory replication of the physical world, but reveals itself in forms that are quite different. Qualities that permeate a physical form are seen as the images associated to those qualities, and the attributes of the forms “match” the quality of consciousness as behaviors or processes being expressed through or by a physical body or entity. This is the basis for why the spiritual realm is “seen” or portrayed as “animal powers”, is because certain qualities that produce specific behaviors in what we could think of as the instinctual field of the collective unconscious that governs all of life on the planet earth, and expresses through different species of animals as the form associated with those behaviors as classifications of the consciousness that governs and produces them. So, for example, another human who embodies and demonstrates certain behaviors are “sensed” as their animal quality. An aggressive or deceptive  person might be seen as having lion or panther-like qualities; someone who constantly complains might be seen as a dog barking or whining; a docile and meek person like a lamb or sheep. Likewise, negative emotions being embodied and expressed are seen as attributes of that emotion; anger is perceived as jagged, sharp, chaotic, loud and aggressive energy that expands and clashes or shocks; whereas sadness is sensed as dull, vague, dark, tired energy that pulls within and almost disappears; loving emotions are very warm, buzzy and sensuous, gratifying and intoxicating, relaxing, and attract you to them. When these feelings are experienced, mental impressions often rise up as thoughts of a corresponding nature, and we have a kind of translucent vision as transparent imagery, or energetic composite that forms in our imagination that’s very different in the normal sense from the actual outer “appearance” of the person expressing the energy as emotional states. Time, Eternity, and Evolution The “forms” of the spiritual realm, which are really personal translations of feelings in their corresponding forms, reflects the “qualities of consciousness” being projected and acted out through the physical form, and often doesn’t resemble the flesh body at all. Though the flesh body does begin to take on characteristics similar to the emotions habitually expressed, this takes time and is subject to evolution on the physical plane, which is a slow and gradual process, whereas on the spiritual plane evolution is a constant movement that transforms instantly, and moves in and out of energy that stimulates a variety of images as a flux and flow that reforms based on the qualities it absorbs from the environment, which when assimilated through a form of equilibrium as coherence, reshapes instantly as the immediate expression of the new vibration. Time doesn’t exist as a linear process within the spiritual realm, which has no sense of past or future, but remains eternally in the present, and like a growth process of latent energies coming from the inner, invisible realm to the outer (somewhat) visible realm, is an unfolding process of becoming, rather than a linear process of modifications to an original form, which only takes place through habitual tendencies developed over extended periods of time. Change in the physical world is gradual and process oriented, whereas in the spiritual it’s instantaneous and synchronistic. In the physical realm, even the images produced by the individual mind are based on memory of some form, which while that memory may play out as vivid in our mind, usually differs significantly from the actual event that produced it. We form our own interpretation of the event as a re-presentation, where each time its recalled, it’s modified by how we use it to form a similar interpretation of our current situation to make it “mean” the same thing. Through constant recall and new applications we evolve and transform the memory throughout our life, retelling it slightly different each time, until eventually, it doesn’t even resemble the actual event or original memory. Spiritual experience is much like memory, except it doesn’t refer to the past imagined experience, but rather to the present soul and spiritual aspects of our environment and the events taking place in the moment. These “soul-like” memories, similar to what are commonly called archetypes as a form of universal memory or holograms, don’t have anything to do with the personal conditioned memories of the body, but of the memory as a classification of standardized forms and qualities that animate them that are of the larger, universal soul-mind, which we’re always tuning into and sensing within our present situation, that serve to stimulate and call forth our personal memories as a correlation.

The Cosmic Mirror of the Imagination When we refrain from the need to interpret experiences, and simply observe them with a neutral and unbiased mind, they form the same type of mental impressions as personal memory and scenarios or moving images that form mental impressions in the imagination, that lack meaning (in the personal sense), while existing purely by reasons that exist independent of us. The spiritual realm is perceived in much the same way as a form of invisible reality viewed in the mind, though not actually seen, that’s alive within the present situation, rather than being resurrected from the past and reused to create the present as an illusion. The mental impressions formed in the mind in response to feelings and the sensations they give rise to, is how we “perceive” (see) the spiritual within the physical. Not as a mirror image that duplicates it, but as an image that resembles the reflection seen on glass or a dark shiny surface. Yet the images themselves appear nothing like the physical body they inhabit and act to animate through thought processes that produce behaviors as their equivalent. The idea of a mirror image is referring more to the nature and quality of the mental impressions themselves, rather than the actual image, which in spiritual terms is quite different. Feelings, State, and the Nature of Vibration Though in the reverse sense, a feeling we get in the spiritual sense forms a very distinct mental image as a reality that expresses in the physical as the same form associated to the feeling. In reality, the physical is the expression as “form” of the spiritual; the spiritual is not symbolic of the physical. We have to reverse our way of thinking. The spiritual is the “feeling state” (vibration) that acts to produce and give rise to a correlating physical reality as animated imagery that forms composite images, scenarios, or events that are the processes inherent in the feeling as spiritual law. The living patterns of vibration create processes as structure and function. They shape astral light (starlight) into forms with distinct behaviors that express the principles governing them. These astral shapes are formed as variations of the same idea (archetype) based on the adaptation they undergo through the relationship they form with all other factors involved in the situation or circumstances that act to modify it to some degree as a kind of reformulation of the same fundamental properties, changing what’s emphasized and enhanced, yet, forming out of the same fundamental properties as a formulae or dynamic patterning.

Thematic Patterns and Symbolic Correspondences When we move from thinking that the physical world is the basis that gives rise to the spiritual, which seems symbolic in comparison, and realize fully instead that it’s the spiritual as vibration that exists in its potential state as a “thematic pattern” that gives rise to the physical as a symbolic correspondence, then we can begin to understand the spiritual world through feelings that when held in a calm and open mind form into natural imagery that’s in a constant state of movement as fluctuating qualities that transform through a state of “becoming” while maintaining the same basic form as an archetypal idea. For example, if we hold the archetypal idea of a lamp in our mind, and we’re simply present with that idea, we may form impressions of all sorts of different types of lamps, yet they’re all still a “lamp”, and they all represent the same type of idea.  As we hold an idea in our mind, a form of free-association as a chain of associated ideas naturally unfolds in our imagination as correlating and corresponding ideas of the same nature. An archetype can be thought of as a kind of universal (non-personal) idea as a pattern, living template or prototype that forms a mental impression as a specific “type of form” in the imagination of the individual, which uses it just like a personal memory to create experiences in their life that are of the same idea, modified by how its embodied and applied, not only through the consciousness of the individual, but to their exact set of circumstances and conditions. We “conceive of” an idea whole and intact as a form of insight, that we then personalize by how we think about it, what emotions we associate to it, what scenarios we apply it to in order to create it, and we reform it into a personalize version as a result. The idea conceived as an insight or inspiration is “pictured in the mind” in much the same way as a memory is. It appears like a reflection on glass as a see-through or translucent image. The imagery is the translation as an interpretation from pure feeling to a full-fledged physical reality as a mental construct or internal representation. We modify the original idea by how we apply it to our current life situation that presents it to us in a new way as a modified format or configuration. The basic idea being used as a theme for creating is modified through the process of adaptation which reforms it. The feeling that we get that’s present in any moment as an emanation of the energies involved, when we create an open space in our mind for the feeling to take hold within us and rise up in our mind as a living scenario or animated form within our imagination, we can see the nature of the energies as the forms their vibration creates, which are the expression of the “qualities of consciousness” birthing them as realities in the astral plane of the imagination. All vibration has patterns inherent in it along with a self-organizing mechanism that shapes essence into forms in the faculty of the imagination. The imagination is the faculty of the mind that shapes astral light as programmed essence into forms as the expression of the vibratory frequency they’re programmed with. The vibration as movement organizes and structures light – the astral remnant of movement between two poles that form dimension – and a matrix of tension (electromagnetic field) that hold everything into fluctuating, shimmering, lustrous patterns. These patterns as shapes translate into living realities of the physical plane. The physical plane is produced, maintained, and governed by spiritual laws, which are the energetic intelligence as information that form and express as properties that naturally undergo certain types of processes and form natural behaviors based on the chemical properties of their form and the level of consciousness equated to it.

The Field of Potential and the Particle of Existence So the spiritual world and the physical world are extreme aspects of the same plane comprised of multiple dimensions where pure consciousness as a wave-form containing billions of potential is drawn down through the planes and into physical reality as the expression of the information inherent in the wave-form, that collapses around “one” potential as a possibility that’s used to form a single, individual personalized reality. That reality then forms into a memory, which draws it back up the planes and returns it to its universal state as an archetype or pattern as an idea that’s represented by a basic form that can be used to create numerous more experiences through using the memory as a general idea or meaning that becomes a template for creating more experiences of the same nature, shaped by the meaning it has that evolves it through a series of modifications by how it’s adapted to fit a new set of circumstances or situation. This memory (whether universal or personal – because one is used to create the other) when used repeatedly, creates a field of energy (consciousness) as an electromagnetic field that habituates it, making it a main theme for creating our life story by solidifying it as a thought-form, which continues to exist in the soul-astral plane of mass consciousness, where it becomes a form of substitute for an original thematic idea as an archetype, and can be tuned into, accessed, and received by other minds, who also use it to create in a similar fashion as a basic idea. In this way, archetypes are not only evolved constantly by how they’re applied and modified, but birth new archetypes through the same method as a form of genetic (information) modification. The world of thought-forms as a form of collection or accumulation of archetypes evolved by humans through application and personalization, also refer to a mass consciousness or the “instinctual field” of the collective unconscious that produce natural behaviors that are conceived of unconsciously, is also referred to as the “Book of Life” where every action (as a new vibration) is “recorded” (impressed) in the Akashic Field. These terms are all referring to the same idea, which is also the basis for the modern scientific discovery of morphogenic fields and torsion fields that populates the field of human instinct and subtle energy as the ghost-like, invisible energy that emanates and produces distinct physical properties and behaviors. Unconscious ideas are natural thought processes that form basic behaviors that are thematic in nature and natural to us. These are ideas that we didn’t acquire through awareness or intentionally but without direct awareness that exist as thought-forms imprinted within the soul-field or astral plane that we tune into and draw into us as natural and automatic thoughts that we begin expressing by creating experiences as imagined representations that we form our personal memories out of. These universal ideas that propagate our internal awareness become themes that govern our whole life because we continue to use memories of the past to create more of the same type of experiences in the present, usually without ever realizing that that’s what we’re doing. Religion and the Sacred Sciences – Dogma, Individuality, and Intuitive Creativity

Probably the biggest difference between the terms “religion” (as its come to be known) and “spirituality”, is one of a group experience as opposed to allegories and analogies that have to be intuitively interpreted in order to see the laws that are operating within the stories that attempt to illustrate them. Much religious doctrine is deciphered for the common person, who simply has to accept and adopt someone else’s  ideas as their own, and consider them an “accurate interpretation” that they choose to call right and accept as being true. When an interpretation is made for us and given to us in place of knowledge derived from actual experience, it requires us to “believe” in it and have faith. It doesn’t require us to “think for ourselves” or form our own interpretations, which would require an in-depth breath of knowledge of many branches of science, philosophy, and the arts, acquired only through a dedicated life of study and inquiry. It would require the devoted meditative practice of acquiring knowledge through direct experience, which integrates it, and the ability to bring it into practice in our daily life.

In the spiritual realm, creativity is of the essence, and all true knowledge exists as Laws, Principles, and Archetypes, all of which are universal in nature as “creative processes” or the natural forces and means through which things come into existence through conception of the individual mind, where they’re developed into a unique variation as a possible reality. All Archetypes and creative forces are universal in nature, providing a dynamic template as a form of ideal or prototype for creating at the individual level as a personification. All personal creations come as the result of a unique interpretation of what originates as a Universal theme that’s naturally ingrained in the human psyche.

We have been led to believe that we’re not capable or qualified to make accurate interpretations because we lack the knowledge necessary to do so, which of course is only partially true, because we’re not given the education that it requires through our conventional conditioning and have to seek it out on our own through a desire for it, and it’s only through our own interpretation that we conform to our mental paradigm, making it applicable to create at the practical level. Only what has been integrated into our mental paradigm through a fundamental and intuitive understanding of it can be utilized to create in the sense that it changes our very perception of reality and how we choose to conduct ourselves as a result.

There’s no absolute truth as an interpretation or way of perceiving something, but only in regards to the laws involved. Spiritual knowledge is written in symbolic metaphor, analogy, and allegory because it’s the universal language that’s ingrained in our very DNA as a form of subconscious code, and it’s always in an evolutionary and creative flow as adaptation and modification that produces a unique version of a common idea. When we interpret things for ourselves, we adapt and modify the basic idea according to our age and maturity, stage of growth, level of education, culture, beliefs, values, preferences, memory of past experiences, and based on how and in what way we’re going to relate and apply the knowledge in our everyday life to create by way of it. All ideas when translated by the individual to form a unique and personal version are “ideal for that individual”. There’s really no such thing as somebody else knowing and giving us our truth without any effort on our part. All truth, like all knowledge is only known through the experience of it. All theory simply provides the basis for practice as experimentation designed to create an experience of it.

The story of Moses, for example, and how he attained what became known as the 10 commandments (of Christian faith), originated as the 10 primary Universal Laws that were given to him by God as a direct experience. These Laws, were not rules meant to be handed down in a mindless way, only requiring acceptance and abeyance, but were a dynamic mathematical and philosophical system that laid out the creative process of the mind and soul for evolving itself through various stages of self-creation as the dissension of spirit into matter and the resolution of matter back into spirit as experience that formed an eternal memory. The first time he came down, he had 10 Laws written on sapphire tablets (symbolic code in itself), and when he saw the people partying, engraving idols as a means of worship, eating slain animals and fornicating, realizing the people were to ignorant and unintelligent to be able to comprehend them, he became enraged, and broke the tablets while ascending back up to the mountain top (symbolic of higher knowledge), where he converted them into rules and commandments that were written on ordinary stone. He delivered them instead as a form of dogma that “told the people what to do”, instead of requiring them the impossible task of thinking for themselves and being able to intuitively discern the laws in a way that would allow they to create in their life by using them. This story illustrates the mindset of what became organized religion that acted to interpret Laws and “give people” that interpretation as their own. In this way, the masses are trained as a unified whole or group mind, just like animals that are unconscious and instinctual in nature exist in a “herd mentality”.

The human soul sojourns through life as the means of self-creating and evolving itself through its own creations. We all have full, 100% responsibility for our own creation. Nobody else is responsible for us, and we can’t blame inaccurate perceptions and actions on other people. The term “sin” means to “miss the mark”, or think, perceive, and act out of an error. As humans, we have both a higher divine, and lower animal nature. Our lower nature is equivalent to the animal kingdom which lacks the creative ability to think, decide, and willfully act in an individual fashion. It lives out of a group mind as a herd mentality, and fails to think for itself, and instead passively accepts the will and thoughts of others as its own, and lives out of other people’s ideas which it perceives to be more correct than its own. Just accepting the thoughts and ideas of others in a passive manner, and using them as your own to create and align yourself with, also fails to provide the means for developing the higher faculty of intuition, which is necessary in order to form interpretations as clarity of thought.

Intuition comes as a form of allowing an idea in its symbolic universal form into the mind’s eye, while sensing and perceiving its spiritual, invisible nature as the laws and forces at work that merely act to organize the outer appearance as symbolic correspondences that change every time its applied or used to create. The outer appearance or material concept does not represent truth, it merely acts as the empty and passive shell for spirit as law to operate and express through. The inner qualities apparent and outwardly expressing in any idea or entity, simply act to show us it’s true nature in terms of the “mode of consciousness” it actively engages in and uses to express.

Conventional religion as we know it today doesn’t teach law as a higher form of knowledge that require individual interpretation, but forms instead a standard interpretation that the individual merely has to accept and believe in as being “the truth”. It’s based on God as a human figure that resides over mankind with the same emotional (lower) nature, only requiring our obedience and worship. It teaches that we don’t have a “direct connection” to God, and have to go through the clergy of the church instead, who advise, guide, and tell us what to do. Its designed and set-up to rule over mankind through a set of golden rules and dogma as the interpretation of those rules that appeal to and train people to be fully in and of their lower, animal-like unconscious nature of ignorance that’s incapable of making up their own mind or thinking for themselves. It promises salvation through blind acceptance of superior men having authority over us, and lays the foundation for the premise of slavery.

Spiritual Sciences, often called Secret or Scared Sciences, teaches spiritual knowledge as or of God as being consciousness Itself in all its natural forms, and the laws an archetypal principles that govern and act to produce the entire material and subtle realms. It teaches the Principles that can only be known by intuitively imagining them as an “inner experience” necessary to comprehend them in material form and provide the basis for practicing them. Knowledge as Laws and Principles are written in the universal language of symbolic imagery and dynamic systems that require individual interpretation in order to be understood and thereby applied as a practice of some form. It honors and works by way of every interpretation, just like every individual, being a unique (evolving) variable (personal creation) of the same universal (archetypal) idea. It doesn’t imply a general lack of intelligence in terms of corralling the mass population into the same school of thought by telling them what to think and training them to a concept, but rather requires an extensive level of knowledge and intelligence in order to intuitively form your own interpretation of it.

The higher spiritual realms exist in polarity as the complementary opposite of the lower, material realm, which is created and maintained by it as the laws that govern it, and where the subconscious, animal, instinctual group mind prevails and is dominant on the material plane, while individuality, uniqueness, and deliberate forms of self-creation through active use of will is dominant on the higher, spiritual planes. We only step into and embody our divine nature when we form a love and deep sense of connection with the spiritual realm over the material realm, and we use the higher capacities of our mind to think, evaluate, reason, decide, and act, and create ourselves as unique individuals, apart from and complementary to (of the same nature) other unique individuals.

When lower intelligence pursues spiritual knowledge, it does so through a system that has been laid out for it by another that it merely adopts as its own. It attracts to the spiritual ideal while still employing the animal, inability to think for itself, mindset and level of consciousness. They don’t seek true knowledge by studying laws and philosophy, but rather grab onto someone else’s idea as an interpretation and claim it as their own. They bring a sense of ignorance into the intellectual realms and argue that their interpretation, which is really someone else’s, is the correct one, and create an idea of themselves as being enlightened and superior somehow. They fail almost entirely to realize and appreciate the value of diversity in terms of perception and unique ways of looking at the same idea. They’re not willing to devote themselves to a diligent life time study and pursuit of higher knowledge required to actually think for themselves and form their own unique ideas about things, which is what’s required in order to attain it. They create a false image of themselves, much like a sorcerer imitating a Magician, as a spiritual authority and arrogantly prance around preaching by correcting other people while proclaiming to possess true knowledge, without seeming to realize that just this attitude alone demonstrates an incorrect perception as the foundation required to apprehend higher truth.

All symbolic imagery represents laws and principles as a dynamic composite of corresponding and interrelated qualities and characteristics of the same “nature”, type or kind. All allegory as stories of the same kind are representations of laws being applied in the practical sense as a life experience, which creates in a unique fashion as a theme formed into a variable as a dynamic series of relationships being acted out or created by a certain “character” or group of complementary characters. The only value, meaning, or significance of a story is to identify the “morale of the story” as the principles operating in it. All metaphor, likewise, is merely representing laws as archetypes or scenarios that represent and are active expression of laws and principles.

A variety of spiritual systems have be set-up that are symbolic and analogous in nature, all of which form a direct correspondences with each other, and provide us with the means for learning how to interpret symbolic imagery and archetypes. Some of the major ones, all of which correspond to each other and provide the “keys” for decoding the same primary set of laws, are the Qabalah (Tree of Life), Tarot (Book of Hermes), Astrology (Archetypes of the zodiac), Mythology (gods of human nature), subtle energy system of the body (microcosm), musical scale and theory, color and the vibratory spectrum of light, Angels and Demons (natural forces), all of which represent qualities of consciousness as states and natural ways of being as behaviors and operations inherent in them, architecture, sacred geometry, Hebrew alphabet, Numbers and mathematical equations, and so on. All of these systems are interrelated and correspond with each other and can be used in correlation to interpret the symbolic meaning of each other.

For example, the Tarot, based on 22 fundamental Universal Laws of descending and ascending, provides the “key” for decoding and interpreting the Qabalah. The Tarot lays out the same fundamental laws and principles as archetypes that represent states that perform certain “modes of consciousness” as an operation that’s a part of a greater creative process conveyed symbolically through a composite image of corresponding ideas, behaviors, colors, letters, numbers, sounds, elements, geometric shapes, planetary influences, and so on, that provide the means for factually, intuitively, and scientifically interpreting the symbolic imagery. Sacred Geometry is a philosophical mathematical system that represents the primary laws as form, function, and order that are the essential, life-forming laws inherent in all of nature. These all form a larger scientific system that’s of a universal nature and keeps the subtle and gross realms in a unified and holistic state.

In Spiritual Sciences each individual forms their own interpretation of ideas as the means of using a universal idea to form a personal idea of the same nature as a unique variation that still holds true to the basic idea as a theme of sorts. The interpretation produced by the individual, is ideal for that individual based on their current level of understanding, which is necessary in order to apply it in a beneficial manner. All knowledge is of Laws and Principles that can be perceived intuitively because they’re the invisible component that acts to organize the form, giving it its attributes, qualities, and characteristics, which determines how it behaves and what creative processes it naturally serves as a part of. Intuition is systematically developed through the knowledge and exercises involved in learning how to perceive and interpret invisible and unknown aspects through the relationship they form with the visible, known aspects. It develops the ability to readily perceive the spiritual aspect as the inner nature of things. It teaches you how to think, reason, evaluate, make clear decisions, and willfully act by applying the knowledge learned to your life, creating an experience of it, which is what allows you to attain it through the integration of it, modifying and updating your own mental paradigm to include it. It creates by way of obtaining knowledge of laws that become actual memory. The soul, as the spiritual, eternal aspect is comprised of memory, and only what is applied and practiced as experience becomes a part of our nature and is carried forward.

Our vibration as a quality and level of consciousness only changes based on the integration of knowledge as experience, which serves to form a dynamic system of memory. It’s only through daily devoted practice that we raise our vibratory frequency. Theory that’s not applied doesn’t alter us or our minds ability to perceive and comprehend higher forms of knowledge. It’s only by becoming one with divine knowledge as the nature of the spiritual realm that we increase our ability to resonate and be drawn up into higher dimensions. Whatever we equate ourselves with, we become like. Through experience, we associate ourselves with our experiences, relate to and identify with them, and “become” by way of our associations. We are always the sole creator of our own experiences. By acquiring spiritual knowledge in theory, and bringing it into practice by way of theory, we create our experiences, and absorb the knowledge as wisdom, becoming it in habit and memory, and we acquire the secret of ascension.

The Masculine and Feminine Principle of the Soul, Mind, and Body

 

All spiritual ideas that represent laws and principles are conveyed in symbolic form as metaphors, analogies, and allegories that demonstrate the principles as creating in the material realm. The material world itself exists as symbolic form of the spiritual. The spiritual plane exists in a state of wholeness as pure potential that’s unformed, yet forms the basis for all material manifestations as the result of choice, will, and imagination. All matter exists as both a particle and a wave simultaneously. The wave is a “field of potential” as archetypes that exist as a theme that contains all the information necessary to produce realities of an infinite variety based on how it enters into relationship with the infinite mind of the individual vibrating at the same frequency, which resonates with a singular possibility as an idea that it chooses by absorbing, allowing it to impregnate the imagination with a seed that it then grows into a full-fledged reality by continuing to think about it. As we think about a newly conceived idea, we develop and construct it through a process of adaptation to produce a unique variation of the same general idea.

When an idea as an archetype is drawn into the womb of the imagination, it’s united in relationship with the sensory-emotional state of the body (individual mind), where it undergoes a process of adaptation that grows certain aspects to various degrees, while leaving other aspects dormant, producing a modified version of the general idea (archetype) that forms a template as a possibility for manifesting a reality within the context of their everyday life. All of what we call “reality” exists as a personal creation of a universal theme formed by the relationship that naturally takes place between the masculine and feminine, which together birth an offspring that’s a combination of both to form a new whole.

The Monad, Dyad, and Triad

The Monad (the number 1, represented by a sphere with a center) symbolizes the soul or mind in its unified state as containing both the feminine and masculine attributes as polar forces within its own nature. The mind on the material plane consists of both the subconscious (feminine) and conscious (masculine) as complementary aspects of the same mind that play different roles in the same overall operation. The Monad, when descending into the dense plane of matter, regenerates itself by dividing into dual aspects, forming the Dyad as both the inner and the outer, the self and another, and the Me and I. This principles is expressed in the Biblical allegory as the creation of man, first as Adam (hermaphrodite), who was divided by the feminine aspect of itself being “cut out of its side”, producing Eve as its dual aspect, who together form a unified whole as a single entity. This not only allows for companionship in terms of not being alone, but also provides the basis for entering into relationship with itself in (the illusion of) another, and in doing so being able to “see” aspects of itself normally hidden as unconscious aspects through the perception of the other in its own image. As long as they were side-by-side, they couldn’t see each other (themselves in the other), so they were turned to face each other. By facing each other they act as a mirror which reflects back to them their shared nature.

All single and individual entities still maintain dual aspects that make up its basic nature as both feminine and masculine aspects, not only represented by the dual nature of the mind as the subconscious and conscious minds, but also as the two hemispheres of the brain (right and left), and the symmetrical structure and function of the heart, which acts as a dual pump beating together in unison forming a single cardiac cycle. Whatever gender as the sex of an entity determines which aspects are more than likely dominate and which ones are passive in terms of degrees of activity and which aspects were stimulated and appealed to through our formative conditioning, and strengthened through utilizing most often in the dynamic being played out in our everyday life that we participate in by playing a role.

These dual aspects of masculine and feminine energy always exist in polarity of each other as complementary opposites that serve to stimulate each other into an active and dominate state as forming different roles in the same dynamic, operation, and cycle. While we’re all born with a preformed nature as what’s been developed in us (our soul) up to that point, forming our subconscious memory that automatically gives us a natural predisposition, temperament, and tendencies, we are consistently undergoing a form of evolutionary growth by what complementary energies are being expressed around us that we naturally enter into and coexist in relationship with that serve to stimulate and bring out in us the opposite aspect of the same quality that forms the basis for the nature of the interaction as a dynamic (thematic pattern), that develops that aspect through that specific dynamic, conditioning us to it, and reforming us accordingly by strengthening some aspects while others remain latent and unused in their potential state.

Likewise, every “quality” as a way of being that’s ideally played out through different types of dynamics (stories) exists in a polar relationship as a “range” that moves from a negative expression (destructive) to a positive (constructive) one. The opposite qualities as aspects that form our character can only be known, accessed and brought out for possible development through expression, by contrasting and seemingly opposing each other through a common dynamic or state of which they both play a part as a role that leads to a different experience as an outcome. Fear, for example, has as a potential relationship and manifestation of both cowardice and courage. Whichever one is stimulated or actively chosen and used in relation with the fear, determines not only the outcome or result that’s produced by the fear, but also who we “become” by way of either a passive or active use of choice and free will.

The feeling itself as an emotional sensation contains within it not only the polar aspects as potential for expression and creating, but a whole range of possibilities as degrees that separate and differentiate them. How we respond to it in terms of how we perceive it and behave as a result, is a form of our creative ability through choice and will, and is either made in a passive and unconscious manner, where we don’t perceive a choice and just respond in an automatic, instinctual manner as our tendencies and inner nature, or it’s made in an active and intentional manner through self-awareness that chooses to counteract unconscious tendencies and break automatic patterns, and so courage is chosen in light of fear. We’re always in the process of creating our experiences of reality and ourselves by way of those experiences through our ability to consciously choose and willfully act out our choice, whether it’s done in a passive or active manner. In other words “no choice” is a choice.

The Dual Nature of the Self – the “Me” and the “I”

What we call the “Self”, like the soul, mind, and reality, is three-fold in nature, and dual in nature on the lower, material plane. These seemingly two selves work in perfect unison and conjunction as separate (opposite and complementary) forms of consciousness that perform different parts of the same operation. We’re all born into this world initially with only our subconscious (feminine) mind active and fully functioning and is what forms the “personality” of the body, which consists primarily of hereditary gene’s and memories that are further established and developed by our family unit, which share the same genes and are conditioned to the same dynamics as tendencies (memories) inherent in the genes as a form of instinct, that forms what we sense, perceive, and come to call “Me”. The Me of the personality is the identical twin that births and gives rise to the mental “I” (identity). Though these twin aspects appear to be different in terms of their consciousness and characteristics, they’re both phenomena arising from the same will.

The Me is often mistaken for the I because it’s the personality of the body as our most natural and primary sense of ourselves, which forms all of our natural perceptions, thematic interpretations, and behaviors out of the memory of our ancestors and formative conditioning. The personality is composed of all the things of the body – feelings (sensations), emotions, tastes, likes and dislikes, tendencies, connections, habits, characteristics, etc., all of which make up the constitution of the personality, also commonly referred to as the “lower self” that’s a member of the animal kingdom. All of nature in terms of plants and animals only possess the subconscious aspect of the mind, which lacks the ability to think in a separate and individual manner, outside of the species it’s a part of, and is driven purely by instinctual means as the automatic behaviors born out of tribal knowledge that all who are a part of that same species performs through unconscious impulses, while still having a personality of its own as unique characteristics that make it vary only in how it goes about performing the same behaviors.

The personality of the body as our lower self that operates out of instincts (group memory) of the species as human beings, forms the “herd mentality” by rendering their will passive, and allowing it to be controlled and utilized by another. The consciousness of the body is subject to the Universal Laws that govern the subconscious nature of Rhythm and Polarity, that keep it moving between emotional extremes as the memory associated or inherent in the emotion, which is designed to produce automatic, impulsive behaviors. Because humans have the higher capacities of the mind to self-create within the material realm of the subconscious, all thoughts and perceptions that ultimately result in actions and deeds of some sort are emotionally driven. The emotions of the material, instinctual plane of species oriented memory, are what provide the template as a theme that shapes thought into thematic perceptions that form its behavior and its “sense of self” simultaneously by way of the experience created through its actions. Those who are “emotional in nature” and are run and ruled by emotional states that they feel helpless to control or lack an actual awareness of what’s actually happening and that they have the ability to control their emotions, tend to “live out of this state” and form their identity with it, bonding their soul (through identifying with it) to what is predominately a lower state of consciousness that makes them equivalent to the animal kingdom where they are being shaped and developed by blind forces that they allow to inhabit them.

In this state of total identification with the body (animal nature), our sense of self is dependent on the body, and our body is something we require in order to know (experience) ourselves, and we begin associating our mind as belonging to and being produced by the body (formation of the false-ego). We begin imagining that the Self, like the mind that acts as a vehicle for it, is a product of the body, and therefore can’t or doesn’t exist without it, and in making this fundamental misconception as a mistaken identity, we render the soul mortal and capable of dying with the body. This is the birth of the false-ego where our perception of our “self” is created through identification with our body and the material realm, which dies with the body and is annihilated or made extinct. The soul moves between planes based on what it identifies with and creates itself out of as an “idea”, based on what qualities and abilities it employs through its identification.

As we rise in the scale of consciousness and are able to disentangle our identity from the personality (Me) of the body, we begin realizing that the mind not only doesn’t belong to the body, but that the body belongs to the mind or the mental part of us that’s independent of the body and is what acts to “operate the body”. But even in this awareness there’s still a tendency to identify with the mental states, feelings, emotions, and so on that we experience as living within us. Because these are experienced within us, as us, it’s easy to mistake them as being an essential part of our “Self”. Yet by creating a sense of being separate from our body, we can also realize that we have the ability to change and direct these inner states in any way that we desire through active use of our will and imagination.

By separating our “sense of self” from these inner feelings, we find ourselves in possession of our true Self, which is the “I” and the “Me” as dual aspects that together produce the “Self” as an active expression that produces the “experience of the self” through the mechanism of the body. The body can be recognized as the mental instrument or channel through which thoughts, ideas, emotions, feelings, and other mental states may be produced. The body as the feminine aspect may be perceived as the “mental womb” (Vesica Pisces) capable of generating mental offspring that become the basis for material reality. While many like to separate the spiritual from the material, the higher soul from the lower soul, the spirit from the soul and body, and so on, the fact is they’re all a part of the same thing, and one systematically emerges out of the other as a process of descending from higher planes to lower planes, and ascending from lower planes to higher planes. Spirit is comprised of both masculine and feminine aspects and is what acts to birth, operate, and sustain the entire causal, mental, astral, and physical world.

The subconscious mind is passive and receptive in nature and has the latent powers of creation and generation of mental imagery of all sorts and kinds through the faculty of the imagination. The creative powers of the Feminine aspect of the mind are enormous on the material plane, yet it must receive energy and direction as a seeded idea from either of its “I” (active male) companions. The subconscious exists as the connective medium between active aspects of both the higher, spiritual plane, and the same plane of its equivalent Masculine aspect, both of which are capable of impregnating it with an idea as a seed for manifesting in its physical form. Awareness and realization of this principle brings with it enormous capacity for mental and creative ability to self-create by way of self-induced experiences.

Conscious Self

The conscious aspect of the mind is the aspect that can become aware that it (masculine) has the mental capacity to willfully direct the subconscious (Feminine) by intentionally subduing its emotional activity while introducing a thought as an idea into the imagination that it will develop and grow into an outer experience, that will allow the “I”, after actively creating it by way of the subconscious, to stand apart from its own creation and witness it as its offspring. This is the part of the self that has the ability to not only willfully and actively manifest an idea through the subconscious, but also has the ability to “project an energy” (life force) from the conscious to the subconscious as the process of willing through which the mental creation begins and proceeds into material manifestation. The Self, in the active conscious mode, can then act to witness its own creation in the imagination as a reality that’s being “viewed” both from within as a direct experience of it, and apart from it watching it play out like a movie. This is the dual aspect of the mind inherent in every person.

Subconscious (Feminine) and Conscious (Masculine) Process of Creation

The subconscious mind is the dominate aspect of the mind in the material world as the passionate forces that energize, organize, structure, and produce material form while imbuing it with characteristics that govern its behavior and how it functions or operates as an animation. This is because in its primary state it has both the passive and active components, and is what forms both the mental and emotional plane of instinct, thought, and automatic behaviors that are produced through feeling-emotional impulses, and has no will of its own (doesn’t perceive itself as separate from its maker), even though it acts to birth the self-conscious aspect of itself (on the same plane and level) as its personal will. It’s constantly being impregnated with seeded ideas as the memory of the species and genetic code that are inherent in the morphogenic (astral) field of which it’s a part. The subconscious acts to “draw in” and be the receptor for the seeded ideas and complementary energies of the Higher Will which it then systematically births as joint offspring.

The subconscious-feminine then gives birth to the conscious-masculine aspect of the lower plane that acts to witness the creation of the Higher Will as its outer reality, which is produced as an extension of the self by way of the subconscious. It witnesses the outer world produced by the inner world of the body as being separate or being a part from it, and therefore doesn’t realize that it’s the result of its own creation, and imagines itself as being produced by the body and shaped by the events of its outer world, and therefore becomes subject to it. Once the conscious mind realizes the outer world is produced by the subconscious mind as the passive receptor of an idea that can be both unconsciously absorbed from the active will of others and the collective unconscious, or intentionally introduced through its own will, it can take an active role in exercising the ability to introduce desired ideas that are grown in the imagination while introducing the complementary emotion that sets the creative process in motion and directs its development with a sense of precision.

Creation

The entire lower (material) creation is a product of the Higher Will or the personal will, both of which are the same thing formed on different levels, perspectives, and degrees of consciousness. The Higher Will simply operates in a neutral fashion to play out soul memory as karmic patterns over and over, which can only be resolved, changed, and broken by active use of the personal will. While creatively operating out of a primarily unconscious state, we perceive life as happening to us beyond our control and having nothing to do with us in terms of being self-created through past deeds as memory continuing to be played out in a habitual and automatic fashion.

The Feminine Principle is always the aspect receiving mental impressions, while the Masculine Principle is always the one giving the mental impressions. The Feminine aspect performs considerably greater work as what generates thoughts, ideas, and concepts, as possible realities in the imagination. It takes in and acts as the vessel for the “seed” as information in its potential state that it uses to build and construct a material body as its outer expression. The Masculine Principle contents itself only with the work of the “will” which introduces the seed into the imagination (womb) in an intentional and deliberate way. When the subconscious is not being seeded and directed by the inner, personal will, it still acts as the passive receptor for receiving mental impressions as suggestions from the active wills around it, from outside sources and the will of others being projected upon and into it. Through absorption of mental impressions of others, it creates the reality of their will instead of producing original and unique mental creations.

By concentrating on an idea and giving continued attention to its inner development we intellectually employ both aspects of the mind and consistently produce original creations as our offspring. We take an active and willful role in our own creation by employing the creative capacity of our mind to move away from unconscious and adulterous modes of creation and into conscious, fully aware, and deliberate modes of creation. When we realize that what we perceive as our outer world is the projection of karmic memory being produced by the passive absorption of our Higher Will, showing us what we normally remain unaware of, and experience as happening to us instead of being our own creation, we can begin actively working with it by introducing thoughts and ideas into the subconscious mind that counteract it, correct it, and rewire our system as a new configuration (relationship), that serves to transform and evolve the memory to become the basis for producing a new experience of reality. By giving our subconscious mental impressions of a desirable nature, then nourishing and supporting those with consistent attention and thought, we transform our inner being by re-informing it with new patterns (ideas) that are projected outward and act to systematically modify our perception of reality, and how we experience ourselves through and by way of that reality, that alters and shapes our “sense of self” as an intentional act.

The willful mind stimulates the creative portion of the mind, which generates a reality out of stimulation. Whatever is stimulated within us, is activated and brought out as the basis for creating an experience that develops us by strengthening those aspects. Most people are content to live their entire life out of the thoughts and ideas instilled in them by others through their formative conditioning by other minds and wills. Most lend their will to create themselves as the idea or progeny of others, without ever realizing what they’re doing and why, or that they have the ability to begin shaping themselves by way of their own ability to willfully rewrite the memories of the subconscious and begin telling a new story that transforms and evolves the soul by way of that story.

When we take an attitude of being mentally lazy and assume a passive role, subject to the conditions and circumstances of our life, we are ruled almost entirely by the mind and will of others, allowing them to do our thinking and creating for us. To appreciate the magnitude of this idea all you have to do is realize how few original thoughts or ideas come from the average person. Most think that by adopting and claiming as their own whatever they’ve been taught, were told, read, watched, and accepted as true, and therefore acted to make real as their reality through the acceptance and belief in it.

Summary

The feminine is the primary principle of the mind operating within the material realm as its creator. The entire material world of what we call reality, including the body we inhabit, is produced and maintained by the creative power of the Feminine Principle, which has no will of its own, and is always acting as the passive receptor of the will as mental impressions and seeded ideas given as suggestion, that it turns into a reality in the imagination. The reality created in the imagination of the subconscious as its manifestation of will (Masculine Principle), is then “witnessed” by the conscious mind, both as it’s inner aspect and its outer reality which is produced as a projection of the inner, as being apart from it. Through our conscious perception of the outer world we experience our own inner, self-made creation. The outer world appears as an analogous correspondence to the inner imagining or an idea. The imagined reality as a living idea turns it into a vibratory frequency that connects us with that same idea in everything else, while simultaneously reordering the appearance of the outer world through resonance (making different components active and passive), forming our perception of it out of which we experience ourselves in relationship with it.

The subconscious is programmed to produce realities by either aspect of the active (masculine) mind of both the Higher Will, which feeds it memory acquired from past deeds, or the personal will which has the ability to give it mental impressions of realities that contradict, and therefore transform the dynamic patterns of karmic memory, producing new realities and experiences in its place that become memories as the programming of the body and personality. For this reason the soul is referred to as feminine, and the will as the active force of both the Higher Mind and complementary aspect on the material plane as the masculine. These terms have nothing to do with sexual gender of being a man or woman (because we all have both), and are instead referring to the polar and complementary aspects as the dual nature and mind that’s creatively active in every individual and manifestation of reality.

The soul, like the mind, has three aspects, all of which contain both feminine and masculine components that exist in polarity not only within the same plane, but within complementary and parallel planes of higher and lower, or smaller planes nested within greater planes, all of which interact by stimulating each other through feminine and masculine aspects which form a harmonious union as a unified creation of self and the reality in which the Self lives. The Higher Mind works through the feminine subconscious mind of the lower plane, which is passive and able to receive ideas for manifesting as reality. The masculine, conscious mind of the body, being active also, can’t receive ideas or guidance directly from the Higher Self, and relies instead on the subconscious to reflect the ideas in the imagination as mental impressions it’s been impregnated with, or through what’s being realized through the outer reality which is also being produced as a projection and reflection of the subconscious imagination. This is why in Esoteric literature the man is always depicted as looking at his female companion (wife) with his arms outreached, who’s looking upward at the angel that oversees both of them as their guiding light.
