How we Create Ourselves through our Life Experiences

Once we gain a fundamental understanding of how consciousness as an energetic flow works, we can acquire the self-awareness necessary to create in a much more meaningful way. The principle represented in Sacred Geometry by the Monad is the toroidal energy system that operates within the material world as an electromagnetic field that functions through the principle of metabolism and assimilation. There’s no such thing as universal principles that only operate on some levels, or within a certain set of circumstances or species. This is a universal law, which means it’s a fundamental part and function of every single living system from the subatomic world to the cosmic world. Once we understand this “parental law” of invisible, intelligent forces, called spirit, soul, and mind, we have the “keys” necessary for consciously participating in our own creation from a semi-conscious and self-aware state.

The first perception we need to fully embrace and realize by conceptualizing it as a working model is the fact that we are energetic beings in the most basic sense. Our soul and mind is completely invisible and not material in nature, and is what organizes and designs the material world as the means of creating our “self” as a material being. The mind and soul is fundamentally the same thing, and perform different functions in creating a unified experience of “itself”, not just as a body and specific personality, but also the reality of the self that provides the basis for “experiencing” itself. The relationship between the mind and soul correspond to the relationship between the self-conscious and subconscious aspects of the mind, and the right and left hemispheres of the brain. They form different functions in creating and animating the same thing.

Polarity is also a universal (fundamental) principle that operates synergistically on all levels of both the created world and the world of unformed potential, and is necessary in order to “create”. This polar relationship as complementary opposites of the same thing is demonstrated on every level of both the created and potential realm. The upper planes of reality, commonly referred to as spiritual, heaven, and God, are “creators”, and the lower plane of the material reality is “the created”. When we step into our true identity as divine spiritual beings we move from perceiving ourselves as a product of others and our life circumstances to being the one that’s doing the creating and always in the process of creating our “self” by how we utilize the conscious energy system of our mind guided by the sovereignty of our higher soul.

Our mind (Monad) is represented as an “invisible center” that expands and radiates out quite some distance from the center to produce a “sphere” (circle). The mind is often referred to as a “sphere of consciousness” that’s the “essence” of our soul as our “character”. Our soul is comprised of essence as “memory” that we formed from all of our life experiences. The Soul is actually self-creating, self-perpetuating, and self-sustaining as a higher divine being. Our body and the life of our body is the result of our own creation that we design and inhabit as a way of creating experiences of ourselves that we use to acquire and “build-up” certain types of memory as the expression of certain character traits. Whatever qualities and characteristics we “choose to embody and become”, determines what we create through the perception it forms and the behaviors that naturally ensue from it.

Our character forms all of our activities and behaviors and determines what type of things we naturally resonate with and engage in as our “deeds”. As we maintain a certain “state of mind” as our normal and consistent way of being, we’re constantly acting to generate and produce the corresponding reality of our state through our perception and how we think about things, while unconsciously employing the behaviors that “cause it”. Our state-of-mind as our mood “is” our vibratory frequency and has a pattern inherent in it along with a life-force energy that acts as an ordering mechanism, making it “causal” in nature. As we act to cause a certain type of event or activity to take place based on how we interact with everything around us energetically, producing a corresponding (like) effect of the same kind, and we then “absorb” the effect we created as our experience and shape it into a memory of our “self” and the “way life is”.

As we absorb and integrate our experience as an effect that we caused, it then becomes “causal” and produces our “internal model” as an equivalent effect. What we perceive as “complementary opposites” is actually formed out of extreme aspects of the same thing which, at some point, transform into each other. The electrical force that projects outward while still maintaining the magnetic aspect in a latent state, then undergoes a shift in state, and turns in a cyclical movement and becomes magnetic, returning to the center that it initially rose out of. All energy, which is the same thing as consciousness, appears to be dual or polar in nature, when it’s actually a single power that moves between two poles or boundaries as a “range of vibration” that forms a frequency. An easy way to understand this is to look at the extremes of “hot and cold”, which are really different degrees as temperatures of the same thing. By changing the temperature of a substance it both expands and dissipates becoming more subtle or it contracts and concentrates becoming dense and solid. Though we perceive electromagnetism as two different forces that produce different effects, it’s actually the “same force” in different states that perform different functions in organizing and constructing of the same thing. 

In order to truly grasp this concept we have to step fully into our identity and role as the “creator” of our life, rather than seeing ourselves as being created “by life”. We can’t get caught up in the content of what’s taking place and why, and instead step back and observe the actual process that’s taking place as an energetic expression and flow of consciousness. We’re not the content itself that makes up our reality, but the soul that’s “producing a reality” out of the content. We are the “causal force” in our own life creating experiences of our self as the means of knowing our self. We can only gain knowledge through experience. Anytime we use universal principles to form imaginary concepts, we gain a practical understanding of what’s actually operating just below the surface of outer appearances. The outer world of appearances is what’s commonly referred to as an “illusion” because it’s different for everyone perceiving them. We have a prevalent tendency to get caught up in the illusion of things and completely miss what’s really going on and what it is we’re doing from the subliminal energetic level of our mind.

This is the same thing we have a tendency to do when we meditate and we get caught up in the habitual thoughts themselves instead of recognizing the mind that’s giving rise to the thoughts and turning them into an imaginary reality. We usually get caught up in the nature of the interaction as a means of justifying our own actions in reaction to another, instead of realizing the actual process taking place. Anyone who has a tendency to be “reactive” is locked into the illusion of identifying with their lower nature as “being created” by others, instead of seeing themselves as the one who is creating themselves “through” the events of their life. However we position ourselves in our own life forms the basis for all of our decisions, whether they’re made unconsciously in an automated fashion or with full awareness in a deliberate and intentional manner.

Visualizing the Law of the Monad

The Monad is represented by a dot (invisible center) within a circle, in the same way it would be drawn using a compass. This geometric structure represents the idea that the outer circle is produced as the expansion and emanation of the center. The center is what we can think of as the “self” as the soul and personality housed within the body as the “mind” that produces its own reality as an expression that creates an experience of itself as a whole outer reality. The “sphere” represents reality as a dimension created by the soul through the matrix of the mind. What’s commonly referred to as “the fall” of man from a higher plane to the lower plane of formation, comes by moving into the plane of “knowledge”. We can only “know” anything (including ourselves) through “experience”. All knowledge is only acquired (integrated into our existing paradigm to update it) through direct experience that brings deeper realizations. We are all creative beings acquiring knowledge of ourselves through our ability to create our own experiences of our self.

Picture yourself as your mind which is a field of subtle energy that’s not only anchored to your body as it’s center or core, but also exists quite some distance away from you out into your environment. This is what’s called a “torus”, which is a living sphere of organized memory that’s subtle and electromagnetic in nature. It moves and circulates as a self-sustaining system that vibrates at a certain frequency. It’s electrical (masculine) properties expand and project outward quite some distance away from your body and then folds back on itself, contracting in a cyclical movement, and is drawn back into your body where it circulates around the axis of the subtle body and spinal column, as an “alternating current”, before being projected and transmitted outward again. The mind, which is represented by the element of “air” as the atmosphere, breathes and circulates energy as a means of feeding, sustaining, and transforming itself.

As the “electrical energy” of our vibration moves out and away from us and into our immediate environment, it acts to stimulate and awaken and bring out in an active state whatever is of the same nature (frequency) as we are. As it activates corresponding energy as qualities and traits by causing them to vibrate (resonate), they actively express to create a joint experience of the reality produced by the shared qualities. We then draw the energy back in and absorb it as our experience and integrate it into our center (paradigm) as “memory of our self”. As we create the reality of our consciousness by vibrating it, we gain a “sense of ourselves” through it, and identify with our own experiences, creating our self by way of them. Whatever energy we cultivate and put out as the means of creating our experiences, we draw back in and become in “essence”. This is represented by the golden rule which states “do unto others what you would have them do unto you”, because whatever it is you’re “doing” you’re actually doing to yourself. There’s really only one of us doing the actual creating.

Creating with Conscious Awareness

The Monad is considered the “parent principle” out of which all others systematically arise as a form of growth and development. Our state of mind is comprised of the qualities that make up our character and form our energetic frequency. The Law of Vibration, like the mind and soul which gives rise to it, is also 3-fold in nature as working principles that perform different functions in producing and maintaining the same thing. These principles are resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. We activate qualities in everything else by resonating with them, and “entering into them” becoming one with them energetically as the same quality, and begin vibrating in harmony with them by forming a joint reality as a co-creation formed out of the same character as shared qualities.

By subliminally entering into the energy field of another and influencing their vibration to match ours, we form a shared experience by cooperatively expressing the same qualities, and we form a new variation (specialized pattern) as a unique expression of the same kind. We then simultaneously draw the experience created back into our mind where it’s integrated and assimilated to update and modify our current memory, diversifying and expanding our range of expression to include it. We “build ourselves” through our own creations and what type of qualities we build into strengths (habits) as accumulated memory. Whatever qualities we embody as our mood is the ones we’re selecting and using to create ourselves with. We create ourselves through others and our various life circumstances and situations. Whatever state as an attitude and set of correlated behaviors we employ on a consistent basis, we develop as a natural part of our character, and it becomes an energetic part of our soul’s constitution. Our soul as our character is eternal in nature and is what transcends the personality of the body at death while forming the basis of our next life as a continuation within a new personality, set of relationships, and life conditions.

Once we understand this principle in practical terms we’re given the means for developing our “self” in a very deliberate way. Whatever qualities we strengthen and utilize in creating our life shapes our character as memories of our self-soul. Our character is determines how we think, feel, perceive, emote, and behave, and what type of life experiences we create as a result. Our life is created as the emanation of our character. While we’re all initially shaped by our conditioning to be a certain way (re-establish the preexisting condition as karma), we can take over our own creation as adults by deciding who we want to be and acquiring the skills for developing our own character by working with our own mental and emotional state. By cultivating the proper state of mind in a consistent fashion, we determine what qualities and traits we bring out in others and use as the means for creating our reality. This is why embodying certain qualities and ways of being are the central focus of all spiritual development and self-mastery. Our spiritual path as our life’s journey is how we shape ourselves consciously by stepping into our true identity as a divine being of a higher moral intelligence.

The Spiritual Path of Reverence

By embodying a feeling of reverence as our normal mental state (vibration), we “look through the eyes of reverence”, and connect with, and see in everything else only what “warrants” reverence. We have to embody and become one with whatever quality as a state of mind we want to use as the means of creating ourselves with through our perception of that same quality in everything else. Whatever we perceive in another we act to bring out in them. When we cultivate an attitude of only looking for and seeing what fills us with feelings of adoration, admiration, respect, and honor, we act as a catalyst for bringing those qualities out in everyone else while developing them in ourselves through the interaction that takes place.

As we create a reality as the expression of those qualities, we experience ourselves through those same qualities, while increasing and amplifying them, and we draw the experience back into our self where it’s integrated to alter our vibration as a memory of our self. By actively choosing which qualities and character traits to embody and use as the means of expressing through, we produce, multiply, accumulate, and buildup memories of that kind. We only transform ourselves through a process of accumulating memories that counteract and counterbalance other ones. Accumulated memories not only transform us internally, but also change how we act and live, and the type of story we tell with our life by how we conduct ourselves and the nature of our relationships.

All patterns are comprised of attributes and qualities that form characteristics which determine the form something takes on and how it functions and behaves as a result. By intentionally embodying the qualities we want to use in order to shape our character, we become the vessel for those qualities to express and create in the world. If we consistently maintain a feeling of inadequacy and inferiority, then we unknowingly display the feeling and behaviors that bring out those same feelings in everyone else, and we give our life-force to propagating more and more of the same feelings and eventually strengthen them into our life theme. If we’re judgmental and criticizing, then we act as a protagonist for bringing out in everyone else whatever there is to criticize, and we not only strengthen those traits in them, but in ourselves as well. “Cause” always produces an “effect” of an equal or greater nature. Cause is our energy flowing out into the world and onto others to produce an effect in them of the same kind, and we draw the effect as an experience back into us where we internalize and process it by harmoniously integrating it to form our “soul’s essence”.

We all have the ability to determine and regulate our own state of mind and develop our character in a deliberate and precise manner. All we have to do is decide to stay awake and aware in the present moment while recognizing what our mood and attitude is like, then deciding what we want it to be as the means of creating our life experiences in that moment. Once we consciously choose and intentionally embody the quality we desire to have more of, we act to regulate our own vibratory frequency.

As we maintain an awareness of our mood throughout the day, we can make whatever adjustments we need to whenever we realize we’ve lost our focus, become reactive or caught up in habitual thoughts, get distracted with meaningless things, and we can become the captain of our own ship. We can cultivate skill in becoming self-directed and self-determined. As we walk through life with a certain attitude and frame of mind we can notice how we affect people and influence situations, and how it is that we can act to shift their mood to match ours, and what type of interaction we produce as a result. We can become the leader in any situation we’re a part of, instead of being led through the mood of others and what seems like the random events of our life.   

As we produce an experience, we can become aware of how it makes us feel about ourselves, and how our life changes as a result. Embodying new qualities and ways of being may feel awkward at first, like anything that we’re not used to does, but the more we practice being that way the easier it gets and the more natural it becomes. If we practice regulating our state of mind consistently for a three to six week period, it becomes natural and we begin doing it in an automatic fashion. Once a quality and character trait becomes a natural part of our being, we no longer have to try or apply effort and discipline in order to maintain it. Once we’ve successfully integrated one quality to shape our character in an intentional manner, we can choose another one and continue to develop ourselves in whatever way we desire and become the type of person we admire and hold in high esteem.

Mastering your Will to Create and Transform

Many people don’t fully understand what we mean when we use the term “will”, and as a result they don’t know how to use it in a deliberate and powerful way to create. Will is always associated to choice, because anytime we’re actually using our will , it’s to move out of conditioning and automatic, habitual tendencies that we do naturally, and create in a new and more individual way instead. When we’re trained to belief systems and certain mind-sets as “group consciousness” of some form, we’re actually lending our will to others and allowing them to shape and determine us as a result. Our will isn’t our ability to “resist” things or not give in to passions, pleasure, desires, or cravings of some kind through an act of sheer strength and willpower, but rather our ability to decide on what we want to be and do, and use our imagination to form the correct “internal representation” (IR) of ideas that either make them repulsive and disgusting, or desirable and attractive. While we tend to think that things have power over us in the same sense that they’re dictating our experience and how we respond as a result, the fact is that we shape the outer world into an internal representation (IR) that we then use in place of the actual thing or activity as a way of experiencing it. As we think about something we’re associating other ideas with it, and using our “sensory system” to embellish it with sensory qualities that invoke emotional states. An idea that’s turned into an internal reality that serves to elicit strong emotions in response to it are how we’re using our will all the time to direct our own behavior and what we participate in by desiring and becoming one with it; as well as what we don’t because we find it unappealing for some reason. If we’ve made a decision to stop doing something, and we constantly struggle to resist it and create an experience of suffering because we’re abstaining from it, it’s because we haven’t learned how to use our higher mind to direct ourselves, and we’re using it incorrectly as a result. The body, which is what we also refer to as the subconscious mind, because it inhabits and operates it, is operated by memory, and forms all of our natural behaviors as repetitive patterns and daily rituals and tendencies. The subconscious “thinks” in pictures and is experiential in nature. This means we communicate with it and act to program it with a form of virtual memory by imagining ideas as an experience of them. Its primary motive is “self-preservation”, so all of its impulses as feeling emotional states are geared towards maintaining the status quo and habits engaged in on a routine basis. It’s primarily instinctual in nature and motivated by pleasure or pain. It moves deeper into and seeks out whatever it deems pleasurable, and moves away from or avoids whatever it deems painful. It forms, firmly establishes and faithfully maintains habits and addictions, and is nearly always craving and wanting something. All of its needs are physical and material in nature and it works and is driven by emotions, making it impulsive and urge oriented. When it doesn’t get what it “needs and desires” it causes pain and suffering through emotions and physical withdrawals, which is experienced as a form of death (no longer able to sustain itself through that activity). The subconscious mind is the creative aspect of the mind that’s capable of shaping and producing material realities, both inwardly and outwardly. It does this by turning a feeling or idea into a reality in the faculty of the imagination. Being memory oriented, it acts to create our memories from actual experiences, replaying them as a means of continuing to create by way of them, and as the means of being fed an idea as a form of “seeded thought” that it then fashions into a reality as a form of virtual memory. The imagined idea as an original creation is formed and appears in the imagination in exactly the same way as an actual memory does. This virtual memory as an internal representation of an idea operates in exactly the same way as an actual memory creating a kind of blueprint or template as an internal experience that forms the basis for the correlating external experiences of the same kind. This “virtual memory” is an image, scenario, or movie-like idea that’s translucent (like a reflection on glass) in nature (can be seen fully while looking at something else), and becomes our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that reorganizes the elements of our outer reality to match the theme and emotions of the inner one. The IR becomes a kind of template or map for structuring and navigating the outer experience. Because of this tendency to “perceive out of memory and IR’s”, we never directly see or experience things as they actually are (a part from us), but rather as we “remake them” through our perception of them. This perception based on or produced by an IR or memory, works through the same principles as value judgments and either makes something appear desirable, likeable, and pleasurable, or undesirable, despicable and unappealing, or disgusting somehow. When we decide and say we’re no longer going to do something, but we continue to form it in our mind as pleasurable and desirable, we struggle to resist it and continue to want it. We make giving it up a painful experience and the longing for it never goes away, so we’re always “tempted” by it. If instead, realizing how the mind works, we change the IR we’re forming into something that’s disgusting, repulsive, and painful, then we have no trouble resisting it, and thoughts of it eventually go away altogether. When we no longer think about it, it’s no longer a part of us and it exercises no control over us. This is the accurate use of the will – to make a decision to take control of what’s normally and unconscious process, and inject instead the idea we want to create in its place – then change the IR of what we’re stopping or looking to transform, while embellishing and enhancing the IR of the new idea we’re replacing it with. Internal Representations, like reality itself are formed through sensory attributes, qualities, and characteristics that either makes it up-close, in vivid color and compelling, or far-away, black and white and neutral. If we make something up-close, immediate, full Technicolor, and create it as a full sensory experience of what you’re seeing, hearing, feeling, touching, smelling or tasting, and what you’re telling yourself about the experience that gives it meaning, and you create it with very positive emotions that make it pleasurable and beautiful, you create a strong desire for it. This gives your subconscious a very compelling “memory” that it steadily move towards and into, while seeking it out and connecting with that same idea in your immediate outer environment. If you then neutralize the current idea that you want to eliminate by turning it to black and white, pushing it out far into the distance so it seems far away, and assign negative sensory qualities and emotions to it, the subconscious, being given a more desirable alternative forgets about it, moves away from or avoids the old, eventually disconnecting from it all together outwardly, and moves instead into the fulfillment of the new and pleasurable idea. The will is the active component of the conscious mind that can make new decisions that are not a part of its formative conditioning and habitual in nature, and can rule out one idea while replacing it with another. It impregnates the subconscious imagination with the seed as a unique idea that is then grown and formed into maturity in the imagination and manifests as an experience that bridges the inner with the outer, both of which are the creation of the subconscious mind as its offspring. The subconscious mind, when not being fed by its own personal will as an intentional idea for creating, absorbs instead the will of others as mental and emotional impressions or suggestions going on around it that it uses to generate thoughts in the imagination, and not only creates the individual (mind and body) according to those thoughts, but also creates the outer experience of those thoughts as its reality. Anytime we passively take in an idea from outside of us (thoughts of another), and we form them into IR’s as a virtual reality, and make them our own by continuing to think about them, we’re choosing (unconsciously) to manifest and give life to the will of others through us. We’re literally lending our will to them, allowing them to determine us and the reality we experience as the perceptual lens we look through. The conscious, willful mind, is what’s traditionally called the “gate-keeper”, and is the aspect of the self that decides what’s allowed into the subconscious and what’s not. It analyzes, intuits, and evaluates the information to decide whether it’s true or not, valuable in some way, or would be beneficial as a means of upgrading the mental paradigm by incorporating it. It’s the “editor” that filters information through reasoning. It’s the part of our selves that’s always actively choosing even when we’re unaware (no choice is a choice) and decides what stays and what goes. It’s the aspect of the mind that has the ability to intentionally self-create through the active transformation of old ideas into new ones. Projection is an Absolute Science – “Unveiling Hidden Aspects of the Subconscious Mind”

The idea of “projection” can be difficult to understand in the practical sense because most of us have no real awareness of our own subconscious mind, and the true nature of denial and emotional suppression. As a general rule we naturally tend to perceive ourselves as being separate and apart from others and our environment. We don’t realize in the most basic sense that we’re actually the one creating our perception of both. To fully understand the power of this idea requires a basic knowledge of the nature of the mind and its ability to create all aspects of our reality as being “subjective” in nature. Our perception of the outer world is a direct correspondence to the hidden and unknown aspects of our inner world. Both the inner and the outer world is a product of our mind and is produced by the same mental paradigm as the “perceptual lens” we filter everything through in order to experience it.

What we call reality “exists” only as we perceive it. All perception is reality. There’s no set or generic definition for what we call “objective” reality, because no matter how you go about it, it’s always the result of someone’s perception, and doesn’t exist outside of the mind that’s creating it. What’s being observed outwardly and the mind doing the observing inwardly are a part of the same event as a dynamic and fluid interaction. Our mind literally influences the matter around us, altering and shaping how it “appears” to match our ideas and beliefs about it. Our mental paradigm is a field of energy that vibrates at a certain frequency, and is comprised of a dynamic series of correlated patterns formed by a “self-organizing mechanism” that simultaneously “reorganizes” everything else to be of the same structure, likeness, and behaviors.

Our mind is 3-fold in nature. We have 3 aspects, levels, and functions of our mind that act in unison to produce both the internal and external reality that correspond and correlate to each other as complementary opposites. The same “pattern” as a holographic reality exists on different scales, levels, and degrees of complexity simultaneously. All ideas and qualities or characteristics exist as polar opposites that form a gradient scale between positive and negative extremes of the same idea or thematic reality. Nothing exists as independent of everything else, but rather as the result of the relationship it forms with everything else. In order for an idea as an experience to play out, we have to have people that play opposite roles that contrast, correlate, and relate to each other as the necessary dynamic to create the desired experience.

All experience comes as a form of story-line as a dynamic theme that’s produced by our character and the behavioral dynamic we’re conditioned to that is constantly playing out as an outer event. We can only know “good” by relating and contrasting it to its opposite as “bad”. We only know and can define “hot” by how it exists in relationship with “cold”. So in order to experience and define ourselves as something specific, we have to enter into relationship with its opposite characteristic. Opposites (of the same idea) attract, stimulate each other, and serve to call forth into expression its opposite and complementary characteristic. In order to experience and know ourselves as courageous, we have to compare and contrast ourselves to the opposite as cowardice. Both are formed by a response to fear, and exist as a choice we make as to how we’re going to respond, or what kind of experience of ourselves we’re going to create by way of it.

Our mind operates according to the law of polarity and only exists in relationship with itself (same frequency as a dynamic pattern) in everything else (Dyad). Our subconscious mind is fully functioning and creative without our direct awareness. It’s the part of the mind that we share with all of the natural world and animal kingdom known as instinct, intuition, and morphic resonance, or what we’ve come to call the collective unconscious. It performs all automatic biological functions of the body in a constant and continuous manner, produces emotional-chemical responses as an interaction and communication with everything around us in our environment, and is what acts to form what we call our “perceptual lens” as a series of mental filters that we filter information through, restructuring it into personalized versions of reality.

Our mind exists as a field of information structured by accumulated memory that vibrates at a certain frequency that has a dynamic, multidimensional pattern inherent within it as a form of “theme”, that also has what we call a self-organizing mechanism that reorders all matter as energetic essence into the same type of pattern on a larger scale as an interaction and relationship with it. We all vibrate to a certain frequency that has a quality of conscious, character, and theme inherent in it. We “resonate with” (bring out and reconfigure) that same reality as a dynamic pattern in everyone and everything else, changing how it behaves and “appears to us”. We change it to be of the same qualities, thematic reality and behavioral dynamic that we are so we can continue telling our story in a consistent and congruent manner. We reform everything to be of the same nature as we are. We “see” and exist in relationship with everything as a way of fitting it into our story about things, and in doing so, change not only its form as its appearance, but its nature in terms of the meaning we assign to the behaviors it displays as a way of experiencing it.

We never see others or the outside world as it actually is, a part from us, but rather as we reform it to be “like us”. We remake everything to be of the same nature, character, mind-set, attitude, behaviors, and “story” as a vibratory pattern, as we are. The object being observed and the person observing it, are a part of the same event. Matter “literally” responds (resonates) to the consciousness of the mind observing it, and morphs (shifts) to match it in vibration. What we expect and believe to be true, we literally create by how and what we perceive in any situation. We only notice, abstract, and use to compose an idea what matches our perception and expectation, configuring it into a new form with modified characteristics that are complementary to us and match our intention. We literally act on all material objects (matter is passive and fluid) to activate (turn on) and bring out certain qualities (complementary to our own), while deactivating (turning off) others, remixing it, changing the appearance and behavior of others and the entire material world as a cohesive and congruent whole. We’re always directly influencing others and the natural world through our intentions, thoughts, emotions, and actions.

All ideas that play out as dynamics of some sort to create a reality as an experience, exist as a whole pattern with multiple roles, as well as conscious (aware) and unconscious (unaware) aspects that act on each other to attract, influence and reform, while simultaneously repelling, comparing and contrasting, and together play out a shared dynamic as a fundamental form of self-expression that simultaneously self-creates through its own outer, co-creation.

We are conditioned (tuned and developed) to certain themes and dynamics, as whole patterns that form the basis for creating a reality that require complementary roles in order to play them out. The entire outer world is composed and organized by the subconscious mind as our outer energy field that encompasses and permeates the body, while extending quite some distance outward, blending with everything else and forming our perception of the outer world as the complementary opposite of our inner, self-conscious world of sensory, brain and heart oriented thinking and feeling. The outer world is structured by the “content” of the subconscious mind, most of which is unknown to us at the conscious – aware level, and reflects back to us hidden aspects of ourselves that are covertly operating to create our experience of reality without our direct awareness.

By realizing and becoming aware of our perception and judgment of others we can see aspects of ourselves that we’re normally unaware of. What we see that what’s outside of ourselves and in others, is a direct reflection and projection of our own subconscious mind. This is how we can become aware of aspects of ourselves that normally remain hidden from us. Once we realize that our entire perception of what we call reality is a product of our mind (both of our self-conscious and subconscious) that exist in polarity to each other as inner and outer, self and other, all of which are of the same “nature” as a vibratory frequency and quality of consciousness that shapes matter into thematic patterns, we can begin seeing ourselves and our life in a new light.

Denial

Anytime we’re made to feel guilty, ashamed, or humiliated in some way, we deny those emotions and behaviors, and suppress them. Whatever we deny and repress, stays alive inside of us, and continues acting in our lives at the subconscious level to create our experience of reality. We create an illusion around them as a series of stories that makes them “seem different” than they really are, or as a means of defending ourselves against them as a way of proving we’re not like that by making others out to be like that instead. This is why most people have trouble seeing, recognizing, and understanding their own projections, because they’re in denial about them, even to themselves. Whatever we deny having as a character trait, we project onto others, see it in them, and then judge them and react to it. We can come to know our own unconscious aspects because we have a pronounced reaction to them in others. All reaction of any kind, good or bad, comes through resonance – being of the same frequency as its polar opposite. Like always produces more of what’s like itself.

Likewise, we develop what we call our “issues” around our own denied aspects and the dynamics we’ve been conditioned to. If we’ve been called a liar, and made to feel bad or wrong for doing so, and were punished and made to feel ashamed of ourselves, we suppress those emotions while deny being a liar to ourselves and others, while simultaneously projecting that idea onto others and see them as being the one lying to us. We continue lying while telling ourselves a story about it that makes it seem different, so we convince ourselves that we’re not lying at all. We justify our “right to lie” based on our reason for doing it. Anyone who has an “issue” with people lying, or outright profess themselves to be honest and truthful by making a point out of it, and then tell stories as memories of some sort where lying, deception, and betrayal were a main theme, have an absolute tendency to lie, deceive, and betray themselves, and are usually perceived by others as being a liar. They go into denial about it by building stories around it as defensive mechanisms that make it seem like something else. They tell themselves a story as a form of illusion that either gives them the right to lie, or that justifies their right to do whatever it is they’re doing. Then of course we have what we call “white lies”, little lies, fibs, or lies as a means of being polite and tactful so that you’re not hurting people’s feelings. So we develop “degrees of lying” that tend to candy coat it so it doesn’t seem so bad.

A person who has trouble trusting others, is untrustworthy themselves. They’ve been conditioned somehow by participating in a dynamic where “trust” was a main theme, and are therefore “imprinted” with that pattern, where they can play any role in that dynamic based on what role the other person they’re in relationship with plays. They go into relationships expecting deceit and betrayal of some form, look for it constantly, and can interpret any number of behaviors to mean the person is untrustworthy. They’re constantly suspect of the other person, accuse them of things, and have a tendency to spy on and investigate them by snooping in their stuff, checking their phone, and any communication methods, secretly following them, or always looking for evidence of some sort that can be used to prove they’re untrustworthy. All of these acts make the person themselves untrustworthy, deceptive, and betraying the trust the other person had in them.  This usually happens without them ever seeing it that way because they’re telling themselves a story about why they’re doing what they’re doing that gives them the right to do it without it meaning that they’re violating the trust of the other person. The reality is that they’re the ones that can’t be trusted and they attract and enter into relationship with others who will fulfill that same dynamic as a shared reality.

Whatever character someone automatically assigns to another person as a form of what we call “value judgment” (what most people mean when they use the term judgment), or judgment that’s not based on the nature and actions of the person themselves, but more of a classification of sorts that fits them into a category, is showing us traits that we ourselves possess. We’re looking through the “lens” of that quality and seeing it in everything else while simultaneously acting to bring it out in people or situations by how we act and interact. We’ve developed mental filters that accentuate and bring out certain qualities (that match our judgment) while ignoring or downplaying qualities that counteract, disprove, or don’t fit our idea about them. We remake people in our own image to be a part of the same character traits, behavioral dynamics, and life theme as we are. We see them in a way that allows us to keep telling our story about things in a consistent manner.

This is the “self-organizing” ability of vibration to influence and organize matter into “patterns” that have distinct characteristics, behaviors, and themes in them produced by the meaning we give things. Our criteria for judging others is a product of our own consciousness and mental paradigm. We act as a magnet to attract those who share the same tendencies and who are programmed to the same behaviors who cooperatively participate in acting out the same type of idea as a shared experience. Whatever pattern we’re programmed with, we are always playing every role in that dynamic, and switch back and forth in complementary positions. We both initiate and act to set the dynamic into motion, while stimulating it in the other person and they react in a like manner, giving the same idea back to us where we experience ourselves as being on the receiving end or the victim of our own self-initiated tendencies.

One of the best ways to recognize your own subconscious or “shadow” aspects, is to pay attention to your own thoughts as the stories you’re always in the process of telling yourself about others and the events of life, while reflecting on where those stories came from. What relationship or event as a memory of the past is that story based on? If you could see yourself as having the same tendencies while making them out to be different by how you explain or justify them, what would they be? Reflect on what role you’re playing in a familiar dynamic or theme. One that you’re used to playing, know how to play, and have play many times before. Allow yourself to realize that the entire outer world is being “viewed through” the lens of your mental paradigm (both conscious and subconscious) which determines “how it appears to you”, and that what you’re seeing in others is the same aspects that you yourself possess. Most of which you’re not fully aware of because you’ve built an illusion around them. Allow yourself to notice that the same “behavior” and act is involved, only made different by the story you tell yourself about “why” you’re doing it that makes it “seem” different.

We can only work with what we’re aware of and “own” in ourselves. Projection is how we are able to see the content of our own subconscious mind so that we can begin working to heal and transform it in an intentional and deliberate manner. The only thing we can truly change in life is ourselves. By changing ourselves, we change the world around us. By recognizing our own conditioned tendencies as themes acted out through behavioral dynamics that we naturally act to initiate and participate in, we can begin exercising our creative ability through choice and will to deliberately develop ourselves by transforming existing character traits into new ones.

We know when we’ve healed ourselves of conditioned patterns when we no longer see those same character traits in others as a basic, automatic, and generalized perception. As we change ourselves internally, the way the world outside of us appears changes as a direct correspondence. Other people always act as a mirror for us, reflecting back to us hidden character traits and tendencies as our automatic perception of them. When we no longer share the same traits with another, we lose interest in them and no longer find them stimulating. For this reason, as we change, so do our relationships and the story we’re always in the process of telling by how we perceive, interpret, and live our life.

Mastering Your Own Mind – State and the Art of Transmutation

Everything in the material world is comprised of energy as vibration. All vibration is formed by movement as an interaction between complementary opposites of the same thing. All vibration consists of information and a self-organizing mechanism that organizes the information into a dynamic geometric pattern as a virtual reality that becomes the holographic blueprint for constructing the material equivalent as a growth and accumulative process.  Every idea is a vibratory pattern that exists as pairs of opposites that form a scale as a range of vibration that forms a frequency. Every vibratory frequency originates on the mental plane as a “state of mind” composed of qualities of consciousness that shape us and our outer reality to be a part of the same idea on different scales. Vibration as light (photons) exists as both a wave and a particle simultaneously, and forms both the inner and outer, the individual and its outer reality, the local and non-local mind as being of the same pattern as a theme played out on different scales and levels of complexity. The wave exists in a state of pure potential as all of the infinite possibilities associated with that vibratory theme at a non-local level. The particle of that same frequency exists as the physical body that the mind (wave/field) bonds to through resonance and sympathetic induction, and becomes located at a specific point within the outer realm of the same potential reality.

Vibration operates on multiple planes simultaneously with the same patterning as an archetypal idea that’s made into a whole thematic reality. Vibration contains an archetype (idea) as a feeling state, that produces thoughts of the same nature as concepts and internal representations that become the basis for creating it as a living scenario. Whatever reality is formed in the mind as the expression of the idea that’s adapted to a specific situation or set of circumstances, stimulates an emotional response to that reality which resonates through the chakra system of the subtle body, stimulating the associated endocrine glands of the physical body producing chemistry that adjusts it to the same vibratory state as the mind. There’s a constant back and forth flow of energy as information between the body and mind, keeping them both in a harmonious state of vibratory coherence.

This vibration as a feeling originates in the mind on the mental plane, and it’s within that plane that it’s altered, regulated, or transmuted altogether. The spiritual plane of pure consciousness (mind) exists in polarity with the astral plane of the soul (emotion), which acts as a medium between the spiritual plane and the material plane, and is comprised of combination of both. The astral plane of the soul, also exists in polarity with the material plane as it’s complementary opposite, which is what bonds it to the physical body, and acts to stimulate the matter of the body into activity and operates it through a back and forth motion as a self-perpetuating flow of conscious energy that simultaneously influence, modify, and transmute each other.

The emotions of the body (chemistry as a state) in turn produce like-thoughts as a perception of the reality they indicate, which produces a feeling state as a mood. All vibration moves between opposite poles of the same idea or thing as contrasting qualities and characteristics. An idea as a state-of-mind exists in polarity (dual aspects) as an electromagnetic interaction with itself from opposite perspectives. These complementary opposites are identical in nature, and vary only in “degrees”, not in “kind” or type. This range of vibration as degrees of opposites create and form a scale, much like a musical scale that we move along in stages that alter our state from a negative aspect (lower vibration) to the positive aspect (highest vibration) by varying degrees as a gradual movement of gradients. This gradient scale is comprised of very fine lines that are somewhat obscure as to where one degree or quality ends and the other begins.

For example: Our state of mind as a quality of consciousness can be applied to the same thing to determine how we experience it.  Love and hate are the same idea (pattern), separated only by degrees that move through varying levels of love into like, with different levels of liking something, into dislike and then into hatred, which again, exist at different levels and degrees of intensity. The positive end of love, always acts to attract us and draw us into it, and the opposite or negative of hate repulses us, and causes us to move away from it. Yet on the purely mental plane, hatred can consume us with an equal degree as love can. We can spend more time dwelling in and thinking about what we hate, dislike, and don’t want, than we do thinking about and dwelling in what we love, like, and want. This is why from a psychological perspective we say that you can’t truly hate someone or something unless you’ve also loved them.

A good way of understanding this principle in practical terms, is thru the idea of opposites of the same thing as degrees of differences, such as hot (fire) and cold (water), which together form an infinite number of “degrees” as “states” that move from one extreme to the other of the same thing. It’s hard to tell where heat ends and cold begins, because it exists as a range rather than a finite point. The same principle applies to light and dark, large and small, black and white, high and low, and positive and negative. All are of the same thing, varying only in degrees of vibration as a range or unified frequency. A frequency as a “range” between extremes of the same thing, is merely a mode and rate of vibration.

This same principle works on the mental plane with opposites such as good and bad, love and hate, fear and courage, greed and charity, lust and chastity, and is the principle expressed in the seven deadly sins (errors in being) and the contrary seven heavenly virtues (divine way of being). These vices and virtues are opposing each other, and provide the key for understanding true transformation, not from one thing to another, or changing in class or kind, but moving between the positive and negative pole of the same quality or characteristic as embodying the opposite aspect of the same idea.

Transmutation isn’t about completely changing your nature or becoming a different person altogether, but rather changing negative traits into positive ones through an understanding of the principle of polarity and how to apply that knowledge at the practical level (bringing it into practice) and through discipline and active use of will to act on yourself in a deliberate manner, to transform yourself by altering your vibratory frequency. Our character is primarily developed in two ways, through a form of stimulus – response at the subconscious level of formative conditioning, and through a conscious decision that we willfully act out as a creative process that intentionally develops us through those qualities as a way of being. We’re always in the process of developing and becoming a certain way, it’s only a question of whether we’re doing it with awareness, or through a lack of awareness.

The goal of spiritual development is to transmute yourself through self-mastery by purifying your moral character from a lower, animalistic and ignorant and unconscious state, to a higher, divine and intelligent state. To move from selfishness and corruption to selflessness and purity. To use the power of our mind as will to intentionally change our own perceptions, thoughts, and behaviors to those that are constructive, positively creative, and beneficial in raising our vibration to a higher level which is necessary for ascending to higher dimensions through induction as vibratory sympathy or being of the same nature and likeness as the frequency of the higher dimensions. All higher vibration involves greater forms of consciousness as intelligence that’s creative and life affirming in nature, rather than destructive and killing life.

Higher dimensions, often referred to as heaven or nirvana, are pristine paradises, which can only be created and maintained by those of the mind-set and natural behaviors that produce and sustain it in that state. Those who are of a lower, earthly, animalistic and unconscious mind-set, are destructive, unaware of the consequences of their actions, and lack the willpower and discipline to curb their own appetites and corrupting tendencies. They mindlessly act or participate in destroying and killing their own environment through sheer ignorance, a detachment from the reality of their actions, simply not caring, and the inability to direct their own mind by refraining from primal urges.

Through an understanding of the Law of Polarity we can work on ourselves to transform ourselves to a higher, creative way of being. We can alter our state, which will simultaneously alter our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We can recognize all traits that are being negatively expressed, and intentionally invoke the state necessary to move them to a positive expression of the same idea. We can transform fear by employing courage in its place and willfully acting it out. We can transform hatred into love, by looking through the eyes of love and seeking first to understand instead of judging and condemning. By learning how to produce and maintain our own state of mind, we can begin changing behaviors and perceptions that are negative in nature to the positive expression of the same idea and transform our experience of living from one of pain and suffering to one of joy and well-being.

Vibration, Mental Projection, and Creating New Versions of Reality

The Vibratory Frequency of the Mind exists as a Paradigm that Shapes our Experience of Reality

The state of mind that we exist in as a form of mood, determines our attitude, perspective, and the emotional theme we use as a filtering system in forming our fundamental perceptions, experiences, and behaviors. Our mood as a quality of consciousness, which we act the channel for, is our vibratory frequency, and is what “organizes” everything outside of us to match the theme being played out internally through our imagined thoughts. Whatever state we’re in determines what we focus on and give our attention to, what memories we access and run through our mind as a means of interpreting the present to mean the same thing as the past, conforming it to our theme, and how we act and behave as a result. Our state-of-mind as our vibratory frequency has a self-organizing mechanism inherent in it that aligns the entire mind-body system to express in a consistent and congruent fashion. How we’re feeling produces how we’re being and what we’re doing.

Our mood “is” our vibratory frequency or quality of consciousness that’s constantly being projected and transmitted out into the space around us, and interacting with that same quality of consciousness in everything else by resonating with it. Our mood or emotional state emanates from within, influencing others around us with the same type of feeling. At the same time, we’re drawing more of the same vibration or feeling energy back to us, absorbing it, being nourished and strengthened by it, multiplying and increasing it, while acquiring and accumulating it. Our vibratory frequency as our state-of-mind is the entire energy field that surrounds, envelops, and operates through our body. We literally “look through” our mind as a mental lens or filtering system, and notice in others and the environment only what’s of the same nature (quality), and can be readily used to create the reality of that mood, which makes it “provable” by appearing to be factual and objective. Because we only see and experience the reality of our mood, which validates, strengthens, and supports it as being “real”, we don’t realize that we’re actually creating it with our mind, and that we can change our experience of reality by simply changing our mind.

Our mind is an electromagnetic field which surrounds and expands several feet from our body, while transmitting its frequency and acting to stimulate the same frequency in everyone and everything around us, bringing out and making active the equivalent qualities in them through our influence, and they begin cooperatively participating in playing out the same “type” of reality as a behavioral dynamic that expresses the same feeling state. As we perceive through our mental filters, we project or superimpose our mind as a pattern of qualities or “thematic model” onto others (look through it), and see in them the same thing that’s in us. Not necessarily in the same position or role in a “joint theme”, but as the complementary role necessary to play out the shared theme as a relationship (dynamic interaction). Projection, as what we “see in others” that causes a reaction of some sort in us in relation to them, is identifying the complementary opposite of the same dynamic which can be acted out together to create a joint experience of the same nature. What we think about somebody else, and react to, is the same quality we ourselves possess, which is why we’re having a reaction or feel a strong emotional response to them. Our behavior towards others is the perfect stimulus for bringing out in them what we believe is there to bring out.

Our mental and emotional projections are stimulating at the invisible, subtle level, and are being received and felt by everyone around us all the time. Matter, as the organic substance of life that acts as a receptor for consciousness and is structured into a material bodies that represent the qualities of consciousness inhabiting it, at the molecular level, interacts with the mind (our own and others) and reformulates the appearance matter takes on accordingly. This is readily demonstrated in the “placebo effect” which works solely off the power of belief and our ability to direct and manipulate the biological world to produce the reality or effect of our belief. This is further demonstrated in what’s called “double blind tests” in which both people involved (doctor and patient) believe the same thing (that the placebo works), which increases its effectiveness. This is because the disbelief of one person (say, the administering doctor) is demonstrated and communicated through their subtle behaviors in stating what the placebo will do (is not convincing), and produces a subtle effect on the unconscious mind of the other person, introducing doubt, and thereby alters the overall outcome. Whenever an experience is being conducted involving the mind, it’s important that all people involved in the process are of an open mind or share the same belief, because at the invisible, energetic level of the mind, they will have a direct effect on the overall outcome.

What we believe, and therefore perceive about others reveals to us what dynamic we’re programmed with as a vibratory frequency. It shows us what type of relationships we are prone to, and always acting at the subconscious level to attract and co-create. As children we’re imprinted with a dynamic as a behavioral theme. This imprinting is produced and seated through intense emotional interactions and events of some sort that have a strong impact on us. Because it’s a dynamic we “live within”, we’re trained to naturally perceive and play a role in the same dynamic. We form numerous responses to the behaviors being demonstrated by others, and because we form the same perceptions through the mental paradigm that forms because of the interaction, we naturally produce the behaviors that stimulate the pattern itself through the memory we acquire because of our experiences, and live within (act out) that same thematic pattern in all areas and relationships of our life in one way or another.

The family dynamic we’re trained to, even though as children we play only one distinct role (from the perspective of the child) in that dynamic, as we become the adult, we naturally take on begin relating to the adult position in that same pattern and continue acting it out by being able to play any role in it. What role we play depends on what role our co-star takes on in the same pattern. We can readily move back and forth between the passive role and the dominating role of the same idea. We’re always initiating it and reacting to it at the same time. We only enter into relationships with those who have similar imprinting and can participate in co-creating the same feeling experience as an ongoing relationship, expressed through a variety of situations and life circumstances. So even though the elements and people may change as circumstances, the “same idea” is being acted out in a new environment with new players as a slight modification.

When we say that the mind “creates reality”, we don’t mean literally by producing something out of thin air, but rather that the mind can take any situation or circumstances, and through a sorting process of only abstracting and reorganizing certain aspects of it, makes it “appear” different. Our mind through our perceptual lens reinterprets a neutral reality of vast potential, into a possible variation as a personal creation. Everybody who’s apart of the same event as an objective reality, will view and experience it in a different and unique fashion from everybody else. No two people will experience it in the same way. Some people’s experience will be considerably different (of a completely different frequency), some will be kind of similar (in close range), and others will be along the same lines (of a similar vibration).

We rearrange the elements and qualities in any situation, by noticing some, and not noticing others, changing the active components, then interpreting the selected elements through a story we tell ourselves about it that creates how we experience it. So even though we all share the same neutral and objective outer reality, how we experience it by creating our own personalized version of that reality, is our minds natural creative ability. As we change our mind, how things appear to us changes accordingly. As we learn and incorporate new knowledge through an experience of some form, we alter our minds structure as a mental paradigm, and it changes how we see and experience everything else based on how the integration restructures our mind’s “patterning” as a shift in vibration. We only change our vibration by changing our mind, which changes how we see the world around us and how we experience it as a result.

Sub-personalities – Internal Conflict and the Voices in your Head

One of the most natural aspects of our everyday experience is this constant inner dialogue going on within our mind as a form of discussion, negotiation, or argument between different aspects or parts of ourselves. This natural phenomenon is evident in how we describe it when we say that “one part of me wants to do this, while another part of me wants to do that”. This split decision causes us to feel torn between ideas, and often leaves us never really making a firm decision while constantly going back and forth between extremes of the same idea. This same reality is often depicted as a devil on one shoulder, and an angel on the other, both whispering in our ear. Carl Jung recognized this basic process of consciousness always going on, and developed the idea of the psyche being composed of multiple archetypes or personalities that are always engaged in discussion and persuasion as part of our normal thinking. Of course this idea wasn’t unique to Jung, but is a basic part of ancient wisdom and the archetypes of mythology as aspects of consciousness that represent different personalities, and astrology based on the individual make-up being based on the archetypes and their main focus within a persons basic personality. These are not to be mistaken for “multiple personalities”, which is an entirely different condition, but rather as different aspects of one personality.

 
These inner voices, all with personalities of their own, each exerting themselves in various situations, competing for control of our will, are actually what in psychology we call “sub-personalities”, “inner aspects”, or “different parts”, all of which make the greater overall personality. We’re born with a cluster of archetypal personalities as part of our soul’s make-up, and we acquire them as we go through life from our conditioning, events of strong emotional impact, extreme fear, or trauma’s of some sort. Our parent’s voice, for example, becomes a natural part of our inner dialogue that continues to play out and talk to us from the same attitude, perspective, intention, and demeanor. Our belief system, likewise, comes as an inner discussion that’s always telling us about something from the perspective of the belief it represents. When we encounter shocking, fearful, or intense situations, we can draw into us and take on new aspects that are ideally suited for negotiating that situation “for us”, or as a means of coping with it. Whenever we’re devastated in some way, and fall apart, we let down our resistance to outside forces and influences, and become vulnerable to them through a form of magnetism.

Whatever emotional state we indulge in, we polarize ourselves to, become a magnet for the consciousness of that emotion, and draw into us thoughts that create realities out of the emotions as a possible expression of it. We “take on” the quality of consciousness equivalent to the emotional state, and think thoughts that form inner realities that express and produce more of that emotion. These emotional thoughts, seemingly generated by our mind as the expression of the emotions, take on a life of their own, become an aspect of our personality, and continue to operate in us through a voice that becomes a natural part of our thinking. It’s an aspect of the emotional state that produces it that perceives everything from that perspective, and has its role and intention “as” that perspective. It stays alive in us by thinking through us, and always talking to us in a convincing manner, negotiating the terms of its existence.

 
The sub-personality is always describing things, explaining them, and pointing them out while telling us about them. While they’re active “in us”, we are rendered passive, and allow them to exert themselves by giving them the stage to speak freely. Even when we recognize them, and willfully subdue them, as soon as our guard is down, they reassert themselves and begin controlling our thoughts without our direct awareness. They’re so automatic that they become a natural part of us. After awhile, we can’t separate ourselves from them, come to depend on them, and let them run us and use our mind and will to create by way of us. As long as we fail to integrate the parts, they continue to exert themselves without our direct awareness, through our subconscious nature. Whatever exists in us at the subconscious level, meaning without our direct awareness of it, we continue to act out in an automatic fashion, usually producing what ultimately becomes an internal conflict. They form opposing unconscious aspects of ourselves that go against conscious aspects. We make a decision consciously to do something, and then our subconscious mind brings into play everything that contradicts it and is acting to prevent it, sabotaging our willful efforts. Because these aspects were formed out of intense emotional states, whenever we begin reliving them, or they rise in us and begin playing out by controlling our thoughts, they’re accompanied by strong emotions, which tend to overpower us, and negate rational and reasonable thinking that’s devoid of a strong emotional component.

When two ideas come into direct conflict, each represented by a different aspect of ourselves, the one which elicits the strongest emotion tends to win out. While our first approach may be to fight against the emotional aspect preventing us from consciously progressing in a more favorable direction through active choice and will, this can prove hopeless and at best a temporary gain through dominance and suppression, yet the real solution lies in negotiating terms with the sub-personality, by gaining realization around it, what its purpose and agenda is, what it’s meant to do, and thanking it for its service to you by helping you through the difficult situation in which you acquired it in, then telling it to leave, while mentally forming a pathway out of your body and sending it back out into the universe to be of service to someone else.

 
All energies and natural forces as qualities of consciousness only come into us through a vacancy or void that creates a vacuum as magnetism of some sort, which we could think of as a form of invitation that pulls or draws it into us through resonance, we can simultaneously realize that regardless of the role it takes on, the intention is beneficial because it was designed to help us through a situation we were in as a state of mind that attracted it, or awakened it in us. While we tend to think of the mind as a product of the brain or heart, and therefore “set” and comprised of fixed qualities, the fact of the matter is we are born with a constitution as a set of information and memories that form our initial personality, and we are engaged in a constant process of growth and development through a constant exchange of energy with everything around us. The mind is energetic and invisible in nature, and works through vibration, sympathetic induction, and synthesis, in much the same way we take in the molecules of the air around us by breathing it, which then become an essential part of our molecular structure, while discharging or exhaling molecules no longer needed as a form of recycling. Likewise, the food we eat becomes the building blocks that form our physical body, determining our health as a physical state or condition. Our mind is the electromagnetic energy system of our body that’s drawing into it energies as qualities the consciousness around it. Blending with and becoming the same as them, altering the vibration of the mind through the integration, while emanating or sending back out energies no longer magnetized to it.

The energies of the mind as the invisible forces in the invisible space around us, are “qualities of consciousness” with a singular nature that form an aspect of a larger matrix of energies and become a sub-personality with a specific perspective and perception, that forms a part of our overall personality, modifying it by incorporating the singular perspective, altering the overall perspective. We experience it as a “voice in our head” as “thought” that enter into and become a part of our normal perspective of everyday reality. Because they come as thoughts and feelings, we often don’t realize that they’re not our own, and are something we “acquired” instead, and we give our will to them by letting them rise in us as our perception, thoughts, and interpretation of the meaning events take on. They begin discussing everything as a form of argument that clashes with and negates other aspects, always seeking to win over and resume control of our perception and thought processes.

 
Like all things of the mind and the invisible plane of pure energy that we are submerged in and an integral part of, the only way to extract unwanted aspects, or aspects whose part and role is no longer needed or beneficial, is through recognition and awareness of them and how they operate to influence and control you. Because we acquire these automatically while in an unconscious state of delirium (emotion, trauma, shock, intense fear, etc.), and they’re absorbed into our unconscious mind and arise in us automatically without our direct awareness of them, they continue with us until we become conscious and aware of them. Once we become aware of different aspects of ourselves, and how they exist in conflict with other aspects of our nature, and we realize how they’re serving us through protection and service of some sort, we can appreciate them, feel gratitude for their help, and let them know they’re no longer needed. They no longer serve a desirable or necessary purpose. We can then locate them in our body through the emotion they are a part of and the bodily sensations it produces, and direct them to leave while mentally escorting them out of our body and back into the universal soul of mass consciousness where they’ll become available to be drawn in by someone else in need of their services.

 
The interesting thing about qualities or aspects of consciousness is that they exists on the plane of the mind as consciousness, and can only be worked with from that same plane. The mind controls the mind, and our own conscious awareness and imagination is used to acquire, exchange, utilize, and discharge the consciousness available all around us. We work with our mind by way of our mind. We can realize that our will commands aspects of the mind not only as energies around us, but through the mind of others. We are constantly taking on and exchanging consciousness with everyone and everything around us. By becoming aware of this we can simultaneously learn how to exercise control over it.

 
Once we realize that our soul as our consciousness actually “jumps out of” and exits our body during events of fear, shock, and trauma, causing what you could think of as a vacancy and a form of vacuum as a magnetic pull that draws in energy equivalent to or of the same vibration and quality of our state of mind, or that’s inherent in the situation, we can begin realizing the powerful role emotions and fear play in governing us through acquisition of consciousness that increase and amplifies the state itself. Fear draws into us consciousness of the reality inherent in the fear, and makes us think fearful thoughts, or react with anger and rage, through an inner voice that begins dialoguing with us about the fear and from the perspective and attitude that sees the same type of fear in everything around us just through its perception of it. Looking through the lens of fear, we only see more fear or what warrants fear.

MindfieldBy learning how to manage our state of mind, we can recognize aspects we’ve acquired that aren’t “us”. We can begin distinguishing between our real self and our acquired self. We can begin realizing that certain aspects of our thinking are associated to specific events of our life where we “acquired them” and they became a normal part of our thinking. We can begin realizing how they play a part in sabotaging other aspects of our life, or argue against and negotiate through seduction to prevent willfully bringing about desired changes through conscious decisions to do so. By becoming aware of their strong emotional component we can not only resist their control, but learn how to identify them further, while simultaneously using compelling emotions to fuel and empower our conscious decisions. By gaining realization around them and what they act to prevent, protect us from, deal with, or cause, we can see their purpose and how they were intended to protect us, and how through that same attitude and behavior now act to sabotage our intentional efforts, we can thank it for its help, and tell it it’s no longer needed, then consciously and willfully release it, freeing it from the body and mind, and no longer be subject to it. Anytime we are “removing” one aspect creating a void or opening, we have to consciously draw into that space what we want to fill it, or it’ll do it automatically with whatever is available without our direction. As we create an opening or vacuum we have call or pull our soul back in to fill it, recovering it and becoming whole again. This is traditionally referred to as “Soul Retrieval” in Shamanic Arts.
All energy as spirits, entities, qualities, or emotions is subject to and commanded by the will of the human mind. We willfully acquire them through needing or wanting, or by vacating our body creating an opening for them to enter, take hold, and remain apart of us. While they occupy a part of us, our own soul can’t fully enter back into and operate through us, and remains on the outer boundaries of the mind where an opening has to be created in order to draw our own soul aspects back into our body. Only through awareness, realization, and willful control over them can we release or discharge them. The problem is, once they become a part of us, we build our identity around them as an essential part of ourselves, and form a kind of love for them, and hold them to us as a result. We don’t want to let them go because we’ve become accustomed to the story we began living out of them due to the traumatic circumstances we acquired them through, and feel as if we would lose an important part of ourselves by letting them go that would change tour very psychological make-up by making us encounter and experience in us what they were designed to protect us from. We only draw into us and acquire consciousness that’s of service somehow and therefore useful.

Even when we perceive them as bad or destructive, they’re preventing us from coming face-to-face with other aspects of ourselves that we fear even more, even though they might be ultimately good and serve our growth. For example, anger and hostility may be acquired in response to something terrifying that was exactly what we needed to deal with that event, and so it helped us cope and be able to get through it, that once the terrifying event passed, we still maintain an aspect of us that approaches ordinary experiences with an attitude of anger and aggressiveness, or we see them in a way that makes us feel angry and aggressive that’s an inappropriate response. We can continue to look at ordinary things from a perspective that warrants anger and a hostel attitude. In this way, the very quality that protected us in one situation, now becomes our downfall because it becomes a primary part of our everyday life and we’re “angry a lot”, or it becomes an inappropriate response that we can’t seem to help, and we begin employing volatile reactive behavior in the ordinary sense.

 
While we may come to a conscious decision of no longer needing their diversion, and are willfully choosing to step into what we originally feared and resisted, they continue to play out preventing it by introducing contradicting thoughts and emotions that go against our active decisions and hold us to the same attitudes, identity, and behavioral tendencies they served to develop in the first place. Once they become apart of us, we mistake them for being us, and continue to let them control us by living out of them and never sticking with our decisions that would eradicate them by rendering them subjective to our will.

 
Like all things, the idea is never to fight against or resist something, but rather to remove it and its influences from the system altogether, modifying the mind, and removing all blocks to progressive growth through willful decision making. At the level of the mind and consciousness, awareness is the key! Anything we remain unaware of continues to play out in our life, without our consent. By becoming aware of unconscious or shadow aspects of ourselves, we can dissolve them through awareness itself. Not through hating them or judging them to be bad, weak, or wrong, but rather by recognizing how they were serving us at some level and were exactly what we needed to deal with the situation we were in when we attracted them. When they entered us they were helping us to cope with and negotiate some situation that was difficult for us, or that we didn’t feel equipped to deal with. It’s only through true recognition and love and gratitude, that we work with the very consciousness that makes up our own being and serves to create our life experiences and impose a distinct direction on our life’s path by playing a part in controlling our choice and will to bring about certain realities. Love, appreciation and gratitude elicit a natural state of cooperation necessary to direct energetic forces.

The Dual Nature of the Soul – The Material World Belongs to the Soul

We are so in tuned to our physical existence that it’s hard for us to form an idea about ourselves that’s outside or beyond our body. Many fail to recognize the fact that humans are composite beings, and unlike any other life form on Earth, has two souls which give us two distinctly different natures; a lower-animal nature, and a higher-divine nature. This is further complicated by the fact that many attribute the mind to being a product of the body (heart or brain), when in fact, it’s the other way around. The body is a product of the mind, just as all material reality is, and the mind is what provides the intelligence for it’s construction, and activates and regulates all the biological processes that make the body function, and is what holds it all together for a life-span of somewhere around eighty years or so. The mind is not associated to an organ of the body, but exists independent of the body, while permeating and enveloping the body in what we could call an etheric egg-shaped energy field. This energy field that surrounds and gives life to the body, is subtle and electromagnetic in nature, which means it functions according to the same universal laws as the biological world, and is always in the process of exchanging and integrating energy with everything else around it as a form of respiration and metabolic process.

 
The mind is synonymous with the soul. The lower-animal soul is the subconscious and self-conscious mind, or concrete mind, and the higher divine soul is of the higher-mind or superconscious. The soul is not a physical entity, but an energetic “state”. The soul doesn’t experience itself as “having a feeling”, but rather “is” the feeling itself. The soul has “pure experience” without sensory concepts or descriptions. It’s not a mind in a body, but the mind itself that inhabits a body. The mind is not the body experiencing “joy” as a mood or feeling, but is joy itself as a mental state. There’s no physical medium separating it from experience or that it needs in order to experience, but comes as a direct “inner” experience that maintains a connection to the outer world. The mind is our vibratory state as a quality of consciousness that produces our experiences as translated through the physical senses of the body.

vesicaWhatever state of mind we are vibrating at any given moment determines our mood, attitude, perception, and how we form all our experiences. It’s experience that’s direct as an internal “feeling” experience rather than “through” a body or medium, that alters and separates you from the experience itself. You “are the experience” rather than having the experience. Nothing separates or buffers you from the outer world. The mind, which is pure invisible energy as consciousness, blends into everything around it, becoming one with it in order to experience it directly “as it”. The subtle energy of the mind freely moves through and into matter of the physical realm and experiences itself within the material body it inhabits. It experiences itself as the physical body or object from within it, as an “inner” experience.

 
The physical body (matter) is the “middle man or avatar” for the higher human soul. Without the body, the soul is the same as pure experience, not associated to a body and able to travel freely within the outer reality which is contained “within” the soul. The soul itself is a field of consciousness held together as a stress-pattern or torsion field (axion or spin field) as an energetic state or vibratory frequency that gives it individual qualities. The mind is an invisible force in the material realm and in order to create or be in the material world, it has to enter into (resonate with), and bond with a physical body of some form, otherwise it remains unseen and unknowable. The body exists in relationship to the outer world of the senses, and is how the soul experiences itself “as” a physical being, or located within time and space. Because the human soul is not of the same sensory nature as the physical body, it can’t be experienced or perceived through the physical senses, which can’t penetrate deeply enough into the purely conscious realm to experience it as it is, without a sensory interpretation. Because the divine soul is different from the body, we often fail to recognize the true nature of our soul.

 
When the human soul is in the body, the internal experiences are very different than the external ones. While the soul is in the body, we feel the body belongs to us. Yet outside of the body (astral travel), we feel connected to and an inherent part of the greater reality around us, in the sense that there’s no boundary or sense of separation. Outside the body you experience yourself as an innate part of the outer environment, and no longer experience yourself as separate from it, or as an object within it. The inner soul becomes a part of the whole outer world, and experiences being apart of it just as we experience our head or hands as being apart of our body. We blend into and become interwoven with the outer world. The whole surrounding environment belongs to the soul, just as the hands and feet belong to the body. There’s no boundary between the inner and outer world, the effects of the sensory world pass perceptually through your being. You experience it as being the same as it. Everything is experienced from within it. There’s no thought process, judgment, or sensory interpretation of object and subject, but a direct experience of being it. This is the true nature of compassion (the language of the soul), which is taking on the natural internal perception of the soul and having the inner experience of another person or being you’re either observing or contemplating. By developing compassion towards or with other beings, we develop our soul’s perception, and experience the world in a unified manner from the center of our being. We experience another being’s life in the same way that they experience their life.

The surrounding environment of what we perceive as the outer world belongs to the soul and is a projection of the mind necessary in order to experience itself in the world. When we observe something, we direct our attention onto or into it, our mind penetrates and indirectly (subtlety) affects it. We’re always influencing and subtlety affecting everyone and everything around us through our very perception of it, which reformulates its active and passive components in response or interaction with our mental state. Subtle energy is a concentration (quality) expanded over a greater area and therefore diluted (in physical terms) that, while it doesn’t cause an intense or pronounced affect in the physical realm, it does produce a greater affect over and extended period of time in the energetic realm. We could get a good idea of the difference between physical energy and subtle energy by thinking of the physical as an emotional charge or high amplitude or strong dose, that causes a immediate and intense affect that’s short lived and dies down fairly quick, and the subtle energy as more of a mood or low frequency that can last for days, weeks, or even months, and while it seems lighter in its effect, it lasts for a far greater period of time. The soul is capable of experiencing outside of the physical body, because the outer environment, which is all connected to and a part of the subconscious mind or instinctual field, belongs to is an innate part of the soul. The greater mind, universal consciousness, or the collective unconscious is all a part of the planetary mind that governs all life on the planet, and is of the same nature (or kingdom) as the human soul. This field of energy, which is also called the astral plane of light or the morphogenetic field of archetypal memory is the domain of the soul. The soul is astral light as pure consciousness that creates memory out of acquired experiences that evolve it through various states and build up as an accumulative affect.

 
All reality as we know it exists in planes of interwoven dimensions as a hierarchy of consciousness, also referred to as “kingdoms”. Within our physical reality we have the mineral, plant, animal, and human kingdoms. Each level of life, contains the entire lower level within its being, is interdependent on it, and the entirety of the lower plane(s) forms the fundamental basis for the next plane of life to spontaneously and naturally arise out of it. Out of the mineral kingdom comes the plant kingdom, comprised of the very minerals themselves and dependent on them for life. Out of the plant kingdom comes the animal kingdom, whose body is formed out of the mineral and plant kingdom, and out of which the human kingdom emerges as the avatar body for the divine soul of mankind. The human soul takes on an animal body, which provides the vehicle for experiencing the material world “as a body or individual”, in order to consciously evolve it to a higher level of moral intelligence and biological functioning. The entirety of the lower planes forms the foundation necessary for the next plane to grow and develop out of or ny way of it. The higher plane therefore contains within its very nature and substance, the combination of all planes below it, which is necessary for it to emerge as a unique life form through a natural evolutionary growth process. Just as Universal Laws all emerge out of each other as a form of unfolding or growth process, where the Monad contains within it the full potential of the other laws that systematically issue forth from it. This hierarchical structure of one level of reality consisting of multiple dimensions all interwoven into one greater reality is consistent throughout all of life as we know it. The mind which is of “pure experience” within itself, needs the entire outer world in order to set the stage for experiencing itself in the world as a part of the world. It acquires experience by way of the whole reality and the memory of the collective unconscious, which governs the instinctual mind that all of nature share in common.

Memory, which is inherent in the instinctual mind as its basic programming out of which all experience and behaviors are created, propagates and acts to create more of the same type of memories through the experiences formed out of them. The human soul has the creative capacity to willfully create new experiences of itself (in a body) that are not the unconscious reproduction of the memories produced by the lower mind through its formative conditioning, but it can only do so when it quits identifying with the past experiences of the body, and realizes that what it perceives as the outer world is actually a part of or the projection of itself as the means of directing the elements of the natural world in order to create experiences of itself. Through specialized use of our mind, we change our focus, perspective, and perception of reality, and form a different relationship with it that begin telling a different kind of story.

 
Because the soul enters into the body and becomes one with it, it experiences itself as the body, and shapes its identity as a sense of self to be the same as the body. The higher mind enters into relationship with the lower, animal mind, which is prone to instinctual tendencies and easily conditioned to automatic behaviors provoked through strong emotions and desires of some kind, and the human soul mistakes itself for being the same as the lower mind, and is shaped by the lower mind. Because the body creates in an unconscious fashion through compulsive tendencies without recognizing natural law or the consequences of it actions, the soul experiencing itself as the body, becomes the “errors” as a direct experience of itself. It is the reality of consciousness of the error. It’s inside the animal body experiencing a false reality. Because of this, the human soul begins identifying with the body, and forgets its true nature and ability to create by directing the natural forces of the material world. This is the religious idea that we’re all “born into sin”, with sin meaning error. It’s not that we’re born “bad”, but rather rendered unconscious without realizing our creative ability and our true identity as divine in nature.

Because we fail to recognize the creative ability of our mind and live our life out of an unconscious state programmed by childhood memory as our formative conditioning, we fail to create at all in the real sense, often having no power in our own life, and become instead the product of our conditioning. In this sense the body, like the entire material world, belongs to the soul, and not the other way around. The soul has the ability to control and direct the body, but it has to first realize its true identity and power over the material realm. The soul needs to become aware of itself within the body, and begin actively and intentionally using its will to step outside of redundant conditioning and create itself with awareness by purifying the body to be an appropriate vehicle for acquiring certain type of experiences. Only by identifying with our true nature and learning to utilize the power of our mind to enter into and directly influence the elements that make up the material world, does the divine soul serve the purpose of evolving the consciousness of the lower animal-soul, instead of digressing or devolving itself by being controlled by its own lower nature.

 
The human soul is the higher mind, and exists as a “state-of-mind”, which forms a paradigm (pattern) as a vibratory frequency based on accumulated experiences that form its memory. How we use our mind, is our soul power as our ability to self-create and therefore develop the perceptual lens we look through to experience what we call the outer reality or life conditions and circumstances. We can only change our life experiences by changing our mind as our “inner state” or soul mood. By working with our ability to choose how we’re going to be and the will to direct our own behaviors and activities to turn our choices into reality as our experiences, we shift our center of power and begin using our soul to create in life. By changing the qualities that make up our character, we change our attitude and perception. When we begin working with our “being”, and develop ourselves from the inside out, we step into our true power to be self-determined. In order to create in our life, we have to work on changing ourselves so that we’re the channel through which that experience of reality is possible as a natural perception of the outer world. By learning to identify with our true spiritual nature as our mind which is pure consciousness, we begin developing our eternal aspect, which exists independently from the body and transcends the body (continues living) at the death of our physical body. All reality is formed out of our mind as a mental projection, perception and experience of it.

Personal Transformation from your Lower-Self to your Higher-Self: “Striving for Self-Perfection”

Transcendence
The idea of perfection has been greatly misconstrued, and has even in some cases been turned into a “bad” idea by some who use it in more of the sense of standards being placed “on us” by others, trying to live up to their ideas about us or please them in some way by changing our behaviors in order to win their favor and affections, or in an attempt to remedy the idea of “worthiness” by telling you you’re perfect just the way you are, and you need not do anything to be worthy of “God’s love”. All these concepts are built out of the idea that perfection has something to do with “someone out there” (others or God) that’s placing standards on you that have to be met in order to be considered perfect, and therefore worthy of their love and generosity, or to be included in their private circle. Yet, none of these have anything to do with the real idea behind “self-perfection”.

 
To be perfect is to be utilizing all off your talents, latent potential, inner qualities, knowledge, special abilities, and untapped inner resources to willfully modify and adjust, or rearrange your mental paradigm as your perceptual lens that identifies errors in your perception and dynamics you’re programmed with that are destructive, harmful, unproductive, sabotaging, and cause you misery and suffering somehow by way of your own tendencies. Perfection can also be thought of as creating an “ideal” for yourself that’s what you deem to be “the best you can be”, that create a life experience of being empowered in your ability to actively create it through mastering your will, and where you are fulfilled in the most ordinary sense, and able to productively create in your life in a way that creates health, happiness, and prosperity. Not by obsessively trying to change others so you’ll be alright to stay just as you are, but by working exclusively on yourself to recognize and address your own character flaws, false perceptions, and unconscious tendencies. All of which are acting together to cause you to express in a negative way producing your own suffering.

venturi manSelf-perfection is to look within, and through introspection (examining yourself), see what type of story you’re always in the process of living out, and what role you’re playing in that story that shapes you by way of it. We always start with a paradigm structured out of our accumulated experiences that are all interpreted through the same type of story-line, forming a consistent experience of our outer reality and the events of our life that are “produced by” our perception, then used to create our experience, which shapes and defines us by way of them. We are at once the author of the story being told by how we interpret everything, the main character in our story that everything revolves around having the experience of it as an actual reality, while watching it being played out as a reflection in others. We are the central point out of which our world evolves and is held into place forming a consistent pattern as a theme that forms the basis for all our experiences. We’re always the one causing our own suffering, emotional pain and unhappiness, by how we process information and what dynamics we naturally engage in and cooperatively participate in acting it out as a group scenario.

 
We are always the ones creating our own experiences. We have only to begin recognizing this while cultivating the ability to look at ourselves from an objective perspective so we can see our own tendencies and patterns without an emotional investment or need to justify it by how we explain it. When we can remove our attachments to our perceptions, and step outside of the emotional element that the story acts to express and create more of, and look at the story we’re living out from a dissociated position, we can begin “seeing” ourselves as we really are. It’s the emotional component that causes us to become unconscious of our own behaviors. It’s the emotion controlling our thoughts that “forms” the story we begin living out of. Emotions become the motivation for all our behaviors. Emotions are “energy in motion” that produces activity that controls our thoughts to form the story that expresses the emotion as a reality that amplifies and increases the emotion, giving us more of the same feeling through the telling. We are conditioned to certain emotions through our family dynamics that form the initial patterns for all our relationships that we continue to create out of throughout our life. Our conditioning is what establishes (or reestablishes) our mental paradigm as a mental structure of a whole series of congruent patterns, all of which act together to form a larger pattern as the “theme” that shapes all our events by conforming them to tell the same type of story. All our behaviors are unconsciously being produced in a natural, spontaneous, and automatic way by our mind as our soul.

The transformative idea around self-perfection, is to become self-aware of what we’re normally not aware of that’s being acted out unconsciously, and in recognizing and forming awareness around it, we have the ability to begin working with it consciously in an intentional and deliberate way to “reform” ourselves by embodying new qualities that naturally lend themselves to new ways of being. In recognizing the dynamics we’re programmed to as life-patterns, we can also recognize the emotions that produce them and keep us actively engaging in them. Emotions are the common denominator that connects the inner to the outer through the same thematic patterning as a behavioral dynamic. By understanding the emotions we’re prone to, we can also realize how we’re being internally stimulated emotionally by other people and situations that render us unconscious (literally) and keep us involved in acting out the same dynamics. Again, just the awareness of what’s happening inside of us at any given moment, nullifies it, and brings it under control, providing us with the neutralized basis to begin actively working on ourselves to change our own internal dynamics, which produce a chain reaction that also begins transforming our outer experiences.

 
The ancient art of Alchemy as Personal Transformation is the secret to all healing that allows us to move from a personalized, unconscious status, to an elevated conscious and universal status. Through self-awareness that brings realization around unconscious and hidden aspects of ourselves, we can deliberately work on ourselves to “perfect” ourselves healing unconscious tendencies by integrating them. Awareness alone begins the process of integration which transforms it by what we “choose to employ” in its place. All healing, in the spiritual sense, is becoming aware of aspects of ourselves that operate below the level of consciousness, without our direct awareness, that keeps us living out of false realities as an emotional delusion. It’s being fully self-aware and therefore self-directed and self-created with full awareness and comprehension of what we’re creating.

 
To perfect, is to reconstruct in order to operate in a highly proficient and harmonious manner. It’s to create in a benevolent and productive manner as a true vessel for self-expression as love that brings a deep sense of contentment, inner peace, and emotional beauty. We have to first learn how to bring emotions under control, neutralizing their effect “on us”, disengaging negative ones, while strategically employing positive ones to use as the basis for our expression as our perceptions and behaviors, and the dynamics our behaviors create and participate in within the outer world. All of our life-dynamics and thematic stories emerge naturally from whatever emotions we’re experiencing and allowing to come “through” us. Thought exists in direct relationship with its emotional equivalent. What we’re thinking about and imagining as a preview for reality is formed by our emotional state. Our emotions control our thoughts keeping us “thinking out of” a predominately unconscious (repetitious) state. And likewise, our thoughts also have the ability to produce emotions in response to them that are their equivalent as the expressive component of the thoughts that produce behaviors that brings the inward reality of the thoughts outward as a congruent experience. On the material plane, thoughts are passive and emotions are active. On the higher, spiritual (invisible) planes, the opposite is true and thoughts as ideas are active, and emotions are a passive response to thoughts as their equivalent that form the physical channel for actualizing the thoughts as an experience of reality. The dynamic relationship between thought, emotion, and actions exists on all planes simultaneously through different orientations.

humanenergy-spiritual-beings-consciousnessTo self-perfect and therefore consciously create, is to work this formula from a higher perspective where you neutralize emotion and bring them under control, while activating original thought as the template for creating new experiences that match the emotion to the idea by stimulating it, becoming a vehicle for it’s expression by employing the behaviors that act it out. It’s only by letting go of our habitual emotional states that we can gain control over them and over our thoughts which are otherwise controlled by them. Once we neutralize the intensity and stimulating qualities of emotions, we can experience a kind of “freeing sensation” that creates a strangely objective feeling as a dissociated awareness. In this awareness that’s no longer controlled by our emotional states and the emotions of others, we become aware from a calm place that we have the ability to choose, not only what we think and why we’re thinking it, but also how we want to respond to any situation, not as an unconscious and automatic reaction being projected, but as a means of creating in the situation by redirecting it. We gain a position of being “at cause” rather than the “effect that then acts as the cause”, causing more of the same thing. In this strange new awareness of choice without any influences (making the choice for us) directing our choice, comes a sense of responsibility for what we want to create by how we interact and consciously move it in a new direction by not only deflecting the emotions of others, but intentionally introducing new ones that change their emotional state and serve to move it in a whole new direction, creating a new experience.

 
With knowledge and the creative ability to apply it directly on others to create in an intentional and precise way, comes a heightened sense of responsibility for our creation and the consequences we draw on ourselves as a result. This is why the prerequisite for gaining higher knowledge is moral purity that cleanses our character of undesirable traits that not only would cause us to use our power in a selfish and harmful way, but would also condemn the soul of the individual to the consequences of their own actions. Any act that hurts another person, hurts ourselves in exact measure. What we do unto others we also do unto ourselves by drawing to us direct consequences of our own actions. Those who look to control and manipulate others, are in fact controlled and manipulated by others in direct response to them. As we seek to manipulate, we’re being manipulated just through the seeking itself. Any action creates an equal or greater reaction of the same nature. The effect is always the equivalent or of the same nature as the cause.

 
So self-perfection comes as a heightened form of self-awareness that allows us to reverse the orientation of the lower-emotional mind controlling the higher-idea mind, by bringing emotions into a neutral state where we’re no longer reactive to them, and we intentionally choose what ideas we’re going to employ, that moves us from a unconscious personalized illusion of reality, into a more universal and creatively objective reality where our will and ability to choose are reinstated and we begin creating ourselves and our lives through a different relationship with our own mind and body. We become conscious creators in our own life by mastering our ability to control and direct the elements of thought and emotion. We step outside of our self, and see ourselves in an objective manner from the perspective of our higher-self, always witnessing the experience from a neutral state by remaining outside of them, unattached and without desire. From this higher and more objective perspective, we are unaffected by the elements of the material – Astral plane, and are therefore able to control and direct it by creating and utilizing it as our medium and tools for self-creating.

To self-perfect is to honestly self-create with full awareness of what you’re doing and what reality you’re initiating that move you from being the effect of your conditioning to the one determining it. The soul is no longer control by the emotional states and behaviors of the body, and is free to use the body as a neutral conduit for creating within the material plane. By gaining control of the Elements, and stepping fully into our higher consciousness, we lose all personal desires born out of our identification with our body, and take on a position of serving the greater whole of humanity by acting always to facilitate their growth by moving them out of the darkness and into the light where they can see all aspects of themselves as they really are for the first time. In our perfection we ascend in consciousness to a higher plane that’s not personally invested in this plane, where we realize and can fully utilize our ability to deliberately express and create within this plane by first controlling and directing our own emotional thoughts, then being able to act as a mirror for others to become aware of their true nature and the delusions they create by letting their emotions control their mind and produce their experience of reality (and themselves) by way of them.

 
Self-perfection is gaining full control of your self within the material plane by stepping into yourself on the higher plane and being able to see everything in the light with eyes wide open. It’s to become self-aware, self-realized, and self-created. It’s to actualize latent potential, not necessarily as attributes and qualities that transform your character, though this may be how it starts, but by being able to take on a whole new perspective that sees your self “in this world, but not of it”, literally. Where you begin identifying more with your spiritual aspect than your bodily aspect. Where you return your body to a neutral vehicle for spirit to move through and create in the world masterfully using the very elements that shape it.

The Dyad: Prayer as the Seeds of Karma – “Casting Images in the Astral Light”

Prayer is the primary form of how we connect to our higher power and request personal experiences, and is the primary means for first revealing karma (unconscious connections) then creating through it by living out of the memory of it. The idea of karma is represented in the Tarot as “Justice”, key 11 (value of 30), and means to “teach and instruct”. It represents the idea that we only truly acquire knowledge and instruction through practice that employs ideas to produce them as experiences, which integrates the knowledge apprehended through the experience of it as “memory”. The memories created through our activities and deeds, create our karma as a memory base, that become the seeds of future actions that are performed in a natural and unconscious manner. Our karma is the memory that makes up our subconscious mind, which becomes a natural part of our personality and forms our mental paradigm which is the basis for our perception and interpretations of life. Karma as the memory obtained through our life experiences that we create through our decisions and actions, becomes our perceptual lens that we look through to experience life, and becomes the basis for our creative capacity in terms of what we feel, how we think, and what we “ask for” by imagining it.

 
The mode of consciousness represented by “Justice” (key 11) is titled “Faithful Intelligence”, because we act out our unconscious conditioning (karma) in a faithful and predictable manner. The Hebrew word for “faithful” is AMN or amen, the confirmatory expression at the end of a prayer that seals it as fate. Amen is closely related to the Sanskrit “AUM or OM”, used as a focus point for meditation, which is the original form of prayer that masterfully employs the imagination of the individual. Amen and Om confirm the prayer as an imagined creation that’s a request for a personal creation. We “ask for” whatever we imagine. Most people use their imagination not for its creative potential, but rather by running memories of various sorts through their mind over and over, which is “asking” for more of the same type of experiences that formed the memory.

 
In this idea, we connect to spirit through various forms of concentration where we become one with the ideas that we are imagining. Our perception and interpretations based on memories become the motives for all our actions. Karma is the memories that make up our mental paradigm and become the basis out of which we continue to create through projections as our thoughts formed into imaginary scenarios that express through the memory as a pattern for creating more experiences of the same nature. Our “requests” for our life come as the application of memorized ideas in new applications that form new variations.

We only form memories that are recollected out of the events of our life that had significant emotional impact. The emotion we experience as we form the memory determines how we interpret it to give it meaning. Our interpretation turns events into stories that convey the meaning things have for us. A memory becomes a whole reality as an emotional idea that becomes a form of template for creating instant realities as personal interpretations. The emotion is the “shaping factor” that creates the experience we have, and is what drives our behavior as the enactment of a memory. Emotions are compelling forces and tend to control our thinking as the reliving of memories. In this way, we continue to think and imagine out of memories of the past, recreating them in the present, and continuing to form behaviors out of them. Our emotional memories become the basis of our perception of life, and keep us living out of a primarily unconscious state by repeating basic life-patterns as emotional dramas.

 
Because the memories of our unconscious mind form our basic perceptions, our prayers are born out of these same perceptions as either an extension of them, or a solution to them. We’re usually either imagining more of the same type of ideas, or asking for what counteracts it, or what we imagine it will take to transform it. We do this, usually without ever realizing that it’s our own perception, interpretation, and behaviors that are acting to create it in our life. Prayer, as a request for a reality, works off the same principle as memory itself, and is formed by an accumulative process that creates an emphasis as an imbalance creating a new dominating factor.

 
We “rebalance” the scales by changing our “constant thoughts” to be of the same nature as our requested experience. We intentionally create thoughts by imagining being “in the experience” having it as a reality, where we think of it “as if” it’s a memory that has actually happened and is simply being “remembered”. This not only changes our perspective and perceptual lens, but creates a form of substitute memory that the subconscious perceives as a real memory, and creates it as an outer experience by connecting us to the elements necessary to act it out in our immediate environment. Our subconscious not only connects us to the greater mind of our environment, but also connects us to our higher mind. The subconscious mind is the “medium” that exists between the higher plane and the lower plane, and is the passive and receptive aspect that “receives” requests or instructions for creating realities within the material plane of which it’s an inherent part of. It communicates by transmitting and receiving information, not as dialogue, but as living realities or whole ideas that form a memory. The universal language shared between the upper and the lower is “holistic ideas” as the seeded basis for creating whole realities as actualized ideas.

To communicate with both the subconscious and higher conscious you must create an inner reality out of what you “do want” by imagining it with full sensory enhancement and strong emotional content that makes it compelling (magnetic). You must create it as if you’re in the process of experiencing it. Whatever we feel intensely, think about and imagine with strong emotions and sensations, we caste a pattern as a living concept into the Astral Light, which becomes magnetic. The Astral Light which is the same substance we form images out of in our imagination, is an electromagnetic medium. Images caste in it both transmit (project) and are magnetized, drawing the elements of the same nature and patterning to it.

 
The Astral Light is the field of illumination that surrounds the Earth as its atmosphere, that’s also what we call mass consciousness as the instinctual field or the morphogenic field, which is propagated with information for creation as memories, both of a neutral and objective form as living archetypes (subconscious programming for all of life) and as thought-forms created in the imagination of humans as the illusions of personal creations. Whatever emotional thoughts we dwell in, we emanate and draw to us, and become the energetic formulas for our self-created experiences. We become a beacon for them in the unified field of mass consciousness in which we are submerged. These thoughts are at once created out of our subconscious content, formulated into new variations as possible applications, then used to create more of the same type of experiences that amplify and reinforce our original subconscious programming. This is the true basis of Karma when it hinders or reverses our evolution by stunting and prohibiting our growth and ability to return to a creative state by creating brand new experiences of ourselves and our world. Accumulated memory, changed only through variations forms the foundation for continuous expression as self-creation.

So while many think that prayer is what happens in that one moment that we set aside to ask for what will contradict what we spend the rest of our time thinking about, it’s actually being conducted all the time by how we think and use our imagination to form our thoughts into internal realities. It’s through our imagination that we communicate to the higher realm in the universal language of internal imagery. Whatever we think about, picture in our mind, and run through our mind as a scenario or movie that tells a story, we are in fact “asking for” by infusing it with an electromagnetic field, and casting it symbolically as an Astral shape within the Astral Light of the Earth’s mind, which becomes a pattern that makes us a magnet for drawing more of those same type of experiences to us. Whatever emotions we live out of that also shape our thoughts as the realities that that serve to express the emotion, also produce our behavior as our deeds and become the “causal force” driving the events of our life. All our actions produce an effect by transferring the emotion that motivated it. Our behaviors stimulate in others the same emotion that’s causing our behavior. The transference of emotions form the basis for all our relationships which are formed out of the shared emotional state that forms the nature of the interaction and the joint-reality that it acts to naturally create.

 
Our imagination is the medium that connects all aspects through a unified idea that works equally on multiple dimensions inherent within the same fundamental reality. It’s how the “inner” becomes the basis for the “outer”. It’s the key to working with all levels of the mind through the electromagnetic properties they all have in common. Its how we send a request as actual programming for our subconscious mind that reconstitutes it with new memory as creative patterns. It’s also how we “receive” information as ideas from the higher realm of spirit where knowledge exists as archetypes which are a form of universal memory as principles that give us the power to self-create by embodying and becoming one with them, and expressing in new ways as a result, reconfiguring the redundant patterns that seem to plague our life, revitalizing it with a new way of being.

 
To pray is to think and imagine while in a relaxed and receptive state. It’s to concentrate on an idea, become one with that idea by giving it your full attention without distraction, forming a single-minded perception of it as an inner reality from the perspective of being “in it”, having it, becoming the expression of it, that sets the vibration as a pattern caste in the Astral Light that’s transmitted both inwardly and outwardly as well as up and down (even armed cross), as a created memory that seeds an actual reality as its offspring. It caste’s a virtual memory as the seed for producing an equivalent reality as a personal experience.

 
Meditation is the most basic and effective means of prayer. As we meditate, we close out all outer distractions, placing our undivided attention firmly within, relax our outer mind and body, connecting to our subconscious by quieting and stilling our conscious mind, then concentrate on an idea, allowing it to rise fully within us in living form and begin unfolding as a stream of consciousness that becomes the reality of the idea as a direct experience of it. This same process can be used to both send an idea and receive an idea. It creates a two-way flow. Many times, just by concentrating not on the idea itself as a specific form, but on the laws or archetype that the form represents as a symbolic image, it opens up a two-way communication between the spiritual and material realm, where we co-create an idea by first initiating it, then by allowing it to take on a life of its own and begin forming in whatever way its naturally compelled to through a form of growth process that develops it into a progression of evolving forms as a kind of unfolding process or state of “becoming”.

Once it takes on a life of its own and begins forming of its own volition, it begins revealing hidden aspects of itself to us as the “receiving” of knowledge that’s acquired by witnessing and watching it. In this way we acknowledge what’s in us as our true nature that forms the nature of our inquiry as a desire to know more about something as a form of curiosity that directs our attention into it, penetrates and activates it, perpetuating the process which becomes a form of self-discovery. We begin by forming an idea as a symbolic image that connects us to that same idea as a principle in the higher realm of knowledge that exists in its potential state, creating an open channel of free-flowing consciousness that gives us knowledge by forming it “inside” of us as the “receptacle” for it. Through deep states of concentration, we become the receptor for higher knowledge through the faculty of our own imagination as our mind’s eye, or what’s traditionally referred to as our third-eye or Pineal gland, which is our tuning and receiving device as a transmission between parallel dimensions through the transmission and formation of Astral Light as symbolic forms.

 
We can learn to recognize the difference between fantasy and actual spiritual transmission, because fantasy is self-produced, and is a product of our own mind as a form of wishful thinking that has no foundation in reality in terms of natural laws, and is constructed completely out of our current level of knowledge as memory of some form. Higher knowledge comes as a form of education where we see and learn things we didn’t know before that couldn’t emerge out of our minds paradigm, and is usually the expression of universal law as archetypes. The education isn’t in the feeling or imagining itself, but in the laws governing its formation and animating its behavior. It teaches us the nature of law itself as a chain-of-association or evolving imagery all governed by and an offspring of the same principle, that teaches us how to recognize law no matter what form it takes on through the quality and characteristics of its form and the operation it performs through its behavior or the personality being expressed by “how” it’s behaving.

 
These universal laws are the same laws that not only form and govern the entire Natural world, but also form and govern our individual mind, and provide us with the tools necessary for creating by intentionally operating our mind with a sense of full awareness. They provide us with formulas for creative processes. They always come as the demonstration of law as form, function, and order, which acts as a model or concept that allows us to gain an understanding of it, that’s necessary for being able to utilize it at the practical level. Communication from the higher realm of consciousness is non-personal (universal and objective), and always acts to teach, instruct, and guide us with the knowledge necessary to create whatever it is we’re wishing for in our own life by learning to work by way the laws that govern our mind. Our mind has the ability to work through the elements that make up the Astral plane to shape our reality by reprogramming our subconscious mind with new memory that evolves it into new forms of expression and ways of being.

The only ability God or our Higher-Self has of working directly within the material plane is by working “through us”, by becoming one with us in mind and body. By receiving and accurately interpreting the knowledge handed down, reforming our mind by way of it producing new perceptions, interpretation and actions in the world. We pull down or draw into us the upper plane by becoming one and the same with it in mind and body. To become one with God, is to become God in-form. It’s to be in-formed by God. It’s to become “god-like” in mind and actions. To use laws as the consciousness of God to form our expressions and create our experiences, which remolds our subconscious mind as our soul.

 
Our creative ability lies in how we use our imagination by shaping Astral Light into conceptualizations that become internal representations as virtual memory that provides the subconscious with templates for creating new types of experiences as outer realities that match our inner realities. We enter into a state of communion with our higher source through deep levels of concentration, where we become one with an idea, and step into it, penetrating it through a desire to “know it” through the perspective of being it. We become the channel through which knowledge flows into the world as laws that create realities that form new memories that serve to propagate the ideas inherent in mass-consciousness, or more accurately in the “collective unconscious”. Through prayer as meditation, the self-conscious (thinking-verbal mind) connects to the higher conscious (archetypal-whole ideas) through the subconscious which acts as the passive medium between the two. By subduing the conscious “thinking” and willing mind as internal dialogue, and becoming fully present, we open up a two-way flow as the inquiry that stimulates the answer as a demonstration formed as an internal reality, which acts as a metaphor or allegory for how to apply it.

 
By learning to understand the language of metaphor and allegory as ideas and stories that are the living demonstration of laws and principles, we can learn to recognize it as its being played out all around us in our everyday life. We can also get a feel for how to apply it in our own life, in order to create by way of it. It teaches us to recognize the invisible forces that are always motivating activity and producing our behaviors. It develops our intuition, which is the only way we receive knowledge from the spiritual plane as “whole ideas” which come as a form of knowing, without an explanations for how we know. It comes as recognition of the relationship that exists between the known and unknown worlds. Between the invisible and visible realms. Between God and humanity.

Conscious Programming – “The Art of Self-Creation”

The conscious aspect of the mind has the ability to program the subconscious mind, yet we have to first realize that they actually speak (work by) different languages. The conscious mind is abstract and thinks in terms of verbal language as words that lack behavior as actualizing, whereas the subconscious mind is experiential and emotional in nature and speaks in terms of pictures and sensory images as life-like realities that mimic actual memories. The conscious mind programs the subconscious (body awareness) through the imagination as an inner vision that transforms an abstract idea into a conceptualized reality. The imagination as the mind’s eye takes a basic idea, and through the process of applying it to a specific situation or set of circumstances, reinterprets it by personalizing it. We imagine it “as if” we were actually experiencing it as a real life situation. This creates the idea as a living pattern equivalent to a memory, which the subconscious uses to produce behavior that “acts out” the same scenario as a real life experience.

 
By imagining the desired idea as a reality, we not only create a pattern for application, but also create it as a believable possibility that we simultaneously identify with through the enactment. This creates the desired reality as an inner reality that the subconscious superimposes on the outer reality, organizing and reinterpreting it accordingly. The mind constructs realities by how it composes ideas to give them meaning. The meaning we give an idea determines how we experience it. Meaning shapes experience. It takes the imagined reality as an actual experience, which integrates and incorporates it through an accumulative effect that modifies the current paradigm as a system of beliefs based on memory (living realities) as a unification of the physical with the spiritual that provides a new template for generating thematic realities as analogous correspondences. It creates experiences that are of the same nature as a form of theme.

We take an abstract idea as a universal theme, and create an inner reality as a template that produces a frequency that’s used to magnetize and organize the outer reality as being of a similar nature. It won’t be exactly the same as the inner imagining, because it can only use elements in the immediate environment that are of the same frequency and therefore lend themselves to telling the same type of story. The outer experience will be of the same nature and basic idea of the imagined reality based on what’s available in the immediate environment that can be used to orchestrate the experience as a congruent theme.

 
Ideas, as feeling experiences, represent a vibratory frequency that attracts what is of the same nature and therefore has the same inherent tendencies that can be used to express the same idea as a joint reality. Whatever is of a different frequency, likewise, is simultaneously repelled. We only “see” ourselves (what matches our paradigm) in others and our environment, even though many other possibilities coexist within the same space and time. What is of the same nature as us we not only notice and give attention to (it stands out), we simultaneously allow to enter into us (energetic sympathy), stimulating an inner reaction (resonance) to it as a result. This is what we refer to as chemistry that produces a natural interaction based on an affinity of sorts.

 
When we allow ideas to readily and willingly be introduced into our mind, and take hold by thinking about them, we are allowing ourselves to be “programmed” by others or an external source. We then become subject to it because it acts to “tune us” to the same vibratory frequency as a joint reality that we create inward using our own mind. We allow ourselves to be determined – created – by outside forces. This is the result of the subconscious and passive aspect of the mind as our animalistic (body) nature that can be readily trained and domesticated by outside influences that we align with and allow to control us. We are influenced by another mind that imposes a direct influence on us, dominates by introducing an active force as an idea that’s willingly accepted by our passive and receptive mind, that controls us by absorbing and commanding our will.

When we give our will to the service of another by conforming to them, they act to control us and determine our behavior, which also shapes our identity accordingly. We enter into a sympathetic relationship with them, and through suggestion that acts to modify and manipulate our inner reality, we respond to them in a very predictable way. They train us to behave in a certain way by how they interact with us. Through the emotional quality of their communication, which acts as the hook for seating ideas in the imagination, allowing them to take hold long enough to develop them into personal realities by thinking about them in a compulsive manner. They “give us” emotional thoughts that are theirs, and we adopt them and then act to develop them as our own. This forms the basis of what we refer to as the “group mind” which is ultimately a form of subliminal mind entrainment designed to train people to certain types of behavior that they mistaken for their own.

 
Once we understand how we use our mind to self-create by creating internal realities that become the living patterns for outer realities of the same nature, we can withdraw our mental and emotional power from the group mind, and use our imagination to self-create in unique and individual ways instead. We can program our own mind and body by creating inner experiences of our desired reality, then enhancing them with sensory details, while infusing them with very positive emotions that magnetize them by making them compelling. Positive attracts and grows, negative repels and diminishes. To “become” by growing ourselves, is achieved through positive and active means, while allowing our negative, self-sabotaging aspects to fall away and subside, because we no longer keep them alive in our imagination. Fill your mind constantly with what you desire to experience and how you want to feel as a result. Sense yourself in very desirable ways that will shape your identity accordingly and will form your character as the means of bringing ideas into physical form as experiences that are self-perpetuated and performed by you!
