The Chakra System Provides us with a Model for Using our Mind to Heal our Body

The Chakra system of the subtle body gives us a “model for creating” from a dual perspective as the movement of energy that’s both descending as spirit into matter, and matter ascending back into spirit. The creative process works from both angles because it’s the continuous flow of the same thing. When energy as vibration is descending from a higher plane, it comes in a unified form that divides and propagates as aspects of itself that form stages of development as a kind of growth process of an idea becoming a material form and reality. There are no “individual or independent” operations slated to each chakra as many believe, but rather a unified idea that steadily takes on physical properties and becomes something specific as an actual material reality. It’s the system through which an idea manifests as an equivalent physical correspondence or analogy.

What originates as an archetype or “ideal” is a form of prototype or general template as more of a theme, which holds the infinite potential of that idea as a wave-form (crown chakra has a thousand petals), enters into the individual mind and body system, where a form of natural selection takes place that accesses certain aspects of potential that correlate with it, and through a series of interference patterns as a process of adaptation based on the unique relationship that thematic idea forms with the individual character that’s acting as a vehicle for it to come into an actual form of expression, it’s modified, and the wave is “collapsed” around one possibility (limitation is imposed), which is brought into expression to produce the reality as its physical form.

The crown chakra is where the idea, which has already penetrated and been absorbed and inducted into the mind as the subtle energy field that surrounds and in-forms the body, as a “whole idea” that contains all aspects required for creating in a unified manner, enters the body.  It’s received into the 3rd-Eye of the sixth chakra as an inspired vision or imagined reality (similar to a memory) that has both optical and audio properties (6th chakra is represented as two petals). It comes as an imagined thought that’s accompanied by an inner voice. As the voice speaks a vision is formed as the meaning of the words spoken as a material reality. This inner voice (5th chakra) and imagined reality becomes the basis of what we call “thought”, which when beheld and dwelled in, forms feelings as sensations as it descends into the heart center. These feeling sensations of the imagined idea act as a form of vibratory programming for the subconscious mind of the body, and is what “connects us” to that same type of reality in everything around us in the material world of formation.

The potential reality as an imagined, sensory and life-like reality produces emotion as the chemistry of the body as it descends into the solar plexus, which adjusts the biological body to the same “state” (vibratory quality) as the idea. The emotions are produced as a reaction to our visual thoughts, and unlike the feelings of the heart that are felt both inside and out as a connection to the material world outside of us, emotions are felt with intensity within the body as a strong stimulation that’s arousing and brings the body into an active state in response to the thought. This strong arousal and pronounced activity within the body takes place as the emotion enters the sexual-generative center of the second chakra, which is creative in nature, and what produces action as behaviors of some form as it enters the root chakra, and acts to bring the idea into expression as an experience by producing an effect as the reality of the thought. Once an idea is acted on, it steadily manifests as not only our inner reality, but also our outer reality. This is how ideas become rooted in reality as the personal creation of those who serve as the vehicle and conduit for actualizing them.

Because this process begins in the brain, the point in the body where ideas are received in full sensory terms, then broken down and distributed to the body itself for manifesting, the brain is attributed as being what “generates” the ideas as a primal form of consciousness. Yet all material form only acts as a passive receptor and instrument for consciousness, which operates it by informing, instructing, and animating it. Consciousness, like everything else that emerges from it, is dual in nature as both a passive and active component. Matter is the passive aspect of consciousness that acts as a form of “shell” or dead form for spirit to inhabit and give life to as a “living being” with a personality and subconscious mind. So the body is the means through which creation takes place as the active expression of consciousness (the Soul).

This same process as an infinite flow of energy that forms a kind of “feedback loop”, which allows the soul to witness its own creation, takes place through a form of reverse engineering. In the ascending flow of energy from the lower to the higher mind, a behavior or action of some kind arouses and stimulates us with a strong emotion, which then produces a feeling sensation as a form of reflection that activates a memory as a visual and verbal idea that provides an “automatic pattern” for creating as a reality. In this orientation and movement, the emotion and feeling produce the imagined thought, instead of the imagined thought producing the emotion and behavior. One originates as a conscious and willful movement, the other originates as an unconscious and automatic movement. Both are equally creative in nature and serve as correspondences to each other because our thoughts are what create the programs as memory of the subconscious mind. These programs habituate us to emotions that keep us in an aroused state, forming the basis for what affects us and causes an automatic, knee-jerk reaction as an emotional charge that makes us go unconscious and act in an automatic, thoughtless fashion.

All of our reactions, ultimately, come as the result of how we’ve consistently programmed ourselves over a period of time with our own thoughts that formed our memories as a product of our conditioning. Our memories are formed by how we interpreted events through emotional perceptions as the reality we formed around them based on what we told ourselves about them that gave them the meaning they have. All things only mean what we make them mean by the story we tell ourselves about them. This process of feelings that are received from the environment that act to prompt an emotion as an active arousal, which in turn produces an automatic behavior, is how the instinctual realm of the plant and animal kingdom operate. When we bypass the intellectual capacity as the ability to reason, discriminate, and form our own interpretations as a function of the conscious mind, and live instead out of emotions that form illusions as memories that produce automatic behaviors in us, we live in much the same manner as an animal out of a primarily unconscious state.

The intelligent capacities of the Higher, creative Mind, represented by the three upper chakras (voice, vision, idea, and will), has the ability to work through, direct, and ultimately program the lower, subconscious mind of the body, represented by the four lower chakras, all of which are physical in nature, and more specifically the lower three, with the fourth  heart chakra being what bridges and acts as a pathway between the higher and lower planes, and the inner and outer of the material plane. Information is received from the higher plane of archetypal ideas as original thought from the crown and head, forming a vertical motion of up and down, whereas information from the “same plane” (material plane), is received through the heart, and forms a horizontal , as a back and forth, inner and outer movement. When we only live out of our feelings and emotions, stimulated from outer events, others, or in response to thinking as memories of some form, we bypass the intellectual capacity and live out of an unconscious, auto-pilot state of being controlled and determined in much the same way a puppet is operated by a series of strings, or in a remote control fashion, with others constantly being in control of the remote.

The model laid out as a creative process by the chakra system as a hierarchical structure, provides us with the key and method for employing to work in a conscious and deliberate manner with our own subconscious mind and body to alter and transform our physical body and reality. The subconscious mind doesn’t have the ability to generate and produce reality as an “original creation”, but relies instead on memory which it uses as the basis for creating more realities of the same nature and kind. A memory acts as a preformed pattern or theme that’s used as a template to produce fractal patterns of the same nature as a replication or consistent type of story that produces the same type of experiences over and over, varied only by the uniqueness of the circumstances, situations, and relationships being used to create them. It simply plays out the same ideas over and over in a habitual manner, and produces and maintains the condition of the body as its equivalent and of the same nature and condition.

Whatever story we tell ourselves about our self and life, we become in form. Our mental paradigm is what produces all of our perceptions, which is an interpretation that we use to create our experiences that then determines how we behave, and simply acts in all situations to generate more of it self. It’s only modified from its habitual tendencies through the introduction of an original idea, that’s delivered in its original state as an imagined reality and inner voice, that “gives it” a pre-made idea as a virtual memory that it can use in place of an actual memory to produce the reality of the idea by “becoming it” in body and actions.

In this same fashion, the subconscious of the body, often referred to as the heart, can be given direction on what and how to manifest based on visualization of the process desired as a reality and by talking to it, explaining the process and how it works, and how it’s going to benefit from it. A sense of pleasure and positive emotion needs to be connected to the idea as what the reality will naturally produce. Thought as an idea (replicates a memory) must be translated into the feeling and emotion that’s the equivalent of the idea because it’s what actually produces the behavior or motivation (arousal) of the subconscious. Emotion is the motivating force as the chemistry of the body that forms all of its biological processes. Emotion comes as the stimulation of the Endocrine glands – the master of which is the Pineal and Pituitary body that act together to regulate all others as a unified operation – that produce hormones as messengers that alter the “state of the body” and activate certain processes by turning some aspects on while turning others off, in much the same way DNA operates. It’s only through coherence of the brain and heart (conscious and subconscious) as an idea and its emotional equivalent that manifestation and transformation naturally takes place.

A thought that’s not properly translated through a sensory reality that produces the emotion of the idea, doesn’t manifest because it doesn’t work to alter and regulate the chemistry of the body to produce the actions necessary. It’s only an idea imagined as a full sensory reality that’s “felt as being real”, that provides a process or operation for transformation as a form of instructions or direction that invoke an emotional response as altering and producing the physical equivalent as the production and distribution of hormones that transforms how the body regenerates itself. It produces the chemical messengers as the information and instructions necessary to alter DNA sequences and neuro-pathways that change how the body regenerates and performs.

While we tend think that what we call “reality” is something that exists separate and independent of us, the fact is reality results from our perception of it. How reality “appears to us”, what we see and comprehend and what we don’t see or fail to recognize all together, is based on our ability to perceive and conceive of it. While we also tend to believe that perception is a product of our brain or heart, in fact, we perceive with our whole being, with both our mind and full body as a unified state and cohesive system. Just as we think with our whole body, in which every organ of our body produces neurotransmitters, and performs different aspects of thinking and perceiving, we also perceive the outer world through the lens of the inner world. Whatever ideas we “program” ourselves (subconscious and self-conscious) with, shape our paradigm, which produces an equivalent and corresponding outer reality as its expression and personal creation. Every individual perceives the same objective reality in a unique, different, and individual way. It’s only by changing our mind and body through the introduction and development of new and original ideas that we reprogram our subconscious to be able to perceive those ideas as a natural part of our outer reality. By changing ourselves, our whole world changes accordingly.

Development is based on Growth that Activates Latent Potential – “What we speak to, we call Forth in Others”

vp eye

“What we speak to, we call Forth as a Joint-Reality”

In any person or entity (group, business, or organization) we can only grow or increase what we already possess in terms of latent potential that’s not being utilized. We don’t grow or expand our range of expression by figuring out what we don’t have or what’s missing, then trying to figure out the means to acquire it. Everything we need to fulfill our destiny, is already present in us, and simply needs to be awakened and developed through practice of some sort. When trouble shooting a situation, it’s not about finding what’s wrong and fixing it, which always introduces doubt and undermines confidence, it’s about finding what talent or ability is inherent in the situation (or person), that’s not being fully utilized. In utilizing the untapped potential as action and behavior that the potential implies, the problems simply go away and don’t even need to be pointed out or addressed.

How we orientate ourselves in any situation determines our process. Perspective always determines approach. What we look for we find. What we expect, we act unconsciously to create. What we talk too, and talk about, we create as a joint reality. What we talk “to” in others, we stimulate, bring out in them as mental and emotional impressions, that call forth the reality in them as a means of planting a seeded idea in them, that we then grow and develop into a certain dynamic through our interaction with them that shapes it into an idea or belief that becomes a story of some kind. Usually without ever recognizing that they didn’t naturally perceive that reality and wasn’t acting to create it until we suggested it, and convinced them to agree with us. Once we give the suggestion as an idea, and begin growing and developing it by how we interact with them by how we present the idea, we get others to agree with us by being able to see the same thing the same way we do, and they begin unknowingly cooperating in creating the same reality as a joint experience.

balance energy
We’re always acting on others to shape them according to us. Teaching them how to be like us, and to share in our story about things. To buy into and agree with our psychology by sharing our reality as a means of validating and supporting it. Our paradigm as our model of the world, determines what we see, and also what eludes us. We can only “see” what’s of the same nature and can be explained or meaningfully interpreted using our model. What’s not the same we either transform by how we interpret it or we fail to recognize it all together. We only see aspects of ourselves in others, and act through resonance to stimulate and make active in them the same aspects by how we interact with them. By how we behave, what we say, and how we say it. The attitude we employ at any given moment, effects everyone around us by first awakening the same emotional state in them as a correspondence to us, then how we treat them that stimulate mental images as memories that work together to form an inner representation as an experience of us associated to a past experience of some sort. How they experience us forms an association that serves to trigger an automatic reaction anytime they’re near us, or at the mere thought of us. If the association is positive, they gravitate towards us and feel better when we’re around. If the association is negative, they try to avoid us, and become anxious or uncomfortable when we’re around.

“A person may not remember your name or what you do . . . but they’ll always remember how you made them feel”

When we approach people and situations with an attitude of fault-finding delivered as some form of criticism or pointing out their errors (according to our opinion) it always undermines confidence and introduces self-doubt that will actually act to perpetuate the problem. Psychologically this acts to increase the tendency to make errors through second-guessing themselves, or out of fear of trying. If instead we identify the error and what should be done instead as a solution or what will naturally resolve the error as a correct behavior, and we take an attitude of teaching by demonstrating the desired behavior, with an attitude of creating understanding, we create a positive experience that reinforces confidence and improves performance. By creating positive growth-oriented experiences, we bond with others in a way that instills trust and a deep sense of loyalty.

Through a fundamental understanding of psychology and the creative process indicated through natural laws of the mind (reality), and our ability to apply that knowledge to our everyday situation by how we conduct our lives, we can create and deliberately construct instead of acting in a destructive manner without any direct awareness that that’s what we’re actually doing. True intelligence is the understanding of law as patterns with distinct behaviors in them that function in predictable ways and give us a process for creating by working in the world by way of law strategically building them into our psychology through the dedicated practice that develops our style in accordance to them. To align with the greater will, is to operate through law which governs all life within the physical domain, and creates intelligently as a result.

Archetypes – “Universal Themes that Form Individual Expression”

embodied

Once we fully understand the nature of what we call “archetypes” we can immediately understand how powerful they are as creative tools. An archetype is what we call an original universal pattern or model from which things of the same kind are copied or fashioned – a kind of prototype. They contain inherent unconscious patterns that form a whole series of interconnected correspondences as feelings that stimulate thoughts of the same nature, that stimulate corresponding emotions, which form images in the imagination, that form movie-like scenarios as thematic story-lines, etc. Archetypes are vibratory frequencies as qualities that are universally present in individual psyches. Qualities that form human characteristics as a personality that lends themselves to telling certain types of stories.

Anytime we talk about vibrations or vibratory frequencies, these can be thought of or equated to attributes and qualities that form physical characteristics that have natural behaviors inherent in them. Qualities form our basic personality as our character, which gives birth to our identity, out of which “like” behavior is a natural by-product. We say that it is impossible for people to act/behave outside of their identity. This is because all action requires a mental concept as a pattern or behavioral strategy in order to be acted out. Our identity is our self-concept, our sense of ourselves that is shaped as a correspondence to our personality. Our personality is formed through the relationship of our soul with our body, which is a cluster of archetypes that exist as vibratory frequencies that are a form of harmonic composure. Our character forms our identity that naturally acts out a whole pattern that is comprised of a series of fractal patterns as an expression of the qualities it embodies.

Archetypes shape the tendencies that govern and ultimately determine behavior in terms of types and themes that are played out as a story-line or living drama. The Zodiac, in its original form, was laid out as constellations that identified archetypes that governed periods of time as determined by the constellations as heavenly bodies (as above, so below). The twelve months of a year serves as a mini-model of the great cycle represented in the Mayan calendar that tracks ages with distinct personalities. Not only does the processional equinox for the change of seasons fall on the 21st of each month, but so does the transition from one star-sign to another. Each month represents one sign, and a whole cycle is 12 signs. The archetype that governs each sign creates tendencies of a certain nature within the individual as lived out under certain conditions and circumstances as they exist in relationship to everything else. While we tend to only look at the archetype of our birth month, the fact of the matter is, we have a combination of all traits in a dynamic formula of degrees and potency (variations) that correspond to houses as different areas of our life where these traits will be expressed and bear the greatest influence. We are not comprised of one or two archetypes, but rather form a unique pattern as a dynamic combination of several archetypes.

earthmother

So archetypes that govern the grand cycles of time indicate the unconscious patterns that will not only influence individuals, but will also form larger themes as family, community and cultural tendencies that will be acted out within that same time frame also. We are born into certain times and locations because the greater pattern serves perfectly to produce the smaller patterns of the same nature or likeness. Individual Karma is being served through family karma, which is being served through community, being served through cultural . . . being served through planetary . . . and even universally. Reality consists of a series of smaller patterns of the same nature nested within larger patterns. The larger patterns of society which are subtle in nature, serve to condition the smaller individual patterns born into them.

This is why we say you are doing exactly what you are meant to do – that your life is the perfect enactment that is first allowing you to recognize your inner experience, identify repeated patterns, and make new decisions that will reestablish the natural balance, producing inner harmony with your external experience. Any area of your life in which you are experiencing inner turmoil, is showing you an area of karmic significance in which you have the ability to make new decisions, or intentionally interject opposing qualities that serve to alter the vibration by equalizing it and bring it into a complimentary expression. Archetypes, like all living forces, exist in polarity of opposites that are complimentary in Nature, meaning they’re opposite roles in the same dynamic and serve to stimulate each other. If an archetypal quality is being expressed negatively, the way to heal it is to intentionally express the positive aspects, which will shift the vibration from an extreme back into an equilibrated and more balanced state. Anytime we go to extremes, we create an imbalance. All healing is correcting an imbalance and restoring harmony to the organic living system.

activateBy way of the holographic effect, we know that the way to heal a group or community is done the same way we heal ourselves. The microcosm is a correspondence to the macrocosm. We heal the world, the same way we heal ourselves. If we want to bring peace into the world, we do it by cultivating peace in our own life. If we want to heal the Earth, we employ earth-friendly practices in our own daily lifestyle. By discovering the secrets to self-healing . . . . we simultaneously discover the secrets to global healing. We never have to look outside ourselves for answers. Everything we need . . . is within us waiting to be discovered and tapped into. Our own mind-body system is a symbolic correspondence to the Universe. They are both constructed and operated via the same Universal laws. The part contains the whole, and the whole is comprised of the part.

Archetypes are Universal patterns that create the channel for personal expression of a universal theme as a unique variation based on how it’s reinterpreted through the individual paradigm to form a new variation as a personal reality. The Tarot, a Divinatory Art, offers a rich education in the symbolic nature of archetypes as a full system of correspondences that lay out both positive and negative expressions of the same qualities. In this lies the most profound secrets to self-development, healing and restoring your soul back to a natural state of equilibrium and Harmony. The secret to healing is an in-depth understanding of the law of Sympathies, and our ability to apply them in a precise and deliberate manner to transform how our system is currently expressing, to form a new expression.

Pineal Gland – The Spiritual Experience of Conscious Dreaming

waves

Often when we talk about envisioning, soul journeying, or spiritual experience, many don’t know for sure what it is or what the terms actually mean in the real sense. Here my goal is to simply describe the basic nature of the mystical experience in terms of the energetic hallucinations that are a natural function of the imagination when being used with greater abilities. Everybody’s experience varies to a certain degree and some have distinct personal styles of envisioning just as we have unique and varying mental perceptions of normal day-to-day reality. I am only giving a basic idea as a means of comprehending what the experience might be like.

I will give basic terminology “meaning” simply as a means of creating distinctions for greater understanding of how it actually operates. The descriptions are not the things themselves, but simply the ideas used to illustrate the nature of the experience as if you were actually having it. Anytime we are attempting to describe what lacks description, a vague approximation as a representation must always be considered and applied in the practical sense. We must get a ‘feel” for, or sense what we’re talking about. It’s only important that you understand so that you will know when you are actually having the experience. Like most forms of intuition, chances are you are doing it to a certain extent naturally as part of your human nature and simply don’t realize that’s what it is. Like most things if we don’t have some sort of direct training on or around an idea, or don’t have anybody to talk to about it, we are always left somewhat guessing and wondering, while never really knowing for sure. The more training we have, the more knowledge we gain about a subject, the more we begin seeing it all around us and know how to interact with it in a meaningful way. The first step to mastery at any level is education and obtaining knowledge that can be practiced accurately and with immediate results.

We must start by realizing that the most basic principle of the Universe is that of Evolution. Everything is in motion and a constant state of fluctuating as “becoming”. All energy and life-forms in the energetic realm of the astral plane (which we experience during meditation) move and flow through rhythmic movements that form a basic entrainment that serves to align the whole system through a natural form of rapport – resonance as energetic sympathy, where energy as information that enters into essence of some form and creates an effect. The nature of the energy as a “quality of consciousness” creates a analogous (like) form. Follow this basic procedure for starting any kind of meditation or hypnosis designed to stimulate and open the third-eye or Pineal gland.

universal mind

Sit in a reclined position or lie down in a comfortable position. Systematically relax your body through a basic relaxation technique. Then scan your body for any areas you might still be holding tension in, and consciously relax it by intending it. Tell it to relax, and then allow it. Close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, the sound of your breath, the movement of your chest up, and down, rising and falling, and notice that the air you inhale is cool and dry, and as you exhale it is warm and moist. As you begin merging with your breath, sense your heart beat. Then simply observe the rhythm of your breath with the beat of your heart, and notice that just by placing your attention on both of them, they begin forming synchronicity. Continue breathing, listening to your heartbeat and relaxing your body. Don’t try to control the process, simply allow. Inside, find the center of your head, then create a spacious feeling around it. Place your attention straight ahead betwee your eyebrows, and slightly above eye-level. You should feel a slight strain in your eyes from the angle. Just relax into it by allowing it.

Notice that in the darkness you may not see much in terms of shapes, but maybe various saturation as patterns of black to grey. There maybe be clouded areas that take on colors, or simply seem grayish against the black background. You may notice a dark spot or “hole” that either begins a swirling motion around it, or slowly forms into an eye, then fades and disappears. You may see the eye from different angles and various perspectives. You may notice pinpoints of light that resemble stars or form into constellations. They may be whitish or take on colors, or perhaps have rainbow-like halos.

eternity

Keep your attention focused in your third eye, the spot between your eyebrows in the lower part of your forehead. If it wanders, simply bring it back and continue to focus. If you find yourself allowing one of the thoughts to take hold and begin forming into a conceptual reality, simply refocus your attention to the center of your head and allow the thoughts to simply move by in a stream-like motion. Don’t try to make anything happen, or anticipate what’s going to happen, but simply allow your mind to feel spacious, vast and extremely open. Create the feeling of empty space. Imagine it like an open arena or large stage. You are not the director or writer of the play, simply the observer. The audience. You will allow whatever unfolds to entertain you. Reveal itself to you while you simply watch.

You may notice wave-like motions forming that either sweep from bottom to top, left to right or a combination of both. It may start as clouds or misty concentrations, much like nebula in space, or more like moving sensations with no real distinction. More like impressions that forms evolving patterns. You will notice some sort or a rhythmic pattern that rises up, expands into a flowing motion, fully expresses, and then dissipates. Simply watch it without attempting to control it. Create a kind of appreciation or admiration around it. Enjoy it and give it your full attention.

The movement may begin taking on prismatic colors that fluctuate and shimmer as it unfolds. The designs or patterns may begin taking on crisp, geometric patterning at the height of there expression and be a primary dominate color. These geometric patterns that are flowing in wave-like or spiraling motions may start taking on the qualities of distinct objects or features. Either primary shapes, shapes of certain objects, or distinct symbolic objects that are readily recognizable. Again, simply surrender to the flow of energy and do not attempt to control or determine it. Simply watch and allow it. Be fully present with it.

angelic being

These patterns may start forming into either images of people, animals or full images of some sort. They may be a combination of human features, mixed with animals with areas of objects or patterning of some sort. As you watch, you may notice they become more and more distinct. Continuing with the wave-like, flowing, or spiraling movement, you may notice that they evolve through various combinations of human and animalistic characteristics. They may also evolve through different age groups, races, gender or move distinctly into humans with animal parts and strange features. It may seem as if you are watching the same essence or energy cluster evolving through various lifetimes and the forms each of those lives entailed. You may seem to notice how masculine images have inherent feminine qualities and how the feminine posses masculine qualities.

Sometimes it seems like you see landscapes, places, buildings or activities of some sort. When the images become crisp and fully developed they may begin taking on a distinct holographic appearance with shimmering, fluctuating or lustrous prismatic colors. Some may seem almost recognizable as someone you know, or resemble a clear rendition of a mythological or archetypal figure. Some seem pretty, beautiful and intriguing, while others seem demonic, disturbing or grotesque. They may evolve through a series of unfoldment that includes all of them. Some appear to have gross features, shadowy qualities and glowing eyes, others resembles angels that seem powerful and passionate, more like artistic ideas. You will notice that the demonic, grotesque images do not invoke fear of any kind, but seem to almost be beautiful in a different sort of way. You will begin losing fear as a response to various life-forms. You’ll develop the ability to view beauty and ugliness with the same internal response.

As you observe these images in detail you may start noticing energy in your body. It may come as distinct sensations like a sinking feeling, bubbly, having trouble breathing, or it may be a distinct sexual arousal that follows the flowing quality of the image. You may notice certain parts of your body with distinct sensory sensations as hot, buzzy, tingly, cool, or hot inside and cold outside. You may experience arousal that moves down your legs and out the bottom of your feet in flushing, wave-like or streaking, flaring motions. You may feel a tingling sensation as energetic rushes, or feel waves of goose-bumps. You may feel what seems like pin-pricks or distinct discharges or penetration of some sort. The energy may move upwards in the same fashion. If it moves into your third-eye, your thought/visionary process it can create an erotic feeling of flushing euphoria that is similar to a low-grade orgasm. It will quicken your thoughts and noticeably seem to excite them, change their nature and the feeling quality of their expression. This is the chemical reaction to the thoughts rising in you as a natural correspondence.

soul light

If you feel sexually aroused, or almost as if you are going to have an orgasm of some sort, don’t let it freak-you out, it’s quite normal and will serve as a distinct benefit to making it a point to meditate more often. (smiling) This is the experience of what we refer to as the “kundalini” energy that resides at the base of your spine as the sexual energy that when aroused, rises up through the energetic system of the body creating an aroused sensation that promotes vitality and positive state-of-mind associated with the pleasure centers of the body that are often called “bliss”. You may even feel the sensation of being “entered” into physically and filled up if you’re a woman, or the pleasure that comes from filling up, if you’re a man. It’s the experience of merging and expanding into energetically. Keep in mind that this type of practice is what led the Sufi’s to write erotic love-poems to God, the Beloved.

The more you practice, the easier it gets, the more readily it comes, and you develop your ability to hold greater and greater amounts of physical pleasure in your body for extended periods of time without feeling overwhelmed and needing to discharge it. Like all things it takes dedicated practice over a life-time. Once you begin experiencing the benefits of deeper forms of meditation, you may become almost addicted to it. Like the endorphins as pleasure-chemistry created from exercise.

After these types of practices, you will never again wonder why Shamans and Magi’s dress the way they do, or what the Native American rituals were all about. You will understand through experience what the term “shape-shifting” means and where it came from, why it is a Universal theme. You will understand gargoyles and strange symbolic totems. Through this Universal experience of dynamic energy that has all the natural qualities that shape physical characteristics, you might even start desiring to change your personal style to take on less of a domesticated look, and instead choose a more natural, wild approach.

This practice will also help you to form immediate and natural rapport with Nature and all Living Beings. It creates the experience of feeling a deep connection to all of life. The experience itself acts to realign your whole system into a more organic and free-flowing structure. You will feel calm, confident and cultivate a kind of inner contentment. Peace of Mind that is based on passion and a devotion to all of life and Mother Earth. You will fall in love with life itself and begin rejoicing at the simplest of things. The magic of life, becomes normal. The ordinary takes on a sense of extraordinary through enhanced sensory experiences that make them seem erotically vivid and intensely alive!

The Nature of Thoughts – “Do we Think them, or do they Think Us?”

Thoughts are an interesting phenomenon when you really stop to become aware them. Most of us don’t really perceive having any real control over our thoughts, which tend to run through our mind in a habitual and automatic manner. We’re simply always thinking about something, and tend to think the same type of thoughts over and over in a repetitious and unconscious manner. In this sense it’s as if we are tuned into a frequency of those thoughts, and they are thinking for us, through us, as us. The “type” of thoughts that we are programmed with (think about routinely), we usually pick-up from our environment through various forms of suggestion that activate memory of some sort as imagined thought processes that work “through” us, and on us, to create us. We become what we think about. This process takes place largely at a purely unconscious level, not only in the sense that we’re typically unaware of our own thoughts (in the real sense) but more importantly, that we are unaware of the fact that we can actually direct our thoughts and intentionally think about certain things in certain ways, at will.

In meditation, the initial stage is going within, shutting out the outside world, relaxing the body (memory as unconscious programs are held in the body as tension), and calming our mind. What we usually find is that we’re usually in the process of a constant stream of thoughts, most of which are random in the sense that we go from one thing to another in a sporadic fashion, and a large percentage of our thoughts are meaningless in the ultimate sense because they’re a scene from a movie we watched, lyrics to a song, something somebody said or did to us, and we jump around from topic to topic almost like a form of mental anxiety or hyperactivity that fails to concentrate or think deeply on any one subject or idea, but instead skims the surface as a shallow reflection that’s based on surface appearances or emotional charges. In this we can “observe” our thoughts without allowing any of them to take hold by fixating our mind on them and diverting into a tangent as a mini thought-process, and instead simply notice what they are as they remain in a free-flow state. Instead of entering into the thoughts themselves forming a subjective perspective of being in them having them as an experience, we stand back, remain detached and form an objective perspective and imagine them as a stream moving by in front of us and just observe them while letting them continue to flow.

Once you’re able to do this, you can realize that you actually have the ability to choose what you think about, focus your mind, and concentrate on a subject or idea penetrating it causing deeper and deeper realizations around it. When we concentrate on ideas, and start by thinking about them in terms of what we currently know about them, it prompts a process that’s like a continuous form of growth or systematic unfolding, that begins revealing new aspects of the idea that we didn’t know before, bringing insight into it as knowledge about it. In this way we literally become receptive of knowledge. Knowledge is revealed to us through a form of observation (witnessing faculty) that’s transmitted and received through entering into the flow of the idea, and becoming one with it. By focusing our mind on it, we enter into rapport with it, and it comes “through us” as a form of visual transmission as a tuning device. We tune into the idea as a form of wave-length, enter into the flow of it through concentration, and we become “it” in thought as a direct experience of it.

Our mind is our most powerful means of learning through direct experience, not only in the outer sense of having a physical experience, but also in the inner sense of becoming a receiver for information by tuning into it with a sense of curiosity or love for it that makes us a magnet for it. Intelligence as information or ideas exists in the energetic realm as pure vibratory frequency that is tuned into by holding an idea of that frequency in our mind while concentrating deeply on it. Our attention is a stimulating and antagonistic force that not only directs life force energy into whatever we’re thinking about, animating it and bringing it to life inside of us, but it also animates vibratory patterns (ideas) that are of the energetic realm that exists in a constant state of becoming.

The spiritual realm is unformed because it remains alive and in an evolutionary flow of constant transformation through endless variations of itself based on the adaptations it undergoes in relationships that it forms with everything else, which modifies and reformulates it in a moment by moment manner. Ideas (archetypes) that exist as laws (form and function) in the spiritual (energetic) realm of primordial intelligence remain in a constant evolutionary flow of becoming endless versions of itself. Unlike the material realm of death where things become solid and fixed into stagnate forms that either cease evolving and begin decaying, or evolve in a painfully slow manner, the spiritual realm remains alive and always growing into something greater and more complex through the dynamic nature of the relationships as variables it forms with life as a whole. The spiritual realm exists in a state of pure potential as a wave-form that contains billion of potential forms as possibilities for creating one idea as a thematic reality that personalizes a universal theme through a specialized application. The wave is collapsed into a particle through selection (fixation) forming one possibility out of an infinite number based on the channel (individual mind) it’s drawn into and used to create a personal and individualized version of the same idea within the context of their life as a whole.

When we “tune into” the spiritual realm of living forms, and we concentrate on an idea or law (dynamic idea), not holding it to one form as our belief about it, but rather detaching from our opinions and viewing it from an objective perspective of pure observation, it dances before us in a shimmering glow of elegant movement that reveals its hidden aspects and intimate secrets buried deep within its nature that elicit a state of wonder and awe in us as we behold it in its simple yet profound magnificence. Its beauty alone fills us with an overwhelming feeling of love and positive regard that warrants a state of pure devotion. It shows itself to us by entertaining us with a sense of fascination that arouses every aspect of our being while hypnotizing us with its beauty, and we draw it into us, becoming pregnant with it. In this way, we conceive of and act as the channel that gives birth to an idea as a co-creation by how we express that idea in our life and using it to create ourselves by way of God to become “godlike” as the channel through which higher vibration moves freely without being obscured and corrupted.

All of life is a form of meditation as a concentration of certain type of thoughts that tune us to the vibration of those thoughts making us a transmitter and receiver for more of the same type of thoughts. We become what we think and create our life as an expression of our thoughts. Our thoughts reveal our vibratory frequency as our quality of consciousness that expresses by creating the reality of our thoughts as experiences of ourselves in the outer world that is equivalent to our inner world. Our inner world of thoughts that form our imaginings as the experience of our thoughts as a reality, are how we “request” those experiences by using the creative power of our imagination to form them as a thematic template or vibratory patterning that becomes our perceptual lens and method of creating experience by how we interpret the outer world to mean the same thing as our inner world. What we focus on and think about by telling a story out of it, we act to create by perceiving its equivalent in the outer world while telling the same type of story about it, which creates our experience of it.

The only question . . . is whether or not we’re aware of what we’re doing, or, are we doing it unconsciously by thinking that our thoughts are actually objective in nature rather than subjective, and that we have no direct control over our thoughts and our thoughts are actually thinking us . . .

Professionalism: Adequacy verses Excellence – It’s all a Matter of Attitude!

What kind of an attitude do you take in regards to your own development and performance? Do you strive only to meet the requirements that are necessary in your life or profession? Or do you strive to be the very best at what you do? Do you set high standards for yourself, and then push yourself to meet those standards consistently by developing yourself according to them? Do you have an attitude of simply finding a skill that you feel you can easily do that’ll allow you to get a job? Then simply make do? Or do you feel a calling in your life towards a certain idea that you feel a natural passion about? A kind of inner drive that compels you towards an idea or activity that you “see yourself” doing while feeling like you’re in your “element”. It’s a role or process that you move into, embody, and become one with it as your life’s purpose.

Every one of us is born into this life with a soul-code that’s imbued with natural talents, gifts, special abilities, interests, tendencies, and a predisposition for creating our life by living a certain type of story. This internal nature acts as a guidance system that’s designed to lead us consistently in a certain direction through a connection with certain ideas that we feel an affinity towards. Yet, only some of us end up pursuing a life that’s an expression of “who” we really are, and end up for one reason or another, putting our dreams and interests aside to pursue instead a life that’s deemed more practical, or that will provide us with the security we need, or simply what we feel we can get in terms of what we qualify for. Many pursue the dream someone else has for them, instead of their own. Many have a life purpose that doesn’t really pertain to a profession, and don’t really place much significance on their work until they realize that it consumes what can be the greater part of their life, and indirectly affects every area of their personal life.

Excellence
Excellence is more of an attitude as a practice that you have for yourself, regardless of what you do. It’s an attitude that says, whatever I do, even the smallest things, I will do to the best of my ability. It’s a realization that it’s not so much “what” we do in life that matters, but “how” we do it. The same act undertaken with different attitudes produces very different results. It’s not what “happens to us” or what situation we find ourselves in that matters, but what we allow to “come through us” in response to it. We develop our character, not so much by the roles we play, but by who we become by way of those roles. The roles are simply a part of a larger pattern that provides us with an avenue for expression. When we take an attitude of being present in our life, giving our full attention to what’s happening, and interacting in a thoughtful and deliberate manner, we cultivate in us those qualities and tendencies. In this way, we cultivate an attitude of pursuing excellence in all areas of our life as a demonstration of “whom” and “how” we are

Life simply sets the stage and as the conditions and circumstances necessary to develop our character by way of them. The situations themselves are not what matters because they’re temporary evolving into continuous variations based on how we interact and influence them. If we only give our best under certain circumstances, while only doing what’s necessary under others, we create an imbalance, and fail to recognize that all situations simply provide one way, one means of expression that requires us to develop aspects of ourselves that are required to meet it. When we take an attitude of just doing what we need to get by, then we become that “type” of person, and don’t see it for the potential it offered, and what part of us would be required to rise to it, and do the best we can by way of it

Excellence is an attitude that we live our life by and bring to whatever we’re doing. It’s not a gift or talent that requires no effort on our part that we do naturally. It’s a drive as a kind of compelling force that lives within us as a kind of pride or moral standard that we hold ourselves to as a way of intentionally developing ourselves by way of those standards. It’s a quality of attention we employ and a creative discipline that guides our actions. It’s the ability to merge into whatever we’re doing through concentration, becoming one with it, and expressing through it “as it”. In this expression as our experience, we have a sense of ourselves, we identify with our experience, and it shapes “who” we are in relationship to it. Excellence is not an act; it’s a state-of-mind.
