Developing Clairvoyance – “Seeing the Spiritual World”

I often get asked if clairvoyance or intuition is something we can learn and develop in ourselves, or are we just born with the ability as a gift? And I usually reply . . . it’s both, it’s a natural faculty we’re all born with, that is usually chalked up to a “vivid imagination” and eventually “taught out of us”, or we suppress it because we’re being ridiculed in some way, or because it can often seem a bit “spooky”. What we refer to as the “spiritual world” or “plane of existence” is primarily invisible to the material senses, and is filled with the mental activity of invisible forces as living forms of some kind. While these forms can seem different in many ways, but the two main ones are whether or not they’re caused by an object or a being. Our “world of thought and imagination” is the part of us that lives in and is a coherent part of the spiritual world. All thought is invisible in nature and can’t be seen or felt by anyone outside of us; yet exists as real for us internally and is what acts to ultimately make up our experience of reality.

Astral Plane and the World of Formation

Our mind as our feelings and thoughts are a natural part of the spiritual plane of natural forces that acts naturally to organize “light essence” into living forms in the faculty of the imagination. Our thoughts are also the way we naturally enter into relationship with these animated light forms and act, usually without knowing it, to influence them to different degrees, causing them to morph and fluctuate into unique variations of themselves. Our own thoughts that are heavily concentrated on for prolonged periods of time with strong feelings and emotions connected to them produce “thought-forms” within this plane that can linger for quite some time before eventually dissolving. The etheric body of the human spirit is also created within this plane, and is what’s used to create the lower soul of the material body as its blueprint for formation and regeneration, also called its double or twin, and though its mortal and dies with the body, also lingers for a period of time as the soul’s apparition before disintegrating.

This plane of “light form” is traditionally called the Astral Plane in Esoteric Sciences, the World of Formation in Kabbalistic Philosophy, and has a broad range as higher (barely formed and still fluctuating) and lower (well-formed and stationary) regions within it as a “range of expression” that moves an idea from pure essence (unformed) as a universal archetype (thematic idea) to a well-formed idea as a personalization of that idea. The traditional “four elements” of the material world are what provides the primordial substance of the Astral Plane which is shaped by the mind into living forms that underlie and provide the basis for the material world as a dynamic living matrix of evolving forms.  All forms within this plane that characteristically change with our every thought or feeling, are all formed by the mineral elements and are made by humans as a “thought-form”. Those formed by the plant element change less readily in response to our thoughts and feelings, and those of animals, which have a personality of their own, change even less so.

Though the astral-etheric world is invisible, it acts to impress the mind (which is of the same plane) with distinct mental impressions that form subtle realities in the imagination. The imagination is the faculty of the mind that receives knowledge of the spirit through the astral plane of imaginary form. These mental impressions, while never solid or opaque like the forms of the physical plane, can still be quite distinct as a “feeling about something” that forms a series of mental impressions as a chain of association that connect a series of ideas through their “inner nature” and the qualities they share in common. While many of us believe the spiritual world exists as a symbolic representation of the physical, it’s actually the opposite way around.  The material plane is actually comprised of symbolic representations of concentrated energy that are formed out of the universal archetypes of the spiritual plane.

These astral forms remain in a constant state of evolutionary flow as transformation taking place based on energetic influences from all levels of consciousness surrounding and interacting with it, most of which exists on the same plane as human thoughts, feelings, and emotions. These forms have a luster and iridescent quality that’s consistently shifting and fluctuating through sympathetic resonance and the acquisition and assimilation of similar frequencies in near proximity of it. They shift and reform slightly based on how they’re being influenced or directly interacted with, which is mostly being done unconsciously through our own thoughts and feelings in direct or indirect response to them.

These energetic forms are the active primal intelligence’s of the subconscious mind that forms the Collective Unconscious of the instinctual field of Nature and are full of life and movement. Their mobility is largely due to the influence of our own thoughts and feelings, and to other causes that are beyond our control. Some of these forms are independent of the human mind and exist outside of our ability to influence them, and as a result, they act to influence us instead. Others are always interacting with us energetically as feelings and thoughts that form “in us” as a natural response to the feeling sensations we’re always acting as a receiver for that produce most of our subconscious activity. Because they operate in us at an unconscious level, we often have no direct awareness of the influence our thoughts and feelings are having on others and the world around us.

Archetypes and Thought-Forms

While all natural living and non-living objects have energy fields which are impressed with the shapes of the qualities it possesses that forms its characteristics as a form of organic patterning that are produced as a natural emanation, there are many “thought-forms” that have been created and maintained for extended periods of time by people’s emotions, instincts, passions, and so on. These man-made thought-forms are similar to archetypes as universal memory that fluently populates the astral plane and can be “tuned into” and absorbed by the individual mind where they appear in the mind’s eye much like a normal memory or inspired idea does. Through meditative observation we can realize that while our thoughts and feelings bear an influence on these man-made thought-forms, it’s only slight, unless we’re directly interacting with them. We only have a negligible effect at best on most other forms, depending on what it is that causing them.

Sensing Energy

When we learn how to reverse our normal thinking in terms of the spiritual world being symbolic of the material, and instead realize that all material form exists as the symbolic forms of the spiritual-energetic realm, we can realize that many behavioral characteristics of people are seen as an animalistic quality in the spiritual essence of their presence. So when energy is “sensed” it takes on or is perceived as the natural qualities themselves as they would exist in the natural world. They appear as animal-like, or as bearing the sensations of evil, grotesque, demonic, scheming, envious, lashing out, bitter, sulking, scared, dominating and aggressive, or as angelic like, soft, patient, calm, centered, reserved, protective, flowing, loving, and so on. The quality of the energy takes on whatever physical characteristics correspond to it. While animals always bear the energy of their species as a form of instinct, and remain somewhat consistent, humans possess many different qualities that make up their persona, and their energy is sensed as analogous forms to the natural world, and because of this, may completely contradict their physical appearance.

Emotions can be thought of as natural forces or actual entities (demons) that have a singular nature and express by creating realities that are of the same emotional nature. As we act to “receive an emotion” from outside of us through a form of transmission, it initiates a chain of association that determines what we focus on, remember and access as a past memory of the same emotion, what we think about and form into an internal representation, and how we behave and act as an automated pattern. This imagined reality creates a “thought-form” on the astral-etheric plane made up of light essence, which is what we shape in our imagination as a self-produced expression of that energy as an actual reality. The energy itself as an emotion exists in its universal form as containing endless potential for expression, that when drawn into a specific person, undergoes a whole series of modification that adapt it to the individual, and based on how it enters into relationship with the personal reality, forms into one potential and expresses “through us” by forming a corresponding reality of the same nature. The reality created through our reaction as an expression of it, amplifies and multiplies it, and we then draw more of the same emotion back into us as a memory of it.

Example – anger, while being universal in nature within the lower astral plane, is expressed in a somewhat different manner by every individual who experiences it, yet is still interpreted as anger. It comes across as anger and acts to systematically activate or trigger anger in everyone around them, all of which will express it in a somewhat unique way while maintaining the basic characteristics assigned to anger, such as violent outbursts, yelling, criticizing, belittling, intimidating, attacking, aggression, hostility, or in other cases as intense feelings of frustration, overwhelm, severe anxiety, crying, or a temper tantrum of sorts. It’s an intense energy that’s expansive and has an explosive quality to it.

While everyone expresses anger in a way that’s unique to them, the basic feeling of anger as producing distinct characteristics and behaviors remains constant as a kind of theme. When energy is being “sensed” around a person, regardless of how they appear, it’s experienced internally by activating these same qualities within us. A perfectly calm and sullen person can be raging inside with anger, which is not only “felt” by the clairvoyant, but “seen” as distinct mental impressions that are surrounding them in their mental sphere or aura. This is a form of tuning into the inner (spiritually outer) thought-life of the individual and “reading their thoughts” as impressions that are not necessarily unique to the individual as a personal creation, but rather the universal and neutral expression of the quality itself as a possible variation.

Attributes, Qualities, and Characteristics

The spiritual world is not an ethereal, hazy or an illusory replication of the physical world, but reveals itself instead as forms that are quite different. Qualities that permeate and surround a physical form are seen as the images that are associated to the qualities that form possesses and actively expresses. The attributes of the forms “match” the quality of consciousness as shapes, behaviors or processes that are being expressed through or by a physical body or entity. This is the basis for why the spiritual realm is “seen” or portrayed as “animal powers” and plants, is because certain qualities that produce specific behaviors in what we could think of as the instinctual field of the collective unconscious, which governs all of life on the planet earth, expresses through different species of animals as the form that’s associated with those behaviors as a “classification of the consciousness” that governs and produces them.

So, for example, another human who embodies and demonstrates certain behaviors are “sensed” as their animal quality. An aggressive or deceptive  person might be seen as having lion or panther-like qualities; someone who constantly complains might be seen as a dog barking or whining; a docile and meek person like a lamb or sheep. In a similar way, negative emotions being embodied and expressed are seen as attributes of that emotion; anger is perceived as jagged, sharp, chaotic, loud and aggressive energy that expands and clashes or shocks; whereas sadness is sensed as dull, vague, dark, tired energy that pulls within and almost disappears; loving emotions are very warm, buzzy and sensuous, gratifying and intoxicating, relaxing, and are attractive. When these feelings are experienced, mental impressions often rise up as thoughts of a corresponding nature, and we have a kind of translucent vision as transparent imagery, or energetic composite that forms in our imagination that’s very different in the normal sense from the actual outer “appearance” of the person expressing the energy as emotional states. Their energetic form can be a combination of animal, plant, and mineral features that are also imbued with geometric designs that hold them together, and can be either comprised of neutral colors of mostly greys, or of vivid prismatic colors that are pure and intense.

Time, Eternity, and Evolution

The “forms” of the spiritual realm, which are really personal translations of feelings in their corresponding forms, reflects the “qualities of consciousness” being projected and acted out through the physical form, and often doesn’t resemble the flesh body at all. Though the flesh body does begin to take on characteristics similar to the emotions habitually expressed, this takes time and is subject to evolution on the physical plane, which is a slow and gradual process, whereas on the spiritual plane evolution is a constant movement that transforms instantly, and moves in and out of energy that stimulates a variety of images as a flux and flow that reforms based on the qualities it absorbs from the environment, which when assimilated through a form of equilibrium as coherence, reshapes instantly as the immediate expression of the new vibration.

Time doesn’t exist as a linear process within the spiritual realm, which has no sense of past or future, but remains eternally in the present, and like a growth process of latent energies coming from the inner, invisible realm to the outer (somewhat) visible realm, is an unfolding process of becoming, rather than a linear process of modifications to an original form, which only takes place through habitual tendencies developed over extended periods of time. Change in the physical world is gradual and process oriented, whereas in the spiritual it’s instantaneous and synchronistic.

In the physical realm, even the images produced by the individual mind are based on memory of some form, which while that memory may play out as vivid in our mind, usually differs significantly from the actual event that produced it. We form our own interpretation of the event as a re-presentation, where each time its recalled, it’s modified by how we use it to form a similar interpretation of our current situation to make it “mean” the same thing. Through constant recall and new applications we evolve and transform the memory throughout our life, retelling it slightly different each time, until eventually, it doesn’t even resemble the actual event or original memory.

Spiritual experience is much like a personal memory, except it doesn’t refer to the past in any way, but rather to the present and the spiritual aspects of our environment and the events taking place in the moment. These “soul-like” memories, similar to what are commonly called archetypes as a form of universal memory or holograms, don’t have anything to do with the personal conditioned memories of the body, but of the memory as a classification of standardized forms and qualities that animate them that are of the larger, universal soul-mind, which we’re always tuning into and sensing within our present situation, that serve to stimulate and call forth our personal memories as a correlation.

The Cosmic Mirror of the Imagination

When we refrain from the need to interpret our experiences, and we simply observe them with a neutral and unbiased mind, they form the same type of mental impressions as a personal memory does as scenarios or moving images that form mental impressions in our imagination. The primary difference is these mental impressions lack “meaning” (in the personal sense), and exist purely by reasons that are independent of us. The spiritual realm is perceived in much the same way as a form of invisible reality viewed in the mind, though not actually seen with the physical senses, that’s alive “within” the present situation, rather than being a form of personal memory resurrected from the past and reused to create the present as an illusion.

The mental impressions formed intuitively in the mind in response to feelings and the sensations they give rise to, is how we “perceive” (see) the spiritual within the physical. Not as a mirror image that duplicates it, but as an image that resembles the reflection seen on glass or a dark shiny surface. Yet the images themselves seldom ever resemble the physical body they inhabit and act to animate, but rather the nature of the consciousness and behaviors being demonstrated as their “inner nature”. The images are symbolic in nature as a form of metaphor, rather than literal. The idea of a mirror image is referring more to the nature and quality of the mental impressions themselves, rather than the actual image, which in spiritual terms is quite different.

Feelings, State, and the Nature of Vibration

In the reverse sense, as we are stimulated by a feeling (vibration) it naturally forms a very distinct mental image as a “reality” (pattern) that expresses the feeling as a physical form. Vibration organizes astral light as “essence” into material forms through a self-organizing mechanism in the faculty of the imagination as our higher, spiritual senses. While many of us have been taught that the spiritual exists as symbolic of the material, in reality, the exact opposite is true. The spiritual, which is pure energy in its potential state, is what precedes and “organizes” the material form as being of the same “nature” (internal consciousness that emanates a pattern).  We have to reverse our way of thinking about things.

The spiritual is the “feeling state” (vibration) that acts to produce and give rise to a correlating physical reality as animated imagery that forms composite images, scenarios, or live-events that are the processes inherent in the feeling as spiritual law. The living patterns of vibration create processes as structure and function. They shape astral light (starlight) into forms with distinct behaviors that express the principles governing them. These astral shapes are formed as variations of the same idea (archetype) based on the adaptation they undergo through the relationship they form with all other factors involved in the situation or circumstances that act to modify it to some degree as a kind of reformulation of the same fundamental properties, changing what’s emphasized and enhanced, yet, forming out of the same fundamental properties as a formulae or dynamic patterning.

Thematic Patterns and Symbolic Correspondences

When we move from thinking that the physical world is the basis that gives rise to the spiritual, which seems symbolic in comparison, and fully realize instead that it’s the spiritual as vibration that exists in its potential state as a “thematic pattern” that gives rise to the physical as a symbolic correspondence, then we can begin to understand the spiritual world through feelings that when held in a calm and open mind form into natural imagery that’s in a constant state of movement as fluctuating qualities that transform through a state of “becoming” while maintaining the same thematic form as an archetypal idea. For example, if we hold the archetypal idea of a lamp in our mind, and we’re simply present with that idea, we may form impressions of all sorts of different types of lamps, yet they’re all still a “lamp” and they all represent the same type of idea.  As we hold an idea in our mind, a form of free-association as a chain of associated ideas naturally unfolds in our imagination as correlating and corresponding ideas of the same nature.

An archetype can be thought of as a kind of universal (non-personal) idea as a pattern, living template or prototype that forms a mental impression as a specific “type of form” in the imagination of the individual, which uses it just like a personal memory to create experiences in their life that are of the same idea, modified by how its embodied and applied, not only through the consciousness of the individual, but to their exact set of circumstances and conditions. We “conceive of” an idea whole and intact as a form of insight, that we then personalize by how we think about it, what emotions we associate to it, what scenarios we apply it to in order to create it, and we reform it into a personalize version.

The idea conceived as an insight or inspiration is “pictured in the mind” in much the same way as a memory is. It appears like a reflection on glass as a see-through or translucent image. The imagery is the translation as an interpretation from pure feeling to a full-fledged physical reality as a mental construct or internal representation. We modify the original idea by how we apply it to our current life situation that presents it to us in a new way as a modified format or configuration. The basic idea being used as a theme for creating is modified through the process of adaptation that serves to reform it.

The feeling that we get that are present in any moment as an emanation of the energies involved, when we create an open space in our mind for the feeling to take hold within us and rise up in our mind as a living scenario or animated form within our imagination, reveals to us the nature of the energies as the forms their vibration naturally creates. These symbolic forms are the expression of the “qualities of consciousness” acting to birth them as realities on the astral plane of mental formation. All vibration has a pattern inherent in it as a theme along with a self-organizing mechanism that shapes essence into forms in the faculty of the imagination in a spontaneous and involuntary manner.

The imagination is the faculty of the mind that shapes astral light (plasma) as infused essence (electrified) into forms as the expression of the vibratory frequency it’s programmed with. The vibration as movement (life-force) organizes and structures light – the astral remnant of movement between two poles that form dimension – and a matrix of tension (electromagnetic field) that hold everything into fluctuating, shimmering, lustrous patterns. These patterns as shapes translate into living realities of the physical plane. The physical plane is produced, maintained, and governed by spiritual laws, which are the energetic intelligence’s as information that form and express as properties that naturally undergo certain types of processes and form natural behaviors based on the chemical properties of their form and the level of consciousness equated to it.

The Field of Potential and the Particle of Existence

The spiritual world and the physical world are extreme aspects of the same plane comprised of multiple dimensions where pure consciousness as a wave-form containing billions of potential is drawn down through the planes and into physical reality as the expression of the information inherent in the wave-form. As it’s drawn down into an individual mind, the wave-form collapses around “one” potential as a possibility that’s used to form a single personalized reality. That reality then forms into a personal memory through the unique expression of it, and is then drawn back up the astral planes where it’s returned to its universal state as an archetype or pattern or generalized idea. This general idea as a kind of theme and basic form can then be used to create more experiences through using the memory as a general idea or template for creating more experiences of the same nature. All reality as an “experience” is shaped by the meaning it has for the individual receiving and interpreting it that evolves it through a series of modifications by how it’s adapted to fit a new set of conditions or a unique set of circumstances.

This memory (whether universal or personal – because one is used to create the other) when used repeatedly to perceive reality, creates a field of energy (consciousness) as an electromagnetic field that habituates it into a fixed pattern. Once it becomes a habitual thought process it acts as a theme for creating our life story by solidifying it as a thought-form (memory that’s used to create more memories of the same nature). This idea, once concentrated on by replaying it over and over in the imagination as a way of interpreting other ideas to mean the same thing, is cast into the astral light of mass consciousness as a fixed form, where it becomes a form of substitute for an original thematic idea as an universal archetype, and can be tuned into, accessed, and received by other minds who are of the same nature (frequency), who then also use it to create in a similar fashion as a basic life theme. In this way, archetypes are not only evolved constantly by how they’re applied and modified, but birth new archetypes through the same method as a form of genetic (information) modification (re-configuration).

The world of thought-forms as a form of collection or accumulation of archetypes evolved by humans through various applications and personalization, is also what we refer to a mass consciousness or the “instinctual field” of the collective unconscious that produce natural behaviors that are conceived of unconsciously. This unified field of imprinted information is also referred to as the “Book of Life” or “Hall of Records” where every action (as a new vibration) is “recorded” (impressed) in the Akashic Field. These terms are all referring to the same idea, and is also the basis for the modern scientific discovery of morphogenic and torsion fields that act to populate the field of human instinct with subtle energy as the ghost-like, invisible energy that’s constantly being transmitted and received by like-minds, and serves to produce distinct physical properties as qualities and characteristics that produce behaviors as the expression of those characteristics.

Unconscious ideas are natural thought processes that form basic behaviors that are thematic in nature and natural to us. These are ideas that we didn’t acquire through awareness or intentionally as a deliberate act, but that “came to us” without our direct awareness (naturally). These thought-forms are imprinted within the soul-field or astral plane that we tune into and draw into us as natural and automatic thoughts that we begin expressing by creating experiences as internal representations that form the basis for creating our personal memories out of. These universal ideas that populate our internal awareness become themes that govern our whole life because we continue to use memories of the past to create more of the same type of experiences in the present, usually without ever realizing that that’s what we’re doing.

Accurate and Objective Perception

One of the most basic mistakes we make in forming intuitive perceptions comes when we feel the need to interpret what we’re sensing by making it “mean something”. As soon as we start telling ourselves a story about what things mean, we move it from a neutral and universal status into a “personal creation”. The active component of our mind as the “story-teller” is always interacting with energy to reform it and change how it appears. As we think about something we change how it appears to us. We start making it about us instead of about the person, object, or situation that it’s a part of as their (its) internal nature. This is how we are always acting to “shape others to be like us”. Things only mean what we say they mean. What something means to us may be very different than what it means to the person demonstrating or emanating it. So in order to accurately perceive intuitively we have to resist the natural tendency to want to interpret it to make it mean something.

The most natural way to form a truly neutral observation of something is to form a detached perspective, where you dissociate from it and take on a passive form of observation called “witnessing”. The mind has the natural ability to influence and shape energy, and when in an active state of interpretation, it changes how things appear, distorting and corrupting it to fit its own needs and beliefs about it. In order to “receive information in its original and true form” we have to subdue the active component of our “thinking and storytelling mind”, and enter into a passive state where we observe it without any need to change it. We have to relinquish any needs, desires, or judgments we have regarding it.

As we create and maintain a calm sense of inner peace and detach from everything around us while taking on a perspective of simply observing it from a neutral state, we can begin seeing things as they truly are apart from us. As we take a position of simply witnessing something without needing to make it mean something, we begin seeing others and the world around us with new eyes. The witnessing faculty of the mind that simply observes things from a neutral state is the same faculty we use in order to act as a “receiver” for higher knowledge that comes to us only through meditative states where we simply act to absorb an idea and allow it to unfold within us without the need to “act on it” (interact with it) to change it in any way. This is the basis for the idea of being a “purified vessel” that’s necessary in order to conceive of higher knowledge without corrupting it to personal means.

Intuition – Inner Knowing and Awareness of Spiritual Energy

three selves

Our intuition isn’t necessarily a skill or tool that we use at will, although it can be, but comes more as a basic way of perceiving and interacting with the world around us. It comes as feelings about things as a direct experience where we know about something without a logical basis for knowing or without learning about it through our life experiences. It comes more as an inner knowing, that’s connecting with the inner nature of everything and everyone around us. It’s more like a soul-to-soul recognition, that penetrates and sees into matter through the mental atmosphere around something that it’s acting to emanate. Our soul, which is synonymous with our mind, operates out of “inner senses” or spiritual qualities that sense the “inner quality” about things and ideas. It sees through matter to the spirit or quality of consciousness that’s embodied in matter, and expressing through it as a kind of personality or quality of being. We can directly sense and interpret the feeling attitude that underlies and forms the behaviors being expressed. What we experience intuitively doesn’t have anything to do with the outer appearance of something or how it’s being presented in terms of outward appearances, but always senses the motivation and true intentions by the feelings we get when in the presence of their energy.

This ability to communicate soul-to-soul and experience the true inner nature of something as inner resonance of some sort that either harmonize with their outer expression (appearance), or contrasts it, is how we recognize congruence as integrity, or a lack of it, that attempts instead to hide its real nature and intentions. Through this “inner recognition”, we can also learn to tell true knowledge from false ideas. We can know what’s real and what’s not, because intuition “about” something doesn’t operate out of logic or rationalizing, but out of the universal laws that are based on form, function, and order. Qualities of consciousness, which stimulate us through feelings and emotions, always reveal the psychology or idea being played out. The quality around something as the feeling we get from it, tells us whether or not it’s true, right, correct, honest, and so on. Again, this doesn’t come to us through a thought process about it or our own internal rationalizing, or whether or not we can explain it from a concept of it we’ve formed in order to somehow prove it, but rather as a clear feeling of knowing without knowing “how” we know, that either makes the idea compelling and we move deeper into it, or make it repelling, and we disconnect, change our focus, and move away from it.

universal consciousness

The question then becomes, how do you know the difference? How do you know whether or not you’re simply processing and perceiving things through your personal model, and either approving or disapproving of them based on your ability to logically understand it, or where you can’t explain it exactly, but you simply know it to be true, or acting as a form of inner guidance that’s designed to either move you into ideas or away from them. The real illusion often lies in the fact that while we think our ability to logically explain something or form a working concept of it is a good way to tell if it’s true or not, we’re always using our own “model of the world” to perceive and interpret ideas, which, chances are, is built out of a massive collection or errors that’s only capable of discerning through the same errors that we’re mistaking for truth or facts.

We’re always using what we “already know” to interpret everything else in order to “know it” by being able to perceive it through our current level of understanding. So anything that can’t be perceived through the same set of errors, can’t be meaningfully interpreted or “validated” as true using our model. Intuition, which is the perception of truth as laws operating within an idea, can be felt and known, without being able to explain or reason as to what you know and why. Because it perceives the inner nature and workings of people, things, and situations, as a recognition of their mental, energetic atmosphere, it’s always recognizing the truth of things. As soon as we try to explain why or what we know, we begin reshaping it to resemble the errors of our mental model, which is constructed primarily out of what we’ve been taught by others, and accepted as true, that we incorporated into our belief-system which becomes our perceptual lens.

As we come across “truth” as knowledge of some sort, using our intuition, which recognizes only the laws involved, we can tell by how it makes us feel in response to it, whether or not it’s true. All knowledge comes to us through a form of “seek and find” method as a pathway to knowledge or a chain-of-associated ideas that involves a kind of research as a form of treasure hunt. A search where we first have the desire in us for the knowledge as a form of connection, curiosity, or fascination, which involves us in the consistent activity of searching it out. We’re always noticing it and looking for it somehow. One avenue becomes an open door that feeds our curiosity, engrossing us with a deeper sense of fascination, wonder, and awe, and we find hidden clues within it, that when researched lead to whole new ideas of a similar nature that propels us on through an ongoing quest for knowledge that can often last a lifetime(s), never really subsiding or leaving us, but only taking us deeper into it while expanding the breath of knowledge attained through its interconnectedness to everything else.

thought

It becomes, as the saying goes, “how far down the rabbit hole do you want to go”? Knowledge exists as layers that all interpenetrate each other, and form new insights through the incorporation of knowledge that modifies our paradigm, allowing us to see new things that we couldn’t see before. Through consistently evolving our mental paradigm through integration and synthesis of new types of information, we begin seeing life in a brand new way, and can readily see things that eluded us before or that we resisted and posed ourselves against as a result. Our logical, rationing ability as a way of interpreting things, is a produce of our mental paradigm

Intuition is how we perceive the world around us through its interconnection and wholeness. It’s the ability of the soul to penetrate matter and see directly into the spiritual essences of things as their “inner” nature. This same penetrating ability allows us to recognize the truth in all things, regardless of what the outer appearance or staged behavior is. Intuition moves us into things through an inner connection with them. It allows us to see the truths that reside in any idea or branch of knowledge produced by an individual, where certain aspects become illuminated with a sense of gravity towards them, and provide us with the seeds to continue our investigation allowing a whole series of interrelated idea to start unfolding, and we step into their secrets, wide eyed and filled with a sense of anticipation. Intuition makes learning a passionate pursuit where we learn about ourselves through the experience of learning about everything else. All learning becomes a personal journey back into the essence of who we truly are. We only “know” everything else as an “inner knowing” or form of intimacy (into me see). One produced by our authentic self in relationship with the authentic, though hidden nature of everything else.

The Power of Focus and Attention – Learning how to Operate your Own Mind

Whatever we give Attention to, we bring to Life Inside of Us

wormholes

One of the primary principles of the mind is that “energy follows and flows into thought”. Whatever we focus our attention on and think about, we form an image of by imagining it.  As we think and imagine, we form an inner reality around an idea that brings it to life inside of us. This inner reality as a conceptualization forms an internal representation of an idea that’s created by the subconscious mind as a possible reality and creative template. The idea as an internal representation acts as a mental directive and set of instructions for the subconscious mind to use as a template for creating a correspondence as an actual outer reality or material manifestation. An idea is given to the subconscious mind much like a seed that it then grows and develops into a possible reality as an actual experience of the idea. The subconscious mind imagines the idea “as if” experiencing it, and creates a personalized version of the idea as it would occur naturally to it. This translation of a neutral idea into a personal experience creates the inward conditions necessary for the outward manifestation. In order to manifest something, we have to first create the “inner conditions” in which it would occur as a natural outer event. The inner conditions as a state produced by the imagined reality forms a vibrational frequency that the subconscious uses to connect with the elements in the outer environment that are of that same nature and organize them into an actual event that’s analogous to the internal representation.

Our imagination is what creates all of our experiences as an interpretation of sensory information that reforms it into an idea that correlates to the inner condition or state of mind perceiving it. We never see an idea as it exists a part from us, but rather as we remake it to be of the same nature as we are as a means of experiencing it. While we can safely say that the outer event itself is objective and neutral in nature, how we form an “experience” of the event is a personalized version. The conditions of the mind as its “state”, forms its vibratory frequency as a structuring (organizing) mechanism that reshapes (in the mind) all outer realities to match or be of the same “nature” (like) as the internal reality. The structure of our mind forms a model or paradigm, which is comprised of our memories, beliefs, values, preferences, temperament, disposition, attitude, and so on, all of which work together to interpret events through the very act of perceiving them, which personalizes (reshapes) them to fit into our story about things, giving us a consistent experience of reality that all falls into a generalized “theme” as a form of story-line.

Whatever we focus on, good or bad, want or not want, we picture in our mind as an experience of it, which sets the pattern as a frequency, which, when dwelled upon and thought about frequently, becomes a thought-form that eventually takes on a life of its own, and not only begins influencing our molecular structure, but begins forming an electromagnetic field of it’s own and begins attracting the means of its fulfillment in whatever corresponding elements are available in the immediate environment. We program our subconscious mind through imagined realities that have strong feelings and emotions attached to them as sensory stimulation that forms an emotional atmosphere around them. The imagined thought stimulates the nervous system and endocrine system, producing the equivalent chemistry of the idea as a simulation, which produces our emotional state that aligns our physical state with our mental state.

neurons

Our emotions always come as a natural response and by-product of our imagined thoughts, because our thoughts stimulate and produce the chemistry of our body, and alter our physical state to match our mental state. Once the physical state is produced as a thought and emotion, that emotional state is transmitted in and through the field governing the physical plane, stimulating everything within near proximity of it with the same emotions and attracting elements of that same shared state. Anything of the same “emotional state” can be used to create the idea associated with the state. The state and the idea that produced it are coherent and correlated and exist in a natural relationship with each other.

Our state, as a combination of a feeling, mental idea, and emotional chemistry, are magnetic (attractive) and become our “perceptual lens” that we look through that naturally sees all around us whatever matches or is complementary to our internal mental state. We don’t do this by changing or producing the elements themselves, but rather by how we experience them. We attract what’s of the same nature or idea by resonating with it. We stimulate and awaken that state in whatever person or object that shares the same qualities and a magnetic field is created as the shared vibration and we’re drawn to it, and it to us, or it stands out from everything else in our environment and we place our attention on it and begin consciously interacting with it. Through the conscious interaction itself we begin reorganizing it into the pattern of our thought by how we stimulate it, and we begin co-creating whatever idea served to form the union by what we share in common.

Whatever intention we have while focusing on an idea becomes the motivating factor behind that idea. If we attach a negative feeling to the idea, it becomes repulsive, yet still maintains its attractive factor. Likewise, if we associate a positive feeling to it, it becomes compelling, and we form a desire around it, also making it attractive. The idea itself, which exists independent of us as a neutral or universal idea, is attractive to both negative and positive associations, with the negative and positive simply representing our relationship with the idea that we’re attracting to us simply by focusing on it. While the positive (proton) charge, or negative (electron) charge may be used to polarize the idea, distinctly separating the positive from the negative, the neutron, or the neutral component as the idea itself which contains all potential of both the positive and negative aspects or feelings, remains attractive to both. So it’s not the positive or negative feeling associated to an idea that makes it attractive or repulsive, but simply paying attention to and thinking about the idea itself. Whatever we focus our attention on, good or bad, we magnetize and draw into our experience, whether it’s a positive experience or negative one. The feeling associated to the idea simply determines how we shape it in our mind and how we experience it, but we attract whatever we give our attention to and think about, regardless.

water is life

So, for example, the idea of “eating to prevent cancer” (the title of an article I recently read) forming our practice of eating around the idea of “cancer”, whether preventative or not, focuses our attention on the very thing we don’t want as the motive for organizing our eating habits, meaning that we’re acting to bring about the experience of cancer. The mind works by giving life to whatever we hold in our mind and think about. The mind doesn’t register “preventing cancer”, but has to picture or form the idea of cancer in order to know what to “not do”, while simultaneously associating diet with cancer. It doesn’t work by introducing a negative command, that says picture this, but don’t create it. As the mind pictures it and begins thinking about it, it begins creating it in the most basic sense as a form of command to the subconscious mind that also begins attracting it as well.

The pictures we form in our imagination by thinking about ideas, forms the creative template that sets our vibratory frequency. Instead of building our diet around the idea of preventing cancer, we should build it around the idea of creating health. We should focus on the idea of creating a healthy and active body by eating healthy food, knowing that in creating health, cancer won’t manifest! As we eat, focusing on the idea of taking care of ourselves and picturing vibrant health in our mind, while sensing and experiencing ourselves as being healthy, we instruct our subconscious to create a healthy body.

So always keep in mind, that the mind doesn’t work through negative commands or by associating positive or negative feelings and emotions to ideas, but rather creates whatever idea we hold in our mind and think about. Thoughts are shaped into thought-forms as an inner representation of the idea as an experience of it that provides the subconscious mind with the template necessary for creating it as a corresponding outer experience. Whatever we think about and the intention behind our thoughts that shape and motivate them, set the frequency we vibrate at that magnetizes and connects us to that same idea all around us. The mood or feeling we have, which nearly always determines what we’re thinking about and why we’re thinking about it, becomes our perceptual lens determining what we see in our ordinary situations and what stands out to us that matches our mood and is used to create more of the same type of feeling through how we experience things. By focusing on what we want to create and forming a positive intention around it, we work naturally by way of the laws that govern our mind to bring into our experience what we have a desire for that we then shape into a positive experience through the relationship we form with it as an outer equivalent of our inner feelings and thoughts.

OBE – Altered States of Consciousness vs. Normal Consciousness – “Losing Touch with our True Reality”

energy design
One of the unique features of the human mind is i’s ability to move within many altered states as a form of interdimensional travel or shifting in awareness. While many people don’t realize what’s actually going on when this happens, and think it’s simply various forms of dreaming or hallucinations produced by the brain and neurological system, the simple fact of the matter is, the “mind” is not a phenomena produced by the neurological system of the body, but rather a phenomena that exists in its primary state as independent of the body, and what acts “on the body” to inform and stimulate it, allowing it to form a sensory reality of the physical dimension, a dimension which itself is four-fold in nature.

A ‘state of consciousness’ is a vibratory frequency that tunes into dimensions of the same frequency which contains realities that are inherent within those frequencies. Each frequency, which is interlaced with other frequencies, produces realities that may share common elements while the sequencing and structuring mechanism may vary considerably. We know even within the physical realm, using the primary mechanism of this realm, the body, that simply altering the chemistry of the body, producing what we call hallucinations allows us to experience a whole new reality while fully awake and alert, and considered to be the one creating those realities. This same process of chemistry altering reality is being played out all the time in even the subtlest of ways in the chemicals being added to our food and water, and in the air we breathe which is gradually transforming the chemical and molecular make-up of our body.

Frequencies can be thought of as “waves of information” that are used to “in-form” realities. A vibration has a pattern inherent in it as its creative potential. A frequency is a vast network of interlaced patterns dynamically formed as fractal patterns that are all of the same basic patterning as a kind of theme that produces a consistent reality with common properties. The mind, as the toroidal electromagnetic energy field of the body that permeates and emanates beyond the body, is a vibratory frequency as a living entity that has the ability to alter it’s vibration as a “state” that shifts into, directly perceives, and lives out of the reality of that state. States of mind have whole realities in them. Our mind which is a wave-form as a vibratory frequency is also the “lens” that we look through in order to perceive the world. We perceive only what matches our frequency. Other electromagnetic fields that exist in near proximity to us or that we directly interact with alters our state of mind through resonance as a form of synchronization that forms coherence, shifting our perception accordingly. Our mind is our perceptual lens as our paradigm that structures reality by how it interprets it in order to experience it.

unified field

These dimensions which can be accessed and traversed through purely mental means, are subtle in nature and not “of” the physical realm even though it takes the form of visual and sensory terms, they exist in more of a fluid like state of constant transformation and are considerably more dynamic in nature. These interlaced dimensions can be thought of as the etheric and astral planes that contain subtle substance (essence) of the material plane, yet remain in an evolutionary flow, changing from moment to moment through a metabolic process. These subtle dimensions are interlaced and nested within the physical domain and bleed through periodically in moments of prayer and deepened insight or when experiencing elevated emotional states often called bliss and ecstasy. This is because the mental, astral, and etheric planes interlaced within the physical plane are based on thought-forms developed from emotional states.

The emotions we experience are what connect us to the world around us and act as a form of tuning device that sets our frequency. The mood we’re experiencing at any given time determines what we focus on and what we think about and how we shape the world around us to form our experience of it. In this sense, we are always moving in and out of different realities based on our state of mind. Likewise, we’re always exchanging energy of some form with others and our environment shifting our mood like a shimmering sensation which alters what reality we’re tuned into from moment to moment as we walk through our day. We can encounter people who change our mood, or eat food that changes how we feel, and it changes how we shape our experience because of it. Each mood we experience as an energetic state shifts our vibration and alters our reality to match how we feel.

Torus shape
This dynamic energy exchange between our inner and outer worlds is the most basic aspect of evolution that’s constantly equilibrating and adjusting our metabolic nature to match our environment. We’re always absorbing and assimilating the particles, molecules, and energy (consciousness) around us, shifting our vibration through an accumulative affect that literally restructures us by way of everything around us, modifying our vibration to match it. Our mind, like our body, is not fixed but exists in a constant state of regeneration. The more subtle the energy becomes the less dense it is and the more rapid and fluid its transformative process. The spiritual realm of pure consciousness as the universal mind is like a field of archetypal ideas that exist in their potential (unformed) state and are available to be drawn into the individual mind based on the frequency it’s tuned to. Whatever our frequency as our level of consciousness determines what thoughts and emotions we experience on an ongoing basis as our perception of reality. This is easy to realize when you notice that whatever mood you’re in at any given time determines what you focus on, think about, what memories you run through your mind, and how you interpret the outer world to match your internal world and create your experience of it as a result.

The spiritual world of pure energetic intelligence and life force exists independently of the physical realm, yet intermingles with it by structuring matter into form through DNA sequencing that it then bonds to and uses the body to act and create experiences in the physical world. The soul as the individual mind that’s a smaller version of the universal mind, shapes its essence (encoded programming) from memory obtained through experiences it acquires through the body. The soul, as the individual mind, can move freely within the physical realm without the body. This is commonly achieved in a spontaneous manner by meditating deeply on imaginary experiences of flying. Many of the winged figures portrayed throughout history that we came to refer to as ‘angels’ or demons, were actually mind-souls interacting within the material world without physical bodies.

lost in space

The imagination is the faculty of the mind that connects all worlds as interwoven dimensions into one reality. All astral travel and mental projection is achieved through the imagination, by how we use our mind to tune into and interact with different layers of reality in varying degrees of density that all exist within the same space. Just as you tune a radio to different frequencies to pick up different channels that are all being broadcast through the same invisible space around you, and are able to hear and see different shows going on simultaneously, different levels of reality all exist within the same seemingly empty space around us. To move from one to another, or to employ only certain aspects of your own composite nature, is done through your own ‘invisible aspect’ called your mind.

Our mind is the electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds our body and extends quite some distance from the body, blending into our environment moving from dense to subtle states and back again. All physical matter as life-forms have a mind-field that’s bonded to them through resonance and serves to inform them with life-giving intelligence. All physical bodies have a twin etheric body produced by spiritual DNA that spatially orientates, activates, and structures the physical DNA. The life-giving mind-field surrounding living forms is the astral and mental plane that permeates and interacts with the astral plane of the Earth. Within the earth’s astral plane are smaller fields (minds) nested within larger fields.

Dreaming
The field of energy surrounding the Earth, known as the atmosphere, is also the astral plane of the earth as the instinctual or larger group mind. This field, also referred to as the morphogenic field of the earth, is comprised of multiple layers of interwoven dimensions, all of which share the same component, a ‘mind’ as an electromagnetic field that serves as a vehicle for traveling within other larger electromagnetic fields because its of the same energetic composition. The mind is the vehicle for inter-dimensional travel. Our mind can move through this unified field and connect to anything, anyone, or any place within it through a basic form of mental projection. All that’s required to do this is to learn how to use the more subtle aspects of your own mind.

Because many were skeptical of this process, which can’t be proven through material measurements but comes purely by way of the experience of it, and of course ESP experiments were greatly influenced by how the experiments were set up and the consciousness of everyone involved which influenced the outcomes, remote viewing was established as a purely psychic ability to mentally travel to various locations around the world and describe what you were seeing. This proved to be so accurate that it was eagerly employed by government and the military as a form of “spying”. That’s because it was “provable” through the demonstration and accuracy of the observations that could be compared to the actual landscapes they we’re describing.

Likewise, through various forms of psychological processes designed for therapy and spiritual practices of various sorts, spontaneous access to past, parallel, and future lives began emerging, even when this was not intended or expected. Through various forms of hypnosis and trance induction that alleviates and subdues the conscious aspect of the mind while entering into the subconscious mind in a fully active state, we (re)discovered that we can also time travel purely through the means of our mind. This corresponds with quantum physics mind-boggling claim that “time doesn’t exist”, and that it’s a creation of the conscious mind necessary to create experiences that give the illusion of a linear sequential unfolding of events within the material plane. Anyone who meditates on a regular basis knows that we lose our concept of time in altered states when we move outside of the self-aware, conscious aspect of the mind. So we can not only have out-of-body experiences and travel to different places around the world without moving our body, and travel both backwards and forward in time, but we’re also shifting ever so subtlety in and out of interlaced parallel dimensions as “types of reality” all the time based on our mood as our vibratory frequency. We move into and experience life in different ways based on how we’re feeling.

The Importance of a business model – “Essence, Personality and Identity”

wired brain

Just as our personality and identity form the basis out of which all our personal expression comes as a natural and automatic by-product, the model for a business serves the same function. It establishes the basis for what forms our vision, mission, values, ethics, standards and philosophy – out of which we can easily form rules, policy, protocol and procedures. All of these can be summarized as the businesses personality and identity which are key factors for developing image and style. All people working within the business share a similar “personal model” to the business model, and all company training is designed as an expression of the business model which then establishes it as a culture.

The business model also establishes firm guidelines by which everything can be measured and evaluated for compliance and effectiveness, as well as to ensure consistency. It creates structure and order through well-defined rules and methods that ensure a smooth running operation. So a sound and well thought out business model should be one of the first steps to business development. If you are having constant problems with a lack of consistency, poor training, or the inability to make decisions that support the primary values and ethics of the business, one of the first places to look when trouble-shooting, should not only be the business model, but whether or not it is understood and being effectively demonstrated by key people and strategically implemented in all areas of the operation.

A business model should also clearly convey the overall identity and personality or “style” of the business. Not just through the primary vision, mission, and values, but also in describing the emotional atmosphere and moral conduct of everyone involved. Job descriptions should also include the personality traits and characteristics of the person as the ideal basis for how they perform their position, what image they convey to clients, and what type of experience they create through their common interactions. Emotional intelligence should be built in to the fundamental training programs, and all leaders within the organization should consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and well-managed emotional control. The managers, staff leads, and professional staff should be trained in psychological skills that they teach by demonstrating, as well as use intelligently to interact and handle any problematic situations should they arise in a creative and peaceful manner.

glass earth
As an Entrepreneur or developer of a business, we have to provide ourselves as well as our people with the necessary resources to build the practice from the ground up instilling intelligent practices into the very foundation. If transforming an existing practice to take it to a higher level of excellence and proficiency, strategic intervention that introduces change at the most effective and influential level of the organization is crucial. All persons responsible for producing the change must be educated in the psychological skills necessary for producing change through emotional engagement and by not only eliciting a state of cooperation, but a state of enthusiastic and invigorated participation. People need to be invested in the change as an actual outcome or community experience that will give them a powerful sense of themselves by being a productive and important part of it.

The attitude we use in how we treat our staff, is the same attitude they employ in assisting our clients. Whatever emotions we employ when interacting with our staff, we stimulate and call forth in them, and they perform out of that emotional state. The biggest factor for improving performance of the very people running our business is to understand the importance of the emotional atmosphere of the business as set by “key people” within the organization and how they’re “being” on a regular basis. All behavior is ultimately emotionally driven. Whatever mood someone is in is directly reflected in how they’re behaving and what energy they’re putting off. Negative emotions produce behavior that expresses those emotions, activating them in everyone else that they come into contact with. Likewise, positive emotions produce an elevated energy that infects others with the same feeling.

All business models should include a strong emphasis on the “psychology of the business” by defining rules of engagement that involve attitudes, emotional expression and etiquette. These are behavioral standards of the business, which means they must be upheld at all times by everyone involved, no exceptions. One person with a bad attitude and frequent emotional outbursts and destructive behaviors, tolerated and allowed to continue as part of a team, will act to undermine that team by infecting them with the same toxic energy. One bad apple, indeed . . . ruins the whole bunch! Strong emotions of any kind are powerful influences that serve to stimulate everyone around them with the same emotions. Be very clear on the emotional atmosphere necessary to create and operate your business in a way that determines what kind of an experience someone is going to have who’s doing business with you.

The Significance of a “Model” (System of Beliefs) in Creating Reality

energy patterns
Time and time again I see Coaches and Consultants who offer their services almost like an elaborate goal setting session – or ongoing session – who walk-in and give people ready made advice or a pre-designed program that offers the solution to their current problem. Yet as many of you have experienced even if you get off to a good start in an attempt to implement the program – it usually doesn’t take long for you to relapse, or for the program to fizzle. This is because you are in the situation you’re in – your life is the way it is – because of the models you are working out of. You have to have a paradigm that supports and represents the desired change- the type of situation, circumstances or conditions you’re are striving for – or you will never be able to create or maintain it.
In order to create something different than what you have currently created – you have start with the model called your identity – then move out into your model of the world. You must redesign your beliefs and your habitual emotions – repetitive attitude and behavioral patterns – how you “see” things in order to create a new vision. Referencing failure in an attempt to produce success does not work. You will simply turn that “goal” which on the surface represents success – into a perfect reflection of the model you reference and associate it with – which creates the state of mind – gives meaning (feeling quality) to your goal – out of which you will perform. An impoverished model will consistently produce poverty.
Goal-setting, as it is commonly called, is more like taking a dream and breaking it down into the step-by-step process necessary to create it – it involves an elaborate, interactive system of supportive beliefs to pull it off. In order to create a model we can use the method of modeling. The true essence of “modeling” is if you don’t currently have a successful model to reference, to imitate or use as a template – if you currently do not know how to do what you want to do – find someone who has, study them, elicit their strategy and create a model out of their strategy – use that model as a reference to associate with your current situation, modifying it accordingly and use it for measuring, comparing and give your desired creation a similar meaning – which will create the pathways necessary for success.
Pay attention to your own thoughts and what you say about your situation to others. We have to realize and appreciate the power of the spoken word – realize the importance of the language you use which calls forth that same idea in the mind of others. How you talk about yourself, your feelings, your situation, your outlook, how you talk to others – the attitude out of which you communicate – not only perfectly expresses your “true models” but it literally calls forth that model into a living, observable, breathing reality. “It became flesh, and walked amongst us,” is referring to the imaginary thoughts created out of a belief as a self-created illusion that is mistaken for true reality. In order to create in a conscious and intentional manner, think only about the desired outcome and what feelings, emotions, and behaviors would be being employed while having the experience of it.

circuitry
As human Beings we are gifted with the natural ability through the use of our mind to “create reality.” We create out of our beliefs “about” things. These beliefs exist in relationship to each other and form belief systems. These systems perfectly support, justify and validate each other – producing a reality that can not only exist like it’s own eco-system, but also attracts to it people of a like mind, who will interact appropriately to co-create that same reality. It then appears so real to us, we use it as evidence to convince ourselves and others that it is real, true and factual. We then feel as though we are subject to our own creations and we don’t perceive our selves as having any real control or power over our situation, when in fact, we are the ones that created it.
Models are templates that act as blueprints for creating corresponding realities. These realities consistently and repetitively form patterns which become our “life story”. We were not born into sin, technically speaking, and God did not make a mistake, we are in fact masters of creation, and perfectly create realities out of our beliefs. These realities form illusions that we superimpose over our current situation using them to create a personal version by the story we tell about them that make them mean something. The meaning we give things forms how we experience them and how we influence them through our behaviors and the nature of our relationship and interaction with them. This is the incredible power of your mind.
In order to produce change in your life, in your relationships, in your circumstances, you MUST do the work it takes to re-design the person whose model is creating it – YOU! You cannot re-design the organization without first redesigning the people creating it. Any attempts to produce change that does not involve transforming identity, beliefs and paradigms will not result in success. If you are able to briefly encounter a form of success – perhaps because someone else, such as a consultant has enough control or frequency to create out of their model – you will not be able to maintain it.
The power of Leadership within an organization is someone who has a superior model to operate out of (one that references success as a means of representing the goals and identity of the organization) and can communicate that model in such a way that it literally “teaches” that model to the people who will be in charge of actually producing it. They do so by creating a compelling future and inspire people towards it. In order to actually do this they must have their model so intact that they consistently act out of it at all times and use it as a filter for decision making and monitoring the progress or direction of the organizational flow. This is the only way that their influence, repetitive suggestion and emotional expression consistently move people in a common direction without creating contradiction.

Creation, Transformation, and Evolution – “Laws that Govern the Creative Process”

Creative Transformation
While many people see creating something from scratch as a ‘new’ creation, to be considerably different than transforming something that already exists into something different, they are in fact, achieved through the same fundamental set of laws that are simply applied in unique ways as variables of the same laws as more of a continuous creative process that serves to expand and evolve the original creation. While we imagine evolution to mean progression as a steady form of improvement, it’s actually a process of adaptation, absorption, and synthesis, which operates in both directions, and can just as easily cause a regression or very undesirable changes.

In order to transform an existing system, you have to remix its constitution somehow, reformulating it, by what qualities of consciousness it blends with, takes on, and uses as a means of expressing through those qualities, and recreating itself to be more like those by how it incorporates them. We tend to think of creation as a fixed idea that produces and end product, when in reality it’s a continuous flow of consciousness as information that’s constantly undergoing transformation as a form of shape shifting (reconfiguration) moment-by-moment based on what it enters into relationship with, exists in near proximity of, or willingly and actively chooses to take on as a conscious (aware) form of creation as transformation. Whether we are aware of it, or unaware of it, the process is the same. The object becomes to become aware of the creative laws, and employ them intelligently to determine how you create within your life as a continuous process of evolving into higher and more complex forms.

Awareness and an in-depth understanding of the laws of creation give us tools as a process to employ with full awareness in a deliberate manner. To consciously create you have to begin with an ideal as a vision of what you’re creating , then only engage with that same idea as a quality of consciousness that, when incorporated and fully synthesized will act to naturally transform us in desirable ways. It can also be used as an evaluation tool for recognizing what we don’t want to get involved with, that will only serve to move us away from our ideal. By noticing and clearly recognizing the character of the person or entity (business, group, organization, etc.) you’re contemplating getting involved with as a relationship conducted through an interaction of some sort, we can realize how they will influence and reformulate the current situation and naturally act to evolve it accordingly.

When we willingly (or without awareness) get involved with people or entities that serve to stimulate and bring out negative qualities, we have to realize, that that’s how they will serve to transform and evolve us as a result of our interaction, which is really an infusing of consciousness as qualities that express in distinct ways and in a consistent manner. The basic laws for creation, represented by the Tetrahedron in Sacred Geometry, is the Monad as the basic mind or paradigm unified as a quality of conscious that holds a vibratory frequency, that separates from itself – projects itself onto the environment, forming the Dyad (energetic form of mitosis), seeing and interacting (resonance as perception) only with what’s of the same nature (quality of consciousness), connected by their centers or ‘inner nature’ as being within the same vibratory range, and blending through the interaction as energetic sympathy (enters into and produces an effect), modifying both to a new vibration as the combination that forms a new constitution and expresses in new and varied ways based on how these shared qualities were integrated by both entities. By blending and mingling energies, a new configuration is formed as behaviors that naturally result from the interaction itself as qualities that are developed into a dynamic pattern as a form of living drama, that’s an exchange of consciousness that equilibrated. This modifies the vibration of both by forming a new pattern as an interference pattern (combination and assimilation of the two) that expresses through that pattern as a joint-reality that’s literally a form of co-creation!

Cosmic_creativity

So whatever qualities we embody and express through at any given moment, alters us accordingly. Another way of looking at the Tetragrammation, is as a concentrated attention on a memory as a thematic pattern for reality, infused with strong emotions, formed into a conceptual living-reality in the imagination, making it believable, that serves to program and imprint that image as a representation of a vibration with patterning in it to produce corresponding realities as personal experience, by producing the behaviors (both consciously and unconsciously) that manifest it within our everyday life as an associated or analogous idea. This is because it sets the primary pattern as a thematic idea that works through adaptation within the immediate environment we exist within, and has to use the elements within our environment that are available and of the same nature, in order to compose the same ‘type’ of pattern as the mental image produced in the imagination. The reality produced will give us the same ‘feeling’ as an experience as the quality of consciousness imbued in the imagined form that served to give it life.

You see feelings are actually how we experience vibration with patterns of potential realities inherent in them, that we use to first produce the reality as an internal image by embodying the feeling, which once it expresses as the reality of that feeling, multiplying and regenerating, gives us more of that same feeling through the outer experience of it. The feeling as a vibratory frequency that has generative (life) power within it to produce certain types of realities as a thematic composition that attracts, sees, and combines elements that naturally share the same vibration as potential co-creators for reconfiguring all elements into a unique variation, that still holds true to the original theme, and is identified not by what it looks like, but by the feeling we get while having the experience. The feeling as a vibration is the creative mechanism, the expressive power, and the end result. How it ‘shows up’ maybe quite different than how we imagined it, yet the feeling it gives us will be the same. You’ll ‘know it’ by how it feels in the moment when you’re experiencing it. Images or symbolic forms that comprise a structured design are representations of the laws at work to configure a reality by a unique formula that acts as its signature. The reality it represents is identifying its vibratory frequency as the reality it naturally generates as a feeling.

To transform an existing creation (reality) that appears fixed or stationary in some way, realize and form a clear picture in your mind of what you want to transform it to, what it would look like as an actual experience, and let the feeling it gives you rise up inside and fill you with its sensations, as you begin resonating with it by identifying with it as being the same (in the experience of it), while noticing the attributes and qualities that comprise its character, then stay centered in those feeling-qualities by anchoring them in your mind and body as a feeling sensation, and using the inner-representation as a mental filter for identifying what’s of the same constitution in others and in your environment, and only engage with what’s of the same character and will act naturally to stimulate and co-create the reality that’s a natural by-product of that character as a congruent mind-set and behaviors.

You want to avoid anyone that you’ll have to persuade or convince, because they are not at this level of consciousness or vibration and will always be acting out of their natural constitution and can only serve to influence and alter the situation accordingly. Only engage with and enter into relationship with those of the same character and vision (type of reality) as you’re aiming to consciously create. Don’t make the mistake of pulling somebody along, where you’re acting to modify them to your vision, unless they are a subordinate and don’t play a key role in the creation itself, but are willing to adapt themselves to the situation by playing an indirect role in it. Resistance is never a good thing and usually acts in some way to devolve (or pull you away) you rather than evolve you (move you deeper into it).

The Power of Words – “Shaping Realities”

The words we speak not only express the mental images running through our mind, but act to shape those same type of mental images in the mind of whomever we’re speaking to. We not only form mental pictures based on the words themselves being used, but also coordinate feelings and emotions associated with the mental pictures based on “how” they’re being spoken in terms of tone, voice quality, attitude, or the emotional state of the person speaking them. Words not only form our communication to others, but are also how we communicate with ourselves through thinking. Thoughts are a form of internal self-dialogue that as we think them, we form corresponding mental imagery as the reality inherent in the words.

Because words have images associated to them, they form the basis for creating reality, first by thinking, feeling, and forming them internally as imagined realities, then by expressing that same reality externally by speaking them or telling another about the same internal imagining. You can tell how a person thinks by listening to them talk. They talk about the same things in the same way that they think about them. While many people believe that what they perceive and therefore communicate out of is and objective reality that’s being experienced in much the same way by everyone else, the fact of the matter is, everyone is always creating a subjective experience of an outer reality that’s unique to them, which is structured by and expresses their mental paradigm, which we all use to create our experiences.

Every single individual who also has an individual mind, is constantly creating their own personal version of a shared reality. No two people experience the same conditions, circumstances, or event the same way. While we all do share universal qualities and characteristics that form a theme of sorts, and we all posses a mind that operates according to the same principles, each one of us is formulated in a slightly different way that forms an entirely unique personality. Each one of us is also comprised of a soul which is fashioned over time based on how we perceive reality, and creates our experiences of that reality forming memories, and who we become by way of our own creations.

Cosmic_creativity
Our thoughts, which come to us as ideas being expressed verbally as a conversation we’re always holding with ourselves, that can often involve several sub-personalities that appear to be discussing the same thing from different perspectives, or arguing their point in a form of debate, are how we form consistent realities that are all built around or out of a general meaning. Those thoughts as words spoken internally to ourselves form a consistent reality as a dynamic series of stories that all share or come out of the same basic theme, as what we could call fractal patterns (smaller patterns as the offspring of the parent pattern). These thematic stories evolve out of experiences that had significant emotional impact that formed memories that are used to form a basic story-line. These emotional memories become the basis for the thematic content of our most fundamental thoughts.

These “themes” are the “structuring mechanism” that forms our perceptual lens as an interpretation. As we perceive through these thematic patterns, we literally abstract and reorder into a new pattern the elements in an existing situation necessary to tell our story about it, while ignoring or not even noticing and including anything that contradicts or disproves our story. The mind is selective in what its able to perceive based on the mental filters as the model or energetic structure of the mind, which only tunes into and “sees” what is of the same nature or vibratory frequency as it is. The frequency is a thematic pattern or energetic structure that forms the basis for creating personal realities out of common elements and aspects in our outer surroundings.

Your thoughts as self-communication, or words spoken to yourself internally, are how you’re programming yourself through suggestions that become the basis for how and what you experience as your perception of reality. Your thoughts as words that form mental impressions as movie like scenarios that tell a specific type of story by how it frames everything, is what you could think of as your vibratory frequency, and how you’re tuned (self-programmed), which forms the basis for what type of thoughts you broadcast as well as receive, and what type of people and situations you naturally attract, notice, and interact with.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and with the Word God called forth all of life”

afterlife-soul

The power of the word is that it gives the mind a pattern as a form of template to shape astral light (the mental essence that shapes images) into living realities in the imagination. As we continue thinking the same type of thoughts, telling ourselves the same type of stories, and telling our stories to others, forming our reality in their minds also in reference to us, we act to systematically build-up that idea, strengthening it by controlling the imagination of others to form the same reality as a consensus, and use that reality to interpret all other realities, making it “real” as our experience. By recognizing our own power to create our own experiences and self-reflecting on how we think on a regular basis, and listen to ourselves talk to others, we can “see” that our life is actually our own creation as the corresponding outer reality that matches our inner reality. It’s not that we literally produce the outer, but rather filter out only the elements in the outer that can be reorganized to tell our story using them. We structure reality as an ordering-organizing system that takes any situation, and only “sees” (notices, pulls out, and reorganizes it) what can readily be used to tell the same type of story. We only see what we’re programmed to see. We reorganize situations by how we interpret them. Our interpretation comes through a dynamic series of interwoven mental filters that accentuate and embellish some things, while leaving out or eliminating other things altogether. Anything that can’t be used logically to tell our story, or that would contradict and therefore disprove our story, we ignore or fail to even notice.

molecules of brain

Words form patterns as a means of structuring reality to give it meaning. We think that we say what we do as a means of describing or expressing what’s happening “to us”, or as an objective interpretation of an obvious reality that everyone else is seeing the same way, without ever realizing that our description is whats actually creating our reality, not the other way around. This is because we have this idea that experience and reality are the same thing. That perception is reality. That reality is an objective, neutral and finite idea that’s playing out the same way for everybody, and that everybody is seeing the same thing that we are. And while this is partially true, reality, like all of life, is infinite, and being created out of a universal theme as objective – shared reality, that’s being used as the basis for creating an infinite number of personalized versions by every person-mind that’s apart of the same outer events. We’re always taking a universal idea as a basic archetype or generic idea that contains an infinite variety of potential based on how its used by the individual mind to create a personalized version of the same idea. Our individual mind, like the universal mind, is bestowed with the ability to create its own reality, and self-create by way of that reality.

We are the only one creating our experiences based on how we’re being stimulated by the outer world. All outer stimulus only comes by way of a shared vibration as a pattern or characteristic through resonance. We are only affected by what is of the same nature as we are in our outer environment. Outer stimulus is only capable of awakening and bringing into activities what’s already inside of us. How we’re stimulated and therefore influenced is based on what’s brought out in us and developed through an interaction as a behavioral dynamic that forms the basis for the story we begin telling ourselves “about” things as a way of making sense out of them , that make them “mean” something. The meaning we give things, means something about us, about others, and about the world or the way things are. This forms the basic theme that fits multiple levels of reality into a congruent idea that’s consistent and therefore believable.

Pineal Gland – The Spiritual Experience of Conscious Dreaming

waves

Often when we talk about envisioning, soul journeying, or spiritual experience, many don’t know for sure what it is or what the terms actually mean in the real sense. Here my goal is to simply describe the basic nature of the mystical experience in terms of the energetic hallucinations that are a natural function of the imagination when being used with greater abilities. Everybody’s experience varies to a certain degree and some have distinct personal styles of envisioning just as we have unique and varying mental perceptions of normal day-to-day reality. I am only giving a basic idea as a means of comprehending what the experience might be like.

I will give basic terminology “meaning” simply as a means of creating distinctions for greater understanding of how it actually operates. The descriptions are not the things themselves, but simply the ideas used to illustrate the nature of the experience as if you were actually having it. Anytime we are attempting to describe what lacks description, a vague approximation as a representation must always be considered and applied in the practical sense. We must get a ‘feel” for, or sense what we’re talking about. It’s only important that you understand so that you will know when you are actually having the experience. Like most forms of intuition, chances are you are doing it to a certain extent naturally as part of your human nature and simply don’t realize that’s what it is. Like most things if we don’t have some sort of direct training on or around an idea, or don’t have anybody to talk to about it, we are always left somewhat guessing and wondering, while never really knowing for sure. The more training we have, the more knowledge we gain about a subject, the more we begin seeing it all around us and know how to interact with it in a meaningful way. The first step to mastery at any level is education and obtaining knowledge that can be practiced accurately and with immediate results.

We must start by realizing that the most basic principle of the Universe is that of Evolution. Everything is in motion and a constant state of fluctuating as “becoming”. All energy and life-forms in the energetic realm of the astral plane (which we experience during meditation) move and flow through rhythmic movements that form a basic entrainment that serves to align the whole system through a natural form of rapport – resonance as energetic sympathy, where energy as information that enters into essence of some form and creates an effect. The nature of the energy as a “quality of consciousness” creates a analogous (like) form. Follow this basic procedure for starting any kind of meditation or hypnosis designed to stimulate and open the third-eye or Pineal gland.

universal mind

Sit in a reclined position or lie down in a comfortable position. Systematically relax your body through a basic relaxation technique. Then scan your body for any areas you might still be holding tension in, and consciously relax it by intending it. Tell it to relax, and then allow it. Close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, the sound of your breath, the movement of your chest up, and down, rising and falling, and notice that the air you inhale is cool and dry, and as you exhale it is warm and moist. As you begin merging with your breath, sense your heart beat. Then simply observe the rhythm of your breath with the beat of your heart, and notice that just by placing your attention on both of them, they begin forming synchronicity. Continue breathing, listening to your heartbeat and relaxing your body. Don’t try to control the process, simply allow. Inside, find the center of your head, then create a spacious feeling around it. Place your attention straight ahead betwee your eyebrows, and slightly above eye-level. You should feel a slight strain in your eyes from the angle. Just relax into it by allowing it.

Notice that in the darkness you may not see much in terms of shapes, but maybe various saturation as patterns of black to grey. There maybe be clouded areas that take on colors, or simply seem grayish against the black background. You may notice a dark spot or “hole” that either begins a swirling motion around it, or slowly forms into an eye, then fades and disappears. You may see the eye from different angles and various perspectives. You may notice pinpoints of light that resemble stars or form into constellations. They may be whitish or take on colors, or perhaps have rainbow-like halos.

eternity

Keep your attention focused in your third eye, the spot between your eyebrows in the lower part of your forehead. If it wanders, simply bring it back and continue to focus. If you find yourself allowing one of the thoughts to take hold and begin forming into a conceptual reality, simply refocus your attention to the center of your head and allow the thoughts to simply move by in a stream-like motion. Don’t try to make anything happen, or anticipate what’s going to happen, but simply allow your mind to feel spacious, vast and extremely open. Create the feeling of empty space. Imagine it like an open arena or large stage. You are not the director or writer of the play, simply the observer. The audience. You will allow whatever unfolds to entertain you. Reveal itself to you while you simply watch.

You may notice wave-like motions forming that either sweep from bottom to top, left to right or a combination of both. It may start as clouds or misty concentrations, much like nebula in space, or more like moving sensations with no real distinction. More like impressions that forms evolving patterns. You will notice some sort or a rhythmic pattern that rises up, expands into a flowing motion, fully expresses, and then dissipates. Simply watch it without attempting to control it. Create a kind of appreciation or admiration around it. Enjoy it and give it your full attention.

The movement may begin taking on prismatic colors that fluctuate and shimmer as it unfolds. The designs or patterns may begin taking on crisp, geometric patterning at the height of there expression and be a primary dominate color. These geometric patterns that are flowing in wave-like or spiraling motions may start taking on the qualities of distinct objects or features. Either primary shapes, shapes of certain objects, or distinct symbolic objects that are readily recognizable. Again, simply surrender to the flow of energy and do not attempt to control or determine it. Simply watch and allow it. Be fully present with it.

angelic being

These patterns may start forming into either images of people, animals or full images of some sort. They may be a combination of human features, mixed with animals with areas of objects or patterning of some sort. As you watch, you may notice they become more and more distinct. Continuing with the wave-like, flowing, or spiraling movement, you may notice that they evolve through various combinations of human and animalistic characteristics. They may also evolve through different age groups, races, gender or move distinctly into humans with animal parts and strange features. It may seem as if you are watching the same essence or energy cluster evolving through various lifetimes and the forms each of those lives entailed. You may seem to notice how masculine images have inherent feminine qualities and how the feminine posses masculine qualities.

Sometimes it seems like you see landscapes, places, buildings or activities of some sort. When the images become crisp and fully developed they may begin taking on a distinct holographic appearance with shimmering, fluctuating or lustrous prismatic colors. Some may seem almost recognizable as someone you know, or resemble a clear rendition of a mythological or archetypal figure. Some seem pretty, beautiful and intriguing, while others seem demonic, disturbing or grotesque. They may evolve through a series of unfoldment that includes all of them. Some appear to have gross features, shadowy qualities and glowing eyes, others resembles angels that seem powerful and passionate, more like artistic ideas. You will notice that the demonic, grotesque images do not invoke fear of any kind, but seem to almost be beautiful in a different sort of way. You will begin losing fear as a response to various life-forms. You’ll develop the ability to view beauty and ugliness with the same internal response.

As you observe these images in detail you may start noticing energy in your body. It may come as distinct sensations like a sinking feeling, bubbly, having trouble breathing, or it may be a distinct sexual arousal that follows the flowing quality of the image. You may notice certain parts of your body with distinct sensory sensations as hot, buzzy, tingly, cool, or hot inside and cold outside. You may experience arousal that moves down your legs and out the bottom of your feet in flushing, wave-like or streaking, flaring motions. You may feel a tingling sensation as energetic rushes, or feel waves of goose-bumps. You may feel what seems like pin-pricks or distinct discharges or penetration of some sort. The energy may move upwards in the same fashion. If it moves into your third-eye, your thought/visionary process it can create an erotic feeling of flushing euphoria that is similar to a low-grade orgasm. It will quicken your thoughts and noticeably seem to excite them, change their nature and the feeling quality of their expression. This is the chemical reaction to the thoughts rising in you as a natural correspondence.

soul light

If you feel sexually aroused, or almost as if you are going to have an orgasm of some sort, don’t let it freak-you out, it’s quite normal and will serve as a distinct benefit to making it a point to meditate more often. (smiling) This is the experience of what we refer to as the “kundalini” energy that resides at the base of your spine as the sexual energy that when aroused, rises up through the energetic system of the body creating an aroused sensation that promotes vitality and positive state-of-mind associated with the pleasure centers of the body that are often called “bliss”. You may even feel the sensation of being “entered” into physically and filled up if you’re a woman, or the pleasure that comes from filling up, if you’re a man. It’s the experience of merging and expanding into energetically. Keep in mind that this type of practice is what led the Sufi’s to write erotic love-poems to God, the Beloved.

The more you practice, the easier it gets, the more readily it comes, and you develop your ability to hold greater and greater amounts of physical pleasure in your body for extended periods of time without feeling overwhelmed and needing to discharge it. Like all things it takes dedicated practice over a life-time. Once you begin experiencing the benefits of deeper forms of meditation, you may become almost addicted to it. Like the endorphins as pleasure-chemistry created from exercise.

After these types of practices, you will never again wonder why Shamans and Magi’s dress the way they do, or what the Native American rituals were all about. You will understand through experience what the term “shape-shifting” means and where it came from, why it is a Universal theme. You will understand gargoyles and strange symbolic totems. Through this Universal experience of dynamic energy that has all the natural qualities that shape physical characteristics, you might even start desiring to change your personal style to take on less of a domesticated look, and instead choose a more natural, wild approach.

This practice will also help you to form immediate and natural rapport with Nature and all Living Beings. It creates the experience of feeling a deep connection to all of life. The experience itself acts to realign your whole system into a more organic and free-flowing structure. You will feel calm, confident and cultivate a kind of inner contentment. Peace of Mind that is based on passion and a devotion to all of life and Mother Earth. You will fall in love with life itself and begin rejoicing at the simplest of things. The magic of life, becomes normal. The ordinary takes on a sense of extraordinary through enhanced sensory experiences that make them seem erotically vivid and intensely alive!

The Art of Wellness – Transforming your Health

One of the most basic mistakes people make in producing change in their life is they fail to start with an outcome in mind, and attempt to do to much at once. Because change can often seem a bit overwhelming, they psyche themselves up in order to muster up the determination they deem necessary to do what they imagine they need to do (imagining it as being difficult), then start off with a blast, that usually fizzels quickly, leaving them feeling even weaker than before and discouraged to try again. This process, which is very common, nearly always leads to failure, because it comes as the result of negative programming while employing an incorrect process for creating a desired result. In order to be successful, you need to start by utilizing the proper process for creating.

Because we developed the habit or tendency that we’re now attempting to change over time, to recreate it in a new fashion will also require time. Changes should be created first as an outcome that we’re acting to create, then break down into steps required to produce the change out of our current conditions and circumstances. Your focus as an imagined reality should always be on the result the change will bring. The step-by-step changes in your current practices should be implemented in stages with time frames attached to them. It should be approached as a building and accumulative process that gradually converts the existing situation into the desired situation.

Each step should be allotted a time frame required to create it as a new habit before the next one is implemented. The secret of conscious creation lies in the power of concentrated thought. When we scatter our attention on too many things, we lose our creative ability to direct physical processes with our mind. Concentration on a single idea, while creating it in the imagination as a full sensory reality, while infusing it with positive emotions, is the key to conscious creation.

Creative Process for Change:

1. Form a very clear idea in your mind of the desired outcome as an actual reality. As if you’re experiencing it. Develop it into details as what are you seeing? Hearing? Feeling? Smelling or tasting? And what are you telling yourself about what what you’re experiencing?

2. Create a statement as an affirmation of this reality with a strong emotional content. This will act as an activating mechanism for focusing your mind on the goal.

3. Compare the desired outcome with the current reality, and distinguish the differences, and what in the current situation needs to be transformed to produce the new reality.

4. Create a list of the areas to be transformed, then develop each area as ideas that bring clarity around it necessary to actually produce it.

5. Break the process down into stages or chunks, then break each stage down into steps needed to successfully accomplish that stage of development

6. Assign reasonable time frames to each stage and to each step within the stage, while simultaneously developing a time frame for the creation of the overall idea.

7. Each step needs to be created in the imagination as the experience of doing it that’s a form of mental rehearsal. Imagine yourself doing it until you get it just the way you want it, then repeat that process as a rehearsal over and over until you can recall it in an automatic fashion.

8. Then practice through the template of the mental rehearsal in your everyday life, creating the experience as an analogy to your mental rehearsal. If you lose your focus, use your affirmation to redirect your mind

9. Repeat this consistently as a practice in your daily life until the step is accomplished in an automatic and natural way. Only when this step is accomplished to the desired level, should you move into the next step or stage of the process.

All change that comes in a gradual manner goes unnoticed. As humans we can make small adjustments with relative ease, and can make small consistent changes with equal ease. If we try to do too much at once, it can become overwhelming and awkward, or we can create an experience of suffering in doing it. Most creations require a foundation to be laid in order to support what comes out of it in a natural way. When we fail to lay the foundation as the basis for the change, we undermine it and usually fail to be able to produce the change as permanent and lasting.

Change in reality is transformation as a creative process. All creative processes begin with the end in mind. The end is a reality shaped first in the imagination to be used as a kind of blueprint that’s then used to produce the outward reality as its equivalent. When we learn how to use our mind to direct physical processes necessary for transformation, we become powerful creators in our own life. We cultivate the ability to determine and set the course of our destiny, and begin fashioning ourselves by way of our own hand.
