The Secret to the Subconscious and Willful Creation

One of the things that can make creating in a deliberate and willful manner confusing is that we’re always using one aspect of our mind to direct and command another aspect, both of which speak a different language and work by different means to create what we experience as a unified “reality”. All of what we can call “actual creation” as a manifestation is done by the subconscious while being directed by the conscious mind through our feelings and thoughts. We become what we think about because we’re literally programming ourselves and forming our perception of reality through our thoughts. The words we speak while imagining them as a reality or experience that invoke a strong emotion of some kind in response to them, is serving to give our subconscious a directive for creating as an outer experience.

Reality and the Illusion of Time

The mind itself with its varying aspects operates on different planes and scales simultaneously performing different functions of what results in a unified experience of reality. The subconscious exists “outside of time” (which is a dimension created by the conscious mind) and is always “present” in what we can think of as the “eternal now”. Our self-conscious mind (of outer awareness) exists within the time-space dimension of its own creation, and spends most of its time dwelling in the past or contemplating the future and is hardly ever present in the moment. The subconscious is “experiential” in nature, feeling oriented, and emotionally driven, and is what forms all of our natural perceptions and behaviors in a fully automatic and habitual manner. Our perception of the outer world is being produced by our subconscious while being witnessed and observed by our conscious mind. Our energetic “state” is what acts to unify both aspects into a coherent whole where together they call forth, organize into a thematic pattern, and produce our reality as a “direct experience” of it.

Learning to Speak the Language of the Soul

When we set a goal using our conscious mind, we tend to set it for the future while forming a realization around the fact that we don’t already have it. Because the desired reality is perceived as being in the future (time) somewhere and not already present, the subconscious doesn’t register it (it has no awareness of the future), and instead registers the feeling of “wanting it”. So wanting what we don’t have becomes the directive as a kind of “theme” for the subconscious to use in creating more realities and experiences of “wanting”. The subconscious functions to create reality as an outer manifestation of an inner reality formed out of feelings, ideas, and thoughts, and doesn’t need instructions on “how to” manifest something, but merely a metaphorical idea of “what” to create as a feeling state. All experience serves to give us more of the same feelings that acted to produce it.

For this reason all goals need to be formed in the imagination “as if” they’re real and from “within” the experience of it. Whatever emotion we associate to the desired situation or event tells the subconscious how to formulate it in order to create more of the same emotion through the nature of the experience produced. The goal has to be formed as an internal representation of a metaphorical idea imbued with strong feelings. We have to create it as a form of “virtual memory” (reality) that can take the place of an actual memory. The outer appearance as a certain type of reality merely cloaks the feeling that serves to birth and animate it allowing us to form a certain type of experience out of it. The reality itself isn’t what’s significant; it merely lays the foundation and sets the stage for how we form our experience of it. It can’t be thought of as something we’re “going” to work towards and hopefully create at some point in the future, because the reality of not having it “is” the directive being given to create more experiences of the same nature.

The Divine Paradox

The other thing we need to keep in mind is that the mind works in a completely holistic manner. It’s only the self-conscious mind that perceives duality and separation as our outer awareness of space and time. The subconscious is also a fundamental part of the group mind of the collective unconscious and what the self-conscious perceives as being “out there” is being produced by the subconscious on a larger scale without our direct awareness of it. Whereas the self-conscious mind perceives in “separate parts” that make up a whole that are often unrelated and independent of each other as a kind of “this or that” or “black and white” mentality (that believes in the illusion being created), the subconscious is holistic and produces reality out of our mental paradigm as our soul’s essence (memory as integrated experiences). It creates out of our entire psychology as the means of producing an experience of ourselves as a reality.

What this means is that it’s not only the goal itself as a reality that’s taken into consideration, but also the reason you have for setting the goal. What is it that’s “motivating” the goal? Our motives in doing whatever it is we’re doing directly influences and alter the outcome being produced. Many of our motives are emotional in nature and result from deep seated unresolved issues that we’re not fully aware of. These motivating forces play a role in shaping the outcome, and can come in a way that seems to contradict what we thought we were asking for.

A person who wants to manifest a relationship where they’ll “feel wanted and loved”, means they currently don’t feel that way, and again are projecting a wish for what they don’t have out of feelings of not being loved and wanted. All relationships attracted and actively engaged in will only act to produce “more feelings” of not being wanted because this is the state that gave rise to the desire for a relationship to fulfill that they currently lacked. If we feel unhappy, and we imagine it to be due to a lack of money, and we set a goal to make more money as the means of becoming happy, we may in fact produce the material wealth we desired and envisioned, only to have it accentuate and deepen the feeling of being unhappy. This is because it was designed out of feelings of being unhappy.

All manifestation is naturally produced in a fully unconscious way as our feelings that give rise to our thoughts that shape them into images and scenario’s that act to invoke an equivalent emotion, and together produce a reality as an experience. Whatever image we form in response to a feeling is the reality that expresses that feeling and acts to give us more of it. If we “ask” for something out of a feeling of lack, what we’re really saying to our subconscious is “give me more of this feeling”. All outer manifestations are produced as a reflection and equivalent of “inner manifestations” of feelings and thoughts because they’re both being produced by the same mind through our mental paradigm. The outer is a continuation of the inner on a larger scale.

Summary

We have to start all conscious manifestation by accessing the feeling inside of already having what it is we’re going to create. If we ask for something as a means of giving us a feeling we don’t already have, we simply create more of that feeling because it’s the feeling that acts as the directive telling the subconscious what to multiply and produce more of. All material reality is designed to give us more of the feeling that motivated and spawned its creation. While submerged in the feeling of “not having”, which is what gives rise to our request to acquire it, only acts to produce the reality as the experience of wanting.

Instead of focusing on what we lack and then trying to determine what type of reality will give us that, ask yourself what feeling is it that your desired manifestation will serve to give you. Then focus exclusively on that feeling, amplifying it, and allow the reality associated with it to naturally form of its own volition in your imagination. Let go of all need to determine what the reality is, and let it form as the expression of the feeling. As the image or reality rises naturally out of the feeling, don’t try to change or correct it to what you think it should be, but let it form spontaneously, while maintaining your attention on the feeling. All material images and actual realities serve only as a metaphor for the subconscious, which creates through the Law of Analogy and Correspondences. Allow yourself to realize intuitively that the “feeling” is the creative directive that the subconscious will use as the means of producing the reality that will be “of” that feeling and serve to give you more of it . . .

Memory, DNA, and the Subconscious Mind – Taking Control of Your Mind and Creating Yourself in a Deliberate Manner

All living organisms operate out of the same basic group of principles represented in Sacred Geometry by the numbers 0 through 9. DNA operates out of the same principles as the mind, and may even be considered the subconscious aspect of the mind referred to as “body consciousness”, that completely organizes and regulates all automatic functions of the body, while also organizing the outer reality to hold and represent the same meaning as the inner reality. DNA is a living electromagnetic bio-system that’s always in the process of exchanging energy as signals with everything in near proximity, as well as with the same vibratory frequency as a quality of consciousness with parallel dimensions that are dynamically interlaced with this one. Even what we call the material plane, is formed as a virtual hologram of intricately interlaced dimensions within a greater overall dimension that contains and is comprised of them, while simultaneously exceeding and transcending them. All dimensions exist as a range or hierarchical scale, where the entire lower scale as an accumulative progression becomes the initial or fundamental level of the one that proceeds out of it, and the lower, primary level is formed by the summary of the one preceding it. The upper regions of one dimension can access and possibly begin resonating with the lower region of the one above it, drawing in and absorbing energy as the consciousness (information) of that higher region, and through a process of interpretation, assimilation, and equilibrium, can act to develop its own “state” to that of the higher level, and be drawn up or absorbed into it through sympathetic resonance. All reality as a dynamic scale of interwoven levels and aspects operates through a gradient movement of degrees between higher and lower levels, based on what we’re absorbing, becoming one with in nature (thought, feelings, emotions, morals, etc.), and systematically adjusting our vibratory frequency accordingly. The hierarchical scale moves between kingdoms, where for humans, the lower represents becoming more animal-like, prone and driven by unconscious primal urges that don’t involve a decision born out of a thought process or realization, and the higher, where we align and associate with our divine nature, which requires full use of our creative ability to intuitively evaluate and interpret ideas for their meaning and reality as a means of making conscious decisions that ultimately determine our moral destiny. We have been bestowed with higher mental capacities as a form of cognitive intelligence that provides us with the means to create ourselves in a very intentional manner. Whatever we associate and enter into relationship with, and use as the means to create our experiences, we exchange information as states and ways of being that we integrate and use to create ourselves. As we feel, think, and imagine, we become by doing. However we’re being determines what we do. Actions as natural behaviors are an expression of our character. Our character is something we are solely responsible for creating by what we align ourselves with, willingly allow into our mind and build into a reality by thinking about it, which provides us with the pathway and template for fashioning ourselves by becoming like it. As we think and feel, we program our own subconscious mind as our DNA with a form of holographic program as a spatial map. Subtle energy as vibration has both an acoustic and optical component as words and sentences that spontaneously produce images as the meaning inherent in the words. Our mind as the electromagnet field (EMF) that permeates, envelops, and extends quite some distance from the body, acts as an antenna, receiver, and transducer for signals as frequencies that are simultaneously received and interpreted by the DNA of our molecular structure, which acts as a transducer that forms words into an EMF as the holographic form that expresses the meaning of the words. This hologram as the conceptualization of the idea the words represent, (in)forms an internal reality as the subtle body and organizing mechanism that’s used to structure matter into the same idea as a pattern that produces a meaningful experience. Out of the reality and its meaning, comes a story as a form of dialogue. This dialogue as a meaningful story imagined as a hologram or virtual reality, programs the DNA of the body with that reality, while simultaneously modifying the mental paradigm to that frequency where it becomes a perceptual lens that we look through to form our experience of life as our thoughts and internal narrative about it. Our initial programming, produced by combinations of various sorts as relationships between similar ideas that together form a unified idea as a unique variation of both, sets the basis for continued growth and development as a constant form of transformation and soul evolution. Our initial programming is developed by what’s stimulated and brought into active expression through a dynamic of some sort, and what remains latent and inactive in its potential state. A constant process of transformation is taking place by not only what we interact with and become associated with, but by how we perceive and interpret it making it mean something that integrates the information into our paradigm in a way that makes sense (is harmonious)  while simultaneously altering our genetic expression accordingly. Our mind, genes, brain, heart, and whole organism, is not fixed or static as a form of automated processes, but make up a dynamic living system of potential that’s constantly morphing, fluctuating, and transforming through resonant induction of conscious energy around it that are complementary and compatible in nature. We’re always being programmed by what we’re exposed to, cooperate and participate in doing, or what we contest and argue against. The only question is whether or not it’s happening at an unconscious level as an automatic process that we’re not aware of, or if we’re aware and realize the significance of how we’re constantly being developed and begin intentionally taking control of the process.  The conscious “thinking” mind that’s prone to constant outer influence as a form of direct awareness, is constantly directing (intentionally sending ideas) and programming the DNA/subconscious through what it actively engages in as an experience of reality. The conscious mind is also the aspect of the mind that possesses “willpower”, which acts as an evaluation and judgment process that edits what’s allowed into the mind and allowed to take hold in the imagination, and what’s not. The conscious mind has the ability to make decisions about things from a fully aware and intentional perspective. When we’re aware of our own ability to direct, edit, and determine our own thoughts, we take back responsibility for ourselves and start becoming self-regulated and self-determined. When we remain unconscious, always acting out of compulsive urges and desires of some sort, and we lack any real form of discipline and self-control, we’re drawn into things through emotional dramas, desires of some kind, or compulsive behaviors as tendencies that cause us to act in an automatic and unconscious fashion, usually without much regard for the consequences our decisions render. But either way, awake and aware, or asleep and unaware, the same process of resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence is constantly taking place as a natural energetic-biological process of transformation and self-development that’s consistent and ongoing moment by moment. Once we realize that our subconscious/DNA is “programmable” by imagined thoughts that have strong feelings and emotions attached to them as meaning, and that we’re always working on ourselves to program ourselves through our thoughts as integrated information, and we realize the power of what this implies, we can learn how to use our will and ability to make conscious decisions as to what we associate with and actively engage in. Through intentional associations and activities that develop us in deliberate ways as a means of acquiring different types of information as emotional thoughts that serve to program us in desirable and progressive ways, we can become fully aware of how we’re acting “on ourselves” to create ourselves and we can begin exercising and developing our ability to make the type of decisions that provide us with the influence and stimulation we need in order to develop the qualities and characteristics we want to acquire. We can become aware of people, situations, and activities that we engage and participate in that develop us in very negative and degrading ways, and make firm decisions to remove them from our life, from our experiences, and our mind. Replacing them with what we want to become like instead. Through self-awareness, we can learn to use our imagination in very deliberate ways to think and create the realities of our thoughts that program and transform us to become who we want to be. The mind tends to be habitual and runs on a form of auto-pilot, and thoughts are often memories of various forms that we continue playing out in our mind while adapting them to present situations, giving the present the same meaning as the past. Though the theme of the memory is applied to many situations, different people, and varying conditions and circumstances, the context and type of story that evolves out of it remains the same. A current situation reminds us of a past situation, and we reference the memory through association, and interpret the present to mean the same thing as the past, and tell ourselves a story about it that transforms it into more of the same idea. Memories form holographic templates as perceptual themes and context that consistently create meaningful experiences. As we “look through” our perceptual lens as our mental paradigm, we only see in everything else what matches our idea about it. Memories form transparent patterns as an internal reality that’s projected and superimposed over the outer reality where it’s reorganized in such a manner that it can be interpreted to be the same in terms of semantics. Through a form of transference, we interpret everyone and everything to be a part of our story about them. Because our model as accumulated memories form the basis for all interpretation, we’re always transforming others, our situation, and our environment to be of the same criteria as our past. Memories are the programming of our subconscious/DNA and act as a filtering system for all of our automatic perceptions and natural behaviors. It’s only by becoming aware of this, and realizing what we’re doing, that we can begin using it in a deliberate and intentional manner to proactively create our life experiences, and fashion ourselves by way of those experiences. Mastering Communication – How Communication Works

When most of us think of communication, we think of words spoken or how we explain, describe, or express an idea so that it can be understood by whom ever we’re communicating with. And while this is certainly one form of communication that’s undertaken in the common sense, the process of communication is the very basis for how we transfer information from one level of the mind to another, and how we receive information from outside sources or different planes of mental activities. Communication which is usually equated to speech or the spoken word, is also the basis of “thought” which is a form of internal speech as self-dialogue where we actually communicates ideas to ourselves, or from one aspect of ourselves to another aspect. We not only have a form of internal dialogue going on most if not all of the time (waking consciousness), but we also have what we call different personalities inside that take on different perspectives with different purposes that are often discussing ideas or arguing against each other always seeking the upper hand or the final word on a decision of some form. These multiple personalities, which have been coined in psychology as “archetypes” or “aspects of ourselves” that form multiple perspectives, are quite normal and something that we all have. We’re not only thinking most of the time, but holding whole conversations with ourselves (notice this word describing us is always plural).

Thoughts are Self-Communication
Thoughts, which are a form of silent speech is always either expressing how we see and feel about things, defining ideas by explaining or describing them, or in the process of telling a story about things in a generalized manner. Thought is often the replay of memory of some kind, or something that we heard such as a conversation we had, or the lyrics to a song, the part in a movie, or some form of reflection on previous thoughts and experiences that we rehash by going over in our mind, developing them in slightly different ways by how we associate them to other ideas. Many thoughts come by way of suggestion of some sort that triggers a memory as a chain-of-association that systematically begins unfolding in our mind as a form of reflection. Something happens, and it reminds us of something else that we then begin thinking about by imagining it. In this way, we are always communicating to ourselves and presenting ideas to ourselves in a variety of contexts, that we reason and make sense out of by the story we tell about things that transforms them into a congruent theme as a overall story-line.

This constant form of communication with ourselves and others comes by way of ideas that we “receive” (often out of nowhere) through a form of outer stimulus that awakens an internal response that’s equivalent to it (of the same nature), that we draw into our imagination and begin developing it into a full blown internal reality by thinking about it. As we think about an idea, we think in words that form imagery in the imagination that turn sound (vibration) into living forms as possible realities. As we begin thinking about and picturing an idea in our mind as an experience of it, and then feel the idea as sensations, which activates an emotional response to our own thoughts. The emotion associated to the thought amplifies and intensifies it. The feeling-emotion is what forms the “meaning” we give things which shapes the story we tell about it that makes the meaning appear real and therefore true. Thought, feeling, and emotions are always connected as an “experience” of an idea. One automatically produces the others as a chain-reaction. Memory (as an actual experience) can be activated by any aspect of the experience which acts as a suggestion, whether it’s sensory (tone of voice, attitude in how something’s said, etc.) or the emotion associated with the memory is projected and transferred into you, which forms a chain-of-association that recalls a past memory (of the same emotion) in the present and uses it to shape the current experience to mean the same thing as the past. We reshape the present according to the past, and experience the same feeling all over again.

Our own thoughts reveal three things about us simultaneously, it shows us our vibratory frequency as our paradigm or “model of the world” that forms our perceptual lens and how we restructure reality as an interpretation that adapts everything to our perspective and uses it to tell our story (our personal signature for creating experiences as a theme with a flare), how we program ourselves (subconscious mind) by way of our own story as communication, and how we form our identity by identifying with our own self-created experiences. Our internal dialogue as imagining ideas as realities is the most primary way we create ourselves and our experience of life. This internal reality then becomes the basis for creating outside of ourselves by talking about it with others. By the story we’re always in the process of telling by how we think, feel, and act.

bit by bit

How we Shape Personalized Versions of Reality
Words have whole realities inherent in them as vibration that animates a pattern as the meaning of the words. Words as thoughts introduced into the mind transform them into imagery by how they’re adapted to the current situation or mood of the individual. Words form imagery in the imagination and bring life to sound. As a word is spoken it’s transferred into imagery in the mind as visual thoughts that become living entities. We first shape reality in the imagination of the subconscious mind, and that imagined reality is impressed in our mind-field as a pattern that represents a vibration as a template for creating. This imagined idea is broadcast through our energy field which is connected to the energy field of everything around us through the subconscious mind, which is the instinctual mind that we share with all of life and nature. It then stimulates energy of the same nature (patterning) through resonance, and forms a gravitational field between the sender and the receiver. Drawing them together as the elements necessary to co-create that theme as a joint reality where they both play complementary roles in acting out the same drama (story driven by emotion).

energy design

Communication as thoughts that come through suggestion is also how the higher-mind (Higher-Self or God) transfers ideas into the lower mind of the individual. They came as an “inner voice” that starts as a feeling that promotes a natural thought-process as the expression of that feeling into a possible reality as an adaptation to the individual mind and as applied within their current life circumstances. Communication from different planes of existence or levels of the mind as parallel dimensions that all permeate and envelop each other come as feeling and thoughts that are pregnant with realities that are birthed in the imagination of the individual receiving them.

What feeling-thoughts we draw into us from the higher planes are based on our vibratory frequency as the equivalent of what we normally think about all the time. We are only capable of resonating and sympathizing with thoughts of the same nature or frequency. The higher dimensions are like a wave of infinite possibilities or archetypes that are available to the local mind by “tuning into them”, by tuning ourselves to that vibration through how we communicate with ourselves through our normal everyday thoughts that form our vibration as a level of consciousness that has a certain type of reality inherent in it as it’s creative potential for expression.

Whatever reality we tune ourselves to through the emotions we experience on a regular basis and the memories we acquired out of those emotional states, determines what type of thoughts we are capable of “attracting”. We attract more thoughts of the same nature, which serve as the basis for creating the same type of story and reality out of. When we’re busy thinking negative thoughts, feeling sorry for ourselves, or wondering why we can never find true love, we are programming our subconscious to find the equivalent of that story in the environment around us, and we draw more of the same experiences to us. When we do attract a story of a potentially different type, we act to transform it by how we interpret it, how we behave and how we treat others that initiates and stimulates the same emotions and ideas necessary for telling the story we need it to tell. Perception is reality. Perception “is” the interpretation itself that gives everything meaning. The meaning we give things shapes the story we tell about it, which personalizes it through our creative signature to be “like” us. In this way, we remake others in our own image and with our likeness.

grid head

So once we realize that communication is how we create reality for ourselves and suggest that same reality to others by how we communicate and act towards them, we can begin reflecting on our own stories that we find ourselves telling others or our own comments about things that show us aspects ourselves that we normally remain unaware of. We can begin observing our own thoughts, while refraining from the tendency to justify or validate our reasons for thinking that way, and instead, simply realizing what type of thoughts run through our mind unattended. We can then catch ourselves in our own stories and choose to change those stories by intentionally directing our own thoughts. We can look for different qualities in the same situations, and use those “different qualities” to form a new type of story that makes things mean something different.

We can realize how other people are directing our mind all the time by just talking to us while we picture what they say and make it apart of us by imagining it as a reality. We can begin thinking more accurately about how we communicate with others by painting the picture in their mind that we want them to develop into a reality, and deliver the communication with the emotion that will be the shaping force of the story they tell about the idea we gave them through talking to them about it. In this way, we can not only become powerful communicators to ourselves, but also become a powerful influence to those around us. We can give people experiences with emotional impact that will stay with them long after we’ve gone that they’ll continue developing by thinking about it. We can become the generator that multiplies realities as higher vibration that plants them like seeds in the fertile imagination of others knowing they will continue to grow them on their own and according to their own signature making them ideal for them!
