Schedule a Mentoring/Coaching Session for Professional Development

I provide complementary Discovery Calls for anyone considering my services to ensure that I can provide you with the help or education you need, and to make sure we’re a good fit. If you’re contemplating becoming a new client, or this is your first time in seeking my services, please schedule a complementary consult first:

Hours for Mentoring/Coaching Sessions: MST (Mountain Standard Time), USA

Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm

All Sessions are 60 – 90 Minutes long

Any appointment times outside of standard business hours needs to be requested and arranged in advance

Consultations: All Mentoring sessions and consultations are conducted online, using Skype, Zoom, or by phone, with or without video. I use Skype as a general rule, and use it exclusively for all international calls outside of the USA. I do not have an international calling service on my phone, so if you’re located in another country, I will not receive any phone calls or text messages from you, and you’ll need to use email or the form on our contact page.

Recommendation: A 6 session, 3 month commitment is always recommended to start because change only comes by through consistent application of knowledge, and true change that’s permanent in nature only comes through a paradigm shift and lifestyle changes. All packages include chat/email support, which is conducted between sessions for any questions, new insights, or for ongoing guidance regarding how to apply what was discussed in our previous sessions.

Scheduling: Sessions are typically scheduled as a bi-weekly routine, but can also be scheduled weekly or whenever you feel they’re needed, as long as they’re used within the time-frame allotted. Most appointments need to be scheduled at least 5 to 10 business days ahead of time in order to secure a specific time slot, or at the conclusion of our session together. Any plan with priority scheduling means you can request urgent sessions or ones that you need in a timely manner, and if necessary, may be made outside of normal business hours.

Payment methods: All payments must be made online by credit or debit card through our store before an appointment is made, or purchased as a package of 2, 6 or 12 sessions. You may also purchase Mentoring as a monthly subscription, with automated billing, where you’ll be allotted 2 sessions per month, scheduled bi-weekly, at your convenience, or whenever needed. You may also purchase a Retainer, which is comprised of 5 sessions that can be used as needed. All sessions require payment in advance in order to be scheduled, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Monthly installments for package deals are available for those who request it in advance.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or the fees for the appointment will still apply. If you need to reschedule, simply call or email ahead of time and make a new appointment. If an emergency arises, let me know as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements and I can fill your time slot. If you’re on a monthly or 3 month plan, the appointment can simply be rescheduled at your convenience. Prearranged and purchased time slots may be easily negotiated, simply talk to me about what you need, and we’ll make it happen in whatever way you need it to.

After payment has been made, you can either contact me to schedule your first session, or I’ll contact you to schedule a day and time for our first session.
