Imagination – “As Opposed to Creative Visualization”

eye
The tendency to represent the idea of “imagining something” as “visualizing it”, can make the idea seem fairly confusing. Visualizing indicates forming inner images, pictures and scenes as movies that play out in the mind as a form of anticipated or wished for experience. Then, because its portrayed this way, many get confused as to “how to” visualize, what it means exactly, and believe that it means to see fully detailed, colored images and scenes that play out with precision and detail, and while it certainly can be this way, especially for a well developed imagination, for most people it’s usually much more impressionistic. Most visualization resembles the type of image we see as a reflection in glass or water, or a reflection in a dark, shiny surface where it’s more shadow-like and formed, yet not particularly detailed. This resembles what is referred to as “thought-forms” that exist in the astral field of the mind as shadowy images that we form through thinking about or dwelling on ideas, or recalling a memory of some kind.

The imagination however, is a faculty of the mind that forms a full sensory experience that while it’s main component is visual images and impressionistic shapes, it also focuses heavily on hearing and sounds, feelings as intuitive and as touching the surface of material reality, any forms of smells that would be inherent in the experience, and taste whenever appropriate, as well as the internal dialogue as thoughts that we naturally have while engaging in any type of experience and the emotions the experience elicits. Our inner dialogue is what we are telling ourselves ‘about’ the experience that makes it mean something. The imagination takes an inspired idea as unformed, and shapes it into a full 3-D sensory reality that is realistic and believable, and therefore possible. The true use of the imagination however, places the greatest emphasis on “feelings” that we have as a result of the inner experience we are having. The feeling is the full-body intuitive sensation that blends the visual into a holistic experience as a form of memory that is complete with emotions, thoughts and meaning that brings realization around an idea that can only be obtained through the experience of it. This reality formed in the imagination through thinking, creates a form of template that makes us a channel for the imagined idea to become a reality as an outer expression that’s a correspondence to the inner experience.

lost in space

This is the creative power of the mind to create experience by first creating it internally while shaping it with sensory detail and definition that sets the vibratory patterning that attracts and organizes the outer experience as a correspondence. The outer experience is not exact to the imagined one, although it can be, but is rather analogous to the inner experience. It’s of the same nature and theme as the internal experience, yet modified according to the elements available in the immediate surroundings, and the will, personality and interactive quality of those participating in the orchestration of the outer experience. Because the outer requires other people, situations and events, the original vision is modified accordingly as a basic requirement to incorporate the ideas and desires of all who partake in the over-all experience that is co-created as a shared reality.

This is why the emphasis is always placed on the “feeling” of the experience rather than the visual aspect. Visually it may be entirely different than you imagined it, yet it will feel the same. It’ll be the same type of idea as a form of theme, which is being illustrated in a modified and varied manner. The feeling, as the vibratory frequency is what composes and structures the experience to be of a certain patterning that beautifully conforms to the influences that everyone participating contributes, while maintaining the same basic idea as the essence of the over-all experience. You will recognize the fulfillment of your wish, not by what it looks like, but by what it feels like as you realize you’re in the process of having it.

Spiritual Knowledge is Laws that are Encoded in Symbolic Language: “Spiritual Principles are Creative Tools for Conscious Evolution”

decahedron metatrons cube Spiritual knowledge, unlike most things, requires you to seek it out through an inner desire for it, which intuitively communicates its knowledge through the language of imagery and geometry requiring you to acquire a broad range of knowledge in order to intuitively interpret it.  It’s not stated in plain terms as something specific, because it can’t be. If it is stated as something specific, then it’s really simply one aspect, or metaphorical way of looking at it that simply introduces an idea as a concept into your mind as a form of seed, that comes alive and begins growing as a continuous process of unfolding as a dynamic series of a chain-of-associated and correlated ideas that lead you deeper and deeper into related ideas as a kind of vastness that’s ultimately connected and correlated with everything else. The entire natural world (universe) is all governed by the same handful of laws as invisible forces that organize, form, and operate the material world. All true spiritual knowledge is the practical understanding of universal laws that are active and creative in every single aspect of the manifest world.

Just as the fundamental laws are all connected and interdependent as a form of growth process that moves systematically through stages and phases of development, the knowledge represented by these laws do the same thing. Spiritual knowledge as universal laws remain alive and in a constant state of fluctuation as a continuous evolution of the same fundamental ideas going through numerous spontaneous transformations as a dynamic relationship that constantly expresses in new ways, as new variations of the same idea in every moment based on how they’re being perceived, interpreted, and applied. The spiritual realm of pure energy is not fixed and formed like the material realm, but exists in a purely potential state as infinite possibilities for the same idea (pattern) to be formed and expressed based on what individual mind tunes into it, serves to conceive of it, and forms it into a personalized version by how they imagine it and adapt it to their current conditions and circumstances to produce an actual experience as the physical equivalent.

Ideas are principles that exist as archetypes (memory as dynamic living patterns) that are represented by geometric shapes (form, function & behavior) that are mathematical in nature (exist in relationships) and form a living entity (personality), imbued with distinct attributes, qualities and characteristics as it’s innate constitution. The constitution of an animated being has a form of personality in it that display distinct attitudes and behaviors, and undergo natural operations as biological processes that create in the physical world through myths or stories the personality naturally tells by how it interacts in relationship to everything else.

Principles as philosophical mathematics, structure the material realm determining how it naturally functions. The form biological matter takes on, determines what it does through natural behaviors and how it does it as a form of style or personality. Form that’s structured and animated through life-force energy, functions in very distinct ways through a kind of personality, which not only determines what processes it performs, but the quality of consciousness as characteristics that form traits for “how it does it” in a somewhat unique fashion. These principles as life-forms remain in a constant state of growth and evolution because in every moment they’re entering into relationship with everything else around it that modifies it by exchanging information as an energetic form of metabolism, reforming it to express in new ways through different combinations of information that it integrates that reconfigures it. All physical matter, though it appears solid and consistent in its behavior, remains in a constant state of regeneration that comes by exchanging information between the inner core and the outer environment, which equalizes the internal to match the external. The molecular structure of the material entity is constantly conforming to its environment as the means of survival and growth within or by way of the environment, that’s the most basic function of evolution.

birthHuman beings, which are bestowed with a higher mind that’s creative in nature, and have the ability to modify the environment as a means of surviving and functioning within it, only exchanges energy with what’s of a similar vibration or quality of consciousness with everything around it through resonance. It forms union with ideas that can be shaped into it’s model of the world in a congruent fashion and used to tell their primary life’s story. Vibration as ideas that are too different and exist in a range that can’t be processed by our vibratory frequency, doesn’t resonate with us, and isn’t integrated as a means of modifying our vibration. Because of this law, the law of sympathies and antipathies, we tend to only grow and evolve through absorption and assimilation of the same frequency (range), and only occasionally move into different frequencies.

When we do grow in a significant manner, it’s usually not through deliberate intentions (though it can be), but by having change thrown on us through changing life circumstances that force us to resort to alternative means because our entire life situation changes, and new influences and processes come into play, that we have to adjust to by changing our most basic routines that form our daily lifestyle, which act to break the pattern set by the old routine. Frequencies can be thought of as creative patterns, where we live out of the same tendencies and personality traits that keep repeatedly creating the same type of situations that tell the same type of story over and over throughout our life. When we evolve into a new frequency, we act to initiate and actively participate in creating a new type of story that employ new aspects of our character not being used when telling the previous story.

Spiritual knowledge, unlike conventional knowledge, requires intuitive development as a means of sensing and interpreting the symbolic language it’s written in. Conventional knowledge is given to us in written, verbal language as already interpreted for us. We don’t have to form our interpretation as a unique and personal version, but simply have to accept it verbatim as knowledge itself, without ever having to think for ourselves as the means for interpreting it that transform it into a personalized version that’s unique to us. Because spiritual knowledge requires us to interpret it intuitively, we not only learn simultaneously “how to think for ourselves”, but we have to form a concept of it in our imagination that turns it into a reality as a practical application as an inner experience that becomes a form of virtual memory that acts as a form of blueprint for using within our daily lives in order to consciously create reality. Laws and principles are the tools for “how to” create life.

atom
In order to use an idea, we have to have a working understanding of it. We can only understand what we can conceptualize as an internal representation that forms it as a possible outer reality or actual material object. So information that’s communicated symbolically teaches us how to think by imagining, how to conceptualize by applying to a real life scenario, and integrates the information into our paradigm as a form of virtual experience that becomes an actual memory. As we form ideas into realities that operate according to natural laws, they’re formed into memories that can be recollected, accessed and used for reference, and used as a creative tool from that point on. We acquire the information as a “paradigm shift” by internalizing it to bring it from a thought into an actual form that operates in a specific and consistent way. Knowledge as experience that forms a memory becomes a permanent and natural part of how we feel, perceive and interpret life events. It becomes a built-in process of how we naturally think.

All spiritual development is personal development as the knowledge of laws, integrated into the mind to evolve the soul, that are brought into practice to form our daily lifestyle and natural behaviors as the primary means of personal transformation. Only knowledge that’s applied and lived serves to reform us as an evolving creation. Laws and principles, which pertain to all of life, provide us with the creative tools for shaping our life by “living them”. By how we utilize them to make everyday decisions and direct our own behavior. Laws as spiritual technology provide us with the means to grow and evolve ourselves into higher levels of consciousness and vibrate at a higher frequency, as harmonious with Nature and at one with all of life.

OBE – Altered States of Consciousness vs. Normal Consciousness – “Losing Touch with our True Reality”

energy design
One of the unique features of the human mind is i’s ability to move within many altered states as a form of interdimensional travel or shifting in awareness. While many people don’t realize what’s actually going on when this happens, and think it’s simply various forms of dreaming or hallucinations produced by the brain and neurological system, the simple fact of the matter is, the “mind” is not a phenomena produced by the neurological system of the body, but rather a phenomena that exists in its primary state as independent of the body, and what acts “on the body” to inform and stimulate it, allowing it to form a sensory reality of the physical dimension, a dimension which itself is four-fold in nature.

A ‘state of consciousness’ is a vibratory frequency that tunes into dimensions of the same frequency which contains realities that are inherent within those frequencies. Each frequency, which is interlaced with other frequencies, produces realities that may share common elements while the sequencing and structuring mechanism may vary considerably. We know even within the physical realm, using the primary mechanism of this realm, the body, that simply altering the chemistry of the body, producing what we call hallucinations allows us to experience a whole new reality while fully awake and alert, and considered to be the one creating those realities. This same process of chemistry altering reality is being played out all the time in even the subtlest of ways in the chemicals being added to our food and water, and in the air we breathe which is gradually transforming the chemical and molecular make-up of our body.

Frequencies can be thought of as “waves of information” that are used to “in-form” realities. A vibration has a pattern inherent in it as its creative potential. A frequency is a vast network of interlaced patterns dynamically formed as fractal patterns that are all of the same basic patterning as a kind of theme that produces a consistent reality with common properties. The mind, as the toroidal electromagnetic energy field of the body that permeates and emanates beyond the body, is a vibratory frequency as a living entity that has the ability to alter it’s vibration as a “state” that shifts into, directly perceives, and lives out of the reality of that state. States of mind have whole realities in them. Our mind which is a wave-form as a vibratory frequency is also the “lens” that we look through in order to perceive the world. We perceive only what matches our frequency. Other electromagnetic fields that exist in near proximity to us or that we directly interact with alters our state of mind through resonance as a form of synchronization that forms coherence, shifting our perception accordingly. Our mind is our perceptual lens as our paradigm that structures reality by how it interprets it in order to experience it.

unified field

These dimensions which can be accessed and traversed through purely mental means, are subtle in nature and not “of” the physical realm even though it takes the form of visual and sensory terms, they exist in more of a fluid like state of constant transformation and are considerably more dynamic in nature. These interlaced dimensions can be thought of as the etheric and astral planes that contain subtle substance (essence) of the material plane, yet remain in an evolutionary flow, changing from moment to moment through a metabolic process. These subtle dimensions are interlaced and nested within the physical domain and bleed through periodically in moments of prayer and deepened insight or when experiencing elevated emotional states often called bliss and ecstasy. This is because the mental, astral, and etheric planes interlaced within the physical plane are based on thought-forms developed from emotional states.

The emotions we experience are what connect us to the world around us and act as a form of tuning device that sets our frequency. The mood we’re experiencing at any given time determines what we focus on and what we think about and how we shape the world around us to form our experience of it. In this sense, we are always moving in and out of different realities based on our state of mind. Likewise, we’re always exchanging energy of some form with others and our environment shifting our mood like a shimmering sensation which alters what reality we’re tuned into from moment to moment as we walk through our day. We can encounter people who change our mood, or eat food that changes how we feel, and it changes how we shape our experience because of it. Each mood we experience as an energetic state shifts our vibration and alters our reality to match how we feel.

Torus shape
This dynamic energy exchange between our inner and outer worlds is the most basic aspect of evolution that’s constantly equilibrating and adjusting our metabolic nature to match our environment. We’re always absorbing and assimilating the particles, molecules, and energy (consciousness) around us, shifting our vibration through an accumulative affect that literally restructures us by way of everything around us, modifying our vibration to match it. Our mind, like our body, is not fixed but exists in a constant state of regeneration. The more subtle the energy becomes the less dense it is and the more rapid and fluid its transformative process. The spiritual realm of pure consciousness as the universal mind is like a field of archetypal ideas that exist in their potential (unformed) state and are available to be drawn into the individual mind based on the frequency it’s tuned to. Whatever our frequency as our level of consciousness determines what thoughts and emotions we experience on an ongoing basis as our perception of reality. This is easy to realize when you notice that whatever mood you’re in at any given time determines what you focus on, think about, what memories you run through your mind, and how you interpret the outer world to match your internal world and create your experience of it as a result.

The spiritual world of pure energetic intelligence and life force exists independently of the physical realm, yet intermingles with it by structuring matter into form through DNA sequencing that it then bonds to and uses the body to act and create experiences in the physical world. The soul as the individual mind that’s a smaller version of the universal mind, shapes its essence (encoded programming) from memory obtained through experiences it acquires through the body. The soul, as the individual mind, can move freely within the physical realm without the body. This is commonly achieved in a spontaneous manner by meditating deeply on imaginary experiences of flying. Many of the winged figures portrayed throughout history that we came to refer to as ‘angels’ or demons, were actually mind-souls interacting within the material world without physical bodies.

lost in space

The imagination is the faculty of the mind that connects all worlds as interwoven dimensions into one reality. All astral travel and mental projection is achieved through the imagination, by how we use our mind to tune into and interact with different layers of reality in varying degrees of density that all exist within the same space. Just as you tune a radio to different frequencies to pick up different channels that are all being broadcast through the same invisible space around you, and are able to hear and see different shows going on simultaneously, different levels of reality all exist within the same seemingly empty space around us. To move from one to another, or to employ only certain aspects of your own composite nature, is done through your own ‘invisible aspect’ called your mind.

Our mind is the electromagnetic field of energy that surrounds our body and extends quite some distance from the body, blending into our environment moving from dense to subtle states and back again. All physical matter as life-forms have a mind-field that’s bonded to them through resonance and serves to inform them with life-giving intelligence. All physical bodies have a twin etheric body produced by spiritual DNA that spatially orientates, activates, and structures the physical DNA. The life-giving mind-field surrounding living forms is the astral and mental plane that permeates and interacts with the astral plane of the Earth. Within the earth’s astral plane are smaller fields (minds) nested within larger fields.

Dreaming
The field of energy surrounding the Earth, known as the atmosphere, is also the astral plane of the earth as the instinctual or larger group mind. This field, also referred to as the morphogenic field of the earth, is comprised of multiple layers of interwoven dimensions, all of which share the same component, a ‘mind’ as an electromagnetic field that serves as a vehicle for traveling within other larger electromagnetic fields because its of the same energetic composition. The mind is the vehicle for inter-dimensional travel. Our mind can move through this unified field and connect to anything, anyone, or any place within it through a basic form of mental projection. All that’s required to do this is to learn how to use the more subtle aspects of your own mind.

Because many were skeptical of this process, which can’t be proven through material measurements but comes purely by way of the experience of it, and of course ESP experiments were greatly influenced by how the experiments were set up and the consciousness of everyone involved which influenced the outcomes, remote viewing was established as a purely psychic ability to mentally travel to various locations around the world and describe what you were seeing. This proved to be so accurate that it was eagerly employed by government and the military as a form of “spying”. That’s because it was “provable” through the demonstration and accuracy of the observations that could be compared to the actual landscapes they we’re describing.

Likewise, through various forms of psychological processes designed for therapy and spiritual practices of various sorts, spontaneous access to past, parallel, and future lives began emerging, even when this was not intended or expected. Through various forms of hypnosis and trance induction that alleviates and subdues the conscious aspect of the mind while entering into the subconscious mind in a fully active state, we (re)discovered that we can also time travel purely through the means of our mind. This corresponds with quantum physics mind-boggling claim that “time doesn’t exist”, and that it’s a creation of the conscious mind necessary to create experiences that give the illusion of a linear sequential unfolding of events within the material plane. Anyone who meditates on a regular basis knows that we lose our concept of time in altered states when we move outside of the self-aware, conscious aspect of the mind. So we can not only have out-of-body experiences and travel to different places around the world without moving our body, and travel both backwards and forward in time, but we’re also shifting ever so subtlety in and out of interlaced parallel dimensions as “types of reality” all the time based on our mood as our vibratory frequency. We move into and experience life in different ways based on how we’re feeling.

The Nature of a Paradigm Shift – “Altering your State as a shift in Vibratory Frequency”

afterlife-soul
In order to get a functional understanding of what happens during or by way of a paradigm shift, we have to break the idea down into its corresponding aspects, and how they function to create a unified perception that we call “reality” as personal experience. A paradigm represents a perceptual model as a dynamic patterning that’s an interwoven network of ideas (beliefs, values, preferences, memories, etc.) that work in a harmonious manner to co-create a consistent perception as a dynamic theme that incorporates all abstract and ultimately neutral ideas into a congruent story-line that’s fashioned according to the paradigm we use to view it through and the meaning we give things as a result. The meaning which forms the “theme” for the story we tell about something, and the reality we shape as a result, is the formative mechanism that reshapes everything into an offspring of itself by how we incorporate it into an over-all story which provides us with the means to explain or describe it in an attempt to make “sense of it”.

A paradigm can be thought of as a state-of-mind that’s a form of vibratory frequency that fluctuates within a set range of potential as a form of wave-length. Our state, which can also be thought of as our feeling-mood, determines what type of memories we’re capable of accessing, and what type of thoughts we think about as analogous to those memories, and what range of emotions we experience in response to them. A frequency as a state-of-mind or mood can only access memories as formed ideas that match that state (are of the same frequency), or that were created while in the same frame of mind, form the basic frequency of our paradigm as a form of habituated or fixated state as our normal state and the “basic model” (patterning) that we look through as a means of producing more of the same type of experiences. Memories serve as a filter for seeing through that (re)interprets everything to mean the same thing, and tell the same type of story about it as a result. In this way we develop themes out of “meaning”, that become our primary theme for telling stories about everything, that express the same meaning making them congruent with (an offspring of) our over-all life-story that we’re always in the process of telling. This is a form of holographic effect (the part is a smaller version of the whole), or how the mind produces fractal patterns as offspring of a larger, parental pattern. Fractals are smaller stories that are of the same nature (theme) as the larger story. It’s the basic law that governs regeneration as self-creation.

The paradigm we build up and maintain through telling a consistent story as a thematic interpretation that reforms everything to mean what we need it to mean in order to keep telling our story, becomes or reflects our state as a vibratory frequency that only has access to certain types of memory as the reality that the state naturally generates as an expression of it. When we experience a paradigm shift, which only comes through experience of some kind, it simultaneously alters our state of mind, and we obtain access to a different level of memory (thoughts and ideas) as perceptual abilities necessary to support a different type of reality as a modification of our existing model. Our mental model is our ‘perceptual lens’ which acts as a filtering mechanism which abstracts from the environment only what matches it as elements that can be reformed through an interpretation that makes them mean something different by the story we tell about it.

wired brain
A paradigm shift upgrades our model by restructuring it into a new configuration that allows us to view things in a new way and see something different or more as a result. Once a paradigm shift takes place, and we acquire the ability to look at things from a whole new perspective, and we begin building more ideas out of the new perspective, undergoing consistent shifts as a form of evolutionary unfolding or quickening, it alters our overall state as our mental atmosphere, which makes new ideas available, while cutting off other ideas that were formulated and born out of the perception that the old model formed. After a series of shifts that serve to upgrade and modify our current model, the perceptions of the old model fade, become vague and detached, and in some cases forgotten all together.

For this reason, once a drastic enough shift has taken place, we can no longer function out of the mentality of our previous version. In some cases when the growth is substantial, you literally lose the memory of that level altogether, and can’t relate to it any more. Because of this factor, as we grow and alter our state as our vibratory frequency, our life-style and situations change as the new behaviors that are formed out of the new perceptions. Relationships that were formed while in the previous paradigm no longer support us, and instead act to hold us back by holding us to the level of consciousness we were at when we developed them, and the group paradigm (behavioral dynamic) that formed as the basis of the relationship itself. Any relationship that doesn’t naturally grow together by the same means or through shared interests has a limited life-span and is ultimately grown beyond and replaced with a sense of alienation, no longer relating to one another.

This is very common in relationships of all kinds, but especially in intimate relationships. Personal relationships where one person is growing and developing themselves and thereby undergoing constant change, and the other person isn’t, naturally grow apart. The one that doesn’t grow, or grows in a different way, only acts to hold the other person to the old way of being, and therefore acts to stagnate their growth. This creates a feeling of frustration from being held back or of having the past always brought up as a means of establishing the present to be a continuation or more of the same. Often others won’t allow our growth or don’t understand it and act in ways that attempt to hold us to the same patterns or ways of being that we’ve grown beyond, and so their behaviors towards us no longer stimulate the same response.
wormholes

A paradigm shift as a shift in our vibratory frequency or soul’s mood and mental outlook, creates a ripple effect that ultimately acts to transform all areas of our life to incorporate the modification and begin expressing a new reality as a result. Those dedicated to growth as the attainment and application of knowledge, keep themselves in a constant state of transformation as personal evolution, and their life directly reflects it as constant changes in how they live, feel and think. Because of this they seldom remain in one situation for an extended period of time unless they can grow within that situation and transform it as a correlation to and with themselves.

As we grow and transform ourselves, we literally lose access to any memory of the previous state. We can’t remember what we used to feel, or how we thought, or what our perception of something was. We lose touch with our past and our beginning and become totally submerged in the present, while developing and building up ideas as new forms of experience produced by a new level of perception, that allows us to constantly create a new world on a moment-by-moment basis as being “in” the flow of life, which at some point, once growth and transformation has been established as the norm, becomes a way of life. If we begin fixating and living out of definite ideas about things that no longer breathe and grow into endless variations through unique applications, and instead settle into a ritualistic life of mundane habits, we stop the flow of life, stop growing and expanding as an individual, and begin the slow process of dying through mental decay. We begin losing interest in life, fear change, cling mercilessly to security, and quit trying new things or curiously craving new experiences.

By transforming our paradigm, altering our state and raising or expanding or vibratory frequency, we tune into different ideas as the building blocks for reality and how we identify with our own creations. You don’t have to overcome your past or keep living out of the same memories while telling the same type of stories and succumbing to unconscious tendencies. All we have to do is attain knowledge consistently through devoted study that undergoes a constant growth process that systematically modifies our paradigm, shifting our vibration, and losing the ability to access old memories, while creating a new form of reality out of new ideas born in the present, that evolve and grow the memories themselves as the new experiences which serve to alter our character and our identity and how we experience (create) life that lives a new kind of story as a natural expression. In this way we grow our soul by evolving it to new and higher states, by employing the knowledge of God as Universal laws that we move into and become one with in order to use them in our own life and transform ourselves by becoming more “god-like”. Because all of life operates according to the same set of laws, by gaining knowledge of and becoming one with God as Law, we create in an intelligent and deliberate manner, instead of creating in error due to ignorance of Natural laws and our ability to use them in a deliberate manner with a sense of awareness.

ethereal body
Just as we transform the memories of this life by growing beyond them to a higher frequency as a general state-of-mind that we act to cultivate, we also change our soul’s memory by the experiences it creates, resolving karma born out of unconscious memory directly associate to state and the reality it produces as an inherent pattern. By shifting our paradigm, we shift our perception of reality, and we “change” the patterns as themes for producing experiences as the creator of that reality. The vibratory state we cultivate and maintain through the acquisition of higher-knowledge, alters the reality produced by our mind as a projection or filters used for interpretation that restructure it into themes that give it meaning and forms stories out of it that express and give life to the meaning, making it “real” as a personal creation.

By shifting our paradigm, we shift our whole life experience that’s produced by it, and evolve ourselves accordingly. Yet knowledge that’s only attained in theory, and held as a form of intellectual exercise that’s never actually applied and learned through experience, doesn’t produce an actual paradigm shift. Only the application of that knowledge to produce an experience of it (create by way of it), integrates it instantaneously and systematically modifies all areas of our paradigm that pertain to it. Experience is a synthesizing mechanism that sets or alters our vibration. We only “know” through direct experience and are no longer required to believe. Experience becomes memory as a form of thematic programming that shapes and transforms us according to our own creations as the expression of our paradigm or vibratory patterning as a dynamic matrix for generating personal realities.

Experience is what “vibrates us”, not the mere thought or imagining. These merely form the patterns as conceptualization necessary to produce a form of template as a mini-model that provides the means for structuring experience accordingly. Experience is becoming the channel for the knowledge in physical form that creates an experience that forms new memory for creating more of the same type of experiences. We become the channel for knowledge as the expression of it, or the means by which it experiences itself through us, as us. Only experience as present awareness modifies our vibratory frequency as our soul’s essence and becomes an engrained part of us that’s eternal in nature and carried forward into the death state forming the basis for the vibratory frequency of other incarnations as our subconscious mind, predisposition and natural tendencies. The mind is a reality generating machine that produces thematic experiences based on its vibratory frequency and the information carried on that frequency. To change our creative ability to structure experience, we have to change our mind, in the most literal sense of actual perception that forms our natural behavior, all of which are ultimately our own creation.

Pineal Gland – The Spiritual Experience of Conscious Dreaming

waves

Often when we talk about envisioning, soul journeying, or spiritual experience, many don’t know for sure what it is or what the terms actually mean in the real sense. Here my goal is to simply describe the basic nature of the mystical experience in terms of the energetic hallucinations that are a natural function of the imagination when being used with greater abilities. Everybody’s experience varies to a certain degree and some have distinct personal styles of envisioning just as we have unique and varying mental perceptions of normal day-to-day reality. I am only giving a basic idea as a means of comprehending what the experience might be like.

I will give basic terminology “meaning” simply as a means of creating distinctions for greater understanding of how it actually operates. The descriptions are not the things themselves, but simply the ideas used to illustrate the nature of the experience as if you were actually having it. Anytime we are attempting to describe what lacks description, a vague approximation as a representation must always be considered and applied in the practical sense. We must get a ‘feel” for, or sense what we’re talking about. It’s only important that you understand so that you will know when you are actually having the experience. Like most forms of intuition, chances are you are doing it to a certain extent naturally as part of your human nature and simply don’t realize that’s what it is. Like most things if we don’t have some sort of direct training on or around an idea, or don’t have anybody to talk to about it, we are always left somewhat guessing and wondering, while never really knowing for sure. The more training we have, the more knowledge we gain about a subject, the more we begin seeing it all around us and know how to interact with it in a meaningful way. The first step to mastery at any level is education and obtaining knowledge that can be practiced accurately and with immediate results.

We must start by realizing that the most basic principle of the Universe is that of Evolution. Everything is in motion and a constant state of fluctuating as “becoming”. All energy and life-forms in the energetic realm of the astral plane (which we experience during meditation) move and flow through rhythmic movements that form a basic entrainment that serves to align the whole system through a natural form of rapport – resonance as energetic sympathy, where energy as information that enters into essence of some form and creates an effect. The nature of the energy as a “quality of consciousness” creates a analogous (like) form. Follow this basic procedure for starting any kind of meditation or hypnosis designed to stimulate and open the third-eye or Pineal gland.

universal mind

Sit in a reclined position or lie down in a comfortable position. Systematically relax your body through a basic relaxation technique. Then scan your body for any areas you might still be holding tension in, and consciously relax it by intending it. Tell it to relax, and then allow it. Close your eyes, and focus on your breathing, the sound of your breath, the movement of your chest up, and down, rising and falling, and notice that the air you inhale is cool and dry, and as you exhale it is warm and moist. As you begin merging with your breath, sense your heart beat. Then simply observe the rhythm of your breath with the beat of your heart, and notice that just by placing your attention on both of them, they begin forming synchronicity. Continue breathing, listening to your heartbeat and relaxing your body. Don’t try to control the process, simply allow. Inside, find the center of your head, then create a spacious feeling around it. Place your attention straight ahead betwee your eyebrows, and slightly above eye-level. You should feel a slight strain in your eyes from the angle. Just relax into it by allowing it.

Notice that in the darkness you may not see much in terms of shapes, but maybe various saturation as patterns of black to grey. There maybe be clouded areas that take on colors, or simply seem grayish against the black background. You may notice a dark spot or “hole” that either begins a swirling motion around it, or slowly forms into an eye, then fades and disappears. You may see the eye from different angles and various perspectives. You may notice pinpoints of light that resemble stars or form into constellations. They may be whitish or take on colors, or perhaps have rainbow-like halos.

eternity

Keep your attention focused in your third eye, the spot between your eyebrows in the lower part of your forehead. If it wanders, simply bring it back and continue to focus. If you find yourself allowing one of the thoughts to take hold and begin forming into a conceptual reality, simply refocus your attention to the center of your head and allow the thoughts to simply move by in a stream-like motion. Don’t try to make anything happen, or anticipate what’s going to happen, but simply allow your mind to feel spacious, vast and extremely open. Create the feeling of empty space. Imagine it like an open arena or large stage. You are not the director or writer of the play, simply the observer. The audience. You will allow whatever unfolds to entertain you. Reveal itself to you while you simply watch.

You may notice wave-like motions forming that either sweep from bottom to top, left to right or a combination of both. It may start as clouds or misty concentrations, much like nebula in space, or more like moving sensations with no real distinction. More like impressions that forms evolving patterns. You will notice some sort or a rhythmic pattern that rises up, expands into a flowing motion, fully expresses, and then dissipates. Simply watch it without attempting to control it. Create a kind of appreciation or admiration around it. Enjoy it and give it your full attention.

The movement may begin taking on prismatic colors that fluctuate and shimmer as it unfolds. The designs or patterns may begin taking on crisp, geometric patterning at the height of there expression and be a primary dominate color. These geometric patterns that are flowing in wave-like or spiraling motions may start taking on the qualities of distinct objects or features. Either primary shapes, shapes of certain objects, or distinct symbolic objects that are readily recognizable. Again, simply surrender to the flow of energy and do not attempt to control or determine it. Simply watch and allow it. Be fully present with it.

angelic being

These patterns may start forming into either images of people, animals or full images of some sort. They may be a combination of human features, mixed with animals with areas of objects or patterning of some sort. As you watch, you may notice they become more and more distinct. Continuing with the wave-like, flowing, or spiraling movement, you may notice that they evolve through various combinations of human and animalistic characteristics. They may also evolve through different age groups, races, gender or move distinctly into humans with animal parts and strange features. It may seem as if you are watching the same essence or energy cluster evolving through various lifetimes and the forms each of those lives entailed. You may seem to notice how masculine images have inherent feminine qualities and how the feminine posses masculine qualities.

Sometimes it seems like you see landscapes, places, buildings or activities of some sort. When the images become crisp and fully developed they may begin taking on a distinct holographic appearance with shimmering, fluctuating or lustrous prismatic colors. Some may seem almost recognizable as someone you know, or resemble a clear rendition of a mythological or archetypal figure. Some seem pretty, beautiful and intriguing, while others seem demonic, disturbing or grotesque. They may evolve through a series of unfoldment that includes all of them. Some appear to have gross features, shadowy qualities and glowing eyes, others resembles angels that seem powerful and passionate, more like artistic ideas. You will notice that the demonic, grotesque images do not invoke fear of any kind, but seem to almost be beautiful in a different sort of way. You will begin losing fear as a response to various life-forms. You’ll develop the ability to view beauty and ugliness with the same internal response.

As you observe these images in detail you may start noticing energy in your body. It may come as distinct sensations like a sinking feeling, bubbly, having trouble breathing, or it may be a distinct sexual arousal that follows the flowing quality of the image. You may notice certain parts of your body with distinct sensory sensations as hot, buzzy, tingly, cool, or hot inside and cold outside. You may experience arousal that moves down your legs and out the bottom of your feet in flushing, wave-like or streaking, flaring motions. You may feel a tingling sensation as energetic rushes, or feel waves of goose-bumps. You may feel what seems like pin-pricks or distinct discharges or penetration of some sort. The energy may move upwards in the same fashion. If it moves into your third-eye, your thought/visionary process it can create an erotic feeling of flushing euphoria that is similar to a low-grade orgasm. It will quicken your thoughts and noticeably seem to excite them, change their nature and the feeling quality of their expression. This is the chemical reaction to the thoughts rising in you as a natural correspondence.

soul light

If you feel sexually aroused, or almost as if you are going to have an orgasm of some sort, don’t let it freak-you out, it’s quite normal and will serve as a distinct benefit to making it a point to meditate more often. (smiling) This is the experience of what we refer to as the “kundalini” energy that resides at the base of your spine as the sexual energy that when aroused, rises up through the energetic system of the body creating an aroused sensation that promotes vitality and positive state-of-mind associated with the pleasure centers of the body that are often called “bliss”. You may even feel the sensation of being “entered” into physically and filled up if you’re a woman, or the pleasure that comes from filling up, if you’re a man. It’s the experience of merging and expanding into energetically. Keep in mind that this type of practice is what led the Sufi’s to write erotic love-poems to God, the Beloved.

The more you practice, the easier it gets, the more readily it comes, and you develop your ability to hold greater and greater amounts of physical pleasure in your body for extended periods of time without feeling overwhelmed and needing to discharge it. Like all things it takes dedicated practice over a life-time. Once you begin experiencing the benefits of deeper forms of meditation, you may become almost addicted to it. Like the endorphins as pleasure-chemistry created from exercise.

After these types of practices, you will never again wonder why Shamans and Magi’s dress the way they do, or what the Native American rituals were all about. You will understand through experience what the term “shape-shifting” means and where it came from, why it is a Universal theme. You will understand gargoyles and strange symbolic totems. Through this Universal experience of dynamic energy that has all the natural qualities that shape physical characteristics, you might even start desiring to change your personal style to take on less of a domesticated look, and instead choose a more natural, wild approach.

This practice will also help you to form immediate and natural rapport with Nature and all Living Beings. It creates the experience of feeling a deep connection to all of life. The experience itself acts to realign your whole system into a more organic and free-flowing structure. You will feel calm, confident and cultivate a kind of inner contentment. Peace of Mind that is based on passion and a devotion to all of life and Mother Earth. You will fall in love with life itself and begin rejoicing at the simplest of things. The magic of life, becomes normal. The ordinary takes on a sense of extraordinary through enhanced sensory experiences that make them seem erotically vivid and intensely alive!

Self Reflection: We are the Creators of our Own Experiences

unified field
At some level we are always in control of doing exactly what we want. Much of our true motivations and the beliefs that drive our behavior are unconscious, meaning, we are not directly aware of them, but experience them as feelings, emotions, impulses, notions, urges, etc. Mastery begins when we realize all experience is chosen and ultimately has a positive purpose. With this in mind we can begin exploring our own experiences in order to see and use the opportunities the experience brings. Personal Power exists to the exact degree we are able to take responsibility for all our experience and learn from it as a result. This doesn’t mean that we have direct control over external events and other people’s behavior; it means that we participate at some level in co-creating how we “experience” events that directly affect us as a result. All ‘experience’ is self-produced through how we form an internal representation of an external event that restructures it through our paradigm that determines how we perceive it, and behave and interact with it as a result.

The outcome is the true intention of all behavior.
Our outcomes are behavioral maps of our beliefs.
The lesson always teaches the belief that motivates it.

All experience which is produced by some form of mental activity and behavior reveals to us hidden aspects of our psyche that operate in our life without our direct awareness. By looking at how we act to create outcomes, we can gain insight into unconscious motives that are always directing our behavior through unconscious intentions that often contradict our conscious intentions, and act to sabotage them as a result. By observing our own behavior, we can gain insight into unconscious aspects that operate in our lives without our consent or conscious awareness. By simply listening to ourselves as we talk (from a dissociated perspective) we can gain insight into our own paradigm (a large part of which is unconscious) by looking at the nature of our own stories and what they mean about us in terms of what they reveal. If we learn to view our own mind objectively, releasing all tendencies to explain or justify why we do what we do, then we can begin seeing the unconscious aspects of ourselves that are always operating behind the surface appearance of things.

The stories we tell about us, about others and the way things are, are always a direct analogy of each other. The same idea as a theme applied at different levels and within various contexts. The same idea is used to create a sense of ourselves (through the stories we tell which are a reflection of how we create our experiences), of others in relationship with us, and the world in general as a large play out of the same basic idea as an analogous theme applied at a greater level, all connected because they play apart in telling the same type of story. The paradigm of our mind’s structure and programming (vibratory frequency) as our “model of the world” is our perceptual lens that interprets outer events that are ultimately neutral in nature and being shared by everybody, into personalized version of reality where only the key components necessary to tell our story are recognized, abstracted, and organized to tell our story as a generalized theme, that turns them into an experience as one possibility or potential out of an infinite number of possibilities. Our experience is always our own creation as a natural product of our own mind in how it reshapes reality through an overall storyline that gives everything the meaning that it holds for us in a congruent manner.

Daily Practice for Self-Realization:
• As you go through your day become aware of your internal dialogue, what type of thoughts run randomly through your mind, and what you are telling yourself about things. Don’t try to stop or correct them, simply observe them to see what they are. Then, realize, that this is the basis for how you experience things as a result.

• As you talk to others in a personal context, afterwards, take a moment to reflect on what you said, how you said it, what story you told that made it mean something (about you), and what this shows you about your own mental and emotional model that you use to process information to produce consistent experiences through the meaning you give them.

• Then . . . simply realize, that all of this is being done by you. It’s all your creation. Nobody else is thinking or directing your thoughts, feeling your emotions, or reacting to someone else’s behavior . . . you are always the one doing it to yourself.

• Then . . . after contemplating this, allow yourself to realize, that only you have the key to changing your own reality by changing your mental representations and the voice in your head that’s always talking to you, telling you stories about things, describing and explaining things that make them “mean” something (about you and others) as a result. Fully realize . . . you are the creator of your own experiences. Nobody else is doing ‘to you’.

• With this realization, realize that you can begin consciously directing your own thoughts and forming internal representations of a different nature. You can intentionally create a desired state-of-mind by what you intentionally focus on, think about, tell yourself, give meaning to, and create an experience of it as a result. With this, you can then begin asking yourself a different kind of question . . . what kind of experiences would I rather create? What kind of story would I need to begin telling in order to do that, and who would I become as a result of telling the new story?

The possibilities are endless. You can begin experimenting in a conscious way by noticing how you feel in relation to your own stories. When you tell a story about something that defines it somehow, who do you become in relation to it? What does that same story say or reveal about you? How do you feel as a result of your own story? When you identify with your own experiences, who and how do you become by way of them? Learn how to tell a different story by setting an intention to do it, pick a new meaning as the basis for the story you tell yourself about things, then actively discipline your own mind to think in new ways, experimenting until you find one you like. Once you find the story you like and the identity it builds by living it, begin developing it by practicing applying it to various areas of your life and reinterpreting them to mean something different. Then notice how that changes your experience of yourself in relation to it. When you find the one you like best, hold it steadfast in your mind and develop it into a detailed structure by reinterpreting your memories by way of telling a new story about them that make them mean something different . . . and notice what begins happening inside you when you do!
