The Energetic Law of Seasons: Winter – A Time of Reflection, Re-evaluation, and Setting New Goals

        As divine beings we’re bestowed with the higher capacities of the mind to be able to create in a fully conscious and intentional way using the power of self-realization, choice, and will. When we form a vision for ourselves we simultaneously impose a direction on our life, and we step into our true identity as creative beings. When we create in an intentional manner our life becomes a form of grand masterpiece as a live demonstration of who we are as a Soul. What makes us different from all other life-forms here on Earth is that all other animals don’t have the ability to create and determine who and how they’re going to be and what kind of story they’re going to tell by the attitude in which they live their life. Animals only have the lower capacities of the subconscious as a personality and lack what we call the “I” of the self-conscious mind that only humans and higher beings have. All of our experiences (which are created by us) act as the primary means for creating ourselves by how we identify with our own creations.

Season’s – the Eb and Flow of Life

Energetic Rhythm of Nature

       The 4 seasons of the year are produced by natural cycles of subtle energy that form unconscious influences that affect all living beings in the same manner through mental and emotional states. In the fall of the year, after the full expression of the active, vital energies of summer, we gradually move back into the magnetic spectrum where all of the outward, actively expressing energies become exhausted and are gathered and drawn inward for a period of rest and rejuvenation. We experience this as a feeling of starting to slow down and begin reflecting back on our life from an inactive place of inner calm and stillness. We begin reflecting back on our life and form realizations around the accomplishment of the vision that set it all into motion. We review and evaluate it to see what was effective and what wasn’t, what developed like we intended and what didn’t, forming a kind of filtering system of self-realization that brings a deeper awareness to things. Our creation as a progressive growth process provides us with feedback as to the appropriateness of our approach and strategic processes implemented systematically in attaining the desired outcome we set in motion through our goals as a vision for our life.

       Once we filter through the experiences we created in the active periods of spring and summer to see what we’ve harvested from them in the fall, and form realization around what worked and what didn’t, we provide ourselves with the tools for creating in a more proficient and accurate manner. We can realize what type of things acted to distract us and cause us to veer off course and waste valuable energy as a result. As we begin reflecting back on our accomplishments we can form a real good idea of what our own tendencies are that prevent us from living the life of our dreams. As we realize all the things that moved us away from our original vision, we can begin reformulating it into a new version of an ongoing vision for our life. Once our core idea has been transformed through intuitive awareness into a modified version, it becomes the seed of a new conception and begins the gestation period marked by winter, the time of energetic incubation and new formation. We keep tweaking our approach based on the feedback we get and evolve it to a new and higher form of the same basic idea.

       Winter is a natural time of meditative solitude and inner-reflection where we begin shaping a new vision for our life as an “ideal” that we take action to birth again in the springtime after our vital energies have been replenished and are once again abundant.  As we tune into our deepest feelings and intuitive awareness, we begin forming images and scenarios in our imagination as the energetic nature of our ideal made real as an outer manifestation.  The more we develop it with virtuous attributes, the more beautiful and compelling it becomes to us. All true goals and visions should serve to naturally elicit deep feelings of reverence and adoration in us through the very thought of them. As we create our goals in our imagination as an actual reality that invokes compelling emotions through the virtual experience it brings, it begins vibrating at a frequency that “draws in” correlating cosmic forces that animate it with life and serve to organize it in the outer world as a correlating reality. As we magnetize it with intense feelings of reverence it comes alive inside of us as a feeling in our heart. Through a feeling of respect and admiration, we feel a deepened sense of love and devotion in creating it. When an idea lives inside of us as a feeling in our heart, it connects us energetically to that same idea in the space around us.

Synchronizing the Heart and Brain

       The more we visualize an idea by infusing it with the things that matter most to us, we feel a kind of love for it, and these feelings set the vibratory essence of it that connects us to that same idea and qualities in everyone and everything around us. As we form an ideal for our self and our life that inspires us, and we begin imagining it in vivid detail as an actual experience, we form a gravitational field as two complementary poles of the same frequency (we polarize ourselves energetically to the idea), and we begin drawing the essence of it into us, strengthening and animating those qualities within, and we’re drawn to (resonate with) the right conditions, circumstances and situations all around us. The reality we imagine internally and magnetize with strong feelings acts to construct the “etheric template” for organizing and orchestrating the corresponding outer reality through resonance.

       The more we hold true to our vision and keep it firmly in place by concentrating on it in a single-minded fashion, the more we act as a magnet for attracting the cosmic energies necessary for manifesting it. Whatever we “become” internally, we act naturally to create externally. An idea imagined as an intense sensory reality that naturally acts to invoke a strong, positive emotion in relation to it, tunes us spiritually (energetically) to the vibration of that idea and we begin resonating with it in everything else. Whatever ideas we dwell in with strong feelings and emotions, we become “like” in spirit and essence. We are always the one producing not only our self as our inner feelings and imaginings, but also our outer conditions and life circumstances. The image we form of our desired experience acts as a kind of metaphor that’s a theme for our life, and the emotions it naturally invokes determines the “type” of experience we create of it.

        We then have to evaluate the idea we’re tuning ourselves to in terms of what’s motivating it, and what our true purpose is for creating it as a desired outcome. We have to ask ourselves at the beginning of any conscious creation, what purpose it serves, what it will provide us with once actualized, and why that’s important to us. The subconscious is instinctual and emotional in nature, and creates an idea as a reality based on what emotions are married to it that determines “how we experience it”, and how we experience our self in relation with it. The subconscious is motivated by emotions, and moves towards pleasure and away from pain. So all ideas converted to the best possible version of that idea within the context of our everyday life, invokes the type of feelings that are very positive in nature and provide you with a preview of the type of experience it will produce once achieved.

Shaping the Dream into a Reality

       Once you’re firm on your mission and purpose for creating, you have to shape it into an actual imaginary reality, rather than an abstract, objective idea that’s intellectual in nature. An ideal is the highest possibility for an idea as applied in the practical sense, and requires you to stretch and strive in order to achieve it by “growing into it”. As an ideal, it elicits positive feelings in you that cause you to revere it, and therefore want to “be like it”. It causes you to aspire towards it with a deep feeling of love and oneness. We only aspire towards what we revere. This feeling of love that we have for an idea becomes the nature of the experience it creates through the “process” required for manifesting it, while also setting the basis for how you’ll experience it once it’s actually created. All experience is designed to give us a “feeling” of some kind, and the feeling used as the means of shaping it in your imagination as a kind of prototype, is the same feeling it will give you when you experience of it as an outer realization.

       All goals should be created as an ideal because only then will it require you to utilize your full potential in order to attain it by becoming it. The process involved in order to create it acts to turn you into a higher version of yourself as the expression of your full potential. Through constant practice you exercise your creative abilities with a profound sense of precision and accuracy. Striving towards it causes you to grow yourself in the best possible way. It’s not the acquisition of a material object or situation that you’re going for, but rather who you become through the process of creating it as an ongoing experience. The material world isn’t the goal in and of itself as a finished product, but merely provides the means through which we create ourselves by consciously directing our experience to be of a certain kind and nature. As we set a goal as a certain type of experience, we need to embody the qualities necessary to be a natural part of that reality, and we develop those qualities in us as a result.

Goals Evolve as a Work in Progress

       Setting a goal shouldn’t be viewed or undertaken in a fixed or dogmatic way, but needs to be viewed as a living entity that self-creates through an evolutionary process of constant adjustment, adaptation, and modification. A goal is formed as more of a “metaphorical theme” that acts as a kind of theory that’s necessary for applying in the practical sense. It provides us with a starting point and a whole series of other, smaller goals as the necessary steps for accomplishing it. Once we start actively forming our goals in a step-by-step fashion, new relationships are formed that produce specific type of results, often different from what we had imagined and anticipated in the beginning. If a calculated step doesn’t produce what we wanted, or it brings other undesirable elements into the picture, we have to recognize that, and change the nature of the goal accordingly. We have to then continue tweaking it based on feedback until it produces the outcome we were going for. We have to be prepared from the beginning to constantly tweak the process until it produces what we want. We have to “evolve ideas” until they begin taking on the form we want and provide us with the experience we’ve chosen to create for ourselves.

       A goal as an imagined idea that’s transformational in nature needs to be looked at as a metaphor or thematic idea rather than a specific one. Imaginary goals merely provide the subconscious with the “pattern” for connecting with the energies of that same idea in the immediate environment, and drawing them together in a organized manner as the expression of the same type of idea within the context of your current life circumstances. You don’t really know if you’ve achieved your goal by the outside appearances it takes on, but rather the type of experience it provides you with. It’s the feeling you get from a situation that forms your experience of it. The form itself may come in an entirely different way than you had imagined, but the feeling you get from it will be the same kind.

Intuitively Constructing your Goals

       Goals of all kinds (unless they’re group or family goals) should never include someone else specifically in order to attain. The most fundamental law of the higher realms of consciousness (which is comprised of creative beings) is that you can never violate choice and free will of another. If your vision includes others in some capacity, you need to keep them in a metaphorical form. Not as a specific person that you know and want to be a part of your reality, but as a specific “type or kind of person”. This way you’ll only act to attract those who are of the same vision as you are. Those you actually resonate with and who share a common dream for their life. When an “idea” is turned into an “ideal”, it’s comprised of the qualities necessary to transform the ordinary into the best possible version of itself. All true transformation comes by embodying new qualities that alter your state of being. The people you attract and engage with through the enactment of a goal based on an ideal, will possess those same qualities and act as a catalyst for bringing them out in you.   

        If you include others in your vision, you should also avoid requiring them to look a certain way or meet some kind of preconceived criteria that you’ve made up in your mind for how they need to be. Focus instead on the qualities you want them to possess while making them look different each time you imagine them so you don’t get stuck on one idea. You can also concentrate only on the qualities and traits that they would naturally possess in order to create a certain type of experience. One of the most predominate ways we sabotage our dreams is that we get to set on the idea that they need to show up a certain way, which of course they hardly ever do, and when they don’t, we write them off as not being what we were looking for. But just know that the person who shares the same vision for their life as you do will be recognized through the chemistry you feel when you meet them, and the nature of the relationship that forms, which is unmistakable. When we attract through resonance, an immediate harmony’s established that we experience as an affinity.

        In much the same way, it’s best if we don’t focus on the idea needing to be a specific way or comprised of predetermined elements (unless it’s prevalent to the idea itself), because again, they hardly ever come exactly as we imagined them. People often try to “figure out” what they want in order to have a certain kind of experience and live a certain kind of story, only to finally get it and realize it didn’t give them what they wanted. This is how “illusions” are created that we use to elude ourselves of our true desires. Instead we need to focus clearly on the kind of “feeling” we want and how we’ll “be”, and allow a natural idea to arise out of that which we then use as a form of emblem or talisman that represents the nature and essence of our idea. We don’t need to determine the “process” necessary in order to create it, but rather form a clear idea of the intention as an “outcome”, knowing that this will establish the vibratory pattern that has a “self-organizing mechanism” inherent in it that automatically initiates the process necessary to form it.

       As we form an ideal in our mind as the actual reality that naturally gives us a specific type of feeling, we concentrate heavily on the feeling itself, intensifying and strengthening it. The feeling a situation has is what produces our experience, not the actual form it takes on. This is perhaps the biggest problem with those who set goals based on society’s standards or what they’re taught and have been led to believe they should want. Any goal that we don’t have a true desire for in our heart produces conflicting emotions that cause a feeling of inner turmoil and a lack of motivation towards achieving it. Inner conflict scatters energies instead of concentrating them. The intention and feelings we have form the process necessary to create them, and is the same feelings we’ll have once it’s accomplished. Often, when we try to “figure out” what we want, which comes by rehashing previous experiences and ideas as memories of some form (a new version of a past idea), and we set goals based on them, not only do we fail to grow through the process of creating them, but often realize we don’t want them once achieved because they didn’t give us the experience we were looking for. All of our past experiences will not create a truly new experience. A new experience will require a different process that comes intuitively through inspiration, notions, and coincidences. We’re given signs, symbols, and messages as a synchronistic process of unfoldment.

The Creative Power of the Soul

       When we set goals that cause a feeling of stress and suffering through the process required to achieve them, they will only act to give us more of those same feelings once achieved. The initial idea, creative process, and end result are unified by the feeling they share. Whatever feeling is motivating the action necessary to attain the goal is what actually produces the outcome, not the material circumstances themselves. The Soul isn’t material or fixed in nature like the body in which it inhabits, and creates “itself” based on feelings and qualities and the type of experiences they create. The entire material world is mortal and only formed temporarily, and disintegrates at death of the body, where the soul then absorbs and gathers unto itself all the experiences of itself that it created while in the body.

       Your house, car, and job title don’t matter to the Soul, it’s only the experiences that you created “by way of them” that matter and are eternal in nature. The Soul is formed as an unique archetype through the accumulation of ideas it created of itself while in a physical form as a personality. The integrated experiences that form memories are the only thing that transcends death and that the Soul “takes with it” as part of its energetic (psychological) constitution. In this sense it’s not what happens to us that matters, but rather the attitude we employ in choosing how to experience what happens. It’s not our material conditions and circumstances that define us, but rather who we become through the relationship we form with them. Our material world and circumstances merely provide the stage through which we create ourselves in an energetic and archetypal fashion.

Shaping and Evolving your Goals

      The process for formulating and reformulating our goals is the intentional act of creating our life with a sense of awareness. Goals produce an inner process that sets the pattern as the basis for producing an equivalent outer pattern of the same type. Those who just float their life caught up in whatever current they ended up in through a complete lack of self-awareness, never learn how to exercise their creative abilities. They’re tossed about in a stormy sea of emotions, violently being thrown from one shore to another, seemingly helpless to impose a direction on their life, and as a result never realize that they have the ability to determine who and how they’re going to be, regardless of their circumstances.

       We’re all born into this world as a specialized design comprised of pure potential as qualities and traits that we possess naturally. Only some of our potential is activated, brought out, and developed in us through our formative conditioning as children, while the rest remains latent and untapped. In order to take an idea about ourselves and turn it into an ideal for our life, we need to utilize our full potential. We need to create an ideal for our life that requires us to stretch in order to grow into it by using gifts and special abilities we’ve never used before. We have to step wide-eyed and enthusiastically into parts of ourselves that are unknown, even to us. If fear and a feeling of insecurity arise when we do, then we have to decide to move through the fear by embodying a sense of courage and belief in ourselves and trust our ability to know what to do in new situations that we have no experience with. Our goals should require us to really apply ourselves in order to accomplish. They should require us to access and embrace parts of ourselves that we’re not even sure we have.

The Relationship between Desire and Fear

       Our Soul comes into life with only one main purpose, and that is to grow, expand on creative abilities, and fully self-actualize as our highest potential. All true goals for our life, like ideas themselves, are polar in nature, which means that our greatest desires are simultaneously opposed by our greatest fears and require us to step into them as a means of achieving our highest potential. In order to achieve our highest possibility we have to overcome what’s acting to prevent or sabotage it. We have to transcend our lower nature by fully utilizing our higher Will. Whenever we play ourselves down or set goals based on what we think we can reasonably achieve with minimal effort, we fail to grow in the most basic sense and instead become more invested in conforming to our perceived limitations about ourselves and our life. When we live out of our “lower nature” which is governed and ruled by emotions and lacks the ability to create in an intentional manner, we create illusions instead by using our imagination to make our fears appear real. As a result, we render our higher capacities subservient to our emotions, and act on ourselves to create constant experiences that feed and sustain our fears.

Putting it all Together

       Our goals in the most basic sense should set the stage necessary for personal growth and require us to strive towards and really apply ourselves in order to achieve. They should be based on your true inner desire as a feeling that you want to experience. The material nature of the goal should be viewed as being the vessel and means for the energy of the Soul to express through in order to create a certain type of experience of yourself. The feeling we create through the work it takes to manifest the goal “is” the actual goal in terms of how you’ll use it to create yourself once it’s fully manifest as a reality. Goals should be ideas that are turned into ideals that naturally invoke a deep feeling of reverence and admiration that causes you to “fall in love with it” as the feeling it naturally gives you. The emotion married to the idea is the motivating force that serves to actually produce the experience as a continuous process of becoming.

       The motivating energy that’s propelling a vision should be one of love and honor in the purpose of the goal. It should be formed so that even though it’s difficult, you pursue and undertake it with a sense of enthusiasm and devotion to the cause. An idea that when you associate yourself with it, you really like how you feel about yourself. It should be something you aspire towards as a deep felt sense of love for yourself. As you set it into motion and begin taking action on it in a consistent fashion, you’ll need to become aware of any and all feedback you get, constantly reviewing and evaluating it in order to make any modifications to the process required to create it. You’ll know when you’ve achieved it by how it makes you feel. Once a major goal is accomplished, it forms the foundation as the premise for forming the next one as a constant and never-ending growth process facilitated by exercising your higher capacities for creating through self-realization formed through self-created experiences.

Soul Memory and the Journey of Self-Creation through the Space-Time Continuum

The true nature of what we call time and space as “material reality” is elusive in the ultimate sense, yet quite obvious when we really look at how we form an experience of it. The problem tends to come when we imagine that both time and reality is something that exists apart from us and not dependent on our perception of it. Yet, if we really look at what it is that creates the “experience” of time and space, we can realize in the most direct sense, that it’s formed exclusively out of “memory”. The entire material world is consistently constructed and reconstructed moment by moment out of memory of some kind relived in the imagination. Things only “exist” as they’re “perceived” in the imagination by remembering them. Without the memory of something, it can’t be thought about and relived in the mind’s eye as existing outside of the present moment. DNA, which is what’s used to form the entire material world, carries memory as information that it uses for organizing matter into a specific formula for constructing and animating a physical form. The “organizing force” comes as an active life-force that enters into DNA as a single cell and activates a process of regeneration and specialization that systematically constructs a whole living being. This life-force energy organizes memory in such a way that it creates a specialized being of a certain species, while giving it a somewhat unique personality, that has its place in the natural order of a larger Eco-system, all of which is constructed out of the same primary group of information that’s organized into different formulas as variations of the same overall pattern. It creates the body with certain attributes, qualities, and characteristics that produce natural abilities, behaviors, and tendencies.

DNA, like the mind itself, is what forms the physical body and personality as an “ideal vehicle” for the soul to inhabit out of “shared memory” that’s of the same nature. The mind re-informs the memory of the DNA of the body by acquiring and integrating new types of information that it integrates as experiences as a reality that form new memory. How the body manifests and consistently regenerates itself throughout a lifespan, is based on its memory and how that memory is transformed and evolved by the mind and soul that inhabits it and uses it to express through by creating experiences. Memory is used as the means for creating all of our experiences as a regenerative process that produces more experiences and memory of the same nature and kind. The higher soul of the human being, which has the ability to self-create, is formed as an “identity” that’s also formed out of accumulated memory as self-produced experiences of itself, and “matches” the memory of the personality and body, making it an ideal instrument for the identity of the soul to incarnate and create itself. An “artist” as a kind of person, is of the soul, whereas the dexterity, desire, and natural abilities are of the body and personality, and together they create a “coherent experience” of the “self” as being an artist of some kind. The soul can either choose a body (memory) that facilitates its identity in a harmonious way, or that produces challenges to creating that identity that must be overcome in order to achieve that identity as an experience of itself. The soul creates itself by telling a certain “type of story” that has a twist to it that alters the nature of the telling. Our “story”, which is how we create ourselves, is completely based on and constructed out of memory. The “past” only exists in the present through our memory of it. We restructure the present out of memory of the past, producing a consistent experience of reality. If we lose our memory of the past we don’t “know who we are” because we can’t reconstruct it in our mind’s eye as the story about our self. The “self” is a creation of the soul as an “idea” that it plays out within our current life conditions. Who we “become” is based on how we create our experiences of the events of our life that form our memories of our self. Memory as a certain identity (archetype) couples with the memory of the body (ancestral) and personality to produce more memories of the “same nature” as a unique variation that’s formed by adapting and modifying it to a new set of circumstances, altering it to tell a somewhat different type of story about the same “kind of person”.

Universal and Personal What we refer to as the human soul, which is bestowed with higher capacities of the mind to self-create, acts as the “medium” between the spiritual plane of universal memory (archetypes) and the material plane of personal (modified archetypes) memory. All personal memory is produced by using archetypal ideas of a universal theme and applying it to a specific set of circumstances and conditions to produce a new memory of the same “type of idea” as a personal creation. The creative (human) soul has the ability to choose what ideas it uses to create itself, and forms a “soul-matrix” as a dynamic structure formulated by a cluster of qualities used to create experiences that then form the memory of itself “as” something specific. A universal idea is drawn down from the higher plane of pure potential (as an unformed idea) into the mind of the soul, where it then undergoes a constant evolutionary process of transformation to be reformed as a personalized version of the same idea. It’s modified through the person’s mental paradigm and as it’s being applied to a specific set of circumstances to produce experiences of a unique and personal nature. This is the same principle as a creative process that operates instinct as the universal memory and knowledge that drives and produces all activity of the natural world from an unconscious state that’s “intuitive and automatic” in nature. Humans possess higher capacities of self-creation as self-awareness, the ability to evaluate, choose and decide, and the will to act out our decisions. We can choose what ideas we focus on, give life to inside of us by imagining them as internal realities, using to shape our character by how we form them into a story that produces how we experience of our self. The human soul has the ability to create itself from a fully conscious state through the same type of process as natural selection that governs the natural world through an unconscious state. We act to produce our own experiences out of a larger shared reality, by actively deciding what memories of ourselves we use to first produce as an experience, and then absorb and integrate back into us in order to upgrade and evolve our “model of the world” to produce a consistent and congruent story about ourselves. Universal memory is drawn down from a higher plane through resonance and used to create personal memory of the same nature. The higher soul, which is primarily of a universal nature, then acts to transform the experience back into a universal, non-personal memory as more of a “theme” upon the death of the body. The memory of a specific “type of experience” attained while in a body and located within time and space as a “specific entity”, is retained by the higher soul as a universal idea that can then be applied equally to any set of conditions and circumstances to produce the same type of experiences. Our memory of a specific cat, for example, isn’t retained by the soul as that specific cat, but returned to a somewhat universal status as our experience of “cats in general”. It becomes a generalized memory that forms our impression of all cats as a general idea, and whether or not we like, dislike, or feel a connection with them. As the soul incarnates into a new body and life conditions, it brings a general predisposition towards cats with it, and uses it to form similar relationships and experiences of cats within its new expression of itself.

The Nature of Time and Space What we experience as “time and space” doesn’t exist outside of our memory of it. What we call “space” is formed out of “information” organized into a 3-D, holographic form as an energetic matrix that’s constructed out of memory. All reality is based on our perception of it and only exists in our mind as a mental construct. What we experience as the objective and neutral reality that appears to exist apart from us as Nature and mass consciousness is formed in exactly the same way out of universal memory constructed within the greater universal mind on a larger scale (commonly called a “plane of existence”). This greater reality of the “collective unconscious” is produced out of the same “thematic ideas” as Archetypes that we then use to create within the same overall mental construct to produce specialized versions as personal creations of the same nature. The entire natural world is holographic in nature and is formed out of the same group of information organized at the individual level into specialized (personal) versions (patterns as formulas) that perform different operations and functions of a larger overall idea in a unique way.

Quantum Physics, Time Travel and Timelines Quantum physics, which is the area of modern day science that’s rediscovering Ancient Knowledge of Spiritual Sciences, has demonstrated the nature of the relationship that exists between consciousness and matter, and the (individual) minds ability to “influence” matter into different versions of an overall shared idea. Through this realization as an observation (not based on belief), we also know that “time doesn’t exist” in the ultimate sense of the idea, and is actually produced out of the mind itself as a mental construct of memory. Time travel therefore is based on “timelines” of the person or object being moved back and forth in time as the reconstruction of shared memory. Where we’re able to “go” in time and what location we can go to, is based on the memory of the individual or object being transported. The soul, which is comprised solely of memory, can only go back or forward in time based on its memory of itself, and the places it formed those memories out of. It “can’t” access realities and experiences it has no memory of. This is the entire basis for “past life regression”, and why there is confusion around whether or not the soul of the individual is really accessing universal memory, the ancestral memory of its current genetic make-up, or actual memory created by the soul itself in what appears to be “previous” lifetimes. This is because they’re all ultimately the same thing, all formed out of the same thematic idea that lends themselves to endless applications to produce an infinite number of variations. The human soul creates itself as a “unique archetype” by borrowing universal memory to transform into a unique variation as personal memory. We are all “multidimensional” in nature, and are comprised of the same primary archetypes (gods of the zodiac) formulated in different ways to produce a unique variation as the means of creating ourselves to be “god-like”.

A key discovery that Nikola Tesla made years ago regarding time travel as teleportation from one location to another within the same dimension, and demonstrated through the “Philadelphia Experiment”, was the importance of “timelines as memory”, not only of the individuals involved, but of the object or ship itself. All material objects, whether organic or inorganic, “contains” the memory used to fabricate them, as well as the memory of all events and activities it went through and that were being played out around or in them. Memory isn’t just contained in a material object itself, but is also recorded as a mental imprint in the “space” as the invisible field around the object. Every material object, whether living or not, is accompanied by an electromagnetic field of organized information as memory that’s used to structure and generate it, hold it together in a unified manner, and animate it through a specific set of behaviors and functions. As Tesla proved, if people and an object are being moved back or forth in time together, they have to be of the same timeline as shared memory. This energetic field that exists in the empty space around us that contains an infinite amount of both personal and universal memory is also commonly referred to as the Ether, Astral Plane of (star) Light, and the Akashic Field as the Book of Life or Hall of Records. The memory of every individual, being, or thing, is contained in the electromagnetic field (auric field) that surrounds, permeates, and inhabits it, and is what acts to “inform it” as its “life memory”. These accumulated memories act to form the “timeline” of the being or object and always accompanies it as long as it “exists” as a material form of some kind. This is because memory is what acts to produce the material form. When the soul leaves the body, it absorbs all memory of itself attained while in the body, while transforming it back into a somewhat universal state, and exists within the astral plane “as” memory in its potential state.

The Spiritual Nature of Material Form The entire material world is created through a step-down process of soul memory forming the subconscious memory of both the soul and body, and the memory of the DNA used to construct the body, all of which form a unified being of the same nature and likeness. DNA contains information as a combination of memory that’s activated and organized by an animating energy (life-force) that ultimately produces something out of nothing. Matter itself is comprised of empty space as light (photons) that’s “neutral and dead” (passive) in nature and only organized into a living form by the soul as specialized memory that inhabits it. Matter as Astral (star) Light (essence) is formed into an “empty shell” that the soul can then inhabit as the means of creating itself. The soul, which is universal in nature, locates itself within the space-time continuum by constructing a light-body as the means of self-expressing and creating itself by way of its own self-produced experiences of reality. The soul is what first produces then gives life to the body. When the soul leaves the body, it’s no longer alive and dies and eventually disintegrates. The “spirit” provides the memory as complete patterns of information used by the soul to produce a unique and individual physical equivalent or prototype out of. The memory of the DNA in a single cell is activated and used to produce a greater physical form by reproducing itself in a continuous process of division, specialization, and differentiation. As the single cell divides and doubles, it produces numerous “aspects of itself” that all function in different ways to create a whole organism comprised of trillions of reproductions that act together in perfect unison to create what appears as a single reality. As the soul and body combine to form a unique variation of the same type of memory, they continue to regenerate forming new memory by how it’s applied to new circumstances, expressing the same idea in new ways to form new types of memory that are of the same basic nature. It “re-informs itself” through the integration and assimilation of memory that it first produces, then absorbs and uptakes to shape itself in new ways as an evolutionary process of growth and development.

Individuality of the Soul The soul creates itself as an “individual” by how it associates and identifies with its own self-created experiences. The lower soul of the animal body, lives out of the memory of its formative conditioning and genetic constitution as a part of the group mind, and lacks any form of individuality that sets it apart from the group. When the higher, human soul lives out of its conditioning of the current body and personality that’s created from a primarily unconscious state, it simply creates a constant form of the same type of experiences over and over, while rejecting and arguing against the acceptance and incorporation of any new kinds of information that would serve to upgrade its “model of the world” to produce new perceptions that would bring new types of experiences and memories that would serve to “evolve itself” accordingly. Anytime the soul exists as someone or something specific, it’s formed out of its own individual memory that it acted to create of itself while inhabiting a physical body of some form. When the soul leaves a body, all memory attained through that body as its “personal memory” is transformed back into its universal, archetypal state as a thematic or generalized idea. Then when the soul inhabits a new body and personality, that same memory as a form of theme, can be readily applied in a brand new way to create in a similar manner as a new variation of itself. At the death of the body, all memory is absorbed by the soul in a way that’s no longer based on how it identified with the body, but rather as it used the body to create itself by what story it served to tell by how it lived its life. The body, like the entire material realm, which is located in space and time, is produced by the mind of the soul as the reenactment of accumulated memory. Our soul memory and the reality it acts to produce is what forms the basis for what is commonly called “karma”.

The Eternal Nature of the Soul The idea of immortality and mortality is all based on what aspect of ourselves we identify with and how we perceive ourselves as a result. The body is firmly located within “space and time” as a “created being” in a specific location as a specific personality, and is therefore mortal in nature. The soul, which inhabits and gives life to the body, exists as an “idea” that provides the “potential” as the basis for creating itself as a “physical form” that’s of a certain nature. The soul is comprised of pure memory that acts as the means for producing material form on different scales and magnitudes simultaneously. It doesn’t act to just create the body that it then inhabits as a means of expressing to create itself, but the entire physical world of the body as its reality or the “stage that sets the basis for creating as a life-drama”. The soul doesn’t just exist outside of time and space, but is actually what “creates the illusion” of time and space. When it’s not “inform” as a body and personality, it doesn’t exist within the material dimension of time and space as a located being, but exists within the astral plane of formation as the memory (vibratory frequency) that provides the means for producing the entire physical world as we know it. It doesn’t just create the body that it then inhabits, but creates the entire outer reality that the body exists in as the landscape and setting of the same type of memory. Experiences all come as both an “internal formation of an idea” that then acts as the “perceptual lens and filtering system” for perceiving that same idea outside of ourselves on a larger scale, providing the means for acting it out as a drama of some kind in order to produce an “experience of it”. The soul is of both a personal and universal nature, which means it’s both the smaller individual mind and the larger universal mind simultaneously. The inner (personal) and outer (universal) world are reflections and projections of each other, and just as universal memory is used to produce personal memory, the outer reality that the soul “lives in” is also produced by it through its universal nature. The entire material world as we perceive it is a product of our soul’s memory as the means of self-expression and self-creation. As we express outwardly creating an experience, we form a realization of ourselves through and as the experience. The human soul and mind exists within the astral plane of Formation and is what constructs the entire 4-dimensional world out of memory as the means of perceiving and experiencing itself in order to create and transform itself through a self-perpetuating process of growth and development. The Art of Self-Creation and the Power of an “Ideal”

In order to “create” something in a deliberate and intentional manner, we have to start by formulating an idea of what it is we’re creating and why. As with any creative process, we have to start with an idea as an “ideal” of what we’re aspiring towards that moves us from a current condition or character, to a more desired one, that requires us to “transform” it. We have to create a firm idea of what we’re “acting on ourselves” to create. So in recognizing an undesirable trait or tendency, one that we don’t like and want to change, we have to simultaneously formulate in our mind the trait we want to replace it with. We have to form a clear idea of where, how, and who we are now, in our present state, and also where, who, and how we’ll be in our desired state. In this way, we take a common idea of ourselves and we evolve it into a higher state as a perfected and fully developed idea.

Many people have been taught to take a negative attitude towards the idea of “perfection”, usually interpreting it to mean someone else’s idea for us, or some kind of standard set by others or society in an attempt to make us “feel as if we’re never enough” and keeping us always trying to become what others (people, organizations, society) want us to be in order to fit in and conform, while of course, never really “measuring up”. But perfection in its positive use is a standard we create for ourselves, and use to hold ourselves to as a means of developing ourselves in very direct ways. To become the person we aspire to be, which only comes by way of our own will and the inherent ability to be self-determined through various means of self-discipline and devotion to a higher level of consciousness, obtainable only by way of our own hand. In order to grow and develop ourselves into a higher and more mature state, we have to form an idea of what that state is, and what current beliefs, attitudes, traits, tendencies, habits, behaviors, etc., prevent it or act to contradict it and therefore prevent it.

We then have to form an idea of how those traits need to be transformed by employing complementary and opposite traits in their stay. All transformation, which is really a process of equilibrating forces that are active in our life, is undertaken through an understanding of sympathy and antipathy. By realizing and deciding which characteristics we’re currently employing that prevent us from becoming who we desire to be and know, because of this innate desire, we can employ the lawful process for changing it in a conscious and deliberate way. So knowing this, we have to learn how to undergo a creative process of any kind by first employing a detailed idea of what we’re actually creating, as well as what aspects we’ll transform as a means of creating it. Then we can use each end of the equation to evaluate our progress from one idea to another.

        An ideal is where we take a basic idea and we develop it to be the best it can be in all aspects that are involved in composing it, so that it requires activation and use of our highest potential in order to achieve. It can also come as a process of removing activity from a potential currently being expressed, and bringing latent, unused potential into being by embodying it, making it active in us, then using it in our life to create experiences of a new and different nature. But either way, what we’re talking about as a form of basic growth and development is a process of transformation from what is to what will be, as an evolutionary process that we initiate and undertake by way of will, imagination, and action. Anything that’s created in an intentional manner has to first be imagined. We’re only truly capable of doing what we can first imagine ourselves doing. By imagining it first as an experience of it, by way of the reality of it, we produce the means for actually acting it out and “becoming it” as a result.

So all self-creation is a form of transformation because we’re always starting with or working out of our “self” as already created, to continue the creative process of intentionally becoming. How we are created initially takes place as a natural, predominately unconscious process of formative conditioning, that’s sets the basis for what’s referred to as our “second birth” or “spiritual awakening”, where we pick up the unconscious process of self-creation, and produce it, undertake it with a sense of awareness where we deliberately shape ourselves through the conscious engagement of unconscious processes. This process of transformation from an unconscious state to one of self-awareness, where we realize how we’ve been shaped through various processes up to this point, we can work by way of the same processes while maintaining full awareness and exercising various forms of discipline to control what was previously operating as unconscious tendencies and employing conscious ones in their place.

Any idea that’s not turned into an “ideal”, requiring you to aspire towards it, kills the life-force within you as your creative will, while every idea that’s made into an ideal as the highest possibility for that idea, requires conscious use of your life-force and willpower in order to create it. In order to grow and develop ourselves in new ways, we have to awaken and make active what was up to this point latent within us as unused potential. If we choose not to, and simply keep living out of our “conditioned self”, created in a haphazard way by others through a form of default due to our upbringing, then these forces as latent potential remain dormant and eventually become inaccessible because our identity becomes so habituated and fixed, that we can’t imagine ourselves being any other way, or we become so identified with our stories as a way of being, that we can’t (don’t want to) let go of them, because we won’t “know who we are” without them. At this point in our life, usually mid-life, change at the most fundamental level becomes an identity crisis that can throw us into a tail-spin that we never fully recover from.

       To develop ourselves through our spiritual consciousness, is to return our “fixed mindset” to a fluid creative state where we’re always in the process of becoming by systematically employing new perspectives and new behaviors that cultivate new aspects within us, making us fluent, lean, and flexible, and able to readily adapt to new situations by employing the behaviors most appropriate for creating in that situation as a primary means of personal growth that increases our capacity for expression and maximizes our full potential.

So when becoming conscious and self-aware of your own life, and commanding your creative abilities to self-create, you must start by creating an ideal of yourself as perfected or as your “highest possibility” for utilizing your full potential. This ideal becomes a vision for your life as an image of yourself in terms of how you sense yourself and the identity you form by way of it. To create standards as a form of “moral code” that you hold yourself to without compromising, is the key to higher, intentional development that prevents you from cowering or changing your mind mid-stream when maintaining the new standard is inconvenient or hard to do.

Once this ideal of yourself is firmly formed in your mind it provides a template for designing a strategy for implementing and creating it. This strategy needs to be broken down into a step-by-step process of logical progression that’s implemented gradually and consistently in stages and by working with single aspects at a time that make up the whole, and setting a time-frame for accomplishing one before moving onto another. The accomplishment of one transformed trait lays the foundation necessary for the next as a synchronistic flow as growth that lays the foundation of an accumulative, building process.

       Change that takes place gradually, is readily integrated and synthesized into your mental paradigm, and can be attained without an arduous struggle or heavy sense of suffering, which always accompanies change of our fundamental habits or ways of being. Because of a new awareness of what we previously engaged in without awareness acts to amplify or increase the feelings involved, or the forces at work that served to motivate and maintain the behavior, giving us a heightened sense around them, that also gives us a stronger sense of struggling to exercise direct control over them by abstaining or refraining, while simultaneously replacing them with new behaviors that take a while to grow accustomed to and fail to satisfy the reasons we had for producing and maintaining the old behavior now being transformed.  A new behavior has to be implemented willfully for a period of time, roughly forty days or six weeks, before it becomes natural, build into the muscle, and we begin doing it in an automatic fashion.

Once it (the new behavior) becomes natural and easy to maintain, we’re ready to implement another step. We should not do more than one at a time, because concentrated thought is the key to manifesting physical realities as the expression of an idea, and we want to avoid creating a feeling of suffering, or missing and longing for what we’re giving up. One of the most notorious ways we sabotage ourselves right from the beginning, is by attempting to much change all at once, which makes it overwhelming and creates a feeling of constant struggle and suffering that makes the change seem ungratifying or somehow worse than the previous state.

Change undertaken gradually allows for constant modifications to our paradigm, which then acts to naturally produce and maintain the change as a part of our normal consciousness. Trying to change too much to fast doesn’t establish the paradigm necessary to naturally produce and maintain as a natural and automatic function the new way of being. Once a paradigm shift takes place through the integration of the small change, it’s modified to be able to support continued change as a growth process that actually becomes the same as the change. The change also describes, expresses and defines the paradigm as being of the same nature and thereby producing the same experience as a reality, actualization, and outer perception of the change.

       This transformative process operates according to law and is the case whether we’re talking about a person, relationship, situation, or business. Change that’s gradual is easily incorporated and goes unnoticed. It’s readily adapted and adjusted to as a form of equalization that reinstates harmony within the system, setting the foundation necessary for the next step of a larger process to be implemented, again, allowing for it to be incorporated and act to make a slight modification as a synchronized movement that acts naturally to adjust the whole system to support it. If change is introduced without allowing time for adjustment and modification as a new function requiring the whole system, then as soon as it hits a point where it’s not supported, the system “acts on it” (the change) to transform it according to the system, back into its original behavior.

All natural processes are produced by our paradigm and our capacity to create in a way that’s consistent and thoroughly maintained, which only comes by way of our paradigm. All “permanent change” requires modification and reformation of our mental paradigm. Without it, at some point, we relapse and fall back into the old behavior and way of doing things. All change should be designed by us, because it’s only us that have the true ability to act on ourselves to create ourselves. All change needs to work in harmony with natural tendencies already inherent in us or our system, in a harmonious manner of cooperation, by simply employing those same tendencies in a new manner and by way of new means. Change that goes against our nature and contradicts our values and beliefs, can’t actually be produced by us in a natural fashion, nor maintained for any extended period of time. So the “ideal” created as a “model” for self-creating, should always comply and be harmonious with our values and beliefs, or we should start by addressing our values and beliefs by examining them thoroughly, identifying where the contradiction takes place, then adjust all aspects until they are congruent with one another, and interact in a harmonious fashion to produce the same experience of reality.

        We also have to notice what emotions play out in any situation and act to control not only our thought process, but also our automatic behaviors. If we have strong emotions that contradict and undermine what we’re attempting to implement, then the emotions tend to win out by sabotaging all conscious efforts. We have to instead identify our own emotional reactions to certain ideas, gaining awareness around them, and then forming new associations to our desired change, removing triggers around them that activate negative emotions in response to them, while intentionally associating positive emotions to our desired change. Making the idea compelling by infusing it with positive emotions and associations is crucial for producing change out of a strong desire for it while associating very positive and gratifying ideas or experiences with it. This also acts to create how we experience the change, which is the same feeling we infuse the reality of the change with, which its accomplishment or attainment will simply act to give us more of that same feeling.

The change desired should always be undertaken with a sense of enthusiasm and form of excitement that forms a kind of joy and contentment around it. In this way, once the change is established as our reality, it gives us more of that same feeling. If we pursue something from an experience of stress, worry, or feeling overwhelmed, attaining it simply keeps the feeling going through the attempt to maintain it. We have to not only serve to “create it”, but also act naturally and without thought or effort to “maintain it”.

The feeling we form around an idea, shapes how we experience that idea as a personal reality. So it’s important to gain awareness around the reason for the change. What the change will give us, allow, how we’ll benefit from it, and what will it allow us to do that we currently can’t, and so on. So if we decide, for example, to transform fear of some kind into courage, we have to identify how we’ll benefit from that and what it will produce in our life as a result. We have to cultivate the idea of courage in a way that makes us fall in love with ourselves for being that way. We have to focus all of our attention away from what made us feel afraid and onto how we’ll benefit by creating the experience of courage and what it’ll bring into our life as a result. We have to actively and intentionally choose courage in place of fear, and act it out in order to change our experience of ourselves and reality as a result.

How the Mind Creates Reality – The Nature of Perception and Experience

There has been so much confusion with the explosion of quantum physics and Mind Sciences as to the true nature of what we call “reality”.  One of the most fundamental problems we have is people tend to think of the material world of matter and form as a fixed, objective, and stationary construct where every person (mind) is somehow perceiving and experiencing the “same thing”. Because of this, we don’t realize the true power of our mind to shape reality, or the true nature of the relationship between the mind and matter. Naturally, the entire material world is only “perceivable” through or because of the mind, and the mind as a field of information is what “operates” both the brain and the body, which is a mechanism for processing sensory information to produce what we experience as coherent and consistent version of reality.

When we say that the “mind creates its own reality”, we’re usually not referring to the idea that it literally manifests the physical world that appears to be outside of us as well as in us, although there’s certainly an argument for this idea also, but what it means in the general sense is that the mind “interacts” with matter energetically, and through resonance and sympathetic induction, alters it’s outward appearance and how it “organizes” in terms of attributes, qualities, and characteristics, producing a variation that still indigenous to the same overall theme as a new version or possibility. All vibration acts to form a pattern as the electromagnetic field that organizes matter into a distinct form that’s then animated with a form of personality where it outwardly displays distinct qualities and characteristics. The pattern inherent in a frequency is more of a “theme” or general “range of expression” rather than a distinct and fixed shape that exists more as a specific vibration within that frequency.

As we vibrate to a certain frequency, we act to connect with that same frequency in everything else through “sympathetic induction”. This is where the subtle energy that’s vibrating and shaping one form, literally “enters into” another form vibrating at the same frequency or within near proximity (where it can still be drawn in), and “affects it” by “altering its state”. The two aspects of the same frequency then begin vibrating in harmony, forming into the same “type of pattern” as a cohesive and coherent idea. All of what we call a frequency, which is a range of vibration as a kind of scale that moves between extremes of the same overall idea or theme, exists within other frequencies that together make up what we think of as the natural world as an ecosystem. All of what we call “material form” is actually composed of mostly empty space as “natural forces” that charge particles and organize them into patterns as a “living system”. Energy from all around readily move into and through the empty space holding matter together, influencing it in a way that alters how it organizes the system in terms of what’s made active and inactive, and how it changes in its “appearance” while still maintaining the same overall thematic or archetypal shape. So we don’t necessarily change the outer shape of things, but rather which attributes and qualities are active, called forth expressing, and which ones become latent and recede, and how it behaves and expresses in relationship to us as a result.

        In the Biblical story of the creation of the natural world, called the “original creation”, the material world was formed from the “spoken word”, but left unfinished. Humans, who are gifted with higher capacities of the mind for creating, were left with the task of “finishing it” by creating it in a unique and individual fashion. While the material world and the lower mind of our animal body appears to exist in what we could call an objective, stationary and neutral state, where everybody is seeing the same “basic thing”, it actually exists as a wave or “field of information” that has an infinite amount of potential that’s all thematic in nature as archetypes of various sorts, where every single mind that enters into relationship with it, filters out certain aspects, while selecting and enhancing others, forming it into a new and unique variation. While a tree exists as the same type of tree to everyone who views it, how they “experience” that tree, will be different every time. No two people experience the same thing in the same way. It’s always different based on how their mind forms it by resonating with it.

All energy as vibration contains an archetypal pattern as a field of information that forms an archetypal theme that has an infinite amount of possibilities for creating based on how the information is sorted, recomposed into new formula’s that produce new variations of the same thing. All material form exists as both a particle and a wave. Every object is accompanied by a subtle field of energy as the consciousness that organizes it through a “self-organizing mechanism” that “in-forms” it, holds it together as an operating system, and animates it with life. It’s the “empty space” that organizes the particles into a working system of some sort. These natural forces as electromagnetic fields have no real physical properties, and so the “mind” as individual consciousness moves freely into the mind and subtle energy of everything else, influencing it to a new vibration that alters how it appears to that mind. We are always creating (or recreating) everything to be in our image and of our likeness.

So we’re not necessarily literally creating our own reality, but rather transforming the existing reality that we all share as a part of this dimension, into a new and unique variation through our very perception of it. Our mind vibrates to a certain frequency that has a thematic pattern inherent in it that forms the energetic structure of our mind as a mental paradigm. This paradigm acts as a holographic model that resonates with everything around it, shape-shifting it to be of a congruent nature as a way of creating a consistent experience of reality in an ongoing fashion. We can only perceive, conceive of, or comprehend in our outer world what matches our inner world as the thematic structure of our mind. If it doesn’t match it or it exists outside of our paradigm (frequency), then we literally “can’t see it”. We can look straight at it and not comprehend it. We can only comprehend and therefore experience what we can blend with energetically, become one with in kind, and influence to be of the same idea as we are. All reality in this sense is a matter of perception.

       As we “perceive something”, meaning we form an experience of it, comes by way of our ability to influence it into a new variation of itself that’s a correspondence to our model of the world. So as we’re perceiving and thereby experiencing the outer world, we’re constantly in the process of reforming it to be like us, of the same thematic structure as we are. Perception operates according to the same principles that govern DNA and all physical manifestation. You have a field of information as the potential for producing a form, and based on what’s “turn on” and made active, and what’s “turned off” and made latent, determines the nature of the form. As we resonate with something, our field of information as our mind vibrating at a specific frequency with a thematic pattern, enters into the energy field of the form we’re interacting with, forming an “interference pattern” out of “shared components and qualities”, where what’s of a like nature is amplified and embellished, and what’s not is canceled out and diminished, and we “alter the pattern” that’s producing the form changing how it appears outwardly. It literally changes appearance or shape-shifts by conforming to our mental paradigm and ideas about it. While the overall thematic form remains the same, the active components as attributes and qualities are reformulated to where what’s actively expressing changes not only how it looks, but also how it behaves. As we reformulate the basic nature of something through our energetic interaction, we change how it’s being and what it’s doing.  This is very easy to see and understand by how we can “change” how people see themselves and behave through how we treat them and how they treat us.

All perception is formed through what we call a “filtering system”, usually comprised of values, beliefs, preferences, tendencies, memories, temperament, and so on, that together form a dynamic model that acts to reorganize any situation or reality by abstracting some parts while eliminating others. We’re not only always working on a limited amount of information gathered through a form of natural selection, but we then organize that small amount of information into the idea that we want it to be, believe it is, or expect it to be. What we believe to be true forms our experiences. What we value in a situation forms our process of selection. We reshape anything in whatever way we need to in order to form the interpretation we want it to have. How we interpret things to give them meaning, shapes how we experience them by the story we form in our mind about them. As we walk into any situation, we are programmed with a natural selection process for what we notice and abstract and we don’t and ignore.

This is very easy to see and understand when we simply realize that five people who are a part of the same event or reality will “experience” that event in a unique and different way from all the others, often telling such diverse stories about it that you can’t even tell it was the same event. Ask them about it and you’ll get five completely different accounts about what happened, what it meant, what resulted from it, what went on, what others were doing, what was important about it, what they took away from it, and so on. So even though we all share a common reality, how we experience that reality is very unique and diverse for each one of us. No two people experience the same thing in the same way. No two people look at the same idea the same way, we all have a unique take on it based on how we’re filtering it through our mental paradigm as our vibratory frequency to reorganize the general information involved and available to everyone into a unique pattern.

       Quantum physics has demonstrated that matter is influenced by the mind of the person interacting with it. That whatever the intention is for an experiment, whatever it’s meant to prove or disapprove, influences and determines how matter “shows up and behaves”. The consciousness of the individual enters into matter, influencing it with its thoughts about it, and stimulates it into new forms with new properties and behaviors. The individual viewing an event, and the event itself as it appears to the viewer, are a part of the “same thing”. The mind literally produces the results it wants to or has an intention and expectation for. This is why several different quantum physicists (or scientists of any kind) all conducting similar experiments will come to different conclusions. Where the only way to really know if something is real or not, is if two or more people “appear to be seeing” the same thing. And even when they do appear to be seeing the same thing, it’ll vary to some degree based on the paradigm of each individual which is what’s forming their perception, interpretation and experience of it.

Understanding the true relationship between mind and matter allows us to understand the true nature of Alchemy where we realize that the only way to change how the outer world appears to us, is by changing ourselves. If it still appears the same, it’s because nothing has actually changed in terms of our paradigm or mental and emotional state. Likewise, we can’t really change others in the direct sense of the idea, but by changing ourselves, we change how they appear to us and how they affect us. It’s only by changing our thoughts that we change our reality as a correspondence. The way to tell when you’re truly growing, developing new aspects of yourself, and transforming by altering your vibration, is due to the fact that you start looking at things differently, seeing something different in the same thing, and the way the outer world and others appear to you starts changing accordingly. As long as we hold the same frequency based on the same beliefs, values, preferences, memories, and thematic life story, the outer world appears stagnate and methodical. Nothing changes. By changing our mind, we change ourselves and how we perceive (create) others and our life. So in this way, we are definitely the one producing our perception and experience of reality. All of life as we are capable of knowing it is a personal creation of a common theme.

Sub-personalities – Internal Conflict and the Voices in your Head

One of the most natural aspects of our everyday experience is this constant inner dialogue going on within our mind as a form of discussion, negotiation, or argument between different aspects or parts of ourselves. This natural phenomenon is evident in how we describe it when we say that “one part of me wants to do this, while another part of me wants to do that”. This split decision causes us to feel torn between ideas, and often leaves us never really making a firm decision while constantly going back and forth between extremes of the same idea. This same reality is often depicted as a devil on one shoulder, and an angel on the other, both whispering in our ear. Carl Jung recognized this basic process of consciousness always going on, and developed the idea of the psyche being composed of multiple archetypes or personalities that are always engaged in discussion and persuasion as part of our normal thinking. Of course this idea wasn’t unique to Jung, but is a basic part of ancient wisdom and the archetypes of mythology as aspects of consciousness that represent different personalities, and astrology based on the individual make-up being based on the archetypes and their main focus within a persons basic personality. These are not to be mistaken for “multiple personalities”, which is an entirely different condition, but rather as different aspects of one personality.

 
These inner voices, all with personalities of their own, each exerting themselves in various situations, competing for control of our will, are actually what in psychology we call “sub-personalities”, “inner aspects”, or “different parts”, all of which make the greater overall personality. We’re born with a cluster of archetypal personalities as part of our soul’s make-up, and we acquire them as we go through life from our conditioning, events of strong emotional impact, extreme fear, or trauma’s of some sort. Our parent’s voice, for example, becomes a natural part of our inner dialogue that continues to play out and talk to us from the same attitude, perspective, intention, and demeanor. Our belief system, likewise, comes as an inner discussion that’s always telling us about something from the perspective of the belief it represents. When we encounter shocking, fearful, or intense situations, we can draw into us and take on new aspects that are ideally suited for negotiating that situation “for us”, or as a means of coping with it. Whenever we’re devastated in some way, and fall apart, we let down our resistance to outside forces and influences, and become vulnerable to them through a form of magnetism.

Whatever emotional state we indulge in, we polarize ourselves to, become a magnet for the consciousness of that emotion, and draw into us thoughts that create realities out of the emotions as a possible expression of it. We “take on” the quality of consciousness equivalent to the emotional state, and think thoughts that form inner realities that express and produce more of that emotion. These emotional thoughts, seemingly generated by our mind as the expression of the emotions, take on a life of their own, become an aspect of our personality, and continue to operate in us through a voice that becomes a natural part of our thinking. It’s an aspect of the emotional state that produces it that perceives everything from that perspective, and has its role and intention “as” that perspective. It stays alive in us by thinking through us, and always talking to us in a convincing manner, negotiating the terms of its existence.

 
The sub-personality is always describing things, explaining them, and pointing them out while telling us about them. While they’re active “in us”, we are rendered passive, and allow them to exert themselves by giving them the stage to speak freely. Even when we recognize them, and willfully subdue them, as soon as our guard is down, they reassert themselves and begin controlling our thoughts without our direct awareness. They’re so automatic that they become a natural part of us. After awhile, we can’t separate ourselves from them, come to depend on them, and let them run us and use our mind and will to create by way of us. As long as we fail to integrate the parts, they continue to exert themselves without our direct awareness, through our subconscious nature. Whatever exists in us at the subconscious level, meaning without our direct awareness of it, we continue to act out in an automatic fashion, usually producing what ultimately becomes an internal conflict. They form opposing unconscious aspects of ourselves that go against conscious aspects. We make a decision consciously to do something, and then our subconscious mind brings into play everything that contradicts it and is acting to prevent it, sabotaging our willful efforts. Because these aspects were formed out of intense emotional states, whenever we begin reliving them, or they rise in us and begin playing out by controlling our thoughts, they’re accompanied by strong emotions, which tend to overpower us, and negate rational and reasonable thinking that’s devoid of a strong emotional component.

When two ideas come into direct conflict, each represented by a different aspect of ourselves, the one which elicits the strongest emotion tends to win out. While our first approach may be to fight against the emotional aspect preventing us from consciously progressing in a more favorable direction through active choice and will, this can prove hopeless and at best a temporary gain through dominance and suppression, yet the real solution lies in negotiating terms with the sub-personality, by gaining realization around it, what its purpose and agenda is, what it’s meant to do, and thanking it for its service to you by helping you through the difficult situation in which you acquired it in, then telling it to leave, while mentally forming a pathway out of your body and sending it back out into the universe to be of service to someone else.

 
All energies and natural forces as qualities of consciousness only come into us through a vacancy or void that creates a vacuum as magnetism of some sort, which we could think of as a form of invitation that pulls or draws it into us through resonance, we can simultaneously realize that regardless of the role it takes on, the intention is beneficial because it was designed to help us through a situation we were in as a state of mind that attracted it, or awakened it in us. While we tend to think of the mind as a product of the brain or heart, and therefore “set” and comprised of fixed qualities, the fact of the matter is we are born with a constitution as a set of information and memories that form our initial personality, and we are engaged in a constant process of growth and development through a constant exchange of energy with everything around us. The mind is energetic and invisible in nature, and works through vibration, sympathetic induction, and synthesis, in much the same way we take in the molecules of the air around us by breathing it, which then become an essential part of our molecular structure, while discharging or exhaling molecules no longer needed as a form of recycling. Likewise, the food we eat becomes the building blocks that form our physical body, determining our health as a physical state or condition. Our mind is the electromagnetic energy system of our body that’s drawing into it energies as qualities the consciousness around it. Blending with and becoming the same as them, altering the vibration of the mind through the integration, while emanating or sending back out energies no longer magnetized to it.

The energies of the mind as the invisible forces in the invisible space around us, are “qualities of consciousness” with a singular nature that form an aspect of a larger matrix of energies and become a sub-personality with a specific perspective and perception, that forms a part of our overall personality, modifying it by incorporating the singular perspective, altering the overall perspective. We experience it as a “voice in our head” as “thought” that enter into and become a part of our normal perspective of everyday reality. Because they come as thoughts and feelings, we often don’t realize that they’re not our own, and are something we “acquired” instead, and we give our will to them by letting them rise in us as our perception, thoughts, and interpretation of the meaning events take on. They begin discussing everything as a form of argument that clashes with and negates other aspects, always seeking to win over and resume control of our perception and thought processes.

 
Like all things of the mind and the invisible plane of pure energy that we are submerged in and an integral part of, the only way to extract unwanted aspects, or aspects whose part and role is no longer needed or beneficial, is through recognition and awareness of them and how they operate to influence and control you. Because we acquire these automatically while in an unconscious state of delirium (emotion, trauma, shock, intense fear, etc.), and they’re absorbed into our unconscious mind and arise in us automatically without our direct awareness of them, they continue with us until we become conscious and aware of them. Once we become aware of different aspects of ourselves, and how they exist in conflict with other aspects of our nature, and we realize how they’re serving us through protection and service of some sort, we can appreciate them, feel gratitude for their help, and let them know they’re no longer needed. They no longer serve a desirable or necessary purpose. We can then locate them in our body through the emotion they are a part of and the bodily sensations it produces, and direct them to leave while mentally escorting them out of our body and back into the universal soul of mass consciousness where they’ll become available to be drawn in by someone else in need of their services.

 
The interesting thing about qualities or aspects of consciousness is that they exists on the plane of the mind as consciousness, and can only be worked with from that same plane. The mind controls the mind, and our own conscious awareness and imagination is used to acquire, exchange, utilize, and discharge the consciousness available all around us. We work with our mind by way of our mind. We can realize that our will commands aspects of the mind not only as energies around us, but through the mind of others. We are constantly taking on and exchanging consciousness with everyone and everything around us. By becoming aware of this we can simultaneously learn how to exercise control over it.

 
Once we realize that our soul as our consciousness actually “jumps out of” and exits our body during events of fear, shock, and trauma, causing what you could think of as a vacancy and a form of vacuum as a magnetic pull that draws in energy equivalent to or of the same vibration and quality of our state of mind, or that’s inherent in the situation, we can begin realizing the powerful role emotions and fear play in governing us through acquisition of consciousness that increase and amplifies the state itself. Fear draws into us consciousness of the reality inherent in the fear, and makes us think fearful thoughts, or react with anger and rage, through an inner voice that begins dialoguing with us about the fear and from the perspective and attitude that sees the same type of fear in everything around us just through its perception of it. Looking through the lens of fear, we only see more fear or what warrants fear.

MindfieldBy learning how to manage our state of mind, we can recognize aspects we’ve acquired that aren’t “us”. We can begin distinguishing between our real self and our acquired self. We can begin realizing that certain aspects of our thinking are associated to specific events of our life where we “acquired them” and they became a normal part of our thinking. We can begin realizing how they play a part in sabotaging other aspects of our life, or argue against and negotiate through seduction to prevent willfully bringing about desired changes through conscious decisions to do so. By becoming aware of their strong emotional component we can not only resist their control, but learn how to identify them further, while simultaneously using compelling emotions to fuel and empower our conscious decisions. By gaining realization around them and what they act to prevent, protect us from, deal with, or cause, we can see their purpose and how they were intended to protect us, and how through that same attitude and behavior now act to sabotage our intentional efforts, we can thank it for its help, and tell it it’s no longer needed, then consciously and willfully release it, freeing it from the body and mind, and no longer be subject to it. Anytime we are “removing” one aspect creating a void or opening, we have to consciously draw into that space what we want to fill it, or it’ll do it automatically with whatever is available without our direction. As we create an opening or vacuum we have call or pull our soul back in to fill it, recovering it and becoming whole again. This is traditionally referred to as “Soul Retrieval” in Shamanic Arts.
All energy as spirits, entities, qualities, or emotions is subject to and commanded by the will of the human mind. We willfully acquire them through needing or wanting, or by vacating our body creating an opening for them to enter, take hold, and remain apart of us. While they occupy a part of us, our own soul can’t fully enter back into and operate through us, and remains on the outer boundaries of the mind where an opening has to be created in order to draw our own soul aspects back into our body. Only through awareness, realization, and willful control over them can we release or discharge them. The problem is, once they become a part of us, we build our identity around them as an essential part of ourselves, and form a kind of love for them, and hold them to us as a result. We don’t want to let them go because we’ve become accustomed to the story we began living out of them due to the traumatic circumstances we acquired them through, and feel as if we would lose an important part of ourselves by letting them go that would change tour very psychological make-up by making us encounter and experience in us what they were designed to protect us from. We only draw into us and acquire consciousness that’s of service somehow and therefore useful.

Even when we perceive them as bad or destructive, they’re preventing us from coming face-to-face with other aspects of ourselves that we fear even more, even though they might be ultimately good and serve our growth. For example, anger and hostility may be acquired in response to something terrifying that was exactly what we needed to deal with that event, and so it helped us cope and be able to get through it, that once the terrifying event passed, we still maintain an aspect of us that approaches ordinary experiences with an attitude of anger and aggressiveness, or we see them in a way that makes us feel angry and aggressive that’s an inappropriate response. We can continue to look at ordinary things from a perspective that warrants anger and a hostel attitude. In this way, the very quality that protected us in one situation, now becomes our downfall because it becomes a primary part of our everyday life and we’re “angry a lot”, or it becomes an inappropriate response that we can’t seem to help, and we begin employing volatile reactive behavior in the ordinary sense.

 
While we may come to a conscious decision of no longer needing their diversion, and are willfully choosing to step into what we originally feared and resisted, they continue to play out preventing it by introducing contradicting thoughts and emotions that go against our active decisions and hold us to the same attitudes, identity, and behavioral tendencies they served to develop in the first place. Once they become apart of us, we mistake them for being us, and continue to let them control us by living out of them and never sticking with our decisions that would eradicate them by rendering them subjective to our will.

 
Like all things, the idea is never to fight against or resist something, but rather to remove it and its influences from the system altogether, modifying the mind, and removing all blocks to progressive growth through willful decision making. At the level of the mind and consciousness, awareness is the key! Anything we remain unaware of continues to play out in our life, without our consent. By becoming aware of unconscious or shadow aspects of ourselves, we can dissolve them through awareness itself. Not through hating them or judging them to be bad, weak, or wrong, but rather by recognizing how they were serving us at some level and were exactly what we needed to deal with the situation we were in when we attracted them. When they entered us they were helping us to cope with and negotiate some situation that was difficult for us, or that we didn’t feel equipped to deal with. It’s only through true recognition and love and gratitude, that we work with the very consciousness that makes up our own being and serves to create our life experiences and impose a distinct direction on our life’s path by playing a part in controlling our choice and will to bring about certain realities. Love, appreciation and gratitude elicit a natural state of cooperation necessary to direct energetic forces.

A New Way of Thinking and Perceiving – Everything is Conscious Energy

Matter is Various Forms of Consciousness

How we look at things and the model we view them through as a means of attempting to understand them, determines what we see as a result. By looking at the world with new eyes, we experience everything in a brand new way. In order to find the secrets of the universe, we have to learn to perceive it in its most primal form, the form of energy. What is typically referred to as “secret sciences” or occult knowledge, is the scientific and intuitive awareness of the invisible, energetic realm of pure consciousness going on around us, in us, and through us all the time. Everything in the universe consists of vibration. Every element of the material world, whether organic or inorganic, vibrates at at different rates and modes of consciousness. Every subatomic particle that makes up what we experience as the phenomenal world exists as primarily empty or invisible space that displays psychic mind-like properties. These psychic particles are always interacting and exchanging energy as consciousness while morphing and intimately responding to all other particles. These psychic and mind-like qualities are aspects of consciousness that give it the physical attributes and characteristics it takes on. As it exchanges and acquires new forms of consciousness, it morphs into the shape equivalent to that conscious state as a new vibration.

 
The universe as we know it, is made up of different levels of consciousness, separated out and distinguished by different levels, frequencies and degrees of consciousness. The rate and mode of vibration form the state out of which an object is formed and animated through natural behaviors of that state and form. Organic living forms are active through natural growth processes and display specific behaviors based on its vibratory state as its energetic and material constitution which are always equivalent to each other. The material world exists in kingdoms as a natural categorization of levels of consciousness shaped by the elements; known primarily as the mineral, plant, animal, and human kingdoms. While the degree of consciousness varies between the kingdoms of the material world, they all possess the same “type” of consciousness in various formulas, and are in a constant form of interaction as an exchange of energy at the subconscious level. Each element of the subatomic chart that makes up the basic composition of the physical world consists of energy at different rates and modes of vibration.

Every material object also possesses or is accompanied by an energy field or energetic double, commonly referred to as its etheric body. This etheric energy field as what we could call its mind or soul, provides a kind of spatial mapping for the physical structure the form takes on at the molecular level of generation and regeneration. While DNA provides the basic information as sequences that make up the cellular intelligence that’s used to form it by regenerating material substance out of nothing, fabricating the substance of an entire body through a growth process, the etheric body or energetic double provides the 3-D mapping as the spatial structure the cells develop into through a series of specializations. While the outer form it takes on may differ, the energy that shapes it, gives it its unique properties, and hold it together, is the same energy that permeates and gives rise to all living things as a primordial form of consciousness. What separates objects into distinct categories based on the characteristics and activity levels is their vibratory frequency and degree of consciousness which range between passive and inactive states, to highly active and interactive states. The more active something is the higher its degree of consciousness, the more comprehensive, complex, and sophisticated its actions are, the higher degree of intelligence it possesses. Consciousness, intelligence, information, subtle energy and vibration are synonymous terms.

 
By realizing the basic nature of everything as varying degrees of consciousness, or an orchestration of vibratory frequencies all interlaced and interactively exchanging energy, we can begin realizing that the world around us is alive and always in the process of interacting with and responding to our consciousness, meaning, its responding to our feelings, emotions, thoughts, and imaginings. Our awareness of this basic realm of pure energy that underlies and gives rise to everything is the basis of intuition. We experience the energetic conscious world as the invisible realm that underlies the material realm through the intuitive faculty of the mind, which everybody has and are using all the time at the unconscious level. Whatever emotions we’re experiencing and thoughts we’re thinking connect with those same emotions and thoughts as a quality of consciousness in everything around us. As we connect to them by resonating with them, they stand out, become illuminated or highlighted, we notice them above everything else, think about them, and they act to accentuate or promote whatever mood we’re in by becoming the reality of that mood in realization.

When we look out over a large expansive area or greater reality, we only notice in that scene whatever matches us in mood, feelings, emotion, thought and actions. As we notice certain elements within a whole, we abstract them, place our attention on them and develop them into a new whole in order to create our experience of them as a representation of the greater whole we abstracted them from. Whatever is of a different vibration or quality of consciousness as a “state of being” than we are, fade into the background, and we don’t notice or think about them in the direct sense. Our attention is the active force of our consciousness that’s directed only into what matches it or can be used to recreate a reality as a representation of our mental model that we use to interpret the world around us, whether it’s in its active or passive aspect.

 
This realization of a conscious universe that’s alive and interactive through relationships is the foundation for our intuitive perception as our spiritual or energetic eyes. Once we realize that all of life and everything in our immediate awareness is responding to us, based on how we’re feeling and what we’re thinking about, we can come to understand how questions and answers are directly associated, and how by asking questions or contemplating an idea, we connect to the answer as being of the same reality as the question all around us, and the answers come to us synchronistically through signs, messages, events, and direct contact in the people and things around us. We have only to realize this and begin making it a practice to be present in our everyday life while paying attention to notions, urges, indirect associations, feelings we get about something for no apparent reason, coincidences and outright answers that come mysteriously out of the blue, in the most ordinary and unexpected ways. Whatever we concentrate on internally, starts talking to us externally.

When we begin seeing all of life as conscious beings and entities, it changes how we experience the world, and changes the relationship we form with it. When we realize that every living thing is a conscious being affected by our very thoughts, emotions, and actions towards it, that’s always interacting, communicating, and responding to us, it changes how we see and experience ourselves as conscious beings. When we realize that at the very moment we ask questions, we automatically begin connecting to the answer in the space around us, and it starts coming to us through the elements of our environment, life takes on a magical quality. We then begin realizing that intuitive notions are designed to guide us. When something stands out and we don’t know why for sure, yet we immediately make an association to why it’s standing out, it comes as a connection to something we’ve been thinking about, contemplating or wondering about, and is designed to lead us through further investigation into its significance, or by giving us more information about an idea.

 
Once we become aware of the conscious nature of things, we become much more aware of ourselves and the importance of our role in everything. We begin connecting with everything in a new way while seeing a whole new side to things. We begin realizing the affects of not only our behaviors, but of our very thoughts and feelings which ultimately serve to motivate our behaviors, and the fact that even when we don’t act on our feelings and thoughts, we promote, influence, and produce the same subtle effect with only our thoughts and emotions. Our emotions and the thoughts connected to them are what connect us intimately to everything else.

 
In the energetic realm of pure consciousness, thoughts are things. Thoughts are energetic forms that enter into, penetrate, and affect everything around us. We begin realizing that we are intimately connected through various subtleties to everything else. That everything is affecting us with its consciousness through a spontaneous energy exchange. That we are in fact solely responsible for our own consciousness and the affects we produce, which are largely unconscious in nature. We begin realizing that by waking up and becoming aware of what’s happening silently and invisibly all around us, we can begin not only directing ourselves, but determine how we influence everything else. We can begin viewing ourselves from an expanded perspective and see ourselves objectively as a part of a greater idea being played out all around us of which we play an important part. We can begin taking responsibility for who we are and how we’re being in even the most ordinary sense. We can begin intimately connecting to others, to animals, plants, trees, sunsets, mountains, the ocean, in a whole new way, falling in love, and becoming it’s caretaker and protector. We can influence things with love and adoration, with feelings of reverence and respect, that acts to “bring out in it” and in us, what warrants those feelings as a reality. What we do unto others, we simultaneously do to ourselves, because what connects us isn’t the outer physical reality, but the underlying invisible reality as our “shared” quality of consciousness, out of which feelings, thoughts, emotions, and actions naturally propagate as their offspring.

Taoist Philosophy – Principle of Action through Non-action

While many feel somewhat confused by how the Taoists state things, and believe that it’s not logical in nature, and while that may be true, what it’s really doing is stating something from a perspective that most aren’t used to looking through. Because of how this idea is stated, “action through non-action”, it’s often misinterpreted to somehow mean a meek and passive behavior, or the ability to resist certain actions through a form of self-control, or perhaps through the release of desire and attachment, and not being provoked to take action in relationship to what goes on around us. Yet, what this is really referring to is our actions not coming as a willful act, or as something that’s not natural and spontaneous, but rather deliberate and formed out of discipline, motive, or intention of some sort. Our will, when directed outward, as an intentional and deliberate act that goes against our inner nature through a form of resistance that seeks control of some sort, is karmic in nature. Instead of having to use our will to direct our behavior because it’s not natural and spontaneous, we use our will instead to cultivate our inner nature which produces our outer actions in a completely natural fashion. We act “on ourselves” to cultivate in us certain qualities and traits that form our basic character, out of which all behavior and actions come in a completely natural way. Because of this naturalness, our actions appear effortless.

 
The basic principle underlying Taoism is the Principle of Yin-Yang, which represents the Dyad as the primary idea inner and outer aspects of our nature as governed by the Feminine and Masculine aspects of our mind and body. It’s our inner nature or soul’s essence that naturally produces our outer behaviors in an immediate and flowing manner. The way to control our actions is not by attempting to willfully override our own tendencies, but rather to develop our very nature as our subconscious-yin mind to develop the character traits as qualities of consciousness that spontaneously give rise to all our outer actions in a natural way.
Likewise, the outer actions and events that we’re being influenced by, serve naturally to activate certain qualities within us in response to them. Through the Law of Action – Reaction, or Cause and Effect, the outer only has the ability to stimulate in us what’s there to stimulate. People and events can only call forth in us what already exists in us to be activated and serve as the pathway for outer expression as our actions or reactions, which comes in an automatic and instantaneous fashion. Instead of taking an attitude of refraining from the reactive behavior or by inducing our will to redirect our behavior, we use our will on ourselves instead operating by way of law to transform our inner nature by cultivating and developing virtuous qualities that come to form our subconscious, feminine aspect of our inner nature, in which only positive qualities exist, and negativity (anger, hate, greed, etc.) can’t be activated so there’s no need to “hold back” or control our own behavior, while the quality whose behavior we’re refraining from still rises in us, fills and possesses us, transforming our inner state to that quality. So even though we resist the behavior we still possess the consciousness that makes it necessary to exercise constant control over ourselves. We are still the conduit through which that quality has life, and in unguarded moments, we’ll still produce the actions of that quality of consciousness while incurring the karma that ensues from it. By purifying our inner nature, we don’t have to intentionally take action, but rather respond in a totally natural and spontaneous manner.

Mind

Through an understanding of the Yin and Yang Principles of the Feminine and Masculine aspects of ourselves, which represent our subconscious, body oriented mind as our inner nature and the source of force that prompts and motivates all outward expression as a fluid and natural outpouring; and our masculine aspect of our will and ability to take direct and intentional action, and instead of operating one against the other, we can use one to operate ‘on’ the other. We use our will on ourselves as a disciplined practice of virtuous qualities that develop our character accordingly, which naturally determines and produces all of our outward behaviors as a spontaneous and creative expression. In this way, all of our behavior is natural and effortless. We’re not resisting ourselves or preventing a state that has risen in us from outwardly expressing, but instead, we have abolished the state and the actions associated with it altogether, so it’s not in us to be activated, and never rises in us or is capable of expressing through us. In this way we work in harmony with the law instead of against it. Our masculine aspect provides the seed as an intention that our feminine aspect receives and grows into a practice of some sort, which becomes spontaneously expressed by our outer masculine aspect as our offspring. In this way we act on ourselves to develop ourselves, instead of being developed by others through our reactions to them.

 
Through disciplined use of our ability to choose, the will to engage in devoted practice necessary to cultivate our character by habituating virtuous qualities, in the presence of which negative ones no longer exist, building them into mind and muscle through practice, so they become a natural part of who we are and how we act. Through Yoga and disciplined arts that train the body to postures, states, and movements, we program our own mind-body system with natural qualities and behaviors that become spontaneous and effortless. Through meditative practices we can develop our own mind and character through the unified motion of the Yin and Yang within our own mind and inner nature.

 

 

Points to remember:
• The inner and the outer are in a constant relationship and interaction with each other. One stimulates in the other the same quality.

 
• All outer behavior and actions are created by whatever is active in our inner state. Whatever quality is activated becomes the basis for outward expression.

 
• You can only activate in someone what’s there to be activated. If the quality being expressed outwardly doesn’t exist “in” a person, the outside force has no affect on it.

 
• All outer behavior results from and is the expression of our inner state. One is an extension of the other.

 
• To change our behavior or actions, we have to change the inner state that’s acting to naturally produce it.

 
• By working with our inner nature, and cultivating our character, we can directly control and determine our outer, natural behaviors.

 
• Our behavior flows naturally from our inner state as a natural and spontaneous expression that comes without effort.

 
• We act from our subconscious mind without effort or intentional thought. The way to produce effortless and spontaneous action is by developing the inward state out of which it naturally arises.

Karma – The Golden Rule and the Law of Ethical Causation and Impartial Justice

Karma is a major component of Eastern Philosophies and Ancient Wisdom, all of which include as a foundation the idea of reincarnation and the eternal nature of the soul within the timeless realm of consciousness that exists in multiple levels and varying degrees simultaneously. While many people grasp the principle of cause and effect that’s inherent in this idea, many fail to recognize the conscious and ethical considerations, as well as the true nature of human beings as three-part in nature while spanning multiple dimensions, only part of which we are conscious and aware of in the direct sense. This fundamental three-part nature includes an aspect of the mind/self as the Higher-Self, that never fully incarnates in the physical realm of the two lower-physical minds, but resides on the plane above the material plane and not only oversees it from a neutral and impartial perspective, but acts to orchestrate many of the meaningful events that take place within the lower plane.

 
The true nature of karma is not as individual or random acts per say, but actions that come from the sum total of our evolutionary development which is expressing in every moment as out whole being. Just as our current mind – self is the culmination of all our life experiences as the memories we formed by how we interpreted the events of our life to give them meaning which formed a general “theme” as a kind of template that we’re always using to create our experiences out of, our karma is the product of accumulated experiences as memory that forms our perspective, perception, intention and desires, and motivates all of our actions and reactions.

 
Though karma has been trivialized in the West, as most spiritual ideas are, we don’t experience or incur karma from or in random events or activities in which we were not at cause, or that didn’t come about out of a desire or intention of some sort. Karma is created through willful acts that are deliberate and intentional in nature, where we are actively and purposely “causing something”. It’s not random, cold, mechanistic action, but intelligently regulated and infused with spiritual compassion, even in the smallest areas of our life, because the universe exists for the enactment, benefit, and welfare of all involved. Every time we’re involved in acting out and creating more karma, it’s always with others who share the same karma, and act to “give it back to us” as reactions to our actions or rendering direct consequences of our actions.

 
Yet even though we’re always in the process of receiving the consequences to our actions from the outside world, we are solely responsible for our self, and are the only ones creating our karma, keeping it alive, and continually expressing it through our attitudes and behavior, and engrained tendencies. Because it’s a part of our essential self as our mental paradigm formed solely from our own self-created experiences as our memories, it can only be resolved by changing our own mental paradigm and moral character. Most karma is developed through the activity of our ego, physical desires, and attachments and the need to somehow control others by exercising power over them. When we seek to control others and the circumstances that involve others through an intentional act of some sort designed to produce a specific reaction or outcome, we create and incur karma.

Any willful act is karmic in nature and something we alone are fully responsible for. Any quests we undertake for lust, greed, and to attain power of some form, is usually the expression of existing karma that acts to create more of the same type of experiences born out of consequences of our , over and over again. Karma is a cause and effect relationship that gives back to us actions of the same nature that we put out as a corresponding reaction. Every action produces a like reaction. But not all actions are karmic. Any action or event that wasn’t produced out of a desire or intention, while it may still render consequences, are not caused by us intentionally and do not remain with us as unconscious tendencies that continue driving our behaviors. Neutral events that happen without intention or deliberation, and that don’t produce a pronounced reaction in us, are NOT a form of karma. So things like not getting a parking place, having someone be rude to us, or being rear-ended while at a stop light, is not karma, but is merely a cause and effect relationship going on around us in which we had no direct or intentional part in creating. If they came as a direct consequence or reaction to our actions, though not intentional or with a motive of some sort, then they’re still not considered karmic. If however they come as a direct response to an intentional and deliberate act on our part, which involved deliberate thought and motive of some sort, then it’s karmic in nature and draws more of the same karma on us through the consequences it brings.

 
Karma isn’t a singular act that comes out of nowhere and is not a product of a person’s normal character, but rather comes out of the summation of a person’s development and is a natural tendency they display and engage in as a part of their attitude and normal mind-set. The tendency to control, manipulate, or try to exercise power over others, is karma as character traits that cause more of the same type of karma. Likewise the person that allows themselves to be controlled or manipulated, and who give their power away to those manipulating them, is also karma, and is a part of the same type of karma as the one seeking control over them. Because they share karma as a natural cause and effect relationship that cooperatively participates in complementary roles of the same pattern, they live out their karma through the natural relationship that forms between them.

Because karma is the result of conditioned tendencies and unconscious patterns that are emotionally driven by desire and attachment of some sort, we are born into and naturally incur various forms of karma as shared tendencies that are acted out with a group. We have family karma as tendencies acted out within various roles by the whole family, as well as race karma, national and cultural karma, and karma of the present age. The best way to become aware of our karma is through self-reflection and noticing what we have “issues around”, strong emotional reactions too, or agendas that are emotionally driven and come about in what is largely an unconscious manner. We can notice the patterns that govern our life and what ideas we play out in an intentional manner that tells a story of some sort. We can begin recognizing what themes underlie all of our relationships. Naturally we can look at any area where we feel a strong compulsion or aggressive action, or frequently have an intense reaction to that draw very distinct consequences as the thematic patterns that govern our life experiences, while giving up our need to defend our actions by justifying them. It’s this tendency to defend and justify our right to do something that keeps us unconscious of the reality it produces through what are for the most part, natural and automatic behaviors.

 

 

Key points to consider:

 
• Karma is produced by willful acts that involve desire, intention and are done with a distinct motive of some sort and intentionally.

 
• Karma is when we are directly at “cause” and the one producing an effect or reaction that draws on us the consequences of our actions.

 
• Our karma is acted out with others who share the same type of karma as behavioral dynamics. Other people play a complementary role and cooperatively participate in our dramas and agendas.

 
• Karma is regulated through a form of spiritual compassion of our Higher-Self that works in an impartial manner for the benefit and welfare of all involved.
• Random, neutral, and mechanical acts that we had no part in causing are NOT karma for us.

 
• Karma stems from the summation of our evolutionary development as our mental paradigm and natural or conditioned perceptions and tendencies.

 
• We are participating in multiple levels of karma all the time as family, community, work place, national, cultural, racial, and the karma of the present age of humanities evolution as a whole.

 
• To change or resolve our karma is to recognize and become aware of our own subconscious tendencies and the motive behind our deliberate actions that are creative in nature, and cultivate qualities and beliefs that counteract them. It always comes by working with our own subconscious mind and bringing light to tendencies we act out without direct awareness of what we’re doing exactly or why.

Becoming Self-Aware: Learning to Observe Yourself

The starting point of all forms of Self development begins by becoming ‘aware’ of how your mind functions on a normal basis while you’re not tending it, or realizing what’s happening internally, and why. In order to begin observing ourselves requires us to learn how to take on a dissociated position as a form of “second person perspective”. We move outside of the direct experience we’re always involved in with our own internal dialoguing and feelings, and we simply take a perspective of observing our natural thoughts, and the natural processes that are always taking place within us as the basis for creating our everyday, moment by moment experiences as a relationship and interaction with everyone and everything around us. We’re constantly creating our life experiences by how we feel, think, and what memories we use as templates for rerunning and reforming our present experiences to mean the same thing, and be about the same thing as our past experiences.

 
The first key to all forms of introspection, self-reflection, and self-observation, is to realize that at no point in the process do we judge ourselves for what we feel and think, nor do we ever get involved in the dialogue of judging, explaining or justifying what we think, why we’re thinking it, and what we do. Because strangely enough, what you’ll find is that just as we defend our perspectives and behaviors to others, there’s an aspect of our internal dialogue that even justifies to ourselves why we think and do what we do as a means of making it okay, which allows us to “keep it”. Our goal here, in self-reflecting, is taking an objective perspective to simply begin realizing what type of thoughts we think on a regular basis, for no particular reason, or as a part of redundant thoughts born out of a theme we’re always playing out in our mind as a way of interpreting our outer reality by way of our inner reality which comes largely from a completely unaware state of automatic feelings, modes of thinking, and dwelling in memories of some sort that we replay constantly when we’re not focused on anything in particular, as a form of random or entertaining type of thoughts, that are for the most part habitual in nature.

To begin this practice, you have to simply make a commitment to it, and remind yourself periodically throughout your day, when it’s convenient, to simply stop what you’re doing, and become aware of what you’ve been thinking about. What type of story we’re you running through your mind, what type of description or explanation were you giving about something, or what memory were you rethinking about? Sometimes we run abstract ideas through our mind from a TV show we watched, a line in a movie, a song that we heard, something someone said to us, an article we read, something we’re curious about, wondering about, or as a form of anticipation of what’s going to happen in a situation much like a form of prophecy. Whatever it is, simply notice what it is, and become aware of it. Allow yourself to simply notice what it is that runs through your mind unattended.

 
As you begin becoming aware of the type of thoughts you tend to think without intention, allow yourself to also recognize what memories you’re always in the process of thinking about and running through your imagination in a variety of scenarios, and that you use to form predictions of the future by reliving them in the present. Stop and observe what ideas you run through your mind as a means of anticipating an event or activity. Then, allow yourself to notice how you “feel” based on what you tend to think about. What emotions and moods you tend to be in as a result of your thinking and imagining. Notice that all memories as a generalized idea that plays out a theme of some sort which have a distinct mood or emotional atmosphere to them. As you replay them, it causes you to feel the same way you felt when you were experiencing the memory. Just by thinking about them, makes you feel the same way. Allow yourself to notice how your thoughts are connected to your feelings. How thoughts and emotions are always connected. When you think about happy experiences, you feel happy. When you think about sad experiences, you feel sad. And how these emotions, feelings, and moods is either what cause you to think about whatever you’re thinking about, or they’re produced because you’re thinking about whatever you’re thinking about.

As you go through your day and someone or something causes an emotional reaction in you, have the awareness to stop in the middle of it, refrain from reacting to it, and simply observe what’s happening inside your body. Notice the distinct sensations you’re feeling in certain parts of your body that have certain qualities to them, such as, a tingling, jolting, buzzy, sinking, butterflies, sharp, dull, painful, arousing, and so on. As you recognize how it makes you feel, also notice what memory you associate the feeling too, and what behavior its prompting you to do. How do you want to act in reaction to it? What natural behavior would it normally cause in you if you weren’t refraining from acting? Notice the connection between an emotional trigger, the memory you associate to it, and the behavior inherent in it. This is what forms “reactions” as unconscious behaviors that are formed from a memory of some sort. Again, don’t judge or try to justify what’s happening, simply notice it. Become aware of it.

 
Also, as you go through your day, allow yourself to notice how the emotional energy of others feels. Become aware that you’re constantly picking up on the emotions of others, and they’re affecting you in a somewhat indirect and subtle, if not very direct manner. Then, as in the previous lessons, allow yourself to notice how their emotions “affect” (or infect) you by entering into or moving through you, and stimulating in you those same emotions and feelings. Become aware of how your body is being stimulated by the emotions being displayed around you. Notice how you can sense the energy of a room just by walking into it from the outside. How the room holds the energy of the people and activities being conducted or experienced by the people within it. And again, simply notice how the emotional atmosphere forms the same type of feelings in you just by being “in it”.

As you become more self-aware, you simultaneously become more aware of others and your environment. You can start becoming aware of what is normally happening inside of you and too you by your environment and your own thoughts. You can become aware of what memories you tend to hang onto and continue living out of that shaping your current perception of things, what you connect to first internally, then externally, and what mood or emotional state you tend to live out of as a result. You can begin becoming aware of how others directly affect and influence you just through the nature of the energy exchange that’s taking place as feelings, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You can begin shedding light on what’s normally operating in a habitual manner outside of your direct awareness. Just the awareness alone helps you to begin taking conscious control over your own thoughts, imagining, and emotional states.

 
We can only work with what we have a conscious awareness and basic understanding of. Becoming self-aware is the first step to moving into the practices that involve self-mastery by being able to not only control your own state of mind, but being able to direct your life by intentionally using your awareness of how feelings, thoughts, emotions, memories, and what we imagine as live scenarios directly affect how we first create our experiences, then use them as future memories to create more of the same type of experiences. We can obtain a new level of awareness around our relationships and how others act to influence us, what they activate and bring out in us, and how they serve to develop those tendencies in us. By becoming aware of what we were previously unaware of, we can see how it operates on us, through us, and because of us, and we can begin consciously controlling it and redirecting it in a more favorable manner. We can learn how to use positive memories and thoughts to automatically produce a positive state of mind. We learn how to stay present in our life instead of being caught up in endless distractions that keep us unconscious in the most basic sense. As with all things . . . awareness is the key! We can only work with what we’re aware of.

Imagination – “As Opposed to Creative Visualization”

The tendency to represent the idea of “imagining something” as “visualizing it”, can make the idea seem fairly confusing. Visualizing indicates forming inner images, pictures and scenes as movies that play out in the mind as a form of anticipated or wished for experience. Then, because its portrayed this way, many get confused as to “how to” visualize, what it means exactly, and believe that it means to see fully detailed, colored images and scenes that play out with precision and detail, and while it certainly can be this way, especially for a well developed imagination, for most people it’s usually much more impressionistic. Most visualization resembles the type of image we see as a reflection in glass or water, or a reflection in a dark, shiny surface where it’s more shadow-like and formed, yet not particularly detailed. This resembles what is referred to as “thought-forms” that exist in the astral field of the mind as shadowy images that we form through thinking about or dwelling on ideas, or recalling a memory of some kind.

 
The imagination however, is a faculty of the mind that forms a full sensory experience that while it’s main component is visual images and impressionistic shapes, it also focuses heavily on hearing and sounds, feelings as intuitive and as touching the surface of material reality, any forms of smells that would be inherent in the experience, and taste whenever appropriate, as well as the internal dialogue as thoughts that we naturally have while engaging in any type of experience and the emotions the experience elicits. Our inner dialogue is what we are telling ourselves ‘about’ the experience that makes it mean something. The imagination takes an inspired idea as unformed, and shapes it into a full 3-D sensory reality that is realistic and believable, and therefore possible. The true use of the imagination however, places the greatest emphasis on “feelings” that we have as a result of the inner experience we are having. The feeling is the full-body intuitive sensation that blends the visual into a holistic experience as a form of memory that is complete with emotions, thoughts and meaning that brings realization around an idea that can only be obtained through the experience of it. This reality formed in the imagination through thinking, creates a form of template that makes us a channel for the imagined idea to become a reality as an outer expression that’s a correspondence to the inner experience.

This is the creative power of the mind to create experience by first creating it internally while shaping it with sensory detail and definition that sets the vibratory patterning that attracts and organizes the outer experience as a correspondence. The outer experience is not exact to the imagined one, although it can be, but is rather analogous to the inner experience. It’s of the same nature and theme as the internal experience, yet modified according to the elements available in the immediate surroundings, and the will, personality and interactive quality of those participating in the orchestration of the outer experience. Because the outer requires other people, situations and events, the original vision is modified accordingly as a basic requirement to incorporate the ideas and desires of all who partake in the over-all experience that is co-created as a shared reality.

 
This is why the emphasis is always placed on the “feeling” of the experience rather than the visual aspect. Visually it may be entirely different than you imagined it, yet it will feel the same. It’ll be the same type of idea as a form of theme, which is being illustrated in a modified and varied manner. The feeling, as the vibratory frequency is what composes and structures the experience to be of a certain patterning that beautifully conforms to the influences that everyone participating contributes, while maintaining the same basic idea as the essence of the over-all experience. You will recognize the fulfillment of your wish, not by what it looks like, but by what it feels like as you realize you’re in the process of having it.
