The Unified Theory and the Law of the Mind

While science tends to say that it still hasn’t discovered the “unified theory of Everything”, or the single law of Nature with which all natural phenomena can be assessed without exception, its as if it fails to recognize in the most basic sense the very law or apparatus that makes the perception of all things possible. All arts and science and the material world as we know it is “mental in nature”. All perception, awareness, and natural phenomena are a primary function of the mind. Not what some have been taught to think of as a brain function, but rather as the energy field that not only operates the brain and body through the neurological system, but animates, structures, and holds together all forms of matter that make up the natural world. Nothing exists unless it’s perceived “as” something. The mind is the conscious source that generates all reality as we know it. Every science there is, with no exception, is a process of thought and conscious awareness. In fact, what we call the objective outer reality of separate and interactive things, may be the fabrication of our own individual mind, that produces our waking reality in much the same way it produces realities in our sleeping dreams.

cosmic mind

The law as a unified theory that science is always on a competitive quest to discover, is in reality an essential part of themselves postulating the very questions that drives its search to discover its own true nature, the mind out of which all things emerge as an interconnected whole. Without consciousness, reality itself wouldn’t exist, because there would be no awareness of it. Even with all our modern day scientific knowledge and technology, the only way we have of knowing whether of not something “actually exists” is if “two or more people appear to be seeing the same thing”. In the most basic sense, every individual is forming a unique and varied perception of the same outer, objective elements or events. No two minds perceive exactly alike. In fact, their perceptions outside of containing the same universal elements as a generic idea, are completely different, and often don’t even resemble each other.

This “unified theory of everything” that sciences gropes in the dark to find, is the very basis of their very being. It’s the fact that energy and matter are different aspects or degrees of the same thing. Energy and matter are equivalent and interchangeable as correspondences of each other. The primal substance of matter as light (photons), is a product of vibration as movement that produces the appearance of a solid substance. Vibration as invisible forces that become what we call physical reality by organizing light into three-dimensional shapes that have an ordered and formulated set of attributes and properties that animates it with distinct functions and behaviors, is consciousness itself, out of which everything as we know it emerges and is formed out of, then decays and blends back into.

Consciousness as the universal mind is ALL. Everything that we can see, hear, feel, smell, taste, and experience as real is consciousness itself, perceiving itself in everything else, acting on itself in others, and creating a sense of itself as something specific through the very nature of its thoughts and feelings. Consciousness is not only the light forms we call material reality, but it’s also the invisible space that organizes it, sets the stage for it to emerge, and holds it all together. The world as we know it is a product of our own thoughts and feelings. When we render ourselves “unconscious” by subduing the conscious aspect of outer awareness, everything ceases to exist and we are void of experience of any kind. Nothing exists without a conscious mind to perceive and experience it. So the basic nature as the “oneness” of all existence is the mind in its universal and individual state that exists on multiple levels, scales and at varying degrees throughout the cosmos.

The mind of the individual is the invisible energy field that surrounds, permeates, and inhabits the body, and contains a certain combination and measurement of consciousness. The group mind is formed as a larger mind of shared consciousness. Mass consciousness is the combined consciousness of a species or kingdom. All material objects, both organic and non-organic are accompanied by energy fields as the active and creative life giving force of that object. This energy field of the mind or consciousness is also referred to as the astral or Akashic field. The Earth has an astral field as its atmosphere, which contains all the consciousness of the life forms that inhabit it also referred to as the instinctual or morphogenic field of the collective unconscious. All of it is based on the same principle of consciousness at different scales and levels of existence.

The first law of Universal Laws, is the law of the Monad, represented by a circle with a dot in the center, the same symbol that represents the sun as the center and life giving source of our solar system, is the Law of Mentalism. All is Mind. The substantial reality underlying all manifestations and appearances known as the “Material Reality” or the “phenomena of Life” as matter and energy, perceivable through the five senses of the body, and the higher sense of intuition, results from the perceptions formed by the Mind. All physical reality is a mental creation. The universe exists in the mind in which we all live, move, and have our being. There is considerably more to the greater Universe than the human being can perceive and know of, that’s outside of information obtained from our five senses, which is only tuned into and capable of interpreting a very small amount of the total information available. All laws that systematically evolve out of this primary law are laws that provide us with the means for using our own individual mind to transform ourselves and the reality we naturally experience and partake in. By changing our mind, our entire experience of life and what we act to naturally perceive changes also. All reality as we know it within this narrow plane that exists as a parallel aspect of a much greater realm beyond our ability to perceive it is all a creation of the mind. The mind, which is an invisible field of vibrating energy, often perceived as “empty space”, is the unified theory of everything, without which, nothing would exist. Spiritual (Hermetic) Sciences has known this for thousands of years, and its philosophical science is based on it. All new discoveries are simply rediscovering the same ideas and laws, viewing them through different models, and giving them different names. To know the universe, we simply have to look within and gain knowledge of our own mind, which exists as a smaller version of the greater Mind. As Hermes Trismegistus stated clearly thousands of years ago . . . “As above, so below, in the wondrous workings of the One great Thing”!

Enlightened Leadership – The Psychology of Leading

Higher_GroundThe idea of leadership tends to be viewed by different people in different ways, most of which invest in the idea of a “program” of some sort, a form of organizational structure as a hierarchy of power and control, or as a position responsible for overseeing a whole group of people in different departments and roles, and while all of these are true to a certain extent, the most primary skill inherent in, and what determines a person’s ability to lead is the psychology being utilized in a deliberate and strategic manner. Psychology is a persons ability to work through an understanding of how the mind, as the field of energy that informs and animates the body works, and their ability to operate within it, by not only employing it, but by demonstrating it. Demonstrating it through their whole performance, both natural and intentionally developed, to work with the mind of others by using their own mind as the controlling mechanism. We can only control, guide, or influence others to the exact same degree we can control, guide and influence ourselves. We influence people and direct the course things take by how we’re being in the situation, and how we enter into relationship with it.

In order to understand the basic rules of psychology, we have to gain a fundamental understanding of the laws that govern subtle energy as consciousness itself. The mind, which is an energy system, is what motivates and animates the behaviors of the body. The body as a set of behaviors is a direct and equal reflection of the mind that’s expressing through it. To change or determine the behaviors a system or group dynamic takes on, you have to work by creating and setting into motion the proper mind-set. Not by adopting a regiment or business model as a plan that’s laid out, but by “becoming” the demonstration of the qualities and characteristics that form a dynamic relationship necessary to act out or perform the business plan as a group personality and identity with a distinct style or “quality of experience”. To understand how to do this, what the creative process is that’s always operating in a situation; we have to look at how energy itself operates.

tree reflection
Energy can be thought of as “qualities of consciousness” that has a distinct personality to it, as a feel, that motivates corresponding behaviors by “animating matter”. Energy forms a natural relationship with matter through resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. This is where a vibration as a feeling or quality of consciousness acts to vibrate that same quality in another. Whatever quality as a “state” that an individual is vibrating to, stimulates, awakens, and brings into activity that same state in another. It literally enters into the body of another and vibrates that same quality in them, bringing it out in them as an active state, which then establishes the nature of the interaction as a relationship formed through the expression of the same quality as a “shared” state of mind.

The expression as an interaction based on the relationship formed by the same feeling in another in response to us, adapts the state to a new form as a new combination based on what idea, thought process, or memory is associated to the feeling in both people, that forms a new pattern-idea through the interaction itself as a relationship that forms a new vibration as equilibrium that forms coherence. We modify the state of another through our state, and how we’re openly and outwardly expressing it through our attitude, perspective, and behaviors. Whatever mood we’re in and how we’re behaving stimulates a like-response in everyone and everything around us. How we’re being determines how others are being because of us. This is the most fundamental way we’re always leading without actually realizing it. Most employ the ironic adage of “do what I say, not what I do”, then act bewildered when it doesn’t work and place the blame on others who were simply too stupid to do what they were told.

It’s pretty easy to recognize how our mood affects our behavior, and how emotional states, not only produce predictable behaviors, but how those behaviors employed and motivated by the emotional state act to tell a certain type of story as a metaphor, creating an experience that amplifies and acts to give us more of the same feeling. This is because, while we tend to look at things as disconnected, separate, and independent systems, they are in fact different aspects of a greater idea that’s being expressed outwardly, creating a congruent experience. How a person feels determines what they focus on and think about, what story they tell themselves about things that give them meaning, and how they act as the outer expression of their inner reality. What we do and how we do it, are always based on how we feel and what emotions we’re experiencing. This is always true. The one is the expression of the other, and the system is holistic in nature. It’s impossible to feel one way and think or behave another way.

Once we understand this and realize that in order to create in a deliberate and precise way, we need to work by way of these laws, and not in contradiction of them. We need to first develop a business paradigm that’s congruent with the individual’s paradigm or group of individuals responsible for actually producing it as a cohesive reality, or match the paradigm of the individual to the business as our method of acquisition, ensuring that they’re compatible and complementary to that of the business. Then we need to envision a reality as a working idea illustrated by the business model, while asking ourselves (realizing), what state of mind, mood, or attitude, would have to employed in order to naturally and spontaneously produce the behaviors necessary for “acting it out” as a relationship or group interaction? Just as an individual has a personality that forms all their natural behaviors and the identity created out of those behaviors, a business operates in exactly the same way. Same laws and principles are at work on a different scale and magnitude.

balance
The leader in any situation has to embody the paradigm as a reality that they use to express out of. They use the business paradigm like a memory that they superimpose over the current situation, whatever that may be, and use it as a filtering mechanism to think and imagine out of, act and speak out of, and use to make all the decisions as a representative of the business as a “general perception”. The leader is always the producer of the company paradigm as an offspring of their personal paradigm, or is complementary to the company paradigm, and can readily embody it and become the active demonstration of it. By using the paradigm as a perceptual lens, we communicate and teach it through our most ordinary behaviors. Everything we do and say is the expression of it and acts to stimulate that same vision in others, giving them the means for understanding it and participating in cooperatively acting it out as a group dynamic.

Whatever reality as a personal identity the business represents as an “entity” has to be embodied and fully employed by the leader. In doing this, the state of mind that the reality exists as an outward expression is naturally employed, that produces natural behaviors of the leader. By “being” of the same paradigm as the business, and always acting out of it in a congruent manner, we act to stimulate the same state of mind imbued within it in others, then shape the idea inherent in the feelings by communicating through the relationship we form with them, that gives them the instruction as a demonstration for acting it out by first initiating, then modeling it. We literally become the role model for how each person playing a part has to become. Not in their specific roles, but in “how” they perform their specific roles as a personality being employed by everyone in the group. We are demonstrating a “way of being” that stimulates that same way of being in them. We express through an attitude that causes them to take on the same attitude. We openly display and express emotions that stimulate and bring out the same emotions in them.

We then employ this way of being by training them individually to an overall pattern as the daily operations of their role and job description, as their role in a greater idea being performed in a “like-mind” by all other team members. Through communicating and giving guidance and instruction as the vision of the business performed by daily duties that are in relationship not only to the greater whole, but to the client/patient they’re designed to serve. We teach the art of relationship that allows for constant modifications as adjustments necessary to meet specialized needs of the client or situation, while still maintaining the overall objective of the business as an outcome of delivery.

illuminated
Any “state of mind” as a “quality of consciousness” lends itself to specialized behaviors and ideas pertinent to that state. By acting and ensuring to intentionally produce that state in others, we know that regardless of the modifications made to the procedures as a way of customizing them by how things are handled, that it’ll remain consistent to the state of the person performing it. Any reality as an experience is an idea as a vibratory frequency or biological pattern of consciousness that’s holistic and complete, and has everything inherent within it to produce it as a material reality as the idea, feeling, emotions, thoughts, and actions. We’re always producing more of whatever we’re demonstrating. Our mood determines our disposition and temperament, and how we express to create realities as personal experiences. Embody the idea, employ the state as feelings and emotions, imagine the idea as an internal conceptualization, then express out of that state and you’ll act to naturally produce it in others.

Self-Mastery – The Power of State and Learning to Create our Vibratory Frequency

3 selves
Many people use the term “vibration”, or more accurately “vibratory frequency” without ever really understanding or describing what it means in the practical sense. Our vibratory frequency is our “state of mind” or the quality of consciousness as our “soul’s mood” that we are embodying and allowing to express through us at any given moment. This is because we all have a primary state as a general mood that we’re ‘in’ most of the time. Our mood is the interactive composition of a handful of emotions that we experience and live out of most of the time. Our mood is an extension of our natural disposition and temperament that first forms as our basic personality. It can be thought of as our “soul’s vibration” that we came into this life with that reestablishes itself in childhood as our personality that’s reformed based on how we adapt to our body, family role, and life circumstances, that’s then further developed through our conditioning based on the mood and atmosphere around us, which stimulate those same qualities in us, bringing them out in us. These qualities as our general mood are then developed through the behavioral dynamics being dramatically acted out around us that we’re apart of. Our soul’s vibration determines how we enter into relationship with everything else, and what parts of us are amplified, emphasized, and strengthened by way of our fundamental relationships. Our state-of-mind forms our attitude and aptitude as the creative capacity of our soul’s expression forming the type of experiences we create out of the events of our life, and the lessons as opportunities they offer for natural development.

Our general mood is the frequency we vibrate to, that emanates from us and stimulates everything around us through resonance, awakening the same qualities in others. Our mind, which is a field of electromagnetic energy that envelops and permeates our body, becomes our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that we look through, only “seeing” (recognizing and pulling out from our overall environment) what matches it (can be explained, described, and validated by way of it) as a quality and level of consciousness. Our state as a vibration has patterning inherent in it that filters objective reality activating and bringing to the foreground through an interaction what’s of the same nature and can be formed into the same life-pattern as a theme that interprets and reshapes everything by forming it into a common storyline. We only see in others what matches and can be used to tell our life’s story as an expression of our emotional state.

energy transformation

Emotions form themes as the “type of stories” that emerge out of them as a natural form of self-expression “of” that emotion. Emotions are what connect us to everything around us. Our emotional influence alters other people’s emotional state to be equivalent to ours. We stimulate in others the same emotions we’re employing and outwardly demonstrating or emanating. People sense each other energetically through their emotional states without a word being spoken between them. Emotions are universal in nature, what we all share in common, and while we all have different thoughts and memories that we associate to our emotions, the nature of the experience we create through the story we tell as the expression of the emotion, will always amplify and increase, transfer to others, and act to give us more of the same feeling. The thoughts that we associate to the emotion are unique to us and different from everyone else, but the emotion that motivates the “telling” and the behaviors that result from it, are the same for everyone.

Whatever mood we’re in determines what we see in others and the situations we’re involved with and what we awaken in them by how we interact first energetically, then as an actual interaction. Our interaction comes as the employment of a set of behaviors as a natural expression of the shared state, that becomes the basis of our experiences that act naturally to tell a certain type of story that serve to prove and validate it, strengthening our story about things as a variation of a memory that forms the very nature of our soul’s vibration. We are at once vibrating and sending off a signal while simultaneously being attracted to that same vibration all around us. We are resonating and blending with the same vibration in others, forming coherence as a new pattern that’s a joint experience of the shared attitude. Our moods become our perception which shapes our reality, and reshapes others to play a part in our reality. Our mind is always projecting onto the outer world the same reality that’s first formed inwardly. The inner and the outer enter into relationship with each other, shifting the vibration of both to be of the same frequency as an equalization that forms a new pattern through a new combination. This is the basic law of evolution as an adaptation to our environment, and how we also adjust our environment to be like us by how we see it, how we treat it, and through our behavior in relationship with it, and the story we fashion out of the nature of our interaction with the same qualities in another that we ourselves posses.

vp eye
The foundation practice that should precede all other practices, and will eliminate the need for many stages of practice, is to learn how to consciously create and intentionally produce our own state of mind by using our mind with a sense of awareness in a deliberate fashion. Whatever state we intentionally produce will determine the nature of our experiences and the reality they create, as well as what we act to bring out in others, and in doing so act to develop in both through our interaction, and how we sense ourselves by way of our own self-created experiences. Whatever frequency we keep ourselves tuned to as our mood that we walk through life with, defines and becomes the limitations imposed on our creative capacity for self-creation, or for acting as a transformative catalyst for others, and becomes what we contribute to the greater mind of mass-group consciousness.

All our actions are recorded as thought-forms (memory) that are infused into the Astral plane of the Earth, that are being transmitted on carrier waves within the unified-field to everything around us. Our ability to self-create through personalized realities as projections of our own mind onto others and our environment is how we’re also contributing to the evolutionary process of humanity as a whole. Mass consciousness as the group mind is created through emotional realities as projections of individuals that amplify and intensify the emotion that motivates them. The emotion that shapes our imaginary realities is also the means by which its transmitted as a form of communication that connects us to everything else through the emotion we share in common.

The primary practice needed for self-mastery, is to learn how to regulate your own emotional state and maintain it throughout your day without letting the emotional projections of others alter your state by taking on their emotions. This requires not only intentionally learning to use emotions in a deliberate manner like a tool for tuning your vibratory frequency, but also learning how to manage your own emotions, and preventing other people’s emotions from entering into your body, taking hold, altering your state through an emotional reaction that acts to control you. This begins by becoming aware of how you’re constantly being influenced by the people around you, and noticing how their emotional projections stimulate you internally through sensations that activate energy in you as a form of reaction. Noticing how you’re emotionally triggered into reactive states. Then, self-reflecting and noticing what memories you associate to the emotions being triggered in you, and what story is inherent in that memory, that you begin playing out in your imagination that motivates your behaviors in response to it. What type of reaction is it prompting? As you’re being triggered, become aware of what’s happening and refrain from reacting to it, while noticing what the nature of your reaction would be. What type of behavior did it activate in response to it? How did it make you feel, and what did you start thinking about because of how it made you feel? As you learn to refrain from emotionally reactive behavior, and become aware of the sensation of the emotion entering your body and penetrating your inner being, altering your state of consciousness, you can begin viewing emotions in an objective manner, while prohibiting them from taking hold and expressing through you.

vibrant
Likewise, you can begin recognizing the emotional state you’re in when you perform certain activities that determines “how” you perform it. When you’re at your best doing something, what mood are you in that caused you to perform at that level or in that way? What qualities were you embodying at the time that produced a heightened form of experience? For example, if you’re getting ready to conduct a meeting, and you want to perform in the best possible way to ensure the most successful communication, what mood would you have to be in to do that? If you’re getting ready to go out on a first date with someone, how do you want it to go, and what mood do you want to be in to impose the influence and behaviors necessary to make it go that way? If you’re getting ready to have a serious talk with your teenage son about an uncomfortable subject, how would you have to “be” in order to create an open and safe environment for an intimate and honest conversation to take place? Start asking yourself these types of questions, and begin practicing intentionally setting your mood that’s ideal for whatever it is you’re getting ready to do.

Allow yourself to begin recognizing that the nature of our experiences comes as the direct expression of the mood we’re in. Our mood, as our state-of-mind, has whole realities inherent in them, and causes us to behave in certain ways. They determine what we focus on and give our attention to, what we tell ourselves about what we’re focused on that makes them mean something, what memories we associate to how we feel and run through our minds as a kind of preview for coming attractions, reliving them forming a kind of template for creating more of the same type of experiences, and what we anticipate or expect as we walk through our day that matches our mood or is a product of our mood.

Whatever vibration (thematic patterning) we tune (program) ourselves to determine what type of thoughts we access and draw into us, and what scenario’s we run through our mind as the precursor for creating corresponding realities of the same nature. We can identify our frequency by recognizing the theme to “our story” that we’re always in the process of telling ourselves, and how that forms our perception of the world through our style for interpreting it. By observing our own tendencies, we can recognize what patterns we’re programmed to and always in the process of using to form our experiences of reality. This is a form of self-awareness that brings insight as self-realization into what are normally unconscious or hidden aspects of ourselves that we’re acting out without realizing that that’s what we’re doing.

vibration
Most of us believe our interpretation of what we call reality is being made in an objective way and that everyone else is having the same type of experience and telling the same type of story as we are, when in fact, nothing is further from the truth. The truth is that everyone involved in and a part of the same event is forming a unique and personalized version of it as their “experience” of it. Everyone is noticing and reacting to different component in the overall event itself. Everyone is abstracting only a handful of details out of the millions of actual details within the situation, and forming them into a storyline that matches their overall storyline in life. Our overall storyline is a theme that conveys meaning as what we could call our parent or main pattern, which produces fractal patterns as offspring of the same type of story that’s used to interpret everything else, telling a story about it that gives it the same meaning.

What we call “reality” is three-fold in nature, and we are always creating reality on three levels simultaneously through how we perceive and interpret it to give it meaning. The meanings we give life through the stories we tell about it are an expression of our paradigm or model-of-the-world, and simultaneously means something about us, about others, and about the way the world is. The story we tell about others or the way things are is the same story that as we tell it, we create our experience of ourselves by playing a role in our own story. We’re always creating everything else in our “image” and with our “likeness”, assigning them the same attributes and characteristics that we ourselves posses. This “molding” ability comes as a product of our mind as our paradigm which is a dynamic matrix of interwoven patterns that comprise and are congruent with a larger pattern, which is our “vibratory frequency”. This frequency as a larger pattern forms our inner nature and the nature of all our outer expressions as a mental and emotional projection. How we see others and the world around us is what shows us what our “frequency” is.
By recognizing the theme to our own story we can see how our mind is constructed out of a group of predominate memories, and by realizing that and becoming aware of what we’re doing, we can begin working with it in a conscious manner to develop it in new ways that will shift our vibratory frequency allowing us to begin telling a new type of story through our natural perceptions. We can either transform the memories we’re using as the basis for our story, or we can pick a new group of memories that will naturally act to tell a new type of story about things that expresses a different mood and conveys a different meaning. Self-awareness is the key that forms the foundation necessary for personal transformation through self-mastery. Disciplined action taken on in an intentional manner to work on ourselves to reshape ourselves into a new form as a new model for expressing and creating, first in the inner world of our imagination, then in the outer world as a mental projection of our inner reality.

Light and Dark Forces – The Illusion of Good and Evil and the Balance of Life

good and bad

Light, which is often portrayed as “white” is in reality, invisible. What makes light visible as an illumination is an effect of the elements where photons (light particles) are either reflected off particles and form the colors they reflect, or photons are absorbed into matter and remain invisible, or unseen by the physical eyes. Without an atmosphere which is produced by light as heat absorbed by water which produces air, what we call “light” from the sun, isn’t light at all outside of a radiant glow around the sun itself. Space, which is filled with suns (light sources) is virtually dark. This is because there’s no matter to reflect light being omitted from numerous star systems. Without matter to separate light by absorbing some aspects of it while reflecting others, light as we know it wouldn’t exist, and we’d be in the dark seeing only the distant radiance of the stars and the reflected light of the moon (or any other celestial body). Light and dark, before they’re separated and used to contrast each other, exist as the “same thing.”

Because what we actually “see” in terms of colors – the vibratory rays inherent in light – is actually the aspect of light not being absorbed and thereby reflected, is actually showing us what it’s “not” in terms of vibratory frequency. A green plant for example, shows us what property of the spectrum exists outside of its vibratory range of absorption as resonance and sympathetic induction, and therefore fails to be absorbed as the energetic essence of the plant. We can know what rays the plant absorbs as the complementary colors of it outer reflection, and if the reflection is a complementary color itself, such as green (combination of two primary colors), we can measure the degree of absorption of the primaries it’s comprised of (in this case yellow and blue). Because of this dynamic interplay of opposites that are complementary (serve to stimulate and contrast each other), the material world as we know it through the vibratory schematic of colors and gradient shades is actually the opposite of its actual vibratory content and composition. We’re always seeing a mirror image of its energetic composition as it’s reflection of opposite properties.

This same idea works with inner vision and outer visions. Notice that if you stare at a green shape for a few seconds, then close your eyes, the same shape will form internally as red, the complementary opposite of green. This same effect will happen no matter what color you look at. The inner image produced in the dark is opposite in terms of color as the image seen in the light. Likewise, the colors that form inner visions and dream-like holographic images common in meditation are in the color of their actual frequency rather than a reflection which is not of their frequency. So light and dark, like all opposites that are actually complementary exist as one until separated (filtered) by matter of some sort. The light is invisible and appears dark without an object to both absorb and reflect certain aspects of light as the color spectrum, using the same unified substance to separate, contrast, and reflect other aspects giving it definition and distinct “knowable” properties.

spacious

The Physical World is a Mirror Image of the Spiritual World

From a purely energetic perspective, the physical world is formed by a reflection of the energetic (spiritual) world, which illuminates it while giving it distinct characteristics. So to say that light (as reflected illumination) is “good” and dark (as absorbed energy of the same vibration) is “evil”, in the most basic sense is the opposite of the truth. Instead of reflecting a truth, these terms have come to be used as a metaphor for good and evil, which is usually more of a judgment than a fact, and is actually meant to express knowledge as wisdom (being able to see) as opposed to ignorance and profanity (as being in the dark unable to see). Good is seen as deeds that are benevolent and creative as opposed to their opposite as hostile and destructive. Yet we can only “know one” as it exists in relationship and direct contrast to the other. Opposite qualities are necessary for existence as separation of inherent aspects that brings definition through comparison which is necessary in order to “experience” them “as” something specific.

This basic principle of unified forces that exist in a basic state of polarity that come into existence only through separation and contrast necessary to create a reality based on their dual nature that clashes and opposes itself in everything else, is the very foundation of life that makes experience as a personal reality possible. In order to get a sense of ourselves “as” something specific – as good, beautiful, divine, courageous, or strong – we have to contrast ourselves with the opposite quality in others that form the relationship necessary to define each other. Without evil, we couldn’t know good. Without hot, cold wouldn’t be meaningful, it wouldn’t convey any information necessary to create an experience of cold, which only comes by how it relates to hot.

What we call God as consciousness Itself that forms the energetic basis out of which all of life arises in an infinite variety of shared qualities remixed, is the unification of both light and dark, good and bad as undivided and coherent. Electromagnetic fields that simultaneously move away from each other while attracting to each other, resolve by forming a spiraling motion that form the basis for the dynamic drama we call life, in all its diversity and infinite variety. We all have within us both active and passive qualities, ones that are active and being expressed, and ones that remain latent and in a purely potential state. Latent potential is only stimulated and called forth into activity by its complementary force in the outside world. These qualities have never been utilized because we haven’t had to use them in a live situation. We are both outward and electric, and inwardly centered and magnetic.

earth rising

Life – the Universal Drama

Likewise, there’s always a debate or contest going on within us by contrasting aspects of ourselves seeking outward expression by the victory of dominance. In order to be “courageous”, we need life to set the stage as outer conditions and circumstances that first elicit fear and uncertainty where we have to choose to “be” courageous by how we respond and interact with it. We can either let the fear overcome us and coward in response to it, or we can rise to meet it and overcome it through sheer willpower of some form. The outer life sets the stage necessary to awaken and bring forth in us the qualities necessary to transform them by how we enter into relationship with them.

We are always drawn to, and drawing to us, the ideal circumstances that will allow us to express inner qualities necessary to rise to them and self-create by way of them. We only become strong by overcoming difficult challenges. In order to give love, we have find and connect with someone desiring and able to receive love. In order to experience ourselves as good, we have to confront and resist evil. Otherwise there’s no shaping mechanism that allows us through virtue of our own constitution and will to meet life by embodying qualities that give us the experiences as a “sense of ourselves” that shape our identity, “who” we are, and what type of story we naturally tell by how we live our life.

In this realization we appreciate the wholeness of life, all of which feeds on and is nourished by all other aspects that exist in a dynamic relationship that’s actually an optic illusion as a virtual reality. The only thing that’s good or bad, or that exists as “our truth” is whatever we say is true. Whatever is true for us. Absolute truth as law, which isn’t based on belief or personal opinion, and is consistent throughout all of life beyond our personal paradigm which shapes the world to be like us, embodies all aspects of itself necessary to live out the drama of life in a way that allows everyone to develop whatever qualities in themselves they have a natural propensity towards that only comes by way of encountering and interacting with it’s opposite qualities in everyone and everything else.

Light as the visible world we call truth, is actually the opposite of truth as the vibratory nature of the physical forms themselves. While the form indicates function, the color represents the aspect of consciousness as a form of personality that animates it as behavior of some kind. The natural color as a quality of consciousness being illuminated or projected by the object isn’t the quality it possesses, but the quality it lacks. It’s the aspect of light that doesn’t fall within its vibratory range and can’t be absorbed. But we can know its real nature as it’s vibration by how the visible aspects exist in relationship to the invisible aspects as opposite and therefore complementary. This law governing colors as aspects of vibration inherent in light, only pertains to the natural world and not man made colors which are made with pigments that are made in an opposite manner of true light as the light spectrum.

The visible world, represented by “light”, or being illuminated and therefore seeable and knowable, is actually a projection as a false image rather than what reveals the true inner nature of the substance. Just as our inner nature is represented as the darkness created when we close our eyes, blocking out the light of the outer world, where our “shadow aspects” as qualities that we aren’t fully aware of are projected onto the outer world and others and reflected back to us, where we see aspects of ourselves in other people and react to them, usually while failing completely to realize that the traits we see in others that we form a strong reaction to (as resonance) are actually traits we have inside that we don’t fully own, or remain largely unaware of.

By realizing this reflective and absorbing quality of the inner with the outer, as seen and unseen aspects of ourselves, we can obtain knowledge of ourselves by realizing that the outer world is absorbing and reflecting back to us not their qualities, but rather our own qualities in them. Not by the behaviors they’re displaying, but by our reaction to their behaviors born out of our own interpretations as our perception of them. A reaction is absorption of energy stimulated by that same energy (frequency) in the outer world that enters into us (is absorbed by us) and produces a corresponding effect as an emotional reaction or body sensation. Emotions are what connect us to the same vibration in the outer world.

Heart EM field
By realizing that only energy as quality of consciousness that has emotions and behaviors in it, that are of the same nature as we are, can penetrate us and stimulate that same perception and behaviors in us as an emotional reaction, we can realize that anytime we’re reacting to somebody that they’re mirroring back to us our own qualities. In this way we can become aware of qualities that we possess that we remain unaware of through denial or repression of some form. Through awareness of what previously eluded us, we can begin consciously working to transform negative aspects of ourselves into positive ones. The very basis of all transformation as creation comes only by way of self-awareness that brings realization.

This reverse action as opposites of the same pattern (frequency) that act to stimulate each other calling forth the same idea in both people that then act out the same drama as a joint reality in which they play complementary roles, is the very basis of life itself as consciousness that only exists in the material plane through separation of dual aspects of the same nature (living pattern) as a relationship with itself in another. What we see in the material realm only shows us half the equation of what actually exists. By realizing that everything exists in relationship to itself in everything else, and that the outer trait acts to stimulate the opposite as an inner trait that’s a necessary part of a dynamic relationship that will serve to co-create a joint reality by playing opposite roles in the same idea as bringing an imagined inner idea into the world as an equivalent outer experience.

A pattern is a whole idea with many parts that all reflect and play roles in acting out that idea as a reality. This is how vibration as consciousness forms material realities as story lines formed out of shared themes that require someone else to play the opposite role in creating the same drama. Someone who believes people can’t be trusted and expects betrayal of some form, in order to live this belief out as a reality, has to attract a person who can’t be trusted and ultimately acts as the betrayer. Someone who sees themselves as a victim, naturally acts to attract someone who will victimize them. Someone who lives out of the theme of being abandoned, acts to naturally attract and enter into relationship with someone who will abandon them, usually while producing the behaviors that warrant being abandoned without full awareness that they are actually the ones causing their own abandonment.
Whatever theme we live out of as a core belief, forms the story we are programmed to tell through the relationships we form and what kind of behavior we employ as our conditioning which trains us to that pattern as a behavioral dynamic. In this sense we are always attracting the right people to play the opposite role in whatever story we are ideally suited to tell by how we’re designed. This attraction of opposites that are complementary is the only way we can continue to tell our story as a consistent reality. It determines what type of people we’ll naturally enter into relationship with and what pattern will issue forth and be immediately established as the nature of our relationships.

We are always being provided with the means to see the true nature or unknown aspects of something or someone by how the outer characteristics and behaviors exist in relationship to the inner aspects. What people put out front for us to see, seldom represents who they really are. Whatever image someone creates of themselves, they will naturally act to attract anyone who contrasts or contradicts it. We sustain and support ourselves off of what we resist and contrast.

While the surface appearances of natural things do not reveal their true nature, they do provide us with the information we need to realize their inner nature by how it exists in relationship to their outer characteristics. By utilizing the law governing algebra, we can know the unknown aspects of any equation by how they naturally exist in relationship to the known aspects. Through the law of analogies and correspondences we can realize relationships through a dynamic chain of association that identifies the same nature or quality of consciousness as it exists in various outer forms. The outer appearance reveals to us the true inner nature as a correspondence . . . if we know how to look at it.

Our State of Mind or Mood, Determines our Behavior as our Performance

Man with conceptual spiritual body art

One of the most fundamental errors people make in life is that they don’t understand the most basic precepts for how to get people to behave a certain way, or directly affect their performance. We think that the way to do it is by directly “addressing” it by talking about it, pointing it out, making suggestions as to what we’d like, etc., then wonder why it not only doesn’t work, but usually tends to make it worse.

This is because what naturally produces our behaviors is our mood or the state of mind we’re in. Whatever mood we’re in, or how we’re feeling determines what we focus on, why we’re focused on it, what we tell ourselves about it and the perspective we take on as a result, and how we form a natural response to it.

The best and most immediate way to act to produce the desired behavior in someone else is to first ask yourself what state of mind would someone be in who was naturally acting / performing that way? Then, once we realize what state that is, we can ask ourselves, how can we act to intentionally influence their state of mind to produce the desired state? The most basic way we influence people is through our own state. The state we’re in when we’re around them and use to interact or communicate with them, stimulates in them the same emotional qualities, bringing them out and developing and strengthening them through continued interaction. The whole basis of communication is how we are making the person feel by the way we treat them.

mental impressions
When we communicate with people through a demeaning or condescending attitude that makes them “feel” a certain way, which is altering their state of mind, they not only form associations “to us” through that feeling state, but will maintain it by dwelling in it long after we’re gone. It’ll determine their attitude, what thoughts they have and the perceptions they form by creating numerous realities as imagined scenarios that will produce analogous behaviors. They will treat other people (clients) the same way out of the same attitude as we have treated them. Whatever emotional state we embody and project into the world and onto others through our presence, our perceptions and “how” we say whatever we’re saying, we act to increase and systematically produce more of it by stimulating it, calling it forth, and then co-creating out of it.

A person who’s upset or frustrated, then behaves and communicates out of that state, acts to create more of that same experience in others. Someone who’s angry and talks to someone out of anger, stimulates that same emotion in them, making them feel angry also. They not only continue to think angry thoughts, and communicate with others out of anger, but they project that anger back onto you and think angry thoughts about you. Someone who is happy or enthusiastic about something, and communicates through that state, creates the same feeling in others towards or about whatever it is they’re communicating.

This same idea is commonly referred to as creating the “culture” of a business. I call it creating the atmosphere as a general mood that’s openly displayed and created out of as a general rule of thumb. This doesn’t mean that you’re not going to have times when you feel negative emotions, we all do. It’s only natural. It simply means that you don’t go out and interact through that state and infect your entire staff with that same feeling, knowing, that they’ll probably stay in that mood for the better part of the day . . . and of course, perform and run your business out of it. Instead, you work through negative emotions in private until you can get them under control, resolve them somehow, and then readjust your attitude before coming back into a group situation. Not saying anything while still maintaining the mood is not going to work, because people can sense your energy and pick up on your emotional state just through the quality of your presence alone. By how it feels to be around you.

While we think that we can fool people by simply repressing our emotions and pretend to be in a different mood, this only creates a false front that’s confusing, because you’re acting one way, while the feeling you’re putting off is entirely different. Whatever attitude and communicative behaviors key people in an organization frequently display and create out of as a result, acts to tune all the other staff members to the same mental attitude, which can be readily felt and picked up by clients / customers. The mood they’re in determines how they act, and the experience they give the client as a result. Our state of mind and how we behave are always unified. The outer behavior is produced by the inner state as an expression of it.

So keep this in mind and learn how to use it as a tool for creating by directly influencing others in an intentional manner. Likewise, if an employee comes in to work in a bad mood, and begins influencing others through their mood, have them take a break to a private location and shake the mood before they come back to work. If they can’t, then either put them in a position that will have the least effect on others (no client contact), or consider giving them the day off! Otherwise, the effects they create as an expression of their mood could take weeks to correct, or possibly cause the loss of clients without you even knowing about it. A required standard of performance is also a required state of mind when coming to work, because they’re the same thing. It’s also a good idea to discuss this in your employee orientation or at staff meetings where you also provide them with tools for learning to manage their mood as a professional resource.
