Self-Mastery: Learning how to not be affected by others

Many of us spend our whole life a slave to the attitude, behaviors, and opinions of other people. We’re in a constant form of reaction from one moment to the next, beings jerked around like a puppet on strings, often crushed by a rude comment. If someone is hateful or sarcastic in some way towards us, it can throw us into a tailspin that can last for days, weeks, or even months. Someone with a bad attitude that’s also aggressive can outright terrify us, especially with all the mass shootings being staged and publicized around the world. Most people spend their entire life being shaped and determined by other people and the rules of society, usually without any direct awareness of how it’s happening or the reason why. Many people have completely lost touch with their soul and their real power to create in their life, and don’t even realize it.

One of the most basic forms of empowerment comes from a fundamental understanding of psychology and what it is that drives people’s behaviors. By coming to understand what drives other people’s behaviors, we can gain a better understanding of our own behavior in response to them. We’re all only capable of “bringing out in others” more of what’s “like us”. Whatever qualities we embody and express outwardly act to stimulate and bring out those same qualities in others as a natural response to us. Energetically, we’re always vibrating the same state of mind in everyone we interact with. We’re always in the process of mentally and emotionally influencing others to become more like us by how we perceive them and treat them accordingly.

Anyone who has been beat down and criticized as a child, either grows up to beat others down with the same type of criticism and mental attitude, or they remain super sensitive to anyone who has an attitude of criticizing them. The act of criticizing produces an equal and complementary reaction. The effect produced is always an expression of what caused it. There are no exceptions to this rule. The confusion tends to come when we only look at one side of the equation, instead of recognizing that everything operates as a whole pattern. All patterns form as a “dynamic” that’s holistic in nature and played out unconsciously through our basic perception, attitude, conditioned tendencies, and automatic behaviors.

Most people when being criticized or dealing with a sarcastic or mean person, focus almost exclusively on the person they perceive as doing it “to them”, rather than focusing on what’s happening inside of them as their own reaction. All energy, which is what emotional expression is, exists in a fundamental state of polarity as complementary opposites that move in-sync with each other. Anger, for example, provokes either and equal or greater response of anger, which escalates and intensifies it, or it causes a fearful response that backs down and becomes submissive. Any emotional response, whether sympathetic or antipathetic, nurtures and sustains the anger/emotion because both people are cooperating with each other in co-creating a joint reality out of the “active force” of anger. Any “reaction”, which comes in an immediate and automatic fashion that matches the energy being projected, is a basic form of control. Anytime we’re reacting, we’re being controlled by whatever it is we’re reacting to. The easiest way there is to control someone is through their emotions and the sensationalized realities they create internally.

 Every human being develops their own “mental paradigm” based on their formative conditioning. All of our initial conditioning takes place while we’re in a primarily unconscious state, and acts to literally “program” our subconscious as the “model” of reality we form from it. All of our values, beliefs, preferences, and initial (developmental) memories are instilled in us as kids through our family dynamics. As we become adults our basic personality and way of perceiving others and the world around us has been firmly established and we simply continue to live out of the same perceptions, tendencies, and relationship dynamics that we were a part of as kids. We continue to view the world and others the same way we were taught. In psychology we say that “we become one of our parents, and we marry the other one”. Whatever type of relationships was modeled for us as kids and that we played an active role in, becomes the same type of relationships we enter into and maintain romantically, socially, and professionally. We play out the same ideas over and over with different people and situations.

These dynamics become the themes that serve as a metaphor for our life. They usually involve ideas around our self-esteem (image of ourselves), such as not being good enough, not being worthy, not loved or wanted, being stupid, bad, ugly, and so on, which is why they ultimately serve as self-fulfilling prophecies that we wrap our identify around as adults. We “become” whatever we’ve been programmed psychologically to become by what we were told, heard being said about us, and how we were treated by those we cared about the most. These life themes become what we refer to psychologically as “core beliefs” that are like the nucleus of our mental model and spawn all of our other beliefs as being correlated to the same basic idea.

Dissecting Our Experience

In order to really grasp the significance of this idea, let’s take a moment and examine how it is that we create our experiences. While we tend to think that others are capable of doing something “to us”, when we examine the process closely, we can realize that we’re actually the one doing it to ourselves. We are in fact the sole creator of all our “experiences”. This idea is often confused as being our “reality” in the objective sense of what happens outside of us, when in fact how we experience what happens to us is an internal process that we perform and conduct “on” ourselves using our mind. Creating our experiences comes initially as an “unconscious process”, which means we do it naturally without any “direct awareness” of the fact that we’re actually the one doing it to ourselves. Due to the naturalness of the process, it usually completely eludes us. Yet in order to gain control over our own natural and unconscious processes, we have to form an understanding of them as a mental concept. So let’s turn our full attention inward and become aware of how we form our reactions to others.

When someone says or does something that’s offensive, hurtful, sarcastic, or mean, something that’s designed to get a rise out of us and place us in their control, we experience it as an intense internal stimulus that comes as an “emotional charge”. Once you experience the emotional stimulus, you instantly associate it to a memory where the same type of emotion and behavior was involved. Through association to a past event of the same kind, the same emotion and state are awakened and made active in you, bringing it out in you as a natural reaction. Your mind interprets “this” to mean the same thing as “that”, and you react in the present with the same emotional behavior as the past. We then act out the same behaviors and dynamics, and begin telling ourselves the same type of story about what it means about them and us in relation to them.

The story we tell ourselves as our thoughts and internal dialogue follow the same theme as our memory of the past. Emotions are always associated to memories we formed while in the same emotional state. Emotions are what drive and produce all of our natural and automatic behaviors. We’re most naturally and easily made to behave in certain ways through our emotions. Emotional memories give our subconscious the “pattern” it needs for producing automatic realities and behaviors that don’t require any thought, appraisal or decisions.

When we live out of our emotions we live out of the memories and conditioning of our past and continue to create more of the same type of experiences. We repeat the same patterns with the same type of people and relive the same type of experiences in new ways over and over. As we create our experiences, we simultaneously identify with them, and shape ourselves “through” our experiences. We once again replay the broken and worn out record that says we’re not good enough, worthless, stupid, not wanted, loved, blah, blah, blah, and due to the fact that we produce an “experience of ourselves” out of the emotional charge, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

From a purely psychological perspective, we only “react” to and feel hurt or threatened by those who are conditioned to the same type of dynamics as we are, and therefore naturally play the role necessary for acting it out. Whenever we’re triggered by someone’s behavior towards us, it’s actually providing us with a mirror to learn how to see things in ourselves that we’re normally not fully aware of. It’s showing us where we’re still living out of the illusions and pain of the past that we never came to terms with, identified accurately, or put to rest. It’s still alive and active within us because we haven’t gained any real awareness around it that brought self-realization. Due to the fact that we still maintain a belief around it as being true, we continue to faithfully act it out over and over with the right people.

A person’s attitude and behaviors stem from their mental paradigm and psychological complexes, and in reality, have nothing to do with us. When someone calls us stupid, it doesn’t mean that we are in fact stupid, but shows us that they were made to feel stupid as a kid growing up, and are now compensating by trying to make others feel stupid in order to somehow elevate themselves above them. The lower they make someone else, the higher they become in comparison. They’re unconscious beings who are used to verbally attacking others in the same way they were verbally abused. Their opinion, perception, attitude and conduct only serves to “reveal” who “they are” and says nothing meaningful about us . . . unless, of course, we let it.

When we take what others say and do personally by internalizing it, we actually believe what they’re saying and accept it as being true about us, especially if we grew up being called the same names. The reason we “react emotionally” is because we’re used to it and we’ve been treated that way in the past. When we react by being hurt or offended, we’re actually agreeing with them and may secretly feel it’s somehow true. That’s what a reaction is. We know how to play a role in the reality they’re creating, and so we cooperate by participating in making it real. For example, if you know you’re not stupid or dumb, and someone calls you that, it has no effect on you in the most basic sense; outside of the fact that you may think they’re being rude. Nothing gets stimulated internally and there are no memories of the same type that are necessary to produce and automatic and immediate reaction. Anytime we react to being called a name it’s because deep down inside we think it may be true.

Self-Observation and Realization

In order to understand this psychological process, simply observe your own reactions from a neutral and unbiased standpoint. Start by finding a place and time where you can have privacy, and sit calmly and fully relax. Then recall an event where you felt hurt or upset by something someone said or did to you, and reflect on it in slow motion. Slow it down and review it step by step. Recall what was said or done, how it was said or done, what attitude, emotions, and behaviors were involved, and what it was regarding. Then turn all of your attention inward and focus exclusively on your own internal process.

Recall the emotional charge as it entered your body, and notice where in your body it lodged and stimulated you. Notice the nature of the stimulus by describing it in sensory terms. Was it sharp and stabbing, did it give you a sinking feeling, or did it cause you to feel afraid or scared? Notice what emotion was activated in you, and while refraining from going into a reaction again or telling yourself a story about it that justifies your right to react the way you did, just notice and witness what you’re thought process was and what it seemed to be about.

Allow yourself to notice what it brought up for you. What memory of the past started playing out in the background of your mind. What is it that you begin telling yourself about what it “means”? Then allow a natural chain-of-association to form as any other related or similar memories or scenario’s that it acted to prompt. Notice and become aware of anything that arises in relation to this event. Resist the tendency to repress it in any way, explain it away, or justify your right to be hurt or upset, and just observe your own internal process from a neutral and unbiased perspective. Then allow yourself to realize that you’re actually the one “creating” the state of being hurt or upset. No one is thinking your thoughts or feeling your feelings for you. You’re actually the one “doing it” to yourself by how you’re using your mind and body. It may feel as if you can’t help it (which is what unconscious means), but just notice and watch what’s going on inside of you.

Once you gain true self-awareness around what’s happening and why, and you bring what’s happening unconsciously into conscious awareness, this awareness alone neutralizes its effect. At the same time, you can become aware of what it is in you or about you that you need to heal and transform. All true healing is psychological in nature, and comes only by shedding light on the hidden aspects of your own psyche. We naturally act to heal ourselves by becoming aware of the patterns as memories we incurred as children that are continuing to act out in our life by forming all of our natural perceptions and reactive behaviors. Through awareness of the fact that we’re the one creating the reality of our memories, we dissolve them, and they no longer play out in an automatic fashion. We can be around the same person doing the same thing, and it no longer bothers us. We perceive it in a matter of fact way and no longer engage with them in co-creating that reality for ourselves.

As a general practice, if you do this process of self-reflection anytime you’re being triggered into a reaction of some kind, it’ll help you to become self-aware and resume conscious control of yourself and what it is you’re acting to create. You can begin healing yourself and taking back your power to create in a more aware and responsible manner. As you begin neutralizing your emotional reactions to others and the events of your life, you take back control of your own life. As you start remaining calm and clear headed in relation to others, you can begin developing skill in using your mind and imagination in a more deliberate and purposeful way. As you begin creating from a conscious and self-aware state, you take over the process of facilitating your own growth and development. You take back and begin utilizing your soul’s ability to create yourself from a fully awake and aware state and in whatever way you want and decide to.

The Mark of the Beast – “666” and its Encoded Significance as a Mode of Operation

I began this idea through research I was doing on DNA transformation by studying the law associated with its geometric structure. DNA is composed mostly of Hexads (6) with linking Pentads (5). DNA transformation in a completely natural way involves the very operations indicated by its structure (and the structure of most molecules and both living and non-living structures), which are “mind-over-matter”, and “equilibrium”, with equilibrium representing the result of mind-over-matter by balancing the conscious and subconscious , or using the conscious to direct and re-inform the subconscious. Five and six are considered a symbol of marriage as both consist of the female term (2) and the male term (3) in the mathematical formula of 2 + 3 = 5, and 2 x 3 = 6. All mathematical formulas represent relationships as an operation between all aspects of the formula as interrelated laws and principles. All of life on the material and subtle planes operate in polarity as the masculine and feminine aspects that serve to stimulate each other and work in unison to produce a material form or reality as their offspring. In thoroughly considering the number 6 in all its possible correspondences and meaning, I wondered why the “Mark of the Beast” was represented by three 6’s, and got the intuitive notion to study its symbolic significance in Revelations. What I discovered was that Revelations actually provides a formula for undergoing the process of personal transformation and what type of things we unknowingly engage in that prevent it, or act instead to degrade us and lock the soul within the body in what you could call a “dead or forsaken state”. To lay out the formula of just the 666 equation, we have to look at the significance of all numbers and factors involved. 6 is repeated 3 times, representing the 3 aspects of the self as higher, medium, and lower, which, when in an equalized state work as a single unit in a synchronized fashion between multiple planes. 6 + 6 + 6 = 18, the number of the subconscious mind (Tarot), with 1 (Monad) and 8 (Octave), representing moving to a higher or lower state (scale), the process of 9 (1 + 8 = 9) as a completion of a cycle and self-perfection. Six is typically thought of as the number of “love” (marriage of the masculine and feminine), and is represented in the Tarot, the key to the Kabbalah, as the “Lovers”. The idea of Lovers represents the relationship that should exist between the subconscious and conscious aspects of the same mind. The mind, like the soul (they’re synonymous), the self, and reality (produced by them) exists as 3-part or 3-fold in nature, and exists on three levels or planes as interwoven dimensions simultaneously, represented by multiples of three as 3, 6, and 9. With 6 representing the “medium” of the middle soul, which acts as a “bridge” between higher and lower levels of consciousness, as well as representing the single mind (material) existing as polar or dual aspects on the same plane as the subconscious and conscious mind of the body, which simply perform different modes of the same operation. Our lower self is typically referred to as our animal nature as a mammalian body, or “beast”. Our lower self exists within the material plane as both our subconscious, instinctual and emotionally driven mind that we share with the entire animal kingdom and all of nature, and our self-conscious mind, equated primarily to “brain consciousness”, which is fully birthed within the material plane and becomes fully identified with it as what we call the “ego”. Both aspects of the lower material mind form our personality and identity, and operate for the most part in a completely automatic and instinctual manner through the memory of our species, our DNA ancestry, souls constitution, and formative conditioning as basic training that shapes the mental paradigm we live the rest of our lives out of and create our own unique version of a shared and common reality. Our lower concrete mind of our animal-beast nature is instinctively driven through emotions that serve to produce automatic behaviors that don’t require deliberate thought and reasoning, or the need to make a decision, or exercise will in purposely acting it out. It’s motivated primarily by the experience of pleasure or pain, thinks in pictures and imaginary experiences, and is passive and receptive in nature, which means it readily takes in whatever “suggestion” is being given to it (by a will), and uses them to form all of its thoughts as imaginary realities that give it a kind of template or idea for manifesting outwardly as an actual experience. It moves and thinks in a spontaneous, impulsive, and urge driven manner towards anything that offers or suggests pleasure of any kind, and freezes in it tracks or avoids anything that resembles pain. Yet emotions of all kinds, positive and good, or negative and bad, are magnetic in nature, and form the basis for all natural thought processes and activities. The subconscious lacks a will of its own, and therefore doesn’t have the ability to create in a unique and individual fashion, and simply creates out of whatever is given to it as an idea, or by repeating habitual tendencies, mental patterns, and routines based on memory. It acts like a computer program and only performs behaviors, functions, and dynamics it’s been programmed with. The number 6 as love, exists as the Principle of Polarity, represents not only by the relationship between dual aspects of the mind, but also between parallel planes, which together form a singular manifestation of reality as the means by which consciousness uses to express and experience itself “as” something specific. The symbol is represented as two triangles, orientated in opposite directions that equally overlap each other or exist as parallel aspects within the same space or plane. It represents how the mental plane casts images into the astral plane of emotion which “in-forms” and fashions the etheric body, which acts as a spatial map or holographic model and energetic matrix for the physical body, which it produces as its twin or offspring through a form of regeneration. There’s a dynamic interaction always going on between multiple planes as a form of step-down process where invisible ideals as archetypes become interpreted in mental and emotional terms to form the basis for manifesting its physical correspondence within the material plane of form. Thoughts as astral images and sounds are cast into the subconscious mind, providing it with directions and information for operating the mind and body of the lower plane in exactly the same way instinct develops natural tendencies and behaviors natural to the kind, type, and species, in the animal kingdom. When people choose to live out of an unconscious state, never waking up to “who” they actually are as higher, intelligent and willful beings, they lend their will to the creation of other people’s ideas, or whatever is popular and heavily promoted as a fad or current of society. This is the group mind that behaves in a “herd-like” fashion that performs and participates in whatever its being conditioned to do by passively taking in other people’s thoughts and making them their own. They become a product of society, a slave to the greater will of mass consciousness, and run automatic patterns as thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a routine, systematic, and faithful manner, while participating in a cooperative manner to co-create the realities they imply. When we reside in an almost exclusive unconscious state, we are influenced and motivated by the magnetic forces of the astral plane that we experience as emotions and passions. We’re tempted by anything that offers pleasure of some form and that doesn’t require much effort (use of will), and create ourselves and our life out of a predominately unconscious state where we draw consequences on ourselves that degrade, defile, and devolve our soul to a lower, animal status. We lack any real awareness of truth as creative laws, and exist in a fundamental state of ignorance. We have no idea how to use our own mind and will to create by way of law in an intentional manner. Six gives us the formula for not only bringing our subconscious and conscious mind into a unified and balanced state within the material plane, but also our higher consciousness as our human soul and lower consciousness as an animal soul, which is automatically governed through the higher will as the active impregnation of the lower mind with a seeded suggestion. This process of the Higher Will seeding the lower mind is carried out through the Pineal gland as the “3rd-Eye”, which is also the 6th Chakra of the subtle body as the “mind’s eye” that forms a unified vision instead of a dual one like the physical eyes do. The Pineal gland, a barrel, pinecone shaped organ that’s composed of a hollow interior filled with fluid and floating crystalline structures, receives more blood-flow (essence) than any other organ of the body except the kidneys. Though it’s located directly in the center of the brain between the two hemispheres of the left and right lobes, it’s not a part of the brain (originates in the roof of the mouth and migrates to the brain), and isn’t protected by the blood-brain barrier, and so it’s prone to various forms of toxins which hinder its performance. The fluid substance of its inner core gathers mineral deposits as a form of “brain sand”, similar to the enamel on your teeth, and eventually forms into a bone-like mass called “calcification” that causes it to stop functioning properly. In our modern day society our Pineal is being outright targeted through various means designed to cause malfunction. The Pineal, in collaboration with the Pituitary body, is the part of the body that acts as a tuner and receiver for higher forms of consciousness that exists outside of and beyond the astral plane, and for this reason is also considered the “seat of the soul”. Six is the number that represents the human soul, as the medium through which transmission and reception of consciousness takes place between upper and lower planes. The Pineal is thought to be where the soul enters and leaves the body (top of the head), as well as maintains a direct line of communication and passage from higher domains. The Pineal is often referred to as the “star-gate of the body” (6 being a star), as the first place contacted by the “waters of spirit” and the non-physical realms of the afterlife that forms what we have come to call the axis or tunnel (axis mundi), that the souls moves through and into higher dimensions. It’s the connecting link between the human and the divine, between the Higher and the lower. The Pineal secretes a resin (pine) that’s amber color known in spiritual traditions as the “golden elixir”, with resin being analogous to “risen”. The pinecone is symbolic of seeds that are opened and released through heat and pressure (inner light) that serve to birth new realities as the offspring of the Mother/Father. The Philosophers Stone of alchemy and the Holy Grail of Christianity – is the awakening of the Pineal as the symbol of perfected and regenerated man (9) who is Divine in nature and birthed fully within an animal body of form through active use of the creative will. The Pineal contains the “waters of life” as the Chalice of the bloodline (soul’s essence), where only those of the Divine bloodline seek the knowledge of Higher Wisdom and through practical use of it, ascend to higher dimensions at the death of the body, which releases the soul from bondage of its dark, and unconscious animal nature. The Holy Grail is within the “domed castle” of the skull as our inner connection to higher dimensions. This creative process is given to us in the very beginning of Genesis with the statement . . . “The Word was with God, and God moved across the waters and called forth all of life with the spoken Word”. Words as ideas are conceived by the mind through the inner water of the Pineal, and turned into realities in the imagination (3rd Eye), which form the basis for creating a corresponding reality as a personal creation of a universal theme. The Pineal is “awakened” or made active through the activation and rising up of the Kundalini, fife-force energy that normally lies dormant at the base of the spine in the triangle shaped Sacrum and coccyx (tail bone) in someone who is not awake. The life-force energy is awakened (through intention and directed attention) and magnetically drawn up the 33 (6) steps-vertebrae of the spine (Jacobs ladder), into the Pineal where it activates (excites and vibrates) the Pineal while simultaneously detoxifying it. The Pineal produces the chemistry (hormones) that regulate “light” as cycles and produces DMT as a psychedelic hallucinogenic that’s responsible for the inward vision as a parallel reality of our nightly dreams, and is how communication from the Higher planes are received through and as our dreams and daydreams, and are reflected in the subconscious mind as intuition, déjà vu, and intimate associations that link together multiple planes of awareness. The subconscious reflects the images received by Higher consciousness as imagined thoughts that allow them to be witnessed and realized by the conscious mind The Mark of the Beast, as well as the “Name of God”, the Tetragrammaton as a formula for willful creation utilizing the subconscious of our animal nature, are both said to be written in our forehead, the location of our 3rd-eye. As the beast it represents an unawaken, primarily unconscious state of haphazard creation (instinct), and as the name of God, an awakened and fully conscious state of willful creation. There’s a massive movement in society right now, some deliberate, some simply out of ignorance, to calcify and disrupt the normal function of the Pineal gland through fluoridation of various kinds, carbonated drinks, high protein diets, heavily processed foods, microwaves, and various forms of heavy metal contamination. By hindering its function, it prevents communication as higher knowledge that we experience as “original thoughts” from being received and reflected in the imagination, and blocks or prevents the soul from leaving the body and material plane at death of the body. It literally cuts the soul off from the roots of its origins, trapping it in the lower planes of unconsciousness and ignorance. We have to protect ourselves by not engaging in the mindless activities of a basically unconscious society aimed at destroying the health and vitality of our Pineal and brain, as well as working through our Endocrine system to regulate our state of mind, biological processes and behaviors (hormones and imitation hormones). Six as the Law of “love” within the material plane, says we have a desire for whatever we love and feel a connection to, and are always seeking union with it. Love is the principle of union between two complementary opposites that are of the same nature. Naturally, some of our most basic passions come from sexual desires and attractions where we bond and form an energetic, soul union with whatever we love, lust after, or feel passion for and have sex with. Love as desire, forms a gravitational field between us and the object of our desire. Whatever we blend with energetically, in mind and body, we become one with and the “same as”. We acquire their (its) level and quality of consciousness as the same character, tendencies, and morality. As we absorb and integrate the consciousness of others, it alters ours accordingly and forms our moral nature as being equivalent and of the same kind and type, and as a result, we “share” the same destiny. The most basic way we’re always in the process of creating ourselves from both a physical and spiritual perspective, is by whatever we blend (resonate) with in mind and body and become equilibrated by as a form of harmony (coherence). One of the greatest and most prevalent ways we become degraded is through sexual misconduct and inappropriateness, and merging our soul with another just through the pleasure the activity brings without any awareness of what we’re actually doing (unconscious) or the moral consequences it brings in terms of our soul and vibratory frequency. When we can’t resist emotional impulses and the temptation of sexual arousal or being stimulated with pleasurable sensations, we fall into an unconscious state and create ourselves in a haphazard way through ignorance. The Law represented by 15, which = 6, is conveyed symbolically as the “devil” which is the Mythological god of Pan, presented as half goat and half man, with the animal half being from the belly button (solar plexus of emotion and identity achieved through emotions) down, including the regenerative organs, which is the energy we use to regenerate ourselves, and the head of an animal with two horns (divided mind), symbolizing our animalistic aspect that pursues passions and pleasures of the body in an unconscious, instinctual, and impulsive manner without any recognition or realization of what we’re doing and what it means about us. It’s creating out of our lower nature instead of realizing that we can command the body, neutralize ourselves to emotional states, and direct our own thoughts and imagination through the will and intellect of our higher nature. When we feel and cultivate a love and desire for the spiritual plane of higher knowledge, and tune ourselves to that plane by identifying with it and embodying our true nature as creative and willful beings (divine), and we learn how to use our own self-conscious mind to intentionally program and willfully direct our subconscious mind through a loving persuasive attitude, we rise above our animal unconsciousness and the illusions born out of emotional states as hysteria, and we begin directing and working through the natural forces of the material plane to create in a deliberate manner. We can only utilize and control what’s not controlling and utilizing us. Anytime we’re being controlled by passions and impulses of some kind, we’re being determined by blind forces that take control of our mind and will, running us like an animal is run by instinct, and condemning us to a mortal state of ignorance. Morality and Higher Planes of Consciousness – The Ability to Receive Higher Knowledge

The spiritual perspective of personal growth and development is based out of morality, rather than physical accomplishments and worldly achievements. Naturally, many who live out of a separatist mentality want to separate intellectual (mind) and feeling (heart), posing them against each other as one being more desirable or worthy than the other, yet as we move away from purely material ideas and towards spiritual ones, we move back into the mindset of unity. What we refer to as morality exists on a higher plane of consciousness that includes the entire lower plane of the body and brain states, and acts as the power capable of controlling the lower planes, and in doing so, is able to utilize them as a means of expressing in the world in an intentional and meaningful way without being coerced or corrupted by it.

Many have been taught that morality is based on idea of what’s right and wrong, good and bad, and “rules” that we use to guide and direct our conduct, which holds a form of partial truth in the sense that it pertains to and works within the lower planes only, where rules are laid down as a form of obeying, in place of laws which require understanding and practical application. In order to use Universal Laws as a means of directing our own conduct requires more of an in-depth knowledge and ability through reasoning, choice, and will to employ that knowledge in a deliberate manner to direct our own behavior and create in a higher and purer way by working according to those laws. In the true and ultimate sense our “moral development” is our ability to rise above and separate ourselves from all the passions, emotions, and desires that govern the material plane, where they no longer control us and “utilize us” as the means to express in the world through the illusions they create.

To achieve a high, well-developed level of morality, is to detach and dissociate from the material world in terms of “identifying” with it and getting our “sense of self” from it. It’s mastering the ability to prevent the emotions being projected by others and being transmitted through the atmosphere from “entering into” and affecting you. It’s to gain an awareness and realization around your own emotional states, the ones you’ve taken on and used to shape your identity through expressing the reality they imply, and prevent them from rising in you and saturating your mind, and as a result, controlling your thoughts and perceptions. It’s about acquiring the presence of mind where you’re not influenced or controlled as the “means to an end” by any of the magnetic forces as passions that operate freely and abundantly within the material (astral) plane.

Possessing high morality is to be “in the world, but not of it”. It’s to gain a full awareness of how the astral forces of the magnetic plane operate “in and around you”, while maintaining a steadfast awareness that’s not moved or influenced by them. It’s the ability to exercise full use over your will at all times, and never allow someone or something else to take control of it. It’s the ability to stand in the presence of intense emotions that magnetically appeal to your passions in some way (pleasure, power, greed, wanting, needing, etc.), to witness or be in the presence of activities that normally engage you unconsciously, and not only be able to resist them (temptation), but not even allowing them to produce an effect in you. Resisting isn’t hard when you no longer feel passionate about something. When you no longer feel a desire for something, or somehow need the experience it offers to fulfill some longing or void inside of you in order to be alright, you step into a higher form of consciousness that’s able instead to “use” the magnetic fluids and Elements of the material plane (emotions and passions) in a willful manner to create in an intentional and deliberate way.

The way to “ascend” the laws governing one plane is to rise to the plane directly above it and operate by way of its laws, which exist in polarity to the lower plane and act to determine and govern it. What this means is that we can’t work within the “divine planes” through the same laws that govern the lower plane that’s created and controlled by entirely different forces. The material plane is the plane of the subconscious mind, governed by and through which “instinct” operates through passions, emotions, and unconscious impulses of some sort that produce automatic behaviors that don’t require thought, decisions, or will to act out. When the human soul, which is divine in nature, comes into the lower planes of mineral, plant, and animal consciousness, possessing higher capacities of the mind as the ability to think in an individual manner, evaluate situations in order to make calculated decisions, and the will to intentionally and deliberately act out those decisions, and it becomes subject to the magnetic forces of the astral plane (Earth’s atmosphere) through its coupling and bonding with an animal-body, which renders it largely unconscious and driven by compulsions of one form or another, self-awareness and choices become primary keys to freeing itself from the lower rungs, and acting as a powerful creator by utilizing its will to command and direct the magnetic forces of the material plane instead.

As a general rule, we can’t control whatever is acting to control us. If we can’t resist the desire, the craving and addiction, the insatiable need for something we don’t have, then we are controlled by and become subject to it. So it’s not about whether or not to engage in activities based on man-made rules about them that have been laid for us to follow in order to be considered “good and righteous” people. It’s about stepping outside of the concept of both good and bad, right and wrong, should and shouldn’t, and not be compelled by the passions and emotional states of either one, and in doing so, lose all passion (to or away from) for the ideas that govern our material body as a member of the animal kingdom born out of a form of training as blind acceptance of other people’s ideas for you. It’s not being swayed one way or the other by concepts of complementary opposites necessary to define yourself where you begin defining yourself instead as being separate, apart from, and unaffected by them. Through this form of self-awareness comes the ability to consciously work “through them” to create an influence in the mind of those still living primarily out of their unconscious nature, and able to direct them towards a form of awakening to their real nature as a result.

All of what has been labeled “sin” is merely an error in thinking and misuse of our ability to choose and act based on our own thoughts about things. As we think, we create the reality of our thoughts, first inwardly as what forms our perceptual lens and tunes us to the vibration of that reality, which then resonates and forms a gravitational field with that same type of reality all around us. As we think and imagine we connect ourselves to the outer equivalent of our thoughts. We keep ourselves “tuned to the frequency” of our thoughts, where we act as a tuner and receiver to draw in and internally express more of the same type of thoughts. We determine what we (our body) acts as a channel and vehicle for based on how we calibrate ourselves through repetitive thoughts that become habitual as our formative conditioning.

We all have the ability to break patterns as unconscious tendencies, wake up to what we’re really actually doing out of a primarily unconscious state, and begin intentionally acquiring spiritual knowledge that aids us and provides the basis for our awakening through awareness of who we are and what’s actually going on, so we can learn to use our divine, higher capacity of thought, choice, and free will to intentionally begin disconnecting from our habitual patterns and perceptual dynamics, and intentionally begin contemplating other ideas and concepts that change the way we think and perceive, and therefore change how we perceive ourselves and what we naturally form a connection with in others and the outside world. By thinking and feeling in new ways, we begin tuning into those ideas all around us, and they multiply and grow in dominance to the point where they take on a life of their own, and a literal shift in consciousness takes place that moves us to a higher level of self-awareness and creativity.

Our moral development is more about our character and the type of person we become through our own ability to make decisions for ourselves as to what we engage in and become a part of (like) and what we don’t. It’s something that we are fully responsible for as awake and conscious beings that have the ability to self-create by way of our own mind and hand. It’s detaching from the constant emotional states of our body that drive us through the illusions they create, and keep us in bondage of an unconscious existence as being controlled and determined by them. By disassociating from our material existence and residing instead fully within our divine nature, we are no longer compelled by passions and physical urges, and as a result, are not affected by them.

Once we fully gain the ability to direct our own mind and consciousness, and not let others or passionate states take control of us and command our will, we step into our “true nature” as powerful creators of our self and our reality and begin exercising our ability to impose a powerful influence on others and “collective unconscious” of the world which is still governed by emotions of some form. By relinquishing all passions, desires, and material needs as a way of creating ourselves through the illusion they provide, we no longer harbor the need to control others through agendas of some sort, and lose the need to acquire material possessions and play significant roles in the grand illusion of society, and we step more into a universal identity that’s of an entirely different plane all together that’s not affected or determined by this one.

All of our choices and actions become based on our identity as a superior being that has no needs to somehow strive to fulfill through material means, and we begin working “in the world” by mastering our ability to work by way of the forces that control it to the benefit of humanity as a whole of which we are no longer invested outside of its potential for ascension to higher planes of consciousness. When we act as a “neutral force” in the world we acquire the ability to willfully influence it by directing it along a course that serves the greater good of all involved in terms of their soul’s evolution. When we begin working agenda free in every situation, we become a force for good in the world that acts always for the benefit of the whole. Higher consciousness is a unified state that perceives the world around it as “one” and the same, and realizes that one small action creates a rippling effect that multiplies as it propagates through space and time, effecting and modifying the entire astral plane of information.

To achieve higher morality is to have total control over your physical nature and be able to always make good decisions that take everyone involved into consideration. It’s to achieve a state that lacks physical desire and primal needs, and all agenda’s and manipulative schemes as a result. It’s to embody a “self-less” state that always puts itself in service of others because it has no needs to be fulfilled by others and circumstances. It’s the ability to walk into any relationship or situation, not looking to “get”, but instead only to “give” because you’ve learned how to draw your source of power from a purely internal means. By maintaining a “neutral and unbiased state”, we act to neutralize and bring it back into an balanced state of harmony the emotional forces all around us that are actively expressing by unconsciously controlling the will of others. Neutrality acts to temper the active forces in any situation because it doesn’t “take them on and act to amplify them”, and can “direct them” through the simple fact that we’re not “controlled by them”.

When we achieve a state of high morality we maintain principles in a steadfast manner and make conscious decisions for ourselves and our life that set high standards for ourselves. A standard in this case is a level of consciousness where a certain quality of consciousness is being played out and expressed that creates a certain type of reality as an “ideal” (of a higher order) consistently. It never falters from this standard because it can’t be “degraded” by lower forces that fail to produce and effect in it. A person of high morality is a person that “represents” higher standards as a code of conduct that they consistently live out of. Not as a set of rules that they hold themselves to or impose on themselves to control temptations from degrading ideas, but as a state of mind and internal nature (character) that’s literally incapable of moving outside of that level of consciousness in order to create in a lower manner, and is therefore immune to contamination and corruption.

Energetic Imprinting, Conditioning, and Dynamics – Liberating your Soul from the Unconscious Tendencies that Bind You

Our soul is comprised of essence as memory that comes from the relationship it forms with the body, which resides in a predominately unconscious state, and how they work together to create experiences of reality. The subconscious mind of the body also runs off of memory which it uses to form repetitive and habitual patterns that produce a consistent and congruent version of reality. What we call “reality” is produced as both an inner imagining and the outer complementary correspondence of what’s imagined internally. The subconscious is passive and receptive in nature, meaning it has no will or ability to discriminate and make decisions of its own based on reasoning, and simply takes in ideas from the active, willful mind as suggestions that it forms into thoughts as a sensory reality in the faculty of the imagination, which is where all reality as an outer projection is born and fabricated out of essence (astral light or photons).

The soul bonds to the body through the memory inherent in its DNA, which is of a similar and compatible nature, capable of providing the soul with the corresponding reality of its memories so it can continue fashioning itself by way of the experiences the reality provides. The memory, as the essence of the soul resonates with the ancestral memory of the body, and enters into it as an active force that animates and structures it, giving it life as the ideal home or material vehicle for the soul. All levels of consciousness exist on a hierarchical plane, where the lower is always subordinate (passive) to the higher one (active), and provides the form or shell for the higher force to inhabit, bringing it into an active state of expression and creation within the material realm. This hierarchy of consciousness exists as spherical fields nested within greater and smaller fields, all of which vibrate within the same frequency as a range of vibration and lend themselves to the creation of the same nature and level of reality.

This level of consciousness that acts to naturally produce and actively play a role in a common (shared) reality forms a whole or singular dimension that’s structured by a dynamic interweaving of an infinite number of vibrations, all with a common core of information that act as their building blocks. All reality in this sense exists within an even greater reality as a unified dimension, where unique formulas of common elements are shaped by the individual mind to form an original version as a variation. The archetypal world of pure consciousness exists as archetypes in their potential state as what we might call generic templates. Archetypes manifest by undergoing a process of adaptation and reformulation that modify and reshape them into a new form that’s still indigenous to the greater, shared reality in which they’re birthed, maintained, and used to express at the individual level of self-creation.

As the soul resonates and bonds with the body, forming coherence as a harmonious vibration that creates in a spontaneous manner, it acts first to reform and establish the psychological patterns of its memory as a predisposition, temperament, general attitude, and tendencies that make up its personality, then those same patterns as dynamics are played out through its conditioning, because the memories of the parents are of the same nature and dynamics of the soul, as a form of “group memory” (soul groups). As these dynamics continue to play out and we have a role in them, we’re further trained and conditioned to those dynamics as behavioral patterns that have a theme as a story-line inherent in them. In an attempt to make sense of the events of our life and the dynamics that we’re a part of, we begin telling ourselves a story about them. This story makes them mean something, and it’s the meaning as a story-line that we become imprinted with as a dominate and habitual tendency. This means we readily perceive it and participate in it in an unconscious manner without any direct awareness or realization of what we’re doing and why. We don’t realize that all of our experiences are subjective in nature, meaning we’re the ones that are creating them by how we interpret events of our life to give them meaning, and so we imagine that life is happening “to us” in an objective manner and we have no control or say so about it. Yet, though we can’t control the events of our life (necessarily) we absolutely have full control over how we choose to experience them.

What we call reality comes as a cohesive series of events that take place outside of and around us, and how we “experience” those events, while they may seem like two separate ideas, are in fact correlated correspondences of each other. The outer, objective, abstract, and neutral reality that’s common to all of us as a form of shared or mass consciousness provides the stage and the means for organizing it in such a way that we experience it in a consistent manner through the story we’re always in the process of telling ourselves about it. This story as an interpretation makes it into a personalized version of reality as our own creation that we’re then subject to (it determines us). We reshape the outer reality based on personal feelings, tastes, and beliefs. We view it through the paradigm of our mind (soul memory) and we reformulate it through our emotional state to match it. We reshape it to be of the same nature as we are where it lends itself in a complementary manner to naturally tell our story about it. As we create our experiences of things, we simultaneously get a sense of ourselves through those experiences, identifying with our own creation, and shaping ourselves through the memory it provides that becomes a part of both the subconscious mind of the body and our soul’s essence. We’re constantly forming and in-forming ourselves through the experience of our own creation, by taking what exists as a “universal idea” and using it as a thematic template for creating a “personal version”.

Our formative conditioning patterns are established through the “theme” as a life dynamic that’s being played out all around us that we play a role in and are an inherent part of. While we play a certain role in a greater dynamic as a child, we are in fact “imprinted” (unconsciously programmed) with the “whole dynamic” and every role that’s required in order to act it out. Whatever role we’re not actively playing in the dynamic is being demonstrated for us by others, and we actively engage in it through our relationship with the greater whole and our constant interaction and participation in it. These dynamics are created in several areas of our life at the same time, based on the same general theme being played out in different ways through different types of relationships. How we’re treated as a child in the situation, is of the “same nature” (behavioral dynamic) as how our parents treat each other, our siblings, relatives, and all other relationships they maintain and participate in, where only the roles change.

The relationship between our parents (or guardians) that’s being openly demonstrated and modeled for us in the normal sense, becomes the same “relationship dynamic” we play out in some form or another in our adult romantic relationships. As a general rule, we typically become one of our parents and marry the other one. Whichever parent we identify with most and align with in terms of playing the same role, we play most often, yet we unconsciously play all roles in the dynamic as a general theme. For example, if one parent is always criticizing the other one, putting them down and sarcastically belittling them somehow, and the one being criticized responds with a particular behavior (lashing out, retaliating, equally belittling, being hurt, crying, outraged, angry, or running away, etc.), that same parent will have a tendency to treat the children the same way as a general rule, and they’ll respond in a like manner to how the other parent responded (according to what’s being modeled for them to imitate). Whatever we witness going on around us is being modeled for us, and as children we tend to learn by imitating what ever is being demonstrated for us as a relationship and means of “appropriately” responding. The same “pattern” as an overall theme is being played out in a variety of ways with every relationship within the family, based on the theme both parents share in common and the behavioral dynamic that naturally issues forth from it.

If we’re used to being criticized as children, we’re attracted to (naturally respond) and seek out relationships of various kinds where that same dynamic is shared and can be played out faithfully in a natural and automatic fashion. We initiate and provoke the pattern, regardless of what role we play just through the nature of our interaction. For this reason, because it’s unconscious, we often have no idea we’re doing it, and so we imagine we’re innocent and once again it’s being done to us, instead of realizing that we’re the perpetrator. If we’re used to being criticized, we have a tendency to also criticize others (though we may view it different), and naturally produce the behavior that warrants criticism. We can do this intentionally through a reaction to being criticized ourselves, or as a way of retaliating and getting even by switching roles. Even when we respond by turning inward, crying and becoming meek, we’re lashing out in our thoughts and criticizing or despising them to the same degree or more that we feel criticized. Yet often, when we’re doing the criticizing, we don’t see it that way, but rather as just giving them back their own medicine or giving them “constructive feedback”. We feel justified to respond in a like manner, usually without gaining any recognition whatsoever of the overall pattern that’s being played out at the unconscious level.

When something exists in us at the unconscious level, which all of our automatic, habitual behaviors do, they serve to form the very basis of our perception, our emotional states, and what memories we use to interpret things to give them meaning through the story we tell ourselves about it that describes, explains, or justifies it, forming how we experience it. Because they’re a normal and cohesive part of our perception and way of experiencing reality, we believe they’re real in the objective sense and we have no ability to change them, because we don’t realize that we’re actively participating in creating them. We don’t know how to see something different because we’ve perceived things that way our whole life and it comes natural to us. The experience is spontaneous and comes in a natural and automatic fashion without any awareness of choice or will involved.

So the first challenge is to be able to become aware of our own tendencies by recognizing the behavioral dynamics as a theme that we’re playing a natural part in that’s of the same dynamic that we grew up with. This can often come with us realizing we’re having a tendency to say the same thing and act in the same manner as our parents did. By developing our ability to self-reflect and focus on our own feelings and motivation, instead of always focusing on the other person, while recognizing what memories are being triggered through association that are of the same nature, we can begin realizing what exists in us as a tendency that we’re either unaware of, or only partially aware of. We have a natural tendency to always focus on the “other person” by thinking almost exclusively about how they’re being and what they’re doing “to us”, then our whole approach becomes how to “change them” so they’ll stop doing it. Yet even if they were to stop doing it, we would act out in an unconscious fashion to provoke it in them as a way of keeping the pattern going because we don’t know how to play a part in another type of relationship.

This is because we’re not only conditioned with one role or position in a pattern or idea, but with the “whole pattern” and behavioral dynamic of which we can play every role, whether through an aware state or an unaware one, because every role in that dynamic was constantly being modeled for us, and we were either the one doing it or watching it be done. Whatever role we identified most strongly with we continue playing out with awareness, and whichever one we didn’t, we continue playing out unconsciously. Because we build our identity out of the experiences this dynamic provides, we not only keep it going in an automatic fashion, but when we get into situations where it’s not being cooperatively played out, we don’t know how to act or what to do, and so we unconsciously initiate it and provoke the proper reaction in others that sets it into motion. Once it’s set into motion and begins playing out, we’re in our element, and we have an automatic “script” where we know exactly how to be, what to say, and what to do.

When we live our life out of perceptions of our conditioning, we live from a primarily unconscious state that simply acts to repeat patterns as themes (karma) in every area of our life, over and over. This habitual state of mind forms the “life dynamic” that produces the experiences that become our soul’s memory as our essence, character, and constitution. Our soul is developed through accumulated memory attained through the body and how it identifies with it. The more of a certain type of memory we accumulate, the stronger and more stable the pattern becomes, trapping the soul in an unconscious level where it often fails to realize it has the ability to become consciously aware of unconscious tendencies, and through that awareness, dissolve the pattern, freeing itself to create in new ways by making new decisions that produce brand new experiences.

The soul not only possesses the higher capacity of consciousness necessary for self-creating, but it also exists in polarity to higher planes of consciousness, where it acts as a medium between the upper and lower regions, and serves as the passive aspect of the active higher will, which is capable of impregnating it just as it’s capable of impregnating the imagination of the subconscious mind with an idea that it turns into a material reality. Habitual patterns only continue to play out when we’re unaware of them. By utilizing the witnessing capacity of the soul to realize the unconscious patterns being played out, they no longer take place in an automatic fashion, because our very perception changes through the awareness, and if we begin engaging in the same tendencies, we catch ourselves and realize what we’re doing and why. We can learn how to realize our own part in things by dissociating from our experiences (not “in them” having them from an internal perspective) and viewing them instead from a detached and objective state. When we view our life from a second or third person perspective, we view the events from a distance (as another person would) and see ourselves not as the main character in our movie, but simply as one character in a greater story, and we can see ourselves in a different light as simply playing a role in acting out a common story.

Once we become aware and fully conscious in our life, no longer reactive and bound to habitual mindsets, we’re free of them and have the ability to make conscious decisions instead. Through our ability to choose who and how we’re going to be, what qualities we’re going to take on and express through, we begin creating ourselves in a more novel and unique manner. In this way we break free of the karma as unconscious states that dominate and bind us to a mindless process of creation, and we become fully empowered in our own life. The minute we decide to stop doing one thing as a natural response and role, we have to decide how we’re going to be and what we’re going to do instead. All habits are dissolved and transformed through awareness, choice, and replacing them with new patterns that create in a more intentional manner through a fully awake state.

Opening the Third-Eye – Polarity and Learning how to Work with Complementary Aspects of the same Operation

There is much confusion and uncertainty around the idea of the “3rd Eye” (Pineal) and how to “open” or “awaken it”, bringing it into an active state. The abilities of this small gland still remain primarily a mystery because it only seems to be really active in certain people, and fairly dormant in others. While there are many professed guided meditations and visualization designed to activate the Pineal, very few of them seem to recognize or lay the foundation necessary by realizing how the body’s energy system is symmetrical in nature and works through polarity as complimentary opposites that serve to render different aspects either “active or passive”.

In the energy system of the body (soul’s anatomy), represented by the chakra system, colors are assigned to different aspects and functions, which are further divided into upper and lower aspects that are complementary to each other. The three spiritual or upper centers exist in an opposite yet complementary relationship to the three correlating lower aspects. We can understand which centers are correlated with each other because they exist in relationship as complementary colors (opposite on the color wheel) and as a mirror image of each other in terms of order. Colors represent vibratory frequencies as spiritual essence or qualities of consciousness, which deal with different aspects and functions of a unified and interactive system that act “on” each other to “produce each other”.  The upper (3) chakras represent the higher, spiritual planes that exist as a parallel dimension to the lower, material plane represented by the lower (3) chakras. The upper and the lower exist in a relationship as polar opposites (active and passive) of the same operations and classification on different planes. When one is in an active state, the correlating one on the opposite plane is in a passive state, and vice versa. They can’t both be active at the same time. When we’re active in our lower nature, we literally shut off contact with our higher nature. The higher can’t exist within the lower, and is returned to a dormant state. Likewise, the lower can’t exist in the higher. These two never come into direct contact with each other, because they can’t “exist” at the same time, within the same plane, but always exist solely on their own plane. We’re either in a higher plane, or a lower one. Never in-between.

truine mind       The energy system of the body forms in its symmetrical division forms correspondences as complementary opposites of the same “law” or “operation”. The second chakra represents the sexual, life-force energy that’s responsible for generation and the growth and development of ideas and thoughts into full blown realities. The upper (head) is connected to the lower (body) through the nervous system of the spinal cord or staff, which consists of 33 vertebrae (6) (30 + 3), also called “Jacobs ladder”, the “stairway to heaven”, and symbolizes the 33 degrees of Freemasonry. While many perceive the idea of “pulling sexual energy up” the spinal cord to the brain, and using it to motive and generate thoughts as spiritual visions of the 3rd eye, in reality, we do this naturally by working with the polar forces of the same function. When an active force is made passive or inactive, and what was a passive force is made active, just through the electromagnetic force alone, the energy is only capable of being “active” in the active component, and is immediately draw into it. If we make our sexual activity “passive”, it automatically “activates” the 3rd eye. The shared energy of regeneration and propagation are automatically “turned on” and operate through the third-eye or Pineal gland.

This is why all spiritual traditions that involve initiates or priests practice celibacy as a means of opening their higher faculties to be able to receive visions from the higher, spiritual realms. This is further symbolized in the idea of a “virgin birth”, where the womb of creation is seeded with a divine idea or entity, while abstaining from sex. Divinity is only transmitted and acts to impregnate those who are not sexually active. In other traditions, you can only begin your spiritual devotion after the age of 40, because it symbolizes the end of your child-bearing years, where you no longer engage in sex for the purpose of procreating, and return to a celibate state. The Pineal is shaped like a pine cone that’s closed and is filled with “seeds” (potential for life), and only opens when ripe, under pressure, or through extreme heat (fire).

So you can visualize all day long and meditate like crazy and not produce a noticeable effect if you’re sexually active or masturbating on a regular basis. The higher “pure” energies, which are universal and non-personal in nature, never come into direct contact (become one) with the lower energies, because they’ll become “contaminated” through the adaptation process of becoming individualized. If you’re acting as a vessel for lower energies, you can’t accept higher energies. Much like the laws governing DNA, two aspects exist together, what expresses (becomes active) is based on what’s turned on and what’s not. In order to “activate” the function of the Pineal, which involves making the sexual life-force energy available on a higher plane of pure thought, you have to shut off the lower use, diverting it to the higher purpose. The two can’t exist together at the same time on the same plane. This also gives us insight into any sexual practice that’s claims to be a pathway to the higher consciousness or spiritual realms, or as a way of amplifying the sexual energy in order to “pull it up”. The higher energy centers can’t be active at the same time as the corresponding lower ones. It defies law, and is therefore impossible.

By understanding the nature and operation of polarity, we can also realize that the heart chakra, which sits in the middle and acts as the “medium” between the upper three and the lower three. It’s through the heart chakra that we directly connect to both the material plane and the heavenly, spiritual plane.  The heart is the center of feelings and love, which is the means for traversing “between” dimensions. The heart is the center of the body where we connect directly to and receive information about our environment in what you could think of as a horizontal movement. Likewise, the Pineal is the center of the brain as its heart, which regulates all activities of the body through the nervous and endocrine system and receives information from higher dimensions as a vertical, downward flow. The flow of information from the material (horizontal) and the upper realms (vertical), flowing simultaneously in harmony (balanced) with each other, form a junction at the heart, forming an equal armed cross.

The Pineal governs and regulates our sexual development and determines our gender, governs puberty, as well as regulating light to produce natural cycles of the body. The heart, which represents the “center” or medium through which the upper and lower are connected, is synonymous to the soul, which acts as the medium between the spirit and body, because it’s comprised of both. The soul is a multi-dimensional energy field (mind) that acts as a step-down or conversion process for bringing higher energies as archetypal entities into expression as a personality within an individual body. The soul acts to stabilize certain qualities as an “individual” or “unique” combination of higher energies, by bringing them into expression as “life experiences”, which form “memories” of the universal in an individualized state (as something specific). This tunes the soul to certain frequencies which determines what aspects of the higher, universal consciousness it can readily “access” through what it naturally acts to resonate with. Through the Pineal we receive information from the higher realms as laws and principles that are translated into symbolic form as a possible reality through the imagination, which is the “function” of the pineal, and forms it into a “virtual memory” which serves to program (in-form) the subconscious mind of the body. In this way, when the body (lower 3 chakras) is made “passive” (trance state), it acts as a neutral vehicle or instrument for the higher, divine forces.

The Secret to Forgiveness – “The Key to Mind-Body Healing”

birthThe idea of forgiveness is probably one that eludes us in the most basic sense, because we approach it from the perspective of pain and suffering that we imagine someone has caused us, and believe that to forgive “them” is to somehow let go of the pain, pretend it doesn’t exist any more, or somehow condone their behavior in terms of the experience it created for us. Even when we struggle to grasp forgiveness in theory, which gives us the basis for attempting to actually “do it”, we often find that it doesn’t work, and we still hold hard feelings and pain caused by another, that still eats at us, and we can’t seem to honestly let it go in the real sense of the word.

“To forgive is to forget”

One of the hardest things to realize about this equation is that forgiveness in the ultimate sense has nothing to do with the other person or situation we think that we need to forgive, but rather about us, as seeing whatever happened as the enactment of a larger pattern as a behavioral dynamic of some sort that acts as a mirror for helping us to “see” aspects of ourselves that are normally very difficult to see. It comes through the realization that whatever takes place in a relationship or situation, that we are very much playing a “role” in that situation, and are participating in creating the experience that it affords us.

 
Our lives are psychologically governed by “patterns” as life themes that we are conditioned to in our formative years, and continue to act out in various ways through the very nature of the relationships we form and the behaviors that become immediately established through the nature of our interactions. These life themes as “dramas” usually involve ideas like: betrayal, abandonment, deception, not being worthy of love, being used, not wanted or good enough, and so on. These patterns as life dramas were being acted out within the dynamics of our immediate family, friends, and daily environment while we were growing up, in which we played a part, had a role of some kind within it, was subject to the emotions and attitudes being openly displayed. These dramas formed our everyday “normal” experiences, and in an attempt to make sense out of them, we began telling ourselves a story about them that made them “mean” something ((I’m not wanted, no matter what I do it’s not good enough, etc.) The meaning we began giving things by the story we told ourselves about what was happening and why, formed the basis of what became “our story”, that we continue to develop as we grew up by using it to interpret all of our experiences that had a strong emotional impact, making them mean the same thing, and using them as the means of creating more of the same type of experiences. The meaning we gave things in order to understand them, not only means something about the people involved, and the way the world is in general, but it means the same thing about us in the context of the story we tell ourselves about it in which we are not only the main character, but also the creator of the story as a means of creating our personal experience, and the observer who’s always “watching it” as we play it out in our imagination, subjecting our self to our own story about it over and over, seating it deeply into our subconscious, which perceives it as “real”.

Whatever thematic pattern we’re conditioned to, we develop as the formative basis of our mental paradigm or vibratory frequency that forms our “perceptual lens” and how we interpret the events of our life just through how we perceive them. While we think we’re conditioned to only one role in a dynamic, we’re actually conditioned to the dynamic itself, and while we may relate to one role in that dynamic as a child, as we grow into an adult, we begin associating with the adult role in the same dynamic. As an adult, we can play any role in that dynamic, or even multiple roles at the same time, switching back and forth, and act to perpetuate the dynamic, initiating it by projecting it, and by the presumptions we’re always making as a form of anticipating or predicting, and the natural behaviors we employ as a result.

 
How we act when we come into relationship with others, stimulates, and calls forth the matching tendencies in them of the shared patterns, and we establish the nature of the relationship as the behaviors and attitude that forms the daily interaction where the shared theme becomes acted out in a new version. By co-creating more of the same type of experiences that leave us feeling the same way, strengthens and reinforces that dynamic in us, telling the same type of story, wrapping our identity around it to the point where it’s the only story we know how to tell. We form our mental paradigm out of that story as our “basic perception” and we can only “see” in others and situations what matches our story. We’re always in the process of telling our story through our outward persona and natural (unconscious) behaviors and general attitude, which are all natural expressions of our paradigm.

 
Because these patterns are engrained in our subconscious mind (our mind is structured by them) which forms all out natural and automatic behaviors, and how we’re “being” in terms of our energy and how we “feel” to others, we are actually vibrating to the frequency of that dynamic (pattern) and act to stimulate it in others by resonating with those that share the same tendencies and can cooperate naturally in acting out the same dynamic, giving both of us more of the same experiences through the natural interaction that takes place. All attraction is ultimately unconscious in nature, and comes through the quality of our energy as our emotional mind-set, which connects us energetically with those of the same quality of consciousness in our environment. When we connect, see each other, encounter each other, or actually meet directly and interact, we experience a pronounced chemistry as an “inner stimulation”. This feeling of having chemistry with someone, feeling attracted to them, is the experience of “resonance” as inner sensations that are arousing somehow. We are literally vibrating them, and they us, through “shared” qualities and life themes. We come together based on these shared qualities because we’re compatible for acting out the same idea together through the relationship we form.

 
Because this is all taking place at the subconscious level and comes automatically, without our direct awareness of what’s actually happening, the only way we can begin working with it consciously, is by realizing that we tend to end up in the same type of relationships with the same type of people, where the same type of experiences take place, leaving us feeling the same way. We can only act to change and evolve the stories we act naturally to tell, by gaining awareness not of the other person as separate and different from us, but as possessing and reflecting back to us the same qualities, tendencies, and relationship dynamics, that we ourselves possess. We can recognize how we feel because of the interaction, and while holding that feeling, and simply being present with it, we can see the story inherent in it as a series of associated memories.

Torus shapeWhen we change the orientation from “what they’re doing to us”, and self-reflect instead while asking ourselves “what is my part in this”? What role did I play in cooperatively acting this out to recreate my own experience? How have I felt like this before, and what story or experience was being acted out then? Is this a familiar feeling, and if so, in what way is it familiar? What memories do I naturally associate with it? And what does it remind me of? What points along the way did I get a notion or direct realization of what was happening, and what did I do or tell myself about it that explained it or made it alright and kept me “in” the relationship despite what I was realizing about how I felt? What did I sense about what was happening, and chose to pretend I didn’t notice, or interpreted it in such a way that I masked it with an illusion that secretly condoned it? What were the indications along the way that gave me a funny feeling, that I didn’t investigate or act on?

 
The true ability to forgive another comes only through the self-realization that they provide you with. They are acting as an outer mirror that’s reflecting back to you through a direct experience parts of you that you can’t see clearly or have covered over with a story about it that prevents you from seeing it for what it really is. Any relationship we participate in (which is all of them) is based on shared qualities that we have in common (which is why we relate) and the natural interaction that takes place through the expression of those shared qualities to tell a story as a joint experience. This brings whatever is “inside of us” (that we’re largely unaware of) outside of us, where we can view it through the experience of it in an objective manner (apart from us) as a “full pattern” that also contains aspects of ourselves normally hidden from us through some form of denial or suppression.

 
By realizing this, we can use our relationships and the experiences we create through them as a mirror that’s showing us who we are in our fullness. We can recognize the dynamics we are prone to and the tendencies that engage us unconsciously in cooperatively acting out those patterns in new and varied ways with new people. Once we realize “what we’re doing” in a relationship that’s cooperating in causing the events that produce emotional pain as the enactment of our life’s theme, just through the awareness itself, we are no longer “unconscious” in our own experiences, and are no longer prone to the same stimulus. We are no longer drawn into illusions through reactive behaviors, and no longer “relate” to behaviors that act to initiate those patterns, and as a result no longer need to act it out in an attempt to recognize the true reality being played out as a shared delusion.

All healing in the ultimate sense, is becoming aware of parts of ourselves that we are not aware of in the normal sense, that play a powerful part in the life dynamics we engage in that form the basis for our experiences, and of course, give us a sense of ourselves by how we identify with our own self-created experiences. We don’t realize that we’re playing a major role in the type of people we attract and are attracted to, and the situations that naturally emerge out of the relationships we form with others. This lack of self-awareness and the tendency to project onto others by imagining that they are “doing unto us” in an unfair and unjust manner, is what keeps us expressing what we call “shadow aspects” of our personality that we continue to remain unconscious of, and therefore don’t recognize them and certainly don’t “own” them. As we begin recognizing our own tendencies in relationships and situations, and become conscious in our own life, we can see them as they’re being acted out in the moment when we’re actually in the process of “doing them”, and we no longer engage in the same manner. In that moment of awareness we realize what’s actually going on, and we’re no longer “reactive”. Because we can see it in a new light, it’s no longer compelling to us, and in that moment of calmness where we used to react, we realize that we actually have a choice in how we respond and interact. By changing our response to a person or situation, we change the dynamic that plays out, and break the pattern. The same behaviors that we used to get draw in by, no longer have the same affect, and after awhile, we don’t even notice them anymore. Once we break the pattern of our own tendencies, we don’t attract people who are living out that pattern, and no longer relate to them or have any chemistry with them. We become neutral to it.

 
Once we realize that what was holding us to the illusions of the story we were telling ourselves was the fact that we were unaware of what we were doing, and through our awareness, we can simultaneously realize that the people still acting out those stories are in fact unaware of what they’re doing. They still believe they’re real, and so honestly don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t realize that they’re living out of an illusion of their own making as the story they continue to tell themselves about everything that gives their live meaning. In this awareness, we can realize that there’s actually nothing to forgive. The idea of needing to forgive was based on an illusion and our lack of awareness. Once we are no longer participating in telling the story as a shared delusion, we are no longer affected by it. We no longer feel any residual pain, no longer suffer at someone else’s hand, and at some point, quit thinking about it all together. In the ultimate sense, we know when we’ve actually forgiven someone or some perceived act “against us”, because we literally forget about it. We no longer think about it or feel the pain it once caused, and when we do recall it, we can do so in a completely objective, matter-of-fact way. We look at it almost like we’re looking at it from a completely detached perspective where it’s no longer personal. If you’re still hanging on to something that happened “to you”, with pain, suffering, and hard feelings of any kind, it’s means you haven’t forgiven and more importantly, that you haven’t been able to realize the delusion that you yourself are involved in.
As with all things in life . . . awareness that brings self-realization is the key to healing and happiness.

Becoming more Conscious: How we Replace Reality with Illusions

When we say that we tend to live a life of illusions that we mistaken for reality, many don’t know for sure what this means, or how it is that we all do it in a very natural way. Because our mind functions largely out of what we call the unconscious aspect, we tend to use our mind in a very natural way without any direct awareness of what we’re doing. This general sense of confusion is compounded by the paradox that exists between the two aspects of the mind called the conscious and subconscious, where the subconscious operates out of memory, yet is not creative in nature, and only creates memory out of “actual experiences”, whereas the conscious mind, which is the self-aware aspect that also has the ability to be present and stay centered in the actual reality going on around it, spends most of its time consumed with thoughts of the past that it imagines over and over as different scenarios that create a form of “false reality” as an imagined one, that not only prevents us from actually experiencing the present reality, but serves to provide the subconscious with a form of virtual experience that it utilizes just like an actual memory.

The subconscious mind isn’t creative like the conscious, in the sense that it doesn’t have the ability to “make stuff up”, and doesn’t tell stories about things like the conscious mind does, and forms instead a kind of objective memory as important information about the environment that it designs behaviors around as a means of existing within it that are appropriate and necessary for its survival and over-all well-being. The subconscious mind, which is always running the normal biological functions of the body, regulates all of our natural and automatic behaviors that we do without having to think about them, and therefore remain largely unaware of them. This is a very basic form of evolution that’s being played out as the internal (body) being constantly adjusted by the environment (external) to become equivalent. The subconscious mind is the aspect of the mind that’s always connected to and exchanging information with everything around us through emotions. Emotions can be thought of as the physical equivalent to vibration as qualities of consciousness. Information as a vibratory stimulation to the body produces body chemistry as emotions. Emotions produce automatic behaviors that are a form of instinct. Because of this, the emotional states that we live out of are always producing and determine how we act and behave, most of which happens without our direct awareness.

The self conscious aspect which is also the creative component, and has the ability to literally “program” the subconscious through deliberate use of the imagination, the faculty of the mind where we’re capable of creating internal realities that don’t actually exist outwardly in the present, but instead of realizing this powerful ability to program ourselves by way of what we think about and imagine, we tend to use this ability in a very haphazard way, by dwelling in old memories, replaying them over and over in our mind by imagining them, which stimulates our emotions in response (that are the vibratory equivalent) to our own imaginings (creation), that simultaneously form a virtual reality that the subconscious interprets to be an actual reality (the emotional reaction is cause by the subconscious reaction) and uses it just like it does and actual memory that programs it with the behaviors inherent in the reality we’re imagining. Memories (virtual or actual) provide the subconscious mind with whole patterns for producing analogous realities.

Whatever we think about, we are systematically developing a whole array of behaviors out of that we perform without actual awareness of what we’re doing. Anything offered up to the subconscious mind in its own language as a reality, becomes our natural way of being. We act on ourselves with our own imaginings which is perceived “as if” they’re real and actual experiences, and tune ourselves simultaneously to the emotional vibration of those thoughts, acting them out be how we behave, which connects us to the same type of reality as a pattern or “type” of experience in everyone and everything around us. The emotional component as the frequency, vibrates that same emotion in anyone who has programmed themselves to a similar story as a thematic reality. Emotions are part of whole patterns as memory that’s an idea that systematically activates the thoughts as visual imagery that match it, and produce an inner experience as an imaginary reality that replaces the actual one, while stimulating the type of thoughts that go with the emotion, and thereby connect elements and people who are programmed to act out together the same type of realities and living dramas as a joint experience that tells the same type of story.

Our current thoughts, which often have nothing to do with the present, and prevent us from being present in our lives, creates a false reality in place of the true, objective reality. The imagined scenarios we run through our mind that causes us to feel the way we do, are self-made illusions that we mistaken for real while forming an attachment to them as a kind of love for our creation, that become delusional as a result. We are always “making our reality” and creating how we experience the outer world by how we exist in relationship with it and by how we “act on ourselves” to program ourselves to the reality of our imagining, usually based on past memories that had a strong emotional impact, that we continue to live out of and use to create more of the same type of experiences long after they’re gone. They no longer exist except in our imagination, which keeps them alive by giving them our constant attention and building our identity by way of the story we tell out of them, usually, without ever realizing that that’s what we’re actually doing.

To bring this idea into practice in your daily life, simply start by examining your own thought processes that you normally do without thinking about (paradox intended). Notice what filters you use as a form of judgment that reforms everything according to a certain type of story that you use to explain and describe things that make them mean something specific. Notice how you use the memories formed from past experiences to recreate experiences in the present that are of the same nature and give you more of the same type of experience as the past experience. Allow yourself to notice what type of story you’re always in the process of telling yourself about things, and realize how often this story runs as a means of how you normally think about things.

Once you become aware of your own tendencies, simply learn to relax your mind, pull your attention away from your habitual thought patterns, and focus on your breathing, becoming present in your body. Then release all automatic thoughts and become aware of your actual environment. Pay attention to what’s around you while continuing to refrain from thinking about them. Instead, simply notice things in terms of how they feel. Notice how you feel in relationship with your environment. And simply experience things as they exist in their own right within the present moment. Don’t allow your judgmental mind to kick in and begin telling a story about them, or go off into an imaginary tangent, simply observe them from a neutral position, and allow impressions to rise in your body in response to them. Interact with them as they are in the present through what they are actually stimulating in you in response to them. Allow new feelings to rise without restricting them, and be willing to interact in new ways creating a new type of experience that will allow you to sense yourself in new ways. As you do this, allow yourself to realize that you can easily begin to learn how to tell a different type of story, and become a different type of person through that story, by simply letting go of the past and the story you formed about life from the experiences of the past, and remain present in your life, accepting it as it is, and interacting with it based on what its warranting in you in relationship to it.

We can all learn how to tell a new kind of story by simply realizing the one we’re currently always in the process of telling and what kind of person it has developed us to be through the telling, and decide instead what type of a person you want to be, then learn how to look at life through the lens of that quality, and begin interacting in new ways, creating new experiences of ourselves that become the new memory that we use to program ourselves in a progressive and decisive manner. In order to develop ourselves, we can decide what qualities we want to develop, then intentionally embody that state, see life through the perceptual lens of that state that “sees” that same quality in everything else, then interact with that same quality in others, creating experiences out of it that we draw into ourselves and acquire as actual experiences of ourselves and others. Memories created through experiences, are a primary form of self-programming, and work through an accumulative affect. As we begin acquiring new experiences of ourselves that begin telling a new type of story, we begin accumulating new memories that act to transform the old ones and we evolve ourselves accordingly.
