Vibration, Mental Projection, and Creating New Versions of Reality

The Vibratory Frequency of the Mind exists as a Paradigm that Shapes our Experience of Reality

The state of mind that we exist in as a form of mood, determines our attitude, perspective, and the emotional theme we use as a filtering system in forming our fundamental perceptions, experiences, and behaviors. Our mood as a quality of consciousness, which we act the channel for, is our vibratory frequency, and is what “organizes” everything outside of us to match the theme being played out internally through our imagined thoughts. Whatever state we’re in determines what we focus on and give our attention to, what memories we access and run through our mind as a means of interpreting the present to mean the same thing as the past, conforming it to our theme, and how we act and behave as a result. Our state-of-mind as our vibratory frequency has a self-organizing mechanism inherent in it that aligns the entire mind-body system to express in a consistent and congruent fashion. How we’re feeling produces how we’re being and what we’re doing.

Our mood “is” our vibratory frequency or quality of consciousness that’s constantly being projected and transmitted out into the space around us, and interacting with that same quality of consciousness in everything else by resonating with it. Our mood or emotional state emanates from within, influencing others around us with the same type of feeling. At the same time, we’re drawing more of the same vibration or feeling energy back to us, absorbing it, being nourished and strengthened by it, multiplying and increasing it, while acquiring and accumulating it. Our vibratory frequency as our state-of-mind is the entire energy field that surrounds, envelops, and operates through our body. We literally “look through” our mind as a mental lens or filtering system, and notice in others and the environment only what’s of the same nature (quality), and can be readily used to create the reality of that mood, which makes it “provable” by appearing to be factual and objective. Because we only see and experience the reality of our mood, which validates, strengthens, and supports it as being “real”, we don’t realize that we’re actually creating it with our mind, and that we can change our experience of reality by simply changing our mind.

Our mind is an electromagnetic field which surrounds and expands several feet from our body, while transmitting its frequency and acting to stimulate the same frequency in everyone and everything around us, bringing out and making active the equivalent qualities in them through our influence, and they begin cooperatively participating in playing out the same “type” of reality as a behavioral dynamic that expresses the same feeling state. As we perceive through our mental filters, we project or superimpose our mind as a pattern of qualities or “thematic model” onto others (look through it), and see in them the same thing that’s in us. Not necessarily in the same position or role in a “joint theme”, but as the complementary role necessary to play out the shared theme as a relationship (dynamic interaction). Projection, as what we “see in others” that causes a reaction of some sort in us in relation to them, is identifying the complementary opposite of the same dynamic which can be acted out together to create a joint experience of the same nature. What we think about somebody else, and react to, is the same quality we ourselves possess, which is why we’re having a reaction or feel a strong emotional response to them. Our behavior towards others is the perfect stimulus for bringing out in them what we believe is there to bring out.

Our mental and emotional projections are stimulating at the invisible, subtle level, and are being received and felt by everyone around us all the time. Matter, as the organic substance of life that acts as a receptor for consciousness and is structured into a material bodies that represent the qualities of consciousness inhabiting it, at the molecular level, interacts with the mind (our own and others) and reformulates the appearance matter takes on accordingly. This is readily demonstrated in the “placebo effect” which works solely off the power of belief and our ability to direct and manipulate the biological world to produce the reality or effect of our belief. This is further demonstrated in what’s called “double blind tests” in which both people involved (doctor and patient) believe the same thing (that the placebo works), which increases its effectiveness. This is because the disbelief of one person (say, the administering doctor) is demonstrated and communicated through their subtle behaviors in stating what the placebo will do (is not convincing), and produces a subtle effect on the unconscious mind of the other person, introducing doubt, and thereby alters the overall outcome. Whenever an experience is being conducted involving the mind, it’s important that all people involved in the process are of an open mind or share the same belief, because at the invisible, energetic level of the mind, they will have a direct effect on the overall outcome.

What we believe, and therefore perceive about others reveals to us what dynamic we’re programmed with as a vibratory frequency. It shows us what type of relationships we are prone to, and always acting at the subconscious level to attract and co-create. As children we’re imprinted with a dynamic as a behavioral theme. This imprinting is produced and seated through intense emotional interactions and events of some sort that have a strong impact on us. Because it’s a dynamic we “live within”, we’re trained to naturally perceive and play a role in the same dynamic. We form numerous responses to the behaviors being demonstrated by others, and because we form the same perceptions through the mental paradigm that forms because of the interaction, we naturally produce the behaviors that stimulate the pattern itself through the memory we acquire because of our experiences, and live within (act out) that same thematic pattern in all areas and relationships of our life in one way or another.

The family dynamic we’re trained to, even though as children we play only one distinct role (from the perspective of the child) in that dynamic, as we become the adult, we naturally take on begin relating to the adult position in that same pattern and continue acting it out by being able to play any role in it. What role we play depends on what role our co-star takes on in the same pattern. We can readily move back and forth between the passive role and the dominating role of the same idea. We’re always initiating it and reacting to it at the same time. We only enter into relationships with those who have similar imprinting and can participate in co-creating the same feeling experience as an ongoing relationship, expressed through a variety of situations and life circumstances. So even though the elements and people may change as circumstances, the “same idea” is being acted out in a new environment with new players as a slight modification.

When we say that the mind “creates reality”, we don’t mean literally by producing something out of thin air, but rather that the mind can take any situation or circumstances, and through a sorting process of only abstracting and reorganizing certain aspects of it, makes it “appear” different. Our mind through our perceptual lens reinterprets a neutral reality of vast potential, into a possible variation as a personal creation. Everybody who’s apart of the same event as an objective reality, will view and experience it in a different and unique fashion from everybody else. No two people will experience it in the same way. Some people’s experience will be considerably different (of a completely different frequency), some will be kind of similar (in close range), and others will be along the same lines (of a similar vibration).

We rearrange the elements and qualities in any situation, by noticing some, and not noticing others, changing the active components, then interpreting the selected elements through a story we tell ourselves about it that creates how we experience it. So even though we all share the same neutral and objective outer reality, how we experience it by creating our own personalized version of that reality, is our minds natural creative ability. As we change our mind, how things appear to us changes accordingly. As we learn and incorporate new knowledge through an experience of some form, we alter our minds structure as a mental paradigm, and it changes how we see and experience everything else based on how the integration restructures our mind’s “patterning” as a shift in vibration. We only change our vibration by changing our mind, which changes how we see the world around us and how we experience it as a result.

Relationship Dynamics – “Behavioral Patterns as Life Themes”

One of the difficulties we tend to have in fully comprehending our true ability to self-create through various dynamics that we act out in relationship with others, is that we have conscious and unconscious aspects of an experience, as well as a tendency to identify with every role in a behavioral pattern, and are moving in and out of them all the time in a completely natural and spontaneous way. We tend to view life as happening “to us”, largely because our fundamental patterns are established through childhood conditioning, when we are only partially aware in our experiences, while associated to the position (role) of having stuff done to us by others while having no real control over the situation. Yet, in reality, we are being conditioned to the behavioral pattern as a form of living drama that we eventually, once we mature and become an adult in the same behavior, we can play any role within the same dynamic, and simultaneously act to initiate the pattern by first doing unto the other what we want (cause) them to do back unto us. We then get to experience it as though once again . . . it’s happening to us.

 
How we are treated by others as children not only teaches and trains us to the actions inherent in the pattern, but also the values, beliefs, and emotional states that the behavior is an expression of. The belief provides the composition as an enactment, the values as what’s important, what’s not and why, and the emotions as the charge or expressive component the behavior is given and the attitude employed in order to effectively act it out. If for example, we are made to feel (told and treated as if) that we’re not important, or were a burden of some form, and consistently treated that way (parents beliefs projected onto us), we form it as a core belief, meaning a primary belief that spawns other beliefs based on it, that acts to shape our life in a powerful way as the central theme of our life’s story that later develops our identity around and by way of it. We then develop an array of behaviors around it as a means of compensating, defending, deflecting, or denying and immediately reacting to it. We are always acting it out and creating it as a consistent experience in some way by how we interpret other people’s behavior and events to make them somehow mean that we are not important or wanted, and recreate the same experience of being rejected once again within our own life in some way.

 
The belief forms a mental filter that we use to perceive everything through that reshapes it through how we interpret it to mean “we’re not good enough”, while also producing the behaviors that causes others to react to us by treating us the way we belive we deserve to be treated. In relationships where rejection is not immediately acted out, we will behave in a way that causes them to feel rejected by us, responding by rejecting us back, or we’ll produce the behavior that is repulsive is some way, producing the natural response of someone not wanting to be with or around us. We then experience being rejected “by them” without direct awareness that we did the rejecting to begin with, or created the behavior we knew would cause them to not like us. We act to perpetuate the very behavior we imagine is being done to us by others.
We are conditioned not to singular behaviors or a specific perspective or role within an overall dynamic, but to the dynamic itself as a thematic story, where we can play any role in it. We attract and are attracted to people, situations, and events that can be used to unconsciously act out the same type of dramas as joint experience that serves to tell the same type of story about us, about others, and they way things are over-and-over again throughout our lives. Whatever role the other naturally falls into, we will play the complementary role. The only way to break this pattern is to become aware of it, realize your own tendencies and part in creating the pattern, and choosing to replace it with new behaviors by consciously reconditioning ourselves to become in character the type of person that can naturally act to tell a new type of story, and attract the proper elements to co-create it as a joint reality-experience.

As long as we remain in denial, not realizing and owning our part, and projecting and blaming it on others, imagining it’s being done to us beyond our control, and we continue to unconsciously create the behaviors that initiates it as a action-reaction pattern that takes on a life of it’s own, we will remain stuck in its grip, feeling helpless to break-out of our own illusion. Once we can take an objective, dissociated perspective, and see ourselves in the story as an active participant from a non-personal position, we can see fully how we engage in the very behavior we imagine is being done to us, and catch ourselves in the moment when we are about to engage in it through some form of stimulus, because we realize “how” we’re acting to do it. What it is we do exactly that initiates it, while justifying and validating it somehow through the story we tell ourselves about it and through a basic form of self-awareness, we can choose to behave in a different way by interpreting their behavior or the situation in a new way, seeing something different, and breaking the unconscious pattern as a result. We can identifying the feelings as an emotion that triggers an unconscious reaction as defensive behaviors.

 
All healing is only possible by bringing what is unconscious and therefore automatic, into awareness as self-realization. By realizing that we are the sole creators of our own experiences, even as a child, we can realize that the thematic patterns we use to create a consistent story “about” us and our life, resulted from how we interpreted events from the mind and emotions of a child that we continue to use as an adult to live out of the same basic emotional interpretations as an adult. Our inner child becomes the story-teller that continues to shape us from an unconscious perspective for the rest of our life, unless we wake up in the midst of our own illusions, and beginning forming new interpretations from the mind and emotions of the adult. All transformation comes through self-knowledge as self-awareness and the employment of our own mind to recreate ourselves by how we choose to use our imagination to create a sense of ourselves through the stories that we tell about ourselves, others, and life in general. We are always the author (authority) of our own life and the sole creator of our internal experience as the thoughts and emotions we entertain willingly on a regular basis. True self-mastery comes from realizing how we use our mind to create realities, then using it intentionally to create the ones we truly want to tell! The ones that will shape who we are through the telling.

The Transformative Power of Relationships

As we move through life, we’re always in the process of exchanging consciousness with everything around us. Just as we breathe and take in the air around us, using the molecules attained from it to replenish depleted molecules in our body, and rebuild our body by incorporating them into our molecular structure, we’re also taking in and exchanging consciousness with everything around us through resonance. We experience this exchange of energy as feelings in the indirect sense of just being around something, and as a direct stimulus when an actual interaction takes place. As we interact with someone, they directly stimulate us, and us them. This stimulating effect comes from what’s being activated between us, and brought out in us through the nature of the interaction. Certain qualities as a mood, attitude, and characteristics are called forth by what ever is being demonstrated, and then shaped into a greater pattern as a behavioral dynamic through the nature of the interaction itself as a cause and affect or action and reaction type of drama. We can only form an actual relationship with those who share the same qualities and characteristics as we do and who are conditioned to tell a similar type of story, necessary for the interaction itself, which begins co-creating a specific type of story-line as an ongoing interaction.

 
The people and situations we surround ourselves with, whether intentionally or unintentionally, become the building blocks of our consciousness. They act to transform us by taking on and making active within us whatever qualities we share in common. As these inner qualities are brought into an active state, they’re developed in us through the overall pattern as a dynamic being acted out, and they’re strengthened in us. We are then conditioned to the dynamic itself, and as we experience it we acquire memory of it, which serves as our basic mental and emotional programming. Whatever we have memory of we act out unconsciously in an automatic and natural fashion. As we co-create experiences by playing out certain dynamics, the memory of those experiences adjust and modify our paradigm to include them, and they become a part of our essential being.

 
This transformative quality of our relationships works for good or for bad. They either act to bring out the best in us, or they bring out the worst in us. We either like who we become when we’re with them, or we don’t like who and how we become. They make us feel a certain way, and that feeling is consistent whenever we’re with them. While we experience a range of emotions and feelings when we’re with them through various activities, the overall feeling that takes place forms a theme which remains constant throughout the relationship. The theme of how we feel is produced by the dynamic the relationship takes on. We can feel a deep connection that’s intimate and immediate, where we are valued, appreciated, wanted, desired, and we truly feel love; or we can feel used, not good enough, deceived or betrayed, humiliated, disappointed, where love is replaced by a series of toxic emotions that are painful and only act to reduce us somehow. You can tell pretty early in the interaction what it’s going to be if you’re willing to pay attention and honor your feelings.

The key to mastering your relationships by seeing them as powerful “self-development tools”, is to remain present in your experiences, and always notice how you’re feeling, and how they’re being. Always remember feelings don’t lie, it’s only the outer appearance of things, or what we start telling ourselves about what’s going on as a means of justifying or denying it that can be deceptive. Words or what people say and do that are clashing with how you’re feeling are the illusion. This idea isn’t about right and wrong, feeling guilt or shame, or placing blame on the other person, it’s simply about recognizing with clarity that what they’re doing and how they’re being with you, causes you to feel a certain way. This feeling inside of you in response to them is what they will continue to bring out in you throughout the entire relationship. The feeling, not the outer behavior, is what sets the pace for the relationship and the theme it takes on by the dynamic that starts playing out.

 
Even when you realize that the feeling you have is about your own “issue”, because of how you were raised, also realize that this relationship is about that same dynamic and will only continue developing that feeling in you, and was more than likely formed because it was about creating more of that same issue, and will continue to be. The feeling and dynamics are a congruent component of a larger pattern, and one acts to stimulate and produce the other. The idea here becomes healing yourself of your “issues” before you get into a relationship. That way you know that the attraction wasn’t based on the shared issue, and you’ll attract and be attracted to a different kind of person who won’t serve to act out the dynamic of the issue with you, simply strengthening it and giving you more of it.

The key to understanding comes through self awareness and realization. Devote yourself to becoming aware of your own issues and tendencies as “themes” you were conditioned with, and the behaviors you’ve acquired by way of them. Begin recognizing the tendencies you’ve developed that may be making the other person feel the same way as you feel when they simply respond to you in a like manner. For example, if your tendency is to not feel wanted and included in activities, that you act as if it’s an actual fact, may cause you to behave in ways that are stand-offish, distant, cold, or uninterested, that cause the other person to feel unwanted and excluded by you. They then react to you in a like manner and behave in a way that causes you to feel “unwanted and not apart of things”. We build behaviors around our issues as a way of defending or protecting ourselves against them that serve to actually produce them. Self-reflect and gain as much insight as you can into your own feelings and issues, and work on yourself to heal those issues before you look to get into a romantic and intimate relationship.

 
Cultivate in yourself the ability to stay aware of how you’re feeling in any given moment, based on an interaction of some sort. Notice what you’re feeling inside, what part of you it’s appealing to and bringing out, and who you start becoming because of the interaction. What persona do you take on? This shows you what the relationship will naturally strengthen and develop in you. If you simply “hold a feeling”, move into it and become fully present in it, and begin reflecting on it, what you’ll notice is that a whole idea begins playing out in your mind like a memory that’s inherent in the feeling. Regardless of how it plays out in terms of the scenario it presents itself through, the theme or main idea it illustrates is what’s showing you the reality inherent in the feeling. Feelings are an internal response to an outer reality as the experience of it. A inner feeling is always associated to an outer reality. The same types of events give us the same type of feelings. When you see into your feelings, you get a preview of the type of realities they produce, that will only act to give you more of the same feeling. It exists as a kind of circuitry as an inflow and outflow that’s constantly harmonizing and equalizing the inner with the outer.

As you recognize how you’re feeling with someone, don’t get caught up in feeling bad about what you’re realizing, or making them bad or wrong somehow, where you start compromising your feelings or distorting them through a story you tell about them that makes them mean something, simply observe them in an objective manner “as” they are, and honor them as showing you the truth in a situation. Your inner feelings will always show you in very direct terms the true nature of any situation. It comes through resonance as an energetic interaction, and is neutral in nature. It only becomes subjective and distorted when you begin interpreting it to make it mean something. The interpretation and meaning is the illusion we build around things that prevents us from seeing the truth. The truth doesn’t come with a story attached to it, but as a direct and immediate inner stimulation that makes you feel a certain way. Honor that, and you’ll always be working with the true reality of any relationship or situation.

Becoming Self-Aware – Mastering the Power of the Spoken Word

One of the most powerful things you can do to become self-aware is to begin taking conscious control of what you say. By becoming aware of what we say or what we tend to talk about, we can become aware of our own style of thinking. Words that make up the sentences that we speak have the power to shape visual imagery associated with them, which acts to program our subconscious mind to produce them as a physical manifestation or outer experience. What we talk about, and the attitude and stories we form by how we talk, reveal in very specific terms what our “model of the world” is, and how we use our model to fashion our realities and shape ourselves by way of those realities. Words that are spoken, bring the words as internal thoughts outward in a form of communication that elicits the same type of realities in whomever we’re speaking to. Words form the very basis of our thinking and act to shapes ideas as sound into realities internally, that are then used to express and call forth those realities externally by actively speaking them.

 
While many people believe that what they think and talk about is an accurate depiction and expression of a factual reality, and that because of this they’re communicating truthfully, the fact is, nothing could be further from the truth. Our perception of life and reality outside of us is an interpretation that remolds it to be “like us”. Our mind as a paradigm or thematic pattern, takes in information from the outside world and translates it into a story-line as a personalization of it. We’re always “within” our mind’s paradigm looking out, and only “see” in the external world what matches our internal world and can be explained, described, and understood using our paradigm. We literally abstract or pull out of any situation the parts and aspects that resonate with our model, then recompose those aspects to tell a story out of them as a way of experiencing them. Because of this unique feature of the human mind, every single person that’s apart of the same outer reality or event, will form a unique and different experience of it. If five people participate in the same thing, you’ll get five distinct interpretations, all of which “noticed” different things, and created a story out of it by how they put those abstract aspects together in a cohesive way to experience them in a consistent manner so they make sense with all of their experiences. We never experience things or other people as they are, but as we remake them.

The words we speak are formed into internal imagery that gives life to them as actual and real possibilities. Our thoughts, which come as an inner voice, utilizes our imagination which forms them into possible outer realities based on what memories or ideas we’ve associated to they words themselves. Thoughts are the seeds for producing whole realities, first internally as reliving and recombining memories, forming conceptualizations and internal representations as our creative style for expression. Not only do we think the same type of thoughts repeatedly, but we imagine the same type of scenarios over and over, different only as the modifications necessary to apply them to various outer circumstances. While they vary in application, they remain cohesive and consistent in the theme that’s used to shape them. As we think we create. Our thoughts as internal dialogue are the active use of our will. What we think about we’re simultaneously in the process of creating as our experiences. What you think and speak is not an accurate account of your life, but your life is a direct reflection of your thoughts. All reality as we know it is subject to the individual experiencing it. The inner exists in relationship to the outer, and turns universal and objective reality into a personal subjective reality as the experience of it.

 
As you speak you call forth the reality inherent in your words. As you talk to others, the words that you use and the attitude you speak them with, stimulate in them the same type of reality, and they become a co-creator in that reality. By telling them what life is like for us, we form an image of ourselves in their mind by how they think about what we’re saying. As they picture what we’re saying, they form a similar interpretation, and share in our beliefs about ourselves. This subjective reality as a personalization forms a belief system that’s projected and superimposed over our outer reality as a way of seeing, experiencing, and creating only what matches our belief about it. This is why beliefs are difficult to identify from truth, because they’re our own creation and form the very foundation for how we create our experiences as our basic outer perception.

 
One of the best ways to begin gaining an in-depth insight into your own mind, is to simply begin the practice of objectively listening or witnessing what you say to others. As you talk naturally, periodically hesitate, and move out of the associated position of being “in the experience” you’re talking about, and listen to what you just said, and notice what you see in it in terms of the belief system or paradigm you’re living out of. Listen to the reality it indicates. Notice how you’re presenting yourself to others. And simply reflect on it, allowing a chain of associated ideas to take place as a way of following them back to their roots. Notice that as you objectively listen to yourself as being outside of the experience you’re talking about, without emotional attachments, that a whole series of memories as associated ideas will flash through your mind. And again, just observe them, and allow yourself to realize where they come from and gain insight into them, as self-realization. Simultaneously you’ll begin recognizing how your outer expression as verbalizing thoughts reveals what and how you tend to think. What perspective you take to create your own experiences, what it says about you, and who you become by way of it. Don’t judge it or try to explain and justify it, simply witness it as if you were observing or listening to someone else.

Once you gain the incredible insight listening to yourself brings, you can extend the practice by learning how to think about what you say before you say it. You can move from an unconscious position of automatic and spontaneous communication, to one of thoughtful and deliberate communication. You can begin asking yourself in any situation, what do I want to create by what I’m about to say, and how will what I say and the attitude I say it with, influence the person or situation I’m saying it too? What will they form in their mind based on what I’m saying? What mental impression or mood am I creating by how and what I talk about? What image am I conveying that will form their impression of me, and what type of ideas they automatically associate to me.

 
By viewing words as cause that produces an equal and predictable effect, we can begin using our words to strategically produce a specific affect in others. We can realize that we have the ability to call forth and create whatever we speak as an internal image. We can begin realizing that it’s through communication that we naturally direct the mind of others. Whatever ideas we’re giving life to inside of us by thinking about them, become the thoughts of others by how we express them. We can begin directing other people’s mind’s by learning to direct our own mind. By becoming conscious of this dynamic process of creating through mental influence, we are provided with the means to begin taking control of our own thoughts, and becoming responsible for how we influence people in a direct and indirect manner. We can begin seeing things about ourselves that eluded us before and remained hidden from our direct awareness. We can begin realizing in very clear terms what our mental model is, what attitudes and beliefs govern our life and act to create our experiences, and through this realization we can begin working with them consciously and intentionally through the creative power of choice and will.

Imagination – “As Opposed to Creative Visualization”

The tendency to represent the idea of “imagining something” as “visualizing it”, can make the idea seem fairly confusing. Visualizing indicates forming inner images, pictures and scenes as movies that play out in the mind as a form of anticipated or wished for experience. Then, because its portrayed this way, many get confused as to “how to” visualize, what it means exactly, and believe that it means to see fully detailed, colored images and scenes that play out with precision and detail, and while it certainly can be this way, especially for a well developed imagination, for most people it’s usually much more impressionistic. Most visualization resembles the type of image we see as a reflection in glass or water, or a reflection in a dark, shiny surface where it’s more shadow-like and formed, yet not particularly detailed. This resembles what is referred to as “thought-forms” that exist in the astral field of the mind as shadowy images that we form through thinking about or dwelling on ideas, or recalling a memory of some kind.

 
The imagination however, is a faculty of the mind that forms a full sensory experience that while it’s main component is visual images and impressionistic shapes, it also focuses heavily on hearing and sounds, feelings as intuitive and as touching the surface of material reality, any forms of smells that would be inherent in the experience, and taste whenever appropriate, as well as the internal dialogue as thoughts that we naturally have while engaging in any type of experience and the emotions the experience elicits. Our inner dialogue is what we are telling ourselves ‘about’ the experience that makes it mean something. The imagination takes an inspired idea as unformed, and shapes it into a full 3-D sensory reality that is realistic and believable, and therefore possible. The true use of the imagination however, places the greatest emphasis on “feelings” that we have as a result of the inner experience we are having. The feeling is the full-body intuitive sensation that blends the visual into a holistic experience as a form of memory that is complete with emotions, thoughts and meaning that brings realization around an idea that can only be obtained through the experience of it. This reality formed in the imagination through thinking, creates a form of template that makes us a channel for the imagined idea to become a reality as an outer expression that’s a correspondence to the inner experience.

This is the creative power of the mind to create experience by first creating it internally while shaping it with sensory detail and definition that sets the vibratory patterning that attracts and organizes the outer experience as a correspondence. The outer experience is not exact to the imagined one, although it can be, but is rather analogous to the inner experience. It’s of the same nature and theme as the internal experience, yet modified according to the elements available in the immediate surroundings, and the will, personality and interactive quality of those participating in the orchestration of the outer experience. Because the outer requires other people, situations and events, the original vision is modified accordingly as a basic requirement to incorporate the ideas and desires of all who partake in the over-all experience that is co-created as a shared reality.

 
This is why the emphasis is always placed on the “feeling” of the experience rather than the visual aspect. Visually it may be entirely different than you imagined it, yet it will feel the same. It’ll be the same type of idea as a form of theme, which is being illustrated in a modified and varied manner. The feeling, as the vibratory frequency is what composes and structures the experience to be of a certain patterning that beautifully conforms to the influences that everyone participating contributes, while maintaining the same basic idea as the essence of the over-all experience. You will recognize the fulfillment of your wish, not by what it looks like, but by what it feels like as you realize you’re in the process of having it.

Life Lessons that Form the Opportunity for Healing – “Fragmented and Integrated Aspects form the basis of Karma”

The idea of Karma can be difficult for many to understand in its most basic sense, because they try to imagine and make sense of it through their conscious mind, when its actually a natural part of their subconscious mind, which is comprised of and operates out various levels of memory. Karma is formed out of experiences of life as an interpretation that only sees the significance of things from a limited perspective that interprets events to give them meaning, which turns it into a personalization as a perception, that becomes the nature of the memory. The memory that’s formed by how we interpret life events, forms the programming of the subconscious mind as an accumulative process that forms a dynamic structure of interrelated patterns that produce a coordinated movement (frequency) as a mental paradigm or “model of the world”. This model is the structure of our mind as a pattern that forms our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that structures our experiences.

 
Our subconscious mind is the aspect of our mind-being that forms all of our natural assumptions, expectations, and perceptual lens that’s also directly connected to and a fundamental part of our environment – the greater mind of the collective unconscious – and produces all of our natural and automatic behaviors, while producing the emotions that drive and govern our thoughts. Our subconscious mind exists in the realm just outside of time, and is always “present” and in the process of transmitting and receiving information from everything around us. This information is transmitted as vibration that produces sensations as feelings that stimulate our body, producing chemistry as emotions that alter our body’s state (frequency) to match our environment, which also alters our state of mind, as the unification between our conscious thinking mind, and our subconscious feeling-emotional mind. It’s also how we’re always blending into and becoming an essential part of our outer environment through an equilibrating process that’s a fundamental law of evolution. The inner and the outer exist in an intimate relationship with each other, and are always exchanging information both energetically and physically. The exchange of information as a relationship adjusts the outer to match the inner, and the inner to match the outer to form congruence and continuity. We only “receive” and are able to integrate the information from the environment that’s of the same frequency as an essential part of the same paradigm or that can be adjusted to fit into our model and can be perceived through our normal way of interpreting things to give them meaning that allows us to tell a story about them as a way of understanding them.

vesicaThis “style” of interpretation becomes what you could call our “signature” as a universal theme with a personalized twist, developed in a unique fashion by how we integrate “known” properties in our experiences, while failing to integrate “unknown” properties in our own make-up, which, even though we’re not aware of them, and don’t recognize the quality in ourselves (because we’re interpreting it negatively and don’t own it as a result) because they’re a part of us at the unconscious level, we continue to think the thoughts that promote them, while acting them out in a natural and unconscious way, and connect to those same behaviors and tendencies all around us. We are connected to, act as a magnet for, and are an inherent part of our unconscious aspects as we are our conscious ones, the ones we have an actual awareness of. This produces behavioral patterns as life-dynamics that we’re always involved in, that are actually acting to show us the unconscious aspects at play in creating our everyday reality.

 
As long as we continue to remain unaware of them, while still attracting and actively participating in them while projecting them onto others and our life circumstances, “seeing” them in others while forming a strong reaction to them, then we continue to live out of these same patterns as a life-theme, often without ever realizing our part in it. This is karma as “whole patterns” that contain both our conscious-aware aspects and our unconscious-unaware aspects. Our karma brings life-lessons as repeated themes played out in different ways, within different scenarios, and with a variety of people as a way of “revealing to us” what we’re unaware of in ourselves. By recognizing the patterns we consistently play out as dramas of some sort that are created by how we enter into relationship with those of the same tendencies that will actively participate in acting out the same dynamic allowing us to recognize ourselves being reflected back to us in them in terms of how they’re playing the opposite role in a complementary dynamic, provides us with the means to recognize our own tendencies that come more as impulses and emotional charges of some form.

Our life-dynamics as the storyline we’re always in the process of living out come as lessons in the sense that they provide us with the means to begin recognizing our own thematic patterns, what our part is that pattern, and what unconscious aspects we are responding to and interacting with in others by acting out the same type of reality. We can begin seeing what behaviors and false beliefs we hold about ourselves and others that are based on false assumptions as a form of denying aspects in ourselves that we don’t like or deem bad, and therefore build illusions around that make them “seem” different, while still outwardly displaying them through our behaviors, the mental scripts we run through our mind, and the nature of our interactions.

 
As long as we remain unaware of our own tendencies that are actively producing our life experiences, we keep acting them out, while imagining that we have nothing to do with them, and they’re actually being done to us by others or through the situation taking place of which we have no control. The lesson being offered as more of an opportunity for growth is to become aware of ourselves as the creator of our own life experiences. This is often because we don’t realize that there’s a difference between the outer, objective events of our life, and how we use those to create our experience of them. Many imagine that their “experiences” are actually a neutral and objective interpretation where everyone is having the same type of experience as they are by way of the same outer events. Yet in reality, nothing is further from the truth. The fact is we are all creating our unique experiences of everything around us that’s entirely different from the next person. Everybody experiences the same outer reality as a unique form of self-expression as “how” they form their experience of it that interprets it to give it meaning through their personal paradigm. Everyone notices different things, and abstracts different aspect of any given situation as a form of resonance that acts as a filtering mechanism. Our mind filters through all the information available, only selecting what aspects match it in terms of the interpretation it forms as it’s perception that tell a story of some sort.

When we can see and realize what we’re doing in any situation that’s actively participating in creating it, and “own” all aspects of ourselves by realizing them, without judging them, needing to explain them, or justify them somehow, then we can start becoming self-aware. When we begin recognizing our role in things, what part in our own story we’re playing, and what we’re doing to cooperatively engage and act them out as a part of a storyline, and what it is that draws us into them emotionally, we can begin seeing the dynamics we’re conditioned to. It’s always easier to recognize and accurately describe tendencies in other people than it is to recognize our own tendencies. The only reason we continue to participate in creating experiences that cause us pain and lead to suffering somehow, is because we’re unaware of what we’re doing. Just the recognition and awareness alone, begins dissolving the pattern by breaking the hold it has over us. Once we’re able to “see” what we’re doing and the reason for doing it, it loses its grip over us because we’re now awake in moments we used to be asleep in, and we no longer need to project it in order to see it. In this, the lesson offered is learned and we no longer create it without awareness of what we’re doing. All lessons in life are setting the stage that allows what is unconscious to become conscious. Shining a light into the dark areas of our inner being so we can see what’s normally hidden from us.

 
How we experience the events of our life by how we perceive it, and how we interpret it in order to make sense out of it, is entirely a personal creation as a projection of our inner reality onto our outer reality as “looking through our perceptual lens” which reorganizes the outer to match the inner by the story we tell ourselves about it that makes it mean something that births a unique reality as the unification between the inner and the outer, the universal and the individual, the conscious and the subconscious. Our mental paradigm connects us to that same paradigm in everyone and everything around us, attracting and entering into relationship only with what’s complementary to us.

Through the relationship we form, we stimulate in each other our shared qualities and establish a behavioral dynamic as the story lived out through the nature of our interaction. While we tend to identify consciously with one role in an interactive dynamic, the fact of the matter is, we’re developed by that dynamic, and can naturally play any role in it, and often do by moving in and out of multiple roles by how we interact. The role in that dynamic we don’t like, we deny in ourselves, and though we continue to faithfully act them out, we tell ourselves a different story about what we’re doing and the reason for doing it that makes it seem different, yet it’s producing the same response in the other, and they in return “do unto us as we have done unto them”. Then, because the illusion we’ve created around it prevents us from seeing what we’re doing that’s “causing” the same type of behaviors in others to take place all over again, we imagine it’s being done to us unfairly and without us warranting or deserving it, and so we justify our right to respond by giving them back their own medicine, without realizing that that’s what they’re doing to us, or by using it to move directly into the role we’re familiar and comfortable playing in a dynamic we are actually programmed to and acted to initiate through natural behaviors that are produced in a predictable manner by our subconscious mind.

 

For example: Those programmed with a pattern of “being rejected” (which is a universal theme), formulate this theme with twists as a particular way of being rejected, why or what it is about that causes them to be rejected, what behaviors mean rejection, what tone of voice is used and what words are specifically spoken that tell them they’re being rejected, and what behavioral dynamic is being acted out by their parents and peers that caused them to feel rejected by what story they started telling themselves as a way of making sense of it. They develop behaviors that are defensive, adaptive, and a form of self-fulfilling prophecy by what they come to believe about themselves that shapes who they become and how they create their relationships that act out the same type of dynamic over and over.
They defend themselves against whatever is the reason for being rejected, projecting and returning to others the same judgment by how they perceive them, behave and treat them that give the other person the same feeling of as the trait they were rejected for, or they over-compensate somehow and take on dramatic behaviors, or reject others before they have a chance to reject them. Some form behaviors that retaliate and fight back with anger and hostility, which of course not only rejects the person it’s being projected towards, but makes them feel uncomfortable around them and avoid them as a result, which again creates the experience of not being liked or wanted. Sometimes they continue acting out whatever behavior as the reason for being rejected in an attempt to make people accept and love them in spite of these behaviors. Or, they’ve failed to identify the behaviors that cause them to be rejected and so keep acting them out without realizing that they’re promoting their own rejection.

Other times, we continue to act out in ways that other people perceive as being rejected by us, causing them to feel rejected, and they act in response to us by rejecting us back. All without us realizing that we were the one that rejected them first. All patterns are self-organizing and self-perpetuating become self-fulfilling. What this means is that we actually play an active role in initiating the pattern that then becomes played out that ultimately results in our being rejected or not wanted. We either do things that initiate behaviors that start the ball rolling, or we interpret their behaviors to mean we’re being rejected when that’s not at all what they mean for them. We can interpret any behavior to mean “rejection”, create the illusion of it happening (all over again) then act as if our illusions are real and a factual and objective reality that we’re accurately evaluating.

 
Other times, we interpret positive behaviors that actually are loving and affectionate in a negative way, and shun them as a result. Behaviors that might be an expression of love from another, such as touching, cuddling, openly displaying affection, telling us how much they love and care about us, becomes interpreted by us as being clingy, needy, smothering, controlling, rushing into things, or pressuring us in some way. Or we don’t trust it, and feel as if we’re being manipulated, coerced, or used somehow. Because we don’t have a model for what it feels like to be loved, desired, wanted, valued, or appreciated, we don’t know how to act in response to these, and we don’t know how to perceive then for what they are, and so we begin by perceiving them incorrectly then responding inappropriately and sabotage a situation that would have given us the experience that would have contradicted our belief about ourselves and others. In this way, we get stuck in our own patterns and just keep acting them out because they form our very perception, how we interpret things to give them meaning and form appropriate responses, and what behaviors we know how to do and do automatically.

 
Because we tend to act out the same behaviors born out of the same perceptions as a defensive mechanism, while telling ourselves that when we do the same behaviors we imagine are being done to us, we have a different reason for doing them, or because we expect to be rejected and act as if we’re being rejected even when we’re not by how we interpret their behaviors. We remain unaware of what we’re doing that’s causing us to be or feel rejected. So we keep acting out the same tendencies because we don’t realize what we’re doing, and continue to create the same experiences over and over, often throughout our entire life, without ever realizing that we’re “at cause” within our own lives, and act as a magnet for attracting those who will cooperatively act out the same dynamic with us, each time giving us the opportunity to see what “we’re” doing and what story as a theme we’re always in the process of creating through our natural way of perceiving the world and others, and how we behave as an interaction based on those perceptions.

The Dyad: Prayer as the Seeds of Karma – “Casting Images in the Astral Light”

Prayer is the primary form of how we connect to our higher power and request personal experiences, and is the primary means for first revealing karma (unconscious connections) then creating through it by living out of the memory of it. The idea of karma is represented in the Tarot as “Justice”, key 11 (value of 30), and means to “teach and instruct”. It represents the idea that we only truly acquire knowledge and instruction through practice that employs ideas to produce them as experiences, which integrates the knowledge apprehended through the experience of it as “memory”. The memories created through our activities and deeds, create our karma as a memory base, that become the seeds of future actions that are performed in a natural and unconscious manner. Our karma is the memory that makes up our subconscious mind, which becomes a natural part of our personality and forms our mental paradigm which is the basis for our perception and interpretations of life. Karma as the memory obtained through our life experiences that we create through our decisions and actions, becomes our perceptual lens that we look through to experience life, and becomes the basis for our creative capacity in terms of what we feel, how we think, and what we “ask for” by imagining it.

 
The mode of consciousness represented by “Justice” (key 11) is titled “Faithful Intelligence”, because we act out our unconscious conditioning (karma) in a faithful and predictable manner. The Hebrew word for “faithful” is AMN or amen, the confirmatory expression at the end of a prayer that seals it as fate. Amen is closely related to the Sanskrit “AUM or OM”, used as a focus point for meditation, which is the original form of prayer that masterfully employs the imagination of the individual. Amen and Om confirm the prayer as an imagined creation that’s a request for a personal creation. We “ask for” whatever we imagine. Most people use their imagination not for its creative potential, but rather by running memories of various sorts through their mind over and over, which is “asking” for more of the same type of experiences that formed the memory.

 
In this idea, we connect to spirit through various forms of concentration where we become one with the ideas that we are imagining. Our perception and interpretations based on memories become the motives for all our actions. Karma is the memories that make up our mental paradigm and become the basis out of which we continue to create through projections as our thoughts formed into imaginary scenarios that express through the memory as a pattern for creating more experiences of the same nature. Our “requests” for our life come as the application of memorized ideas in new applications that form new variations.

We only form memories that are recollected out of the events of our life that had significant emotional impact. The emotion we experience as we form the memory determines how we interpret it to give it meaning. Our interpretation turns events into stories that convey the meaning things have for us. A memory becomes a whole reality as an emotional idea that becomes a form of template for creating instant realities as personal interpretations. The emotion is the “shaping factor” that creates the experience we have, and is what drives our behavior as the enactment of a memory. Emotions are compelling forces and tend to control our thinking as the reliving of memories. In this way, we continue to think and imagine out of memories of the past, recreating them in the present, and continuing to form behaviors out of them. Our emotional memories become the basis of our perception of life, and keep us living out of a primarily unconscious state by repeating basic life-patterns as emotional dramas.

 
Because the memories of our unconscious mind form our basic perceptions, our prayers are born out of these same perceptions as either an extension of them, or a solution to them. We’re usually either imagining more of the same type of ideas, or asking for what counteracts it, or what we imagine it will take to transform it. We do this, usually without ever realizing that it’s our own perception, interpretation, and behaviors that are acting to create it in our life. Prayer, as a request for a reality, works off the same principle as memory itself, and is formed by an accumulative process that creates an emphasis as an imbalance creating a new dominating factor.

 
We “rebalance” the scales by changing our “constant thoughts” to be of the same nature as our requested experience. We intentionally create thoughts by imagining being “in the experience” having it as a reality, where we think of it “as if” it’s a memory that has actually happened and is simply being “remembered”. This not only changes our perspective and perceptual lens, but creates a form of substitute memory that the subconscious perceives as a real memory, and creates it as an outer experience by connecting us to the elements necessary to act it out in our immediate environment. Our subconscious not only connects us to the greater mind of our environment, but also connects us to our higher mind. The subconscious mind is the “medium” that exists between the higher plane and the lower plane, and is the passive and receptive aspect that “receives” requests or instructions for creating realities within the material plane of which it’s an inherent part of. It communicates by transmitting and receiving information, not as dialogue, but as living realities or whole ideas that form a memory. The universal language shared between the upper and the lower is “holistic ideas” as the seeded basis for creating whole realities as actualized ideas.

To communicate with both the subconscious and higher conscious you must create an inner reality out of what you “do want” by imagining it with full sensory enhancement and strong emotional content that makes it compelling (magnetic). You must create it as if you’re in the process of experiencing it. Whatever we feel intensely, think about and imagine with strong emotions and sensations, we caste a pattern as a living concept into the Astral Light, which becomes magnetic. The Astral Light which is the same substance we form images out of in our imagination, is an electromagnetic medium. Images caste in it both transmit (project) and are magnetized, drawing the elements of the same nature and patterning to it.

 
The Astral Light is the field of illumination that surrounds the Earth as its atmosphere, that’s also what we call mass consciousness as the instinctual field or the morphogenic field, which is propagated with information for creation as memories, both of a neutral and objective form as living archetypes (subconscious programming for all of life) and as thought-forms created in the imagination of humans as the illusions of personal creations. Whatever emotional thoughts we dwell in, we emanate and draw to us, and become the energetic formulas for our self-created experiences. We become a beacon for them in the unified field of mass consciousness in which we are submerged. These thoughts are at once created out of our subconscious content, formulated into new variations as possible applications, then used to create more of the same type of experiences that amplify and reinforce our original subconscious programming. This is the true basis of Karma when it hinders or reverses our evolution by stunting and prohibiting our growth and ability to return to a creative state by creating brand new experiences of ourselves and our world. Accumulated memory, changed only through variations forms the foundation for continuous expression as self-creation.

So while many think that prayer is what happens in that one moment that we set aside to ask for what will contradict what we spend the rest of our time thinking about, it’s actually being conducted all the time by how we think and use our imagination to form our thoughts into internal realities. It’s through our imagination that we communicate to the higher realm in the universal language of internal imagery. Whatever we think about, picture in our mind, and run through our mind as a scenario or movie that tells a story, we are in fact “asking for” by infusing it with an electromagnetic field, and casting it symbolically as an Astral shape within the Astral Light of the Earth’s mind, which becomes a pattern that makes us a magnet for drawing more of those same type of experiences to us. Whatever emotions we live out of that also shape our thoughts as the realities that that serve to express the emotion, also produce our behavior as our deeds and become the “causal force” driving the events of our life. All our actions produce an effect by transferring the emotion that motivated it. Our behaviors stimulate in others the same emotion that’s causing our behavior. The transference of emotions form the basis for all our relationships which are formed out of the shared emotional state that forms the nature of the interaction and the joint-reality that it acts to naturally create.

 
Our imagination is the medium that connects all aspects through a unified idea that works equally on multiple dimensions inherent within the same fundamental reality. It’s how the “inner” becomes the basis for the “outer”. It’s the key to working with all levels of the mind through the electromagnetic properties they all have in common. Its how we send a request as actual programming for our subconscious mind that reconstitutes it with new memory as creative patterns. It’s also how we “receive” information as ideas from the higher realm of spirit where knowledge exists as archetypes which are a form of universal memory as principles that give us the power to self-create by embodying and becoming one with them, and expressing in new ways as a result, reconfiguring the redundant patterns that seem to plague our life, revitalizing it with a new way of being.

 
To pray is to think and imagine while in a relaxed and receptive state. It’s to concentrate on an idea, become one with that idea by giving it your full attention without distraction, forming a single-minded perception of it as an inner reality from the perspective of being “in it”, having it, becoming the expression of it, that sets the vibration as a pattern caste in the Astral Light that’s transmitted both inwardly and outwardly as well as up and down (even armed cross), as a created memory that seeds an actual reality as its offspring. It caste’s a virtual memory as the seed for producing an equivalent reality as a personal experience.

 
Meditation is the most basic and effective means of prayer. As we meditate, we close out all outer distractions, placing our undivided attention firmly within, relax our outer mind and body, connecting to our subconscious by quieting and stilling our conscious mind, then concentrate on an idea, allowing it to rise fully within us in living form and begin unfolding as a stream of consciousness that becomes the reality of the idea as a direct experience of it. This same process can be used to both send an idea and receive an idea. It creates a two-way flow. Many times, just by concentrating not on the idea itself as a specific form, but on the laws or archetype that the form represents as a symbolic image, it opens up a two-way communication between the spiritual and material realm, where we co-create an idea by first initiating it, then by allowing it to take on a life of its own and begin forming in whatever way its naturally compelled to through a form of growth process that develops it into a progression of evolving forms as a kind of unfolding process or state of “becoming”.

Once it takes on a life of its own and begins forming of its own volition, it begins revealing hidden aspects of itself to us as the “receiving” of knowledge that’s acquired by witnessing and watching it. In this way we acknowledge what’s in us as our true nature that forms the nature of our inquiry as a desire to know more about something as a form of curiosity that directs our attention into it, penetrates and activates it, perpetuating the process which becomes a form of self-discovery. We begin by forming an idea as a symbolic image that connects us to that same idea as a principle in the higher realm of knowledge that exists in its potential state, creating an open channel of free-flowing consciousness that gives us knowledge by forming it “inside” of us as the “receptacle” for it. Through deep states of concentration, we become the receptor for higher knowledge through the faculty of our own imagination as our mind’s eye, or what’s traditionally referred to as our third-eye or Pineal gland, which is our tuning and receiving device as a transmission between parallel dimensions through the transmission and formation of Astral Light as symbolic forms.

 
We can learn to recognize the difference between fantasy and actual spiritual transmission, because fantasy is self-produced, and is a product of our own mind as a form of wishful thinking that has no foundation in reality in terms of natural laws, and is constructed completely out of our current level of knowledge as memory of some form. Higher knowledge comes as a form of education where we see and learn things we didn’t know before that couldn’t emerge out of our minds paradigm, and is usually the expression of universal law as archetypes. The education isn’t in the feeling or imagining itself, but in the laws governing its formation and animating its behavior. It teaches us the nature of law itself as a chain-of-association or evolving imagery all governed by and an offspring of the same principle, that teaches us how to recognize law no matter what form it takes on through the quality and characteristics of its form and the operation it performs through its behavior or the personality being expressed by “how” it’s behaving.

 
These universal laws are the same laws that not only form and govern the entire Natural world, but also form and govern our individual mind, and provide us with the tools necessary for creating by intentionally operating our mind with a sense of full awareness. They provide us with formulas for creative processes. They always come as the demonstration of law as form, function, and order, which acts as a model or concept that allows us to gain an understanding of it, that’s necessary for being able to utilize it at the practical level. Communication from the higher realm of consciousness is non-personal (universal and objective), and always acts to teach, instruct, and guide us with the knowledge necessary to create whatever it is we’re wishing for in our own life by learning to work by way the laws that govern our mind. Our mind has the ability to work through the elements that make up the Astral plane to shape our reality by reprogramming our subconscious mind with new memory that evolves it into new forms of expression and ways of being.

The only ability God or our Higher-Self has of working directly within the material plane is by working “through us”, by becoming one with us in mind and body. By receiving and accurately interpreting the knowledge handed down, reforming our mind by way of it producing new perceptions, interpretation and actions in the world. We pull down or draw into us the upper plane by becoming one and the same with it in mind and body. To become one with God, is to become God in-form. It’s to be in-formed by God. It’s to become “god-like” in mind and actions. To use laws as the consciousness of God to form our expressions and create our experiences, which remolds our subconscious mind as our soul.

 
Our creative ability lies in how we use our imagination by shaping Astral Light into conceptualizations that become internal representations as virtual memory that provides the subconscious with templates for creating new types of experiences as outer realities that match our inner realities. We enter into a state of communion with our higher source through deep levels of concentration, where we become one with an idea, and step into it, penetrating it through a desire to “know it” through the perspective of being it. We become the channel through which knowledge flows into the world as laws that create realities that form new memories that serve to propagate the ideas inherent in mass-consciousness, or more accurately in the “collective unconscious”. Through prayer as meditation, the self-conscious (thinking-verbal mind) connects to the higher conscious (archetypal-whole ideas) through the subconscious which acts as the passive medium between the two. By subduing the conscious “thinking” and willing mind as internal dialogue, and becoming fully present, we open up a two-way flow as the inquiry that stimulates the answer as a demonstration formed as an internal reality, which acts as a metaphor or allegory for how to apply it.

 
By learning to understand the language of metaphor and allegory as ideas and stories that are the living demonstration of laws and principles, we can learn to recognize it as its being played out all around us in our everyday life. We can also get a feel for how to apply it in our own life, in order to create by way of it. It teaches us to recognize the invisible forces that are always motivating activity and producing our behaviors. It develops our intuition, which is the only way we receive knowledge from the spiritual plane as “whole ideas” which come as a form of knowing, without an explanations for how we know. It comes as recognition of the relationship that exists between the known and unknown worlds. Between the invisible and visible realms. Between God and humanity.

Our Vibratory Frequency is our Soul’s Essence

The term vibratory frequency is used a lot to describe ideas around ascension or spiritual awakening, without really explaining what it means or how to actually alter your vibratory frequency as an intentional act or form of self-development. In order to be able to work with anything in a conscious and deliberate manner we have to have a fundamental understanding of it in practical terms. Through an inherent understanding we can either employ methods or create methods of our own for working on ourselves to facilitate our own growth, and alter our level of consciousness which “is” our vibratory frequency.

 
In order to understand vibration, we have to look at the nature of energy itself, not as a form of electricity, although electricity is a form of energy, but in terms of the “subtle” energy that permeates all of life and the universe as a whole, which is a very dynamic form of consciousness, often referred to as “life-force” that forms a synchronistic step-down process that in-forms and animates matter through specific characteristics as a “quality” of consciousness. Consciousness itself exists as a dynamic configuration of various attributes and qualities that form characteristics. Vibration as a quality of consciousness forms patterns as a form of accumulated memory, that “in-forms” matter with corresponding qualities and behaviors.

Vibration as a state-of-mind emanates corresponding realities through a form of projection and mental filters, as a natural expression of that vibratory frequency as a dynamic matrix of various forms of memory all created out of the same quality as a “theme”. The vibratory frequency as the core or essential nature emanates and projects onto the environment and others forming our perception of them through the filter of our mind, which reforms them into the same image (basic pattern) and likeness (dynamic qualities and behaviors) as itself (resonance alters vibration and restructures it forming coherence). In other words, we reshape others to be like us by how we interpret them through the story we tell about them. The “story” we tell is the offspring of a larger pattern as an “over-all theme” which “is” our vibratory frequency in the most practical sense. Vibration as a quality of consciousness forms our character which is ideal for telling certain types of stories, which are dynamic patterns that are altered forming endless variations based on how we adapt it to a variety of situations and circumstances. While the elements being used to tell the story may change, the story itself holds true to a consistent theme. Vibrations as states have whole realities inherent in them. These vibratory frequencies as living patterns are often referred to as “spheres of consciousness”, which symbolize the Monad.

 
Vibrationally speaking, we can only enter into other spheres of consciousness that are of the same vibratory frequency, and naturally lend themselves to forming the same thematic structures. We can only perceive ourselves (what’s of the same nature) in others. Resonance which awakens and vibrates the same frequency through energetic sympathy in others, enters into them and affects them by stimulating the same qualities and bringing them out through the nature of the interaction itself, which develops both people into a new pattern (interference pattern) based on the qualities they share in common.

Vibration produces certain types of experience as it’s expressive component, that then become memory as a form of programming that builds itself out of more of the same vibration, amplifying and increasing it. Change the nature of the experience that forms a new kind of memory, which exists at both the mind and cellular level, and you form a new structure accordingly. We can only work directly with our vibratory frequency through our state of mind as a basic mood. All experience emerges as a direct correspondence to our mood. Our state determines what type of thoughts we think, what realities we form in our imagination, and the emotions we experience in reaction to our own thoughts. By cultivating and working intentionally to create the proper state of mind out of which we experience life through the stories we tell ourselves about it, we work directly to alter our vibratory frequency. By holding a certain state or mood consistently and creating our experiences out of that state, that we then identify with and become new memories which begin building up through an accumulative affect, we can literally alter, and hopefully raise our vibration through use of our will as intention action.

 
Because we are held within a certain vibratory range, most change comes in a gradual way as a form of progression. When we begin forming an awareness of what our state of mind is in the general sense, we can also begin realizing why our life is the way it is, and we can decide on what type of changes we want to make, and what mind-set that reality would naturally flow out of. Our state of mind is basically created three ways, each of which acts to unify the other two. Our state is created by what we focus on, what we tell ourselves about what we’re focused on that gives it meaning, and what we’re doing with our bodies as our physiology. These three aspects are always in-sync with each other. Change any one of these, and you change the other two automatically, to form a unified state.

 
If you feel as if you can’t control your thoughts and what you give your attention to, then you can work by way of changing the story you’re telling yourself about it, or by changing your physiology. Change what you’re doing with your body. Notice that the body is always a direct and proportional reflection of the mind. Positive states have behaviors inherent in them. Employ those behaviors, and you alter your state accordingly. By becoming active, energetic, expressive with your hands and body gestures, or how you hold yourself in general, your posturing, you feel different, sense yourself in a different way, and alter your state of mind to match it.

So the most direct way to alter your vibratory frequency is by learning how to manage your own mind in terms of what you are focused on, channeling attention into, how your thinking about it in terms of what you’re telling yourself about it that makes it mean something, and how that’s reflected in your body language. While we may think that we have no control over these in the direct sense, because they are largely unconscious and automatic in nature, the fact of the matter is, we do have control. We just have to realize we do, and begin practicing “choosing” and intentionally creating our mood by how we’re using our own mind.

 
By becoming aware of our different moods, and what strategy we’re employing as a means of producing those moods, we can develop a strategy for intentionally producing whatever state of mind we want to based on what type of experiences we want to create. Then, by taking control of what we focus on, how we look at what we’re focused on, and what we’re doing with our body, we can intentionally control our own state of mind, and in doing so, work consciously with our vibratory frequency and the type of realities as our personal experiences that we live out of and act to create as a result. By recognizing our own tendencies and what type of story we’re always in the process of telling ourselves, and living out by how we act and how we influence other people to embody the same mood, we can begin working consciously in our own lives to learn how to tell a new story. One that we want to tell and one that we want to use to intentionally change our memories to produce a new way of being in our own lives. In doing this, we alter our vibration and evolve our soul into new forms of expression breaking old karmic patterns.

The Power of the Imagination – “Becoming the Author and Main-Star of our own Life”

The imagination is greatly misunderstood by many people, even though we all have one, in terms of its true power. While the imagination can be used in a very creative way to produce and develop new ideas and works of art, it is also used in the more mundane sense to create fantasies as delusions by making up stories about things, or by replaying memories over and over as new variations that keep us always creating out of the past. Either way we use it, it provides a form of mental construct as the preliminary blueprint or thematic template for turning an idea into a physical reality.

 
Many confuse imagining with visualization, and as a result, draw the conclusion that they can’t visualize. Yet everyone can visualize and are doing it all the time through a form of recollection (memory as a mental imprint), or simply conceptualizing an idea as a way grasping it, or playing out possibilities as a form of anticipation. The imagination, while it works largely out of visualization, also works via all the senses, and comes just as readily as hearing something, feeling a certain way, sensing touch, smell, and so on. To imagine something is to create a sensory experience of it. Because senses are interconnected, and one automatically stimulates the others through a chain-of-association, no matter what triggers the imaginative process, a full reality as an inner experience of some sort is what results.

 
Memory or ideas thought about and imagined, come as a form of “invisible-translucent image” that’s similar to a reflection on glass, or the reflection on a dark surface (mirroring quality). We can replay memories in our mind while starring off into the space around us shifting our attention from the actual reality which fades into the background while giving our attention to the imaginary reality taking its place. We then play one reality over the top of the other one. While imaginary realities don’t have near the prominence of the actual outer physical reality, we still feel, see, hear, and recall what we were thinking about in full detail, and they produce a pronounced “internal affect” that colors our outer experiences to be of the same “feeling state”. This quality as more of an invisible, translucent image, that’s superimposed over the outer reality, becomes our “perceptual lens” that we “look through” and use to interpret our outer reality to be of the same nature or thematic idea. Through this translucent imagery as a lens, we restructure our outer reality, by abstracting, illuminating and activating only what matches it and can be used to form the same patterning as a feeling state, while not even noticing the elements that don’t lend themselves to expressing and creating more of the same feeling-states. Our attention operates as a form of “activating system” that pulls out what’s of the same idea while causing whatever isn’t to return to a latent, inactive state, and fade into the background. Through this means, we “filter” our outer, objective reality to match our internal imagined reality.

Whatever we think about and imagine, which simultaneously forms an intention and expectation, becomes the lens as an ordering –organizing mechanism that literally determines what we “see” by how our mind restructures it by forming a personal interpretation of it. Because of this natural ability of the mind, we literally create our own interpretation of reality, and everybody sees something different in the same situation based on this filtering mechanism produced by the imagination as the internal reality that becomes the template for rearranging the outer reality as a reconfiguration, while noticing only the things that can be readily incorporated in the story the internal reality tells, while completely ignoring or simply failing to notice anything that doesn’t naturally lend itself or acts to contradict our story.

 
The imagination is the faculty of the mind that structures a dynamic matrix out of accumulated memory, forming a mental paradigm through the creation and synthesis of the memories it’s comprised of, that transforms the outer to match the inner. The structure of the mind, as its vibratory frequency (corresponding series of interwoven patterns) literally reshapes the outer, objective and neutral reality, to be the same through how it’s interpreted to tell the same story that the paradigm is designed (structured) to tell. We first create our experiences out of our paradigm based on synthesizing accumulated memory, forming them into a new memory of the same kind of story, keeping ourselves programmed to the same type of memory as a life theme.

 

Memory is created in the imagination out of an actual event that we reshape, personalizing it, by giving it meaning. The meaning we give it forms the story we tell about it, which simultaneously means the same thing about us, about others, and about the way the world is in general. It defines us, the nature of our relationships, and the perceived conditions we live in. This accumulated memory forms a theme that tells a certain type of story. This thematic story becomes our perceptual filter that only creates more of the same type of experiences over and over, by how we think, what we’re always in the process of telling ourselves, and what we see or don’t see in the world around us. We begin interpreting everything by way of this theme, and then we identify with our own stories which simultaneously shape our identity. After a while, if we’re not telling (living) the same type of story, we don’t know who we are, or how to tell a different story. And so we live out of the same story as a mental projection most, if not all of our life, without ever realizing it’s our “own creation”, formed and kept alive through our imagination. Replayed and imprinted in our mind-field (Astral) that surrounds our body, like a reflection on glass that we look through to form our perception.

 
This is the most basic meaning of karma. We live out of the same type of memories as a storyline that creates us according to the identity required to “live” that story as the author of it and main character in it, that forms our perceptual lens as our paradigm that determines what we see, how we feel, and what story we act naturally to tell. We continue creating out of the same basic type of memory, forming the same realities, relationships, and interactive dynamics because we don’t realize that we’re actually the one creating it, and also, the only one who has the power to change it.

 

We can form purely creative ideas in our imagination that replicate actual memory. Because memory is created and replayed in the imagination and used to create our experiences, by imagining ideas with full sensory enhancement and feeling, we can provide our own mind with new ideas and patterns that will transform and evolve our perceptual lens to be able to tell new kinds of stories. In doing this, we simultaneously evolve our identity to new and higher forms of experience. We can keep ourselves in a constant state of growth rather than settling into a mundane and methodical existence where we live out of the same mind-set for a lifetime, missing the opportunity to create ourselves anew in every moment by learning to operate our own mind and exercising our creative abilities in the most primal sense . . . . by self-creating through our ability to produce virtual memories!

Internal Dialogue – “Natural Form of Self-hypnosis”

Scorpio_KayagaMany people believe that self-hypnosis is a technique or process that has to be studied and learned in order to be proficiently practiced. Yet, in reality, we are always engaged in self-hypnosis as the most fundamental behavior of the mind that we naturally engage in without realizing it. All operations of the mind are not foreign ideas that have to be sought after and learned in order to be able to do, but rather simply becoming fully aware of how we use our mind in an ordinary and ongoing manner.

We are constantly engaged in a form of thinking as internal dialogue that’s always telling us stories about people and things, wondering about something, describing something, explaining things, and creating an internal reality out of feeling emotions. All of this is the most basic and natural way that we act to program ourselves by use of our own mind-body system. The foundation of hypnosis is a relaxed and therefore receptive state (no resistance or challenging (your own) ideas), while being given suggestions as dialogue that you simultaneously picture in your mind as a image or object, scenario, or living reality as the conceptualization of what you’re telling yourself. This is the most natural way the conscious (thinking – talking) mind gives directives as commands or imaginary prompts to the subconscious (feeling – experiential) mind, which turns them into realities that appear real and create an internal experience of the thoughts, which become a form of virtual substitute memory that acts like a template for creating outer experiences that match the internal ones.

The conscious mind programs the subconscious mind by giving it instructions for what type of idea to make into a reality. The reality is a self-creation that not only provides a memory-template for the subconscious mind (which operates through memory) to create instant realities of the same nature, but also acts to hone our vibratory frequency to that reality, while simultaneously revealing our vibratory frequency as an expression, while also “asking” for more of the same thing.

Our internal dialogue as our most basic form of self-expression is also the most primary form of prayer that ‘asks’ for a certain type of experience through the universal language of sensory enhanced imagery formed in our imagination by us. We shape our own reality by how we use our imagination to first create it as on ongoing thematic story-line internally, tuning our vibration to that state-of-mind, which then acts as a mental filter or lens for restructuring our external reality to be ideal for telling the same type of story. We only ‘see’ and use the elements necessary for creating a story by how we interpret other people’s behaviors, situations or events. We reform our external reality to match our internal by how we interpret it to give it meaning. The meaning becomes the basis for the story that shapes the experience we create out of it. In any situation or event, we only notice and abstract what can be congruently used to tell the same type of story we hold as a life theme. Whatever doesn’t match or naturally lend itself to the telling of our thematic story, we don’t notice or react to.

Our subconscious mind, which is equivalent to our body-consciousness, produces behavior to act out whatever story as a reality it has been programmed with, through memory of some form. Whatever we think about that has strong feelings and emotions attached to it, which is why we keep thinking about it, while running it through our mind repeatedly and imagining it as different scenarios being played out in a variety of ways, is programming ourselves to naturally create those type of experiences as a general theme that’s congruent with our life’s story.

We naturally engage in this process most of the time without direct awareness of what we’re actually doing. Naturally any experience that has a strong emotional impact anchors that memory in our body, making it compulsive. We tend to dwell in it, and think about it constantly throughout the day as normal random thinking and daydreaming. As we run thoughts through our mind repetitively we program ourselves to the frequency of those thoughts, not only seeing them readily and reacting to them in others and in our environment, but we also magnetize ourselves according to those thoughts (which are imprinted in our Astral (mind) field) and draw to ourselves people and situations ideal for creating more of those same type of experiences.

So the most basic form of self-mastery as self-realization and creation, is not only to master our own internal dialogue and what we focus on, think about and picture in our mind as a potential experience, but to use it intentionally and in a deliberate manner to program ourselves with positive ideas that strengthen virtuous qualities within our character that tell naturally express by telling beautiful, adventurous, and meaningful stories of your own choosing that enrich our sense of well-being and our ability to enjoy and relax into our own life. Whatever you tell yourself as an imaginary thought-process, you become. The trick to anchoring the thought is to imbue it with strong feelings and emotions that make it appealing and compelling. Feel the thought by shaping it with sensory definition (what are you seeing, hearing, feeling, telling yourself) creating it as a living experience in your mind’s eye, and begin programming yourself in a way that allows healing and a sense of empowerment within your own life. Take control of your life by consciously using your mind to self-create and become self-determined as a result.
