How we Create Ourselves through our Life Experiences

Once we gain a fundamental understanding of how consciousness as an energetic flow works, we can acquire the self-awareness necessary to create in a much more meaningful way. The principle represented in Sacred Geometry by the Monad is the toroidal energy system that operates within the material world as an electromagnetic field that functions through the principle of metabolism and assimilation. There’s no such thing as universal principles that only operate on some levels, or within a certain set of circumstances or species. This is a universal law, which means it’s a fundamental part and function of every single living system from the subatomic world to the cosmic world. Once we understand this “parental law” of invisible, intelligent forces, called spirit, soul, and mind, we have the “keys” necessary for consciously participating in our own creation from a semi-conscious and self-aware state.

The first perception we need to fully embrace and realize by conceptualizing it as a working model is the fact that we are energetic beings in the most basic sense. Our soul and mind is completely invisible and not material in nature, and is what organizes and designs the material world as the means of creating our “self” as a material being. The mind and soul is fundamentally the same thing, and perform different functions in creating a unified experience of “itself”, not just as a body and specific personality, but also the reality of the self that provides the basis for “experiencing” itself. The relationship between the mind and soul correspond to the relationship between the self-conscious and subconscious aspects of the mind, and the right and left hemispheres of the brain. They form different functions in creating and animating the same thing.

Polarity is also a universal (fundamental) principle that operates synergistically on all levels of both the created world and the world of unformed potential, and is necessary in order to “create”. This polar relationship as complementary opposites of the same thing is demonstrated on every level of both the created and potential realm. The upper planes of reality, commonly referred to as spiritual, heaven, and God, are “creators”, and the lower plane of the material reality is “the created”. When we step into our true identity as divine spiritual beings we move from perceiving ourselves as a product of others and our life circumstances to being the one that’s doing the creating and always in the process of creating our “self” by how we utilize the conscious energy system of our mind guided by the sovereignty of our higher soul.

Our mind (Monad) is represented as an “invisible center” that expands and radiates out quite some distance from the center to produce a “sphere” (circle). The mind is often referred to as a “sphere of consciousness” that’s the “essence” of our soul as our “character”. Our soul is comprised of essence as “memory” that we formed from all of our life experiences. The Soul is actually self-creating, self-perpetuating, and self-sustaining as a higher divine being. Our body and the life of our body is the result of our own creation that we design and inhabit as a way of creating experiences of ourselves that we use to acquire and “build-up” certain types of memory as the expression of certain character traits. Whatever qualities and characteristics we “choose to embody and become”, determines what we create through the perception it forms and the behaviors that naturally ensue from it.

Our character forms all of our activities and behaviors and determines what type of things we naturally resonate with and engage in as our “deeds”. As we maintain a certain “state of mind” as our normal and consistent way of being, we’re constantly acting to generate and produce the corresponding reality of our state through our perception and how we think about things, while unconsciously employing the behaviors that “cause it”. Our state-of-mind as our mood “is” our vibratory frequency and has a pattern inherent in it along with a life-force energy that acts as an ordering mechanism, making it “causal” in nature. As we act to cause a certain type of event or activity to take place based on how we interact with everything around us energetically, producing a corresponding (like) effect of the same kind, and we then “absorb” the effect we created as our experience and shape it into a memory of our “self” and the “way life is”.

As we absorb and integrate our experience as an effect that we caused, it then becomes “causal” and produces our “internal model” as an equivalent effect. What we perceive as “complementary opposites” is actually formed out of extreme aspects of the same thing which, at some point, transform into each other. The electrical force that projects outward while still maintaining the magnetic aspect in a latent state, then undergoes a shift in state, and turns in a cyclical movement and becomes magnetic, returning to the center that it initially rose out of. All energy, which is the same thing as consciousness, appears to be dual or polar in nature, when it’s actually a single power that moves between two poles or boundaries as a “range of vibration” that forms a frequency. An easy way to understand this is to look at the extremes of “hot and cold”, which are really different degrees as temperatures of the same thing. By changing the temperature of a substance it both expands and dissipates becoming more subtle or it contracts and concentrates becoming dense and solid. Though we perceive electromagnetism as two different forces that produce different effects, it’s actually the “same force” in different states that perform different functions in organizing and constructing of the same thing. 

In order to truly grasp this concept we have to step fully into our identity and role as the “creator” of our life, rather than seeing ourselves as being created “by life”. We can’t get caught up in the content of what’s taking place and why, and instead step back and observe the actual process that’s taking place as an energetic expression and flow of consciousness. We’re not the content itself that makes up our reality, but the soul that’s “producing a reality” out of the content. We are the “causal force” in our own life creating experiences of our self as the means of knowing our self. We can only gain knowledge through experience. Anytime we use universal principles to form imaginary concepts, we gain a practical understanding of what’s actually operating just below the surface of outer appearances. The outer world of appearances is what’s commonly referred to as an “illusion” because it’s different for everyone perceiving them. We have a prevalent tendency to get caught up in the illusion of things and completely miss what’s really going on and what it is we’re doing from the subliminal energetic level of our mind.

This is the same thing we have a tendency to do when we meditate and we get caught up in the habitual thoughts themselves instead of recognizing the mind that’s giving rise to the thoughts and turning them into an imaginary reality. We usually get caught up in the nature of the interaction as a means of justifying our own actions in reaction to another, instead of realizing the actual process taking place. Anyone who has a tendency to be “reactive” is locked into the illusion of identifying with their lower nature as “being created” by others, instead of seeing themselves as the one who is creating themselves “through” the events of their life. However we position ourselves in our own life forms the basis for all of our decisions, whether they’re made unconsciously in an automated fashion or with full awareness in a deliberate and intentional manner.

Visualizing the Law of the Monad

The Monad is represented by a dot (invisible center) within a circle, in the same way it would be drawn using a compass. This geometric structure represents the idea that the outer circle is produced as the expansion and emanation of the center. The center is what we can think of as the “self” as the soul and personality housed within the body as the “mind” that produces its own reality as an expression that creates an experience of itself as a whole outer reality. The “sphere” represents reality as a dimension created by the soul through the matrix of the mind. What’s commonly referred to as “the fall” of man from a higher plane to the lower plane of formation, comes by moving into the plane of “knowledge”. We can only “know” anything (including ourselves) through “experience”. All knowledge is only acquired (integrated into our existing paradigm to update it) through direct experience that brings deeper realizations. We are all creative beings acquiring knowledge of ourselves through our ability to create our own experiences of our self.

Picture yourself as your mind which is a field of subtle energy that’s not only anchored to your body as it’s center or core, but also exists quite some distance away from you out into your environment. This is what’s called a “torus”, which is a living sphere of organized memory that’s subtle and electromagnetic in nature. It moves and circulates as a self-sustaining system that vibrates at a certain frequency. It’s electrical (masculine) properties expand and project outward quite some distance away from your body and then folds back on itself, contracting in a cyclical movement, and is drawn back into your body where it circulates around the axis of the subtle body and spinal column, as an “alternating current”, before being projected and transmitted outward again. The mind, which is represented by the element of “air” as the atmosphere, breathes and circulates energy as a means of feeding, sustaining, and transforming itself.

As the “electrical energy” of our vibration moves out and away from us and into our immediate environment, it acts to stimulate and awaken and bring out in an active state whatever is of the same nature (frequency) as we are. As it activates corresponding energy as qualities and traits by causing them to vibrate (resonate), they actively express to create a joint experience of the reality produced by the shared qualities. We then draw the energy back in and absorb it as our experience and integrate it into our center (paradigm) as “memory of our self”. As we create the reality of our consciousness by vibrating it, we gain a “sense of ourselves” through it, and identify with our own experiences, creating our self by way of them. Whatever energy we cultivate and put out as the means of creating our experiences, we draw back in and become in “essence”. This is represented by the golden rule which states “do unto others what you would have them do unto you”, because whatever it is you’re “doing” you’re actually doing to yourself. There’s really only one of us doing the actual creating.

Creating with Conscious Awareness

The Monad is considered the “parent principle” out of which all others systematically arise as a form of growth and development. Our state of mind is comprised of the qualities that make up our character and form our energetic frequency. The Law of Vibration, like the mind and soul which gives rise to it, is also 3-fold in nature as working principles that perform different functions in producing and maintaining the same thing. These principles are resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. We activate qualities in everything else by resonating with them, and “entering into them” becoming one with them energetically as the same quality, and begin vibrating in harmony with them by forming a joint reality as a co-creation formed out of the same character as shared qualities.

By subliminally entering into the energy field of another and influencing their vibration to match ours, we form a shared experience by cooperatively expressing the same qualities, and we form a new variation (specialized pattern) as a unique expression of the same kind. We then simultaneously draw the experience created back into our mind where it’s integrated and assimilated to update and modify our current memory, diversifying and expanding our range of expression to include it. We “build ourselves” through our own creations and what type of qualities we build into strengths (habits) as accumulated memory. Whatever qualities we embody as our mood is the ones we’re selecting and using to create ourselves with. We create ourselves through others and our various life circumstances and situations. Whatever state as an attitude and set of correlated behaviors we employ on a consistent basis, we develop as a natural part of our character, and it becomes an energetic part of our soul’s constitution. Our soul as our character is eternal in nature and is what transcends the personality of the body at death while forming the basis of our next life as a continuation within a new personality, set of relationships, and life conditions.

Once we understand this principle in practical terms we’re given the means for developing our “self” in a very deliberate way. Whatever qualities we strengthen and utilize in creating our life shapes our character as memories of our self-soul. Our character is determines how we think, feel, perceive, emote, and behave, and what type of life experiences we create as a result. Our life is created as the emanation of our character. While we’re all initially shaped by our conditioning to be a certain way (re-establish the preexisting condition as karma), we can take over our own creation as adults by deciding who we want to be and acquiring the skills for developing our own character by working with our own mental and emotional state. By cultivating the proper state of mind in a consistent fashion, we determine what qualities and traits we bring out in others and use as the means for creating our reality. This is why embodying certain qualities and ways of being are the central focus of all spiritual development and self-mastery. Our spiritual path as our life’s journey is how we shape ourselves consciously by stepping into our true identity as a divine being of a higher moral intelligence.

The Spiritual Path of Reverence

By embodying a feeling of reverence as our normal mental state (vibration), we “look through the eyes of reverence”, and connect with, and see in everything else only what “warrants” reverence. We have to embody and become one with whatever quality as a state of mind we want to use as the means of creating ourselves with through our perception of that same quality in everything else. Whatever we perceive in another we act to bring out in them. When we cultivate an attitude of only looking for and seeing what fills us with feelings of adoration, admiration, respect, and honor, we act as a catalyst for bringing those qualities out in everyone else while developing them in ourselves through the interaction that takes place.

As we create a reality as the expression of those qualities, we experience ourselves through those same qualities, while increasing and amplifying them, and we draw the experience back into our self where it’s integrated to alter our vibration as a memory of our self. By actively choosing which qualities and character traits to embody and use as the means of expressing through, we produce, multiply, accumulate, and buildup memories of that kind. We only transform ourselves through a process of accumulating memories that counteract and counterbalance other ones. Accumulated memories not only transform us internally, but also change how we act and live, and the type of story we tell with our life by how we conduct ourselves and the nature of our relationships.

All patterns are comprised of attributes and qualities that form characteristics which determine the form something takes on and how it functions and behaves as a result. By intentionally embodying the qualities we want to use in order to shape our character, we become the vessel for those qualities to express and create in the world. If we consistently maintain a feeling of inadequacy and inferiority, then we unknowingly display the feeling and behaviors that bring out those same feelings in everyone else, and we give our life-force to propagating more and more of the same feelings and eventually strengthen them into our life theme. If we’re judgmental and criticizing, then we act as a protagonist for bringing out in everyone else whatever there is to criticize, and we not only strengthen those traits in them, but in ourselves as well. “Cause” always produces an “effect” of an equal or greater nature. Cause is our energy flowing out into the world and onto others to produce an effect in them of the same kind, and we draw the effect as an experience back into us where we internalize and process it by harmoniously integrating it to form our “soul’s essence”.

We all have the ability to determine and regulate our own state of mind and develop our character in a deliberate and precise manner. All we have to do is decide to stay awake and aware in the present moment while recognizing what our mood and attitude is like, then deciding what we want it to be as the means of creating our life experiences in that moment. Once we consciously choose and intentionally embody the quality we desire to have more of, we act to regulate our own vibratory frequency.

As we maintain an awareness of our mood throughout the day, we can make whatever adjustments we need to whenever we realize we’ve lost our focus, become reactive or caught up in habitual thoughts, get distracted with meaningless things, and we can become the captain of our own ship. We can cultivate skill in becoming self-directed and self-determined. As we walk through life with a certain attitude and frame of mind we can notice how we affect people and influence situations, and how it is that we can act to shift their mood to match ours, and what type of interaction we produce as a result. We can become the leader in any situation we’re a part of, instead of being led through the mood of others and what seems like the random events of our life.   

As we produce an experience, we can become aware of how it makes us feel about ourselves, and how our life changes as a result. Embodying new qualities and ways of being may feel awkward at first, like anything that we’re not used to does, but the more we practice being that way the easier it gets and the more natural it becomes. If we practice regulating our state of mind consistently for a three to six week period, it becomes natural and we begin doing it in an automatic fashion. Once a quality and character trait becomes a natural part of our being, we no longer have to try or apply effort and discipline in order to maintain it. Once we’ve successfully integrated one quality to shape our character in an intentional manner, we can choose another one and continue to develop ourselves in whatever way we desire and become the type of person we admire and hold in high esteem.

The Art of Introspection – Self-Knowledge, Awareness, and Tools for Transformation

The cornerstone of all spiritual growth and psychological healing comes through the motto “know thyself” as attaining deeper forms of self-awareness that brings realization and insights into your true nature and why your life is the way it is. The whole basis of healing in the psychological sense comes naturally when we bring what’s working to create in our lives at an unconscious level into the light of awareness and we “own it” instead of denying or attempting to somehow justify or glorify it. To be empowered in your own life only comes through gaining knowledge of yourself in terms of both your conscious and unconscious tendencies and the success or failing that result from them. The only thing we truly have the power to change in our life is ourselves. All transformation comes only by way of self-awareness that brings deeper realizations around how it is that we have created ourselves and our life to be the way it is.

Many of us spend our whole life focused primarily on other people and what it is we imagine they’re “doing to us”, instead of forming awareness around ourselves, our own characteristics, and what part it is we play in co-creating our own life experiences. Like all ideas this one exists as a form of paradox born and maintained out of a sense of separation and detachment from our own power to create in our life. We can spend the better part of our life trying to figure out how to “change others” or by forming the perception that others are the ones responsible for why we’re the way we are and why our life has formed the way it has without realizing that both our “self” and our “life” are virtually the same thing, and in order to change one we have to work by way of the other.

This idea is compounded further by the idea of what it means to be “selfish” as opposed to “selfless”, and that our “faults” and “weaknesses” are something that’s usually pointed out by others, or is only known through the opinion of others. In our modern day society we’ve made the idea of “self-perfection” out to be a dirty word because we base it on a form of judgment that’s imposed on us by others as their perception of us, rather than on our own ability to observe and closely examine our own tendencies in any situation. One of the key practices in life comes through our ability to determine our own faults and destructive tendencies and then take the measures necessary to correct ourselves.

The idea of “self-perfection” comes by whatever we deem to be the best version of ourselves and then commit to achieving by transforming our weaknesses into strengths. It comes by consciously acting to develop ourselves to be the best we can be. We take responsibility for ourselves instead of blaming our self-destructive tendencies on others. We form an “ideal” for our own development then undergo the process of self-transformation from a semi-unconscious state of being to a primarily conscious and aware state of being. Perfection comes through consistent growth and by developing ourselves in an intentional way in order to create the type of experiences we want to have. It’s only by fully recognizing our own faults that we have the foundation necessary for using our higher powers of choice, will, and realization in order to transform them into our best traits.

All of what we call “higher knowledge” comes as comprehension of Universal Laws to the extent of being able to apply them at the practical level in order to heal and step into our power as our own creator. All Universal Laws (of mind and spirit) form a direct correspondence and work harmoniously to create within the material world through Natural Laws. When we work by way of law, we create in what seems like an effortless manner as a synchronized flow of correlated events, and when we fail to understand and work by way of law, we counteract ourselves and create a constant feeling of hardship and self-sabotage. The material world only serves as a “stage” for us to create ourselves by how we enter into relationship with it. It’s a form of school where we can practice our ability to create until we can do it in an accurate and consistent way.

Introspection and Objective Self-Observation

The most primary law there is, the one that everything else is based on and rises naturally out of as a growth process, is what’s called the “all in One” Law, or in Sacred Geometry the Law of the Monad. This law basically demonstrates that all of reality is a unified whole, and that the “self” and the “reality of the self” are actually the same thing. One systematically produces the other, and vice versa. What we perceive as a separation between our self and another is actually a very fundamental illusion that deceives us in the most basic sense of the idea. It’s “who we are” in terms of “how we’re being” that determines how we “perceive” ourselves in relation to and comparison with others. Our outer perception of others and the world and our perception of our self are complementary opposites of each other and provide us with a mirror into the hidden aspects of our soul. Our outer reality only changes as a direct reflection of our inner self. As we change internally, our life changes to the exact same degree.

One of the most valuable and fundamental spiritual practices there are is the practice of self-observation and the objective examination of our own characteristics and the tendencies that result from them. We have to cultivate the ability to look inward in all situations in order to see what our own characteristics and behaviors are, and how it is that they serve to influence and actively create in the situation. We take an attitude of observing any situation in a way that allows us to see and form realizations around our own negative and destructive characteristics.

As we gain realization into our own unconscious behaviors and what they cause, it’s important to record them in a diary or notebook, because like all realizations that come through a form of meditation and introspection, they’re fleeting and you may not be able to remember them later. Awareness is the key to transformation, and the more defined our awareness is around something, the more immediate and powerful the transformation is. As you write down realizations about yourself in the moment when they’re happening, you record them so you can continue to reflect on them later. As you begin writing and defining them with detailed descriptions the deeper you go and the more pronounced your realizations become. As you define your character flaws and weaknesses in order to gain clarity around them, you simultaneously transform them through the realizations they bring.

This diary or personal notebook is your own to use and you should never, under any circumstances show or discuss it with anyone else. This is your own private tool for developing yourself. The only thing that goes in it is your own ideas for yourself. All self-development and healing is something we do to and for ourselves. These observations about your own character provide you with the knowledge you need in order to begin healing your own unproductive tendencies and develop your weaknesses into strengths. The foundation for self-mastery comes through self-control and your intrinsic ability to discipline yourself in order to implement new ways of being and create in new ways as a result.

The art of objective self-observation requires you to be frank and honest with yourself in realizing your poor character traits, moral weaknesses, shortcomings, habits, failings, passions, and compulsive urges. You’re not engaging in “criticizing” yourself because of them, but simply opening your mind to honest self-evaluation and recognizing your part in creating the events of your own life. You have to resist the urge to justify your right to be that way, or to try and glorify your failings and shortcomings somehow by the story you tell yourself about them. You remove your focus completely from what other people are saying or doing that’s causing you to be the way you are, and place all of your attention on what’s happening inside of you, what characteristics are brought out in you, and how you behave as a result. You refrain from the natural tendency to build an illusion around whatever it is you don’t want to see about yourself, and witness your life without attachments of any kind.

Practice

To start this process, relax in a private environment and reflect back on yourself in different situations that didn’t go very well or that caused you pain and suffering somehow, and simply contemplate them. Replay what happened while focusing inward on how it made you feel and how you became as a result. How were you influenced by another person’s behavior towards you? Ask yourself what your part was in creating it? What role did you play in producing whatever resulted? What did the situation act to bring out in you that caused you to react the way you did? Analyze the experience by replaying how it happened in a step-by-step way while only focusing on “you” and what part you played in co-creating the outcome. Make detailed notes on all of your own errors, inappropriate behavior, and shortcomings, while continuously resisting the need to explain and justify your right to be that way by making it the other person’s fault. Make notes of even the smallest and most insignificant details in order to see yourself clearly.

As you make notes, meditate deeply on them as a means of penetrating deeply into your own soul. Realization is the most primary way we have of “transforming” things. All healing in the psychological sense comes through self-awareness that brings self-realization as to your own character. Constant self-observation and evaluation is the most important part of self-development. This is the most important step in preparing for initiation, achieving inner balance, and engaging willfully in the process of ascension. As we realize and resolve our own character flaws and destructive tendencies, we make a constant ascent towards a higher level of consciousness, and master our ability to create.

You can review any past event that had a strong impact on you or served as a turning point in your life, as well as how relationships were established and evolved through the course of time. You can also form a daily practice where at the end of every day, you sit quietly and reflect back on the main events of the day, and review how things transpired and turned out, and what your part was in co-creating them. You can examine your own attitude and behavior to see what was productive and went the way you wanted it to, and what didn’t. As you examine your own behavior, you can realize where your flaws were and actively choose what you would have liked to have done instead.

As you realize what you could have done differently to produce a more desirable outcome, you can replay the event in your mind while employing different qualities and behaviors. You can change the event in your mind by changing your own part in it. As you “correct yourself” and replay the same situation in a different way while behaving differently, you act to give yourself a “new pattern” to use in all future situations of a similar nature. This way, whenever the same type of situation occurs in the future, you have a well thought out idea on how to respond in a much more purposeful manner. Once you get good at this, you can practice it throughout the day when you have time to relax and reflect, and learn how to identify all your flaws and what it is that causes you to do them.

Identifying Severity of Destructive Tendencies

Another thing you can do is evaluate the extent of the problems these character flaws cause in your life. Some attitudes and behaviors are much more destructive and counterproductive than others, and these need to be identified for what they are and corrected as quickly as possible. One of the ways you can do this is to divide the character flaws into three categories in terms of the type of problems they cause. This will give you an idea of which ones cause the greatest problems and are outright destructive, and which ones are minor and somewhat irritating.

3 Levels of Bad Character Traits:

  • High – negative characteristics that influence you the most, happen frequently or are intense and super dramatic, and tend to cause the greatest problems.
  • Medium – ones that occur less frequently and have less influence and produce minor problems.
  • Low – ones that only occur occasionally and has minimal influence in our life.

This process will help you to become self-aware of your own character flaws and what it is about your behavior that causes you to fail in achieving what you desire to create, and in what ways it is that you act within your own life in a destructive and unconscious manner. You may want to practice it intensely for a couple of weeks, and then periodically as new realizations arise and become apparent.

In the same way you record all of your character flaws and shortcomings, you also want to record all of your positive characteristics and strong points. Reflect on and gain detailed awareness of your good character traits, high morality, and situations where you created just what you wanted to. In this way you can gain detailed information around what it is that you’re doing that both works and doesn’t work. You can realize your own faults and act on yourself to correct them in whatever way you want. You can acquire knowledge that will provide you with the basis for becoming a conscious creator in your own life and learn how to work by way of law in order to shape yourself in whatever way you choose to.

Soul Mirror

This practice will provide you with a form of mirror into your own soul where you can master self-control and create yourself and your life in whatever way you choose to instead of feeling as if you’re a victim to others and to the circumstances of your life. Our outer perception of reality is formed as a correspondence to our inner perception of our self. Our outer life is the result of the story we tell through our inner life. However we choose to intentionally develop our character determines the type of life we live and the story we tell about ourselves in living it. Every story has a main character that’s ideal for telling that type of story. If we don’t like the type of story we’re living, then the most natural way to change it is by developing our own character to be the main star in telling a different kind of story. This journal will help map out your character and provide you with greater insights into your own soul and why your life is the way it is.

Self-Mastery: Learning how to not be affected by others

Many of us spend our whole life a slave to the attitude, behaviors, and opinions of other people. We’re in a constant form of reaction from one moment to the next, beings jerked around like a puppet on strings, often crushed by a rude comment. If someone is hateful or sarcastic in some way towards us, it can throw us into a tailspin that can last for days, weeks, or even months. Someone with a bad attitude that’s also aggressive can outright terrify us, especially with all the mass shootings being staged and publicized around the world. Most people spend their entire life being shaped and determined by other people and the rules of society, usually without any direct awareness of how it’s happening or the reason why. Many people have completely lost touch with their soul and their real power to create in their life, and don’t even realize it.

One of the most basic forms of empowerment comes from a fundamental understanding of psychology and what it is that drives people’s behaviors. By coming to understand what drives other people’s behaviors, we can gain a better understanding of our own behavior in response to them. We’re all only capable of “bringing out in others” more of what’s “like us”. Whatever qualities we embody and express outwardly act to stimulate and bring out those same qualities in others as a natural response to us. Energetically, we’re always vibrating the same state of mind in everyone we interact with. We’re always in the process of mentally and emotionally influencing others to become more like us by how we perceive them and treat them accordingly.

Anyone who has been beat down and criticized as a child, either grows up to beat others down with the same type of criticism and mental attitude, or they remain super sensitive to anyone who has an attitude of criticizing them. The act of criticizing produces an equal and complementary reaction. The effect produced is always an expression of what caused it. There are no exceptions to this rule. The confusion tends to come when we only look at one side of the equation, instead of recognizing that everything operates as a whole pattern. All patterns form as a “dynamic” that’s holistic in nature and played out unconsciously through our basic perception, attitude, conditioned tendencies, and automatic behaviors.

Most people when being criticized or dealing with a sarcastic or mean person, focus almost exclusively on the person they perceive as doing it “to them”, rather than focusing on what’s happening inside of them as their own reaction. All energy, which is what emotional expression is, exists in a fundamental state of polarity as complementary opposites that move in-sync with each other. Anger, for example, provokes either and equal or greater response of anger, which escalates and intensifies it, or it causes a fearful response that backs down and becomes submissive. Any emotional response, whether sympathetic or antipathetic, nurtures and sustains the anger/emotion because both people are cooperating with each other in co-creating a joint reality out of the “active force” of anger. Any “reaction”, which comes in an immediate and automatic fashion that matches the energy being projected, is a basic form of control. Anytime we’re reacting, we’re being controlled by whatever it is we’re reacting to. The easiest way there is to control someone is through their emotions and the sensationalized realities they create internally.

 Every human being develops their own “mental paradigm” based on their formative conditioning. All of our initial conditioning takes place while we’re in a primarily unconscious state, and acts to literally “program” our subconscious as the “model” of reality we form from it. All of our values, beliefs, preferences, and initial (developmental) memories are instilled in us as kids through our family dynamics. As we become adults our basic personality and way of perceiving others and the world around us has been firmly established and we simply continue to live out of the same perceptions, tendencies, and relationship dynamics that we were a part of as kids. We continue to view the world and others the same way we were taught. In psychology we say that “we become one of our parents, and we marry the other one”. Whatever type of relationships was modeled for us as kids and that we played an active role in, becomes the same type of relationships we enter into and maintain romantically, socially, and professionally. We play out the same ideas over and over with different people and situations.

These dynamics become the themes that serve as a metaphor for our life. They usually involve ideas around our self-esteem (image of ourselves), such as not being good enough, not being worthy, not loved or wanted, being stupid, bad, ugly, and so on, which is why they ultimately serve as self-fulfilling prophecies that we wrap our identify around as adults. We “become” whatever we’ve been programmed psychologically to become by what we were told, heard being said about us, and how we were treated by those we cared about the most. These life themes become what we refer to psychologically as “core beliefs” that are like the nucleus of our mental model and spawn all of our other beliefs as being correlated to the same basic idea.

Dissecting Our Experience

In order to really grasp the significance of this idea, let’s take a moment and examine how it is that we create our experiences. While we tend to think that others are capable of doing something “to us”, when we examine the process closely, we can realize that we’re actually the one doing it to ourselves. We are in fact the sole creator of all our “experiences”. This idea is often confused as being our “reality” in the objective sense of what happens outside of us, when in fact how we experience what happens to us is an internal process that we perform and conduct “on” ourselves using our mind. Creating our experiences comes initially as an “unconscious process”, which means we do it naturally without any “direct awareness” of the fact that we’re actually the one doing it to ourselves. Due to the naturalness of the process, it usually completely eludes us. Yet in order to gain control over our own natural and unconscious processes, we have to form an understanding of them as a mental concept. So let’s turn our full attention inward and become aware of how we form our reactions to others.

When someone says or does something that’s offensive, hurtful, sarcastic, or mean, something that’s designed to get a rise out of us and place us in their control, we experience it as an intense internal stimulus that comes as an “emotional charge”. Once you experience the emotional stimulus, you instantly associate it to a memory where the same type of emotion and behavior was involved. Through association to a past event of the same kind, the same emotion and state are awakened and made active in you, bringing it out in you as a natural reaction. Your mind interprets “this” to mean the same thing as “that”, and you react in the present with the same emotional behavior as the past. We then act out the same behaviors and dynamics, and begin telling ourselves the same type of story about what it means about them and us in relation to them.

The story we tell ourselves as our thoughts and internal dialogue follow the same theme as our memory of the past. Emotions are always associated to memories we formed while in the same emotional state. Emotions are what drive and produce all of our natural and automatic behaviors. We’re most naturally and easily made to behave in certain ways through our emotions. Emotional memories give our subconscious the “pattern” it needs for producing automatic realities and behaviors that don’t require any thought, appraisal or decisions.

When we live out of our emotions we live out of the memories and conditioning of our past and continue to create more of the same type of experiences. We repeat the same patterns with the same type of people and relive the same type of experiences in new ways over and over. As we create our experiences, we simultaneously identify with them, and shape ourselves “through” our experiences. We once again replay the broken and worn out record that says we’re not good enough, worthless, stupid, not wanted, loved, blah, blah, blah, and due to the fact that we produce an “experience of ourselves” out of the emotional charge, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

From a purely psychological perspective, we only “react” to and feel hurt or threatened by those who are conditioned to the same type of dynamics as we are, and therefore naturally play the role necessary for acting it out. Whenever we’re triggered by someone’s behavior towards us, it’s actually providing us with a mirror to learn how to see things in ourselves that we’re normally not fully aware of. It’s showing us where we’re still living out of the illusions and pain of the past that we never came to terms with, identified accurately, or put to rest. It’s still alive and active within us because we haven’t gained any real awareness around it that brought self-realization. Due to the fact that we still maintain a belief around it as being true, we continue to faithfully act it out over and over with the right people.

A person’s attitude and behaviors stem from their mental paradigm and psychological complexes, and in reality, have nothing to do with us. When someone calls us stupid, it doesn’t mean that we are in fact stupid, but shows us that they were made to feel stupid as a kid growing up, and are now compensating by trying to make others feel stupid in order to somehow elevate themselves above them. The lower they make someone else, the higher they become in comparison. They’re unconscious beings who are used to verbally attacking others in the same way they were verbally abused. Their opinion, perception, attitude and conduct only serves to “reveal” who “they are” and says nothing meaningful about us . . . unless, of course, we let it.

When we take what others say and do personally by internalizing it, we actually believe what they’re saying and accept it as being true about us, especially if we grew up being called the same names. The reason we “react emotionally” is because we’re used to it and we’ve been treated that way in the past. When we react by being hurt or offended, we’re actually agreeing with them and may secretly feel it’s somehow true. That’s what a reaction is. We know how to play a role in the reality they’re creating, and so we cooperate by participating in making it real. For example, if you know you’re not stupid or dumb, and someone calls you that, it has no effect on you in the most basic sense; outside of the fact that you may think they’re being rude. Nothing gets stimulated internally and there are no memories of the same type that are necessary to produce and automatic and immediate reaction. Anytime we react to being called a name it’s because deep down inside we think it may be true.

Self-Observation and Realization

In order to understand this psychological process, simply observe your own reactions from a neutral and unbiased standpoint. Start by finding a place and time where you can have privacy, and sit calmly and fully relax. Then recall an event where you felt hurt or upset by something someone said or did to you, and reflect on it in slow motion. Slow it down and review it step by step. Recall what was said or done, how it was said or done, what attitude, emotions, and behaviors were involved, and what it was regarding. Then turn all of your attention inward and focus exclusively on your own internal process.

Recall the emotional charge as it entered your body, and notice where in your body it lodged and stimulated you. Notice the nature of the stimulus by describing it in sensory terms. Was it sharp and stabbing, did it give you a sinking feeling, or did it cause you to feel afraid or scared? Notice what emotion was activated in you, and while refraining from going into a reaction again or telling yourself a story about it that justifies your right to react the way you did, just notice and witness what you’re thought process was and what it seemed to be about.

Allow yourself to notice what it brought up for you. What memory of the past started playing out in the background of your mind. What is it that you begin telling yourself about what it “means”? Then allow a natural chain-of-association to form as any other related or similar memories or scenario’s that it acted to prompt. Notice and become aware of anything that arises in relation to this event. Resist the tendency to repress it in any way, explain it away, or justify your right to be hurt or upset, and just observe your own internal process from a neutral and unbiased perspective. Then allow yourself to realize that you’re actually the one “creating” the state of being hurt or upset. No one is thinking your thoughts or feeling your feelings for you. You’re actually the one “doing it” to yourself by how you’re using your mind and body. It may feel as if you can’t help it (which is what unconscious means), but just notice and watch what’s going on inside of you.

Once you gain true self-awareness around what’s happening and why, and you bring what’s happening unconsciously into conscious awareness, this awareness alone neutralizes its effect. At the same time, you can become aware of what it is in you or about you that you need to heal and transform. All true healing is psychological in nature, and comes only by shedding light on the hidden aspects of your own psyche. We naturally act to heal ourselves by becoming aware of the patterns as memories we incurred as children that are continuing to act out in our life by forming all of our natural perceptions and reactive behaviors. Through awareness of the fact that we’re the one creating the reality of our memories, we dissolve them, and they no longer play out in an automatic fashion. We can be around the same person doing the same thing, and it no longer bothers us. We perceive it in a matter of fact way and no longer engage with them in co-creating that reality for ourselves.

As a general practice, if you do this process of self-reflection anytime you’re being triggered into a reaction of some kind, it’ll help you to become self-aware and resume conscious control of yourself and what it is you’re acting to create. You can begin healing yourself and taking back your power to create in a more aware and responsible manner. As you begin neutralizing your emotional reactions to others and the events of your life, you take back control of your own life. As you start remaining calm and clear headed in relation to others, you can begin developing skill in using your mind and imagination in a more deliberate and purposeful way. As you begin creating from a conscious and self-aware state, you take over the process of facilitating your own growth and development. You take back and begin utilizing your soul’s ability to create yourself from a fully awake and aware state and in whatever way you want and decide to.

Defining Reality – Objective, Subjective, and the Nature of Illusion

There tends to be a constant form of confusion around the idea of what we call “reality” in the objective sense, and the nature of subjective reality as a personal experience. Whenever the term “illusion” or “delusion” is used, it’s referring to the subjective reality that we all create out of or in place of the objective, neutral and meaningless reality we all share in common. So let’s break these interrelated ideas down by describing and explaining them separately . . . .

Objective Reality

What we refer to as objective reality is the one that we all share in common and exists in a neutral state that’s void of meaning. This is what we can think of as the “unified field of information” that contains all attributes, qualities, archetypes, images, life-forms, and so on, that lays the foundation necessary for creating individual realities that are cohesive and correlated to the overall shared reality. This is the field of possibility that exists before anything is filtered out, abstracted and reformulated by the individual mind. In an outdoor setting we all see and hear the same trees, sky, bushes, flowers, sidewalk, cars, buildings, etc. In an indoor setting we all see the same furnishings, artwork, plants, people, and so on, as the basic elements that make up that environment.

When we share an environment or event, we’re all submerged in and a part of the same group information that’s available to everyone involved as a means of forming our perception and experience of the situation. This can be thought of as the universal, archetypal reality of the collective unconscious or mass consciousness of humanity (and Nature) as the group mind of the earth plane. This is a global reality that’s comprised of common elements.

Subjective Reality

What we refer to as subjective reality is the one that’s naturally created by the individual mind as their perception and how they form their own individual “experience” of the objective reality through an internal process. Our experience of the external world is formed by our mental paradigm as the informational structure of our mind formed out of accumulated memory. Our mental paradigm basically consists of our habitual mood, values, beliefs, preferences, and memories. As we form a “value” of some kind, a mental filter is created and set in place that acts to filter all the information that’s available in any given situation, abstracting and causing to stand out whatever pertains to our value in some way – whether for or against it.

Likewise, as we form a belief about something it sets up a series of mental filters that bring forward in our outer reality only what matches and can be used in a cohesive manner to create the reality of our belief. All other information that doesn’t pertain to our belief recedes and fades into the background where it goes largely unnoticed. We don’t use it in order to create our experience. By way of this natural process of filtering and only using certain parts of the information available in the whole, we act to naturally perceive our beliefs as an actual reality, making them seem real and because of this we don’t realize their beliefs. Preferences as likes and dislikes do the same thing. Filters are created based on preferences that produce a feeling of harmony or discord and become attributes that aid in shaping our experiences.

Our memories serve as a kind of metaphorical filter that we look through that brings to the foreground in an enhanced manner whatever can be used in a situation to create the same type of experience as the memory. Our memories set the basis for all of our intentions and expectations in a situation. Whatever expectation we hold as a preconceived notion forms a predisposition and acts to only select and utilize the information that’s necessary to create what we expected.

Our mind acts as an information processing mechanism that’s always sorting out information and reorganizing it into unique configurations as a means of creating our experiences of any given set of circumstances. Our mental model exists as a kind of “theme” (frequency) that consistently produces the same type of reality that’s unique to us as our own creation. Every personal experience is the expression of one possibility out of an infinite number of possibilities. And every person will form a unique version of reality out of the same overall reality as their perception of it.

Perception, Meaning, and the Nature of Experience

Our perception in any situation is formed by the perceptual filters set into place as the means of sorting through billions of bits of information to abstract only a handful and reconfigure it into a new idea as an “interpretation” of the data selected. The data obtained in any situation is abstract and void of meaning until it’s interpreted. Out of a small amount of selected information we form our interpretation as a means of creating our experience by the “meaning” we give it by how we reform it internally as a congruent part of an ongoing story.

The meaning we give things forms our internal dialogue as a kind of story we’re always in the process of telling ourselves about things. We take the information naturally selected as a match to our values, preferences, and beliefs and further modify them by how we adapt them to the ongoing story we’re always in the process of telling as a means of explaining and describing things. This ongoing story that we’re always in the process of telling is what gives things the meaning they have for us and ultimately becomes a kind of “life theme” that produces a consistent version of reality. Through a simple process of self-observation you’ll notice that there’s always one part of you talking to another part of you.

The very act of observing and perceiving something reorganizes the different aspects of it, enhancing and strengthening some, while downplaying and ignoring others, reshaping it into a new variable as a means of experiencing it. Any belief that we form becomes a filter that not only determines what we see or don’t see in a situation, but also determines how we interpret it to give it the meaning that it has. Things only mean what we say they mean. This forms another fundamental misconception. All meaning is subjective in nature and varies with every single person. We create our experience of any situation or event based on the meaning we give it and what we “tell ourselves” about it as a result.

What something means to us is based on our values and what’s important or not important to us, what we believe to be true and thereby use as a means of evaluating it for accuracy, and the memories we associate with it as a means of interpreting it. Our memories not only act to shape our values and what we come to believe or disbelieve, but are in return shaped out of our values and beliefs, which all act together in a cohesive manner to spawn each other while also serving to support, validate, and justify each other in forming a coherent version of reality that’s consistent and always makes sense to us.

Our values, beliefs, preferences, and memories work together to produce a coherent model as a dynamic series of mental filters that function to only perceive the information in the whole that can be used to construct the reality of our mental paradigm. Each person acts to develop their own mental model which is used to produce a subjective variation of an objective neutral reality as the means of creating. Our experience of reality is something we’re (our mind) always creating. While others may act to give us the subliminal suggestions that become our subconscious programming, we are always the one accepting and integrating it into our mental paradigm and then utilizing it as a means of creating ourselves.

For example, a person who forms a belief that they’re “not wanted” will interpret any situation or actions of another to mean that. They’ll only see in any situation what they can use as the means of creating an experience of not being wanted, and are constantly acting to validate their own beliefs. Even when someone does want them and demonstrates that through their actions and how they treat them, they’ll still interpret it in whatever way they need to as a means of creating the experience of not being wanted. This tendency and natural ability to skew reality to make it mean whatever we decide to, is what’s commonly referred to as an “illusion”.

Illusions that become Delusions

When we form convincing realities out of our beliefs (which is a natural function of the mind), it forms an illusion that we use as the means of deceiving and deluding ourselves. This means it’s only real to us and nobody else sees it or experiences it in the same way that we do. The same situation will cause one person to feel not wanted, while another may feel they’re being coerced or manipulated, while still another may find it friendly and inviting. Each person will interpret the same behaviors and activities to mean different things and create entirely different types of experiences based on their subconscious programming. Every person that’s a part of the same situation is experiencing it in a different way based on how it’s filtered through their mental paradigm.

 We don’t ever change the objective outer reality directly in terms of what everyone else is also seeing, but rather how it “appears” to us. All things take on the appearance they do as a reflection of the mind viewing them and acting to shape them as a mental projection. The same objective reality appears different to each individual observing and producing an experience of it. As we turn an objective reality into a personal version as our experience, we become subject to our own creation. As we create our own experience of reality, we sense ourselves “as” and “through” our experience, and we shape our perception of our “self” to be the same.

We “become” whatever we believe about ourselves as an experience, and by what we tell ourselves about things that make them mean what they do. As we assign meaning to things we form our story about our self out of them by experiencing our self “through them”. As we form realities out of our beliefs, they become delusions that we willfully maintain even when situations serve to contradict or disprove them. Most people will argue to defend their beliefs about things rather than change them. They fall in love with their own opinions while mistaking them for being true. As we tell our story about things we build our identity around them and use them as a means of explaining what happened to us that made us the way we are, and rather than changing our inner world we expect the outer world to somehow magically change instead. This is because we don’t realize that the outer world is being created by our inner world as a correspondence.

Delusion and how we Deceive Ourselves

Our core beliefs are formed by us as children based on how we interpreted intense emotional events before we developed our ability to reason and logically analyze them in an objective manner. As children, we’re in a purely unconscious and subjective state where everything is about us. The primary beliefs we formed out of emotional states became the premise and mental filters out of which we formed all of our other beliefs. The story we began telling ourselves as a child in order to try and make sense of emotionally charged experiences, formed the basis for our mental model out of which we processed all information as a means of creating our perception of reality. It became our subconscious programming that formed the basis for all of our experiences. Whatever we program our subconscious with as an “imaginary emotionally intense idea” becomes the basis for reality as an experience. Because we can experience the reality of our beliefs we don’t realize that they’re only true due to our ability to create them through our perception of them.

We don’t form individual beliefs about things, but rather form a system of beliefs that are compatible and serve to support, justify, validate, and prove each other. This is why experiences that contradict a single belief or perspective is usually ignored, argued against, or discredited using other beliefs, and the belief maintained instead, and sometimes even strengthened as a result. To change a belief requires changing the core belief spawning it, which comes only through a shift in awareness that alters and modifies our paradigm.

All beliefs are formed out of our mental model and can only be changed by incorporating new information that modifies the whole structure. This only comes through direct experience that’s contemplated as a consideration that’s allowed to take hold in the imagination where it’s formed into a possible, and therefore “believable” reality as an internal experience. We can only comprehend what we can form as an internal representation, and we can only do what we can first imagine ourselves doing.

This natural process of the individual mind in creating reality by imagining it is what’s referred to as replacing objective reality with illusions that become a form of delusion. When we don’t realize how our own mind works to create our reality, and we’re always operating out of an unconscious state, our tendency towards self-deception is enormous and often very compelling. This results from the fact that we don’t understand how our own mind works and haven’t developed the skill in knowing how to operate it consciously. Because the most powerful aspect of our mind operates without our direct awareness we don’t realize its power to create. Through a lack of true self-awareness we become subject to our own creations instead of mastering our ability to create. Anytime we live out of the story of our formative conditioning as the basis for our perceptions and means of interpreting the events of our life, we live a life of delusion and unknowingly act on ourselves to deceive ourselves.

Summary:

What we’ve come to call “reality” is a very elusive idea that’s constantly being reshaped to take on a new and unique appearance based on the mind interacting with it. Each individual cultivates their own mental model which acts as a filtering system for abstracting certain information in any situation and reorganizing it by how they interpret it to give it meaning. The meaning we give things shapes how we form our experience of it. Our experience comes as our feelings and internal dialogue as what we tell ourselves about it while reforming it in our mind as a internal representation. Meaning, like the mind creating it, is threefold in nature. Whatever we make something mean through our story about it means the same thing about us, other people, and the world in general. Whatever beliefs we form about ourselves, we also use as the means of shaping others and the events of the world to be of the same nature and idea. Every aspect of our reality supports every other aspect, and serves to prove and justify it as being real and therefore true.

We create a subjective experience of reality from a completely unconscious state, and as a result, don’t realize what we’re doing. We don’t realize our mind’s own power to create, and so we imagine we have no control over it. We can live our whole life feeling as though everything is happening “to us” and beyond our ability to change it. Because we’re programmed subconsciously at an early age, we consistently grow up in the reality being produce by our programming, and don’t realize we’re the one actually creating it. Once we begin realizing how our own mind works to form beliefs around whatever we’ve been taught, we can become self-aware and recognize how it is we’re doing it. Once we begin realizing and forming a practical understanding of how our mind works to create our experiences of reality, we can begin operating it in an intentional and deliberate manner by learning how to program ourselves to produce the type of experiences we want.

Self-Creation and the Art of Modeling

One of the most fundamental ways we can develop certain qualities and ways of being in ourselves is by modeling others who actively demonstrate those qualities. We all know this as children where it comes naturally by pretending to be like our favorite characters and heroes, and as teenagers when we’re taking over the process of creating our identity by trying on new ways of being in order to see how they feel. As we grow older and get caught up in the hustle and bustle of our adult life, we start becoming fixed as a certain way of being and seem to somehow lose touch with knowing how to create ourselves. We can train our body to take on any characteristic we want to by practicing being that way in a diligent and consistent manner. We can train ourselves to be anyway we want to be by first deciding how we want to be, then practicing being that way over and over until it becomes natural.

Creating a Model for Transforming Ourselves

In order to begin creating ourselves in a deliberate manner we have to first form an idea in our mind of how we want to be. We have to look at what qualities and traits we don’t like in ourselves, and decide which ones we’re going to use in order to transform them. What kind of character traits do we want to possess and how we want to be as a person. Once we decide on the characteristic we want to acquire, we then find someone who naturally possesses that characteristic, and we study them to see “how” it is they “do” it. We notice all the little mannerisms in how they perform it. We then practice doing it the same way over and over until it starts becoming natural.

Anytime that we’re practicing being different than we normally are, it feels awkward at first. This is natural and will go away with continued practice. It can help to practice in front of a mirror so you can see what you look like and make sure you’re doing it the way you like. This is the same method used by dancers and actors who practice while watching themselves in a mirror to make sure their form is correct. As you watch yourself you can make any adjustments you like until you get it just the way you want it. Once you’re able to do it proficiently, practice it numerous times until you can do it without thought, discipline, or effort. You have to build it into your muscle as “body memory”.

The Magical Number of Manifestation

There’s what we can think of as a “magic number” for any type of manifestation or making something into a habit, and that number is “40”. If you repeat something 40 times, it starts becoming natural and automatic If you practice a new ritual or routine for 40 days (approx. 6 weeks) it becomes a new habit and you do it automatically without having to remember to do it. This is why all programs or processes designed to produce change or transformation of some kind are conducted in 6 week time frames. Other programs that run for “21 days” are just over the halfway mark, and become easier to maintain at the hallway point without a lot of effort. The law of the Tetrad, represented by the number 4, represents material manifestation (4 elements) as our mental and physical constitution, and provides us with the means as a process by which we can actively transform our constitution.  

Start by deciding what it is about you that you want to change, and what it is you want to change it to. Once you decide how you want to be, find a person you know or can watch who has that trait or way about them, and mentor them. Study their mannerisms and how it is exactly that they do it, and then imitate them in your own way. Practice being the same way over and over, until you begin doing it just the way you want. Once you have it down, practice it numerous more times until you can do it without any effort. Then set the intention to practice it throughout the day for several days until it starts coming naturally and you no longer have to try or remind yourself to do it.

Synchronizing your Mind with your Body

What you’ll notice is that just by changing your posture and “how you’re being” and acting, changes how you sense yourself and how you feel as a result. It’ll literally change your perspective as your perception to match it. Your physiology is always equated to your “state of mind”, and as you change what you’re doing with our body it changes how you feel about yourself. As you begin sensing yourself in a new and different way, it changes how you feel and how you experience yourself. As your experience of yourself changes, so does your experience of everything else. As you perceive yourself in new ways, the world around you begins changing in the same way. You influence others by stimulating those same qualities in them, changing the nature of your interaction.

All experience of the outer world is a direct reflection of how we experience ourselves inwardly. As we change our outward actions, our inward state changes forming a new perspective and way of seeing the outer world through a new perceptual lens. For example, by simply correcting your posture and standing up straight with your shoulders back, neck straight and head centered directly over your pelvic area (center of balance) with your chin up, you automatically feel more confident and naturally assert yourself more. Learning to utilize our body posture as a means of self-expression is one of the ways we can act on ourselves to change the way we feel about ourselves. Disciplined action only comes by way of an equally disciplined mind. We use our mind to intentionally direct our body as a means of creating ourselves to be a certain way.

Modeling is the number one way we intentionally develop ourselves to possess the character traits and style of self-expression that we desire. This process can be done to acquire (bring out and cultivate) or transform any physical characteristic (habit), including voice tone and quality, how you naturally breathe, and how you walk and hold yourself. Don’t ever make the mistake of taking the attitude that you’re somehow “copying others”, because this isn’t the case. As you practice a particular form it allows your own style to emerge where you can consciously begin developing it just like any art. It creates a pathway through which you can actively bring out latent potential and use it to cultivate yourself to greater levels of self-expression. Don’t take on too much at one time, and become completely intuitive with one thing before you move on to another.

The Monad and the Law of One – Duality as a Singularity

The most basic mistake we make in life comes from an ingrained belief in duality as a fundamental form of separation. We imagine that the world exists as fragmented, independent parts that coexist while having no direct relation or influence on each other. This is largely due to the fact that the unified reality as a singularity exists in a state of polarity as a dynamic interaction of complementary opposites. Duality as a primary illusion of separation is necessary as the means of creating “experiences” of our “self” in relationship to others and the entire natural world of which we are a fundamental part. What we call “reality” is only important in the sense that it sets the stage necessary for the soul to create experiences of itself “as” a specific type of person. Experiences are then interpreted to form memories that become the means of self-realization and consciously evolving itself to higher and more complex levels of consciousness.

The Monad and the Law of One

The Monad is what we can think of as the primary law out of which all other laws emerge systematically as a form of growth process. It’s symbolized in Sacred Geometry as a dot or circle in the center of a larger sphere (circle), and is the same symbol used to represent the sun. The central dot represents the consciousness that expands outward as a form of respiration to produce an outer atmosphere of the same nature and likeness. In terms of physics, we can view this model as representing the dual nature of light, which is the essence of matter, as being both a particle and a wave simultaneously. It operates in a similar manner to what we now call the “torus” as the electromagnetic field of the mind that envelops and permeates all physical organisms. This idea represents the nature of what we can think of as the spirit and soul, and the physical body it creates as the means of becoming located within the space-time continuum for a short period of time, where it first acts to create the outer reality that it then locates itself in by inhabiting and utilizing a material body.

The wave-sphere contains what we can think of as the universal-infinite mind as all possibilities for creation in their potential state. The wave of all possibilities is then collapsed around one possibility through what we can think of as a process of natural selection as resonance (intention for creating). The wave is then formed into a particle (physical body) that expresses briefly as one possibility within a unique set of circumstances. As the soul-mind conforms itself to the body, and the conditions and unique circumstances of the body, fashioning itself as a personality, it forms a relationship as a constant interaction with the light around it to organize it into a corresponding outer configuration of the same nature and level of consciousness. The core essence of the soul within a body is constantly expanding outward, and through a kind of filtering process reorganizes the light by activating what’s of the same qualities as it is, and neutralizing what ever’s not. It then absorbs only the active components through its magnetic aspect and draws them back into the center of its being where they’re integrated as the means of growing and evolving its mental paradigm.

The Dyad and the Law of Relationship

The Monad creates a state of duality by regenerating and multiplying itself as a mental projection of itself that’s perceived as another in order to be able to “experience itself” in relationship with itself. As it divides and separates from itself (same principle as mitosis) it produces an illusion of itself “as” another, and simultaneously as a coherent outer environment. This process of self-regeneration and division forms the Dyad (a double Monad), where the two centers are directly connected and exist as the outer periphery of each other, forming an “interference pattern”.

An interference pattern is where two wave-forms (spheres) of the same nature (frequency) resonate and merge energetically with each other, amplifying some aspects while canceling out others, to produce a new pattern as a variation of the original pattern they shared in common. A pattern can be thought of as a combination of qualities in various measure and degrees as a formula of consciousness that vibrates at a certain frequency producing correlated physical characteristics. Characteristics have natural behaviors and functions inherent in them that determine how they express to produce correlating realities.

Resonance, Sympathetic Induction, and Coherence

Whatever formula of various qualities we exist as (usually represented in our birth chart) determines the rate we vibrate at. As we embody and bring certain qualities into expression, we intimately connect and form resonance with those same qualities in everything else. As we radiate and transmit our inner qualities we resonate with everything around us that possesses the same qualities. Resonance is where we energetically “enter into and become one with” the same vibratory frequencies around us (qualities of consciousness). Through continued interaction as a relationship both vibrations are altered and modified slightly from their original state (pattern), and over time, become synchronized by vibrating in harmony with each other forming a new pattern as a variation of the original one that acted to connect them. As we form a relationship with our self (same consciousness) in another, we act “on our self” to evolve our self into new variations as a modified formula of active (expressing) qualities.

Polarity and the Nature of Complementary Opposites

Here’s another idea that tends to produce a fundamental misunderstanding of a basic idea. We often don’t understand the true meaning of “qualities” as states of consciousness and our “self” (soul) as a formula of qualities that act to produce our physical characteristics. All qualities exist in a dual state as a range of vibration that forms a kind of sliding scale between opposite aspects of itself that are necessary in order to create the quality as an experience of our self that develops our character accordingly. Whatever characteristics we develop in ourselves serve to determine our natural behaviors and what type of reality we produce as a basic form of self-expression.

The Dyad, which is also referred to as the Vesica Piscis and “womb of the universe” out of which all reality is formed (Triad) and projected (Tetrad), exists as the Monad in a polar state (opposite spin) of both feminine (inner) and masculine (outer) aspects of the same vibratory frequency as a dynamic living pattern. All qualities are also dual in nature and exist as a range of vibration between opposite poles that form a singular movement that gives rise to a specific type of reality as both an inner experience (of self) which then forms the basis for an outer experience of the same kind. We create our character based on the decisions we make in the present that form all our actions.

We can only “know ourselves” to be a certain way by contrasting our self with another whose of an opposite nature. We can only create an experience of ourselves as being “good” by how we exist in relationship with whatever we deem to be “bad”, by how we either relate and become like, or contrast and become the opposite. We can only experience ourselves as kind by how we relate and contrast ourselves to what we consider to be unkind or selfish. It’s only through our perception of our opposite aspect that we define ourselves as being a specific way and develop ourselves as possessing desired characteristics. Every time we encounter evil, it lays the foundation for active use of choice and will, where we decide how we’re going to be and what we’re going to do in relationship with it. Good and evil exists as complementary opposites of the same quality as an idea, because one serves to stimulate and call into existence the other one. One only exists “as” good or bad in relationship to its opposite quality.

So to ask the question “why do bad things happen to good people”, bypassing of course what we’re actually referring to as bad and good, we can realize that they become good through the constant decisions their making while in challenging situations being referred to as bad. It’s through the impact and pressure caused by unfortunate or traumatic events or situations that lays the foundation for making decisions as to who and what they’re going to become in response to it. However they respond determines who they become. It’s only when in the presence of bad that we can accurately shape ourselves to be good. One serves as a mirror necessary for realizing the other one.  

All of what we call “vices” (weaknesses and poor character traits) is transformed by choosing to employ their complementary virtue in their place. A “whole pattern” contains every aspect as a reality with multiple roles needed to produce it as an experience. Qualities form ideas that are dynamic holographic patterns where every part is an aspect of the whole, and their actions serve to create and sustain the whole. We don’t become bad people because bad things happen to us, we become one way or another based on how we enter into relationship with what happens to us and the decisions we make while in the moment that serve to define as one way or another. We can only know ourselves as being courageous when in the midst of feeling afraid. The greater the fear, the more exalted our sense of courage in overcoming it.

Strong and Weak Forces

Our soul’s energy follows the same principles as the forces that govern and orchestrate the material world of reality (which it’s actually producing). The mind-soul of the individual exists as either a weaker force or a stronger one in relation to other individuals. We all possess both active and passive aspects, and while the ideal is to operate them consciously through awareness and intention, most develop themselves to be one way or the other, often lacking balance. When two people come together in a relationship of some kind, one clearly becomes the dominating influence over the other, and as a result acts to take control of the will of the other.

While it’s often thought that males are dominant over females, where they assert and lead, and their female companion supports and follows, the fact is we all have both feminine and masculine aspects inherent within us that we utilize in different ways. A woman can be just as dominating in a relationship as a man can be. Gender is not the determining factor in whether or not someone displays either dominant feminine or masculine qualities. Many men have dominant feminine energy, and many women have dominant masculine energy. The term dominant simply indicates which one they’re “in” most of the time or as a general rule, which also determines who they’re attracted to as an intimate and passionate relationship. Attraction only occurs between polar – complementary opposites. There’s never an exception to this, regardless of gender. Even in homosexual relationships one plays the feminine role as the energy they utilize most often, and the other plays the masculine role.

In what we consider healthy relationships that are harmonious and serve to grow and evolve both people, there’s a dynamic exchange of passive and active roles based on the activities being engaged in. Under certain circumstances, one is better suited to take the leading, dominant role, and the other allows and complies with them. Then, based on different circumstances and activities, the other one may be more qualified to take the dominant role, while the other participates and benefits from it. We usually employ our masculine energy when going out into the world in professional activities that are competitive, and then relax into our feminine energy when we come home to our family and private life. Masculine energy tends to be assertive, self-oriented, analytical, and competitive, while feminine energy tends to be compassionate, group-oriented, intuitive, and nurturing. Most life skills that are effective on both the personal and professional level require a harmonious unification of both energies simultaneously.

Reality is a Mental Construct of the Soul

Another idea that’s difficult to grasp in the practical sense is the fact that all of reality as we’re capable of knowing it exists as both objective (non-personal) and subjective (personal) simultaneously. This is usually due to the fact that we mistake the soul for being the body, personality, and identity formed as a material being. All reality is formed through the dynamic series of relationships formed between three aspects and three levels (dimensions) simultaneously as a cohesive and singular act. What we refer to as the soul exists as a form of “medium” between the upper plane of pure consciousness in its potential and unformed state, and is what acts to draw spiritual qualities known as archetypes into itself as a sphere of specialized consciousness, and shape it into a material form. This material form shaped in the mind is then projected outward and reflected downward into the lower plane of material forms as one possibility for the manifestation of a universal idea.

The soul exists in a polarized state (symbolized as mercury) that vibrates at a frequency that can access the lower regions of the higher plane in its most exalted state, and the highest region of the lower plane to birth the material reality inherent in the upper plane. The individual soul is “constructed” out of the essence that it creates through the frequency it consistently produces as a personal creation that it then uses as the means of evolving itself. It works through the same principle as DNA does by taking two strands of complementary information and combining them to form a new one that exhibits the traits of both parents in different degrees. The soul is represented as feminine because it draws in the seed of the higher spiritual plane as an archetypal idea, and through a process of gestation adapts it to its current energetic structure that imbues it with specific physical characteristics. It then adapts and modifies it into a singular possibility that can be naturally birthed through the current conditions and circumstances of its physical body and its specific location within time.

The vibration as pure, unadulterated ideas of the spiritual plane is too far apart to form resonance with the lower plane, and therefore requires a medium frequency that acts as a transducer in order to manifest as a material form on the lower plane. Spirit doesn’t have the ability to act and create directly on the lower plane of a material existence, and can only act in the world through the medium of the soul in order to affect it. There’s no such thing as divine intervention that acts independent of you and in spite of you. God, so to speak, only acts in your life “through you” as your higher soul.

The spiritual plane is comprised of archetypes that provide a kind of prototype or thematic template for creating an infinite number of variations as personal creations of the individual soul. It exists in an unformed state that can only be accessed and utilized by your higher soul. This is where we get the saying “God only helps those who help themselves”, because it’s your soul as your energetic essence accumulated and built up over time that vibrates at a high enough frequency to access and absorb the higher powers of the spirit. Our higher soul in turn acts to impregnate the imagination, which is likewise the medium of the mind that exists between the higher plane of the human soul and the lower plane of the animal soul, and serves to deliver a message as a feeling, vision, and inner voice that directs the subconscious of the body to take action on the idea, and as a result, produces it as a reality.

An ideal drawn down in its potential state as an intention and desire for creating as a reality undergoes a dynamic series of adaptations that modify it into a form that’s unique to the individual applying it as a means of creating. An archetype is adapted to the mental model of the human soul, which is then projected in its modified form into the mind and imagination of the personality, where it’s adapted and modified further, and then it’s adapted in the imagination based on how it’s going to be applied in order to produce it as a reality. Once its manifest as a reality, the soul reabsorbs it as an experience that’s then “drawn back up into the higher soul” as the basis for forming a memory of itself as the expression of a universal archetype.

The creative process comes by way of drawing in a seeded idea that’s then developed in the imagination by forming new combinations (Dyad) to produce a unique variation that’s then used as a template for projecting into the lower sphere to create as an experience of reality. The soul produces its own experiences that become the memory that it uses to shape it itself as an individual. It acts on itself to evolve itself through active use of choice, imagination, and will. The soul produces endless variations of itself that serve to reformulate its essence. The universal law (which means it operates on all planes simultaneously) of vibration works as a polarized movement between an inner and outer pole as the respiration of the mind. This flow of intelligent energy works by the same principle as an electromagnetic field that simultaneously expands and contracts organizing light-essence through a filtering system to be of the same idea. Our inner forms the vibration of the outer as a complementary pattern by influencing it to express in a corresponding manner as a variable, then absorbs it as an experience that serves to influence the inner into a modified version of the original.

The World Soul and the Individual Human Soul

 What we have come to recognize as both an objective and subjective version of reality comes by way of a planetary soul that provides the environment for the individual soul to create experiences of itself. It’s the union of souls as fields that exist within even greater fields that vibrate in harmony with each other as the means of co-creating a joint experience of a shared reality. It operates by the same principle as light existing simultaneously as a particle and a wave, and the holographic principle where the part contains the information inherent in the whole, and the whole consists of its parts. It’s where the “parent pattern” (Dyad) produces fractal patterns as a process of self-replicating on different scales and levels to produce the same idea in unique variables, both of which are states of duality that function harmoniously to produce a singularity. The two complementary aspects work in harmony to produce a functional third.

A basic mistake is made in perception when we fail to realize that the Earth, like all stars and planetary bodies, is actually a living, sentient being as a soul that vibrates at a specific frequency and forms Nature as an objective reality that all other souls experience as being separate from them, while also forming the basis for creating through a consensus. All vibration has a holographic (3-dimensional) pattern has a self-assimilating mechanism inherent in it that organizes and condenses light into a certain type of reality as a global environment. This is what we experience as the collective unconscious as the unified field of the material world (subconscious) that unites all planetary beings within the same basic and neutral version of reality.

As Humans we’re born into the manifestation of the Earth’s soul as the objective reality of Nature that provides the stage for producing personal manifestations as subjective versions of the same reality. While we can draw in an archetypal idea that we resonate with, we use the same overall reality to produce a unique variation by how it’s adapted to our mental paradigm and modified accordingly. As we create unique variations of the same overall ideas, we are subject to our own creations and they serve to shape us through the integration of the memories we form out of them. Our reality is our offspring because it always comes as the union of multiple planes to produce a coherent whole. This principle is illustrated through the Myth of the god named Kronos as devouring his own children, which were symbolic of the Four Elements that make up reality. We first form a union that allows for a new experience, then we absorb and assimilate our own creation as our perception and interpretation, that we synthesize to modify the whole.

The Universal and the Individual

The Law of One (Monad) illustrates in very dynamic terms that we’re (our soul) always drawing on the ideas of the universal to produce the individual to be of a similar, yet modified nature. The inner core acts to organize and reconfigure the outer reality to be of the same nature. The outer manifestation is then absorbed as an experience and used to reshape the inner as a unique variation that acts to evolve the energetic structure of the individual soul, which then forms the perceptual model that alters the outer world to take on a slightly different form, and again absorbed to upgrade the mental paradigm birthing it.

We’re always either taking in ideas of the physical plane produced and being projected by others throughout history (as the collective unconscious), or we draw from the higher planes of novel, archetypal ideas in an unformed state (principles), and act to create truly new and unique ideas. There’s a constant movement that’s represented by a 90 degree angle as an “L” shape, where we either draw down ideas in archetypal form as principles from the spiritual plane (vertical line) and reform and project them to create in the material plane (horizontal line), then reverse the process and absorb them into the soul on a higher plane as memory or itself.

This 90 degree angle also represents that whatever plane we draw on in order to create (horizontal or vertical) we use to shape ourselves (soul) to be like in nature, bonding ourselves energetically to that plane. When we shape ourselves according to the ideas and opinions of others, we fail to realize our true ability as a higher soul to draw on divine ideas by embodying virtuous qualities, and as a result degrade ourselves to our lowest form as an intelligent animal. Whatever we identify with as an experience of ourselves we shape ourselves to be of the same nature. We’re always either identifying with our Higher Self as a creative, individual soul, or as a part of a group mind shaped by the opinions of others through our formative conditioning. Either way, the choice is always ours.

“12” – The Initiate, the Great Work, and the True meaning of Self-Sacrifice

In the occult sciences all single numbers (0-9) represent laws, while all composite numbers represent formulas as processes and the laws that need to be skillfully utilized in order to do them. Numbers provide us with mathematical formulas as philosophical relationships necessary for creating, all we have to do is be able to accurately decode them by interpreting them intuitively in order to apply them at the practical level. Numbers are also analogous to letters and geometric symbols, and can be intuitively discerned through the dynamic series of correspondences they form with colors, sounds, ideas, objects, archetypes, states of mind, and so on. Most intuitive realizations around an idea take place as the internal unfolding of chain-of-associated ideas. Symbols are impressed in the subconscious, which speaks the language of symbols, where they gestate and grow into endless variations based on how they’re applied.

The number 12 represents the principle of initiation as the first stage of what results in “The Great Work” as a self-facilitated process of spiritual transformation. It’s represents the stage in our life where we shed the false ego formed out of our formative conditioning where we’re completely identified with our body and personality, and shaped by others and society, allowing for the rebirth of our true self (higher self) within our body. In the Tarot (Book of Thoth) it’s represented by the archetype of the “Hanged Man”, and shows a man hanging upside down between two pillars (Jakin and Boaz), with his hands tied behind his back forming an inverted triangle, and his legs positioned to form a cross. This forms the symbol of the cross surmounting a water triangle, representing the Law of the Tetrad and Triad (4 x 3 = 12). The cross is disproportional with an elongated vertical pole, representing the Calvary cross of crucifixion. This is the symbol of self-sacrifice by surrendering your lower self (conditioned mind) to a higher power.

In the “Book of Formation” 12 is one of three “Mothers Letters”, because it’s symbolic of a new birth. It’s governed by the Element of water, which is considered the “Mother substance of all creation”. Water is considered the first mirror and reflects images upside down, as a polar or reversed image. It’s symbolic of the “reflected life”, or life as an image or form that’s produced by the primordial life substance. The Element of water is represented by an inverted triangle (pointing down), symbolizing the Law of the Triad as the imagination that’s the vehicle of the Tetrad, that’s formed as a downward, reversed reflection of the Triad. Both are formed and exist as polar reflections of each other in the “Great Cosmic Womb” of the Vesica Piscis or Dyad. The overall symbol represents crucifixion of the lower self in order to liberate the “sacrificed god” of our Higher Self, which dwells within and is what gives life to the personality.

The element of water is magnetic in nature and represents turning inward to self-reflect. It’s what the Hindu’s referred to as “prakriti”, the “Great Womb of Cosmic Substance” that’s the generatrix of all forms. The principle of the triangle represents the inner imagination and the ability to shape the fluidic-light substance into forms as thoughts turned into living entities. The images formed in the faculty of the imagination are similar to reflections formed on glass, on a dark shiny surface (magic mirror), or on water. They start as neutral tones of grey that have a ghost-like appearance, then, as they’re shaped with sensory details and attributes are grown into full color images when fully magnetized with our life-force energy. We take any word, description, or idea, and shape it into a reality in our mind’s eye. This fluid, transparent light essence that we shape into living forms using our mind, is what’s referred to as “Astral Light” that becomes a kind of metaphorical template (hologram) as our “perceptual lens” that we use for shaping the outer reality to match the inner one as a correspondence.

12 is related to 13 as the “death” of the false ego and the simultaneous end of one life cycle and the beginning of a new one. 12 is considered solar, and represents the 12 months of the solar year, and 13 is lunar, representing that a solar year contains 13 lunation’s.  A circle divided into 12 equal parts is formed out of the 13th one at the center. 12 also represents a complete cycle of manifestation as a life-cycle, represented by the 12 archetypes of the zodiac. These primary cosmic archetypes form our psychological makeup as a formula for self-creation, and are what provide us with the means for transforming ourselves by making new combinations. All qualities exist as a “whole idea” based on complementary opposites that form extremes of each other with a gradient scale connecting them. For example, fear is the opposite of courage, and courage can be used to temper fear. As we step into courage as a response to fear, we create more and more experiences of being courageous in relation to fear, and as we begin accumulating memories born out of courage, we move from one end of the scale to its opposite, transforming fear and insecurity into courage and confidence.

3 is represented in the Tarot by Daleth (Empress), ruled by Venus, as the imagination or internal formation of images, and 4 is represented by Heh (Emperor), ruled by Mars, as the actions formed out of the imagination. Venus and Mars are married to each other, and symbolize the fact that all action is born out of the imagination. Fire and Water blend together to form Air, the Element of the intellect, which culminates in the Earth Element (Tetrad-4) as our “constitution”. Our constitution is formed out of our mind and imagination and determines all of our perceptions and actions. The Triad (imagination) and Tetrad (action) form the basis for all of reality.

While we tend to think that our lower self possesses a “will” to create, the fact is the Will of the Higher Soul is reflected in the incarnate life of the personality. All perceptions of the personality are produced out of our formative conditioning which serve to structure our mental paradigm as “created by others” and external factors. The first birth of our self as our personality is formed out of a primarily unconscious state where we’re given (taught) our values, beliefs, and trained to behavioral dynamics as a part of a family unit and community that functions together as a single entity. All interpretations are made through our paradigm and the dynamics we were trained to that produce all of our natural behaviors.

The process of transformation comes by shedding the ego of our formative conditioning (lower self) through self-realization, and taking on a new perspective where we assume the position of authority in our own life as being the one that has the ability to “act on ourselves” as the means of creating ourselves. We reverse the process of referencing an outer source of power as the means of creating ourselves, and turn inward instead referencing an internal source of power as our connection to our Higher Self. We become self-referencing instead of other-referencing. We begin identifying with our true self as our higher soul. We begin walking in the world contrary to others who are still locked into the illusion of their conditioning.

Our Higher Soul (our true self) seeds our imagination with ideas that serve to organize particles of light-essence into material forms as inner sight accompanied by an internal voice of a higher authority. The ideas used by a divine authority to impregnate the imagination are ones that are not formed out of our conditioned mindset or as a result of previous experiences, but originate instead as a more universal, non-personal idea. Inner light is the “word (Logos) made flesh”, represented by the Hebrew spelling of the name of Jesus – IHShVH – similar to the Tetragrammaton (IHVH), except the principle of “Sh” is inserted in the middle. “Sh” represents “Shin”, number 20, as the soul perfected in flesh that rises from the ashes of its own death as a Phoenix. Our rebirth to a higher realm of consciousness comes through an intimate connection and identification with our Higher Self, also commonly referred to as our “Holy Guardian Angel”.

Spirit is Law, and a reversal from outer to inner self-reference, is where we begin operating to create in our life through esoteric law, which exists contrary to normal ways of thinking, speaking, and doing. Most people try to create by working in opposition to cosmic law through a fundamental lack of self-awareness and understanding. This reversal of being as an internal reference to a higher source doesn’t cause an outward opposition or form of antagonism to those still caught up in their false ego’s, because outwardly opposing something merely aligns you with what you oppose. All direct opposition stimulates and makes active its opposite, giving life to the same idea.

This reversal of directed attention is undertaken in silence as private work that’s done inwardly as an unostentatious reversal of one’s own way of life that’s combined with perfect tolerance for other people’s way of life. Once we gain the realization necessary to step outside of the conditioned mindset of our lower self, it’s easy to recognize that most are still consumed with acting out the reality they were conditioned with, and you naturally lose all need or desire to judge them or try and “wake them up” to the reality of their true self. Martyrs are those who try to deliver higher knowledge to those who are not capable of or prepared to comprehend it, and were brutally crucified by the very people they sought to enlighten.

If we look around at the state of most people and society, what we realize is that most are sick, mentally depressed, spiritually troubled, can’t get along with their self or others, and become passive in their own life while struggling internally. They’ve never formed an internal connection to their Higher Self, and live out of a constant response to external stimulation and the will being projected by others. They’ve been taught to live in contradiction to law (spirit) instead of in harmony with them. Everything comes as an expression of the Law of Cause and Effect, and the miseries they inflict on themselves comes as the result of the negative use of law. We’re creating our self in every moment of our life as a specialized application of universal law whose outcome depends entirely on whether it’s applied negatively or positively.

Practical Psychology

All thoughts are the seeds of speech and actions. Interpretations form the patterns for experience. Whatever happens to us comes as a result of what we’ve selected, whether consciously and intentional, or unconsciously as a conditioned reaction. In this idea emphasis is placed on a changed point of view as a reversed perspective. As we change our perspective, what we see changes accordingly. How we see others and life is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. As we begin seeing life in new ways, we transform our paradigm by integrating the new experiences it brings. Our entire life is formed out of how we actively employ esoteric laws as spirit. Spirit is what governs, organizes, and orchestrates material reality through active use of the 3 levels and aspects of the mind that exists simultaneously on 2 planes of existence.

Our human personality is completely dependent on the ALL as the higher power of universal consciousness (Will). As long as we live out of our conditioning and become fully identified with our personality, we remain in a primarily unconscious state, much like the lower intelligence of animals who function through instinct as a part of the group mind. By surrendering our lower self to the conscious direction of the Universal Mind, we draw all our power from above and become the vehicle for higher consciousness that brings true self-awareness. We begin creating ourselves by working in harmony with universal laws, and we begin shaping our identity through association with our higher universal self. By drawing down higher forms of consciousness that we use as the means of forming all our perceptions and activities, we become powerful creators in our own life, and engage in the process of self-creation from a fully conscious and self-aware state. By surrendering our lower self to our Higher Self, we move into a more harmonious way of being and begin creating our self to be “like god”.

The Divine Paradox

A strange paradox occurs through total submission of personal life to universal life where it makes us intensely positive in relation to others and the conditions of our environment. By transcending our conditioning and material ego, and taking on a universal and detached perspective in its place, we naturally form a very positive mental attitude. In order to have courage and perseverance in spite of seeming difficulties and disappointments, we must know ourselves to be vehicles of power to which nothing can be an insurmountable obstacle. When we no longer derive our identity out of material means, we approach every situation from a neutral stance where we can truly act as a universal force that works for the good of all involved. Our mental attitude becomes “not my will, but your will be done” through me, because we realize that they’re actually the same thing. We are the vehicle through which higher powers work in the world.

The reality created through our conditioning comes as false interpretations that form illusions in place of truth. As long as we continue to make false interpretations and delude ourselves, the inexorable laws of the cosmos work out those interpretations in ways that bring pain and suffering. Yet pain itself is friendly because it serves to educate us (Key 11 – karma). Suffering, poverty, disease, imbalance, and death, all have lessons inherent in them. These are often what lead us in our search for truth. It’s in the mysteries of death that we find the secrets to immortality. The only thing that dies with the physical body is our false ego as our soul’s identification with the personality of the body. Disciplined practice of mind control and directing our actions are necessary in order to become the vessel for higher power that ultimately transcends the lower plane of unconsciousness.

Transformative Process

Our conditioning is initially established out of our soul’s memory as our character and karma that forms all our perceptions as patterns of interpretation. These conditioned perceptions must be “reversed”. This principle is analogous to the choice of DNA, where realities are formed by whatever is made active and rendered passive, that together produce new patterns. Our souls constitution is part personality and part identity, it’s both unconscious and animalistic, and self-conscious, self-controlling, and self-determining. It’s merely a question of which perspective and aspect we employ as a means of self-creating. The mind-soul has the ability to direct the body, instead of the body-personality directing the mind. We have to decide to re-orientate ourselves to let go of karma as conditioned memory of the personality, and actively employ higher consciousness of divine law in its place.

Summary

Our constitution (4) is transformed by way of the Law of the Triad (3) that’s seeded with ideas drawn into it by the higher mind (of cosmic good) that operates flawlessly through the cosmic law of creation. The process for transformation is formulated by the Tarot, which serves as a Key for interpreting the Kabbalah, which provides us with a precise formulated process for undergoing spiritual transformation. 12 is formulated as 1 + 2 = 3 > Triad. 1 = attention that’s directed into memory (either universal as archetypes or personal as conditioning) (2) form our paradigm as filters for interpretation through the imagination (3), which uses memory as patterns of interpretation that are applied to various situations, creating more of the same type of realities as a metaphorical theme.

To change our paradigm, we have to change the memories that construct it. This is done with the creative imagination which is seeded intentionally with new ideas and perspectives to grow into new realities that are experienced within as new memory that acts to reprogram us. Concentration on laws trains the mind to operate according to those laws through the understanding of them, and we begin naturally thinking and creating by way of laws. As we learn how to apply laws practically, we learn the skill for creating our self and our life in more accurate and precise manner. We don’t need years of therapy in order to transcend our conditioning, all we have to do is realize our true nature as the very “mind-soul” that’s “producing” the reality of our conditioning, and in doing so, begin to see ourselves in a whole new light and from an entirely different perspective.

Realizing your True Higher Purpose

       There are very few things that give our life more meaning and provide us with natural motivation as a kind of passion and devotion than realizing what our true purpose in life is. While we may have several purposes in the general sense of life responsibilities that are born out of love and devotion of some kind, we all possess what we can think of as our main purpose that involves what we have come here as a soul to learn, bring into higher forms of expression, and use to grow ourselves in some way. Our soul’s purpose is recognized as an all-prevalent idea that comes completely natural to us and is what acts to sustain us through our darkest and most fear-driven moments, as well as what brings us a true sense of fulfillment and contentment in the accomplishment of overcoming life challenges and expressing ourselves in terms of our gifts and talents.

       Our soul’s purpose as the main theme that serves to shape our life as a whole forms the basis for other purposes we form that help us navigate stages of our life or that are set as phases of personal growth that are met and undertaken in a fully conscious and willful manner. The fulfillment of our purpose comes only through realization and making decisions in the most important moments to really apply ourselves to the best of our ability and even beyond what we thought we were capable of. It also becomes apparent to us through the administration of what we call “karma” (unconscious use of will to create) and the necessary path as a process of transformation for redeeming ourselves from what was set into motion as a cause and effect relationship through our own perceptions and actions.

The Nature of our Soul and Mind

       What we commonly tend to think of as our soul, is threefold in nature just like our mind is, because they’re ultimately the same thing, and function in identical ways through the same principles on different levels or planes of existence that form a hierarchical structure based on vibratory frequency that move from a higher vibration to a lower one in the manifestation of the same thing (idea). In a similar manner, each level of our soul exists at a different level of consciousness with a different kind of purpose and reason, which are all correlated in a way that can be played out together in a harmonious fashion.

       What we refer to as the “lower soul” is directly associated with our bodily existence as a higher animal-like being and is the offspring (produced and maintained by) of our higher, human and immortal Soul. The main purpose of our lower soul is survival, self-protection, and propagation of the species. It’s primarily unconscious in nature, instinctively driven through emotional states, and lacks any real awareness of its higher, immortal existence. The purpose of our lower soul usually involves family, children and loved ones, and providing for them while keeping them healthy and safe. The means for doing this usually involves our profession and how we make a living and the lifestyle we create through purely material and natural means.

       Our higher or “medium” soul is a part of the human kingdom, which exists on the plane directly above the animal kingdom of the lower soul, and is both mortal (physical) and immortal (energetic) in nature. Our human soul acts as a medium between our Over Soul and is what forms the bridge as a step-down process between higher and lower worlds. The primary purpose of our higher soul is to redeem itself from patterns created while in the unconscious state of the lower soul, and fashion itself instead to be of the same nature as the Super Soul. The main function of our higher soul is transmutation through the conscious act of self-creation. We are created initially through our formative conditioning while in a purely unconscious state. Our higher soul takes over the process of creating itself by becoming self-aware and using its higher capacities of the mind to impregnate the subconscious of the lower soul with ideas that it then acts to produce as a reality that provides the higher soul with an “experience of itself”.

       The higher, human soul is the creative aspect of us that witnesses and forms realization of itself around the realities it acts to indirectly create. It shapes itself through the decisions it makes by always asking itself “who am I”, and then producing the reality of that decision that provides it with experiences of itself. Through various acts of self-realization it makes decisions that it then directs the body to act out as the means of creating itself in an intentional and fully aware manner. This is the aspect of us that creates itself through association and how it identifies with its own self-produced experiences. Its purpose always involves transforming itself to higher and more virtuous states of being that operates through more of a universal identity rather than a personal one. As it transforms itself through constant self-expression of selected attributes and qualities, it simultaneously seeds the collective unconscious of the animal-soul providing the pathway as a vibratory frequency or mental state that becomes available for all those seeking a similar path.

       The higher soul resides fully within the astral plane of Light which is constructed out of multiple planes of higher and lower regions as specialized rates and modes of vibration. The lower regions of the astral plane are instinctual and emotionally driven, and the higher regions are intelligent and willfully driven. It acts to marry thought as an archetypal idea to the feeling sensations and emotions of a complementary nature (the thought naturally gives rise to corresponding sensations and emotions) in order to manifest the idea as a reality of the same nature. For this reason its purpose always involves growth as transformation that dissolves karma as unconscious creation and creates itself in a fully conscious manner through use of its higher capacities of self-realization, free choice, and will.

       The Super Soul or Over Soul exists in an “unformed state of pure potential” as a unified field of infinite possibilities. Its only purpose is to provide the substance and means for the human soul to use in order to create itself and always “works”, so to speak, for the benefit of all involved in a universal manner. It’s not “personal or individual” in nature, but is what forms all individuals and personal realities. It contains all of the archetypes as “whole ideas” (ideals) that are willfully drawn down into the Astral plane by the higher soul and formed (transformed) into personalized versions of the same idea through a continuous process of adaptation and modification. This is where we obtain substance as universal archetypes that we use to fashion our human nature as “mass consciousness”.

       Just as instinct governs the lower soul, archetypes as gods and goddesses that make up the Zodiac and Mythology govern the higher planes of creativity. This plane provides the human soul with what it needs in order to self-create in a deliberate and precise manner by choosing, embodying, and becoming certain qualities that form characteristics. All higher, human souls are comprised of certain combinations of the same universal archetypes in different degrees and potency. Its purpose is always universal in nature and involves serving mankind and the entire natural world in the most beneficial way possible based on how they use their own powers to self-create. When in our highest purpose as universal beings we realize we are the “caretakers” of Nature (and our body-soul) and live in harmony with all of life which originates from the same ultimate source.

       Naturally, these three aspects of the same Soul share a common purpose that moves the same idea from a universal and unified state down into an individual and personal expression as our purpose for transforming ourselves. Our soul’s purpose in the ultimate sense is formed by a metaphorical idea that’s played out simultaneously on all three levels in a congruent and harmonious way where one forms the foundation for the next to spontaneously emerge out of it. The purpose of the lower soul sets the stage necessary for the higher soul to gain self-realization and actively shape itself by utilizing the archetypes, qualities, and characteristics of the Supernal plane. Our lower soul forms what we call our “personality” (natural to all animals), which is developed through our childhood, whereas our higher soul forms our “identity”. Our identity is something that we create while in an adolescent and mature state.

       While the purpose of our lower soul comes in an automatic fashion through instinct to survive, reproduce, and raise and protect our family, or achieve material success of some kind, our human soul’s purpose involves using its higher capacities in a skillful manner in order to create from a self-aware and intentional state. As humans, our ultimate purpose is to develop ourselves to a higher state by “becoming one with God” (embodying archetypal ideals), and form ourselves to be divine and self-determined as a sovereign being. Our personality lays the foundation out of which we can deliberately create “who we are” as an individual through use of our higher, creative capacities in a congruent and harmonious way.

       Our main purpose as a human soul is to wake-up in the unconscious state of our lower nature and realize that it only acts as a vehicle and means for us to create ourselves, not the other way around. Most people live their entire life being determined by others and their life conditions and circumstances, and are shaped almost exclusively in relationship and response to others while unaware of their true identity and creative abilities. As long as we have practical responsibilities as the fulfillment of our lower soul’s purpose, it can prevent us from making the true decisions about who we are and how we’re going to be because of what it would mean if we did and how it would affect everyone else. This is why our spiritual path usually isn’t taken up fully until our kids are grown and on their own, and we no longer have the responsibility to care for loved ones. It’s only at this point in our life that we can make decisions for ourselves that don’t violate the free will of everyone else involved.

       This change in purpose from our lower one to our higher one, often comes through what’s called a “mid-life crisis”, or where what we built our identity around our whole life through a role we played in a certain dynamic, suddenly ends or changes, and we find ourselves feeling lost and without a purpose anymore. We no longer know who we are or what it is we’re meant to do. This is one of the most natural forms of transformation that we go through as the fulfillment of one purpose, freeing us to take up another purpose of a higher nature that involves our individuality as a soul, and consciously exercising our ability to create in a concentrated fashion, instead of as part of a group mind.

       At this point we begin asking ourselves who we really are when not being defined by our relationships and life situation. We begin stepping into a more universal role and make decisions in terms of what it is we want to contribute to life before we die. We move from shaping ourselves based on others to shaping ourselves based on our own ideas about our self. We begin looking at our own issues and habits with new eyes and addressing our own unconscious tendencies in order to transform them into a fully conscious awareness where our actions become deliberate and well-thought out and nothing acts to bind or limit us. We move from being almost exclusively focused on others to going within and focusing on our own nature and developing ourselves by way of our own hand.

Our Soul’s Design

       As a human, immortal, and creative being, we are born into this world with everything we need to fulfill our ultimate purpose. We’re all designed as a specialized pattern of natural desires, interests, gifts, talents, special abilities, attitudes, disposition, and temperament that provides us with the tools and means necessary for doing what we came here to do. Our higher soul’s purpose comes natural to us and requires us to actively utilize our full potential in order to achieve it while also moving through whatever is acting to prevent or counteract it. Our lower soul’s purpose, which is materially based, sets the stage that’s ideal for doing this. Our true purpose always requires us to move through our fears, character flaws, and false beliefs in order to actualize latent qualities necessary in order to create in new ways by transforming them.

       Our higher soul’s purpose can’t be fulfilled while we’re still nurturing and protecting our weakness and fears formed through our formative (unconscious) conditioning. Fear must be transformed by choosing to employ courage in its place, allowing us to move ahead in spite of our fears, and dissolve them as a result. Fear, like all emotions, when brought into our thoughts is an illusion whose only purpose is to stop and prevent us from doing something we want and need to do. Our natural weaknesses and shortcomings are what act to prevent and counteract our soul’s true purpose and we have to actively employ and exercise our higher capacities of realization, reason, choice and will in order to turn them into strengths as creative tools. We transform them through awareness and the practical application of universal laws that provide us with the processes necessary for transformation.

       Our immortal soul’s purpose is to ultimately redeem itself from a prison of its own making produced out of past errors in perceiving and by facilitating its own process of growth and transformation. It requires us to step into our true identity as creative, conscious beings and shape ourselves by way of our own mind. This is a manifestation not built with the hands or by way of others, but by the soul that’s acting to direct the activities of the body and material world. This purpose and the process it presupposes are intimate and highly personal in nature and don’t ever require other people to accomplish. Its purpose is to become autonomous as a sovereign being that’s not being controlled and determined by others or the natural forces of the material world.

        The process of personal growth involves transforming vices into virtues in order to become more “god-like”. It seeks to transform itself through the vision it creates of itself that acts to heal the trauma and conditioning incurred by the lower soul by witnessing it from a higher, detached awareness. The awareness as self-realization is what acts as the means of transformation because it brings what’s operating in your life just below the level of awareness into the light where you can see it in a clear and more accurate way. Through awareness alone, which alters our perception, it loses its grip and we’re no longer caught up in the illusion of it. As you become aware of the false nature of it, you realize simultaneously that you actually have a choice as to “who you’re going to be and what reality you’re going to create” instead.

       The ultimate purpose of your higher soul is to step fully into the awareness of your ability to create from a fully self-aware state, and make new, intentional decisions that you then act out in a deliberate way as the true means of creating. We can only break patterns of the past that we were continuing to faithfully act out without direct awareness by forming an objective and non-personal awareness around them. By becoming aware of what previously eluded us, we step into a true position of actually being able to create in new and more beneficial ways. Once we’re able to clearly see an illusion that we played an active part in, we continue to see it any time it’s being played out around us and we recognize when we’re being triggered somehow in order to continue acting it out.

Higher Forms of Self-Awareness

       Our true purpose in life is to wake-up in the dream we’ve mistaken for being real and realize that it’s actually something we’re doing to ourselves. While in our higher nature as a sovereign soul we realize that nothing is ever being “done to us by another” in terms of how we experience things, and that we’re always the ones creating ourselves in relationship and response to others. Once we become aware of this and recognize how it is that we’re doing this, we can begin creating our experiences and ourselves by way of those experiences in a truly responsible manner, and act “on ourselves” (our lower nature) to redeem ourselves from past karma by making new decisions formed by our higher self from higher states of self-awareness. By making new decisions in the midst of what used to be automated patterns, we can replace them (transform them) with new patterns that are a product of our true identity and more accurately demonstrate our ability to create ourselves from a fully self-aware state.

       Our higher soul’s true purpose is to heal itself of past errors born out of an unconscious conditioned state by utilizing our power of self-awareness and realization, our ability to make new decisions for our self and our life, and employ willpower to act them out. By achieving a state of true self-awareness it automatically breaks the patterns that bound us to lower consciousness where we created in a predominately unconscious, emotionally driven manner, shaped by the group mind and the emotional states and behavioral dynamics we were trained to by others.

       Once we realize how we’ve been creating our experiences out of a conditioned mindset and automatic behaviors, their hold on us begins dissolving and we can see them clearly as the illusions they are from that moment forward. Once we’re in a position of creating in an aware and intentional manner, and we’ve acted to transform our weakness and character flaws into strengths, and dissolved the unconscious patterns that bound us to a life of delusion, our true purpose can be realized and fulfilled. We gain a true realization that the lower soul of the body is merely a vehicle and instrument for the higher soul to express and self-create rather than what acts to create and determine our higher soul.

Summary

       The lower soul of the body is what forms our “personality” as a member of the animal kingdom through genetics and formative conditioning. This part of us only “knows” what it’s taught and lacks the ability to create by “thinking for itself” (inventing in an original way). The higher soul of the human kingdom is the “I” in the equation and its purpose involves creating its own identity as an individual. When we remain in a primarily unconscious state, our identity comes as the offspring and natural evolution of our personality and is formed by whatever situation we find ourselves in and what roles we naturally take on and play as a result. In order to employ our higher consciousness and ability to be self-determined, we have to realize who we are in terms of how we’ve been created by others up to this point, and accurately identify what it is about ourselves that we need to transform in order to take over our own creation from a fully self-aware state. We do this by actively employing the archetypes and qualities of the Supernal plane, and by transforming vices as weakness and addictions into virtues as strengths that are of a higher morality and immortal in nature. The Higher soul isn’t concerned with material possessions and accomplishments, but only of “who we become” by way of our material body, possessions and creations. It’s only our identity as our self-created individuality that transcends the material plane at the death of the body.

Sacred Geometry – The Tetrad and the Universal Law of Creation

All spiritual knowledge exists as laws, and Sacred Geometry is the symbolic language that’s used to illustrate and communicate these laws. Universal laws are the invisible forces and primordial intelligence of the natural world that operate as “processes” that organize and animate the physical forms that make up the “reality” of the material world. These laws are not the forms themselves as such, but the energetic intelligence that forms the holographic substrata (astral matrix) that gives rise to the phenomena of the gross realm of creation. The Tetrad or Tetragrammaton, represents the material form that’s created by organizing the four elements of the material world that are directed and shaped by the higher capacities of the mind. When we learn how to properly interpret the laws represented by the Tetrad, we find that it provides us with “basic instructions” as the creative process necessary for creating our self and our reality.

All Universal Laws operate as a process of growth and development where one law systematically emerges out of the active expression of the one that precedes it. As one unfolds it lays the foundation necessary for the next one to spontaneously unfold as a natural sequence. All laws are represented by a series of correspondences that not only have geometrical shapes associated with them, but also numbers, letters, colors, archetypal forms, sounds, qualities, characteristics, and cohesive ideas that are inherent in certain “psychological states”. Our state of mind or “soul’s mood” is the vibratory frequency that contains both a pattern in it’s potential state and a self-organizing mechanism for assembling it through a process of synchronistic unfolding. 

All natural phenomena as we know it rises naturally out of our state-of-mind as our mood. How we feel mentally determines what we focus on, think about, what emotions we experience in relation to our thoughts, which memories we play out in our mind through association, what type of story we tell ourselves about something, and so on. Whenever we’re looking at one law, such as the Tetrad here in this article, which is represented by the number 4 (with the value of 5), we know that it comes as the full expression of 0 through 4, while still containing the latent potential of laws 5 – 9, which unfold out of it in a synchronized fashion as a natural growth process.

Each law represents a single aspect and specialized operation as a stage of development in the dynamic unfolding of an even greater creative process. A law is a organizing force that shapes an “idea” into a “coherent field” as a kind of “seed” for impregnating the womb of the subconscious. Whatever idea we inject into our subconscious is imagined as an actual experience of reality, and “magnetized” with sensations that produce an equivalent emotional response. It’s the “reaction” (movement) that causes it to begin vibrating at the frequency of the emotion that it birthed. As it begins vibrating at a certain rate and mode, it resonates with the light around it,  and organizes it into structured patterns that outwardly display distinct characteristics and express through specialized behaviors.They come as an interaction between spirit and matter as the mind and body working together as different densities of the same thing to produce what we experience as a coherent material reality.

This “reality”, which is a product of the “greater mind” operating through the “individual mind” on different scales, planes, and magnitudes simultaneously through a dynamic process of adaptation and modification, is first produced as a kind of “original creation” that’s purely unconscious in nature (based on the universal memory of the collective unconscious) and shared by the entire natural world and all its inhabitants. As we impregnate our own subconscious with an idea, we impregnate the entire space around us with that same idea, because we all share the same subconscious mind. What we refer to as “our” subconscious is also the group mind of the “collective unconscious” and what we call mass consciousness which all acts together harmoniously to produce the same reality as a theme or metaphor. This reality of mass consciousness provides us with the “objective foundation” as a starting point for creating a personal reality unconsciously through our very perception of it, and in a conscious manner by learning how to operate the higher capacities inherent in our own mind.

When we understand how the universal laws of the mind work, we can work by way of those laws to create our self and our experience of reality, which are both simply symbolic outplays and projections of each other on smaller and larger scales and at higher and lower levels. When we fail to recognize and understand the laws that govern our own mind and reality, we often work in a way that contradicts them and we create in a haphazard and random way as a result. We experience our lives as though we have no control over what happens to us or why. We don’t realize in the ultimate sense that we are actually the one creating our experience of our self and reality through our “inner character” as an idea we’ve cultivated about ourselves and our natural ability to perceive that same idea in our outer world.

We form “ourselves” out of our own thoughts and emotions as a kind of archetype or “mental model of the world” that acts as a theme for producing both our inner and outer reality as a continuous part of the same idea played out at both the personal and universal level at the same time. This law is illustrated in the primary 3-in-1 Law of the Monad, which contains the seeded potential as a full expression of all laws that it acts to give birth to as a growth process of spirit “becoming” fully actualized in material form. Thought produces the physical form as a light-matrix, and sensation as emotion produces the feeling that animates it, which blend together to produce a certain “type” of experience. Whatever type of experiences we produce with our mental paradigm, we also experience our “self” through, and we shape our identity accordingly. Whatever we wrap our identity around we use as the means for creating ourselves through the story we live as the expression of the relationship that’s formed.

The Monad – the Mind, Soul, and Self

All of life as we know it is the result of “combinations” of polar opposites that form a dynamic relationship as new variations of a universal idea or theme. The Monad is represented as the combination of 0 and 1 (nothing and something) as a sphere or circle with a dot in the center, the same symbol that’s used to represent the sun as the center of our solar system. This can also be seen as the “dual state” of light (photons as the essence of matter) that exists simultaneously as both a particle and wave, or as the individual mind located within a material body and the outer reality of the universal mind that they experience themselves through as a cohesive version of the same metaphorical idea. All material forms are accompanied by a holographic electromagnetic field that forms its “etheric double” as a kind of “spatial blueprint” or 3-D model that’s used to inform, maintain, and animate it, giving it life temporarily.

The Monad represents the human soul as a “medium” that exists on the “Astral Plane” and serves to draw down and absorb ideas from the higher spiritual plane of archetypal ideas in order to create itself “as” a reality. Through a dynamic process of mental imagery, vibration, sympathetic resonance, and coherence, the human soul creates in an infinite variety of ways that are unique and diversified, yet still a part of the main, overall theme of humanity. The Monad is the combination of spirit as laws and principles that serve to imbue the personality of the body with attributes and characteristics through the medium of the mind, which acts to create the body out of archetypal memory, and then inhabits it in order to express as a material being. All creation within the material plane is produced by a combination of three corresponding planes and levels of the mind all vibrating in harmony as extensions of each other.

The Monad contains the life-force energy that causes a single cell to regenerate and multiply while undergoing a process of differentiation in order to specialize and play a unique part in an even greater unified whole. Through the process of Mitosis, a single cell regenerates itself in order to produce trillions of cells that all share the same basic information in different combinations and degrees necessary to perform different functions as a part of the same being. While we think of the body as being comprised of trillions of individual cells, the fact is, it’s actually comprised of “one cell” of coded information that regenerates and replicates itself trillions of times. This is the same principle that operates the DNA of our body where we form new combinations through the feminine and masculine aspects of the same genetic code and produce a unique variation as our offspring based on what’s turned on and turned off to produce a unique formula comprised of the same basic information.

The Monad regenerates and separates from itself forming the “appearance” of itself as another or as an outer reality that’s of the same nature (idea as a theme) on a larger scale. There’s never a total separation from ourselves in the real sense, but more of a projection and expansion of the inner that blends with itself in the outer, connecting to the core or center of being in everything else, transforming how it appears to us. The center (dot) of one exists on the periphery (outer boundary of the sphere) of the other. This act of self-regeneration, represented by the energetic substrata of the mind and matter intimately woven together as a whole, forms both the core self of the individual as a certain “type of person”, and the outer reality as the type of story that person acts to naturally tell by how they live their life.

The outer world as what we have come to call “reality” is produced and only exists through our perception of it. As we “look though” our mind as our mental paradigm, we can only “see” what matches it in everything else. We can only comprehend what can be constructed, described, explained, and given meaning using our mental model. We act unconsciously to shape the appearance of the outer world and everyone else to be of the same nature as we are. Our mental vibration forms a thematic pattern as a paradigm that serves to stimulate and bring out the same qualities as complementary opposites in everything around us, setting the stage necessary for expressing through a story we tell ourselves about things as a way of producing our experiences. As we create our inner experiences of an outer reality, we sense our self through those experiences and simultaneously create ourselves by how we associate and identify with our own story about things.

The Dyad – The Womb of the Universe    

The regeneration and projection of the Monad produces the Dyad, which creates the medium between the inner and outer world that gives rise to all of our thoughts and imaginings. The Monad is fundamentally androgynous in nature, and separates itself to produce the feminine (inner) and masculine (outer) aspect of the same thing necessary to “procreate” by producing offspring as new combinations and relationships with different aspects of ourselves in everything else. Our inner world of thought and emotions shaped into a reality in the imagination forms our perceptual lens that we use to view the outer world, and the outer world in turn acts to stimulate and influence the thoughts and feelings that form our internal world. All reality is produced by a self-perpetuating expansion and contraction of the “self” that acts to create itself on different scales within multiple planes simultaneously.

The inner and outer world exists in relationship with each other as a form of space-time continuum, represented by a straight line that connects the center (dots) of both spheres of consciousness as a shared inner nature. This horizontal line that connects the material bodies of both the self and others, as the inner that produces the outer, represents the material plane as being a product of or simulated reproduction of the mind (soul) creating it. We act on the outer environment to influence it into a new form by re-configuring it (resonance) by how we first view it and then interpret it, altering its vibration to form a new pattern (coherence). Once we’ve altered the appearance of the outer reality through a mental interaction and relationship, we then absorb and draw the experience of it back into ourselves, stimulating ourselves with our own creation. All of our perception and creative activities come through the relationship we form with ourselves (same idea as a life theme) in everything else.

The Triad – the Power of the Imagination

As we connect with and perceive ourselves in others through the activities and events of our life, we’re stimulated in ways that activate, call forth, and intensify some qualities, while returning others to a passive and latent state. We form thoughts as an internal representation of possible realities based on new combinations. We take a metaphorical idea and adapt it to our current life situation by how we apply it and form a modified version of the same basic idea. As we think and imagine, we alter our vibratory state and “tune ourselves” internally to the outer reality of our thoughts. Whatever idea we connect with and readily take in and begin thinking about, we become one with in spirit. By continuing to think about an idea that was stimulated in us by another, we integrate it into our paradigm through the reality we form of it in our imagination that sets the basis as a pattern for being able to first perceive it outwardly, then resonate and connect with it, forming a gravitational field between the inner idea and corresponding outer idea of the same nature or vibratory frequency.

This internal representation of reality produced in the imagination by the absorption and integration of a congruent idea, forms a new and unique combination of the same basic qualities to produce the triad. The triad is represented by a triangular shape whose base is formed by the straight line connecting the inner with the outer of the same nature, which then peaks in the center as a harmoniously “exalted state” on the upper plane as the imaginary creation of the mind / soul. The Law of the Triad represents the Law of the Imagination which forms an internal reality as the basis or energetic template for producing an outer reality of the same theme.

The reality created in our imagination as a potential reality tunes us energetically to the state of that reality, and forms the “vibratory template” as the “etheric hologram” for attracting, organizing, and perceiving that same type of reality outwardly. As we think and picture our thoughts as an internal representation or working concept, we form the “filtering system and lens” that we then look through in order to create our experience of reality. The same idea as a kind of metaphor or archetype is played out on multiple scales as the foundation for both a personal and universal reality. The inner is looked through and reflected downward in a polarized, reverse image on the lower plane, producing another triangle joined by the same baseline or foundation (horizontal line), producing a diamond shape as the Tetrad. When a diamond is reoriented horizontally, it forms a square or cube, which is symbolic of the material world shaped by the Four Elements. The Four Elements of the Pentad (5) form an equilateral square on the lower plane that’s shaped by the Fifth Element of the mind on the higher plane directly above it, all of which are symbolized by triads.

The Tetrad – the Birth of Reality

The Tetrad is the complementary opposite of the Triad on a different (lower) plane and is produced in a similar fashion to the Dyad, which exists as a reflection or mirror image (opposite) of the Monad on the same correlating plane. In this sense, the inner and outer, and the upper and lower are complementary opposites of the same thing and are produced by the same fundamental law of self-replication and reproduction. One acts to produce the other as smaller and greater expressions of the same metaphorical idea. Our internal nature as the qualities that make up our character, become the basis for producing an outer reality that’s comprised of the same, yet opposite qualities and characteristics. We’re always creating our opposite outside of us as a means of contrasting and relating to it in order to define ourselves by way of it. We can only know ourselves as “good”, by contrasting and comparing ourselves to what we deem “bad”. The idea of good and bad are opposites of the same idea that are simply cast in different roles, and one is necessary in order to define the other.

The soul creates itself by whatever it has a natural connection with (resonates with) and desires to become “one with in mind” through that connection. The soul acts as a medium between upper planes of the spirit as laws and archetypes, and the lower plane of the material world as coalesced light that produces the material reality as the “meaning” of our thoughts. Whatever idea the soul takes in and produces a possible reality out of by thinking about it and applying to their daily life in a specific and detailed manner, becoming “one with it in spirit”, acts to create through a natural process of adaptation that modifies the idea to become a congruent and meaningful part of its natural outer perception and daily life.

Our inner nature forms our natural feelings of connection with whatever is of the same nature and idea all around us. As we become one with an idea in thought and form a picture of it internally as a potential reality that’s played out in our daily life, and we concentrate on it repetitively while infusing it with magnetism (passion), it becomes a perceptual filter and we systematically see, connect with, and produce it as a corresponding outer experience. The soul as the mind only learns through experience, and creates itself as having certain qualities and characteristics by producing an experience of itself as the outward expression of those qualities, producing a memory of it. As the soul produces the reality of an idea, it senses itself by way of and in relationship with that idea, and acts on itself to shape itself in a completely self-contained and self-perpetuating manner.

How the Soul Creates its own Reality

We can only truly “do” what we can first imagine ourselves doing. When we’re left to our own devices, all of our goals and desires emerge naturally in our imagination by thinking about them. As we create an internal sensory experience of an idea, we create an “energetic template” that provides the subconscious with the pattern as a form of “virtual memory” for producing as an outer correspondence. Just the act of imagining an idea as an “actual experience” gives us the pattern as a way of being and the pathway for creating it as an actual outer experience of the same nature. Our ability to create in the outer world is based solely on our ability to first create it inwardly. Both the inner and the outer are constantly being transformed by each other through the nature of their interaction to produce an endless variety as an evolution of the same idea.

The model of the Tetragrammaton shows us that the inner mind of the subconscious is also what produces the outer world of self-awareness. The core or central self of the personality produces the outer world that it exists in and uses to experience itself. In order to change the outer world of manifest reality, we have to change the inner world of the imagination. We have to learn how to seed our own subconscious as the means of producing new experiences. We do this by picking intentional thoughts as ideas that we hold in our mind, concentrate on and imagine as a detailed sensory reality while infusing it with very compelling emotions, forming a strong desire for it. The subconscious is “experiential” in nature as the faculty of the mind that acts to produce our outer experiences, and we have to program it for new realities by turning an idea into an experience that produces a form of virtual memory. The subconscious, as an aspect of the soul, creates in an automatic fashion based on the memory it’s programmed with.

Emotion is the motivating force of the subconscious and is what naturally produces all of our behaviors and activities while in a physical body. How an idea is expressed to produce an outer reality is based on how we present the idea to ourselves internally and what emotion it naturally acts to invoke in us as a natural response to the idea. Emotion is the active and formative energy and connecting medium of the material plane. Any emotion being inwardly experienced and outwardly expressed produces an electrical charge that’s transmitted through the atmosphere, stimulating the same emotion in everything around us, bringing it into an active state in order to create a joint reality out of it.

The subconscious is motivated instinctively by feelings of pleasure or pain, and as a general rule, moves towards pleasure and away from pain, as a form of attraction and repulsion. In order to manifest a reality intentionally, we have to make sure we present it to ourselves in a way that elicits the proper emotion and type of experience. Otherwise we act to repel and negate the very thing we say we want. All reality is produced by the congruent unification of a combination of factors. It’s a combination of unconscious ideas and behaviors that play out automatically without direct awareness and conscious intention that’s designed to transform and evolve natural tendencies to a higher and more beneficial expression.

Summary

Whatever we think about and picture in our imagination as an actual experience, we become one with in mind, and produce metaphorically as our personal reality. Whatever thoughts we think that produce and keep us in certain emotional states, become the nature of all our outer experiences and what serves to motivate all of our natural and automatic behaviors. If we’re feeling sad, we focus on and think about sad things, replay sad memories over and over in our mind, and act to create more sad experiences. The thoughts we naturally think in an automatic fashion are based on our soul’s nature and character, and come by strengthening and reinforcing certain parts of our soul’s nature through our formative conditioning. Whatever we think about we become one with in mind and spirit, and set as a mental template and request for producing as an outer experience of reality. On the higher spiritual planes, “thoughts are actions” and are creative.

To change our life and reality, we have to change our habitual thoughts and the emotional states they produce or were born out of, and seed our imagination instead with new thoughts that we imagine as intense experiences that act to naturally elicit strong positive feelings of desire and emotional pleasure in response to them. We have to upgrade and evolve our mental paradigm through the incorporation of new ideas conceived of and born in the imagination as a detailed internal representation. Once an idea is imagined as an emotionally intense experience of a pleasurable nature, it integrates into our mental model as a possibility and becomes a natural part of our make-up and perception of reality. We tune ourselves to the vibration of that idea, and form a gravitational field between us and whatever’s of that same idea around us that can be used coherently to co-create it as a joint experience.

Auto-Suggestion and Affirmations – The Secret to Programming your own Subconscious Mind

Auto-suggestion works by way of the same principles that affirmations do as a form of guided meditation or subliminal conditioning. Our Higher Soul acts to operate both the subconscious and conscious aspects of the mind to both self-create and create our perception of the outer world. Like all entities and natural forces in the universe, the mind is dual in nature as masculine (conscious) and feminine (subconscious) aspects of the same thing, and work together in a harmonious way to create itself, others, and the world at large, all of which result from a form of self-perception. The brain, like the mind that operates and creates through it, is also dual in nature, where the conscious aspect of the mind works through the large brain as the cerebrum, which is the grey matter in the front of the head, and the subconscious works through the small brain or cerebellum, also called the reptilian brain, located in the back of the head attached directly to the brain stem and spinal cord. A further division as symmetry takes place through the polar aspects of the brain known as the “right” (feminine) and “left” (masculine) hemispheres, which again, perform different functions in creating a coherent experience of reality. These dual aspects of the brain, like the dual aspects of the mind, act together to create a “whole self” or entity, while playing different roles, speaking different languages, performing different functions, and usually being completely unaware of each other because whenever one is active, the other one is passive. The conscious mind is secretly being run by the subconscious mind which forms our personality, formative conditioning, and habitual states and tendencies, and is what forms the basis for all of our outer perceptions. The conscious mind is what we experience as our normal or “waking” consciousness. When we’re awake we’re aware of our “self” and the outer world, whereas the subconscious is our most basic “being” that produces and regulates all natural biological functions of our body, all automatic and habitual behaviors, perceptions, and tendencies, and is emotionally driven and primarily “instinctual” in nature. The subconscious mind is the primal mind that we share with the animal kingdom and all of Nature, and is what acts to produce and govern the entire material plane through active expression of “memory” of some kind, whether actual or simulated, that provide it with a thematic template or holographic, 3-D blueprint for organizing matter into interactive patterns as dynamic relationships. All natural and automatic behavior, as well as mood, emotional states and fundamental perceptions are produced and maintained by the subconscious in an automatic fashion as the means of creating reality in a consistent and congruent manner. The mind operates out of a “model” as our mental paradigm that serves to create on all levels of the material world simultaneously.

       In order to change any aspect of our material reality, we have to work through this mental model and change ourselves first.  All outer perception is a direct reflection and projection of our inner, self-perception. We use the same model to create and perceive ourselves as we do to create and perceive others and the world in general. So all transformation comes by way of working on ourselves to alter and modify our mental paradigm as our “model of the world”. We do this naturally all the time by readily accepting and taking in information of some kind that’s compatible with our model and by integrating it, use it to evolve and update our model. We’re constantly changing and becoming through what is largely an unconscious and natural process of programming our own mind by how we feel, think, imagine and fantasize, and through the perceptions, emotional states and actions they act together to naturally produce. We are all equipped with the means for self-creating, and while we’re always involved in doing so in an unconscious and automatic way, we can also work by way of this same natural process to deliberately transform, grow, and develop ourselves as the means of intentionally creating ourselves and our experience of life. Our conscious and subconscious minds are designed to work together in a harmonious manner to create a unified self and perception of the outer world, but first we have to learn and work by way of the principles involved.  The mind and body, like all creative forces in the universe, operate according to principles, and in order to create in a conscious and deliberate manner we have to work by way of those same principles. Whenever we fail to recognize the laws working in any situation, and we attempt to work outside of or in contradiction to laws, we only end up working against ourselves by posing one aspect of ourselves against the other as adversaries and opponents. The subconscious exists as the polar, yet complementary opposite of the conscious mind. This means one is produced or exists as the direct reflection of the other. The driving impulse of everything that’s undesirable to us, such as passions, shortcomings, bad traits, and weaknesses of various sorts, has its source in the subconscious. The driving force behind everything we don’t want to do and don’t wish for, lies in the subconscious, and so it’s here that it needs to be transformed. The conscious mind, which is the “I” as the self-aware, thinking, willful and discriminating mind has the ability through reason to “decide” and choose “how it wants to be”, is often directly opposed by and therefore over ruled by the subconscious, whose only directive is to maintain the status quo through a form of “self-preservation” as established and well maintained emotional states, habits, and tendencies.

       The subconscious, when not worked with properly, tends to be ill-disposed towards and acts to contradict and sabotage our conscious decisions and takes control of our will through passions and emotions that keep us doing the very things we don’t want to do, and creating ourselves and our life out of them as a result. Because the subconscious is the aspect of our mind that forms and gives birth to the material world, we have to not only render it harmless in order to achieve our goals, but we have to convince it to help us realize our wishes and partner with the conscious mind as the powerful ally that it is. In order to do this we have to look at what acts as a communication barrier between them, and learn the art of translating conscious goals into the language of the subconscious. The conscious, self-aware, thinking mind, tends to be abstract and objective in nature, and exists fully within “time and space”, where it spends the better part of its time thinking about the past and future, and wastes it’s creative ability replaying memories of some kind over and over as the “means” of creating the same type of things in the present, reinforcing and strengthening them while setting the basis for creating more of the same thing in the future. The conscious mind is easily distracted and engages willingly in meaningless activities as a way of passing time and entertaining itself, and spends most of its time telling itself stories about things as fantasies that are born out of emotional states. It’s easily seduced by the emotional states of the subconscious and dwells endlessly in the mood or state of mind produced by its own illusions, usually without ever realizing that’s what’s actually happening. Thought and emotion are produced by each other, and work together to form all of our memories and fantasies. Memory and emotion are always directly connected and are what serve as the basis for instinct and creating out of an unconscious state where our thoughts are determined and driven by our emotions as primal forces that govern the entire physical plane. This process, being dual and complementary in nature, works both ways, and whatever we dwell in and think about we form an emotional response to, and so we have the ability to actually direct and determine our emotional state through what we focus on and think about. Thought and emotion are always married to each other within the material plane, where one automatically produces and determines the other, and together they produce the “self” and the material reality of self-perception as their offspring. All creation and transformation involves bringing these two aspects into harmony with each other as a unified and coherent idea.

       The subconscious mind is the “unconscious” aspect of the mind in the sense that it fully operates to produce all instinctual, natural, and automatic activities and behaviors without our direct awareness or needing to think about them. It exists outside of time and space, and is always fully present and active in every moment. It never rests like the conscious mind, and even while the conscious mind sleeps it runs all of our biological processes and continues to produce reality through our dream states. It’s our “body consciousness” and is active and operating from the moment of conception to the moment of death. It’s emotionally driven through impulses, and communicates emotionally with everything around it, and while lacking a “will” like the conscious mind, operates and creates reality based on memory of some form. It’s creative in nature in terms of producing the entire material reality of the body, personality, natural behaviors, and the outer reality of perception, all of which are connected by and share in the same subconscious mind as the “collective unconscious”, yet lacks innovation, individuality, and being able to create something new and unique that it doesn’t have a model, pattern, or memory for. All transformation and change in the material sense requires time and space in order to be produced and realized, because all newness is produced as an alteration of what already exists and evolves naturally out of an existing idea. If we set a goal for achieving something as a “future event”, something we’re “going to do”, or are “trying to do”, we program the subconscious mind with the idea of “going to” or “trying to”, and it creates the constant experience of trying without achieving. It’ll place constant obstacle directly or indirectly in our path as a form of self-sabotage or simply as the means of maintaining what has already been established. The subconscious, if not directed and given a pattern for what to create as a current reality and direct experience (without the passing of time), will nearly always succeed in overcoming us and causing us to fail, especially when willpower is under developed and weak, or we allow our emotional states to dictate what we focus on and think about. The conscious, willful mind has the ability to impregnate the subconscious mind with a wish or goal that it will then use to systematically produce a material reality, but it has to deliver it through the shared medium of the imagination as an actual or already present experience by withdrawing the notion of time and space, and creating it as a form of virtual simulation or memory. The subconscious mind, which needs to be given the pattern (seed) for creating a material reality, doesn’t know the difference between an actual memory and an imagined one, because they’re both produced by the same means through the faculty of the imagination. Even actual experiences are turned into memories and “replayed” over and over “through” the imagination, which is what keeps the past alive in the present forming a consistent experience of reality. We have to create our wish as if it’s already real and happening in the present moment as a full sensory experience. When we seed the subconscious with a memory of the reality we want it to produce, we coordinate and align the two minds with the same idea. The subconscious produces it and the conscious mind perceives it.

       Auto-suggestion is a very basic “self-programming process” for modifying our mental paradigm through the incorporation of new information as an experience that becomes a part of its structural memory. The only way we ever “learn and grow” (evolve) is through experience of some kind that forms the memory as the perceptual programs that make up our infrastructure. We set a goal as a wish or desire for creating as an idea stated in the present tense, and then imagine it repeatedly and intensely in sensory terms as an actual experience of it. All memory, whether considered actual or self-produced, is created in the faculty of the imagination, where it’s then replayed as a means of providing the means for creating a consistent version of reality. The subconscious is thematic, allegorical, and metaphorical in nature, which means it’ll take an imaginary experience of reality and use it as an “archetypal idea” and create it in many different ways and on several different scales and levels simultaneously. It doesn’t need exact instructions or the actual situation in terms of details and absolutes, but only the symbolic idea of it as a theme, that it will then use to create more of the same type of experiences based on whatever environment, circumstances, or situations it’s operating in or based on what’s available as elements for creating the same type of idea in its immediate environment. Formulating your Suggestion / Affirmation Understanding the nature and relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind gives us distinct clues for how to structure the words or phrase used for the suggestion. The suggestion must always be present tense and spoken as a form of command, directive, or order (willfully as if it’s a fact). They must be stated as “I am” and NOT as “I will”. Nowhere in the statement do you ever involve what you “don’t want”. The subconscious doesn’t know how to process negatives and doesn’t operate by being told what “not to do”, but rather by being told what to do as a picture in the mind’s eye, because it speaks the language of images and symbols and creates whatever it imagines. The words spoken serve to form the image or reality in the imagination as the meaning of the words. All wishes can only be for yourself and developing your character, and can’t involve other people or anything that’s outside of your control or that will require the will of others in order to accomplish. They should always involve a form of self-creation and provide the means for developing your own character or transform bad habits and tendencies or negative traits into positive and beneficial ones. You should start by identifying what you want to eliminate or change, and what it is you want to produce in their place. All change is really transformation of one idea into another one. Whatever idea you have a desire to create must be “believable” and not too far out of range from where you’re currently at. Drastic changes hardly ever come about in a natural and gradual way. All changes should be undertaken through a gradual step-by-step process as a logical progression rather than a giant leap from one extreme to another. These rules must be adhered to at all times in order to achieve success. As you speak the wish in an authoritative manner to yourself, you picture it in your mind as an actual reality. You shape it and present it to yourself as if it’s real and you’re “in” the experience of it. You create a feeling and experience of yourself “being that way” by enhancing the sensory nature of it to create it as if it’s actually happening, and elicit the emotional state that’s a natural correspondence to it. Create it in your mind’s eye in a way that produces very positive and compelling emotions. Run this through your mind several times as you repeat the affirmation, until you get it just the way you want to experience it, then replay the perfected version several times in order to stabilize it as an actual memory that can be recalled at will.

Building it into the Muscle Because the subconscious mind creates by way of repeating memories as thematic patterns over and over in a consistent and routine way, we have to replay our imagined, emotionally intense wish repeatedly over a period of time until it becomes automatic as a normal way of being. All habits require a time-frame of consistent replication in order to become permanent as a natural way of being and perceiving. The same principle is true for transforming habits. The number of times required and duration of imagining is 40 times per session. Four is the number of material reality that naturally progresses from three, which is the number of the creative imagination. This is why all processes that work to transform habits of any kind is 6 weeks (42 days) in duration, and why 21 days (past the half way mark) is the time required to establish one idea or routine in place of another. Anything practiced for 21 days becomes easy to do, and once practiced for 40 days becomes established as a new habit and we do it automatically through natural behaviors where intention, willpower and effort are no longer required. An easy method of counting the number of times you’re repeating your affirmations without being distracted by having to think about it, is to create a string of 40 beads, or tie 40 knots in string, then, as you repeat it, count using the beads by moving from one to the next. Once you’ve repeated it to yourself 40 times while imagining it, you can consider a single session complete. You want to practice affirmations two to three times a day for 40 days, after which time your wish should be accomplished. Concentrate all of your effort on only one affirmation at a time and don’t move on to the next until you’ve accomplished it. The key to “mind over matter” is concentration without distraction or spreading yourself to thin by scattering and dispersing intentions.

Best Time of Day for Auto-Suggestion There are two times of the day when we are in a natural hypnotic state of having both the conscious and subconscious active at the same time as a transition from a waking to sleeping state, and that’s when we fall asleep at night, and when we wake first thing in the morning. Do this exercise right before falling asleep in a soft whisper or simply in your thoughts. Every time you repeat, move your fingers to another bead, until you’ve repeated it 40 times. As you say or think the idea, imagine or visualize it as if your wish has already become a reality. Create it in your mind in such a way that you’re thoroughly convinced and believe it. If you reach the end of your beads and you’re still not tired, continue thinking about it into your sleeping state. The object is to take the idea with you from your waking state to your sleeping state, then in the morning from your dream state to your waking state, impregnating the subconscious and coordinating the two states to the fulfillment of the same idea. If you fall asleep before reaching the end of your beads, the purpose will still be achieved. If you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep, repeat the suggestions until you fall asleep. Any idea that we’re thinking about as we fall asleep, we program our subconscious mind with.

What Type of Wishes can be Fulfilled It’s very important to realize which wishes can be realized and which ones can’t. At no point should we attempt to exercise or project our will onto others in an attempt to change or control them somehow. Only the wishes that concern the spirit, soul, and body of the individual can be realized. Ones that involve ennobling the character, transforming negative traits to positive ones, combating weaknesses, bringing dis-harmonies back into balance, attaining good health, activating and developing latent potential and abilities, transforming bad habits, and so on. Wishes that have nothing to do with one’s personality, that involve others to fulfill, those which are designed for acquiring material possessions, or producing group events, can’t be realized. The higher soul, which is the creative aspect that governs only itself in the lower regions of the material plane only goal and true ability, is to “create itself”, and as a result create its experience of reality. As we change, others and the world around us changes accordingly through our perception of them. Process as a Practice:
  • Decide what you want to transform about yourself, and what it is you want to create in its place.
  • State it in positive terms as “what you want”, and not as what you don’t want.
  • Structure the phrase as a command, directive, or order that’s “authoritative and firm”, much like a parent, yet friendly and compassionate.
  • State it in present tense as if it’s already real and happening – “I am feeling better and better every day”, “I am healthy”, “I am confident and self-assured”, “I am a non-smoker”, and so on.
  • As you say it to yourself, form it in your imagination as if it’s already real and true as an “experience” of it.
  • Enhance and intensify it in sensory terms – what are you seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, smelling, and telling yourself about it?
  • Create it in a way that invokes positive emotions in response to it that are very compelling in nature.
  • Repeat your affirmation at least 40 times each time you practice while counting with beads or knots so you won’t be distracted by having to think about it.
  • Practice at least twice a day, preferably before going to sleep and immediately after waking up.
  • Practice the same affirmation repeatedly for 40 days.
  • Only work on one affirmation at a time and stay with it until it’s achieved in a satisfactory manner before moving on to the next one.
