“12 / 12” – Interpreting the Mathematical Code of the 13th Full Moon that’s Ushering in the New Decade of 2020

All numbers represent laws and principles as creative processes and archetypal patterns that are acting to organize and orchestrate the entire material world. There’s no such thing as chance, and nothing ever comes randomly without a reason. Every single effect has a cause as the reason why it exists. What we write off as chance is simply a part of a bigger pattern that’s playing out on a scale so large we can’t recognize it through our immediate experiences. Nothing happens until something moves, and nothing moves without a mover. All activity comes as a part of a larger sequence of events that result through a chain reaction or a “holomovement” formed out of a dynamic interwoven infrastructure. This idea is commonly represented by a drop of water that hits the surface of a large body of water that’s considerably larger in scale and magnitude, which produces a ripple effect as concentric waves that expand in complexity and magnitude, affecting every single point in the water consistently as a wave movement. This idea is also represented as the metaphor of the “spider web” traditionally used in Native American folklore and allegories.

While 12 is a very powerful number in terms of the principle it represents, this article will highlight only the features that are significant in terms of how they’re being used in the modern day context as a date that marks what can potentially be a significant event in terms of the process it sets in motion and acts to help facilitate. The most basic interpretation of the laws represented by the number “12” is what we can call “transcendent laws”. This is because they operate on a higher and more unified level and encompass the “totality” of the lower plane of our material manifestation represented by numbers 1-10.

12 is a primary number of “measurement” and “time”, especially as it pertains to larger, whole patterns that span the entire space-time continuum. It represents the 12 parts or conscious aspects that make up a “whole”. This principle is most commonly represented through the 12 archetypes of the zodiac that are combined in varying degrees and potencies to form a whole person, as well as the outer reality of that person (society). These universal patterns can be thought of as “themes” that makeup larger patterns that are comprised of the diverse roles being played out by the 12 astrological archetypes that makeup the subconscious mind of humanity. So any event represented by the number 12 is going to be a global event that will affect all of humanity as a whole. It represents the higher plane of subtle energy where “causes” produce a pronounced effect over a larger period of time and serve to transform existing patterns by initiating a new phase in its overall development.

Numbers that come as a date and time have no significance outside of serving as a “marker” for recognizing the onset of new energy that contains a new pattern being introduced into and infiltrating the Earth’s plane from the cosmos. Subtle energy is what forms the etheric blueprint for organizing and orchestrating the material plane that rises out of it as a holographic projection. The soul is the astral body (body made of starlight) of subtle energy that exists as a form of “tincture” made by combining the 12 archetypal powers to produce a pattern as a formula of qualities. All planetary bodies are “souls” whose energies form an archetypal matrix as its level and type of universal consciousness that emanates or projects a unique version of reality. What we refer to as the “group mind” of humanity is the “subconscious” aspect of the mind that we share with all of Nature and life on this planet. It’s the “collective unconscious” that’s made up of cosmic influences from the star systems (constellations) of the “heavens”. All of life on the planet, including humanity, is “operated” to produce a unified reality as interwoven patterns by interjecting an idea in “seed” form into the subconscious mind of the planetary soul.

12 represents a “whole” as a larger pattern that makes up our entire material reality. So it indicates a global event set in motion by the interjection of new cosmic energies. This means they will come as dreams, intuition, and new realizations that come from inspired thoughts that seem to come to us out of nowhere (absorbed from the atmosphere). We won’t call them synchronicities, because the minute you call it something you act to define it through the set of limitations you impose on it, turning it into a personalized version of a universal idea. Influences of a cosmic nature effect everyone in a different way based on how these energies are adapted and systematically modified by the individual mind acting to receive them and bring them into expression through daily activities born out of their mindset.

12 is comprised of 1+2, and is still a part of the plane represented by “1” that is shaped out of the 10 primary universal laws, as the plane that transcends or rises above it. It represents the polar opposite or parallel plane of the lower one that precedes it and forms the constitution in which it serves to transform. Everything operates out of the action caused by the relationship (2) of polar opposites. 12 represents the process of development given the title of “initiation” as the path of the Adept, which is commonly represented as a spiritual master that’s accompanied by 12 disciples or assistants. The master is the 13th  as the exaltation that results from harmoniously balancing the 12 individual aspects into a unified whole. 13 is the number of transformation that acts to free the soul from the self-imposed limitations of an illusion, also referred to as “death”.

The Relationship between 12 and 13

The wheel of the zodiac is comprised of 12 spheres of consciousness as attributes that are held together or projected out of a 13th sphere as the central point that holds them together forming a greater “whole”. All spiritual masters are portrayed as having 12 disciples who assist them in their process of transformation and ascension. These 12 disciples represent the archetypes of the zodiac utilized in the creation of the master as an ascended being of a divine nature. This is accomplished by harmonizing all internal aspects of our “self” that normally contrast and compete with each other into a harmonious whole. We “create ourselves” by expressing all of our inner qualities to produce a reality that acts as a mirror and reflects back to us hidden aspects of ourselves that haven’t been properly integrated to form a whole, as well as the known aspects of ourselves.  Archetypes are the primary form of cosmic intelligence that the subconscious draws on as attributes that structure it mentally and determine how it functions emotionally. Structure always indicates function, and function is a process of creation.

The 12-fold pattern of constellations is used in every form of organization and was traditionally used as the means of organizing communities, tribes, and clans. A whole nation (person) is comprised of 12 houses of the zodiac (wheel) that gave each one a distinct personality and function that all operated as a unified whole. This is indicated by the “circular formations” constructed at sacred sites that monitored star systems as they rotated through the heavens that brought distinct influences to the Earth allowing us to predict future events and prepare for them as a result. Each of the different constellations represent an archetype as a pattern and process comprised of different attributes as “personality traits” that altered the events of the material plane through a series of corresponding correlated events that took place on a global scale.

This principle is illustrated in the allegory of the 12 tribes of 12,000 each that formed the 144,000 souls that served as the “root race” that seeded humanity. 12 x 12 (both date and time are a double number) = 144. Four is the number of physical reality as our “constitution” that forms all of the activities (ruled by Mars) that result in material manifestation. A double 4 indicates the constitution of two planes interacting to form One. 1+4+4=9  > the number of completion as a state of perfection. 1+2+1+2 or 3+3 =6, half of 12. The Hexad (6) is the most fundamental “structure” of material manifestation, and is the geometric structure of both crystals and DNA, which make up the entire material world of the mineral, chemical, plant, and animal kingdoms. 6 in the Tarot and Kabbalah represent the human soul operating on a higher plane through the faculty of the 2 lower minds of the material plane also known as the subconscious of the group mind that we not only share with all of humanity, but with all of Nature as well. The subconscious is the mind that produces and contains material reality as a mental construct and projection. The mind itself in each aspect is represented by 3 as a triangular orientation of a 3-fold nature, where one exists on a higher level and the other two on a lower level as polar opposites of each other.

We can think of 12 as representing a larger pattern as a greater whole that acts to reorganize the structure of the entire material world and how it operates. It injects an idea into the greater mind of humanity that serves to set a whole new sequence of events into motion that will span over a extended period of time and ultimately act to completely transform the pattern currently being acted out. All patterns are transformed through the incorporation of new ideas that serve to modify it into a variation. These ideas come as “influences” because they’re psychological in nature and will be incorporated uniquely by every individual who will play them out in a different way within their daily life, while still holding true to the overall pattern being played out by society as a whole.

The Law of 3

12 in the ultimate sense is a combination of the laws represented by 1 and 2, which are projections of each other. This formula represents attention as will that enters into and activates a cosmic memory (archetypal matrix) that forms an idea in its potential (unformed) state, which is formed into a “seed” that’s projected from a higher plane into the imagination (womb) of the subconscious on the lower plane, where it gestates and is grown into a detailed reality. 3 is the number that represents the imagination as the womb of the material world. 1+2=3. Three is the first “true number” of the material plane because this is the stage where an invisible idea is shaped into an astral form in the imagination. This astral form of the imagination made out of liquid light, forms the “etheric blueprint” for organizing its material duplicate as a corresponding outer projection.

A double 12 as two 3’s = 6. This represents the balanced state of the two polar aspects of the subconscious and self-conscious to produce a state of equilibrium as a “functional third”. The Hexad is the primary geometric structure of DNA and crystalline matrices formed out of the programming inherent in DNA. This is represented by interlaced triangles oriented in different directions. It can be thought of as a “polar shift” that re-orientates us in terms of what plane we draw information from. Parallel (polarized) planes that overlap each other exist in polarity with each other as a “relationship”, represented by 2, which serves as the basis for birthing new realities through the Vesica Pisces of the Dyad (forms an interference pattern). All reality is formed out of the relationship we form with different aspects of ourselves as an inner and outer reality comprised of the same archetypal consciousness.

12 +12 = 24 = 6. The double number not only indicates an emphasis as amplification, but changes the equation from 3 to 6, indicating a different effect of a pronounced nature. All activity that takes place through the group mind acts to program our DNA, which we also share in common with all biological life forms in Nature. It’s the subtle body as the two minds in a balanced state that forms the blueprint for spatially organizing the material matrix, produced as an emanation or holographic projection “through” DNA. 3 is the number of the mind, which operates as 3 aspects on 2 planes (1+2) and whose creative capacity lies in the imagination, represented by 3, and is what serves to “program” our DNA through our “perception” of the reality formed in our imagination. 1 is the higher mind that projects into the 2 lower aspects of the same mind giving it a pattern to manifest.

The Full Moon

As stated earlier, there’s a natural relationship that exists between 12 and 13. 12 is a solar number where time is measured as the 12 months that make up a year, in which approximately 13 lunations take place. The Moon acts to absorb and reflect the light of the sun, and is what regulates all of life on the planet through magnetic energy. 13 represents the process of death as the passing away of certain energies that have exhausted their expression, in order to form new ones in their place. The body and its consciousness are formed out of the 12 archetypes which combine to form a crystalized structure that projects a certain type of reality and experiences, which are then absorbed by the soul as it sheds the body in death.

13 represents death of the old to allow the conception and growth of the new. It represents the etheric plane as the natural domain of the soul on a higher plane that works through lunar influences to organize the activities of Nature on the material plane. Lunar forces are what “operate” and set in motion all the natural tendencies and instinctual processes of Nature. 12 is the greater whole that’s organized and animated through the etheric blueprint of the harmonious balance of the 2 minds by the higher aspect of the soul. During a full moon the Earth’s magnetic (astral) energies are at a peak and produce a pronounced effect on the subconscious of planetary consciousness. All instinctual activities of Nature are initiated and regulated through lunar cycles formed from sunlight (starlight).

This indicates that the subconscious of the entire material plane is being impregnated with a new pattern that will ultimately restructure it and change how if functions as a whole. 1 is solar, 2 is lunar, and 3 is the unification as a whole. When the archetypal matrix is altered by pulsating energies that produce new emphasis as exalted influences, society as a whole begins expressing in new ways, and a natural sequence of events are set into motion that eventually act to transform reality.

12+12+12+12=48, material reality (4) as magnetic forces are altered and tamed through strength of will (8), and made into a passive vehicle for higher forms of expression. It’s only in overcoming the magnetic attraction of instinctual energies that we attain self-mastery. We can only control what doesn’t control us. 4+8=12, the number of the initiate and a reversed orientation that walks contrary to the manifest world. All great spiritual masters have 12 disciples that they minister to, making them the 13th, as the one who “transcends” the illusion of death. These changes will cause the current illusions of mass deception to begin dying and falling away allowing a new idea to be birthed in its place. We can’t build a new reality out of the existing one; we can only remodel it into a variation of the same idea. It has to completely crumble and fall apart, its foundation destroyed, the ground reworked, and a new footprint laid down in its place. This means there’s a rough road ahead that’s going to bring significant changes in society as a whole. The signs appear in Sagittarius, which gives us clues as to the nature of the new influences and it will serve to modify the current pattern being played out.

2020 – The Birth of a New Decade

This 12-12 event acts to summarize our current era while ushering in a new one. We’re entering a new decade represented by another double number. 20 as a general rule represents moving to a higher level as a double 10 (complete cycle or level). 20+20=40, the number that represents the time frame needed to break a habit while instilling a new one. It’s the number of “purging”, cleansing, and purifying, as the means of creating a new reality (4). 2+2=4, the rational number of material reality. Here again, 2 represents the Dyad as the relationship that introduces a new influence as an archetypal pattern that serves to produce a new type of material manifestation as a global transformation. This is the number of subtle, spiritual energies that precede and act to seed the subconscious mind and alter manifestation of the whole. New realizations are going to take place that will reveal ideas that are being covertly acted out and set a whole new series of activities and events into motion that will move us from one phase of development into another one.

20 represents what’s referred to as the “universal Medicine” as a purification process that cleanses the soul of illusions produced out of weakness that are toxic and destructive, as a spiritual rebirth or awakening. It’s transformation necessary for ascension to a higher plane of consciousness that operates as a singularity rather than as fragmented parts that are divided into competing classifications. This process of transcendence is facilitated by reversing polarity as the relationship between the active and passive aspects of the material mind, where the active (masculine) component is made passive, so that the passive (feminine) aspect can be impregnated by a higher power that’s not “ego oriented”. In other words we “reverse” what plane we connect with and draw information from as the means for creating. We move from allowing ourselves to be programmed and controlled by the earthly forces of humanity as “mass consciousness”, and instead begin taking direction from higher forms of intelligence as a form of “waking up” to our true nature as divine, sovereign beings. We begin utilizing our lower mind by bringing it into the service of our higher mind, which oversees and conducts the activities of the entire lower plane through purely mental means.

Bringing it all Together

These combined symbols serve as a “marker” in time that lets us know we’re moving into a new phase of an even greater pattern that will act to change the very structure, function, and order of society as a whole. As with all subtleties, this will come as a shift in consciousness that sets a whole new sequence of events into motion from every level of society because it comes through purely mental means. It’s the subtle plane (2) that serves as the blueprint for organizing the material plane (4). All reality is birthed through the womb of the Dyad (Vesica Pisces) as a relationship that’s formed with different aspects of the “self” (12 archetypes of Human Psyche). The higher plane overlaps the lower, producing and interference pattern (Hexad) that modifies the frequency being vibrated through polar opposites. “As above, so below, and as below, so above, in the wondrous workings of the One thing”. All reality is produced as a reflection and projection of organized energy (consciousness) from the higher plane of subtle energy.

The archetypal matrix of the Earth is being altered through the exaltation of energies in Sagittarius, and it’s going to modify the pattern that’s currently being played out on a global level. Astral influences of star-systems in the heavens govern the activities of the world and move us through different phases of an evolutionary process. 12 is related to the measurement of time and how things are organized spatially as an all-encompassing whole. An injection of Sagittarius energy as an archetypal influence is being injected into the group mind of the planetary soul, which will be necessary in order to ultimately facilitate the process of ascension by moving us into a new phase or stage of the overall process we’re currently engaged in.

This event is going to introduce new active properties into the “tincture” of the group mind that will actively change how it expresses. This will transform the manifestations produce in the last decade to form a new vibration of the decade we’re moving into. This will most likely come about as subtle changes in consciousness that will bring about dynamic changes in the way we perceive and behave. Our reality only changes when we change. All change comes from the inside as inspired thoughts that are imagined as an outer reality. Existing patterns are only transformed through the injection of new ones. We are all the expression of the group mind we share in common, and form reality through behaviors and what activities we naturally engage in as a whole group. When we begin acting as a single race with a single purpose we’ll evolve ourselves to a higher plane of existence.

Transformation requires death of the old in order to give birth to the new. Destruction is a necessary phase of transformation required in order to build something new in its place. The “veil of ignorance”, which exists between 2 poles or pillars, is going to continue to drop revealing the covert actions taking place behind closed doors as a “secret society” who thrives by feeding off of others. As deception is uncovered and revealed, it will require action on our part in order to obliterate it, so new transparent systems can be erected in their place that serve the good of everyone. This change will come as realizations that produce new awareness and spawns new ways of perceiving the world. Through new perceptions we will act collectively to re-inform the DNA of our bodies that’s used to structure all living organisms on a global scale and new crystalline structures of a pure and pristine nature will begin forming that rejuvenates life.

Things will become exaggerated and intensify before they can be resolved. Deception and corruption will become increasingly apparent as people begin waking up and speaking out. Anyone who continues to cling to the old ways produced out of a corrupt world system, declaring their loyalty to the establishment, will be taken down with it. Only those who are able to “clearly see” the deception and are no longer fooled by it and take action towards creating it’s resolution will participate in what will result in ascension to a higher plane of unity as a utopian society of highly conscious beings. A great thinning process is taking place that will sort out those who are fully awake and aware, and those who choose to remain asleep and delusional.

Emotions, Dynamics, and Reactive Behaviors – How we become Who we are

One of the easiest ways to understand how we become the way we are is to look at the natural relationship that exists between the inner and the outer, and between ourselves and another. We are all born into this world as a seeded inner core of qualities and characteristics that are “brought out in us” through interactions, relationships, and dynamics of some form as our formative conditioning (birth till around puberty) that form and establish our personality and natural tendencies that we continue creating out of throughout the remainder of our life in a purely unconscious and natural manner. As children, we don’t begin developing the ability to think and consciously make decisions for ourselves until around 10 to 14 years of age. We’re born into a fully active subconscious mind, which is passive (absorbs and processes outside information) and instinctual (automatic) in nature, emotionally driven, present in time, and “experiential” in nature. It doesn’t think in rational and logical terms (required to make decisions), but through pictures and scenarios as an experience. It’s fully present in the moment (no awareness of time), and isn’t distracted or consumed with thoughts of the past or future, like the conscious “talking mind”. It governs all of what we could call involuntary and some voluntary behaviors of the body through emotions and impulses of some sort, and based on suggestions given to it by other people. In the most natural sense, we’re constantly being stimulated internally by everyone and everything around us. As we’re stimulated, it activates in us corresponding and complementary qualities that are of the same nature, bringing them out in us through an active state, where we “match” the state of the being or event we’re interacting with, and we express those qualities as a joint-reality through the dynamic that’s being played out. Whatever qualities are stimulated and brought into an active and creative state consistently and in an on-going manner, are developed as strengths while simultaneously acquiring the “dynamic” as a tendency. As we create experiences out of those qualities and dynamics, we “sense ourselves” through them, associate and identify with them, and “become them” as a natural part of our perspective, attitude, and behaviors. The outside world can only act to call forth in us what already exists in us as a natural part of our constitution and predisposition. It doesn’t act to “give us qualities” that we don’t already possess, but simply develop the qualities that are of a similar and complementary nature that we share in common. Naturally, whatever qualities are consistently stimulated and used to express as a way of creating our experiences, become exercised, well-developed, and a dominate part of our character. Other qualities that aren’t stimulated very often are more subtle in nature, unfamiliar to us, and less developed. Still other qualities that are seldom ever or have never been stimulated in us, remain dormant in us as a form of latent potential. As we go through life, because we’re naturally prone to repeating and living out of our conditioning and well-developed aspects of our character, we usually simply walk through life repeating patterns, naturally forming the same type of relationships that play out the same type of dynamics, unconsciously place ourselves in the same type of situations and environments, and act, for the most part, in a purely unconscious and habitual manner, without ever really realizing that that’s what we’re doing or that we have the ability to change it. Most live out of whatever comes natural to them and fail almost completely to recognize the patterns operating in their life. Anytime we find ourselves in new and untried situations or relationships, we can feel awkward, unsure of ourselves, and overwhelmed with deep seated feelings of insecurity. We encounter a part of ourselves we’re not familiar with, and we don’t know what to do or how to be. We can fail to relate in the most basic sense, and not feel capable of playing the role we’ve been cast into. There’s usually two basic ways to interpret this, one is that the qualities necessary to participate in the dynamic or activity exist within us as potential that hasn’t been exercised, embodied, or developed, so it feels new to us, or, that we don’t possess the qualities and characteristics necessary, and so the situation isn’t stimulating at all and is not serving to bring anything out in us, and we don’t relate or identify with it in any way, nor do we want to. For the most part we are all walking through life in a predominately unconscious state where we lack a fundamental awareness of the natural processes going on within us and around us as a natural part of our feelings, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Because all behavior is produced in a natural and automatic fashion by our unconscious mind as our personality, we often have no real awareness of what we’re actually doing or why. Emotions, which are freely being transmitted throughout the astral plane (atmosphere) act as a powerful stimulus that renders us unconscious, produce illusions as memories in place of objective neutral reality, and cause us to act and play out whole behavioral dynamics in an automatic fashion as a “reaction”. Anytime we’re reacting to someone or something, we’re literally being controlled by it by becoming just like it. We instantly receive the emotional charge, have a strong internal reaction that instantly references and pulls up a memory formed out of the same emotion that becomes our perceptual lens as a template for producing an automatic reality that says “this is the same as that” (of the same emotion and meaning), and we act the same way as an automatic process. The subconscious is the aspect of the mind that produces, stores, and utilizes memory to produce instant interpretations of reality and automated behaviors. The emotion we were experiencing when we formed the memory is what gives the event the meaning it has, and is what connects the present to the past as being of the same meaning and idea. This memory, as a whole dynamic and reality, provides the subconscious with a pattern that it repeats and uses to create more of the same type of experiences. All reactive behavior is automated and we create out of a primarily unconscious state to create more of the past in the present. Anytime we’re living out of our emotions, or are strongly affected by the emotions of others being projected at us or openly expressed around us, and dwell in emotional states inwardly by thinking and replaying memories associated with them over and over in a variety of ways, we’re literally being controlled and determined by others and our conditioning, and creating our life in a delusional manner. We’re tossed about and jerked around by the emotions we internalize as realities, and the will of others. The most predominate way we’re manipulated, seduced, and influenced by others is through emotions. As we’re stimulated and allow the emotions into our mind and body, allowing them to take hold and start running our thoughts, we form illusions out of them that we then relate and identify with, sensing our self as them, and they shape and determine us as a result. The patterns of our conditioning as dynamics, which are emotionally driven, have a very magnetic quality to them, and we can feel as if we get drawn into them even when intellectually we know we don’t want to. It’s as if we can’t seem to help it. When we’re in a situation where we’re being stimulated by someone who’s outwardly being angry and hostel and is upset or attacking us, and we have that momentary realization of how they’re making us feel and what kind of person they are, and we’re on the verge of reacting by becoming just like them, and letting them “have it”, or “giving them back their own medicine”, we can also realize that in doing so we “become” just like them. We become the same type of person and behave (and self-create) in the same way. We bring the same qualities and characteristics into expression, invest in the same illusion, and create in the same manner. When this happens we’re being fully controlled and shaped to be just like this person. We give our will over to this person and give them free reigns in creating us to be the way we are. We “willingly create an experience of ourselves” as being the same way and the same type of person. The more we willingly participate in reactive behavior brought on by emotional charges, the more we strengthen those traits and cooperate in co-creating the illusions that ensue from them, and we accumulate memories of ourselves being that way, and they become a natural part of our normal behavior where we begin playing them out more and more. The more we cooperatively participate in emotions and behaviors, the more readily and easily we’re stimulated by them and engage in a natural and unconscious way. We develop them into strengths and employ them as our normal emotional state. Our resistance to them lowers and we begin building their reality into our story about things in a way that makes sense and validates and justifies them as appropriate and rightfully warranted. Once this happens, they become a natural part of us. Through the recognition and awareness of what’s actually happening and why, we can not only prevent the emotion being projected at us from ever entering and taking hold within us, and resist it by refraining from acting on it until it fades, and in the moment of calm that immediately precedes it, we can realize that we have a choice. We can either become just like this person in kind, allowing their mentality to infect us, or, through the awareness itself, keep it outside of us and not let it affect us. Anytime we don’t merge into the same emotional state as another, we act energetically to neutralize it. We don’t feed and amplify it by giving it our life-force energy. If we react and take it on, we amplify and multiply it. No matter what our choice is, and what actions we take based on our decisions, we create ourselves accordingly. If you tend to be very sensitive and vulnerable to emotions (as most of us are) and have trouble resisting them, try a few practices that will allow you to become more aware of them in the sense of what’s actually happening when you’re experiencing them. There are two primary ways we experience emotions, one is because they’re being expressed, projected, and transmitted through the atmosphere and act to “enter into” and stimulate us internally, and the other is they come as a reaction to our own thoughts. In both instances, simply be present with what’s happening, and self-reflect or observe the process from a detached perspective of what’s happening within you and why. When reflecting on emotions being projected at you, it’s best to start with ones that are mild to moderate (they’re not as gripping), and remove your attention completely from the other person or what’s being said or done, and simply turn your full awareness inward and become aware of how you’re being stimulated. Notice where the stimulus is located in your body (heart, stomach, sexual organs, etc.) and how its making you feel. Describe the feeling in sensory terms (buzzy, tingly, sinking, warm, stabbing, queasy, arousing, etc.) As you realize how you’re feeling because of it, become aware of how you want to react. Allow the initial impulse to momentarily play out in your mind. What behavior is it acting to produce in you in an automatic fashion? As you become aware of the behavior it’s acting to prompt in an impulsive manner based on how you’re feeling, notice what memory comes to mind or what past event you’re relating it to that was of a similar nature and caused you to feel the same way. Then allow yourself to play out the meaning of the memory in terms of what you told yourself about it, and what it meant about you and other people as a result. Your only goal is to gain a full awareness around the nature of what’s actually happening in you due to the stimulus. Awareness and self-realization is all it takes to bring it under control and refrain from reacting while maintaining a clear mind out of which you can calmly decide how you want to respond. In terms of becoming aware of your own self-induced emotional states, realize that thought and emotion are always connected and of a complementary nature. We’re always either producing our emotions based on what we’re focused on or thinking about, or our thoughts emerge naturally as an expression of how we feel. Anytime a mood prevails or emotions swell up inside of you and starts consuming you, notice what it is you’re focused on and playing out in your mind as a memory or idea, and what you’re telling yourself about it. Then realize that if you simply change what you’re focused on and thinking about, the emotion associated with it fades and changes accordingly. Learn how to see the natural relationship that exists between feelings, emotions, thoughts, memory, and behaviors or activities. Notice that our state-of-mind is created by three complementary factors, what we’re focused on, what we’re telling ourselves about what we’re focused on that gives it meaning, and our physiology. Change any one of these, and the other two automatically change accordingly. If you feel you can’t control your focus or thoughts, change what you’re doing with your body. If sitting, get up and move around. If slumped over or feeling tired, sit up straight or get up and engage in vigorous activity of some sort. As you change what you’re doing, your mood, outlook, and thoughts change accordingly. By becoming more aware of the relationships and operations of our mind and body, we can begin learning how to manage our own mental and emotional states. All abilities to utilize our own creative faculties comes through self-awareness and our ability to actively choose where we were once unaware, and willfully act out our choices to create new experiences of ourselves. In order to operate our own mind, we have to gain knowledge of our own subconscious mind and our ability to direct and guide it using our conscious mind. All unconscious and automatic processes can only be brought under control and utilized in an intentional manner by becoming aware of them. We can only work with what we’re aware of. Self-awareness is the key to life and the pathway to self-mastery. In situations where we’re being stimulated by others or events, we have to notice what quality and “way of being” it’s acting to bring out in us, and who we become by expressing through it. Notice that people are always acting on us to influence us to become “like” them as a way of being and acting. All relationships we form at all levels of our life serve to naturally transform us by way of this process. It’s a fundamental process of cause and effect, stimulus that produces a like response, and action that produces and equal or greater reaction. At the energetic level of attributes, qualities, and characteristics, everything is produced, modified, and evolved through resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence between two complementary systems. Once you realize it and form a fundamental understanding of it, learn how to use it consciously in a deliberate and intentional manner to develop yourself by way of it. Always work within the natural laws involved to create within the material plane. Dr. Linda Gadbois Integrative Mind-Body Medicine Consultant and Spiritual Mentor

Mastering your Will to Create and Transform

Many people don’t fully understand what we mean when we use the term “will”, and as a result they don’t know how to use it in a deliberate and powerful way to create. Will is always associated to choice, because anytime we’re actually using our will , it’s to move out of conditioning and automatic, habitual tendencies that we do naturally, and create in a new and more individual way instead. When we’re trained to belief systems and certain mind-sets as “group consciousness” of some form, we’re actually lending our will to others and allowing them to shape and determine us as a result. Our will isn’t our ability to “resist” things or not give in to passions, pleasure, desires, or cravings of some kind through an act of sheer strength and willpower, but rather our ability to decide on what we want to be and do, and use our imagination to form the correct “internal representation” (IR) of ideas that either make them repulsive and disgusting, or desirable and attractive.

While we tend to think that things have power over us in the same sense that they’re dictating our experience and how we respond as a result, the fact is that we shape the outer world into an internal representation (IR) that we then use in place of the actual thing or activity as a way of experiencing it. As we think about something we’re associating other ideas with it, and using our “sensory system” to embellish it with sensory qualities that invoke emotional states. An idea that’s turned into an internal reality that serves to elicit strong emotions in response to it are how we’re using our will all the time to direct our own behavior and what we participate in by desiring and becoming one with it; as well as what we don’t because we find it unappealing for some reason. If we’ve made a decision to stop doing something, and we constantly struggle to resist it and create an experience of suffering because we’re abstaining from it, it’s because we haven’t learned how to use our higher mind to direct ourselves, and we’re using it incorrectly as a result.

The body, which is what we also refer to as the subconscious mind, because it inhabits and operates it, is operated by memory, and forms all of our natural behaviors as repetitive patterns and daily rituals and tendencies. The subconscious “thinks” in pictures and is experiential in nature. This means we communicate with it and act to program it with a form of virtual memory by imagining ideas as an experience of them. Its primary motive is “self-preservation”, so all of its impulses as feeling emotional states are geared towards maintaining the status quo and habits engaged in on a routine basis. It’s primarily instinctual in nature and motivated by pleasure or pain. It moves deeper into and seeks out whatever it deems pleasurable, and moves away from or avoids whatever it deems painful. It forms, firmly establishes and faithfully maintains habits and addictions, and is nearly always craving and wanting something. All of its needs are physical and material in nature and it works and is driven by emotions, making it impulsive and urge oriented. When it doesn’t get what it “needs and desires” it causes pain and suffering through emotions and physical withdrawals, which is experienced as a form of death (no longer able to sustain itself through that activity).

The subconscious mind is the creative aspect of the mind that’s capable of shaping and producing material realities, both inwardly and outwardly. It does this by turning a feeling or idea into a reality in the faculty of the imagination. Being memory oriented, it acts to create our memories from actual experiences, replaying them as a means of continuing to create by way of them, and as the means of being fed an idea as a form of “seeded thought” that it then fashions into a reality as a form of virtual memory. The imagined idea as an original creation is formed and appears in the imagination in exactly the same way as an actual memory does. This virtual memory as an internal representation of an idea operates in exactly the same way as an actual memory creating a kind of blueprint or template as an internal experience that forms the basis for the correlating external experiences of the same kind.

This “virtual memory” is an image, scenario, or movie-like idea that’s translucent (like a reflection on glass) in nature (can be seen fully while looking at something else), and becomes our perceptual lens as a filtering mechanism that reorganizes the elements of our outer reality to match the theme and emotions of the inner one. The IR becomes a kind of template or map for structuring and navigating the outer experience. Because of this tendency to “perceive out of memory and IR’s”, we never directly see or experience things as they actually are (a part from us), but rather as we “remake them” through our perception of them. This perception based on or produced by an IR or memory, works through the same principles as value judgments and either makes something appear desirable, likeable, and pleasurable, or undesirable, despicable and unappealing, or disgusting somehow.

When we decide and say we’re no longer going to do something, but we continue to form it in our mind as pleasurable and desirable, we struggle to resist it and continue to want it. We make giving it up a painful experience and the longing for it never goes away, so we’re always “tempted” by it. If instead, realizing how the mind works, we change the IR we’re forming into something that’s disgusting, repulsive, and painful, then we have no trouble resisting it, and thoughts of it eventually go away altogether. When we no longer think about it, it’s no longer a part of us and it exercises no control over us. This is the accurate use of the will – to make a decision to take control of what’s normally and unconscious process, and inject instead the idea we want to create in its place – then change the IR of what we’re stopping or looking to transform, while embellishing and enhancing the IR of the new idea we’re replacing it with.

Internal Representations, like reality itself are formed through sensory attributes, qualities, and characteristics that either makes it up-close, in vivid color and compelling, or far-away, black and white and neutral. If we make something up-close, immediate, full Technicolor, and create it as a full sensory experience of what you’re seeing, hearing, feeling, touching, smelling or tasting, and what you’re telling yourself about the experience that gives it meaning, and you create it with very positive emotions that make it pleasurable and beautiful, you create a strong desire for it. This gives your subconscious a very compelling “memory” that it steadily move towards and into, while seeking it out and connecting with that same idea in your immediate outer environment. If you then neutralize the current idea that you want to eliminate by turning it to black and white, pushing it out far into the distance so it seems far away, and assign negative sensory qualities and emotions to it, the subconscious, being given a more desirable alternative forgets about it, moves away from or avoids the old, eventually disconnecting from it all together outwardly, and moves instead into the fulfillment of the new and pleasurable idea.

The will is the active component of the conscious mind that can make new decisions that are not a part of its formative conditioning and habitual in nature, and can rule out one idea while replacing it with another. It impregnates the subconscious imagination with the seed as a unique idea that is then grown and formed into maturity in the imagination and manifests as an experience that bridges the inner with the outer, both of which are the creation of the subconscious mind as its offspring. The subconscious mind, when not being fed by its own personal will as an intentional idea for creating, absorbs instead the will of others as mental and emotional impressions or suggestions going on around it that it uses to generate thoughts in the imagination, and not only creates the individual (mind and body) according to those thoughts, but also creates the outer experience of those thoughts as its reality.

Anytime we passively take in an idea from outside of us (thoughts of another), and we form them into IR’s as a virtual reality, and make them our own by continuing to think about them, we’re choosing (unconsciously) to manifest and give life to the will of others through us. We’re literally lending our will to them, allowing them to determine us and the reality we experience as the perceptual lens we look through. The conscious, willful mind, is what’s traditionally called the “gate-keeper”, and is the aspect of the self that decides what’s allowed into the subconscious and what’s not. It analyzes, intuits, and evaluates the information to decide whether it’s true or not, valuable in some way, or would be beneficial as a means of upgrading the mental paradigm by incorporating it. It’s the “editor” that filters information through reasoning. It’s the part of our selves that’s always actively choosing even when we’re unaware (no choice is a choice) and decides what stays and what goes. It’s the aspect of the mind that has the ability to intentionally self-create through the active transformation of old ideas into new ones.

Evolution of the Mind, Body and Spirit – Changing the Way we look at our Physical and Spiritual Nature

One of the problems we have in understanding our spiritual-energetic nature is we try to view it through the same model as our physical nature. Yet even how we tend to look at our physical nature is largely incorrect because we’ve been conditioned to a firm mindset based almost exclusively on material sciences which is usually only working with a fraction of the information involved, excluding the larger part of our physical make-up which is comprised of invisible fields and forces that are constantly operating within our physical apparatus. While we’ve been taught that our genes and physical make-up is “fixed” and permanent, and we are left at the mercy of whatever our genetic ancestry has given us, we now know scientifically, that this isn’t true.

Only 2% of our entire genetic composition goes into building the proteins that make up our body giving it the physical characteristics and general condition it exists in, while the other 98% (give or take) appears to be a memory processing biocomputer of sorts that’s being constantly programmed by our mind through our perception. As we perceive the world around us, and we process that information by interpreting it to give it meaning, and we build it into a story as a thematic reality that our mind is designed to tell, we simultaneously program the subconscious mind and DNA of the body with those same perceptions, and it acts to produce the material equivalent, both as our body and our outer reality. Everything around us in the material world of Nature is comprised of the same DNA and subconscious mind, both of which are “passive and receptive” in nature, and act as a receiver and transducer for various forms of information that it uses to reform the material body.

Just as the inner is always resonating and absorbing information from the outer and integrating it to become “like” the outer environment of which it’s a fundamental part and must function and survive in, the mind is always “in-forming the body” which serves as a vehicle and house for the mind within the material realm. There’s a constant morphing and transformation going on between parallel and inter-meshed dimensions as a natural means of adaptation that modifies and equalizes as a necessary evolutionary process that allows one aspect to exist and interact within another aspect. In order to exist, function, and operate within one plane or sphere, we have to “become the same” as that plane as a “mental condition” and energetic state.

Likewise, the mind, which constructs the body as its physical equivalent, exists as a field of information that’s in a constant state of transformation through resonance, sympathetic induction, and coherence. It’s constantly being formed, unformed, and reformed by the information it resonates with all around it, that it naturally acts to absorb, integrate and metabolize, shifting and morphing its structure as a paradigm to be able to see and create in new ways. Our mind naturally takes in and becomes one with whatever consciousness it exists within near proximity of that’s of the same nature (kind) as it is (what it naturally resonates with). Whatever is “like us” we act to naturally unite with and become “like” by taking on and acquiring whatever unique characteristics it possesses that are of the same nature, which means we can easily and naturally act as a vehicle or means for expressing it.

The spirit, which exists more as a life-force energy that “activates” and provides the power or energy, so to speak, for producing biological processes as regeneration, growth, and development into fully functioning systems, never actually takes on a form of any kind in the basic sense, but acts more as a fluid-like electricity that temporarily takes on shape of the form it serves to produce by coupling with matter, forming the energetic matrix as a form of lattice that helps structure and hold it together through tension (electromagnetic field), and fuels it’s operation as life giving biological processes. When the spirit leaves the body, it’s no longer “held together” and consciously operated, and so it “dies” and begins disintegrating and decomposing.

The soul acts as a medium that’s comprised of both spirit and essence, and uses the lower mind as a vehicle, just as the mind uses the body for a vehicle. The soul is the essence that spirit couples with to produce a material form out of the memory of itself that’s self-produced through the vehicle of the lower (subconscious) mind and the body (DNA). It operates and is formed by the same evolutionary process of adaptation and modification that’s comes from becoming one with different aspects of itself (frequency, type, and nature) to form a new whole. We only grow and evolve into something else through acquiring diverse qualities that enhance and develop our character in some way that changes our experience of ourselves, providing the soul with new forms of memory that modifies how it creates itself. By acquiring new kinds of experiences that act to “re-inform it”, the soul’s frequency is altered and the pattern as a paradigm inherent within that frequency, and how it naturally acts to structure all aspects of its material existence are altered simultaneously.

All of life that exists in the phenomenal world is created by combinations as coupling between various levels and degrees of the energetic and material world. Each level of complexity is achieved through added layers of consciousness that bestow it with higher and more diverse capacities that act to increase the complexity of its existence. All of the lower world of physical Nature has a soul, mind, and body or physical form. The soul is the accumulated and coherent memory of the kind, type, or species of which it’s a part of, that acts through the subconscious of the collective unconscious to configure the DNA accordingly to produce the etheric hologram (phantom) used as the blueprint for cellular regeneration, specialization, and spatial orientation (mapping) to produce the form as the bio-system of its memory. DNA is like the hardware and the soul the software that determines what operations are performed and conducted by the hardware. The soul, like the mind, is triune in nature as a Higher Soul, collective soul, and individual soul, all of which are produced by the higher aspect coupling with the lower and producing that same aspect on a lower plane as the process of descending from a higher plane of pure energy and unity into a lower plane of division and being located within a greater reality, all of which are various aspects of itself used to produce the reality it exists “within” (fields nested within greater fields) or by expression of the memory its composed of that come through experiences of its own making.

We are constantly in the process of forming and reforming based on what we resonate with, and absorb and become one with in everything around us. Our body, which is the product of our mind, is in a constant state of regenerating itself. While our basic appearance and characteristics may not change much outside of maturing and aging, our internal nature as our character (soul) has the ability to change quite drastically based on what we blend with and bring into expression somehow through and “as” us. Yet, at the same time, because all growth and evolution is based on resonance with the same thing all around us, and the fact that we only grow in an intentional manner through awareness and using our own mind through directed attention, choice, and will, evolution that takes place in a completely unconscious and natural way, can be quite slow, and we can easily digress instead of progressing. It’s only when the higher faculties of the soul and mind are skillfully employed that we grow in a deliberate and substantial manner. If our higher capacities are not awakened within us, and we live with no real awareness of our true ability to self-create in an intentional manner, we simply live out of our conditioning like animals through “trained behavior” born out of a conditioned mindset, and we continue to blend with, readily take on and become one with, and bring into expression more of the same character, ideas, and experiences, reinforcing and strengthening existing memory instead of transforming and evolving it.

When we remain primarily unconscious and a part of the collective unconscious of humanity produced by our identification with our “animal body” that’s designed to function and operate in a completely automatic fashion through instinct and conditioning, and we never become practiced in developing our ability to think and reason for ourselves, and “decide” who and how we’re going to be, then employ those qualities to create our experiences of ourselves, acquiring the memory of those experiences in an accumulative and integrative fashion, reprogramming and reconditioning ourselves by way of our own hand, we become lost in the illusion born out of an unconscious state.

As humans we are both divine and animal. We have a higher nature and a lower nature, bridged and brought together as one by the medium of our individual soul, which contains the memory of both. Our divine nature exists as higher capacities of the mind that can directly influence and direct the reality produced by the lower mind, which exists in a primarily unconscious state that lacks the awareness and ability to self-create. In our lower state we are a product of our conditioning, and are trained to perceptions and behaviors by others who use their will to feed us suggestions. The lower mind of the material world is passive and receptive in nature and readily takes in the suggestions as ideas that form the thoughts and mental impressions of others, and uses them to generate more thoughts of the same nature, programming itself by way of those thoughts.

As we think, we imagine, and build whole realities out of our thoughts. These thoughts tune us to the vibration of those thoughts which has a self-organizing mechanism inherent in it that produces the material equivalent as a pattern or dynamic structure. This material structure produced by the thoughts of the mind, equally programs “all” DNA and the subconscious, not only in the body as the channel for the thoughts to express, but also of the environment surrounding us, which is also a product of the subconscious mind as part of the collective unconscious that governs all of life and Nature, within which we exist as an inherent part. All of our experiences of what we perceive as an outer reality are produced by our subconscious mind, which works by passively taking in whatever thoughts and ideas are active around it. It only acts as a receptor of the will, which are thoughts and ideas being projected and transmitted all around it, or in the ideal situation, by its “own will” as the conscious mind which acts as the gatekeeper of the lower mind and decides what’s allowed to impregnate it, and grow into a reality as a result, and what’s not.

The will is the higher capacity of the mind that can direct the attention of the lower mind, and give it commands as seeded ideas that it wants to grow and produce, first internally through the imagination, then externally through our perception of it around us and our activities based on it. We can alter the content of our mind by deliberately choosing how we “re-inform it”. By intentionally giving it certain types of thought, we work “on ourselves” to recreate ourselves. By choosing what we expose ourselves to in terms of outer ideas being played out around us, what situations and activities we willingly participate in and associate with, what people we maintain relationships with of various sorts, and begin instead to remain fully conscious of how we’re creating ourselves through unconscious absorption and programming.

When we remain fully awake and aware in even the most ordinary parts of our life, and actively choose what we “let in” and allow to take hold by continuing to think about it, and what we act to censor, edit, and keep out of our subconscious mind, we begin creating ourselves in a deliberate and powerful way. We step fully into our only “true responsibility” with a fully awake and aware mind. We begin the process of creating ourselves exactly as we want to be, instead of just “ending up” the way we are due to our conditioning where we were created and established by others through a predominately unconscious state and a complete lack of self-awareness.

Once we wake up within our own life and become fully aware, we begin realizing that in every moment we’re deciding what to let in, take on and become a part of, and create ourselves to be “like” as a result. We realize that even when we’re in relationships and situations that we need to be in in order to live, that we still maintain the ability to choose what we allow to affect us, and what we don’t. We can choose what we focus on, give our attention to, and think about, and what we don’t. When we walk away and leave a situation we can choose not to take it with us and continue thinking about it. We can bring a new awareness to our relationships and realize how they’re acting to develop us based on the character traits and dynamics being consistently demonstrated and acted out, and we can make new decisions based on the clarity that this brings as to whether or not to maintain them or let them go. We can decide with a new level of awareness what new types of relationships we form with new types of people, only choosing ones that we admire and respect and want to become more like. Ones that actively demonstrate desirable qualities and character that we’d like to develop in ourselves by way of the interaction it provides.

By realizing that we grow, develop, and evolve through whatever we naturally absorb, merge with, and blend together with energetically, we become more responsible and proactive in our own life. By realizing that our subconscious mind acts in a natural, non-willful way to absorb whatever ideas are being played out around it that it’s exposed to and exists within near proximity of, we can learn to only place ourselves intentionally in desirable situations, and actively act as the gatekeeper to filter what we consciously choose to let in or keep out. We can learn to utilize the power of our own will to intentionally program ourselves with the ideas we want to experience as a way of developing ourselves by way of those experiences. We can become aware of why we’re the way we are and employ the means to change our mind and our lives in whatever way we want to.

The Dual Nature of Truth – The Relative and the Absolute

Truth, like all ideas that prevail within the material realm, is dual in nature. The entire material realm is formed by a universal (common) and personal (individual) aspect that are complementary in nature. These complementary aspects are separated from each other by degrees that that form a scale as a range of possibilities between the two that ultimately connect them. Many people believe that truth, like reality, is always absolute and objective, meaning it’s the same for everyone, and that what we call “truth” in terms of what’s true for us, is also true for everyone else. Yet nothing could be further from the truth (pun intended). Just as we have both an objective and neutral (devoid of meaning) reality, and a subjective and relative one (based on meaning) as a “personal version” of reality, we also have what we can securely call a universal and absolute truth based on Laws and Principles that govern and operate to create the material world, and we have personal truth which, in the ideal situation comes as the result of identifying and working by way of law in the practical sense, comes as the result of how we perceive things, which is what makes it “true for us”.

What’s true in the ordinary sense, is whatever we say is true and can prove or validate somehow using our mental model of the world, which is what forms our perception that we then call “true”. Truth exists on a scale of “degrees of consciousness” that serve to facilitate our evolutionary growth process from childhood to maturity. This is easy to understand when we simply self-reflect and realize that what was true, and therefore “real” for us as a part of our perception of reality at 16, may not have been at all true for us at 25. Though at 16, that truth served our growth somehow and was a natural part of our personal evolution as the understanding we formed through an integrative learning process of acquired knowledge and experiences. Personal truth exists much like a belief in the sense that we structure our reality out of it (it forms our perceptual filtering system) and so it’s constantly being validated through our experiences, because we don’t fully realize we’re creating our experiences out of our beliefs and what we deem to be true.

Universal Law is what we actually call “absolute” truth, which means it’s neutral and non-personal in nature, and operates as natural laws equally for everyone and in every situation. Truth as Universal Laws, are the very foundation for all material creation and operations, and are the same creative laws that govern the mind, which has the ability to create unique versions of reality as a personal, subjective perception, by way of those laws. So the only actual truth in any situation is the recognition of the laws operating within it, which are working equally for everyone, and are eternal and unchanging in nature. Our personal truth comes more as an evaluation of what we imagine to be facts based on the appearance and behavior of someone or something, that’s being “interpreted” by us through our mental paradigm which is what evaluates it according to perceived attributes, qualities, and meaning that we ourselves possess. Only some of which we’re actually aware of and recognize as being “of us”. As we perceive everything else we shape-shift it to match our beliefs and thoughts about it. Anything that exists outside of our paradigm, we literally can’t see, and it’s therefore not real or true for us.

Our mental paradigm, which consists primarily of beliefs, values, preferences, decisions, and memories, all compiled through how we’ve integrated our experiences up to this point, serves as a “filtering system” that forms our perceptual lens that we “look through” in order to perceive everything else. We only “see” what matches (is of the same nature) and can be explained, described,  understood in the practical sense, and validated as being true or real through our model, which is our “criteria” for judging and interpreting everything to give it meaning. We judge, evaluate, and interpret everything to be “like us”, to have the same qualities, characteristics, to play a part in the same dynamics, and be motivated by the same reasons, as the means for interpreting their behavior and actions in order understand and experience them in a way that makes sense to us. We’re always reforming everything else to be of the same nature as we are through our very perception of it. We’re only capable of seeing in other what exists first in us, because our mind is what’s doing the perceiving, and we’re literally “creating” through our perception.

To project or impose our “truth” onto someone else, claiming it to be “the truth”, and therefore an accurate observation and interpretation or opinion as also being “their truth”, is a blatant misunderstanding of the nature of their own mind. What is true for me that I readily use to guide my life and conduct, may not be true at all for someone else who has a whole different version that naturally arises and is fully supported by their paradigm as their way of looking at things. We are all the ones responsible for not only producing and formulating our own truths, but also for evolving those truths with the introduction of new information that grows and expands on them, transforming them to a higher level of understanding that’s at once a demonstration of our growth, while simultaneously facilitating it by opening our mind to be able to behold new ideas. Relative truths are more like conclusions we naturally formulate based on the information we currently have and are working with. These truths, much like scientific truth and life itself, are in a constant state of growth, expansion, and evolution based on the realization and integration of new information that upgrades our mental model.

The relative nature of truth as a personal interpretation of a perceived reality follows along the same lines as the truth behind the fact that all of what we call reality is actually “subjective” in nature. This is obvious through a basic understanding of the laws of physics as the relationship between the mind (consciousness) and matter, where the material reality is influenced by the consciousness observing and interacting with it, and changes how it “shows up” in terms of appearance and behavior to match the intention and expectation of the mind interacting with it. So every “reality” being “perceived” by the individual mind is unique to that individual as a personal creation. It’s using the same “objective and non-personal reality” as archetypal forms to reshape into a unique version of the same idea. Even if we were all quantum physicists observing what we believe to be the same reality or phenomena, the only way we would have of knowing whether or not it was real and therefore true, is if two or more people “appear” to be seeing the same thing. And even then, we can’t be 100% sure.

What we call the Universal mind or objective reality as the original creation that we’re all a part of, is archetypal in nature, which means it exists as a dynamic theme in a purely “potential state” that contains within it every possibility for creating a variation of that same theme. The basic act and art of creation that’s always going on, is that the individual mind exists “within” the universal mind, which being archetypal in nature is void of meaning, and resonates with “certain aspects” of that whole reality, which activates some aspects (the ones that are complementary) while deactivating other ones, abstracting partial information that matches its internal structure, and uses it to compose a whole reality based on partial information. Truth, like all things is based on perception which is formed out of “everything we know up to this point”, and is evolved to higher truths through the induction of new information that wasn’t previously recognizable. Once new information is obtained through our ability to perceive and conceive of it, we integrate it into our model, modifying and upgrading it to be able to perceive greater and greater forms of truth. So truth in this sense, is a living and dynamic entity. It’s not stagnate and dead.

The Universal and Absolute truth involved in this equation is based on the laws governing energy as both consciousness and matter, one of which is active and the other passive, and together they form an imagined reality that appears equivalently and simultaneously inwardly and outwardly. It’s based on vibration as a frequency or range of information that “vibrates” that same information in everything around it, activating and “bringing it out” (to the surface), while failing to stimulate other aspects which recede and aren’t a part of our awareness, that it then “organizes” into a new pattern or theme of the frequency as a specialized version of a universal idea. Through sympathetic resonance we’re only able to absorb, imagine, and comprehend what’s of the same nature as we are. Once we absorb certain aspects of a whole reality or informational field, we organize it into a pattern that makes sense to us, forming coherence as harmonious, and we see, experience, and interact with the reality of our own making, perceiving it outside of us and therefore making it real and true.

The Absolute Truth are the laws operating in the situation which have nothing to do with the outcome involved in terms of the material manifestation, but rather forms the creative process that produces the personal reality as a unique creation. These same laws of vibration as frequency that tunes us to certain aspects of a greater whole, that has a “self-organizing mechanism” inherent in it that forms elements into a thematic pattern of the frequency, reshaping it into a coherent and cohesive reality that matches and is the product of our own mind. These are the laws involved that are eternally true, because they’re the same for everyone, and are always operating in any situation as the fundamental creative capacity of the individual mind.

By understanding the ability and natural tendency of the individual to create its own truths, we will never impose our truths on them again, and instead we can come to realize the nature of their minds structure in terms of why and how something is true for them. We can gain insight into the beliefs and values and how they apply those to form their perception of right and wrong, good and bad, and truth and lies. We can come to realize what’s true for them and how they conduct themselves as a result. We can also self-reflect and gain new insight into our own “professed truths” and begin opening our mind around them, questioning their origin and validity and become more open to considering new forms of information that return us to a growth and evolutionary process of becoming more, rather than stagnating on a personal creation that we mistake for being true that limits us in some way, much like a belief does.

Whatever we proclaim to be true for us becomes a self-imposed limitation (necessary for creating it) that can often be an illusion that prevents us from seeing the very thing that reveals its illusive qualities. Whatever we say is true, outside of universal law, is really more of an assessment and conclusion that we’ve drawn based on what we know and how we’ve integrated information into our mental paradigm up to this point in time. Once we learn something new through the experience or realization of something that contradicts it, and thereby proves it to not be entirely accurate, we evolve our perception to incorporate the new information and evolve ourselves and the world around us at the same time. This is how we grow in awareness and in doing so, expand on what’s possible, and hold ourselves to greater and greater forms of truth as our souls evolution through time located within a body posed to a limited perspective within certain conditions and circumstances.

Self-Purification and Cultivating Our Higher Nature

As we go through life, we’re always “becoming” through a process of amalgamation, where we enter into relationship with everyone and everything around us, blending with them energetically, taking on their compatible attributes and transforming our nature by using them to express and create experiences that we then relate to and identify with. As we blend with others energetically, we take on the same qualities they have as a way of being that ultimately serves to shape our character based on how we express them. All relationships are energetic interactions of the mind and soul where we absorb and integrate whatever is of a similar nature to us, while ignoring and deflecting what’s not of the same nature. As we blend with “like” (polarized) qualities in another, we become “like them” and they become like us. We absorb complementary qualities through resonance and sympathetic induction where we take on their vibration and it acts to modify ours in a corresponding manner. The more we actively express certain qualities, the more natural they become to us, and they serve to gradually modify our vibration as we begin vibrating in harmony with them. Whatever we’re routinely exposed to, live in near proximity of, and readily take in without discrimination, we absorb into our subconscious mind where we build it into a well-defined reality in our imagination by continuing to think about it, and begin using it as the means for experiencing ourselves. Whatever we willingly allow, participate in, and cooperate with, we become like. We utilize our will through our ability to choose by relating or contrasting, gaining an awareness of how we feel in relation to others or situations, where we either agree and step into it willingly, or we resist, decline, and move away from it.  When we develop an awareness of consciousness as qualities that form characteristics as “ways of being”, we can become aware of how we’re always choosing our methods of self-development through the relationships we maintain and who we associate with on a regular basis. Through self-awareness we can learn how to manage ourselves using our will and the ability to choose. By making decisions that we implement in a willful manner, we determine what we allow in and what we don’t. We can consciously choose what we willingly absorb and become like in nature, and what we resist and therefore prevent from entering into us, and becoming a part of us. Whenever we enter into a relationship with someone or something (person, situation, activity, set of circumstances) we should maintain a subtle awareness of how we’re either contrasting or relating, and how we’re feeling as a result of the interaction. We should always be asking ourselves “what is the consciousness I’m experiencing, and in what way is it influencing me”? If I take on the same consciousness and allow it to express through me, who and how will I become? As I form a sense of myself “being this way” (embodying that way of being) how does it feel? As I sense myself this way, how do I feel about myself? We all have what we call “shadow aspects” that are qualities that we inherently possess that we deny having, have repressed in some manner because we were made to feel bad about them or couldn’t find appropriate expression for them, or that we built an illusion around by telling ourselves a story about it that makes it seem different from what it actually is. Like all unconscious tendencies, we’re always projecting them outward and using them to shape our outer environment as our mind’s way of allowing us to “see what they are”, and we not only notice and react to them in others, but we gravitate towards them and naturally enter into in relationship with them. Just as we attract to people and situations that we enjoy and find gratifying, we’re also attract to and towards the type of people and things we despise, are irritated by, and find repulsive for some reason. A “reaction” of any kind to something outside of us, good or bad, is happening because we have that same quality within us as a hidden aspect that we remain primarily unaware of and deny the fact that we have the same quality. All qualities are polar or dual in nature (electromagnetic), and serve as complementary aspects needed to create a joint experience of the shared quality as an interaction. We’re always attracted to those who play the opposite role in the same dynamic. We create out of the dynamics of our conditioning to either be the same or be the opposite. Either way, the relationship as contrasting and relating to the same pattern as a dynamic theme, forms the outward expression of chosen aspects and the inward, hidden life of the ones that are not consciously chosen, but repressed and held inside instead. The ones we rebel and retaliate against as a way of shaping ourselves, becomes disowned aspects that we deny having, even though we have shaped ourselves in relationship with them, and we continue to attract and end up in relationship with our shadow aspects as a way of maintaining our “sense of self” by continuing to contrast and retaliate against them. Whatever dynamic we’ve shaped ourselves out of as a relationship and way of interacting, we maintain, because without it, we don’t know who we are or how to “be”. We need to be in relationship with the same type of people in order to play out the dynamic we’ve built our identity around. This type of energetic, subconscious interaction is going on at the unconscious level all the time where we’re doing it naturally and automatically without actual awareness of what we’re doing and why. When we become aware of and realize the reality of it, we then have a choice as to whether or not we need to keep acting it out by allowing or resisting it, while intentionally choosing how we’re going to be instead. As long as we are still getting our “identity from others”, and we feel the need for others to show us who we are, we maintain relationships that are of the same nature that we were conditioned with. Once we become aware of our own unconscious tendencies, and begin sensing our energetic nature as consciousness itself, we can get a sense of who we really are in terms of our true nature, and begin drawing on our inner power as a means of creating ourselves in our everyday life. We move from an “other” orientation to a “self” orientation. As we sense ourselves in every situation we begin realizing that we always have a choice as to whether or not we’re going to remain unconscious and unaware in our life, and be determined by others, or if we’re going to choose instead to remain awake, aware and able in every moment to choose who and how we’re going to be. At first, this may require a willful effort, but once our center of gravity changes, our whole mind-set changes, and we simply lose interest in things that use to grip us. We no longer react or feel chemistry of some kind with the same type of people and situations. And we simply lose interest and leave those relationships. When we become awake and conscious, we realize we’re always filtering ideas through our true nature, and deciding which ones we blend with, allow into our mind, and allow to take hold by thinking about them and forming them into internal realities, which become the templates and pathways for our outer expression. As we express these same qualities outwardly by becoming a channel for them, we sense ourselves “as them”, experience ourselves in that way, becoming associated with it by forming a memory of it, and it becomes a permanent part of us. We build our identity out of the accumulated experiences we have based on the qualities that make up our character that we consistently use to self-express and self-create. Whatever we subject ourselves to, enter into and maintain relationships with, or associate with on a regular basis, we allow to influence us by absorbing and integrating their consciousness which acts to transform and evolve us to be of the same nature. We become like whatever we’re around and interact with. Transformation in the most basic sense is evolution by absorbing (resonating), assimilating (harmonizing) and becoming like our outer environment. We’re always forming equilibrium with our environment as a harmonious balance between the inner self and the outer world. We’re not fixed static beings, we’re constantly in the process of exchanging, absorbing, integrating, and discharging energy with everything around us, as a natural bio-evolutionary process. To purify ourselves is to not only use dietary means as both nutritive substance and morality, but also to purify our intentions, emotions, and psychological states as well. It’s becoming aware of how we’re being infected, contaminated, and corrupted with the consciousness of everything we willingly engage in and choose to do, what we end up around, or what we intentionally place ourselves in. Once we become constantly aware of how we’re being influenced in any given situation, and we learn how to “sense it” as a “way of being and thinking”, we can begin using our creative power of choice and will in an intentional manner. We can begin censoring what we allow to take hold in us, and what we don’t, who and what we associate with, and who and what we don’t. Through the awareness of the energetic nature of things as qualities of consciousness that we’re always interacting with and absorbing into our mind and taking on, we can consciously choose and willfully become self-determined and truly responsible for who we are. We can learn how to intentionally regulate and direct our own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We can decide what to willingly participate in and cooperate in co-creating, and learn how to pick and choose who and what we associate with and what activities we engage in. Entertainment – The Passive and Receptive Mind Our mind operates according to different modes of passive and receptive, and active and projective, as the natural activity of the subconscious and self-conscious mind. The self-conscious, “aware” aspect has the ability to censor, judge, evaluate and filter all outward incoming information, and decide what to let in or resist and keep out. Whenever we’re actively being challenged, we’re in an active and projective mind where we evaluate and interpret everything and exercise our ability to resist it. Whenever we switch over to a mode of being entertained, where we’re not being challenged in any way and don’t need to defend, we enter into a passive and receptive mode, where we allow ideas and sensory realities to come into our mind, take hold and form a whole inner sensory reality that ultimately becomes a form of memory. Long after we’ve seen a movie that elicited a strong emotional impact, we continue to think about it periodically for years, maybe even throughout our lifetime. Similar ideas in our everyday environment cause a chain-of-association and we recall parts of the movie just like a memory. It literally becomes a “part of us” as part of our thinking and remembering. As we think and imagine we become by way of those thoughts, and they literally act to shape us at the purely unconscious level. They become a natural part of our subconscious memories just like real experiences do. Whatever we form as a memory, as a reality that’s a part of our energetic make-up as our vibratory frequency, we not only perceive in our environment, but we act it out unconsciously by expressing it outwardly, creating our self by way of it. Whatever we form internally as an imagined reality (reviewing as a memory), becomes the perceptual lens we look through to see and interact with the same consciousness as an idea in the world around us, and we form a kind of gravitational field that connects us to by resonating with it. Whatever we think about and imagine repeatedly, we “tune” ourselves to that vibration and begin resonating with it outwardly. We begin stimulating it, interacting with it, and absorbing it, and through a repetitive accumulative process we steadily transform ourselves to be like it. As we think and imagine, we relate and “sense ourselves” through the reality of our thoughts, and we begin identifying with them. We typically identify with certain types of ideas, stories, themes, characters, personalities, issues and challenges, and so we always like “those type of movies” or “that type of character”. And by relating to them, and unconsciously initiating them, we shape ourselves to be “like them”. Purifying Ourselves To purify ourselves as a conscious and intentional act, is to become aware of this energetic process, gain a firm idea of who we really are and how we want to be, and intentionally select what we engage in, expose ourselves to, associate with, and what type of relationships we form and maintain between the outer and inner. Between our self and our self in another. We form an ideal of ourselves as the embodiment of our best qualities and character traits, and we intentionally and deliberately direct all our activities towards that means. We choose what movies we watch, what stories and dramas we participate in, what relationships we form and maintain, what activities we take up, and what situations we place ourselves in. We choose our diet and lifestyle, not only in physical and material forms, but in mental, emotional, and moral terms. Soul as Morality Our subconscious mind is primarily concerned with the body and its survival in the outer world by constantly evolving to become of the same nature, has a primary motive of self-preservation, and acts to maintain habitual behaviors that are emotionally driven and compulsive in nature. The self-conscious mind is focused primarily on others and the activities of the outer world, while interpreting everything through stories of some kind, and constantly preoccupied with redundant thoughts that replay memories and imaginary ideas of some sort. The soul is concerned almost exclusively with our moral nature and what type of things we engage in from a purely ethical perspective of higher (virtuous) and lower (vices) consciousness as principles that we live our life by forming what you could think of as our biography. Our morality is “who we are as a person” and what we stand for in terms of what we demonstrate through our thoughts, emotions, and activities. Whatever we engage and participate in, we become like and bond ourselves to that level of consciousness. We “classify ourselves”, so to speak, through our actions. To be is to do. Whatever we’re being inside determines what we do outside. The soul isn’t concerned with the body or it destiny, because the body is temporary and only acts as a vehicle or instrument for the soul to express through and self-create by way of. The self-conscious, brain-oriented mind that arises in the body as the soul’s awareness of itself “as” the body, is the identity acquired by way of the body that allows the soul to “experience itself” in a specific way. The experience acquired through the body forms our identity, often called the ego, is mortal in nature and “dies” with the brain and body. The soul is that part of us that’s always in a “witnessing position”. That part of us that’s “in the experience”, having it, yet remains apart from it while observing it both inwardly and outwardly at the same time. The soul maintains a form of fundamental detachment from the body and its life experiences in the sense that while it fully engages in the experiences as a means of gaining an experience of itself in some way, it never mistakes itself for being the body or a mortal being. It realizes that it has full control over both the mind and the body, and, when awake and self-aware, exercises that ability in an intentional and deliberate manner. When the soul remains asleep, the body as the unconscious, unaware aspect that’s always being controlled by it’s instinctual nature and forces outside of itself, and as a means of seeking physical gratification of some kind, runs, and therefore determines the soul through the memories it produces. The soul’s purpose in living is to become the dominant force within the body, guiding and directing the feelings, thoughts, and activities towards a higher means that consistently moves away from self-indulgence and need-gratification of any form, and towards assuming it’s universal identity acting as a “neutral force for good” in any situation that serves the “highest good” for everyone involved. It’s not self-oriented and driven by needs and desires, but rather selfless with a servant attitude. Because it lacks desire of the things of the material world, it’s free of them, and not held in captivity by them. Because it’s free of self-serving agendas, it’s only intention in any situation is to act as a mediator that facilitates and influences it to the highest and most beneficial means that serves the karma of everyone involved. It doesn’t impose itself on others, or act to coerce and manipulate, because it doesn’t derive its identity through the material world or the body it inhabits, but rather as a benevolent being of a divine and virtuous nature. It seeks not for itself, but only to give. It draws all its power from an internal, eternal source. To purify the soul, is to allow it to dominate and utilize both the conscious and subconscious mind to create experiences of itself that are completely detached from material needs and identification. It’s to intentionally develop yourself to a virtuous nature that’s capable of drawing in and integrating higher intelligence. It’s to release your needs around material identification, and turn your full awareness within, drawing only on your internal source for power in the outer world. Connecting and developing a strong bond and flow of communication with your Higher Self that’s always held in loving regard with absolute trust. It’s to always act on yourself with that same benevolent mind-set, always loving and caring for yourself as you do others. It’s the act of cultivating yourself to be a channel for divine energy to flow into the world unimpeded, without corruption, and pure in form. By cultivating virtuous qualities, we heal our mind and emotions, strengthen and fortify our body, and become a catalyst for good in the world. This is the only true goal and purpose of the soul. Changing Your Vibration through the Law of Polarity and Cultivating the Art of Attention

The-Knowledge-of-the-Planets-Cameron-Gray
Our vibration is our mood or mental state that’s determined by or comes as the expression of feelings, moods, emotions, and behaviors. Whatever we focus on, give our attention to, and think about, modifies our state accordingly. Our will naturally directs our attention, and whatever we place our attention on and think about, changes our vibration as our state of mind. By cultivating the “Art of Attention” by means of exercising your will, you can learn how to control and determine your mood and mental state. It’s pretty easy to notice that what we give attention to and think about creates how we feel as a correspondence. How we feel sets our mood as a kind of tempo and determines what type of things we continue focusing on that are of the same feeling-mood that multiply and amplify it. Whatever mood we’re in determines how we experience the events of our day and what aspects of it we notice, pull out, and use to create our overall experience of any given event or situation.

All vibration is movement of conscious energy between poles of opposites. These poles exist as opposite qualities: hot – cold; happy – sad; love – hate; fear – courage; health – illness, and so on. Any mental state and its opposites are merely two poles or extremes of the same thing, separated only by degrees of variation that moves us from one to the other. We can transmute one state into another through a practical understanding of the Law of Polarity. We change our state by first deciding to, then willfully directing our attention to its opposite quality. Don’t waste your time trying to fight, kill, or stamp out a mental state, but instead learn to cultivate its opposite mental state. If you’re possessed by fear, don’t take an attitude of trying to fight the fear, but instead cultivate it’s opposing quality of courage, and in doing so, fear will disappear.

transmission
Attention is singular in nature. We can only focus on and give our attention to one thing at a time. Thought we can move from one thing to another, but at any given moment we’re only capable of focusing on and being fully aware of one thing at a time. Whatever we place our attention on and begin thinking about, we develop into whole realities just through thinking itself. Thought is creative and constructive in nature, and by placing our attention on something and beginning to think about it, we build whole realities around it by how we think about it. The mind is the builder and creator of reality. If we’re giving our attention to negative feelings, we grow only the realities that match and express the negativity, propagating and growing it into multiple experiences over and extended period of time. Likewise, by focusing only on the positive in terms of what we want to create and use as the means of creating our experiences out of, we form realities that are positive in nature, while growing and multiplying them.

To kill a negative quality, concentrate on the positive of the same quality, and the vibration as a mental state will gradually change from negative to positive, from undesirable to desirable, from destructive to constructive. Whatever aspect of a quality or mental state we focus and concentrate our energy on, we polarize ourselves to. If we focus on the negative, we become polarized to it, and vibrate at that frequency, creating our life experiences out of that state, and ourselves by way of our own self-created experiences. If you have an illness or disease, don’t concentrate on fighting the disease, but rather creating health in its place, and once health is established, the illness disappears. Whatever we give attention to and concentrate on, we give life to, and we energize and vitalize it and participate in actively creating it by thinking about it.

energy design
Whatever we focus on, think about, and imagine as realities or experiences, we align ourselves with, and become a co-creator of that reality. Whatever ideas or memories we choose to nourish and feed with our attention, we use to consciously create our experiences by way of the quality as a state-of-mind that idea produces. Our state of mind has very distinct realities inherent in it, and when we employ that state we act to faithfully create that type of reality as a personal experience. When we’re feeling scared, we focus on what’s causing us to feel scared, think about it in scary terms, run scenarios through our mind of possible realities that will result from it, amplifying and increasing the fear, and tuning ourselves to the vibratory frequency of the fear. This frequency as our mental state, becomes our “perceptual lens” that we “look through” and perceive (see) only what’s of the same vibratory frequency (nature) and can be imagined (remade) in such a way that it systematically produces more of the same fear. Like begets more of that which is like itself. Whatever vibratory frequency we tune ourselves to as our mental state, we become the channel for producing more of the same type of experiences. That quality of consciousness enters into us, becomes us in mind and body, and forms the means through which we perceive and create ourselves by way of it.

By changing our focus to one of courage, bravery, and confidence, and cultivating that feeling within us, imagining ourselves acting courageous, we begin feeling different, thinking different, and seeing in a different way. We imagine ourselves being courageous and confident in whatever situation we’re facing, and in doing so, fear no longer exists in us. It’s no longer a part of our reality. It disappears. We become tuned to the vibration of courage as a mental state, and not only experience all of life from this perspective, but also sensing ourselves “as” courageous and begin identifying with that experience of ourselves.

By understanding the Law of Vibration and Polarization – we have the formula for learning to use our will to regulate our attention and what we choose to concentrate on. By working consciously with the Law of Polarity we can change our mental state at will, and change our vibratory frequency as a result. By changing your polarity you master your mood, change your mental state, set your disposition, and build up your character from that perspective and through that quality. All pairs of opposites exist in degrees as a variation or gradient range that moves from one to another like a sliding scale. Our mind may be transmuted from state to state; degree to degree; condition to condition; pole to pole; vibration to vibration, through active and deliberate use of our will.

light flames

By changing our polarity, it not only changes what we see in our others and our environment and how we are influenced by our own perceptions, but also determines our ability to influence others and our environment. We directly affect our environment through our mental state. What we attract and feel attracted to is based on our mental state. How we influence others by our interaction with them, whether silent and energetic or actual, is produced by our mental state, which activates that same mental state in them, which is why we tend to only interact with those who share the same mental state. Our mental state not only determines our reality and what we naturally connect with and interact with all around us, but also determines what we bring out in others, and what reality we serve to co-create by the very attitude through which our behaviors come.

Our mental state as our vibratory frequency has a distinct patterning to it as qualities that form characteristics and our disposition as a perspective and tendencies, which sees only what matches the inner state doing the viewing, and determines how we form a basic interpretation of what we’re seeing that reforms it to be like us. To be a product of our vibratory frequency as a mental state that produces an equivalent outer reality. Not in objective and actual terms, but in subjective and experiential terms. Our vibratory frequency determines what stands out in our environment, what we notice and what elements we abstract and use as the basis for telling a story about that matches our mood and serves to express it, giving us a channel for bringing the inner feelings into the outer world as it’s equivalent in form and personality.

The most fundamental use of choice and free will comes through what we ‘choose” (whether consciously or unconsciously) to place our attention on and bring to life by thinking about it. As we think about something, whether an idea, memory, wish, or as a means of anticipating something, we merge into and become one with it in mind and body, and serve as the vehicle through which it comes into the world as our reality. Our focus and attention is what directs the spiritual forces as a projection that awakens and draws into us whatever we’re stimulating with our awareness and thought. We merge into and become united with whatever we think about and serve to give it life through us, as us. We become the channel for whatever mood we embody, and the thoughts themselves form the pathway between the inner and the outer that brings the imaginary inner world out into the outer world as a correspondence, by first vibrating to the mood and the form we give it through our thoughts, that stimulate that same vibration in everything around us and allows us to only perceive in everyone and everything else only what matches our vibration and thought-forms.

By understanding the power of our own mind in creating our experience of reality while creating us through the same mental state, we can learn to take control of our own mind by simply learning to be selective in what we give our attention to, think about, or actively engage in. We can begin by becoming aware of what we tend to focus on and give life to by nurturing it with our attention and allowing it to grow in us like a seed unfolding into a full-fledged reality that we mistaken for real, and whenever we’re thinking about something we don’t want to become, willfully redirect our attention onto what we do want to give life to instead and have as a part of our personal reality.

Allow yourself to notice that what you focus on and think about determines how you feel and what mood it puts you in. Along with this realization, notice that you can change your mood by simply changing what you’re focused on, giving your attention to, and thinking about. Change your focus, and you change your mood. Change your mood and you change your experience of reality. Change your experience of reality and you change your sense of self, and how you perceive yourself by way of your own self-created experiences. By learning to consciously direct your attention, you can create your state, regulate your vibratory frequency, and become self-determined. By removing your attention from people and ideas, they no longer exist as a part of your world or experience. By placing your attention on what you do want to become one with and create in your life, you take the most fundamental step in the art of self-creation and begin facilitating your own transformative process by mastering your own mind.

Personal Transformation from your Lower-Self to your Higher-Self: “Striving for Self-Perfection”

Transcendence
The idea of perfection has been greatly misconstrued, and has even in some cases been turned into a “bad” idea by some who use it in more of the sense of standards being placed “on us” by others, trying to live up to their ideas about us or please them in some way by changing our behaviors in order to win their favor and affections, or in an attempt to remedy the idea of “worthiness” by telling you you’re perfect just the way you are, and you need not do anything to be worthy of “God’s love”. All these concepts are built out of the idea that perfection has something to do with “someone out there” (others or God) that’s placing standards on you that have to be met in order to be considered perfect, and therefore worthy of their love and generosity, or to be included in their private circle. Yet, none of these have anything to do with the real idea behind “self-perfection”.

To be perfect is to be utilizing all off your talents, latent potential, inner qualities, knowledge, special abilities, and untapped inner resources to willfully modify and adjust, or rearrange your mental paradigm as your perceptual lens that identifies errors in your perception and dynamics you’re programmed with that are destructive, harmful, unproductive, sabotaging, and cause you misery and suffering somehow by way of your own tendencies. Perfection can also be thought of as creating an “ideal” for yourself that’s what you deem to be “the best you can be”, that create a life experience of being empowered in your ability to actively create it through mastering your will, and where you are fulfilled in the most ordinary sense, and able to productively create in your life in a way that creates health, happiness, and prosperity. Not by obsessively trying to change others so you’ll be alright to stay just as you are, but by working exclusively on yourself to recognize and address your own character flaws, false perceptions, and unconscious tendencies. All of which are acting together to cause you to express in a negative way producing your own suffering.

venturi manSelf-perfection is to look within, and through introspection (examining yourself), see what type of story you’re always in the process of living out, and what role you’re playing in that story that shapes you by way of it. We always start with a paradigm structured out of our accumulated experiences that are all interpreted through the same type of story-line, forming a consistent experience of our outer reality and the events of our life that are “produced by” our perception, then used to create our experience, which shapes and defines us by way of them. We are at once the author of the story being told by how we interpret everything, the main character in our story that everything revolves around having the experience of it as an actual reality, while watching it being played out as a reflection in others. We are the central point out of which our world evolves and is held into place forming a consistent pattern as a theme that forms the basis for all our experiences. We’re always the one causing our own suffering, emotional pain and unhappiness, by how we process information and what dynamics we naturally engage in and cooperatively participate in acting it out as a group scenario.

We are always the ones creating our own experiences. We have only to begin recognizing this while cultivating the ability to look at ourselves from an objective perspective so we can see our own tendencies and patterns without an emotional investment or need to justify it by how we explain it. When we can remove our attachments to our perceptions, and step outside of the emotional element that the story acts to express and create more of, and look at the story we’re living out from a dissociated position, we can begin “seeing” ourselves as we really are. It’s the emotional component that causes us to become unconscious of our own behaviors. It’s the emotion controlling our thoughts that “forms” the story we begin living out of. Emotions become the motivation for all our behaviors. Emotions are “energy in motion” that produces activity that controls our thoughts to form the story that expresses the emotion as a reality that amplifies and increases the emotion, giving us more of the same feeling through the telling. We are conditioned to certain emotions through our family dynamics that form the initial patterns for all our relationships that we continue to create out of throughout our life. Our conditioning is what establishes (or reestablishes) our mental paradigm as a mental structure of a whole series of congruent patterns, all of which act together to form a larger pattern as the “theme” that shapes all our events by conforming them to tell the same type of story. All our behaviors are unconsciously being produced in a natural, spontaneous, and automatic way by our mind as our soul.

phoenix

The transformative idea around self-perfection, is to become self-aware of what we’re normally not aware of that’s being acted out unconsciously, and in recognizing and forming awareness around it, we have the ability to begin working with it consciously in an intentional and deliberate way to “reform” ourselves by embodying new qualities that naturally lend themselves to new ways of being. In recognizing the dynamics we’re programmed to as life-patterns, we can also recognize the emotions that produce them and keep us actively engaging in them. Emotions are the common denominator that connects the inner to the outer through the same thematic patterning as a behavioral dynamic. By understanding the emotions we’re prone to, we can also realize how we’re being internally stimulated emotionally by other people and situations that render us unconscious (literally) and keep us involved in acting out the same dynamics. Again, just the awareness of what’s happening inside of us at any given moment, nullifies it, and brings it under control, providing us with the neutralized basis to begin actively working on ourselves to change our own internal dynamics, which produce a chain reaction that also begins transforming our outer experiences.

The ancient art of Alchemy as Personal Transformation is the secret to all healing that allows us to move from a personalized, unconscious status, to an elevated conscious and universal status. Through self-awareness that brings realization around unconscious and hidden aspects of ourselves, we can deliberately work on ourselves to “perfect” ourselves healing unconscious tendencies by integrating them. Awareness alone begins the process of integration which transforms it by what we “choose to employ” in its place. All healing, in the spiritual sense, is becoming aware of aspects of ourselves that operate below the level of consciousness, without our direct awareness, that keeps us living out of false realities as an emotional delusion. It’s being fully self-aware and therefore self-directed and self-created with full awareness and comprehension of what we’re creating.

To perfect, is to reconstruct in order to operate in a highly proficient and harmonious manner. It’s to create in a benevolent and productive manner as a true vessel for self-expression as love that brings a deep sense of contentment, inner peace, and emotional beauty. We have to first learn how to bring emotions under control, neutralizing their effect “on us”, disengaging negative ones, while strategically employing positive ones to use as the basis for our expression as our perceptions and behaviors, and the dynamics our behaviors create and participate in within the outer world. All of our life-dynamics and thematic stories emerge naturally from whatever emotions we’re experiencing and allowing to come “through” us. Thought exists in direct relationship with its emotional equivalent. What we’re thinking about and imagining as a preview for reality is formed by our emotional state. Our emotions control our thoughts keeping us “thinking out of” a predominately unconscious (repetitious) state. And likewise, our thoughts also have the ability to produce emotions in response to them that are their equivalent as the expressive component of the thoughts that produce behaviors that brings the inward reality of the thoughts outward as a congruent experience. On the material plane, thoughts are passive and emotions are active. On the higher, spiritual (invisible) planes, the opposite is true and thoughts as ideas are active, and emotions are a passive response to thoughts as their equivalent that form the physical channel for actualizing the thoughts as an experience of reality. The dynamic relationship between thought, emotion, and actions exists on all planes simultaneously through different orientations.

humanenergy-spiritual-beings-consciousnessTo self-perfect and therefore consciously create, is to work this formula from a higher perspective where you neutralize emotion and bring them under control, while activating original thought as the template for creating new experiences that match the emotion to the idea by stimulating it, becoming a vehicle for it’s expression by employing the behaviors that act it out. It’s only by letting go of our habitual emotional states that we can gain control over them and over our thoughts which are otherwise controlled by them. Once we neutralize the intensity and stimulating qualities of emotions, we can experience a kind of “freeing sensation” that creates a strangely objective feeling as a dissociated awareness. In this awareness that’s no longer controlled by our emotional states and the emotions of others, we become aware from a calm place that we have the ability to choose, not only what we think and why we’re thinking it, but also how we want to respond to any situation, not as an unconscious and automatic reaction being projected, but as a means of creating in the situation by redirecting it. We gain a position of being “at cause” rather than the “effect that then acts as the cause”, causing more of the same thing. In this strange new awareness of choice without any influences (making the choice for us) directing our choice, comes a sense of responsibility for what we want to create by how we interact and consciously move it in a new direction by not only deflecting the emotions of others, but intentionally introducing new ones that change their emotional state and serve to move it in a whole new direction, creating a new experience.

With knowledge and the creative ability to apply it directly on others to create in an intentional and precise way, comes a heightened sense of responsibility for our creation and the consequences we draw on ourselves as a result. This is why the prerequisite for gaining higher knowledge is moral purity that cleanses our character of undesirable traits that not only would cause us to use our power in a selfish and harmful way, but would also condemn the soul of the individual to the consequences of their own actions. Any act that hurts another person, hurts ourselves in exact measure. What we do unto others we also do unto ourselves by drawing to us direct consequences of our own actions. Those who look to control and manipulate others, are in fact controlled and manipulated by others in direct response to them. As we seek to manipulate, we’re being manipulated just through the seeking itself. Any action creates an equal or greater reaction of the same nature. The effect is always the equivalent or of the same nature as the cause.

So self-perfection comes as a heightened form of self-awareness that allows us to reverse the orientation of the lower-emotional mind controlling the higher-idea mind, by bringing emotions into a neutral state where we’re no longer reactive to them, and we intentionally choose what ideas we’re going to employ, that moves us from a unconscious personalized illusion of reality, into a more universal and creatively objective reality where our will and ability to choose are reinstated and we begin creating ourselves and our lives through a different relationship with our own mind and body. We become conscious creators in our own life by mastering our ability to control and direct the elements of thought and emotion. We step outside of our self, and see ourselves in an objective manner from the perspective of our higher-self, always witnessing the experience from a neutral state by remaining outside of them, unattached and without desire. From this higher and more objective perspective, we are unaffected by the elements of the material – Astral plane, and are therefore able to control and direct it by creating and utilizing it as our medium and tools for self-creating.

To self-perfect is to honestly self-create with full awareness of what you’re doing and what reality you’re initiating that move you from being the effect of your conditioning to the one determining it. The soul is no longer control by the emotional states and behaviors of the body, and is free to use the body as a neutral conduit for creating within the material plane. By gaining control of the Elements, and stepping fully into our higher consciousness, we lose all personal desires born out of our identification with our body, and take on a position of serving the greater whole of humanity by acting always to facilitate their growth by moving them out of the darkness and into the light where they can see all aspects of themselves as they really are for the first time. In our perfection we ascend in consciousness to a higher plane that’s not personally invested in this plane, where we realize and can fully utilize our ability to deliberately express and create within this plane by first controlling and directing our own emotional thoughts, then being able to act as a mirror for others to become aware of their true nature and the delusions they create by letting their emotions control their mind and produce their experience of reality (and themselves) by way of them.

Self-perfection is gaining full control of your self within the material plane by stepping into yourself on the higher plane and being able to see everything in the light with eyes wide open. It’s to become self-aware, self-realized, and self-created. It’s to actualize latent potential, not necessarily as attributes and qualities that transform your character, though this may be how it starts, but by being able to take on a whole new perspective that sees your self “in this world, but not of it”, literally. Where you begin identifying more with your spiritual aspect than your bodily aspect. Where you return your body to a neutral vehicle for spirit to move through and create in the world masterfully using the very elements that shape it.

Spiritual Knowledge is Laws that are Encoded in Symbolic Language: “Spiritual Principles are Creative Tools for Conscious Evolution”

decahedron metatrons cube Spiritual knowledge, unlike most things, requires you to seek it out through an inner desire for it, which intuitively communicates its knowledge through the language of imagery and geometry requiring you to acquire a broad range of knowledge in order to intuitively interpret it.  It’s not stated in plain terms as something specific, because it can’t be. If it is stated as something specific, then it’s really simply one aspect, or metaphorical way of looking at it that simply introduces an idea as a concept into your mind as a form of seed, that comes alive and begins growing as a continuous process of unfolding as a dynamic series of a chain-of-associated and correlated ideas that lead you deeper and deeper into related ideas as a kind of vastness that’s ultimately connected and correlated with everything else. The entire natural world (universe) is all governed by the same handful of laws as invisible forces that organize, form, and operate the material world. All true spiritual knowledge is the practical understanding of universal laws that are active and creative in every single aspect of the manifest world.

Just as the fundamental laws are all connected and interdependent as a form of growth process that moves systematically through stages and phases of development, the knowledge represented by these laws do the same thing. Spiritual knowledge as universal laws remain alive and in a constant state of fluctuation as a continuous evolution of the same fundamental ideas going through numerous spontaneous transformations as a dynamic relationship that constantly expresses in new ways, as new variations of the same idea in every moment based on how they’re being perceived, interpreted, and applied. The spiritual realm of pure energy is not fixed and formed like the material realm, but exists in a purely potential state as infinite possibilities for the same idea (pattern) to be formed and expressed based on what individual mind tunes into it, serves to conceive of it, and forms it into a personalized version by how they imagine it and adapt it to their current conditions and circumstances to produce an actual experience as the physical equivalent.

Ideas are principles that exist as archetypes (memory as dynamic living patterns) that are represented by geometric shapes (form, function & behavior) that are mathematical in nature (exist in relationships) and form a living entity (personality), imbued with distinct attributes, qualities and characteristics as it’s innate constitution. The constitution of an animated being has a form of personality in it that display distinct attitudes and behaviors, and undergo natural operations as biological processes that create in the physical world through myths or stories the personality naturally tells by how it interacts in relationship to everything else.

Principles as philosophical mathematics, structure the material realm determining how it naturally functions. The form biological matter takes on, determines what it does through natural behaviors and how it does it as a form of style or personality. Form that’s structured and animated through life-force energy, functions in very distinct ways through a kind of personality, which not only determines what processes it performs, but the quality of consciousness as characteristics that form traits for “how it does it” in a somewhat unique fashion. These principles as life-forms remain in a constant state of growth and evolution because in every moment they’re entering into relationship with everything else around it that modifies it by exchanging information as an energetic form of metabolism, reforming it to express in new ways through different combinations of information that it integrates that reconfigures it. All physical matter, though it appears solid and consistent in its behavior, remains in a constant state of regeneration that comes by exchanging information between the inner core and the outer environment, which equalizes the internal to match the external. The molecular structure of the material entity is constantly conforming to its environment as the means of survival and growth within or by way of the environment, that’s the most basic function of evolution.

birthHuman beings, which are bestowed with a higher mind that’s creative in nature, and have the ability to modify the environment as a means of surviving and functioning within it, only exchanges energy with what’s of a similar vibration or quality of consciousness with everything around it through resonance. It forms union with ideas that can be shaped into it’s model of the world in a congruent fashion and used to tell their primary life’s story. Vibration as ideas that are too different and exist in a range that can’t be processed by our vibratory frequency, doesn’t resonate with us, and isn’t integrated as a means of modifying our vibration. Because of this law, the law of sympathies and antipathies, we tend to only grow and evolve through absorption and assimilation of the same frequency (range), and only occasionally move into different frequencies.

When we do grow in a significant manner, it’s usually not through deliberate intentions (though it can be), but by having change thrown on us through changing life circumstances that force us to resort to alternative means because our entire life situation changes, and new influences and processes come into play, that we have to adjust to by changing our most basic routines that form our daily lifestyle, which act to break the pattern set by the old routine. Frequencies can be thought of as creative patterns, where we live out of the same tendencies and personality traits that keep repeatedly creating the same type of situations that tell the same type of story over and over throughout our life. When we evolve into a new frequency, we act to initiate and actively participate in creating a new type of story that employ new aspects of our character not being used when telling the previous story.

Spiritual knowledge, unlike conventional knowledge, requires intuitive development as a means of sensing and interpreting the symbolic language it’s written in. Conventional knowledge is given to us in written, verbal language as already interpreted for us. We don’t have to form our interpretation as a unique and personal version, but simply have to accept it verbatim as knowledge itself, without ever having to think for ourselves as the means for interpreting it that transform it into a personalized version that’s unique to us. Because spiritual knowledge requires us to interpret it intuitively, we not only learn simultaneously “how to think for ourselves”, but we have to form a concept of it in our imagination that turns it into a reality as a practical application as an inner experience that becomes a form of virtual memory that acts as a form of blueprint for using within our daily lives in order to consciously create reality. Laws and principles are the tools for “how to” create life.

atom
In order to use an idea, we have to have a working understanding of it. We can only understand what we can conceptualize as an internal representation that forms it as a possible outer reality or actual material object. So information that’s communicated symbolically teaches us how to think by imagining, how to conceptualize by applying to a real life scenario, and integrates the information into our paradigm as a form of virtual experience that becomes an actual memory. As we form ideas into realities that operate according to natural laws, they’re formed into memories that can be recollected, accessed and used for reference, and used as a creative tool from that point on. We acquire the information as a “paradigm shift” by internalizing it to bring it from a thought into an actual form that operates in a specific and consistent way. Knowledge as experience that forms a memory becomes a permanent and natural part of how we feel, perceive and interpret life events. It becomes a built-in process of how we naturally think.

All spiritual development is personal development as the knowledge of laws, integrated into the mind to evolve the soul, that are brought into practice to form our daily lifestyle and natural behaviors as the primary means of personal transformation. Only knowledge that’s applied and lived serves to reform us as an evolving creation. Laws and principles, which pertain to all of life, provide us with the creative tools for shaping our life by “living them”. By how we utilize them to make everyday decisions and direct our own behavior. Laws as spiritual technology provide us with the means to grow and evolve ourselves into higher levels of consciousness and vibrate at a higher frequency, as harmonious with Nature and at one with all of life.
